Carrington/McLean Events

I don't even know where to begin describing my experience with Carrington/McLean Events. My husband and I got married 6/12/21 and we worked with Carrington over the last year. In addition to being incredibly organized, responsive, diligent, timely in her communication, and amazingly skilled at collaborating across the multitude of vendors that make a wedding day happen, she is simply a joy as a person to have by your side on this journey. She made sure that anything that needed done got DONE and you never had to worry or doubt that she could make it happen. Carrington is so purely genuine and compassionate and wants your day to be more perfect than you can imagine. Throughout our wedding journey Carrington would check in with me, diffuse my stress and anxiety, and just warm me with her spirit and heart. There were so many moments of emotion on my wedding day and it was such a joy to see Carrington ever-present, ready with a tissue, a hug, a smile, or words of affirmation and encouragement. I always looked forward to our touch base calls and it brings tears of gratitude and awe to my eyes to think of how she truly brought the vision/inspiration/design to life!!!!! She learned about my husband and I and incorporated aspects of our love, our journey together to create our vision/aesthetic. When I walked into our venue I FELT the joy and love in every detail. Carrington is an absolute wonder and you would be BLESSED to have her plan/execute your wedding. Carrington is a consummate professional and a pure joy of a human being. I cannot say enough amazing things about her or McLean Events!! The quality of service was astounding. Thank you for making my wedding day the best day ever and for making my bridal journey so much fun!!!

If 100 stars were an option, that would not be enough to characterize our experience with Mclean Events Charlotte's Carrington Buck. I call her the "tiny powerhouse." She was everywhere we needed her to be and she quietly, seamlessly, flawlessly executed details about which we had no idea.
She was absolutely wonderful...professional, knowledgeable, competent, patient, creative, innovative, joyful, kind...
ALWAYS there when we needed her....
I could go on forever about her abundant wedding planning skills, but they pale in comparison to how she made us feel. She made our daughter's wedding the most joyful family experience...
even as we worried and fretted, she patiently, calmly, confidently guided us through every step of the way.

It was a joy and a blessing working with her. My daughter and I shared with her that one of the reasons we were sad that the wedding was over was that we would miss having her in our lives. We adore her and have officially adopted her in to our family.

If you are planning a wedding, I would (and already have) highly recommend her to guide you through this major life event.

I cannot put into words how talented and wonderful Carrington and the McLean Events team is! Carrington executed our wedding day flawlessly, and the way she kept everything flowing seamlessly was one of the greatest gifts. She made our wedding an absolute dream! Not only is Carrington so talented, but she is also kind, fun, and easy to work with. We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with with her and have her as our wedding planner. We are forever grateful!

Carrington is THE BEST!

I consider myself so incredibly lucky to have been able to work with Carrington while planning my wedding. I went into the planning process not knowing how much work goes into creating the perfect wedding and reception. I am SO thankful that I had Carrington along the way. She saved me so much time by suggesting certain vendors and then working with those vendors up through the wedding day. She’s a wedding expert and she made sure that every single thing, right down to the smallest detail, was planned for and perfect. And her creativity is off the charts. She dreamed up a tulip chandelier for the reception and I was obsessed with the idea after she presented it to me. She then worked with the florist to create it and, well, it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Two months later, I still have wedding guests telling me how amazing it was. I also still have wedding guests telling me how beautiful the entire event was, and it’s all because of Carrington. I’m not a creative person and my wedding would’ve been so boring without her. But instead, so many people have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Carrington. I could go on and on and on and on about how amazing she is. I don’t know how I got lucky enough to have her as my wedding planner, but I’m so glad I did! I would recommend her to anyone. You would be the luckiest bride ever to get to work with her!!!

Highly recommend! A+ experience

We had an amazing experience working with Carrington Buck. She was an absolute life saver from day one. Our original wedding plans included 200+ people, but due to COVID restrictions we eventually scaled down to 30 guests. Carrington guided us every step of the way and did all that she could to make our big day very special, including finding us a new venue only a few weeks out when our original venue wouldn’t accommodate our outdoor reception. Carrington did an excellent job of incorporating our personal style while offering creative suggestions. Our experience was very positive as Carrington was so easy and fun to work with. She will take on as much (or as little) as you ask and is very responsive. We would highly recommend Carrington and her team to anyone looking for a helping hand during their wedding planning process.

Made our day so much easier

The whole team at McLean was a delight to work with, but Josie in particular did such a great job on our big day taking care of the details, keeping us on schedule, and making sure my husband and I were happy. It was such a relief to know I could relax and enjoy my wedding instead of stressing over the minutiae! Not only that, but our other vendors enjoyed working with her as well. Thank you so much!

Carrington and Betsy at McLean Events were our wedding planning saviors - there is no way our wedding would have even happened without them, let alone be as amazing and beautiful as it was. They helped us out with every step of the process and solved all our crises (especially those that happened day-of!) so that I could relax and actually enjoy my own wedding. Saved our Wedding Weekend!

Erin totally saved our wedding! We were left without a wedding planner three weeks prior to our wedding weekend. Erin stepped in without hesitation and made it so my husband and I truly had the best weekend! Erin told us we should feel like a guest at our wedding and we definitely did! Erin is an absolute all-star. From start to finish there was never a concern that whatever needed to be done, it was going to be handled. From initial planning to day-of execution, Erin, Tia, and their teams leave nothing to chance and everything to diligence and quality. Erin's legitimate attention to the person, family, wishes, and everything in between (she'll piece out things you didn't think you needed, and find the gaps and fill them). I have nothing but good things to say about the team at EM Events.

We never had any doubt that things were going to be perfectly executed, and our wedding was flawless.

Betsy Dohrer with Erin McLean Events was the day-of coordinator for my wedding, and I am SO fortunate that I had her! She is the absolute best and made my day perfect! We met a few times before the wedding to go over the plan, items we'd be using during the wedding, etc. We also shipped things to her because I live in Atlanta but was getting married in Chapel Hill. She was incredibly responsive and always so upbeat and positive. She handled EVERYTHING the day of the wedding. I didn't have one person ask me a question and everything went off without a hitch! If you're uncertain about doing a day-of coordinator, I highly recommend you do it and I would 100% recommend Betsy and Erin McLean Events!

Betsy was amazing! I seriously don't know how people get married without her help! I had the BEST experience with Erin McLean Events and Carrington Clevenger Buck!!! I worked with them for a year and a half planning my wedding from another state and they were incredible from the beginning. Carrington and I frequently had calls and meetings to ensure that my wedding dream came true and every single detail was absolutely perfect. Additionally, Carrington had creative and fun ideas to make the wedding unique and customized to us as a couple. Not once did I stress the weeks leading up to my wedding about details as Carrington and Erin handled everything. As a result, I was able to completely enjoy my time with friends and family stress-free. Also, Carrington and the EME team had the best recommendations for vendors and handled every communication and detail with them. Members of our wedding party even commented on how friendly & easy the EME team was to work with the day of the wedding in terms of getting us assembled and staying on schedule. I would recommend Erin McLean Events to anyone I meet looking to plan a wedding in the NC area- they are the very best and I couldn't be happier with their work!!

Carrington Buck was a delight to work with. She had great advice and did a wonderful job managing the logistics of our home wedding reception. She was very professional in dealing with the various vendors. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend because we had confidence that Carrington was managing the details of our event.. She exhibited excellent expertise in dealing with tent set up,equipment rentals, tableware and linens, catering requirements, restrooms, and transportation. She also did an excellent job coming up with a timeline for the wedding day which helped us think through the order of events. Carrington was great to work with because she let me handle the things I was comfortable with,gave advice when asked, and took care of the logistics during the week of the wedding so that I could enjoy our guests.

I could never say enough positive things about Erin McLean Events to do justice to the amazing work that this team does. I received an excellent wedding from top to bottom from them. They are such visionaries and have connections to a lot of local vendors to make a beautiful wedding. Erin and Carrington designed the most beautiful ceremony at Fearrington that I have ever seen, and truly went above and beyond in that realm. What I was even more impressed with, however, is how amazing they were to work with. I did not get married under the easiest of circumstances - Hurricane Matthew rolled into town on my wedding day, ruining my plans for an outdoor ceremony. This didn't stop Erin, Carrington, or Betsy - they created a stunning indoor ceremony that was unlike anything I could have dreamed of. They spent all day getting soaked from head to toe, literally, to put together a ceremony fit to be in a magazine. The best part was that they were happy to do it, and never made me feel at all like I was asking for too much. I've never seen kinder faces or bigger smiles. It is clear that they love their brides and they love their jobs. I was blown away at their positive spirits, love of their work, and at how efficient they were with every piece of the wedding. They were so on top of everything, I didn't have to worry about anything at all. Everything from centerpieces to my hair that kept falling down was immediately handled before I realized it was time! I cannot express how grateful I am that I hired Erin to help me with my wedding. I am so glad that I did, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. There is truly no one kinder, and no one more talented. My heart is full of love for this team.

As the father of the bride, I had the responsibility of financial transactions with Carrington Clevenger- Buck in the planning of my daughter’s wedding. As I live overseas, this had the potential to be difficult. Carrington arranged an easy method of payment to various vendors over several months of planning. She provided a spreadsheet tracker of all transactions and constantly kept me updated of any changes to the wedding plan.
Carrington’s attention to detail, organization, and focus on the family truly made the wedding a wonderful event. I would highly recommend her services through Erin McLean Events.

I was a very laid-back bride who didn't know the first thing about weddings, and Carrington was the absolute best! She kept me up-to-date with what we should be doing next and what I should start to think about. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on. I was especially nervous about the hair and make-up vendor, as I do not wear make-up at all, but Carrington picked a lovely vendor who was perfect for my needs. I think my favorite part was when she showed me the reception space at the wedding -- it was everything I loved! I had had this idea of hanging flowers from the reception space area, but hadn't really talked about it much, and Carrington gave me a wonderful surprise with hanging flower beds (for lack of a better word) over each table. It was gorgeous. On the day of, Carrington brought with her an assistant (I think her name was Becky, if I remember right) who was absolutely wonderful and helped to take care of me as much as Carrington did. This shows that the professionalism I experienced with Carrington is prevalent throughout the business of Erin McLean Events.

One of the things that really impressed me about Carrington and Erin McLean Events was the responsiveness. Carrington was a quick email or phone call (and even text) away throughout the months planning our event. It really felt like I was her sole client, though I know this was not the case! Our wedding took place on a Sunday morning, and Carrington had another event Saturday night; even with that fact, Carrington was at our venue bright and early!

The main reason my family and I chose Erin McLean Events for our wedding was because we were assured that my family and I would be "guests at our own wedding." Carrington ensured that me, my husband, and my family did not have to lift a finger and that we could enjoy our special day. Given that I am a student and I live quite far from the Raleigh area, Carrington was essential to planning the wedding. I would highly recommend this wedding planner!

I worked with Nicole at Erin McLean events for my wedding. I actually came across Nicole when my original day-of coordinate didn't work out. It was less than a month to my wedding date, and Nicole was referred to me by my venue coordinator. Can I just say that was one of the best decisions of my wedding planning experience. Nicole swept in and took control of the final planning steps and relieved building stress and to-do's that had piled up. Nicole was professional, fun, and my parents adored her too. Everyone was so glad I found Nicole to fun a flawless wedding day. My only regret was not bringing her on sooner!!

I don't think I could say enough amazing reviews about Carrington with Erin McLean Events! She truly made my dreams come true! From the moment I met her, she made sure that we knew THE day was about my now husband and I, and she would take care of the rest. And she did just that! She took so much stress off, not only myself but my mom as well! She was there for us, kept in great touch with us, and answered my millions (!!!) of emails and even my 3am text the morning of my wedding! She is not only the sweetest person ever but also extremely personable (which I feel like is a must when planning the day that you have dreamed about since you were a little girl!). Carrington is also very attentive and made sure everything went as we talked about. It was like a breath of fresh air and we were honored to have Carrington to take such great care of us!!!! I was planning my wedding from outside North Carolina so I knew from the beginning that I was interested in getting a wedding planner, if possible for me to a planner with whom I could work well. I was lucky enough to find Nicole Goodrich, currently a member of the Erin McLean team. She is incredible, and I couldn't have found a better support. She was detailed, knowledgeable and really was fantastic at helping make my vision reality. Also, when Hurricane Joaquin decided to crash the wedding, she was so great and calming while locations and details were constantly changing. I cannot recommend Nicole enough.

We worked with Carrington to plan our Sunday brunch wedding in Chapel Hill and it was a fabulous experience! She was very supportive of all of our ideas and brought a lot to the table. She really put me at ease that everything would be taken care of, even though we were planning from DC, and it certainly was! I received nothing but glowing compliments from our guests and I could not recommend her and the entire Erin McLean Events team highly enough. It was a fantastic experience to work with them and our weekend was absolutely perfect!

Erin and I went to high school together and since we both ended up living in the Raleigh area, she was the first person I reached out to about wedding planning. We exchanged emails and phone calls before decide what aspect of their planning services would work best for us. We chose the "weekend of" coordination. Carrington was our assigned planner and she reached out to us. She was willing to meet on weekends and after hours due to our schedule with work and our 3 year old daughter. We had multiple phone calls and face to face meetings and while she did not design our wedding she was very helpful in where I should focus and where it wasn't as necessary. I dropped off car loads of centerpieces and ceremony decor to her office the week of the wedding. While I was glad to have it out of my house it is nerve wracking to spend all this time on something and hope you've done a good enough job conveying your thoughts so someone else would make it happen. AND SHE DID!! The ceremony was exactly how I envisioned it, the centerpieces came together beautifully, and Carrington was on top of making sure everyone was where they needed to be. I had compliments from family about her organization and personal way of dealing with the chaos of the rehearsal and wedding day. Guests complimented us on how smoothly things ran and how there weren't any gaps throughout our transition times. We came back from our honeymoon to a hand drawn and water color painting of my bouquet with a beautiful card from her. It's sweet touches like that that make working with Erin and Carrington such a pleasure. It was money well spent and we would do it again a thousand times over.

My experience with Erin Mclean Events was excellent from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Goodrich and her attention to detail, fantastic energy, and creative problem-solving skills are the makings of a true wedding planner. She will think of anything you haven't, and she's great to bounce ideas off of in the planning process. She is always quick to respond to emails and on the day of the wedding she was extremely quick and efficient and seemingly on top of every detail.

I also worked with Carrington in the beginning of planning stages and I would have been just as confident working with her. She was very warm, organized, and creative.

I only met with Erin briefly but she was lovely as well. She is running a truly top-notch events planning company.

Carrington is truly amazing! She made my dream wedding a reality (while staying on budget). She made the entire process stress free and kept everyone calm the day of. Throughout the planning process I felt like I was talking with a friend as she was always available and knew just what I needed. One of Carrington's best qualities as a wedding planner is her attention to detail and that truly showed as every aspect of our wedding was beautiful and perfect. This review really should be 10 stars out of 5... Carrington Clevenger-Buck of Erin McLean Events is a rockstar wedding planner! She deserves a spot among the very best of the best! My husband and I live in New York City and planned our N.C. wedding from afar. From the very first phone call with Carrington, I knew we were in the most talented and wonderful hands. That proved to be so true in the 6 months+ we worked together. Every step of the way, she went above and beyond, over-delivered, managed my expectations, provided just-enough options for me to consider when it came to seeking her advice about decor and wedding details (and for a Type A over-thinker, this was key!), was always thorough and detail-oriented, and always punctual. She approaches her job with a sense of calm and confidence that put me at ease always! And above all else, she's the kindest, most fun, and chic woman! She's creative, has a knack for florals and design, appreciates tradition while offering unique details that made our day everything I could have dreamed of. We arrived to our wedding weekend and I really and truly enjoyed every moment with my family and friends knowing Carrington was my go-to and could execute the vision, take care of all the details and vendor coordination we'd planned for months. In no small way, my husband and I have Carrington and EME to thank for helping us, and our families, create our magical wedding day!

I can't say enough about Carrington Clevenger-Buck from Erin McLean Events! She's fantastic!

I have to say that I had my doubts initially that this young, perfectly put-together woman would understand how to guide a woman who only wanted a simple ceremony, but was coaxed into having a full wedding. I was still resisting the idea of a full wedding and reception for a second wedding. I had not a clue of what design I wanted except it should be simple and family-focused.

Those doubts left 10 minutes into our first conversation. She helped me figure out my perfect design by asking simple questions. Palette, textures and design came easy and was painless. From there Carrington led the way, providing tools so we could stay on track in our planning, timeline and BUDGET. Fighting for us when needed. Don't let her petite size fool you, when it comes to her brides, she's a protective angel with expansive wings. I traveled for work almost every week before our wedding. Carrington worked with my schedule for meetings, and calls, and communicated regularly via email and text.

Come our wedding day, I was at ease. I knew I didn't have to worry about what was going during the flip at All Saints Chapel, because Carrington would address any issues that arose. She kept us all on schedule, including a few who are known for following their own clock. The team that worked on our small wedding (less than 100) were attentive to the details that added that special touch. Making blending our two families who all live out-of-state a true delight.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Goodrich as my wedding planner for my large Persian wedding in DC. Nicole was so wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She was excellent at managing the various personalities of my vendors and family and effortlessly made sure everyone got along and that my wishes were met. It is not easy for me to let go of control and I completely trusted Nicole and she completely delivered! It was a large wedding with several vendors and many details that needed to be executed for the night to run smoothly. Nicole put in so much work behind the scenes to orchestrate with the vendors in advance and also on the wedding day. It was a traditional Persian ceremony and Nicole learned what that entails and even perfectly executed the "Sofreh Aghd" on the wedding day. She remained calm and organized on the wedding day and the day went by so smoothly. Nicole was my favorite vendor and one that I will recommend over and over again. She was worth every single penny and the day simply would not have been the spectacular day it was without her!!

We had Carrington as our Day of Coordinator, and we are so glad we did! She was absolutely amazing from the start! I became a bit of a control freak with the wedding, not letting anyone help because I was worried they would forget important details, but once I met Carrington and saw how organized she was I had no doubts about handing everything over to her the week of the wedding. Everything went off without a hitch, and I know it's thanks to her! My dad likes to know exactly what's going to happen and when, and she did an excellent job of keeping him informed the entire night. Even our guests came up to us to tell us how awesome "the lady in the apron" was!

Erin McLean and her team are the BEST! I had the pleasure of having Tia as my wedding coordinator for my wedding weekend and she literally went above and beyond to make it the best weekend and night of my husband and I's lives :) Tia is the sweetest most detailed oriented person I know - I could not have asked for a better wedding planner! Every time I emailed or met with her she really helped put me at ease with all the planning and everything that was going on. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her! What can I say about Tia.....I do not know if there are enough words to describe how awesome she was in assisting me the day of the wedding. She was truly professional, punctual, and on point with every detail we discussed and helped the flow of my wedding day run seamless. If there was any issues, I did not know about because she took care of it. It truly was worry free and honestly if it were not for her at certain times of the night, I would have lost track of the timeline of the events, being lost in the beautiful bliss of that day. Also, Tia was very responsive to me and willing to work with me with long distance planning and set up times to talk on the phone since I lived many time zones away. She was more than responsive to my emails as well. At the end of the night, Tia even helped my best friend with a surprise of flower petals and candles in my room for my husband and I to enjoy on our wedding night. And she made sure we had all our belongings in my parents room without question of anything not being there the next day. I would highly recommend Tia for your wedding or event. Erin McLean Events was perfect for us to work with for our big day! We worked alongside Tia who was such a joy and pleasure to work with. Tia knew exactly what we needed and filled in any questions we had along the way! We culminated a wedding day timeline which she provided to all of our vendors as well as checking in on everyone beforehand as well as going into detail with me on everything! We also met with Erin briefly when we initially looked at our reception site and fell in love with a wedding she was working on!

Tia did an excellent job pulling everything together exactly to how I had planned it which could have been challenging because I wanted everything so perfect but Tia surpassed my expectations and made everything on the wedding day more than perfect. She kept our day and our reception moving along so we stayed on schedule but did it in a very subtle way which is important. She also had the most beautiful cake display in our room with our flowers after the reception as well as she had already taken all the gifts and cards which was so nice to come into after a long but super fun day. She had subtly moved things into my parents room and everything went off without a hitch! It was excellent.

She also provided us with the most excellent idea of eating during our cocktail hour. We had time to take pictures after our ceremony which was earlier in the day so we had time during cocktail hour to eat. My husband can get somewhat moody and short-tempered if he does not have much food in him and with a long timeline and everything, it was very important to us to eat before the night began. Tia had set up a lovely dinner in a separate room at our reception site for us to enjoy a nice dinner and time together before the night really began with the reception! It was a great idea and I am so glad we went along with it!

Tia was always so peppy and excited to see us and talk about the wedding and we are so overjoyed we chose Erin McLean Events to work with!

Working with Erin McLean Events made our wedding and planning it so much easier! Erin and Carrington were super approachable and helpful right off the bat and had so many great ideas, tips and advice for a bride! Leading up to our wedding they were always reachable by email, always available to give a recommendation or to bounce an idea off of them. The thing I appreciated most about working with them was their organization! I love to be thorough and appreciate that, so their detailed lists and forms were great for myself and my mother! Hands down, one of the most organized, type A (like myself), well put together people we encountered in the process. She was extremely personable, bubbly, and so pleasant to work with. She was helpful throughout the entire process, helping to brainstorm ideas for the signage, the signature cocktail names, and the gift box holder as well as countless other details. The ladies at Erin McLean Events were so good to me!!! Erin did the design and overall look of the wedding. I was floored when I walked in to my venue because it was more beautiful that I could have imagined. Carrington was my right hand lady and day of coordinator. I got so many compliments from vendors about her level of professionalism and attention to detail. She made me feel like I was the only client she had to deal with. I felt so well taken care of. Overall, I am not one to give up control over a project to other people, but because of my busy schedule I knew that I needed help. Carrington was patient with me and gained my trust throughout the planning process. She even endured an embarrassing sob-fest from a nervous bride-to-be over the phone. Every question (or concern) was met with a smile, professionalism, and a positive attitude! She did so much to help us navigate the field of awesome vendors and kept us on task. Given that my daughter lives out of town and travels weekly for work, it was difficult to meet at times during normal business hours. ERin went out of her way to accommodate my daughter's schedule.
The wedding day was seamless--perfectly executed and stunning! We would do it all over again! Our only regret is that it's over.

We could not have done this without Erin! My husband and I became engaged in May and set the date for the Saturday before Christmas. After a few weeks of floating on clouds and dreaming it was time to make things real and Erin and her crew were a Godsend. Yes, I'm the girl that dreamt of her wedding from the time I could say Barbie Doll. NO, I am not the Queen of organization, Pinterest, DIY or Say Yes To the Dress. After some great conversation about what we wanted over steaming hot Starbucks, Erin was able to envision our day and put a plan of action into place with 5 months to go-it was a weight off my then fiances shoulders(he COULD NOT endure anymore TLC shows, for real!) and a gift to me-a fairy Godmother er, ...I mean Wedding Planner that makes wishes come true. An answer for every question. A plan for every scenario. A calm voice for every hysterical e-mail (I've never considered myself irrational but 3 weeks to go will do it to the best of us). I am grateful for Erin's direction, steady voice, professional wisdom and personal interest in making our day unforgettable. All of our guests have raved. Authentically! I have to add that my husband teared up multiple times for several days after saying, "I know I kicked and screamed and drug my feet thru that process[he kinda did!], but I am so glad that you and Erin got us through it. We had Tia Jones from Erin McLean Events as our weekend wedding coordinator and she was fantastic. If you think you don't need or want a weekend coordinator, think again. Tia was extremely helpful in organizing the weekend, creating a detailed timeline, as well as making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a church director at our ceremony and a banquet director at our reception venue, but it was still 100% worth it to have Tia there for anything else that may have arisen. She was so friendly, professional, and easy to work with. If anything went wrong throughout the day, I had no idea. She made sure the night went smoothly, got us to where we needed to be when (cake cutting, first dance etc) and I loved the security of having her there.

When I was deciding whether I needed a weekend coordinator or not, Erin was very professional and I enjoyed speaking to her. Their office is so welcoming and pretty, and all of the ladies there are great at what they do.

She was so detailed oriented (even for my type A personality) and handled everything beyond my expectations! My daughter, new son-in-law and I worked with Erin for almost a year planning the wedding. Erin made the whole experience as relaxed and fun as can be imagined. Her knowledge of local vendors and venues was excellent. Looking back, I cannot imagine how much more stressful and time consuming the process of planning a wedding would have been without her. We were very satisfied with the Wedding Coordination services provided for us by Erin McLean Events for our October wedding. We got exactly what we had been looking for: peace of mind! Tia helped my wedding day go so smoothly/stress-free that I was able to be truly "in the moment" and enjoy every second of the day. She had full control of every situation and helped take away any worries that we had . . . from running the rehearsal super efficiently, making us pick a Big Dog (which proved to have its purpose!), making sure the guys were all ready for pictures on time, and working with all the vendors to make sure every aspect of the event was executed exactly as we envisioned. We would have no idea if something didn't go as planned, because she worked it all out without us even knowing. Everything was executed flawlessly - having that kind of peace of mind is priceless!

My mom and I thought that we would be fine planning my wedding on our own, but a few months in, we knew we were in way over our heads! When I first met with Erin, I knew instantly that she was going to be our saving grace -- and she was. She took care of EVERYTHING! I have NO idea how my husband and I could have planned our entire wedding without her help. She was wonderful with coming up with beautiful, fresh ideas, listening to what we wanted and what was important to us, telling us honestly what details we could skip to save our budget and which would make a big impact, and keeping me (an incredibly high-strung person!) completely calm throughout the process.

Our wedding day arrived with the rainstorm of the century, but Erin kept everything running smoothly, despite last-minute changes to accommodate the weather and almost 200 guests to move from the ceremony site to the reception. Honestly, when my husband and I look back on our wedding day, we forget that it rained, and that's quite the feat! If anything went wrong that day, I certainly didn't know about it.

Nothing I can say can accurately illustrate how amazing Erin is -- she's funny, reliable, organized, professional, and just a really, truly fantastic person. I'm sad the planning is over -- I miss seeing her!

Tia at Erin McClean is the person you want as your day of coordinator. She was absolutely wonderful and has the entire process down to an art. Her calm demeanor was just what we all needed that day. We had two or three meetings prior to the wedding and Tia got down to details on everything needed for the wedding day. So, I have been thinking about what is was that I wanted to say about Erin since I had my wedding back in October of 2012. I cannot really put in words the things that she helped me with. Erin is WONDERFUL, AND AMAZING!!! She did a SPLENDIFEROUS JOB to help me plan my wedding. Erin is a very funny, responsabile, professional person. I gave her a vision when my husband and I first met her and she brought it to life for me. I worked with her for about a year and a half and she became my friend during that time. I have already given her number to a couple of my friends that are getting married in the next year. I told them that they are crazy not give her a call. I got married in Ashvillie NC at Castlelady Hawke and it was truly a fairy tale wedding because of Erin. There was not one thing that I had to worry about during that time. Erin came on board to help us plan Emilia and Jon's wedding in august. She did an outstanding job in every way possible. She was very professional, attentive to every minute detail, super kind, kept the evening going and was there for anything we needed. I can't say enough good things about her and would reccommend her to anyone needing this kind of service.She calmed my nerves when I was stressing at the last minute , with her peaceful and focused demeanor! A true pro!

Erin was amazing! She took my very vague vision and created a more beautiful wedding than I ever could have imagined. She helped me with every design decision and gave me great recommendations for my vendor choices. Erin even took care of translating my likes and dislikes to the various vendors. I felt so relaxed the whole wedding weekend thanks to knowing that Erin was taking care of all the last minute details and would be there to handle anything that might happen on the wedding day. I can not even begin to say how much I enjoyed working with Erin!!! She is professional, reliable, and AMAZING at what she does. The last thing a bride wants is an uptight high strung wedding planner and that is NOT what you get with Erin. She makes it a point to keep things running smoothly!! Erin and her team helped my new wife and I plan our November wedding. We could not have been happier! She is so good at what she does. Being in the industry myself, I knew I didn't want to deal with all the day of stuff. Erin was the planner I headed straight too once I had a date and place booked. She made everything so easy. Her assistant Lacey ran the rehearsal and handled my somewhat crazy (and not the easiest to work with) family. The day of, Erin made everything so easy. Anything that we needed (or during the guys freaking out because they didn't read the time-line) she took care of it. Erin McLean is not just someone you work with to plan your wedding; she also becomes your friend.

Erin’s level of professionalism is by far what you remember most about her but it’s because of her style, poise, personality, and demeanor that makes working with her a dream to any bride to be.

Erin took all the infamous “stress” that all brides are afraid they will experience the day of their wedding away from not only me, the bride, buy my mom as well. Planning a wedding is a stressful job for any bride, but working with Erin makes it a breeze and all of that “stress” is obsolete.
The day of my wedding I was never once contacted by any of my vendors because Erin ensures that your DAY is all about you and she handles all of the details. And by details, I mean everything. I walked into my wedding venue with the biggest smile on my face. Not only because I had a pretty cute husband on my arm but because of the amazing job Erin did with ensuring all of my thoughts and ideas that I had in a notebook came to life.

I could not have imagined my wedding day without Erin being a part of it. It was the best day of my life and I owe a lot of that to Erin! She made sure Will and I were able to sit down and enjoy our food (wedding’s make you hungry), I danced with my father for our song, the champagne was given to Will and I before the toasts, and that I was ok. two people could not be better at what they do than Erin McLean and Lacey Hardee, Erin's assistant. Erin was not available for my wedding on October 16th, though she met with us initially and went through everything with us with lots of kindness and detail. Lacey was with us for the rehearsal and the big day and she did an absolutely. amazing. job. Aside from treating me, my groom and everyone involved in the wedding like a friend she'd known all her life, she ran the rehearsal quickly and efficiently and oversaw everything on our wedding day. It ran so smoothly it was ridiculous. Lacey watched me like a hawk, and was right there with me. In the split second that I'd realize I needed her for something, I'd look around and she'd already be standing right there with a smile on her face! We were calling Lacey at 2 in the morning asking her where the key to our b&b room was (because she had graciously dropped all of our stuff off beforehand!!) and she answered the phone cheerily and as if it were no big deal at all!

When my fiancé and I started to plan our wedding, I quickly began to stress out over the large task list we would have to wade through over the next 11 months. To add to the stress factor, we decided to have a destination wedding, located 200 miles away. To lower the stress level and make sure everything got done, we decided to hire a wedding planner.

The minute we spoke to Erin, we knew she would be extremely helpful, organized and easy to work with. We hired Erin immediately and felt confident we had made a good choice.

When it came time to select the venue, caterer, florist, DJ, etc, Erin did an excellent job of taking in our personal style and desires, then providing her top picks for vendors we would be interested in. She has a very intuitive characteristic about her and each time she presented vendor options, her selections were right on point with our tastes.

We thought we would have trouble finding a savvy DJ in such a non-cosmopolitan area, but the first DJ Erin found for us could easily spin records in some of the chicest clubs in any big city.

Erin worked closely with our caterer to make sure the food was of the highest quality, yet stayed in our budget. All of our guests raved about the food!

Leading up to the wedding week, Erin was a godsend. She not only kept the bride sane, but took care of everything--including making appointments for the bridesmaids to go to the spa and helping the groom’s parents plan the rehearsal dinner. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her assistant, Lacey, worked very hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.

If any issue ever came up, Erin proactively addressed the task at hand. She was always there to answer questions, give advice and responded to calls and emails quickly from afar.

Erin decorated the reception venue with impeccable taste and our personal style--it was even better than we had envisioned. During the reception, she made sure that everything was taken care of, which let us feel like guests at our own wedding. This allowed us to visit with all of our friends and family, dance as much as we wanted to and take in the whole evening. We were stress-free and enjoyed the time with our family and friends. Everything ran seamlessly and our guests remarked that they had a great time. Our only complaint was that it had to end.

All of our guests were blown away with the wedding and wanted to meet Erin. We highly recommend her!

I had doubts about hiring a day of coordinator as I wasn't sure how much they would actually help, but Erin definitively proved her worth throughout the weekend. After meeting us for the rehearsal, she ran several errands for us that night. During the wedding, she kept us on a schedule, which is much more important and more difficult than I thought it would be. Hours go by in what seems like minutes, and if it wasn't for Erin's gentle guidance, dinner would have gone on forever. She was there whenever I needed her, but at the same time kept herself out of sight. The wedding took place in my father's backyard, and having her there really allowed him to have a relaxed time. Erin took responsibility for all problems and technicalities, and let him play worry-free host. And I was floating on air the entire night, not a concern in the world. Erin has a talent for this, you will definitely not regret hiring her and will find absolute worth in the service that she provides.

Erin is the only person that I would have trusted with planning our wedding. She is fantastic!! No matter what crazy question I had or little detail I was worried about, she was on top of it. She always returned calls and emails from not only me but my mom as well. Erin, is not only a great planner but a great person that makes you feel calm and at ease on a hectic day that I would have been worried about if it was not for her. She knows so many vendors and works so well with all of the vendors we chose for our wedding. Not only did we think she was the "best" to work with, so did our vendors!
On the day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch. Everything was timed perfectly and was so well planned. People continue to talk about it and tell us how wonderful everything was and I have Erin to thank for her guidance through it all. When we started our wedding planning process, we weren't sure if we would hire a wedding planner or not. After our first meeting with Erin, we were convinced that we needed one and we have not regretted that decision! She is so open and warm, we felt that we could talk to her about any of our wedding stresses. She was also very committed to making our wedding ceremony and reception a beautiful, fun event for everyone. We knew that our parents would be stressed out about hosting the event, but with Erin, they were able to relax and just have a good time.
We hired Erin for only the day-of planning, but that required a lot more than we thought! She came with us to meet the caterer and out to the venue, and figure out all the scheduling and location kinks. She came out to the rehearsal dinner to finalize all the plans, and she stayed at the reception until the last song played!
During the wedding, Erin was incredibly professional and actually, she ran around the whole time! From arranging flowers to making sure we were on schedule for everything to getting the desserts out (and a million other things), she was truly worth the investment.
Wedding planning is not the most relaxing thing in the world, and the wedding day goes by so quickly and there are so many things to think about.... Erin took the stress off of us on the day-of and made everything run smoothly. We highly recommend her!

I could never have imagined my wedding day being pulled off so perfectly! Erin made my wedding day a breeze. I did a destination wedding and her and I never met until the rehearsal dinner where I then handed off all of my decorations and ideas which are by no means in any organizational manner. I just gave Erin a run down on how I would like things to go for the following day and she went above and beyond. I never thought of several decorative ideas and she just made it extremely easy and carefree for me. Erin was very prompt and professional all of the time. We communicated through email and I would send her a question and immediately get a response with vendor recommendations or decoration ideas.
Erin was honestly more than I could have hoped for as a wedding planner and definitely worth the price!!!

I can't say enough about Erin McLean! What a fantastic job she did for us in May! We live in New Jersey and our wedding was in Chapel Hill so a "destination" wedding is a little tougher to plan. She always was on the ball whenever I had questions, giving great advice along the way. On our big day, Erin was EVERYWHERE and it put our minds at ease, to say the least. Her costs were comparatively low and we welcomed this, but I think she was actually worth so much more. A wedding planner is something I could never be. It takes a special kind of person who is well-organized, friendly, smart and a pleasure to be around. Erin was all those things and so much more for us. I would recommend her to anyone!

Erin was truly a blessing to us. When my future father-in-law was diagnosed with a malignant, aggressive brain tumor, my fiance and I decided to move our wedding back from September to May, which gave us about 4 months to plan. Since I had been told that most people take about a year to plan a wedding, we were not expecting to be able to arrange anything very spectacular--we were just hoping to throw something together in time.
A good friend of mine was getting married in October, and she told me that hiring Erin was the best decision she could have made. I didn't expect Erin to be able to help us because of all the uncertainty involved in planning our wedding, not to mention the short notice. However, Erin was totally up to it, and she actually accomplished more than either my husband or I had dared to dream. She captured my vision for the wedding theme and expanded it in a way I did not think was possible.
We were very pleased with every last vendor that she chose, and throughout the whole process Erin continued to relieve our stress and calm our hearts. She helped us navigate the ins and outs of the wedding market and she more than paid for herself through the discounts she was able to negotiate with various vendors.
On our wedding day we were totally captivated by the way Erin brought everything together so smoothly and beautifully. We have had constant compliments from our guests about how organized and gorgeous the wedding was. My husband and I were not stressed or nervous at all on our wedding day--we were able to relax and enjoy everything around us because we knew that Erin was taking care of all the details, and she was attentive to EVERY detail.

My fiancé and I debated about whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator. We both went back and forth about whether the expenditure would be a necessary one, and if we could really afford it. Our budget was really tight, but knowing this we set up an appointment to meet Erin. As soon as we met Erin, we knew she would be an amazing vendor to work with. Her personality meshed really well with ours (which was important to me) and the “bang for your buck” was incomparable (which was important to him). Erin went above and beyond for us in a way that spoke volumes about her and passion for what she does. It became clear, very quickly, that she takes an immense amount of pride in what she does. She will ensure that you have all of the necessary information in order to make the important decisions and she does a great job of gauging what you are comfortable with. She was patient with us with all of our questions and offered great advice at every turn. We had no idea what we were doing, or what things were typically done, and Erin’s expertise proved necessary to making the right decisions for our budget.

Erin really is the “insurance plan” for your wedding. She will do whatever it takes to make sure things go smoothly. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Erin every time. In any case, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you again for all of your help over our wedding weekend. I've said to multiple people that hiring you was the best money we spent on the whole wedding! Knowing that we had you to offer guidance, field phone calls, and manage crises took such a load off of me, Matt, and our families, allowing us to relax (as much as we could) and enjoy our big day.

One moment in particular encapsulates the value you added to our weekend: I remember calling you on Friday night, to talk through all of the decor items we'd left in Rigsbee Hall for you to set up. I had about 2397528626128750949 other things to do, but I felt like I needed to take some time to make sure you understood the multiple boxes of vases, candles, plates, cake stands, and the like that you were going to find the next day. Well, you said to me, "Oh, I remember what you want. I think I can do it without a special meeting...and, if I get there and it doesn't make complete sense, I'll just work with what I can find and make it look pretty." Those words (essentially, "I can handle this; don't worry about it") were such a treat, when everyone else (even those people trying to help--heck, perhaps especially those trying to help) was asking us question after question, looking to me and Matt for specific guidance and instruction, when we all we wanted to say was, "You handle it". Being able to turn some of that decision-making responsibility over to you was tremendous. Thank you so much.

Thank you also for being such a patient and knowledgeable teacher to us wedding rookies. Your help with our rehearsal lead to a beautiful ceremony, and I don't think we could have done it without you. Also, thanks so much for rescuing us when we didn't have a check for the caterer or tips for the waiters. Turning that mistake over to you and being able to say, "Erin, please fix this", again, was amazing. When I started planning my wedding I knew that I needed some help on the day-of. I hired Erin because she was professional and personable over the phone and her fee was very reasonable. Erin went above and beyond. She met with us a few days before the wedding to take care of any last minute details, and she thought of everything--so I didn't have to. We loaded up her car with place cards, favors, etc. and she took care of it all, and at the end of our reception she packed everything up and delivered it to my in-law's the next morning. Erin was practically invisible during our event, and yet she was always right there when something was needed. I don't know how she does it! Erin did amazing weekend coordination for our wedding. It was really incredible. Most of my family just calls her 'the angel' now. Honestly, I don't know how we would have done it without her! She was just what we needed. She anticipated problems, was cool and calm at all times and was a great support. A few things went wrong and I didn't even know about them until I was back from my honeymoon. Because of Erin we were just able to enjoy our day. We really can't say enough, I could go on and on!

We have given her name to many people already and I happily tell them it was the best money I have ever spent in my life!!

Erin is a friend of mine that I met at work and she is an absolute bundle of joy. Throughout the whole planning process she helped me with tips, advice, and vendor recommendations. She knows a ton about weddings, and has lots of experience in North Carolina as she recently had her own wedding in Raleigh.

Erin was our day-of-coordinator, and I don't know what we would have done without her help. She made everything run so smoothly and helped us with everything throughout the day so that we could really just focus on our guests and have fun. Erin is one of the friendliest, funniest, and most responsible people I know, and she is a great wedding coordinator.

We loved working with Erin for our spring 2012 wedding. She was organized, smart, funny and clearly knew the business of weddings. Erin was especially essential the wedding weekend when we handed all of our stuff over to her and then went to relax. It was an incredible feeling to hand everything to someone you trust and know that it's all going to end up beautiful, and that is exactly what we got. Erin created a beautiful wedding for us and there is no way I would have another wedding without her (luckily, I think we are only doing this once!). Do your wedding-day-self and big favor and hire Erin, she rocks.

I was an impromptu day of coordinator for a wedding of a friend, and after that experience I decided there was no way I wanted to hoist that duty on a wedding guest! I hired Erin for her partial planning services- after talking with a few other planners, I felt like we really clicked and she put me immediately at ease. My meetings and phone calls with her always took away my stress, which was essential since I was juggling school, work, and moving out of state before the wedding.

She was great at picking up on my taste and was really helpful when it came to design details, selecting gorgeous linens and helping me communicate my vision to the florist. Best of all I was able to sit back and enjoy my wedding day thanks to Erin, and my mum loved her as well! Erin has a wonderful positive attitude and I would recommend her to any bride and groom. Definitely give her a call if you are considering hiring a planner or day of coordinator!

We were very pleased with Erin's help. She was friendly, professional, fun, and best of all, calming. I'm pretty sure our wedding would have been hugely stressful without her, and with her there, I was really able to relax. She came to the reception site the day before the wedding while we were decorating because it made my mom more comfortable to have her on hand, even though it was a long extra drive for her, and her presence really helped keep things calmer and more organized while we were setting up. The amount of work she provided for what she charged was a very good value compared to other day-of coordinators we spoke with. Our only (small) concern, and one that I think she could easily remedy, is that while she definitely had a mental checklist for our meetings, it didn't seem completely exhaustive, so there was a little stress on my part trying to think of things we needed to tell her about our plans, and a few things that I didn't think to tell her because I had never planned and gone through a wedding day before. One was just that we were not going to save the top of the cake, which it had just not occurred to me to bring up. But as soon as we all realized that was one reason we were short on cake at the reception, Erin jumped into action, and the top was cut and out in a few minutes. She dealt with all other small snags just as quickly and efficiently and somehow managed to coordinate the wedding itself when our church coordinator couldn't make it, AND a reception that was going to start an hour afterward. She was inventive but also flexible and a good listener when we had to rearrange the reception schedule because of rain and a sliding cake, and she really helped us feel like those things weren't a big deal. Once she helped us rearrange the timeline, they weren't a big deal at all. All the other vendors loved her and worked well with her. She was diplomatic but honest when she gave suggestions about our decorating ideas, and she has a good eye for setting up a reception space. I would say that if she added a more formal and exhaustive checklist to go through at the meetings, just for that little bit of extra peace of mind in the weeks before the wedding, you probably couldn't do better in finding a wedding coordinator.

If you are considering a wedding planner and can afford it, have no doubts that this is absolutely the best investment that you can make in your day (with the exception of maybe photographer). Erin is the best! we would hear it wherever we went in the Triangle area, because she has excellent relationships with the vendors and is a skilled designer and planner. She is incredibly competent and helpful, I often found myself wondering what it was that brides were so stressed out about with "wedding planning". She helped us design the perfect event as a reflection of us, everyone told us after the wedding that it was the so "us"... From looking at her blog though you can see that she is extremely versatile and just exceptionally good at connecting with her clients. She seems to be dealing with a rapidly growing business, but I always felt like she was very invested in our wedding. Day-of she was simply indispensable!

I hired Erin to coordinate the wedding weekend as a gift to my mother because I wanted us to be able to relax and enjoy the day and it was WELL worth it! Erin worked tremendously hard setting everything up. She offered advice and counsel during the planning process and she really made the day an absolute success. She was calm and composed and handled everything with grace. Everyone commented on how hard she worked and it's true - she really worked hard to make my dream day possible. :)

Wow, wow, wow. I was completely wowed by Erin’s attention to detail, professionalism, and overall management of my rehearsal and wedding day. After planning much of the wedding, I knew that there were many “day of” wedding details that needed attention, attention of which I knew I couldn’t give on the wedding day. I found Erin through many other referrals, talked with her about my wedding schedule and how I needed her help. Erin assembled a detailed timeline of the day’s events, worked with every other vendor for precise timing and details, and followed up with me to let me know that everything was taken care of. Erin has a great approach of making sure the bride is fully taken care of and if anything goes wrong the bride would never know. I really appreciated this as nervousness set in on the wedding day, it was great to know that everything was being taken care of by Erin.

Hiring Erin was one of the best decisions I made as a bride.
Erin served as mentor, friend, counselor, stylist and concierge! She provided excellent vendor recommendations, negotiation services and ideas on a short time schedule.
Everyone who interacted with Erin either raved about her or asked me for her contact information! She served as a calm and fun presence in every setting.
I was able to trust Erin with the details. On my wedding day, I was a bride focused on my groom, family and friends- Erin took care of everything else. My wedding day was everything I dreamed of and planned.
How good is Erin McLean? We had a guest rushed to the emergency room due to an allergy during the cocktail hour- Erin handled it so smoothly that our guests, my husband and I had no idea until the next day! Whatever your budget allows, her services are worth the peace of mind they come with.

Erin was extremely helpful and kind, and eased my mind long before and during our wedding. I tend to be a bit of a control freak for any type of event, but I trusted Erin to see our vision and take care of everything so we were able to relax the morning of our big day. Erin was so sweet and I was really excited to work with her! We booked her only for the ceremony coordinating as we had a tight budget and our venue was The Carolina Inn (who takes care of most of the coordinating duties anyways).

Unfortunately, there were a few things that didn't go smoothly on our wedding day, and I attribute most of this to the fact that Erin's sister and another girl were the ones present on the wedding day and there may have been some misunderstandings about what we were all thinking. Even though I met with Erin and her sister 2 weeks before the ceremony and we discussed the flow of the ceremony.. I had to re-explain all of that at the rehearsal because everything was backwards. In addition, no one remembered the information I provided about the limitations of my grandparents and my grandfather (who is usually in a wheelchair but will use a cane at important events) was told to walk down the entire aisle rather than just pre-seat like we planned. This was just kind of sad to watch. The flow wasn't very smooth and no one seemed to have any idea what to do, especially the groomsmen who were also the escorts for the female guests.

The biggest issue that we had was the fact that one of my bridal portraits was left uncovered on a bar table in the hallway that my husband stood in prior to going outside for the ceremony. I never let him see me in my dress and wanted to stick with tradition and let that moment happen as I walked down the aisle, but instead he saw a photo of me prior to the ceremony in my wedding dress. I was totally fine with this once I found out, but when Erin called to check and see how things went after the wedding and we mentioned this issue, she got really defensive and placed the blame on other vendors. It was just really unfortunate because Erin was SO SO nice before the wedding and I was excited to work with her. I feel like things could have been better if they just acknowledged the minor issues and we all moved on.

Overall, I would not recommend Erin for ceremony-only coordination as I can only guess she is super busy doing real coordinating and the ceremony-only is kind of low on the priority list. I can't speak for the full coordination but hopefully that goes better because she truly is a bright, bubbly, nice girl!

We booked Erin roughly about a year in advance. We started the planning process roughly in May 2012. Knowing my busy schedule as well as my current husbands we expected nothing but the best from our wedding planner. We thought the full-service package would be perfect for us, roughly 10k later (Erin's fee, flight and hotel stay) and many frusturating phone calls and e-mails I found myself having to do most of the work. We were getting married in St. Kitts and Erin performed well at the site but months leading up to the wedding left me stressed out and constantly busy picking up the slack of things that she said she had accomplished.
I wasn't very happy about having to double and triple check, often finding huge mistakes Erin made.
I would not recommend Erin for a destination wedding for of various days and events.
Perhaps she is great at local venues and events but I did not find her helpful in the planning process.

Absolute nightmare

My wife and I originally hired Erin from McLean events for our wedding. From the start there were warning flags: she kept telling us "no" to things that were must-haves and seemed very reasonable. She never met with me in person even though I was in the area. She did not seem to care about what my wife and I wanted for our vision of our wedding and instead tried to force her own vision on her. When we tried to give her constructive criticism/feedback on how we felt we weren't being listened to, she became very defensive, refused to take any ownership for her mistakes, and most importantly, didn't make any efforts to do things differently.

Three months before our wedding she had not yet booked a single vendor, so my wife again gave her very thoughtful, gentle feedback via email. Not only did Erin again become defensive, but she decided to "gracefully bow out" of planning our wedding via her email reply. No phone call, no in person meeting to discuss. What's more, she did not refund a single dime of the very large deposit we had paid her. Bear in mind she had still not booked a single vendor, and had done very little actual work. From reading our contract, she appears to be in breach because she did not take the required steps it mentions before ending the contract.

We ended up going with another wedding planner who came in and saved the day with very little time. He booked more vendors in one week than Erin had in the months she was "working" for us.

I advise anyone who doesn't want to be left high and dry just a couple months prior to your big day to stay far away from McLean Events.
