  Made our wedding day incredibly stress free!

  Nothing but POSITIVE and INCREDIBLE things to say about Angela. She is organized and so attentive to detail, while also being incredibly kind and caring. She did my month of coordination services and my only regret is not having her do the entire thing!! She made the last month go SO much smoother. She gave me things to do in bite size pieces that were so much more manageable. She was incredibly kind and warm to my family and friends at the rehearsal- seriously everyone commented how wonderful she was. She brought the vision to LIFE on the day of. I never knew of things weren't going according to plan, she just sorted it out and made it a STRESS FREE day, which was such a blessing to me. She is also a hype queen like no other and gave me such a sense of peace on our wedding day. She is the best of the best in my opinion.
  
  We loved our experience with her as well as her wonderful assistant, who just so happened be a gem as well. My husband and I are super thankful for Angela and would 10/10 recommend.

  Best wedding planning decision

  My husband and I got married December 30th 2023, and we can both honestly say it was the most joyful day of our lives. We actually enjoyed every moment of our time as bride and groom. Angela made that possible. She told us from the first consultation that her goal is to keep the wedding and the planning process fun and enjoyable for us, and that's exactly what she did.
  
  We hired her and hit the ground running - planning our 140 person destination wedding at The Vinoy with just a 6 mo. timeline! We initially hired her as a full service wedding day planner. We soon realized that she works magic and extended to her full weekend planning services package (worth every penny)!! She also planned our rehearsal dinner at the Birchwood and assisted with a bridal brunch. She is consistent, organized, positive, and professional. Beyond those characteristics, she is intuitive and personable. She took her time to get to know us up front and built trust from day 1. She thought of all of the things but somehow never overwhelmed us - always honoring our wishes respectfully.
  She was on top of it with communication between us and our vendors. She already had great connections with most of our vendors, but the ones that she was meeting for the first time - she made a point to connect and get to know them too. She listened and heard ALL of our thoughts and concerns- regardless of how small, irrelevant, or dramatic they may have been. She took it all into account.

  Best planner ever!

  Angela was a total lifesaver for our wedding! I had no clue about the sheer coordination involved in making everything run smoothly. From managing vendors' deliveries and parking logistics to nailing down the perfect number of drapes for my vision, she was on top of it all. What I admired most was her knack for keeping me focused on our design and swaying me away from trends that didn't match our style. She never pressured us to overspend and expertly guided us on where to allocate our budget. My vision, with the help of Angela, came to life better than I would have ever dreamed. My fiancé never wanted a ballroom wedding. But Angela was able to transform the space in such a magnificent way that made him say “ I was wrong about ballroom weddings, our space could not have been more perfect”. It was absolutely spectacular.
  
  On the wedding day, whenever someone asked if I was nervous about the details, my instant reply was, "No, Angela's got it covered!" Her meticulous planning allowed me to fully soak in the day without stressing. Angela and her team were absolute rock stars—they not only set up everything flawlessly but also had our backs throughout. Her husband brought us drinks, and her assistants were on top of our needs, making sure we had everything from hairspray to snacks.
  
  Angela's more than a planner now; she's my friend. Trust me, every bride needs an Angela on their team! She truly went above and beyond, making our wedding experience incredible. I will never forget this day or Angela 🤍

  Simply the best wedding planner I could have asked for!!✨

  Angela is simply the best wedding planner I could have asked for!! Her attention to detail is unmatched, her professionalism and experience are top-level, and working with her overall is a dream! I said it throughout my engagement and I stand by it: I would’ve trusted her to plan my wedding without any input from me! She can do it all. Over 6 months after my wedding, I’m still having friends ask me for vendor recommendations (all from Angela’s list.) The vendors she recommends come with the level of quality and experience to match. If I had to do it over again, hiring her is the first thing I would do!! Absolutely a dream come true experience and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Planning a wedding puts enough on your plate, help yourself and put yourself in Angela’s care so you CAN enjoy the experience. She’ll take care of you! 🩷

  Absolutely Stunning!

  Oh so you have a wedding coming up?
  
  Exciting.
  
  How many amps does your band need to perform? The size of table cloths needed? When are vendors allowed in? Where are vendors supposed to load and unload? I ask because I truly did not know those nitty gritty details about my wedding—and I still don’t!
  
  I actually got asked two weeks after my wedding, “ok, now that you’ve had time to decompress, what went wrong on the day of?” And you know, what? I took a beat, thought about it, and felt a little giddy. Because if something went wrong on my wedding day, I didn’t know about it. Hell, I still don’t know about it. Angela’s the one to thank for that.
  
  I know Angela is very cool and collected. I explained her once as a bird gliding across water: you don’t see the absolute mad amount of work going on underneath the surface. I didn’t know about amps, table cloths, the who/what/where of vendor coordination, but Angela knew it all. She had spreadsheets. Timelines. Reminders (for me). But most importantly: she knew it off the top of her head. And that, ladies and gents, is someone you want on your team.
  
  So I don’t know: how many microphones were needed, what kind of power situation was needed for the photobooth, the time frame for breaking down the whole wedding, how the coup-glass tower got set up.
  
  What I do know: our wedding was an absolute rager, the band rocked, I screamed blink-182 lyrics along with all my people, my face hurt from smiling. I had zero sense of time because Angela had everything taken care of.
  
  Angela is a gem and you’d only be SO LUCKY to have her as your wedding planner.

  More than a planner!

  We are so thankful for Angela! We could not have managed all the details of wedding planning without her expertise. Angela was present throughout every step of the planning making sure everything was on track and going according to our vision. She truly had our best interest in mind and went above and beyond for us on everything from design and vendors to little details that busy brides easily forget so that our dream day could become reality! On the day of, she was our right hand woman which allowed us to relax and truly take in all the excitement of the day! Angela, thanks for making it so special!

  Wedding Planning QUEEN!

  I cannot say enough good things about Angela. From our initial call together and me immediately knowing she had to be my planner to the back and forth with my little changes leading up to the wedding and then the day of absolutely crushing it. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone and want to get married again just to get to work with her again. Angela’s attention to detail and organization skills are top notch and she is always looking for ways to make things easier on YOU. Her coordinating skills alone are enough to hire her but then her personality is just the icing on the 3-tiered wedding cake. She is the most kind and has this presence about her that is so calming. She will make you laugh then cry and smile more than you thought possible. The number of compliments I received from my family and friends after about Angela were crazy, they all wondered where I found such a gem of a planner. Wedding planning is truly Angela’s calling in this life and if you use her you will see exactly why.

  Highly Recommend Angela!

  The most amazing wedding planner! I can't say enough great things about Angela. She has the perfect personality and truly cares about your needs and wants. Angela was incredible during the whole planning process but on the day of our wedding, she knocked it out of the park. We truly couldn't have asked for a more perfect person to planner our special day.

  Best planner (and friend) ever

  Angela was the best person we could have possibly had in our corner throughout planning. We did her month-of coordination package and from the start (which was a year out from the wedding), she was so helpful. She gave us referrals and advice on vendors, checklists to help us along in the long planning process, and gave us tools to keep organized. She checked on us occasionally and was always there if we had a question or concern.
  
  When we hit the 30-d mark, transferring everything over to her to take over was easy and seamless. She finalized everything with great particularity and attention to detail and made contact with every single vendor.
  
  She executed the actual day of with precision and I did not have to worry about a thing because I knew she had it handled. That feeling alone that day was priceless.
  
  Angela was kind and friendly from the very start and we felt like we had been friends with her forever. Both of our families loved her and loved working with her throughout the process and on the wedding day!
  
  I could go on and on about how amazing she is and how hiring her is one of the best wedding related decisions we made!

  Rob and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Angela for wedding planning! During our initial call with Angela, when we were researching wedding planners, we immediately felt at ease and knew Angela was the perfect fit for us and our event. We utilized her “day-of” package, which consisted of services over the 2 months leading up to our wedding day. Angela surpassed every expectation. She is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and truly a pleasure to work with. She provided us with vendor recommendations (all of which we were thrilled with) and created the most detailed wedding day timeline. Due to Angela’s hard work and organization, our wedding day went exactly as planned and didn’t even veer 5 minutes off the timeline she created for us!
  
  Our reception venue did not have a coordinator on site. Angela set up the reception room for us - she utilized all of the decorative items we provided her with, and brought our vision to life! We were amazed when we saw the reception. Angela is so creative, and the way she decorated was stunning!
  
  Additionally, Angela coordinated with all of our vendors and ensured they knew the locations and times. Not having to confirm those details or follow-up with vendors over the weeks and days leading up to our wedding was a huge relief. Angela allowed us to enjoy every second of our wedding day. She truly made the day stress-free. Anything we asked of her - she was more than happy to help out with. All of our wedding guests raved about how amazing our wedding planner was!

  Events by Angela = THE BEST!

  There isn't enough words I could write about how lovely it was working with Angela. She is professional, on top of EVERYTHING and extremely knowledgeable about what she does. When I was looking for a wedding planner, what was most important to me was that they would be able to take most of the planning stress off my mother and I's plates. What I didn't expect was that I would make a friend along the way too. I would 100% recommend Angela to anyone who is looking for a planner. She is well connected with local vendors, has an impeccable eye and truly makes the wedding planning fun! Keeping it simple, she's the BEST.

  Well Worth Having On Your Team!

  Right from first meeting Angela my then fiancé and I could feel a great connection with her. We are so thankful we had her help, guidance and support throughout the whole wedding planning process! Our wedding was postponed a year due to COVID. It was such a relief to have Events by Angela help us navigate such an unforseen change of events. She goes above and beyond and is so caring. When it finally came to our day we were both able to relax and enjoy every bit of the day, knowing that Angela and her team were making sure everything went excellent. We are so thankful to have not only worked with Angela but also to have met her and have her in our lives.

  Right from first meeting Angela my then fiancé and I could feel a great connection with her. We are so thankful we had her help, guidance and support throughout the whole wedding planning process! Our wedding was postponed a year due to COVID. It was such a relief to have Events by Angela help us navigate such an unforseen change of events. She goes above and beyond and is so caring. When it finally came to our day we were both able to relax and enjoy every bit of the day, knowing that Angela and her team were making sure everything went excellent. We are so thankful to have not only worked with Angela but also to have met her and have her in our lives.

  Events by Angela was the absolute best! Everything ran smoothly and perfectly. As a Bride, I was honestly relaxed the whole time. I felt so comfortable with Angela the whole time throughout planning. She took care of everything! Angela was extremely organized and handled all of the big tasks really well. My family and friends were impressed with how organized and proactive she was. Our wedding was the best day ever and we thank Angela for that.   The wedding planner that you NEED

  Where do I even begin with Angela!! She was our day of coordinator but she did much more than that. I don’t know how I would have gotten through the last couple months before the wedding with out her. She was a HUGE help when it came to remembering little things that most brides don’t think of. I wish I would have had her through the whole wedding planning process. The day of the wedding she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with everything esp when it came to my vision of decorating, making sure the night went perfect and making sure we were happy and taken care of. She is the most organized person I have ever met. You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her brides and grooms. You definitely grow a relationship with her! After the wedding so many family, friends and other vendors told me how impressed they were with Angela. I would highly recommend Angela for planning ANYTHING! 💕

  Amazing in Every Way!!

  Angela went above and beyond to help bring my vision for our wedding to life!
  Our original wedding was set for March of 2020. I was the wedding planner, coordinator, and bride, and let's just say I don't know how I was going to manage it all! Once it got canceled due to COVID, I knew that we would need to hire someone to help me 'just a little' for our new wedding day... What I didn't realize was that I needed a whole lot of help from someone to help bring my new vision to life!
  Angela was there every step of the way, planning and coordinating, managing minor discrepancies without me even knowing. She only mentioned to me after she got things fixed about all the hoops she had to jump through to get things done, and we were even able to laugh about it! She saved me so much stress, worry, and time, and I was able to actually enjoy the last 2 weeks before our wedding with my fiance (well, now husband!)! It was AMAZING!! I didn't think I would be able to do that!
  Lastly, Angela is the sweetest, kindest person who just wants to make everyone, especially the bride and groom, HAPPY! Between sending us random Starbucks e-gift cards to bottles of sparkling rose (my favorite drink!), she made us smile the whole way through! She became best friends with our family and vendors, and she even offered to clean up the floors at our venue after our wedding was over. Our venue coordinator started to cry because no one had ever offered that before!
  Angela IS 1000000% worth your money and THE BEST wedding coordinator I could've asked for!

  Angela is a true expert at her craft. As a photographer, I had the pleasure of working alongside her at a wedding in Tampa, FL. She was not only organized and thorough in every single detail leading up to the wedding, but she was also able to anticipate potential client questions which is huge when you're dealing with a once in a lifetime event for your clients. Additionally, she has the most calm disposition that makes vendors and clients feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Angela and her team!

  The best decision I ever made!

  I could not have gotten through our wedding day without Angela. She took care of everything from setting up all of my décor and little details, to keeping us on schedule, and keeping in contact with all of my vendors. She thought of details that I never would have thought of and kept me on track until the last second. If anything went wrong she handled it with grace and told me as little as possible. She took care of absolutely everything and if I could go back and change one thing it would have been to have hired her from the start of my engagement. She is a special person and truly cares about her clients. At our rehearsal she ran all the way down to her car to get me a “shout pen” to get the stain out of my dress!! I don't think just any wedding planner would do that! Angela was such an important part of my wedding day and I was so to lucky to have her!

  Incredible Wedding Planning Experience

  My husband and I got engaged in March or 2019 and decided we wanted a short engagement with a wedding date of November 16th, 2019. We started planning the wedding on our own and once we started talking to the venue and other vendors, I became a bit overwhelmed so I took to Facebook asking for recommendations, for someone to help us with our wedding planning. Angela reached out to me right away and was very professional, she set up a time to chat with my then fiance on the phone since we were getting married in a different city than where we lived. Angela asked all the right questions and from that day forward took the reigns in helping me us in any way she possibly could. Honestly, I don't know how we could have done this wedding on such short notice without her, she was constantly checking in making sure all bases were covered. She was getting in touch with all my vendors making sure everyone was on the same page without me having to say a word. When it came to the day of the wedding I believe I saw her running more than once, like actually running! Making sure everything was getting put together properly and everyone was where they needed to be on time. She was there for us from start to finish with a smile on her face, a duffle bag full of anything you could need, and a plan for any and everything! I'm beyond thankful for Angela and her services, she's amazing!

  Absolutely A Must! She is AMAZING! One of a kind!!

  From the first phone call I knew she was the perfect fit! I had originally another planner who 10weeks before my wedding day cancelled. It was devastating but it was all meant to be because I was meant to have Angela as my planner! She was the perfect best friend through the entire process and made everything so easy and effortless for me! When hiccups happened she was on the ball and had an answer and solution for me immediately. She was extremely detail oriented (like I can’t even comprehend) and without her idk how everything would have gotten done! Honestly so many little details and that women kept track of every little thing and made sure everything I wanted got accomplished. If you were debating a wedding planner/day of coordinator do not hesitate (and pick Angela). IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY! The day of she handled so many things that I never even knew happened and because of her my mom, mother in law, and bridesmaids all enjoyed without having any worries.   Angela really goes above and beyond.

  Angela was phenomemal to work with. We were able conquer and divide and get everything done on the BIG day. Her communication with all the details helped keep everyone on the same page and make everything run smooth. I truly look forward to working with her again in the near future.
