An Unforgettable Experience!
Hiring Khadejah was truly the best decision my family made for my wedding. From choosing the venue to table decor she handled everything perfectly. She started planning our wedding 7 months before and it took every bit of stress off of our shoulders. She was so easy to talk to and got along so well with my entire family. My family was so comfortable with her from the second we met. She made sure I got everything I wanted even if I told her something a night before the event. Being the first wedding in the family, we were unsure and nervous about several things and she helped us figure out each and every detail! My family couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was. A majority of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. They spoke about how well organized and executed it was. She made sure everything on the itinerary was thoroughly followed and done exactly how we wanted it. She went above and beyond what we envisioned and gave us the wedding of our dreams. She worked so well with the color of my dress and made sure everything matched perfectly! Additionally, she has a great eye for detail. Both events will forever be greatly memorable for my entire family and I can’t thank her enough for it. Not only is she an amazing planner, but she was like my older sister through this entire process. I turned to her and Kulsum for anything and everything I needed. I was so grateful to have Khadejah on board because of how much stress it took off of my parents. We were all able to cherish every moment and enjoy the two days because of them. The best!!!!
This review is longgg overdue but it’s also really hard for me to put together words for how amazing Khadejah is. I met khadejah back in 2019!! I had meetings with multiple wedding planners and was so indecisive of who I wanted. I don’t remember how I stumbled on Khadejah’s instagram but I am so glad I did. I knew from our first meeting that I wanted to hire her as my wedding planner. I realized that a lot of the other wedding planners I was looking into were a lot older and our thinking did not match up or it felt like I was working with someone I had to call “Aunty” and I totally didn’t like that. Talking to Khadejah was like I was talking to a friend about my dream wedding. She understood my visions and everything I anticipated to incorporate for my wedding day and gave me great input that matched my taste. So I hired her for my December 2020 wedding. We hit a lottttt of obstacles during my wedding planning process because of COVID. First we had to make a decision on whether or not we should even have the wedding with the limitations that were placed. After we decided to go for it, 3 days before my wedding day my in-laws caught COVID and we had to cancel all of our plans. I called Khadejah the moment the news came and she handled everything so I wouldn’t have to worry. She was so easy to work with during those times and super understanding as well. Not only was she a wedding planner to me, she became someone I was 100% comfortable going to with any wedding stress. I remember the amount of times I called her crying or panicking and she was always there (even knocking sense into my husband if he was being difficult lol). My plans were on hold from the time we cancelled but she would always check in to see how everything was going. I finally decided to reschedule for May 20, 2022 and she promised me that she would make sure my wedding events are perfect and everything I imagined it to be and I had no doubts in her at all. I also was lucky to meet Kulsum and there couldn’t be a better duo than them. As we all know, Asian weddings are complicated from the amount of days, to the difficult guests, to the little details us brides want perfected. But khadejah really pulled through for me and she tolerated my micromanaging too lol. One thing I learned was that no matter how beautiful the Venue is, management is not always so great. My wedding ceremony was at The Glen Cove Mansion and we knew from the meetings we had with banquet managers that not everyone was on the same page or things seemed a little off.. but again I loved the venue and Khadejah reassured me that she would make sure everything works out. Day of the ceremony we definitely hit many bumps with the venue but Khadejah and Kulsum handled it all without me having to worry day of and I was able to focus on myself. If they weren’t there, I can’t imagine the chaos I would have had to dealt with. I will also say that working with my family isn’t easy lol. Yet she was always incredibly tolerable, easy to work with, and she always maintained a professional, friendly, and calming composure. Everyone had so many opinions and comments and whatnot but what mattered was that Khadejah and I were ALWAYS on the same page. Without her and Kulsum I would have lost my sanity and I probably would not have enjoyed my wedding. It really was an incredible and long journey and I will always be super grateful for Khadejah ❤️ -

We hired Khadejah for full event planning for our outdoor nikkah and reception of 100 guests. Due to COVID-19, we finalized our date just two months before our wedding and brought Khadejah on board right away and we are so glad we did! Despite the short timeline and the various challenges that came with planning a gathering during a pandemic, Khadejah exceeded our expectations with her professionalism, organization, and thoughtfulness. Khadejah helped plan every aspect of our wedding, from coordinating with all of the vendors, to taking care of small details, like our wedding favors and arranging for a custom dessert spread we wanted. She understood what we wanted and made it a reality. Khadejah made the entire wedding planning process so easy on us and our families, we really could not be more thankful! Above all, we felt like we had a dependable friend who we could rely on to take care of everything leading up to and on the day of the wedding. She was helpful in giving her input and recommendations about décor, which all of our guests loved. She was also extremely helpful in recommending vendors – from the DJ, to décor, to hair and makeup – all of Khadejah’s recommended vendors were top notch and we enjoyed working with them all. Because of Khadejah's thoughtful planning, the day of the wedding went so smoothly and if there were any hiccups, we were none the wiser. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Khadejah for wedding planning and hope to work with her again soon! -

Everyone needs a Khadejah!
From the day we got engaged we knew Khadejah was the one we wanted to plan our wedding. Prior to us, she planned multiple of our friends weddings and we knew we were in good hands. Khadejah planned all of our events from the rehearsal dinner, mendhi night, wedding day, reception, and post wedding-brunch. She handled all the vendors like hair/makeup artist, henna artist and decor vendors- these are just a few of the many. We started to plan our wedding 6 months before and each day she took the stress off of us. We were able to discuss our ideas with Khadejah and she is the type of person who made those ideas even better. For example, for our reception decor, she told us we needed to do something above and beyond from what we were initially thinking. The color scheme she picked was very different from usual Pakistani weddings that we were hesitant. Khadejah was able to show us a vision that convinced my whole family!
Our wedding day was suppose to happen in Canada, but due to certain circumstances it got moved to New York. Within 2 weeks, without any hesitation Khadejah took over the planning. This is just a little bit of what Khadejah can do, and we cannot stress how grateful we are for Khadejah.
Everyone needs a Khadejah to plan their wedding! She is the most organized, professional and hardworking individual who seriously has a passion for her work. Her coordination skills were remarkable. Her amiable character makes everyone fall in love with her and be comfortable with her. She took out the time to develop a relationship with the family members not just the bride and the groom.
What we loved the most that Khadejah did for us are the incredible vendors she was able to get for us like the espresso bar, crêpe cart, jalebi station, gulab- jaman station, chocolate vendor, bhangra team, and much more. Khadejah has an eye for detail like how she made customized gift bags for our guests staying at the hotel, placing the flowers on our cake herself and how she expressed the importance of a dance floor wrap because it would tie in the whole look for the reception day.
She was very hands on all five events making sure everything was on schedule and being able to handle all of our 500 guests without a problem. Like we said earlier, everyone needs a Khadejah to plan their wedding! If you are searching the market for a planner, Khadejah is the one!! -

We entrusted Khadejah and her team to plan our multi-day West Indian wedding, which included Mehendi, Hindu Wedding, Catholic Ceremony & Reception.
From the moment I met Khadejah, 2 years ago. I knew, not only would she be an incredible partner but also a friend I felt comfortable enough with to confide in. Khadejah is kind, she keeps your best interest in mind. She understands what's important to you, she strives for the best and delivers, no doubt. She has a true passion for perfection and is extremely organized. Not only, did she give us the wedding of our dreams, but she keeps in mind all our wants, even if they don't turn out to be actual needs in the end; somehow - she delivers miracles.
She is organized and stern, when she needs to be (really kept my bridal party intact!). Khadejah has built relationships with trusted vendors; all of which love working with her. She is personable, our family members won't stop talking about her!
If you are looking for a planner that won't make you just another bride, one that will actually take the time to perfect your vision and always strive to see the excitement on your face; you need a planner like Khadejah.
I don't have the words to describe our wedding, words like incredible and amazing just fall short. Khadejah truly made our wedding a weekend to remember. She took the hassel, confusion and frustration off our shoulders and handled everything with ease and professionalism.
I wish it didn't have to end! but, in the end -- I met a wonderful person, one I will be eternally grateful to. -

A review can't do justice to the outstanding work that Khadejah did for us. Planning a wedding can be really stressful. Therefore, having a reliable and trustworthy planner goes a long way in making sure that one of the most important moments in your life is sure to be a memorable one. From the minute we hired her, she got to work and was on top of every detail. Khadejah took charge in planning and making sure that our event met our expectations and budget. Our wedding had approximately 700 guests and reserved seating. Khadejah made sure that each one of the 700 guests were sitting in the seats that were assigned. When the day finally arrived, Khadejah was in the hall hours before, ready to take on the challenges that were coming ahead. She helped set up the tables and decor, made sure the DJ had the itinerary for the event, and worked closely with the photographer to make sure that every moment was captured. All our guests were amazed at how relaxed we were on the stage. We were relaxed because we trusted Khadejah to meet our expectations and to successfully manage approximately 700 guests. Many of our guests were pleased with her services and hired Khadejah for their weddings. We recommend her services and can't stress the importance of having an experienced and talented wedding planner, like Khadejah, for your big day. After moving across the country, it was difficult planning my wedding in another state so I hired her as my wedding planner and it was the best decision I made! Khadejah was knowledgeable, responsive and had great ideas. My reception was beautiful and everything ran smoothly!

Her work is very organized, and everything went very smoothly for me. She made my stage, bouquet and center pieces look amazing! Everyone loved all the detail and I look forward to having her do any future events in the family. I can’t thank her enough for all she did. =)

Great experience!
Khadejah did my daughters first birthday and my sister in laws bridal shower. Both events went flawless with her assistance in decorations and bakery goods. I had given her some inspiration ideas of what we wanted and she brought everything to life with minimal insight from me. We were all super happy with the end result! -

We met a few times to go over details and etc. I am sure I drove her crazy but she was always there and did an absolutely stunning job! I would definitely recommend her to any new bride.
