We hired Gillian for the partial planning package, and it was truly the best decision my husband and I made for the wedding! Gillian's attentiveness to detail, incredible organization, and deep knowledge of wedding planning made such a difference for us! We had so many questions along the way, and she always took the time to answer them thoughtfully and clearly, which helped us feel so much more at ease.
On the wedding day itself, Gillian and her team were amazing! Everything ran so smoothly that we didn’t notice a single thing going wrong. If anything did come up, they clearly handled it seamlessly in the background so we could stay fully present and enjoy every moment.
Most importantly, Gillian helped bring our exact vision to life. Everything came together so beautifully and felt so effortless from our perspective. It was truly beyond what we could have imagined. We cannot say enough good things about Gillian and her team! -

Events by Gillian & Co was absolutely the best experience with planning our wedding from start to finish. We booked full service planning with Gillian about 18 months out from our wedding. Our wedding was at Winterthur Museum in Delaware in April. From the start Gillian was organized and walked us through every step of the planning process with a calm demeanor. She kept track of every detail I would never have thought of and made the process stress free. The day of my wedding there was rain so we had to shift some plans, and make some pivots. But Gillian and her team handled it all without any issue, and without any stress on me. Gillian designed a BEAUTIFUL reception space as well which we got tons of compliments on. Overall 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go with Gillian and her team for their wedding she was easy to work with and made our wedding great! -

We hired Events by Gillian for their Day of Coordination package and were blown away by the services. From our first call we knew Gillian was a seasoned veteran, understood the venue and timeline, and was guaranteed to give us a wedding without issues. Gillian handled all of our discussions and was calm and level-headed at all times, she fielded all of our crazy requests and delivered exactly how we wanted. I genuinely had no worries about issues during the event because Gillian orchestrated everything beautifully and if something did happen...... she managed it brilliantly because I still don't know!!
I cannot thank her and her team enough for all of the work they did to fulfill our wedding. Trust me, hire Events by Gillian and let them handle the operations - you will thank me later when you're enjoying your event! -

When our original wedding planner closed her business, Gillian McSherry of Events by Gillian & Co. stepped in and absolutely saved the day. From the moment she joined our planning process, she went above and beyond every expectation. We had the partial planning package, but Gillian made it feel like full-service care in every way.
She immediately understood our vision — she just got our vibe — and brought every detail to life with incredible precision and creativity. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her calm professionalism made the entire experience stress-free.
What truly made the day so special was how flawlessly everything came together. As the mother of the bride, I was able to spend every precious moment with my daughter on her fairy-tale day without a single worry. Walking out to see everything exactly as we had dreamed — it took my breath away. Our guests are still raving about how stunning the ceremony, venue, and reception were.
I cannot recommend Gillian and her team highly enough for any event. She is a true professional, an absolute class act, and someone who will make your vision come to life more beautifully than you could imagine.

Gillian and her team were absolutely amazing. We did the partial planning package and it was perfect. There were so many moving parts to our day - lots of surprise performances and 250+ Guests...she handled this day and everything leading up to this day perfectly. When looking for wedding planners for our June 2024 wedding, I immediately clicked with Gillian and hired her after our first meeting for her partial planning services. Gillian was AMAZING to work with! She spent a lot of time making sure she understood our vision for our big day and was always in communication with us and all our other vendors. I cannot emphasize how amazing her design guides are; she completely visualized our day for us in a way we didn't know was possible! Which, as a very visual person, made planning so much less stressful as I could literally see our design ideas and décor laid out at our venue and church. Gillian is so incredibly organized, detailed, responsive and kind. I loved working with her so much that my sister hired her for her wedding four months later! I could not recommend Gillian and her team enough; if you are looking for a planner that will bring your Pinterest board to life, help you visualize your day and make your day stress-free, look no further! -

Gillian and her team are the whole package. We dreamed up our day and they made it even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The whole process from the initial call to details calls and walkthroughs were so detailed and organized. All of our information could be referenced in a Google Drive which I loved. I thought I had considered all of the details until we got on our calls, and I quickly realized I had not, but Gillian and her team had. They truly think of every little thing and make sure it is perfect and planned out. We had a few "non-traditional" components in our wedding day (worship song during the ceremony, live music performances during cocktail hour, and a line dancing lesson to name a few) and they ran with them all and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. Every vendor Gillian recommended was absolutely wonderful to work with and got our vision. We were able to just enjoy our entire wedding day and be present because we knew we were in good hands. Our family and wedding guests are still complementing our wedding day for how beautiful the details were and how personal it was. Could not recommend Gillian and her team more for your big day! -

I hired Gillian for partial planning for my August 2024 wedding. From beginning to end, Gillian was a dream to work with. Right from the start, Gillian got to know me and my vision for my big day. She turned my chaotic Pinterest board into a detailed design plan that allowed me to visualize every aspect of my big day. Gillian is incredibly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, all of which are characteristics a great wedding planner should have. On my wedding day, Gillian brought my vision to life and exceeded my expectations. If there was an issue, I had no clue because Gillian was there to correct the mistake before I even knew it was one. Because of her, I had a stress-free wedding and I will be forever thankful for that! -

Gillian and her team at Events by Gillian were absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process! As someone with a rather stressful job, I knew I needed a planner, and choosing the partial planning package with Gillian was one of the best decisions we made. From our first few calls, she truly understood our vision and created a stunning lookbook that brought our dream wedding to life. It was incredibly helpful to share with vendors like our florist, ensuring everyone was on the same page.
Gillian also expertly managed our budget and answered every question we had along the way. On the day of the wedding, I was so relaxed, knowing that Gillian, Renee, and Maddie had everything under control. The day was absolutely perfect, and if there were any hiccups, I certainly didn't know about them—exactly what you hope for as a bride. Where do I even begin? Gillian - you need her in your life if you are planning a wedding. She single handedly was the best vendor I invested in for my wedding. I hired her as my day of coordinator and she saved the day MULTIPLE times. She was worth every single penny I paid, for her and her talents. I had several meetings with her leading up to the wedding as she helped me plan the wedding down to minutes. I also rented all of my decor from her rental collection, which was so convenient as she set everything up and tore everything down at the end of the night. I did not have the stress of packing things up, taking them to the wedding, and setting it all up the morning of. Her and her team did all of that for me, plus it looked AMAZING! She is so attentive and detailed oriented, that I wouldn’t have known how to handle the stress of wedding planning without her. I could go on and on about how helpful she was, but to bore you with all of the little details, just take my word and HIRE HER! You will not be disappointed at all. Multiple things happened the days leading up to the wedding that she solved so quickly, and helped things run so smoothly the day of the wedding. Her and her team were lifesavers the actual day of the wedding too - from helping with a floral disaster, to overseeing my other vendors, to even helping me when my bustle broke (which lead to them helping me cut my train off hahaha), Gillian, Renee, and Kathy - you are all amazing. I loved having them apart of our special day. It would not have been anywhere near as amazing without them. I will forever recommend Gillian and her team to anyone and everyone getting married. You need them more than you know! Thank you again!!! -

Hire Gillian ASAP
Gillian was a DREAM to work with. She was so communicative and always on top of everything! My now husband and I even work in the wedding industry and she still thought of things that never even crossed our minds. She was always so prepared and on top of things. To say that her and her team brought our dream wedding vision to life would be an understatement. Everything was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I am a very type A person and to feel comfortable enough to fully trust Gillian and the fact that she would make sure everything was ok and turned out beautifully was so reassuring. Booking Events by Gillian was singlehandedly the best decision we ever made for our wedding. From the very beginning Gillian worked with us to help our dream wedding come to life. Gillian and her team are truly experts in their field and are so incredibly organized to make sure no tiny detail is missed. My wife and I were blown away at the level of detail Gillian and her team put into the planning process. A few months before our wedding, we worked closely with Renee as she was going to be our day-of-coordinator and there are not enough words to express how wonderful it was working with Renee. Renee also made sure that every little thing that my wife and I wanted for our wedding came to life. I always found myself saying "if it's possible" when asking for things and Renee constantly assured us "of course it's possible, it's your wedding." I am confident our wedding wouldn't have been even a fraction as amazing as it was without Renee's help. Fast forward to the day of we worked with Renee, Maddie, and Jaina and every single one of them made sure the day went smoothly. My wife and I knew planning a wedding was challenging but we had no idea how many moving parts there are until we got into the thick of it. There are truly so many more things than you can ever imagine when it comes to planning a wedding and Gillian, Renee, and the whole team made sure no detail was forgotten. We had numerous guests ask us who planned our wedding and to provide their contact info because they thought it was so expertly planned. If we could do it all over again we would work with Renee and Gillian again and again and again. Thank you so so so much to Renee, Gillian, and everyone who helped make our special day come to life. She is the sweetest & most genuine person with all the structure you need on wedding day to kick those groomsmen in the butt! Gillian is a lifesaver!
Gillian was everything I could have asked for and more! She is so professional, organized, experienced and so sweet!
I booked the “Partial Planning Package” because I am NOT a planner. She helped with finding vendors/providing recs within my budget and vision, creating a budget excel sheet, communicating with vendors, walkthroughs of the venue, floor plan creation, design guide creation, coordinating drop offs/pick ups of decor for day of and so much more - I am FOREVER grateful! Her opinion was huge to me on basically everything leading up to the day of my wedding - so many times I was asking what she thought/what she would recommend on many different aspects. She is so knowledgeable about the wedding industry and knows exactly how your day should flow. The venue I used did not have any all inclusive packages and was on the 3rd floor of a residential building. Any issues that arose Gillian immediately had a solution, so I never had any regrets picking my venue (it was my dream venue!). She helped me with so many details that I would have NEVER thought of and her timeline was a lifesaver day of.
There was some hitches day of including other vendors (issues with table/chair delivery & no linens came!) and I had NO CLUE anything was going on, Gillian had everything under control and she only told me because I made her LOL! Otherwise I would have had no clue that anything went wrong at all.
My wedding day was literally a dream and my Pinterest board came to life. Gillian was a dream to work with and she made a VERY anxious bride feel excited and less stressed! I can’t recommend her enough! -

Working with Gillian and her team was literally a dream come true. Our wedding this July at Historic Shady Lane was everything we could have hoped for and more, and we owe so much of that to Gillian and her team.
We went with the Full Service Planning package and we could not be happier with that decision. From the start, meeting with Gillian was an instant relief for all of my stress about planning and it stayed that way throughout the entire planning process. She explained everything so well and got to know us to tailor everything to our taste and style. Gillian is extremely organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and all-around just an incredible person to have on your wedding team!
Almost every single vendor we chose for our wedding day was one that was recommended through Gillian and because of that, our day was just as seamless as it was magical. Every detail was thought out to the point where I (as the bride) did not even feel an ounce of stress on the actual day of the wedding. Gillian's rentals were also amazing and added so much to our vision and the overall decor for our wedding day! Gillian and her team set all of the decor up for the entire day and made sure everything was where it needed to be—not to mention, they were all the sweetest people imaginable to both us and our friends and families. We seriously could not recommend Gillian and her team enough! -

I have one regret with my wedding planning, it's not hiring Gillian to do the full planning package! My husband and I chose the partial planning package with Gillian and we were truly blown away. I'm a huge procrastinator and knew this wouldn't change in this process so I needed a great planner to keep me accountable and take charge in the wedding planning process. I truly cannot say enough good things about Gillian throughout the process. I was awestruck at how creative, professional, and helpful she is. I had so many ideas but couldn't wrap my head around the full vision, luckily Gillian did that for me. Having the wedding vibe guidebook was so helpful when making decisions. When it came down the rehearsal she put my mind at ease with figuring out the logistics of everything. On the big day, Gillian was coordinating a different wedding on the same property so we were blessed to have Karen and Kathy coordinating our wedding. Karen was just so wonderful at our wedding being our main contact, she is one of the nicest people I've met. We also did some of our rentals through Gillian and it was such a seamless experience and her products are perfect. Our wedding turned out absolutely beautiful and was everything I could have hoped for, and that is due to Gillian and her team.
Long story short, book Events by Gillian as soon as possible, I promise you will not regret it. -

Gillian went above and beyond to make sure our day went exactly how we envisioned. She was intentional, driven, and professional. She made it a priority to get to know us better as individuals and as a couple. She is meticulous, has a brilliant vision, and has a great relationship with many other vendors. Not only did Gillian go above and beyond the months leading up to the wedding, but the day of she handled everything so my husband and I could enjoy our day. Her passion and skill set is something that comes naturally; however, her drive to invest her time into learning how to build her company is something that didn’t go unnoticed. As she worked on planning her own wedding, not once did I feel she was putting our wedding on the back burner. Going into my wedding day there was an overwhelming feeling of comfort knowing that Gillian was there - she worked tirelessly to make sure we had the details in order. Where do I even start with how awesome Gillian was to work with!? I guess I should start at the beginning. From the very first interaction with Gillian, she was prompt with responding to set up a time to chat via zoom about our wedding plans. From that conversation plus scrolling her beautiful website & social media accounts, we knew she was the one!
We hired Gillian for partial planning & it was pretty much smooth sailing from there. From her inquisitive questionnaires and deciphering my mile long Pinterest page, Gillian created a design guide that literally made me tear up upon reviewing. That design guide helped us hone in on what we needed to focus on to make our dreams a reality. The day of, it really felt like the design guide came to life!
Even with the insane wedding schedule that has occurred in the last 2 years (plus planning her own wedding!) Gillian was always able to respond within a day or 2. She was able to suggest venues, vendors & made sure we were getting the information we needed from them.
The day of truly felt like a dream! We had walkthroughs & detail sessions lead by Gillian that helped make that possible. As far as we know, the day came & went without a hitch. Gillian & her assistant for the day, Karen handled everything with ease, grace & a constant smile. We never had to think about anything other than being together, with our friends & family. It was a perfect day!
I know you aren’t supposed to give others wedding advise but I cannot suggest Gillian & her team enough! I truly admire this woman & I cannot wait to see what becomes of her future endeavors. I’d give Gillian 10 stars if I could! -

We hired Gillian for partial planning for our wedding in August, and it was one of the best decisions we made around wedding planning! Gillian checked in on us and kept us on task throughout the wedding planning process, and was there to remind us of details to think about, or things to check in with vendors about to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. The day of the wedding did not feel too stressful at all because we knew Gillian was there to help keep things running smoothly and on time throughout, and we could be fully present in the moment and enjoy ourselves. Gillian was super responsive throughout the year, even while she was planning her own wedding, and we were thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. Gillian helped us with design choices for the wedding and we were so happy with how it all came together. We cannot recommend Gillian enough for couples who are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator! -

Gillian is a God send!! You have to book her for your wedding. I can't tell you enough how amazing she was from our first meeting in a coffee shop to saying goodbye the night of our wedding. We decided on the partial planning package and it was perfect for us, because I had lots of ideas that she was able to help me with. Everyone kept saying to me "you look so calm, why aren't you freaking out!?" and I always said, "It's because my wedding planner is on it and she's helping keep me in line!" (in a good way and VERY kind way). She is an angel and so sweet and so great at what she does. My venue and guests complimented her several times to me, they all enjoyed working with her as well. I hired Gillian for design and day-of-coordination services. She helped me think through my overall design, colors, etc. for my wedding and was a wonderful sounding board for all of my design-related decisions. As for the day-of-coordination, I honestly don't know how anyone plans a wedding without a coordinator like Gillian. While I am an overly organized person already, it is SO much work to plan a wedding on top of all your other life responsibilities. Gillian was incredibly thorough and captured all the details I didn't think of. She created a full action plan for the day so that every responsibility had an owner and didn't fall through the cracks. She made sure that I was not being bothered on my wedding day to fix anything - that was the most important thing for me. I was completely stress-free about my wedding day knowing that Gillian was handling all the details. Everything was perfectly executed - our ceremony & reception space were GORGEOUS. She knew my style, exactly what I wanted and created my dream day. The day was seamless - that is what every bride wants! I would recommend Gillian to everyone planning a wedding! Gillian, I have finally found the time to process the magic we have created. From our first zoom call, on November 29th 2021, I knew you were the one! The only one, who I trusted to help execute my brother’s wedding. You supported my wildest ideas of designs and layouts. Calm and compose by nature you became my peace. The nightmares transpired and we had to dream again of different concepts. You have taught me that our plan b always have to be stronger than our plan A. My husband and I got married at the end of October 2021 at Conestoga House and Gardens / Stevens School Ballroom. Not only was Gillian prepared with every single back up plan, but she communicated everything with me and sat with me through all the tiny stressors and took care of every decision so I didn't need to.
The ceremony & cocktail hour weren't the most decorated because it was a garden venue, but the reception had all the details that I could dream of. I didn't need to worry about anything the day of because when we walked in everything was perfect & beautiful and exactly how I imagined everything to look.
Gillian wasn't only great on the day, but every moment leading up. Any question I had she had an answer. It was amazing to have a friend right there throughout the full wedding planning process to trust their professional opinion and not feel alone in the pile of planning. Run, don't walk, to hire Gillian for your wedding! I was an incredibly disorganized, indecisive, and neurotic bride, and Gillian is pretty much the only reason that I actually had a cohesive wedding! She guided me through every step of the planning process, was there for me when I met with vendors, and made our actual wedding day a BREEZE. I truly cannot imagine getting through my wedding day without her help. She set up everything I needed, flipped the ceremony space during cocktail hour, and had everyone in place when/where they needed to be. I first met Gillian at a wedding show and knew right away she was the person for us! Gillian was amazing throughout the planning process and the day of. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. She was responsive to her emails, always friendly and overall a very kind hearted person. She even helped my now husband surprise me with a bridesmaid who traveled from Germany! She made sure my florist knew we needed an extra bouquet and was able to have hair and makeup setup for this bridesmaid as well! The day of the wedding she managed everything so well and exceeded my expectations with the decorations. She was able to make my vision come to life. Gillian took care of everything from day 1 of working with her and made the wedding planning process enjoyable. Gillian was the wedding planner for a wedding I photographed this past October and I have to say she really impressed me! She was always available when anyone needed her, but somehow remained in the background. She is extremely professional and cares deeply about what she does. I am so glad and grateful that I decided to book with Gillian! I went with her day-of coordination package and she was an absolute life-saver to have with me on our wedding day. I'm fairly organized so had the planning under control, but realized about 8 months before the wedding that the one thing I really wanted was someone to handle all the tiny details of the day, from vendor coordination to set-up and tear-down - Gillian was perfect for this! The details session call and timeline creation process were so helpful and she made sure there was absolutely nothing I had to worry about when the day came. Gillian is warm, kind and professional - the best combination when it comes to wedding vendors. I had no stress leading up to the day because I knew all the details would be handled by Gillian and her assistant, and they handled everything even better than I could have imagined. I simply *cannot* say enough good things about Gillian and her team. I was a postponed 2020 covid bride with a Type A personality that THOUGHT I could skip the wedding coordinator step. When the pandemic postponed our October 2020 wedding, it provided us with more time save & plan, so I ended up bringing on Gillian to help elevate the design of my backyard tent reception. Postponing was a blessing in disguise, because I quite frankly would not have had my perfect wedding day without Gillian and her team!!!
Gillian's eye for creating a wedding space to match your wedding Pinterest board is impeccable. Our wedding venue was unique in that we had a backyard tent reception in my now husband's childhood backyard. Gillian, her team and beautiful rental collections helped me build a boho dreamscape that my guests couldn't stop talking about. I also, to this day, cannot stop talking about it.
Besides the overall wedding design, the greatest gift Gillian and her assistants Karen & Kathy gave me was a frictionless, stress-free and PERFECT wedding day. Most people will tell you something will always go wrong, but when I tell you NOTHING went wrong (to my knowledge), that is not an exaggeration. It allowed me to be present with my girls as we got ready and enjoy the day with my new husband. Gillian is there for you every step of the process and there to answer your questions -- she eases the chaos of wedding planning and has incredible experience planning events both big & small. She also is on top of all the details and logistics that start to pile up a month out, so you can focus on the fun parts of prepping for your wedding day.
I cannot even believe for a second I *almost* didn't hire a coordinator. If you're on the fence, please don't hesitate to reach out to Gillian and hire her ASAP. You will not regret it. I'd plan a whole new wedding just for fun if it meant I could work with Gillian again.

Let me start by saying I did not think I needed a day-of coordinator or wedding planner at all. I am extremely organized and type A personality, and for full disclosure only hired Gillian because our venue, Historic Shady Lane, required us to have one. We picked her out of the list they provided because she was the most responsive, friendly on the phone, and we liked that she offered rentals as well.
We hired Gillian as a day-of coordinator, but Gillian was SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT. I truly thought a day-of coordinator would just show up on the wedding day and be a support for setting up, but that doesn't even scratch the surface for what Gillian provided to us. She met with us multiple times throughout our wedding planning process to help us plan ALL of our details, help us create a day of timeline, help us make our vision come to life, give us recommendations, and so much more.
On the day of the wedding, what Gillian provided to us was seriously invaluable and I will be forever grateful for the amount of stress she took off my plate. Here is a few examples:
-On my wedding day, Gillian set up all of our decor at the reception, cocktail hour, and ceremony sites.
-Gillian handed out all of the tips to the other vendors so I didn't need to worry about it
-I lost my veil on my wedding day, Gillian went and found it and brought it to me
-I ripped my dress on my wedding day, Gillian was there minutes later ready to help me repair it.
-I needed the lights to be adjusted at the venue during the reception, Gillian got them turned off within minutes
-We had an issue with our shuttle buses arriving on time for our ceremony, Gillian didn't even hesitate to find out what was happening and adjusted the timeline accordingly so I didn't even know anything was wrong.
-We forgot some decor at the venue after the ceremony, Gillian DROVE TO MY HOTEL to deliver it to me.
She went above and beyond in every aspect of my wedding. She is truly the best and I cannot say enough positive things about her! Everyone do yourself a favor and hire Events by Gillian to plan your wedding! -

I did not have a coordinator for my older daughter's wedding 11 years ago and I remember feeling so anxious and pressured that it was hard to enjoy the day as I should have. When my younger daughter started wedding planning the very first thing I said was I want a wedding coordinator! We found Gillian for our coordinator and I can't express how great she was to work with! She was very organized and patient. As a person she is very sweet and easy to get along with. I enjoyed the planning process with her. The reception had an event coordinator and they worked very well together. The day of the wedding Gillian was instrumental in the wedding turning out perfect! She kept everyone on schedule, helped to make sure everything was placed where it needed to be and made sure I was calm and enjoying myself, which I was and did. She was very hands on and did so much that day. She was there past the time she should have been helping to get things cleaned up. I highly recommend Gillian as a coordinator. I was the bride who didn’t think she needed a wedding coordinator.
I’m your type A, plan for every situation type of girl. But I knew I needed help the day off so that myself or our loved ones did not have to stress.
My husband and I met with several coordinators, but the moment I met Gillian I knew she was it. She was still in college finishing up her degree with her very new business when we hired her. I saw that she had a fantastic vision and respected our ideas. I also appreciated her calm demeanor and knew that was what I would need on what I expected to be a stressful day. We ended up winning one of her Instagram promos and decided to go a little bit bigger and hire her for partial wedding coordination, and thank God we did. For all the scenarios I planned for I never imagined having to postpone due to a global pandemic. My husband and I were both working in public health, but Gillian kept us hopeful an on top of things. She helped make the entire postponing process seamless and she went above and beyond to make us feel so special. On the day of our original wedding date, I was sitting at her kitchen island in tears and pain knowing that we should’ve been walking down the aisle when out of nowhere I hear a knock at the door. There was a package from Gillian with the most beautiful gifts reminding us that it would be all worth the wait. How right she was.
One year later we FINALLY had our day, and it was better than I could have ever imagined. I truly believe had Covid never happened and we had our original wedding, it would not have been as amazing as our reschedule was. This was largely due to Gillian’s help. She kept me on task and thought of things I would have never knew we needed to address. Even more than that, she became a friend. After two years of emails, phone calls, laughs and tears, it was a bittersweet on our wedding day because I knew my time working with Gillian was at its end.

Couldn't have done it without her
On the day of our wedding, all plans we had made went practically out the window. The weather forecast had looked great but a few hours before the ceremony, it had begun pouring and hailing! Gillian was on top of the situation and worked with us and our vendors to come up with a last minute plan B. We are glad we had also rented decor from her since we switched from an outdoor ceremony location that didn't need much to a tent that had the bare minimum. Gillian ran through the pouring rain to deliver and set up candles for our first look and it made for some truly amazing moody pictures!
She set up our dinner decor and amazed my dad who did not believe how beautiful and dreamy she had transformed the restaurant's patio. He walked in and said "this is exactly what we wanted."
Like a lot of couples, we had to make so many adjustments to our day and Gillian was there to help us through every step of it. We had a lot to worry about but without her, there would have been so much more. If we could go back in time, we'd hire her again and again. -

Please do yourself a favor and hire Gillian! Although I personally thought of myself as organized and on top of it, I wasn’t and couldn’t have imagine pulling this wedding off without her. The meetings leading up to our wedding were beyond helpful to keep us on track and help us decide on all the little things that needed to be complete before the big day. On the day of our wedding, Gillian was there she was setting up all our decor, there was some stuff I just brought to decorate with but not really sure how to set up. She just took the ball and set up our sweetheart table. It was more beautiful than I could even imagine. I was able to relax and go with the flow the entire day and not worry about a thing. Also let’s just talk about at the end of the night how awesome it is that Gillian cleaned up and packed up everything so everyone could leave and enjoy the rest of their evening. I truly can’t thank Gillian enough and am beyond grateful for all her help and guidance on our wedding day. Hiring Gillian was the best investment we could have made!

I was trying to save money by doing everything myself, but now I realize I could NOT have done it without Gillian. We hired her as our day of coordinator. Gillian was suggested to me by our venue, Historic Shady Lane, LLC in Manchester PA - after taking a quick look at her website it was evident that she shared the same "vibe" and overall style I was hoping for our wedding. Our first casual coffee-shop meeting really solidified the partnership for me! Gillian was so helpful, suggesting multiple little details that became some of my favorite elements of our wedding, but also being careful to let my vision shine through each moment. I am ~far~ from the ideal bride (take far too long to respond, generally have very little attention to detail, don't take things very seriously, etc.) but Gillian never showed any frustration and was always so incredibly eager to help and quick with an answer to any question. Getting married through Covid-19 was not my ideal situation, but Gillian made it feel like nothing was out of the ordinary and helped us navigate the new terrain with ease. Day-of the wedding she coordinated SO many elements behind the scenes that I never would have had time to address, and was one of the last people to leave the venue. Coming from someone who originally thought she didn't need a Day-Of Coordinator, trust me, you need a Gillian.

We had found a lot of our vendors before contacting her but she was very knowledgable and willing to recommend others for whatever we needed. Gillian is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! In fact, words cannot do justice how invaluable she has been to Chris and I over our epic journey towards our wedding on July 27. Perfect planning!
We selected the partial planning package with Gillian. We were planning our wedding from a different state and the day could not have been done without her! One of our biggest focuses (and where we needed the most help) was with design. Gillian crafted inspiration options and with the inspiration she communicated with the florist etc. and the design was PERFECT. We had a neutral bohemian vision that was better than we could’ve imagined. Gillian also had recommendations for vendors that were within our budget but still met our needs that we would not have been able to find ourselves. The day of coordination was flawless and everything went exactly as planned. -
