    The GOAT for a reason!!🤍

    Brenda was an absolute blessing in this entire process. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and I definitely had my spirals 😅, but she handled every single one with so much patience, calmness, and understanding. She never made me feel crazy or difficult, just supported, and completely taken care of.
    On the actual wedding day, when the rain came, she took over and managed everything so well. I didn’t have She adapted quickly, kept everything running, and made sure the day was still perfect despite the weather.
    And somehow, on top of all of that, she made the wedding look absolutely stunning. Every detail was beautiful, intentional, and beyond what I could have imagined.
    What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares. Her priority was always making sure I was okay, happy, and able to actually enjoy my day! I can’t imagine going through this without her, and I would recommend her a million times over 🤍

    A Planner with Heart, Talent and Incredible Patience

    Brenda was truly a blessing for our wedding. We hired her just five months before the big day, and she immediately became the calm, patient, and supportive presence we desperately needed. With my hectic schedule as a full-time high school dance teacher and coach, she always showed so much understanding and kindness.

    She guided us through every detail, helped us stay mindful of our budget, and still brought our music-themed wedding to life in the most beautiful way. On the wedding day, she handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to just be present and enjoy every moment.

    We are incredibly grateful for her. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her care, talent, and heart.

    Events by bbg made my wedding feel seamless. The second they stepped in I was able to relax and feel at ease knowing that they had everything handled.     The Wedding MVP We Didn’t Know We Needed!

    Brenda with Events by BBG was truly the MVP we didn’t know we needed. I’m very Type A and usually on top of every detail, but between work, mom life, and wedding planning, I needed someone who could step in, keep me grounded, and help carry the load and that’s exactly what Brenda did.

    She was supportive, flexible, and always willing to jump in wherever I needed her. She kept things moving, helped me stay organized when life got chaotic, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. I never felt alone in the process, even on the craziest days.

    Our wedding day was smooth, joyful, and full of love, and Brenda played a huge part in making that happen. She didn’t try to take over my vision, she helped bring it to life in a way that felt real, manageable, and true to us.

    For any busy bride who needs a steady, helpful, positive person by their side, Brenda is exactly that. We’re so grateful for her and everything she did to help make our day what it was.

    Best planner and coordinator in Miami

    We hired Brenda as month of coordinator for our big day. From day one she asked for all vendor details already booked and handled the rest of the communication for us. Any request we had in the month leading to the wedding, she would be on top of it.

    She made sure that our vision was executed perfectly and even went above and beyond being a hype woman the day of. Best planner/coordinator you can hire for your big day. Would definitely recommend and would hire her again if needed.

    Highly recommend!

    I hired Events by BBG for month of coordination and I am so glad I did. Brenda and Ailyn were there on my wedding day helping making sure my veil was put on, bustled my dress, fixed my bustle when it got stepped on, made sure my groom and I were constantly hydrating and also enjoying our food and drinks while taking pictures, among tons of other things. Even though all my vendors were booked by the time I hired her, she coordinated with them and even had suggestions of timelines to change to help make the wedding run smoothly. She made sure everything was set up beautifully and packed up everything so it was waiting for me when it was time to leave. I am so glad I hired her and can't thank her enough!

    Bbg stands for best, beautiful, great

    Events by BBG is the best planning service around. Our wedding day was over a year and a half of planning, and every single detail of the day was straight out of a dream. I could not have imagined a more perfect and romantic day. We did not have the unlimited "Pinterest" budget, but we definitely felt like we did on wedding day because of how beautiful and spectacular the day was. Brenda gets things DONE. I would choose this planning service for every single event in my life. I was so indecisive during the planning process, and she was so patient and guided me correctly every time. It is clear that she has spent a lot of time in the industry and knows her brides well! There were a few times where I was hesitant to use one of her suggestions or vendors but ultimately was so glad that I listened to her. Our wedding day was beyond magical and so perfect in every way. I kept waiting for the "one thing that was supposed to go wrong" that everyone warns you about, and if that happened, I truly had no idea.     Couldn’t recommend her enough!

    I’m so glad I chose Brenda as my full wedding planner🫶🏼 I loved her honesty and she had amazing connections with some great vendors that were able to make my day perfect! I had no clue on how to plan a wedding since I had rarely been to any but she guided me through the whole process and helped me stay calm! She reassured me and gave me good advice on where I should spend money or not! My wedding was executed to perfection, her bridal valet made my whole experience 1000000 times better!!! Her full planning coming with a content creator is incredible! She managed to be at the venue and make sure all details were placed just how I wanted them to be and at the same time arrived to the hotel to deliver and put on the boutonnière on the groom and groomsmen. She always made sure we were fed and drinking!! I definitely couldn’t have done it without her!! Couldn’t recommend her enough🫶🏼

    I can't thank Brenda enough for the absolutely incredible job she did as our wedding planner. I hired Brenda as a month of planner and she made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Every aspect of the day was perfectly orchestrated, from the decor to the timing of the ceremony and reception, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

    What truly left me in awe, though, was how Brenda handled the unexpected storm that was heading straight for Florida on our wedding weekend. With a massive hurricane looming, she remained calm, collected, and professional the entire time. She worked tirelessly with our venue, making sure every adjustment was made so we could still have the wedding of our dreams, despite the circumstances.     Hire Brenda, you need her!

    Brenda was my day of coordinator and I cannot emphasis enough how much I wish I would have hired her for the entire wedding planning. Although everything turned out great day of, I know having her from the beginning would have definitely reduced some unnecessary stress from my end. Shes super responsive, helpful, creative, and really takes care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about anything day of, she took care of any hiccups so the wedding day went smoothly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a planner!

    The best!!!!

    Brenda was incredibly skilled and amazing at her job. We hired her as a month of planner and I literally did not have to think about the wedding. Day of, all I did was get ready and walk down the aisle. The intense rain was not in our forecast but she handled it so well I couldn’t even be bothered to care about it.     Day of Coordinator aka MVP of the Day

    We are so happy we decided to use Events by BBG's day of coordinator services for our wedding. Leading up to the day, Brenda did a great job in keeping open lines of communication with our vendors and making sure we had all of our bases covered. The day of our wedding, Brenda and her team made sure we stayed on schedule and everything was taken care of which allowed for myself, my husband, and our wedding party to relax and enjoy ourselves the entire day. If I can give any single piece of advice to future brides: Get yourself a day of coordinator!

    Don't think twice!

    We hired Brenda to serve as our month-of-coordinator for our wedding back in November 2023. Although the month-of package is supposed to start 4 weeks before your wedding, Brenda reached out and started working with us almost two months before our wedding! This was a nice unexpected surprise and gave us ample time to get Brenda up to speed on all our plans and details for our big day. As we got closer, Brenda took take of all the communication with our vendors, made a detailed timeline, and even attended our venue walkthrough with our photographer (another nice surprise!). On the day of our wedding, her and Karina were on fire! They were at the venue bright and early setting up all our decor and personal items, and once our families and other vendors started arriving they were the go-to resource for everyone about anything! Not only is Brenda amazing at her job, but she's also just a joy to be around as a person. She felt like an instant friend after our first meeting and she was the first person I texted the morning after my wedding to debrief about what an amazing night it was! I could honestly go on and on about how grateful we are to have had her on our vendor team but all I'll say is 1) you need a month-of coordinator if you're planning a wedding and 2) you need Brenda to be that person!

    Dedicated to her art

    I have seen Brenda at several of my friend’s weddings. Every time, she is on the move making sure each piece is in its place. She is highly experienced, pays attention to detail, and has a mighty team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

    Today, I got to see her again. Mother Nature brought a quick rain storm right before the ceremony, and Brenda was in the rain saving the day. This is the type of planner you need to hire. The type of planner that does not care about her personal comfort. The type of planner that gets the job done.

    The skies cleared up and the wedding was a success. Every wedding day has its troubles, make sure you have a good team to put out fires. And Brenda’s team is the one for the job.

    What can I say about Brenda… I hired her 2 years before my wedding. I was trying to do my wedding in 2022 and had a venue set and all. When I called Brenda and asked her to help me push the wedding to 2023 she did all she could with the current vendors I hired and successfully pushed my wedding to 2023. Brenda understood my theme, budget, and all else in between. She went to war with some vendors to make sure my vision was executed on my wedding day. Brenda was someone I could text on a random day with a random idea and she would tell you exactly how it is. Thank you for putting your all into my wedding I’ll always be grateful.

    I also have to shoutout Brenda’s BBG Team. Monica & Janellis were my support system on my wedding day. Followed me, hydrated me, fed me, and executed my vision 100%. Everything went so smoothly because of their care and I could not be more grateful.

    Best Planner/Coordinator Team in Miami

    EventsbyBBG was an absolute BEST decision to hire. Brenda was amazing and so welcoming from the moment I spoke to her. She handles everything with ease which really removes a lot of the stress. She answered all of my questions anytime I needed her opinion or recommendation. The planning process was so easy because we used all vendors from the preferred list provided by our venue and Brenda. We cant emphasize how seamless our day was because all vendors had previously worked together.

    Wedding Day was literally the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!
    Everything was perfectly organized, and flowed entirely. We have had ZERO negative things to say about how the day was and my guests are all in awe as to how beautiful everything was. We’ve had guests say it was one of the most well organized, beautiful, and smooth weddings they have ever been to. Brenda and her team completely understood our vision and executed it professionally, beautifully, and FUN! You need someone that will be IN CHARGE of the day and not allow anyone, including guests and family, deter from the plan, EventsbyBBG is it. This team gets it done and completely removes any stress from the bride and groom. During the party, We literally always had a fresh drink in hand ready.
    Side note: Grooms specific Liquor was completely gone by end of cocktail hour (groomsmen’s fault) and Brendas assistant, Karina, went out to pickup a new bottle and bartenders set it apart just for him!! Now thats red carpet service!

    She made a private album of photos of the wedding from her phone and it made our day to see that she went around doing that!

    It was so great to not have to stress anything at all on the day of our wedding except simply getting ready for the day. Everything was being done for us behind the scenes and it exceeded our expectations. We will forever recommend this team.

    If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, look no further than Brenda & her team!!

    Wedding planning is a stressful time, but she is with you holding your hand every step of the way. She always keeps it real with you, she’ll give you advice, but at the end of the day, she will move mountains to make sure your day is perfect.

    She has a personal relationship with many different vendors so if you need something, she knows who to call for what.

    She sends you a survey to fill out, and the month before your wedding, she will sit down with you go over ALL THE DETAILS from that survey & more. She takes over all communications (which I will forever be thankful for because mental health), she and her team handle everything up until the big day.

    My wedding had 0 hiccups, & if it did, Brenda took care of it & I was none the wiser.

    Hire a wedding planner! Specifically Events By BBG 🤗

    I want to start of this review by saying if you are iffy about if you need a wedding planner, please do it! it will be the best thing you ever do! I’m so grateful to have had Brenda and her team help me with my month of coordination. It definitely was a stressful time but I was assured that everything would come out perfect and it did thanks to Brenda and her assistant Karina on the day of my wedding. She always listened to my concerns and kept it 100% and help set up everything exactly how I wanted it. She also was with me when I was taking my photos in the hot Florida weather and was my advocate for my photographers that we needed to find another location, so my hair and make up with stay intact. she also carries around a very cute little pink fan, which was my saving grace😂 and she also will send you hundreds of photos for you to have while you wait for your professional photos which I greatly appreciated. On your wedding day It’s so fast paced that you don’t even have a second to sit down sometimes but she makes sure that you have something to eat and that you take care of yourself as well during your day. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option but I definitely am very glad that I booked her as my wedding planner. If it is in your budget at least do the month of coordination. You will thank yourself later for doing so. 🥰❤️

    Brenda and her team are amazing!

    If I could give Brenda and her team every single star in the universe as a rating I would. Having a day of coordinator was some thing that we knew we needed. But we didn’t realize how much we needed one until all of the little questions were popping up leading to our wedding and realizing what went wrong the day of. Her and her team were able to keep the day as stress-free as they could for us while taking care of any accidents or mishaps that happened. Working with Brenda was like working with a friend she made the day so fun and honestly it literally felt like another guest was at our wedding enjoying our day with us. She was up for any shenanigans that we wanted to do at our event, and that just makes us love her even more. If you are looking for an awesome coordinator or planner for your event, we would 100% recommend Brenda and her team.

    Absolutely AMAZING!!!

    Events by BBG helped us plan the wedding of our dreams this June! They already have great relationships with a lot of vendors which made the process very smooth. They also understood our vision from the beginning and knew what vendors to reach out to while keeping us in budget.     You need events by bbg

    I’ll start off by saying, if you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator/event planner - DO IT! coming from someone who was unsure about hiring an event coordinator because my venue “provided” one and said it was unnecessary, I am so glad that I went with my gut and hired Events by BBG. For starters, Brenda is such an amazing person to work with. She is professional, reliable and honestly made me feel like I was chatting away with one of my closest friends the first day we met. Her and her team are a DREAM! Aside from professional, they are the nicest, attentive, most down to earth people always willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to make sure your day is perfect. The day of my wedding they made sure everything went smoothly and made it possible for my husband and I to actually enjoy our wedding. There could have been a fire going on in the kitchen & I honestly would have never known because Brenda and her team made it their goal to make this day as stress free as possible for me. I mean, they were literally feeding me and my bridesmaids in between picture takes. I cannot thank Events by BBG enough for all their help on my wedding day. And I cannot emphasize enough how much you need them on your special day.

    Amazing 100/10

    HIRE BRENDA- MY WEDDING WAS PERFECT BC OF HER. It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am that I made the decision to hire Brenda. I consider myself someone who enjoys planning and thought to myself “maybe I don’t need a planner.” Wrong! I don’t care how much you love planning, Brenda will do things that as a bride, you could never physically do on your wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly because of her. I hired Brenda as a month of planner since I already had most of my vendors booked by the time I found her. The month before she completely took charge of vendor communication. This was the biggest weight off my shoulders. She also brought up some logistics that I would’ve never thought of or even known to think about. She went above and beyond my whole wedding weekend- from the rehearsal, to making sure my welcome party decor was set up on time, and then everything the day off. My gosh…I could go on forever about how amazing she was the day of- I had 0 stress the day of because of her. From making sure my decor was set up perfectly, to getting the guys ready and in the right location for pictures, to calming me down when it rained before my ceremony, to always making sure I had a drink and my lipgloss re applied! Also the way she had all of our decor perfectly organized in a box at the end of the night. I could go on and on. These are just a few examples. Her assistant Karina was also FABULOUS. They were a well oiled machine. They even carried 35 pizzas from the hotel lobby to the back of the venue for me at the end of the night. My fiancé and I kept saying “thank gosh we have Brenda.” I truly don’t know how the day would’ve happened without her.
    Side note- my venue came with a coordinator as well. Even if your venue comes with one, I still highly recommend hiring Brenda! She does so much more for the bride & groom than the venue coordinator will do. Brenda- we love you and could never thank you enough!!!!!

    Saving Grace!

    One of the only regrets I have from my wedding planning is not having found Brenda sooner. I hired Brenda after my month of/day of coordinator ghosted me the week before my reception. In less than 48 hours she was up to speed, she managed to calm my fears of everything going south and even talk me through the day of during one of our conversations. I can only imagine how great her partial and full wedding planning services are! On the day of, and without knowing my fully, she followed my floor plan and took charge to ensure that things went smoothly! Brenda and Karina set out all our decorations and really brought my vision to life. I am eternally grateful for them!

    A Bride’s best investment is a planner!

    Being a bride and trying to plan a wedding is time consuming, difficult, and a job within itself. When you’re a bride you’re looking for PEACE… Brenda was my peace! There were so many times I remember looking back when things that are out of your control happen and sometimes you need someone that knows this profession to tell you it’s going to be okay- I got you, we got this!- that was Brenda for me. She constantly reassured me it’s all going to workout and it truly did- even at the wedding when there was a baby crisis she handled it with such ease- it’s truly inspiring to watch and be a part of.

    Thank you Brenda and her team for such a phenomenal job at their job, thank you for giving me exactly what I needed and more even when I didn’t know what I needed.     My dream wedding!

    Brenda helped me create the most perfect wedding! My wedding day was a dream. She always has her brides best interest and I loved that! She has your back no matter what. Brenda made my husband and I feel so comfortable the day of our wedding (we were so nervous) but everything ran smoothly and according to plan. My best tip to future brides: soak in every minute because your special day comes and goes in the blink of an eye!

    Brenda was the literal BEST! She was in communication with me from the very first moment I sent an email inquiring about her services. She was with me every step of the way and gave me very important tips.

    Brenda was an absolute delight! What’s best about her is she’s down to earth and sticks to who she is which I love. She was able to get everything and everyone on track and that’s not easy with a large Hispanic family. My timeline was on point due to her. My wedding was exactly what i envisioned.     Month of Coordination

    Daniel and I are happy to have hired Brenda for our wedding! She has the character that we needed for our wedding and families. My husband and I did all the decorations for our wedding so Brenda and her assistant made sure everything look how we wanted or how it looked the best! She was in top of everything and in top of us to make sure we stay hydrated. Our wedding theme was Star Wars and she surprised us with clones and a sandtrooper for Hora Loca, it was crazy!! Our guests and us loved it!

    We hired Brenda as our day of coordinator. She met with us 30 days before to then take over all the vendor schedule for the day of. She made the day of so easy and smooth, it was the best decision to hire Brenda and have a peace of mind the big day. We spent all day with us! She even had another coordinator Monica with her to assist with additional needs and was with me every step of the way. Over all, my recommendation is hire Brenda she will also become your fast new bff

    Amazinggggggg

    Brenda and her team exceeded my expectations for the importance of having a wedding coordinator. We had to push our wedding up 4 months and had it all planned within 1 month due to a family health issue and Brenda assisted us during the whole process. She made sure our day was PERFECT!! I'm a little sad I don't get to talk to her every second of the day lol but she did an amazing job from creating the ideal floor plan for us, setting everything up, assisting with family and really making the whole day go so smoothly. I received many compliments about her and her team from my family and friends. Let's just says you will be missing out if you don't book with BBG Events!

    Brenda is an absolute DREAM to work with. She's responsive, quick, results-oriented and, most importantly, has an amazing sense of humor. Brenda kept us calm throughout our entire planning process. As for the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond!!! She seamlessly handled unforeseen circumstances without a hitch. We seriously could not have had such an organized, beautiful and fun wedding without the help of Brenda. She also kept us laughing the entire time, from the planning phase until way after the wedding when we reminisced on all the fun we had the night of the wedding!

    The most attentive planner there is!

    We hired Brenda for the month of planning and let me tell you, it was by far one of the best decisions we have made! No matter what time, Brenda would always respond immediately. On 3.11.22, the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond we could ever expect. She maintained us on a timeline when there was 20+ people in our bridal party and always kept me on the loop with everything. I accidentally forgot our get ready robes at the venue and she was there first thing in the morning to pick them up for us. She transported and handled all the things we wanted set up for our wedding. She helped me calm my nerves moments before it all started and at the reception even fed me cake on the dance floor! We truly could not have picked a better planner!

    Obsessed with Brenda!!!

    I don’t even know where to begin my goodness! I hired Brenda 2 years + prior to our wedding for partial planning and it was the best decision I ever made! I can honestly say I gained a friend out of it and I’m sooooo thankful for her. I drove her crazy for 2 years and she was and is phenomenal. Anything I asked her for without hesitation she would always assure me it would get done and sure enough it got done. She is so patient and attentive. I had a really bad habit of wanting to go over budget and she always made sure to remind me I needed to slow down haha! (My husband really appreciated this) she was always available for me even in the wee hours of the night while I was up with my newborn wedding brainstorming. I’d send her random texts in the middle of the night and first thing she did in the morning was answer me. On the day of our wedding she was seriously my life saver! Our entire wedding day went soooo smoothly. She always reassured me that she had everything under control and I was able to enjoy the entire day with my bridesmaids calmly as we were getting ready. She went above and beyond and moved our ceremony arch into our reception room so that we had a backdrop for our sweetheart table. SHE FED US CAKE WHILE WE WERE ON THE DANCE FLOOR. Not kidding, she came with a plate of cake and fed me as I was dancing the night away. I can go on and on about Brenda, she was literally heaven sent. Our wedding night was THE most magical night of my life and I have her to thank for it. Brenda will forever hold such a special place in my heart, I am so thankful I met her.     You need a wedding planner !!

    This might seem a little contradicting as I work for BBG I wasn’t planning on hiring a coordinator because Brenda was already walking my wedding and so was Ailyn I had the whole BBG team with me, or so I thought lol. I did the entire wedding planning by myself as I’m part of the team I know the details of things, plus Brenda kept sending me reminder texts for everything-BUT let me tell you if Brenda wouldn’t have been there the day of my wedding I would’ve probably had a series of panic attacks. Being the bride you want to enjoy the moment, last minute everything that could go wrong did, I had a problem with my cake vendor and reception hall and Brenda immediately took over while doing her hair and makeup and called back up, because yes the BBG team is always prepared if one can’t do it someone else will step up. What I’m trying to get to here people is that you need a coordinator, even if you think “my friends can take care of it- I have a whole entourage” that day only happens once and you want to make sure that you as the bride and your bridal party get to enjoy every minute because it does fly by. Looking back at my wedding it was absolutely perfect & those last minute details were taken care of- BUT if I would’ve listened to Brenda & have hired a coordinator it would’ve made it better for her to not have so much stress being a bridesmaid and planner all in one. So THANK YOU Brenda for always going above and beyond ❤️

    Brenda was absolutely amazing to work with. I am so grateful to her throughout the entire process. On the day of she did everything from making sure I was fed and not dirtying my gown… to making sure I had water and that everyone was doing what they needed to.     Full time wedding planner

    Brenda exceeded our expectations beyond words! My wedding flowed so perfectly I didnt even realize when she would take off the veil, fix my dress, fix my husbands tux etc she would just swoop in like a ninja!
    Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was not easy but brenda made our vision come together seamlessly. She is worth every penny and then some! I am happy to call to now call her my friend!
    Hire her ladies! You cant do it alone and men dont really help!

    When I started planning my wedding I was sure that I didn’t need a coordinator, especially because my venue provided one. I quickly became extremely overwhelmed and realized that was not the case at all. I hired Brenda as my month of coordinator and she was quite literally - heaven sent. From the first conversation I had with her, I instantly knew I made the right decision. She is extremely attentive and would answer my calls/texts instantly, at any hour. She took care of EVERYTHING and made my wedding day completely stress and worry free.     Hiring Brenda was the best decision! She helped me with my month of but prior to that my wedding venue cancelled on me and she was by my side helping me with that chaos. She handled all my vendors and took off that stress. On the day of Ailyn was my saving grace! She calmed my nerves and made sure everything ran smoothly and was on time. She gathered all the groomsmen which is a job on its own. Lizbeth stayed with me right before I went down the aisle and calmed my nerves. They were so sweet and kind and truly appreciate all they did for us :)

    Month of Coordinator

    Let me start by saying: HIRE BRENDA! There is so much going on during your wedding day, and I mean so much! Time flies, you can’t be everywhere at once and you absolutely have no control of anything! But Brenda! She will make sure everything is under control. She handled everything from picking up all things from the hotel and taking them over to the venue, to making sure every single last detail was perfect. She made sure we (bride and groom) we’re fed as soon as we arrived from the church to the venue…which trust me, you have no idea how important that is, because you have no time to eat once everything starts. Of course she also made sure our glasses were always full during the reception (very important!) We had a couple of last minute changes during the reception due to our wedding party and Brenda made it all seem to effortless! She quickly handled everything so that no one even noticed. She tells you what to do and when to do it making it all so easy, she even pulls and pushes your chair at the sweetheart table! And if that’s not dedication, then what is? Seriously… hire Brenda! You need her! She’s an amazing person and is so easy to talk, which it’s important when you’re trusting this one person with the most important day of your life. I hired her for month of coordinador, but I have been asking her questions here and there even before hiring her and she’s come through. She loves what she does and it shows and that’s exactly the person you want and need.

    Best wedding planner!

    I don't even know where to begin with Brenda. From day one she was always there for me, she calmed down all my nerves, dealt with anything that came up, and honestly was just perfect. I felt so at ease having her with me, she made sure everything was perfect and made everything run so smoothly and look so incredibly beautiful. She really was like my best friend next to me all day. Anything I needed she was always right there, whether it was 1 year before the wedding or the day of the wedding. If there is 1 vendor I cannot recommended enough, it is her. I wouldn't have been able to do everything I did without her. We are forever grateful for Brenda and will use her a million times again and recommend her to everyone.

    Above & Beyond Wedding Planner

    Brenda is an amazing person, wedding planner and friend. When I met Brenda I knew she was the right Wedding Planner for me. I was looking for someone who could take control yet allow me to be involved in making our special day ‘ours.’ I felt that I could be hands on in many important aspects and yet was granted the luxury of being present for my wedding. Best. Decision. Ever. Brenda is strong and direct yet respectful and empathetic – a mix of very important qualities not everyone has. This is what makes her extremely effective at her job, and why she is a true success. I initially contracted her as our “Day of Coordinator” but then came to the realization that she was already providing me so much more than that, it only made sense to upgrade her services to “Partial Wedding Planning Package.” But if I’m being completely honest, Brenda was there for me for over a year as we navigated very uncertain times due to the pandemic. Aside from being the wedding planner, she acted as my representative, advisor, and, at times, shoulder to cry on when I felt overwhelmed – which was honestly pretty much all of the time. Brenda was my light at the end of a very long, very dark tunnel. She was positive that we would have our dream day and reminded me of that constantly. When I wanted to throw in the towel and just give up, she reminded me that good things come to those who wait. I am eternally grateful to Brenda for being patient and always honest. She really went above and beyond and had my best interest at heart always. I was so nervous about how my wedding day would go. Everything, even a few details we didn’t plan for, turned out so well. And it was primarily due to Brenda with her diligence in dealing with the venue, vendors and staff. She took total control, and it ran smoothly and beautifully. I am so happy that I found Brenda and I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants their big day to be amazing. You will not be disappointed.

    Beyond amazing!

    Brenda was so amazing to work with she literally took care of EVERYTHING the month of the wedding from start to end. Initially Brenda had sorted out all vendors and created a timeline which last minute week of the wedding had to be rearranged due to it being spring break and the church being in Miami Beach despite that Brenda still managed to make all the necessary changes and it all turned as perfect as can be. I am so glad to have come across Brenda because I don’t know how I would have done it without all her help and support I admit I was one of those brides who thought I didn’t need a planner but you most definitely do especially one like Brenda!🤍

    Absolutely Amazing !

    There aren’t enough words to thank Brenda for everything she has done for us this past year !! Our wedding got cancelled three days before due to the Covid shutdown, long story short Brenda helped us postpone the wedding TWICE. She made sure all of our vendors were contacted and informed of the new dates, and most importantly that they were available. Brenda went way above and beyond from the day we hired her. On the day of the wedding she was on top of everything making sure things were exactly how we wanted it, I honestly did not have to worry about one thing. Brenda is amazing at what she does, you must hire her !!!!

    Heaven on Earth! Both of these ladies are incredibly professional, sweet and hardworking. I can’t thank them enough for making my day so memorable.

    I knew I needed someone to assure that my mother (the second bride/additional wedding planner lol) sister (MOH), and I could relax and enjoy the day in it’s entirely. And we were ALL able to do so! From the moment I booked Brenda (and Ailyn) she was so invested and helped me throughout all my decision making, created a beautiful timeline and coordinated with all the vendors. (Among many other things)

    When I first spoke with Brenda she informed me that she would be unable to make it the day of my wedding as she was already booked for a wedding, but that her right hand Ailyn would be available. Let me tell you…Ailyn is so incredible!! She was with us every step of the way throughout final month of planning! The day of my wedding, Ailyn was everywhere! Everywhere I looked she was making things happen and making sure everything went smooth!

    Dream Team

    Ailyn and Brenda are literally a dream team! I’m a control freak and easily get anxiety, but I wanted no anxiety and to fully enjoy my wedding day. So I booked EventsbyBBG for month of coordination. Leading up to the wedding, Brenda and Ailyn made sure that they had all the details and information needed. They are so funny and the sweetest and so patient. Day of our event, Ailyn was on top of everything. I literally had to worry about nothing. She was constantly making sure I was happy.     Heaven Sent! You need these women by your side on your wedding day

    If you are a bride to be, just know you cannot do all the planning alone and enjoy your day at the same time. You need help, and who you hire matters. I hired Events by BBG for month of planning and day of coordination and it was hands down the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Brenda and Ailyn are just pros at this. They are also professional, kind and oh so funny. They answered all my questions, listened to my venting when things got stressful, and always assured me I was going to have the wedding of my dreams. It turns out I did, and they were crucial in making that happen. I felt in good hands throughout the whole process and Ailyn was simply amazing on my wedding day, taking care of every detail and making sure everything ran smoothly.

    Best decision ever

    We hired Brenda for day of coordination to help us with our small wedding celebration at our home. She was so patient, kind, always responsive and helpful. We honestly couldn’t have pulled this day off without her help and guidance. It was a day to remember, to say the least and she was always there making sure we were happy and taken care of. She got along great with our families and everyone loved her. She doesn’t treat you like a client, she treats you like a good friend who went above and beyond for us. I can’t say enough about Brenda but If we could hire her again we would. She is amazing!

    The planner you need!

    I initially booked Brenda as a day of coordinator because I figured I knew exactly what I wanted, I just wanted someone to make sure everything ran smoothly on my big day. Brenda offered me month of for the same price so of course we went with that. Well, COVID struck and everything was turned upside down. I did not know how much I would truly need her! Brenda had the genius idea of putting her 2020 Covid brides in a WhatsApp chat. So, essentially I had her support for months not only the month I paid. I also had the support of other girls that were going through the same thing. It was a Godsend. I love our chat so much! Literal 24/7 chatting getting ideas, venting, advice. Hiring Brenda was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day and my sanity. She was helpful, patient and honest during the whole planning and re-planning process. I postponed the wedding, changed venues last minute. It was really, really hard but Brenda was always there to lean on. She made sure my wedding went smoothly and I was able to have FUN!     Amazing Wedding Planner!

    Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming. At first I didn’t think I would need a planner but meeting with Brenda talking to her and having her explain how many details a wedding has I realized I needed to hire Brenda. I am so thankful I found her. Brenda is truly amazing at what she does. She was a great support throughout the whole entire wedding planning even since before I even had a date she was very helpful and kind. She would always answer all my questions and she recommended the best vendors ever. She goes above and beyond! Everything I envisioned my wedding to be with every detail she made it happen with her amazing skills. Brenda was with us the entire wedding day until the end of night ensuring everything was perfect. She is responsible and someone you can trust. Brenda is a wonderful person.     My life saver!

    Let me just start off by saying you need Brenda and her team! If you don’t think so, rethink! I wasn’t planning on having any help but things started to get closer and I was stressed out and I did not want to risk forgetting something. Well turns out there were so many reasons I needed her. She never went with a text/call unanswered. She made sure I got what I wanted and as soon as my wedding started she made sure I enjoyed my night.     You need a planner. This is one expense you should not spare. No bride wants to be stressed out on wedding day. That's where the angels on team BBG come in. Brenda took care of every detail the month of my wedding (coordinating vendors, timelines, floor maps etc.). My wedding day was even more beautiful than any of my Pinterest boards could have ever imagined. Brenda and her team truly outdid themselves and I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy with family, friends and my new hubby.     Amazing wedding planner!

    There isn’t enough praise that I can give to Brenda for being my wedding planner. She was amazing! From the beginning I told her about the vision I wanted and she helped me bring the vision to life.     If you are a bride and you think you have your wedding all under control , you are wrong. That was me. I had my wedding 4/11/2020
    A couple months prior I found Brenda . I paid her for the month of coordinator but let me tell you she is the ONLY person that kept me sane throughout this whole process. Not only did she keep me sane but I was her number one priority ALWAYS. I was forced to change my date from April to June to October to January to February 2021 and then back to November 2020. When covid hit about a month before my wedding we had so many constant texts and frantic phone calls. She dealt with my tantrums and panic attacks. The thing was , I wasn’t the only one shedding the tears, she was too! Because for once she didn’t have the answers that all her brides desperately wanted to hear. She knew she had to have the “we need to postpone” conversations which not only broke our hearts but hers as well. There were so many date changes, so many vendor issues and venue issues but she always reassured me everything would be fine and to not worry because she would take care of it. On 4/11/2020 I actually received a beautiful edible arrangement at my door from her showing how sorry she was I couldn’t have my day. That gesture changed my mood for the entire day because REALLY WHO DOES THAT?! after postponing so many times and finally having my February wedding date I found out I was pregnant. In less then a month I had to have this wedding. After speaking to my vendors the ONLY weekend I could have done it was November 12-15. When I told Brenda this she almost had a heart attack. EVERY vendor had my date except Brenda. This was the busiest week eventsbybbg had. After speaking to all my vendors and practically begging in hopes they would work something out to change my date, I left disappointed. My florist only had those days available and I could not have this wedding 2021. I spoke to my family and decided I needed to have the wedding 11/12/20 even if it meant Brenda not being there. In the back of my mind I was so scared and nervous because I knew it would be a disaster without her. But i said maybe we could do everything the week of have an early rehearsal and just prepare the decorations the night before. To my surprise, even with this being the busiest week, she switched her entire schedule around and made it the day of my wedding. When she said she would be able to make it I cried tears of joy (no I’m not kidding ) at that moment she was more like superwoman lol! When I tell you you need Brenda as your wedding planner I don’t say it lightly or because she’s a good person. I say it because she’s a hard working wedding planner that gets it done PERIOD!
    I worried so much for nothing because she made it all happen for my fiancé and I. After all the stress and the tears the wedding happened and it was better than I could’ve imagined and it was all thanks to her. Even after my fiancé and I took our photos the day of the wedding and we were so tired we went into our little room right before the reception and she had saved a full plate of appetizers for us to make sure we ate. At the end of the night, my fiancé said that was the best idea she had I can’t believe she even thought about saving that for us. You could see the passion in everything she does and that’s what makes a good wedding planner. 7 months, 3 venues and a pregnant bride later she made this happen. All my family came up to me saying what a bad a** (pardon my French )she was and what an amazing job she did. I started with a wedding planner but left with a friend. A planner who will plan all of my families events going forward. Thank you Brenda you don’t know how thankful I am for you. You have a gift and I can’t wait to see you keep succeeding!

    You won’t be disappointed!

    When I first spoke to Brenda I told her my venue included a day of coordinator.. why do I need her? (so I thought)... if it wasn’t for Brenda I’d be loosing my mind! First and foremost like every bride I freaked out at least once a week, especially because I was planning while everything was shut down during COVID! She was always there to help keep me calm and reassure me that it will all be ok! Having Brenda as my month of coordinator it took so much stress off of me. She helped communicate with my vendors, create a timeline that ensured the day ran as smooth as possible. Not only was she helpful in this aspect but also during the actual wedding! The so called coordinator from my venue was never anywhere to be found. (I maybe saw her 2 times if that!) Thank god for Brenda she was always around to change my shoes, bustle my dress, make sure we had everything we needed, and ensured that we had the time of our lives on our special day.

    Cornavaca Bride

    As a COVID-era bride, I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Brenda was simply amazing! She helped me coordinate my entire backyard micro wedding within a short period of time.... everything from rentals to the pampas and everything in between! she truly saved my sanity during these trying times! She was always very attentive, quick to respond, she even got my daughter dressed and ready for the big day!! I am truly grateful for her help throughout this entire process. Planning a 2020 wedding is very interesting but Brenda was able to manage it like a boss! Thank you for helping us create memories that will last us a lifetime.

    Hiring Brenda, A MUST!

    Where do I begin? Sooo many great things to say about this wonderful lady named Brenda. She offers anything from wedding planning to month of coordinator. I planned my own wedding and thought I didn’t need a month of coordinator which included her being there the whole day on my wedding day. I am SO glad I hired her to be my month of coordinator. I was relatively calm on my wedding day except when my make up ran late and therefore pushed my wedding start time just by a few min. Regardless, Brenda helped make sure everything ran seamlessly and even made sure my wedding party and myself had a few refreshments before entering our reception since we were all hungry and extremely thirsty at this time (a con of having a beautiful sunny hot Miami wedding day). I am so thankful to Brenda! All my bridesmaids have her as a “must hire” once they get engaged. Brenda is kind, extremely patient, and helpful.     The best investment you will make for your wedding

    Let’s begin with I hired Events by BBG 3 weeks prior to my wedding. Everything up until I hired her was planned and coordinated by myself, the bride. It was not until I was getting closer to my wedding day that I came to the realization that I needed to hire a professional to handle everything from that point forward. I would strongly suggest hiring Brenda as your wedding planner/coordinator AS SOON AS YOU GET ENGAGED. You will have a tremendous weight lifted off your shoulders considering she coordinates AND plans your ENTIRE event, NOT TO MENTION, she stays by your side the ENTIRE DAY-NIGHT of your wedding.

    I frantically searched for days for a Wedding Coordinator who was reasonable, professional, and trustworthy, without knowing them, just trusting my instinct on what I saw on Wedding Wire. I messaged Events by BBG on Wedding Wire and within 2 minutes, I kid you not, 2 minutes, she called me. I explained everything that was going wrong and what I was being put through with the venue manager I was currently dealing with. She ensured that she was what I NEEDED.

    Not only was did she coordinate the last few weeks before my wedding, she took the responsibility of someone else who was not coming through to make our wedding day what we expected it to be. Brenda made sure to go over all the details from start to finish to ENSURE my day would go as PERFECT as I planned it to be.

    She attended our Rehearsal with our officiant and went over exactly how the ceremony would go from start to finish. The morning of my wedding she was on top of all the vendors, making sure my bridesmaids were on time for their hair, make-up, she was on top of the caterers, making sure everything was delivered on time. We even had to edit the wedding line up for my ceremony the morning of and she contacted the DJ immediately to ensure I got what I wanted.

    Brenda also saved the day for one of my bridesmaids that missed her make-up appointment, by taking the initiative and doing her make-up as well.

    Being that we were had our wedding in MIAMI, if you are from MIAMI, you know the typical MIAMI weather. After a week of PERFECT sunny blue skies, it poured AND poured AND poured the afternoon of my wedding day. I was distraught at the thought that my OUTDOOR WEDDING was ruined because of the rain. My ceremony was delayed by 2 hours because of the rain. I was overwhelmed with the fact that my guest were under a small roof with a huge thunderstorm going on outside. BRENDA, came to me more 3 times to CALM me down and REASSURE me that she was doing the best in her power for the night to go as magical as I envisioned it.

    BRENDA, made sure my husband and I were the first to eat, she was on top of us cutting our cake and ensuring we were having a good time.

    AND that it was. Magical, it is the only way to describe the ending of my wedding night.

    Honestly speaking, I do know if my wedding would have happened if it was not for Events by BBG.

    HIRE HER. CALL HER (SOONER THAN LATER). YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

    She saved our day..we contracted Brenda for the month of our wedding coordination and it was everything we could have asked for from a wedding planner: very detailed oriented, easy to work with and very good ideas. Definitely would recommend her for all your wedding planning needs.

    Planning any event is overwhelming, planning a wedding takes the cake.... and that’s where Events by BBG shines! Brenda is a sweetheart, being that she’s been in your position as a bride before she understands all the concerns you may have. She assisted me in all the day of coordination to make sure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more! She makes you feel like she’s your friend more than your wedding planner and you will cherish that bond with her. I recommend Events by BBG whole heartily and with eyes shut!

    Amazing!

    Brenda, you are truly amazing and professional. When I started to wedding plan, I didn’t think I needed a coordinator. Until I started having a conversation with Brenda, and realized she knew what she was doing and I didn’t realize how much I actually needed her. Look no further, she is your girl. She made every single detail perfect. If I had any issues with any vendors, she would handle them and resolve them immediately. She spent the whole day with me getting ready making sure everything was how I envisioned it, to making sure the groom was ready, to driving to the ceremony and making sure everything was placed the way I wanted, to then drive to the reception and make sure nothing was missing and everything was in place, to even staying with me the entire wedding to pass out hora loca props. Brenda, I LOVE YOU. Can I hire you for all of my events? I sure hope so!!!

    Still use her for my events!

    Brenda is passionate, loving, supportive, and real! All the things you need in a planner. She has impeccable taste and is incredibly hard working. I still use her til this day for familial events and my son’s birthday parties. Highly recommend her!

    Brenda was a wonderful day of coordinator. I couldn't ask for more! She made sure my vision for my wedding came to life. She was very attentive to detail and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

    Brenda was super nice, the process was very smooth ,and I felt I was talking to a friend, I loved that. She was very approachable, always on top of everything, always reminding me of the to do’s!

    Above and beyond ✨

    Unfortunately I wasn’t able to hire a wedding planner from the beginning due to our budget. I planned my wedding and I was grateful to find Events by BGG a few months before my wedding. I hired them as “Day of the Wedding Coordinator”. They helped me to run everything smoothly relieving a lot of stress and I was able to enjoy the day. Monica and the team were absolutely fantastic. They make me feel comfortable and took great backstage pictures. At the church and the venue everything was well organized and the decorations were beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

    Still miss my dripping roses

    I understand reviews affect a business’ livelihood, so I’ll keep it factual and honest with verifiable details based on my experience. I would’ve found it helpful when I was searching as a bride. The wedding came together but some important items I envisioned were missed that made the day of fall short of what I wanted and the aftermath stressful. This was my experience and hopefully this will help as constructive criticism and/or a back up checklist. Regardless, and to spare anyone the details if you're not interested at this point, I honestly wish BBG & her team all the success and happiness in the world. I'm sure she will give it her all to anyone who hires her. If you want the details keep reading. I’ll list items in the actual contract and where anything was missed. Pros include- She remained very responsive during the month of period, coordinated the majority of the vendors well and deserves all credit due for doing the best she could even with a particularly strict venue. Meet with the b&g for detailed planning- Communication was good but via call, email or text. We met when we invited her to our tasting (no detailed planning discussed) and did not see her again until the rehearsal day before the wedding. Vendor recommendation- I had to wake up at 5 am on my wedding day to drive from Hollywood to Pembroke Pines and back to personally pick up a wireless speaker and mic for ceremony from a last-minute vendor that I had to find on IG the day before. Coordinating/communicating with wedding party- The venue gave us access to a room near the ceremony area to set up/gather. My now husband described the groom's party felt very disorganized and got no guidance as to where and how to gather before the ceremony. The prep we had was a 20 min rehearsal day before which included walking up and down an aisle. Coordinating cues with the ceremony officiant- Not privy to what, if anything, that was communicated but the musicians didn't have the cue when the officiant was ready to start/ended ceremony; they played the entrance song too long/exit song way too early. The officiant later expressed he wasn't told where to stand on stage so he stood in front like a podium and we ended up having to stand in front and not on the stage for ceremony (instead of awkwardly telling him to move down during ceremony). Cocktail hour décor- Set up was missing “low boy” tables with seating; guests had to sit in ceremony chairs while they were moving floral arrangements around them. Assistance with guest book- Sent her a pre-wedding checklist noting details including our guest book was going to be a photo booth set up even before the ceremony; after the ceremony, when we were leaving cocktail hour to go change for the dinner reception, I noticed no one was using it. I asked her to please get that going. At that point it was so late we barely got any guest pics from that photobooth. Set up Ceremony/send-off items- I bought bubbles for ceremony end, put it on checklist but they were not handed out. Ensure reception décor according to plan- I wandered into reception room during setup and she seemed stressed and advised there weren’t enough chargers. I noticed it was because they weren't set up in accordance with the checklist/plan. Other details like the bread plates were never placed on tables making layout look incomplete for guests and pictures. The mirrored chuppah would have also benefited from an inspection to ensure a nicer look after assembly (looked rushed and sloppy). Cue the DJ- There were so many awkward transitions/pauses with the DJ like during the entrance, dances and speeches. After our first dance we stood in silence for what felt like forever in the middle of the room waiting to get the mic for thank you speech. Saddest miss for me was "Ensure reception floral décor"- I noticed some of the table floral arrangements weren't right (missing dripping rose details, etc). When I asked the florist why after the wedding, I was advised that the coordinator had essentially cut them off and told them to leave them as is because they were out of time. Vendor also noted they had been advised that even without using loading docks, they couldn't start setting up until 2 pm (despite e-mail from venue confirming non-loading dock set up could start at 7 am). This was frustrating because of the several month's worth of work I had put in picking floral arrangements and they were one of my most anticipated and priciest items. Vendor timeline (pick-up coordination) - besides one vendor that strayed from the timeline, the venue ended up substantially overcharging me for loading times and charged valet for vendors to my room at higher rate. When I asked her for back-up she said she didn’t have anything in writing it was all via phone calls and never made any effort to contact venue to sort out; I was left having to fight that battle for months after on my own. Some vendors were not even advised they could valet. Accessible to b&g details- Like many couples, we were busy greeting and talking to guests so we didn’t get to eat when dinner was served. Later when we were finally able to sit for minute, we had to track down one of her assistants who went in the back to scrounge up whatever leftovers they could find. We grateful she found us some bites but after spending months finalizing menu would have liked to enjoy it. I hope this helps.

    Has a ways to grow

    This is a hard review to write. Brenda was my month of coordinator. The wedding I planned was beautiful, and as my coordinator, she visually executed what I wanted to perfection. I’m fair so I must say so. However, I am not happy with her right now and I felt that she was inexperienced throughout the process. I was extremely understanding and didn’t complain once. I expressed my gratitude because she did do her job otherwise. She worked hard on my wedding day, but there some mistakes made. In my opinion, she’s too inexperienced. And I even got a major discount for her services due to having a mutual friend. I don’t think she should charge as much as she feels entitled to. I got better quotes than her current rate (not the discounted) from more experienced planners.

    -I had to contact her first when my month began
    -She met me in sweats and seemed either bored or unamused when I spoke (I have since learned this is one of her quirks)
    -Couldn’t attend rehearsal (which I understood at the time but there was no follow up)
    -Wasn’t prepared to take all items to the venue, so we had to drop stuff off in multiple rounds. She didn’t volunteer to help with this
    -Messed up the seating layout (I sent it with the DOE) Sat my in laws in a corner
    -Didn’t know how to bustle me so my dress dragged all night
    -Cued the speeches early (were supposed to happen during dinner not before)
    -Stressed me out about issues as they came rather than let me have a stress free night
    -Picked up stuff way before people left
    -Ignored me for a week after promising to help dispute candle wax fiasco with linen vendor
    -Was afraid to advocate on my behalf with the linen vendor in question / I did not feel secure with her advice nor saw her actively try to help me. I had to turn to my venue for help and must say their working relationships with vendors is far superior and much more professional in nature.
    -Made me look bad with said linen vendor because her loyalty is simply not to the bride, but to the potential contact.

    All in all a terrible experience

    I’ve considered not writing this review since my wedding, however there was way too many mishaps to let it all go unsaid. In the beginning everything with Brenda was fine, until the first time we met at our venue. I noticed she didn’t take not a single note of all the intricate details. It was a bit strange but I figured she’s a pro and will remember all the ins and outs. One thing I can say is that she was good at communicating which made me feel as if my wedding was in good hands and everything would go smoothly. Fast forward to my rehearsal which was the day before my wedding. A few members of my bridal party mentioned to me that they felt as if she was rushing the rehearsal and was sarcastic in how she went about explaining the procession and recession. At that time I didn’t feel that way so I ignored the comments. Rehearsal ended and Brenda explained she would be back the following day (wedding day) at 10:00am. That was a bit odd to me because hair and makeup started at 8:00am. Once again, I didn’t make a fuss about it and just agreed. Brenda did not arrive until after 12pm! All morning while I’m getting hair and makeup done I had all the vendors that were arriving calling me because she was not answering. Thankfully my bridal party was there to fill in with what they can to avoid me as the bride having to deal with this. Once she arrives she it everything was going wrong. There were moments where in the bridal suite she would use profanity where children were and also make comments in regards to her divorce which was not the time or place. So at this point we were running behind in time to where guests started arriving. My bridal party had to keep telling her multiple times escort the guests in the waiting area so we can get our photos done. While texting with my husband about how frustrated I was, he told me he didn’t want to stress me but she wasn’t of any help to him and his groomsmen either! My anxiety and stress level was through the roof. Photos were now done with my bridesmaids and it was time to do our “first look”. Brenda took it upon herself or better yet in her words, “I made an executive decision” to cancel my first look and go straight to the ceremony. I was so upset to know that something this important to us was handled this way. After this incident I still made sure our first look happened even if we were running behind time. Ok, so now we’re at the ceremony. The bridal party is at the alter and it’s time for me and my dad to walk down the aisle. We do, and it’s goes well but for some reason Brenda thought it was a good idea to not be in the ceremony AT ALL. She was outside the entire ceremony. This really made me upset because I told her there would be kids there in the rows closest to the doors so if they were loud I wanted her to ask their parents to kindly have them step out to avoid any issues with our sound and video. Of course there was a baby being loud and she was not there to help. Another incident at the ceremony was, the lighter for our unity candle that she was in charge of the set up was missing when it was time to light. So the officiant had to ask the groomsmen if anyone had a lighter. How embarrassing! Her excuse was someone took it. How could you not check these things that’s apart of your job on a day like this before the ceremony? Let me rewind to the part where she even forgot to steam my veil in which was in the same bag as my gown that she was responsible for. While getting dressed it never even came to mind that I wasn’t wearing my veil. So yea, I had no veil for my ceremony entrance. Me and my bridal party was so flustered we didn’t even think about my veil ourselves. But why should we if my wedding planner assured me she would be on top of it all? I mean seriously forgetting my veil?!?! Moving on to the reception. The bridal party left their phones with her while the entrances was taking place. She left all the phones on a sofa outside the ballroom where a guest picked them up and brought them over to the sweetheart table. It was very irresponsible to just leave their belongings like that. At our sweetheart table there were floral pieces sitting on top of the backdrop. One fell at the beginning of the reception to which she “DID NOT” notice so now I have pictures and videos of a very awkward and empty space where the flowers should of been. There was more issues I could go on about but these were the main ones. I wish I had better things to say but sadly my experience with Brenda was beyond disappointing. What bothered me the most is instead of trying to make everything better all she could do is blame everyone else.
