Amazing Coordinator!

Highly recommend Janeen as your day of coordinator! She was kind, fun, knowledgeable, and truly on top of everything at our wedding. During the planning process, she asked us questions we hadn’t even thought to ask, and helped guide conversations with our vendors. My husband and I were worried that we would forget something important, but once Janeen started, it was clear that she was going to think of everything. Leading up to the wedding, she coordinated with all the vendors, and not a single vendor reached out to us with questions or concerns about the day of. At the actual wedding, Janeen handled all communication with the vendors and made sure we kept things moving. She handled all issues and raucous guests quickly, addressing things that we didn’t even find out about until the next week. I’m so grateful for Janeen’s work on our wedding, and I know we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves because she was part of it.

Highly Recommend Janeen!

Our wedding at 501 Union in April couldn't have went so smoothly without Janeen and her staff at Parties N' All. She served as our day of coordinator and helped with our planning process. She always try to make herself available for a phone call when asked and she is very detail oriented. She provided us with a list of recommended vendors and which were her favorite ones. However, we wanted a food truck / food hall style wedding so we picked our own vendors (Dinosaur BBQ, Mom's Momo, San Antonio's Wood Fired Pizza, Los Tacos No1, & a Van Leeuwens truck). We were nervous at first how it will all play out, but Janeen coordinated everything extremely well and it went smoothly. We highly recommend Janeen and her staff for your wedding! You won't regret it.

Best Wedding Event Planner and Coordinator EVER!

Janeen, Rich, and their entire team made absolute magic happen at our wedding. From the start, Janeen was an absolute joy to work with. She listened to our ideas, told us what would be possible, and supported us in every step of the way. From helping us with rentals to picking out linen colors to coordinating with our entertainment and venue and everyone else, there is no one else we would have wanted to work with. Rich, the head bartender at Parties n’ All, was incredibly helpful in crafting our order list from our alcohol vendors and was the greatest bartender a wedding party could ever dream of on the day of our wedding. We were lucky enough to ave both Rich and Janeen there with us, and Janeen took time to always check in with us while also coordinating the event, her staff (who were absolutely outstanding) and making sure we left the space exactly as we found it when it was time to close up shop. Whenever we recount our wedding day, we thank our lucky stars that we had such a dream team present - and Janeen, Rich, and their whole team were a huge part of that team. We highly, highly recommend working with Janeen and team at Parties n’ All!

Janeen and her team were truly the best. Our day went on flawlessly because of them. We hired them for staffing services and at the last minute hired Janeen as our event coordinator. Best decision I’ve ever made. She ensured that every detail of our day was addressed and planned. There are too many details that we just completely forgot about. 501 Union - Out of Town Wedding

Janeen was our day of coordinator and we could not have imagined having a smoother or easier day!! We were recommended her services by one of my friends who also got married at the same venue we booked (501 Union). Our planning took place over zoom and phone calls, in three different states as my partner and I were moving frequently and out of state until the week of the wedding. Janeen did not bat an eye and seriously thought of everything imaginable to help us feel organized for the big day. Always one step ahead of us making sure we knew what to expect and what focus on. She helped us secure the many vendors needed for our food truck wedding, even giving us a list of her own referrals. She worked tirelessly through details making sure we felt knowledgable of the day of plans. Between all our conversations (ex. pricing of plates, drinks, how many table linens to order, when the florist should arrive etc.) we never felt judgment or a push for referrals etc. All her time was spent to make sure we felt the wedding best reflected us as a couple and asking us any questions she needed so that our visions were brought to life. On the actual day of the wedding both my partner and I felt so relaxed and in good hands. Janeen made sure we had food, water and drinks at all times, giving us space but always nearby when we needed something. We even had a small venue hiccup that day (not related to her at all), to which she quickly sorted out all while keeping the day running on time. We would recommend Janeen time and time again to friends, family, and anyone else looking to get married in New York. Janeen you really are the absolute best, and your years of hard work really shine!

In planning and coordinating my friends’ wedding, we hired Parties N All for the staffing. It was the best decision! I’ve worked alongside many staffing companies over the years and I must say, Janeen and her team were the absolute best!! Amazing Planner for Raw, DIY spaces

Janeen brought our very specific wedding vision to life. She was there every step of the way, including handling the inevitable last-second curveball (securing a clip-on mic for our officiant). We knew we wanted to throw a great party, and part of that was having great food. So, we had three different food caterers, and Janeen coordinated it all perfectly. She and her staff did so much for us -- Janeen was our decorator and florist, and her team served as our wait staff and bartenders. Everything worked out better than we could have dreamed -- the space was beautiful, and the party was excellent. My wife and I had no idea what we were doing, and we would not have pulled this off without Janeen

Parties N All is fantastic!

Thankyou Janeen & staff from Partnies N' All! We had Janeen assist with planning & day of coordination for our complete DIY wedding this past August. She was absolutely FANTASTIC and a true asset on our wedding day!! I was impressed with her event-planning knowledge and expertise from day one speaking with her and I immediately felt that I was in great hands with her. She always shows up 100% prepared, whether it be to meet in person or via telephone conference, I noticed she's always on top of her A game. She makes great recommendations and thinks of all the little details and logistics that you didn't realize you hadn't thought through. Janeen is both professional and very personable ~ she felt like more of a friend than a stranger on our big day & made sure we had enough to eat and always had a drink in hand if we needed one! On our wedding day, we fell behind our timeline due to photography and Janeen was quick to make adjustments to keep things rolling smoothly, everything went off without a hitch! The staff that Janeen brought with her to assist were truly wonderful! Our guests raved about the excellent service, and we were so happy with them. At the end of our event, they took care of clean up and break down which was a huge help for us with our total DIY venue. We used some of the service packages that Janeen offers, and one was the bar equipment rental and bartending services. Rich, our bartender, was FABULOUS! He came to view our venue space with Janeen and assisted us with planning the best placement of the bar, he helped us with recommendations for stocking our bar ~ the drinks were on point and our guests raved about him, a few of our guests were impressed he remembered their drink orders and had the next one ready for them fast when they circled back to the bar. I highly recommend Partnies N' All and will certainly be looking to use them again for any big events!

A Tremendous Amount of Support for a Tremendous Memory Created

Janeen and her team are nothing short of flexible perfection. Janeen is a seasoned veteran in coordinating an event, yet she uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to realize our dream wedding as opposed to dictating to us "what's best" or "what's worked in the past." This personal and earnest touch is not only greatly appreciated but also such a rarity in these times.

I want to reiterate my point on flexibility; for my wife's and my wedding we had a number of moving parts. All of these parts, both big and small, held deep meaning for our relationship...and Janeen mirrored our value in these small items. As a result, these moving parts presented a challenge to the coordination. Janeen and her team didn't cut corners, didn't blow over anything, and instead they celebrated with us, and brought each moment to it's fullest potential.

I cannot stress this enough, our wedding was PERFECT; and I attribute most of the credit to the Events Parties N' All team. These people will take care of you, they will support you, and they will care about both you and the event you are trying to realize.

The necessity to our wedding!

Janeen and her staff were more than we can ever have asked for both on our wedding day and the months leading up to it! My husband and I got married at The Green Building in Brooklyn on 10/22/2021. We booked our date and venue before the pandemic and luckily, were able to keep our original date.

While looking through recommendations from The Green Building on their website, I came across Parties N' All. I reached out to Janeen and not only has she done many weddings at The Green Building, but she is also has done many food truck weddings! We had already planned and hired three food trucks for our wedding and knew Janeen and her staff would be perfect! We were MORE than happy with the outcome!

Janeen was in touch with me for months leading up to the wedding planning the bigger details all the way down to the smaller details the week of the wedding. She was so helpful in her advice and we trusted her expertise the whole way through. She gave recommendations for vendors, where to buy linens from, the floor plan, and any other small details she thought would be important.

Upon arriving to our reception, Janeen greeted us with a smile and food! The reception space looked even better than we could have imagined! She made our vision come to life. We did not have to worry about ONE thing the entire night. Even though one of our food trucks did not show up last minute (the biggest bummer), Janeen was able to calm our nerves and continue to make our wedding the wedding of our dreams!

We truly felt like a guest at our own wedding! We highly recommend Janeen and Parties N' All -- do NOT think twice!!

Two pigs, lumpia, and some egg tarts!

We hired Janeen and her crew to staff our wedding and they went above and beyond our expectations! We had a fairly chaotic wedding, with multiple vendors and people dropping off different foods for cocktail hour/desert and her and her staff handled it all with aplomb. We also appreciated her small touches, including putting together a plate for food for us after the ceremony, allowing us some small time with each other before going back to the hustle and bustle. We trusted Janeen to be the expert and we were very fortunate to be in good hands.

Parties N' All is AMAZING

Our Brooklyn wedding at the Green Building was fairly DIY, and having Parties N' All staffing the event, with literal-angel Janeen at the helm for Day-of Coordination made everything go PERFECTLY. She really went above and beyond from the moment we started working with her. She helped us close out all the details, helped us with smart decisions on our decorations, and helped translate our venue plan into exactly the event we were imagining. She helped to create beautiful spreads for our food stations, and even made sure we had plates of food in the green room after the ceremony, which was great considering we never made it to the cheese table during the reception. Most importantly Janeen & crew made sure we didn't have a single concern during our wedding, and that the perfect, magical day we envisioned went awesomely.

Staffing Pros

Janeen is a seasoned vet in the industry and it shows in their service. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without assistance from the Parties N' All staff. They were on our venue's preferred vendor list and we hired them for wait staff. We didn't have a typical catered wedding instead opting for drop off catering during cocktail hour and reception. That meant we were relying on Parties N' All to setup all of the food, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. Janeen didn't bat an eye and knew exactly how to direct her staff so that setup and service was smooth, beautiful, and painless. They have a keen sense of layout and aesthetics and set up the chafing dishes and dropped off food attractively. They were so efficient with the setup and tear down, the staff members dress neatly and look well-presented, and throughout the evening you don't even notice that they're there. They just make everything happen magically like food appearing on our sweetheart table since we were so busy running around. Their pricing is very competitive and again because of Janeen's experience with wedding planning, catering, and staffing I would not hesitate to recommend Parties N' All to anyone looking for staffing needs. They were true professionals and added tremendously to making our special day perfect.

Absolutely incredible!

If you want to feel like a guest at your own wedding, look no further than Parties N' All! My husband and I were so impressed by Janeen and her team- she was incredible to work with, on top of everything, and was always making suggestions to help us save money while never sacrificing our dreams for our wedding. When we walked into the decorated venue (which was a bowling alley/bar), everyone was floored by how sophisticated it looked. Exactly what we imagined, and more! She managed the rentals, catering deliveries, and all staffing day-of. Despite a tough kitchen set up and a few other obstacles thrown her way, Janeen made sure everything went smoothly. So many guests came up to us to let us know this was the best wedding they had ever been to- and this is largely in thanks to Janeen and her incredible team!

Great for staffing!

Working with Janeen and her team was an absolute breeze! She’s very much a New York wedding veteran and super helpful when it comes to planning the details of the day. Let me just say that Jeannie was my wedding planner for “month of coordination” and she was a total rockstar. She made herself available to me months prior to my wedding via countless phones calls and emails . I had zero worries on my big day!! I got married at a venue that was just an empty space , so basically I had to book a million vendors ! We basically had to create the entire day from the forks to the chairs , everything, timeline , floor plan . She knew exactly what I needed and ensured nothing was forgotten or left out . Shes organized , responsive , extremely knowledgeable and just got me ! The day of i was not stressed at all she arrived extremely early and made sure the vendors were on point with arrival times and Executed the Vision. At the wedding she was there with her amazing assistant and honestly she was hovering around making sure the behind the scenes were flowing properly, a guardian angel of the day ! I also booked wait staff and bar tenders via this company And they were also amazing ! Do you self a favor call and ask for Jeannie - Trust me she will ease your wedding planning worries. Janeen is a Miracle Worker!

I can’t sing Janeen’s praises enough! She honestly saved our wedding day!

We got married at the Greenpoint Loft in Brooklyn last month, and hired Janeen as a month-of-coordinator due to the emphatic recommendations of our venue reps.

Janeen was not only a huge help wrapping up the details a month before our wedding, but she (and her husband!) went above and beyond her duties as coordinator to save our special day!

Unfortunately, the caterer we hired was a disaster. Somehow Janeen managed to both compensate for his lack of planning & staffing all while flawlessly fulfilling her role as coordinator & decorator. Janeen did an INCREDIBLE job decorating the space, working with vendors, guiding the staff, timing the event, and so much more! She pulled favors and worked her magic, filling in where needed, to fix the issues our caterer caused. I honestly can’t imagine what would have happened if Janeen were not there to take control! Through everything she ensured I was relaxed and unaware of the chaos she was resolving.

Janeen has incredible attention to detail, so many connections in the wedding industry due to her many years of experience, and will blow you away with her ability to bring your vision to life! If you’re looking for a planner who works well under pressure and will do everything in her power to ensure your special day turns out perfect, look no further! Backyard tented wedding- amazing!

Hiring Janeen to help plan our wedding was the best decision we made during wedding planning. Our wedding was at my familie's home on the Long Island Sound. There were so many decisions to be made... catering, tent, furniture, ceremony, glassware, bar/drinks, bathrooms, music... the list goes on and on. We would not have been able to have the backyard wedding of our dreams if it wasn't for Janeen planning the wedding for us. When we met with Janeen she picked up on our vision right away. We were going for an elegant but laid-back feel but couldn't find the words to describe it... Janeen knew what we wanted right away. We wanted guests to mingle, eat, dance and drink ... and that is what we got! Everything ran so smoothly ... her entire staff was amazing and extremely polite (everything was seamless). Highly recommend

We used Parties N All for our daughter's wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Janeen, Rich and the rest of the staff. From the start of hiring Janeen we were confident we were in the right hands. She was efficient, creative, informative kind and humorous and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and in what order etc..
Although the wedding was at our waterfront home, when the day came we had complete confidence that at that we were, at that point, invited guests, We didn't notice all that was being done to set up and all that was being during the reception etc. It was as if we were at a venue.

June 29 Wedding!

Partie sN All were definitely a vendor that was worth the investment. We likely would have been lost as we booked a raw space (Dumbo Loft). With Janeens experience and knowledge of our venue she was really able to help me make changes that made sense and still stay within budget. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Janeen is the BEST!

We started working with Janeen as soon as we booked our venue (26 Bridge), about 14 months out, to make sure that we would have support for creating our wedding in a raw space. Janeen's support in the beginning of planning was exactly what we needed. With her expertise in the wedding industry and with our space, she recommended vendors that we needed (via email) and we had a couple of planning calls to make sure that we were on track. My husband and I vetted and confirmed all vendors for our wedding and Janeen was that added support if we got stuck (we did on transportation and food/drink). About two months out, we had calls with Janeen every two weeks as she worked to piece everything we had been planning for the past year together. She did an amazing job getting the full download of what we had worked on as well as understanding my husband and my vision for our day. She was always available, did a great job at putting us at ease, and cared so much about making sure we felt confident that our day would go as planned. As for the day of, it was PERFECT. Janeen handled everything so we didn’t need to lift a finger! She was attentive in all aspects, making sure our vendors were set, our guests were enjoying themselves, and my husband and I were having the time of our life. Being in the industry for a while, she gets wedding planning and she handles everything with such grace (she handles alot!). We had every ounce of trust in her leading up to our wedding and she did an amazing job, would recommend her to everyone. Book Janeen!!! - Thank you Janeen!

Amazing Wedding Planner!

Janeen was everything that we hoped for in a wedding planner! She really knows what she is talking about and that came across within the first few minutes of our first phone call with her. She is one of the most organized and detail oriented people we have ever met. The day of schedule was planned to the minute and she kept us and all of our many vendors on track to ensure the evening ran smoothly! She went above and beyond in dealing with some difficult vendors, in helping us to stock our bar, and even after our event in taking stuff to her home for us when we didn't have enough room in our pick up vehicle. If that wasn't enough, the morning of our wedding we realized there was a construction crew digging up the street in front of our venue and she worked with them to make sure they were gone and the road was back in one piece by the time our event started. Long story short, we highly recommend her and her team! Exceptional quality at a reasonable price.

Stress-free and AMAZING

We used Janeen/Parties N All for our March 2 Brooklyn wedding.
In all seriousness, we could not even begin to imagine doing this without Parties N' All. Janeen is a gift from above, I swear. She has a way of helping you get so much doen without you even realizing how many tasks got accomplished until you look at your list and just keep checking. She is on point, knows the exact questions to ask and goes with the flow.

Janeen is personable. Calmed us down when we were confused or overwhelmed, she never pushed us, had great suggestions. She even has things like table numbers and other supplies that can help alleviate stress. She comes from a place of love and you can just tell she truly wants your wedding to be exactly what you imagined. My favorite part, is that Janeen is FIRM. We had small issues with seating and some guests at the wedding. Janeen took charge As a bride, that was everything and it took the stress right off me so I could party. She simply gets it and I'm in awe of all she takes into her control and can accomplish. Seriously, give her a call, she will be your wedding Fairy Godmother!

SO glad we hired Parties' N All

We weren't sure if we needed a day of coordinator, but are so so so happy we hired Parties N' All! Janeen and her team was recommended by our venue's manager (Dumbo Loft in BK).

We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Janeen, Jesse and Rich were AMAZING - especially during those frantic phone calls where it felt like the sky was caving in.

We were incredibly detailed about some things (welcome table, guest tables, alter) and had no idea what to do about others (bar setup, walking down an aisle.. without an aisle) - and no matter what, Parties N' All was there to support and guide us through it all.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We are so happy we hired Janeen!

If you want a wedding planner who will carry out your vision within your budget AND help you relax during the very stressful planning period, look no further. We had a fantastic experience working with Janeen, Jesse, and the rest of the staff at Parties N' All for our wedding at 26 Bridge this past December. We hired Janeen for 3 months of planning leading up to the wedding. Janeen knows the space so well and also has great relationships with plenty of local vendors. She listened to our wants and stepped in with her expertise to let us know when something would not work (we had a lot of very specific ideas about our wedding), but for everything that we really wanted Janeen figured out a way to make it happen. We had over 200 guests for a ceremony/cocktail hour/reception all in one big space and we simply would not have been able to plan or visualize everything without Janeen guiding us. Janeen is also great at calming nerves and making the couple feel that everything is under control - she is a true professional. She also provided us with waitstaff and a bartender for our rehearsal dinner and they were top notch. Hire Janeen!

Best Staffing Company!!

I could not even begin to express my gratitude for the work that Janeen and her crew at Parties N' All did for me on my big day. To begin, Janeen worked with me for almost a year leading up to my wedding, always being patient and understanding to all my questions and concerns- she offered me so much advice and guided me, in what I felt the entire time, was towards the right direction. When she was not able to answer a question, she would connect me with the person she felt could really help. For example, when she connected me with Rich the beverage manager- who might I add was an incredible help on the months and days leading up to my wedding and especially on the day of. Or when my mom brought fruits that she wanted to display at a table and Janeen introduced my mom to a staff member who turned the fruit into masterpieces- my mom could not stop talking about it- and still hasn't 2 months later.
I really can't even begin to express how amazing of a job Janeen, Rich and the rest of the Parties N' All crew put in to really make my dreams come to life.
Finally, if you don't work with Janeen and her Parties N All crew, you are really going to miss out on such a great team who genuinely gives everything into making your one day the most memorable day ever. Made our wedding vision a reality

My wedding was the happiest and most beautiful of my life -- and Janeen and Jesse were a huge part in making it a reality. My now husband and I chose Dumbo Loft, a raw space in Brooklyn, for a wedding reception because we could DIY and customize it to our tastes. Little did we know how much work, planning and logistics it would take to achieve our vision! Thankfully, we hired Parties N All for event coordination and staffing, gaining Janeen's expertise to guide us in the planning process. She has TONS of experience in similar wedding venues and that in itself was so comforting for our planning anxiety! She and her assistant Jesse were great partners who understood what we were looking to do and helped figure out exactly how to make it happen. Perfect! That is the best word to describe the care and service provided by Jesse and the Parties N All team! From the first interaction, they instantly comforted and removed all of our wedding planning stress. They let us enjoy the few weeks before the wedding, the ones we knew would be the most stressful. He asked us all the questions we didn't know needed answering and he was able to figure out exactly what we wanted, drawing out all the details from is that we didn't even realize needed to be provided. Whenever we had questions or concerns he was prompt in getting back to us to allay our fears. He was able to connect with all our vendors and handle things well in advanced, to hash out our schedule, to prepare our floor plan. All in all, he prepared us for the day. On the wedding day, when we walked into the venue it was EXACTLY what we invensioned. We didn't know what to expect, and it blew away us away completely. When it came to scheduling and organizing, from our bridal party, to guests, to the catering, DJ and other vendors, we knew we could trust Jesse to handle it, we didn't need to think about any of it. Normally we are a pretty anxious couple, but we're glad to say, under Jesse's planning we had no anxiety about the event. We were shocked that not a single thing went wrong, even though we prepared for at least one thing. Even our guests shared their compliments on how smooth things went, how great the wedding turned out and how everything was seamless. All all, we would recommend Jesse's services to anyone who needs an event planned, wedding or otherwise.

Booking parties n all for our raw space wedding at the Green Building was the best decision we made about our wedding. Besides getting married, of course! While browsing on The Knot I kept seeing Janeen's name pop up with rave reviews from the same company we had booked our staff with. I decided to look her up and met her at the green buildings wedding crasher event. We decided to hire her right away. She has a passion for her work which was evident from the start. No one has that much motivation and passion who doesn't want to be in this business for the love of it. It is a lot of work. And Janeen goes above and beyond for her clients before and during the wedding. She's very thorough with her questions, and all of my answers I never had to repeat later during conferences as she had everything on file and was up to speed the moment we got on the phone before the wedding. I had a lot of anxiety leading up to our wedding day. Using a raw space I kept asking myself; how are all of these moving parts going to come together? And being cynical as I am I didn't fully believe Janeen or anyone else that said they would. To my astonishment our wedding far surpassed what I had envisioned. Janeen took the reins and everything I had done and pulled off the most beautiful set up. Her attention to detail was so appreciated. Her and her staff were absolutely amazing, professional , and invested in our big day. We couldn't have asked for more.

Working with Janeen (Parties N’ All) for our wedding at our home in Lloyd Harbor was like having a family member who happened to be a professional event planner working for us, with an emphasis on the word professional. I cannot imagine the process going better, and event being any more perfect. Janeen sticks to a schedule of decision making among the choices and opportunities that she offers, to make sure that everything is ready to go on that special day. We hired Events By Parties for an outdoor wedding in Queens.
It was a do it yourself wedding, and the venue didn’t have any onsite managers, so having Janeen and Jesse was a life saver. They made sure everything went smoothly so that we could just enjoy the day.
Also highly recommend getting staff with them as well if you are in need. They were a great help especially Rich the man/bartender.

I contacted Janeen at Parties N' All a few months before my wedding on September 1 at the W Loft in Brooklyn. I had found her online, and then my venue recommended her as well. I can't say enough good things about Janeen and her assistant Jesse. My wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without her and her team. My venue, which was essentially a blank space, came together like something out of a movie. It was beautiful! We had a very open flowing wedding, not a lot of traditional sit down time, and I was worried it would feel weird. She kept it going like a well oiled machine! Better than I could have ever imagined the night would go. I wouldn’t change a thing with how it all turned out. They were always available by email and responses were given within hours. I was a bride who knew what she wanted, and Janeen did not try to steer my away from those ideas. She was receptive, and truly helpful with her recommendations when I did need help. At one point during the day, we were running way ahead of schedule, and showed up with our groomsmen and bridesmaids about 1.5 hours ahead of the ceremony. It was warm outside and we wanted to sit inside but Janeen and her team were still setting up. I felt bad that we were in their way but they could not have been nicer in how they treated us and worked with us with the schedule change which just said so much of them. 15/10 A+++ highly recommend, you want them on your big day, or with you for any event really!

Are you planning a DIY wedding in NYC? Hire Janeen and Parties N' All. My wife and I got married in Dumbo Loft (a "raw space") in April. Getting married in New York is expensive. Like a lot of young couples here, we were looking to strike a balance between saving money by doing as much work ourselves as we could, and not going crazy with logistics and details.
Hiring Janeen and Parties N' All was the best decision we made. Not only did they provide the staffing at a very reasonable rate, Janeen was also able to connect us to the other vendors we needed, all of whom were both reliable and more affordable than much of the competition. Janeen was even able to procure discounted rates for many of the vendors that weren't advertised. I think we actually came out ahead by hiring Janeen to help with the planning.
Her day-of coordination was also exceptional. I had planned to spend most of my wedding day before the ceremony on-site to help with the setup and last-minute logistics. Janeen dismissed me as soon as I arrived and took care of everything! I got to spend some fantastic, meaningful time with my friends and family before the ceremony, while she and her staff handled all the setup and coordinated all the vendors. The space looked incredible, and the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. Our guests were even raving to us about how great Janeen was.
I don't generally write reviews online, but I'm really grateful to Janeen and her staff for helping us create such a special day. She deserves your business, and you (and your wallet!) will be glad you hired her.

Working with Janeen, Jesse, and the Parties 'n All crew was a dream! They brought our vision of our wedding day into reality, made everything look beautiful throughout the night, and took such good care of us -- even our guests said they felt taken care of by the Parties 'n All staff! We got the month of coordination package, wait staff (for a food truck, not table service) and a beverage package and were really pleased with everything. They even made a signature drink for the night that was delicious! Like many of the people writing reviews here, we were DIYing SO MUCH at our wedding, and working really hard to stay within our budget while providing our guests (and ourselves) with an A+ experience. We originally reached out to her to see about staffing services, but her knowledgeable demeanor plus reviews plus her VERY reasonable rates sold me. She has an amazing attention to detail but still keeps the whole picture in mind. She also listened to us but would be straight forward with us if an idea we had didn't work. Janeen and her team were simply amazing. She helped bring together my vision for my wedding in 7/23/18 at 26 Bridge! I found Janeen pretty early on in the planning process and we worked together for over a year while she answered my questions very early on. Since I had an all DIY wedding and had to bring in all my vendors, Janeen was the missing puzzle piece that I needed. She helped transformed the room for both the ceremony and reception which were both held in the same space. After walking down the aisle and socializing during cocktail hour, I didn’t even realize the room swap. It was all so seamless! She helped me with food suggestions, setting up and decorating the centerpieces, ordering rentals, setting up the dessert table and making sure that my husband and I got fed! She help coordinate the ceremony which was great because we didn’t rehearse prior to the wedding. Janeen and her team were on top of it behind the scenes during every moment of the wedding. They stuck with the time and made sure everything was on schedule and ran accordingly. She helped reached out to all my vendors prior to the wedding! I would recommend Janeen for ANY wedding that you’re planning. I feel like I got more than what I was expecting as everything was all in the details and it made my wedding day so much more relaxing. Where do we begin? When we hired Janeen to be our day-of coordinator we had no idea how huge a help she'd really be. Janeen and her staff went above and beyond for our wedding day. Janeen was hands on from the minute she arrived to the very last moment of our special day. It seemed as if she was everywhere at once! She helped us from before the date, and made sure that everyone (including our bridal party and special guests) were specially taken care of on the day. Janeen and her team were out of this world amazing! I could not recommend them enough! My husband and I DIY'd our entire wedding, but he had enough foresight to see the help day of staff could provide. We initially reached out to Janeen regarding clean up services, but her team went above and beyond what I could have even imagined was in their wheelhouse. They were respectful, prompt, friendly, calm and just all around a pleasure to be surrounded by on our big day. They cleaned up the venue as they went and were out of the space within 45 minutes. They were seriously A GODSEND and if you don't book them, you'd be making a huge mistake.

I hired Janeen and her staff of servers and bartenders for my Greenpoint Loft wedding. Their services were amazing and the wedding went off without a hitch! The bartenders were great and the servers kept the place very neat and tidy. Since it was buffet service I thought it was incredibly kind of her servers to create and bring plates of food over to us, without us even thinking to ask. Little things like that definitely stand out to me in terms of wonderful service.

Janeen and her team did a fantastic job taking care of every single detail leading up to, and the day of our wedding. Janeen thought of absolutely everything and is a total pro. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful and the week leading up to the big day is stressful x 100--Janeen took a huge weight off my shoulders by taking care of following up with each of our vendors, making sure our All Seated chart was complete, and getting everything set up and broken down the day of. Janeen and her crew made sure our event went off without a hitch. She helped us figure out what we needed for our raw space and helped us figure out what we needed and what we didn't. She also recommended vendors which turned out to be less money than the ones we had originally intended to use. Definitely feel we got our money's worth and very happy we went with her.

Janeen was absolutely amazing! She was my day of coordinator on 9/23 in Brooklyn, but her role went way beyond day of! She made sure to be completely flexible to my schedule, came for a walk through late on a Sunday night a couple weeks before my wedding so that I could show her what I was thinking for decorations. She handled things like cash payments for me day of so I didn't have to worry. My ceremony was an outdoor event (The Peristyle at Prospect Park). Janeen was there 4 hours early and handled a birthday party that was set up there way before my guests arrived. She handled absolutely everything and made my day so much easier! I can't recommend her enough!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Janeen and her staff! She payed so much attention to detail. My wedding was in Brooklyn N.Y @ the Green Point Loft. It is a raw rustic space. Raw meaning empty space. When Janeen was done decorating this beautiful raw rustic space it felt like i was in a dream! Everything was unbelievably gorgoeous. The guest tables were to literally die for. Our sweetheart table was exactly how my husband and I imagined it would be. I am still in ALL! Dont even get me started with the signature drinks and bar setup. She is truly a artiist. She helped create such a wonderful memory for us both! I will definitely be doing work with her in the near future!

I wish there were soooo many more stars than 5 to give Janeen and Events By Parties N All! I found Janeen online 2 months before my wedding in Brooklyn. I live in Connecticut and was not familiar with the vendors in NY or what was specifically needed for the venue that I chose for the wedding. My first conversation with Janeen was so thorough and let me know that if I didn't hire her, I would be in shambles! I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and Janeen was my reason! We spoke constantly throughout my process of planning, she took care of everything I needed and more in a week and I was astonished! I had spent almost a year planning and trying to put things together and became very frustrated and nervous, but when I consulted with Janeen , I was immediately calmed! I literally traveled from Connecticut with loads of decor and eucalyptus plants in my rental van. The morning of the wedding, I literally dropped everything off at the venue in the middle of the room and left trusting that Janeen would work her magic!

When I saw the room, I was floored! It was everything I wanted and more! It is hard being someone who is very hands on and leaving your vision into the hands of someone else to execute! I would trust Janeen with my vision ANYDAY over and over again! We literally formally met on the day of wedding shortly before I was to walk down the aisle, i felt so comfortable with her!

The staff, the vendor suggestions and execution of our wedding was amazing and when we renew our vows, if she hasn't retired...she will be hired again! Thank you soooo much Events by Parties N All!

Janeen was our day-of Wedding Coordinator for our wedding on 7/1/17 in a Brooklyn restaurant. She was instrumental in keeping a tight timeline, making sure that all things ran smoothly and making sure that everyone was always happy, even our pup Marcy. We only had a couple of hours to get into the restaurant before ceremony start time and Janeen made sure that all decoration was set up in time, even with storms rolling in and out, threatening our outdoor ceremony. I truly did not have to worry about anything that day. Janeen took care of everything - even mother nature!
Highly recommend Parties N' All.

I couldn’t recommend Events by Parties N’ All more highly! It is no exaggeration to say that Janeen made our wedding possible. We had lots of big ideas and dreams (a ceremony in the round, catering from a restaurant, a killer band, lots of candles - all in a totally raw space in five months) and no idea how to execute them. Janeen and her staff made all of this and more possible. We called her a lot and she was always available to us. She told us exactly what it would take to make our dreams come true - even when it wasn’t always what we wanted to hear – and then made it happen. She was incredibly patient with all of our big demands and was just as detail obsessed as we are. She helped us think of everything and was on top of every detail, dollar, and timeline. Whenever we hit a dead end, Janeen was there with the solution. And whenever we were stressed out, she swooped in to sooth us. All of this for way less money than any of the other coordinators we spoke with - although I can’t imagine getting as much personalized attention from anyone else. Our guests keep telling us how incredible and attentive the staff were and how seamlessly everything was executed. And best of all, I had no stress on the day of the wedding and that’s totally thanks to the Events by Parties N’ All team. Janeen, Rich, and their staff went totally above and beyond to make sure that the entire planning process and the wedding were smooth, easy, happy, and beautiful. Hire them!

We decided to do our wedding by ourselves and we found out we needed more help than we expected, so Janeen and her staff helped us to make our dreams come true! She worked with us, got to know our style and how we wanted our wedding to be. On the day I was amazed by how it came out much better than I could imagine. Advice on whether or not to book this vendor? DO IT. Janeen was a complete asset from start to finish; even though we signed her on only for day-of coordination, she offered pointers and advice throughout! As is perhaps a typical path with wedding planning, I was originally a bit demoralized by the cost of everything adding up, especially in our raw venue. Thinking that I might be able to do it all myself, I contacted Parties N' All to inquire just about their staffing services. Janeen quickly got back to me with her staffing capabilities but also noted that she provides day-of coordination services. Her prices were fantastic, less than other DOCs I'd spoken with, and included much more (unlimited texting/calls before the wedding, not just in the month leading up, etc.). In addition, Janeen, having done this a ton, has accumulated equipment and display items that she graciously provided and which really stepped up the presentation of our cocktail hour snacks, desserts, and bar (the bar rental package was separate but SO worth it)! I can't say enough great things about Janeen, and this review already feels inadequate, but by way of example, two friends are getting married soon in a raw space in New York, and they've already signed on Janeen and Parties N' All after our recommendation! Thank you so much, Janeen, Rich (her husband, our main bartender), and the whole team!!

Can not recommend Janeen highly enough. We called her very last minute to help with day of services for my sister's wedding and she absolutely RESCUED us! She went above and beyond in every way and turned what could have been a disaster into a *seamless* and easy event. Just few examples (of SO many!) - we realized only a few days prior to the wedding that we didn't have enough tables for our guests. Janeen took control and got the rental company to agree to bring the additional amount that we needed in VERY short notice. Perfect. However, our linen company however wasn't able to accommodate - minor freak out moment - and then Janeen saved the day. She has all kinds of supplies, including linens that were close enough to do the job! She had them cleaned on very short notice and brought them to us for no additional charge ;-) Another example - my sister had planned on having candles lit on tables at the reception... but hadn't checked with the venue to confirm that it was permitted - it wasn't. Janeen was able to convince the venue to let us have the candles lit for long enough that when our guests first walked into the reception they were greeted with the ambiance and decor that my sister had envisioned. Amazing. I couldn't recommend Janeen more highly - these are just a few quick examples but I could go on and on. We picked her because of her amazing reviews, and it did not disappoint - she is everything that everyone cracks her up to be.

Let me just start by saying that if you have found Janeen from Parties N’ All then you are already on your way to the wedding of your dreams. Whether you are having a small backyard party or a large upscale wedding you are crazy to attempt to plan and run your event without Janeen’s expertise. When we first met Janeen we could instantly tell that she is extremely dedicated due to her passion for the work that she does. We gave her probably one of the biggest challenges, by having a large 180-person outdoor wedding at a venue that had MANY impossible restrictions to be worked around. To make things even more difficult, my father suddenly got very ill and had passed away just 10 days before the wedding. Janeen did not hesitate for one second to go above and beyond her agreed upon duties to make sure everything went smoothly.
Janeen’s real magic shined on the day of our wedding. She and her staff exerted themselves in the hours leading up to the wedding to get everything expertly setup. Without even asking, Janeen brought tons of her personally owned accent pieces. Janeen knows one speed and that is GO!! Whether it was just keeping us on schedule or taking care of small hiccups, she skillfully handled the event and all of her AMAZING staff. We cannot thank her enough for her incredible work ethic and helping us to achieve the wedding of our dreams. It really means a lot when everyone is coming up to you and telling you that this is “the best wedding they have ever been to”. Before Janeen and her staff left for the evening everything was packed up and the grounds were made spotless.
Bottom line, her prices are incredibly reasonable compared to the competition, her dedication and passion for the job is above and beyond, and her husband Rich (bar service) and her catering staff are the BEST in the industry. Parties N All was wonderful. Janeen was amazing on the day of our wedding, and she went above and beyond to keep the brides calm and the party moving forward. She is a bulldog, so beware -- she will bite if she has to! Which is definitely needed in the industry. The day of our wedding went by without a hitch. We were able to be completely present for the whole event, and she kept everything in place while we got to enjoy the best night of our lives! Great value for the money. Really sweet woman. And if you're lucky / choose a DIY venue, you can see her and her husband in action -- he is a bar tender, and they really are a fantastic team who compliment each other immensely. I would definitely recommend -- Parties N All gets the job done, and for a great price. Thank you so much for making our day PERFECT! We couldn't have done it without you!

Obviously, planning a wedding is a stressful time... there is so much to think about and keep track of, and keeping within a budget just further complicates things. For our DIY food-truck wedding in Brooklyn, we honestly feel that hiring Janeen and her staff was probably one of the most important things that we did for our big day. Janeen talked us through the day beforehand, was patient with my detail-oriented self, and was able to touch upon things that I definitely would not have thought of otherwise. She is incredibly professional, organized, and clearly has a wealth of experience in the wedding industry. She created a timeline of our wedding day, and was contacting each of our vendors beforehand to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the actual day of our wedding, she kept everything running smoothly from behind the scenes, making our day appear seamless to us and our guests (even when the inevitable bump in the road may present itself). We had a food truck wedding with multiple vendors, and when one of them was not able to heat up their food in the pre-arranged time, she petitioned on our behalf, resulting in the vendor bringing in a separate pizza oven to make pizza as well for our guests (which we hadn't even paid for in the first place). She took the decorations I left and made our venue absolutely beautiful, she helped with organizing cleanup after the wedding, and her entire staff (from her bartenders to her waitstaff) were absolutely stellar. Even now, months after the wedding, we are blown away by the quality of work put forth by Parties N All; we would recommend them highly to anyone, as having Janeen and her staff there allowed us to enjoy our wedding day by taking care of all the details. We honestly do not know how we could have done it without them!

Janeen and her crew provided my set-up, serving, and clean up staffing for my wedding. I was very happy with the high level of service provided by Parties N' All during my wedding. I was planning my New York wedding from abroad and Janeen was very accommodating and punctual in all correspondence. It was a little thing, but I was instantly impressed with her because she actually suggested doing a phone call instead of just emailing back and forth as some others wanted to do. In my initial call with her, it was clear that she not only had a lot of experience, but also she was able to provide valuable insight on some things I had not considered. For the day of the wedding, from my perspective worked seamlessly with my day-of coordinator. They helped my day-of coordinator set up the venue exactly as instructed and well in advance of the ceremony/ reception start time. They effortlessly and professionally did their work to kept everyone fed and happy and the venue clean from start to finish.

Janeen and her staff went above and beyond when we hired them for their wedding coordination services! From about 4-5 months before the wedding, Janeen was always responsive with e-mail, and would always organize times for us to talk on the phone and go through whatever details needed to be sorted out that week.
From reminding us of due dates, to e-mailing ideas for party favors, Janeen was always keeping me on track and making sure that nothing went undone.
We also used the bar package, which included consultations with Rich, the bar manager, to help us come up with quantities and assortments of alcohol. The entire bar staff was amazing during the party, they worked quickly and made amazing drinks, then cleaned everything up at the end of the night.
Once the party was a couple of weeks away, Janeen stayed in touch with all of the vendors to make sure everyone stayed on schedule and had their deliveries lined up. All of the other vendors reached out to me to tell me what an organized and professional person she was!!
Then, on the day of the party (our wedding ceremony was family only, and very short), I showed up early to the party to help Janeen set up and make sure everything turned out the way I had imagined. But I walked into the room and everything was already done and absolutely PERFECT! She took my very little instruction for decor and floral arrangements, and turned the room into exactly what I knew I wanted. I am so impressed with the services, I cannot say enough good things!

Janeen and her staff are fantastic! My husband and I witnessed her team in action at his sister's wedding in 2014 and decided to go with her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August '15 because we knew how great they would be. She was so involved, organized, and informed during our planning. She did so much for us that you would get bored reading the list. To sum it up, she gave us great ideas, helped to figure out what we needed, and got us a deal with one of her vendors along the way. Her husband Rich, who bar-tended the event, helped us immensely by sending a list of bar needs. Party planning for a large event is hard, and these people know exactly how to do it. When the day came they were happy and helpful. I even saw some of their staff dancing while working. I highly recommend them!

Where can i begin with Janeen. First off, I am so Thankful that I found her and she helped me coordinate my wedding from beginning to end and then some. Not only did she help me coordinate and listen to my ideas, she took it to a higher level. The details that were put in and displayed were amazing! Her staff at Parties N' ALL are professional, reliable and wonderful Team.
From the beginning, she met me at my venue and immediately gave me ideas and advice that i needed to know. The hours that she spent with me to go over every detail, to tell me things that i would never even think of are all part of how dedicated and professional Janeen is. She was professional and available leading up to my wedding and she took care of things that came up and i didn't even have to worry about them. After the wedding we had to deal with a few issues (nothing to do with her) at our venue and she was extremely helpful and beyond! She took care of these issues and guided us thru the process.
Scot and i can't thank her enough for her creativity, dedication, and help planning this wedding. We used Parties N' All for the day of coordinator, staff and bartenders.

Janeen and Parties N All are amazing, professional and reliable. They had a lot of forethought both during the preparation and on the day of.
Janeen is very organized and was taking care of things we didn't know we had to worry about like where to collect the gifts, gathering party favors from the tables, packing leftovers etc...
She made our day smooth and worry free!
The guests also really appreciated the cocktails made by the bartenders.
We highly recommend them.

We absolutely loved working with Janeen. We put our wedding together in two months (and no, we were not pregnant!). After two weeks of thinking we could plan the full wedding ourselves, we decided to work with someone. We found Janeen and she was an incredible resource!! She made us feel comfortable and make our ideas happen very quickly. There was nothing she couldn't find for us!

When it came time for the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a potluck wedding and unfortunately didn't have quite enough food, but she was ON TOP OF IT and we were able to order more to supplement at the last minute.

Additionally, her staff was amazing. I work for a composting non profit, so it was very important to me to have source separation stations. Her staff was willing to sort the food scraps so we were able to collect "clean" food scraps to take for processing.

We also loved the fact that her company was a family business. It was an incredible day with love all around! For us and within her staff.

We can't recommend Janeen enough.

The waitress Lisa, was amazing. I did not need to tell her what I needed, she took over and prepared everything perfect. I relaxed and enjoyed my party. All of my guests could not stop completing on how she was the perfect home waitress. Every time you call the company you speak with a lovely women (I forgot her name) never a recording and so extremely helpful. They got my business....

The minute I met Janeen I knew we were going to be in good hands. From beginning to end, she left no stone unturned and helped alleviate many stressful nights where I didn't think I would be able to pull off this DIY wedding. She knew our venue (the green building) inside and out, from the the size of the tables, how to make the room flow, even where the electrical outlets in the room! She went above and beyond her call of duty, spending countless nights helping us create our floor plan, giving advice on where to splurge and where to cut corners, the bar list, etc..I cannot recommend Janeen and the rest of the amazing Parties N All staff enough. If you are planning a DIY wedding, don't think you do it alone. You need Parties N All to make sure everything runs accordingly. Trust me, you will forget something!

Janeen did an amazing job on our Wedding Reception/Christmas party combo. She thought of things and details we never would have. Our friends and family are still talking about it to this day 2 months later as one of the best parties they have ever been to. She took care of EVERYTHING! Decor, live music, tent, tables/chairs, specialty drinks, food, I mean literally she did it all! We had no worries and nothing to do. It was incredible. Would most definitely use again.

Janeen and her daughter Serena and their staff were amazing. They were very courteous to all the guests, and helpful in anything you needed. They were on top of cleaning up tables, and making sure people had whatever they asked for or needed.

Janeen and Parties N'All helped my family and I create the wedding party of our dreams! The party was in The Greenpoint Loft in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It is a historic, magical location but it is a raw space. There are challenges to creating a wonderful, big party here. With Janeen's guidance we navigated through the challenges and ended up with a party that was more than we could have imagined.
Janeen’s practical, no nonsense advice drawn from years of experience was a comfort throughout the entire planning process. Janeen is loaded with energy and enthusiasm. I knew Janeen would pull the whole thing together on the big day. And like magic she did. If you are going to make a DIY party, hiring a day of coordinator is the best money you will ever spend. Thank you Janeen and Parties N’All for helping us make an evening to remember for the rest of our lives.

Wow, where do I begin. I booked Janeen right around the time I booked my venue TGB (over a year out from my wedding date). Janeen right from the start gave me amazing and honest advice. I hired her staff as the waiters & bartenders and hired her personally as my planner/DOC. Not only did we have multiple conversations on the phone, in person, and via email leading up to the wedding, but she saved me time and money by being forthright and telling me what was worth the splurge and where I could cut back. Logistically she knew my venue inside and out, she worked with the many, many, MANY moving parts to my wedding. photobooth, dj, valet company, outside caterer, desert truck, florist, cake company, photographer, videographer, rabbi, sushi caterer for cocktail hour, her bartenders made my signature cocktails, etc-the list goes on... I also found out later all the obstacles she had to deal with that day and I honestly don't know how she and her staff executed my wedding so beautifully. The guests and I thought everything ran seamlessly- and that's how it appeared but she had to deal with a lot of hiccups behind the scenes. She did not sit still for my wedding from the moment she arrived until the last box was packed up. Their attention to detail was impeccable. From the bartenders perfectly concocting my signature cocktails, to the waitstaff's expeditiously, serving and clearing the courses and making sure everyone was attended to, I can't say enough good things about Janeen and her staff. She made sure we were on schedule and stuck to the timeline, she worked seamlessly with my DJ on everything, she set the place settings beautifully. I couldn't be more thrilled with her services. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I enjoyed the process so much more because of her. She is a pro. Her expertise and passion for her work cannot be matched. Book Parties N'All for all your event planning/servicing needs, it will be the best decision you make!

Janeen and her staff made my wedding day as close to perfect as it could get! In spite of rain and a very small window to set up, they got it done and the best part was that I didn't have to get involved at all on my special day. Hiring Parties n All was the best decision I made in my entire wedding planning process. Janeen is a wonderful DOC and a pleasure to work with. Everything ran smoothly from the bar to the cocktail hour and reception... If it was chaotic my guests had no clue. I can't thank them enough. People are still talking about how professional And "together" Janeen and her staff were. Book them ASAP!

It looks like there isn't a tab for charity event, but that is the type of event that Parties N' All catered for my organization yesterday.

We had a very, very small budget for our event, but Janeen of Parties N' All was so happy to help us out. As she says, Parties N' All is happy to help out whenever they can.

Janeen is a true gem and one of the kindest, most thoughtful vendors I've ever worked with. She truly wanted to make our event as successful as we hoped that it would be. She put us in touch with other vendors and even used her personal Facebook to help us find a food vendor after ours backed out at the last minute.

Additionally, and incredibly, she saved the flowers from her previous night's event and allowed my group to use them to decorate. Keep in mind that because of our small budget, we had no decoration whatsoever. This thoughtfulness is the hallmark of not only a wonderful vendor, but of a person with a huge heart that is willing to help in any way that she can.

Beyond those personal touches, the staff of Parties N' All was incredibly professional, polite and went above and beyond our expectations. I will work with them again in the future, and urge anyone looking for a fabulous catering vendor to do so as well!!

My husband and I hired Parties N' All to staff our wedding. I cannot say enough kind words about Janeen. She was so patient and helpful and always pleasant when I called or emailed her with a million questions. She not only helped us decide how many bartenders and servers we needed, but even helped me compile a list of barware rental items needed for our DIY bar. Janeen and her team were absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for better on our wedding day!

Janeen's team is absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for better support on our wedding day. Marci was in charge of making sure that the two of us were looked after and she was there with anything we could have asked for, before we even knew we wanted it. Our guests were so impressed and we are so thankful to have had Parties N All there for us. Would use them again and recommend them highly.

Parties n All provided a bartender and busser for our backyard pre-wedding welcome party, as well as rentals for the bar. The two people they sent were total professionals. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly and we had a perfect night. We'd definitely use them again!

Parties 'n' All is always incredible to work with. Their staff is on point through set up, service, and break down, and you never have to worry about whether or not something will get done. Couldn't recommend them more!!!

We hired Parties N' All to provide bartenders for our wedding and we couldn't be any happier with the results! Janeen, the owner, was so easy to deal with. She provided everything what we asked for. The bartenders were excellent! They quickly learned our guests drink preferences and went out of their way to make sure everyone felt well taken care of! If you are looking for bartenders for your event I highly, highly recommend Parties N' All.

Janeen and her staff were fantastic. We had Janeen as our day of coordinator and I must say, she went above and beyond her call of duty. She was fantastic to worth with and I trusted her completely. My wedding day went incredibly smooth because of her! Her staff were super attentive, especially to the bride and groom, and did a fantastic job! All my guests had a fantastic time and I would recommend her to anyone!

Where to start? Janeen and her staff were not only very professional, the were friendly to our guests, extremely helpful, and adaptable due to some unforseen issues! My husband and I did a DIY wedding. We were the ones that had to come up with a list of all rentals.....down to every last cup, plate, runner, you name it. Well~ there were 3 issues and Janeen and her staff had a solution to all of them. Also, they made it clear to me that it wasn't a big deal and I should just enjoy my day. That meant a lot being that I had put quite a lot of pressure on myself. I forgot to order cocktail hour plates.....they used our mug saucers instead. Also, they rental company never brought the cups for cocktail hour. Parties n' all managed to make it work. Our location was pretty rustic and they did a great job at making the most of the natural landscape. I really thought they were just wonderful. If I ever throw another big party in Long Island I will certainly use their service again. Thank you so much Janeen and Parties n' all!! ~ Brittany

Parties N All was amazing!!! We couldn't of has our wedding without them. From day of coordination to bar tending they went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone who is hosting an event because you're guaranteed a successful and joyful time!!

What can i say?!And where do i start!Janeen and her whole staff literally catered to every need that i asked for.Very non-hassle and straight to the point exactly what every bride needs.Janeen was honestly amazing in planning every detail and at the time of the event, completely coordinated everything smoothly.Her staff was so kind and welcoming to the guests.Im definitely booking her for my wedding!! If i knew she would make a 70-80 person engagement so easy i would have gotten engaged sooner!!

I was just looking for someone to help us for the day of and Janeen came the day before to go over everything and helped us out with a few things while we were setting up. Janeen and her team at Parties N' All went beyond for each and every task they were given. From our first conversation to the last bits of cleanup her team stepped up and went the extra mile. When thy showed up they helped my team setup our tables to perfection and then moved right along to helping the catering team get the food setup and ready. Their movements were fluid from spot to spot once the ceremony was done they sent a team to take down the chairs and move them to the reception site. The memories that stuck out most was that when her team saw us approaching our cocktail hour they met us with drinks and a few Pulled pork sliders. We hired a team of 5 and an additional 2 Bartenders and a Captain for our farm wedding of 120. They had no issue running to the store for extra plates when we misplaced the dessert table plates. Overall if we have another event I would without a doubt call on Parties N' All to handle it. If you choose Janeen and her team your big day will be that much brighter.

I had to fire my other waitstaff company two weeks before the wedding. Thank goodness that I found Parties n All. The owner, Janeen is top notch. She is honest, fair and really helped us have a great wedding. Everyone at the wedding said that the bartenders were so polite and friendly. And in addition, she was able to see what our needs were the day off (like we forgot to buy coffee and she had someone run out to dunkin donuts and buy some...). I recommend Parties n All without hesitation.
