When you book Mackenzie, you can be certain she will take complete care of you and your partner. What I loved most about Mackenzie when I was deciding who to work with was that she focused on us as a couple and what we wanted for our wedding day and she constantly reminded us to do what would make us happy. She has strong relationships with all the main vendors in town, the team at my venue was ecstatic when we chose her as our coordinator. She is calm, professional, oragnized and efficient and took care of everything on our wedding day. I can't wait to find an excuse to work with her again. Thank you Mackenzie!!! -

Working with Mackenzie as my full time wedding planner was like working with my sister or life long friend who has known me for years. She is the utmost professional and has an amazing creative vision down to the detail. I was planning a wedding from another state working full time, and she worked seamlessly to coordinate our schedules for when I would be in Austin to maximize our time. She went above my expectations to set extra dates with vendors at the venue site to make sure that everything was perfect down to the detail. Most importantly, she made sure that my opinions and vision were heard. She was always a call or text away for any wedding stress, and she always came up with a good solution. Mackenzie is an amazing person and incredible at her job, making for a beautiful and memorable wedding. We cannot thank her enough for her work! -

I worked with Mackenzie over a year to plan my January 2023 wedding. Mackenzie is so great to work with and goes above and beyond! She is friendly, knowledgable, and professional.
Mackenzie helped us get together our dream vendor team! She has a rolodex of the best in the area and has great relationships with all of the right people. Thanks to her recommendations and expert coordination, our wedding day was smooth, beautiful, and stress-free. Our friends and family had nothing but great things to say about the whole day, and my husband and I feel like we really got to enjoy all of the special moments! -

Mackenzie was my wedding planner for my September wedding and I cannot recommend her enough! Mackenzie is professional, thorough, knows how and when to take initiative, and was lovely to work with throughout the process. I cannot imagine planning and executing our wedding without her. She helped me with coordination and wedding design. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and I have gotten so many compliments from guests about how smoothly everything seemed to run on the big day. Five stars again and again. Thank you Mackenzie! -

Mackenzie Garcia - A True Angel!
It's hard to summarize how special Mackenzie is to my husband and I... not only did she make our dream wedding come to life in just few short months, but she is also such a JOY to get to know as a person! If I had to choose one word to describe Mackenzie, I'd say that she cares... she cares about every tiny detail of the wedding, but most importantly, she genuinely cares about her clients. Working with Mackenzie feels like working with a best friend! She truly cares about getting to know her couples so that she can give them the most wonderful, intentional, memorable wedding day ever. She is decisive and confident, while also maintaining a calm, approachable, comforting demeanor. She is equal parts fun and professional and KNOWS how to turn ideas into realities. I look forward to being friends with Mackenzie in the future and couldn’t recommend her more for anyone looking to plan their big day! -

Mackenzie is a godsend. Wedding planning can be an extremely stressful experience, but with Mackenzie by your side you don’t have to worry about a thing. Since day one Mackenzie told me it’s not the bride’s job to stress it’s the wedding planners’ and boy did she live up to her words. Scheduling, setting up appointments, reaching out to vendors, budget management, Mackenzie took care of all of that for us which is perfect for an unorganized procrastinator like me. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and it was all thanks to Mackenzie, because she was on top of every single detail, and nothing could get passed her. As if her amazing organizational skills weren’t enough, what really makes Mackenzie shine is her passion. She is passionate at what she does, and it shows. From being there with me when I said yes to the dress, to helping us pick out table linens, Mackenzie was always there for us whenever we needed her. She really goes the extra mile to make sure she gives her couples everything they need for their perfect wedding day. With your wedding in Mackenzie’s hands, you won’t have to worry about anything. All you need to do is enjoy your special day. -

Wow! I wish I had hired Mackenzie as my wedding planner and not just my day of coordinator. Through out the process she was punctual, organized and always kept a cool head when under pressure. She took time to understand our vision during the planning process and helped us execute it. Mackenzie was always available for a call or even an in person meeting when needed. When it came time for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day she was easily able to wrangle the wedding party and give clear instruction. We got so many complements from groomsman, bridesmaids and family with how well she orchestrated the day. If you want a fabulous wedding in the Hill Country/Austin area you call Mackenzie. -

I can not say enough good things about Mackenzie. She was integral to the success of our wedding and we feel like hiring her was the best decision we made the entire planning process. We picked a somewhat complicated place to get married and she thought of every. little. thing. From really important things to really little things I had no clue about. I learned so much from her about throwing an event and she made the process really fun and easy. When the weather took an unexpected turn a few days before my wedding she really turned on a dime and created an amazing plan B at the very last minute. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She even sent 2 assistants to my house DURING THE WEDDING to retrieve the wedding favors that we forgot to bring. She saved the day TWICE for us and put up with some complicated family members with so much kindness and grace.
