AMAZING. Would choose her over and over again!
I found Erika on my venue’s vendor list. She was the second planner I called, but immediately caught my attention after speaking to her and waiting to hear back from another one. She is so educated in this industry and highly experienced and it shows! You can tell that she doesn’t take any of this lightly - she is super invested in your wedding day and planning process even though she has other weddings and clients. She makes you feel like you’re her only one and at the top of her priority list! I also want to touch on her organization. I felt like everything was always in order, written down, and remembered. I had the privilege to hangout with Erika outside of wedding planning as she received a service from me, and she is also extremely pleasant to be around. She is super light hearted, easy going and very personable! All things you want in someone who you’re instilling trust in on one of the biggest days of your life! Especially when you work with someone for 12+ months sometimes. I will also say that I had Erika’s biggest bridal party to date (24 bridesmaids and groomsmen) and she was a pro. She knew when to reel in the party and crack it down, and when to go with the flow. She kept everything super smooth on the day of the wedding! I didn’t know anything that may have gone wrong, nothing. She handled absolutely everything. I was a very anxious bride. I had questions about everting, was stressed about deadlines, timing, how things would come together - everything. Erika eased my mind about it all and never got impatient with me even when she probably could have. I would choose Erika over and over again. I will recommend her to everyone and always consider her a huge part of our special day. -

Best Planning Experience
Ah where do I start!
From the moment we had our consult with Erika over the phone, my now husband and I KNEW she was going to be the one we wanted to work with. She was thorough but SUPER laid back, and we said to each other "this is someone we won't get sick of over the next year". We decided to move forward with Erika within minutes of getting off of our call. And from there, it was nothing short of an amazing journey planning our wedding with her. Everything about our planning experience was SO thought out - she set up a client portal for us really quickly, so we could track things like vendors, expenses, budget, our guest list, etc. She went on venue site tours with us, helped us choose every vendor and did not disappoint once. She made everything happen so seamlessly and without breaking a sweat. I don't think I saw her looked stressed once. She was always happy, always showed up with a positive attitude and that reassured us that things were going to turn out perfectly. And THEY DID. I can't recommend Erika enough. We adore her . -

Simply Perfect!
Choosing Erika to be our wedding planner was the best decision we made! From our first phone call, we knew we were in amazing hands. Her attention to detail and years of experience is evident and it made the whole process seamless, enjoyable and exciting. She created a “mood board” for us with visual examples of what we envisioned and she delivered on everything and more. Along with the mood board, we were given a whole website with different documents and ways to track things throughout the process. Erika is so organized that made us feel at ease and we trusted her every step of the way. She has great relationships with vendors and helped connect us to a professional team that made our vision come to life.
The day of our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect and we can’t thank Erika and her team enough for all that they did. We were lucky enough to still be able to do the ceremony outside in the small window of good weather - Erika was in constant contact with my mom about the weather and the plans so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was absolutely beautiful and it was everything we ever dreamed of and more! We can’t recommend working with Erika enough. She was such an amazing support through everything and became a friend to us. We miss her already!

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Erika is nothing short but amazing! My husband and I both agree we could not have done our wedding without Erika and her team. She made everything seem effortless and allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding without stress.
She helped find amazing vendors and was so kind throughout the process. She is highly communicative, organized and trustworthy. There was a small hiccup on our wedding day with a vendor who wrote down the wrong date, but Erika made sure we didn't have to worry about it and found a solution that was even better to begin with.
I would recommend Erika to anyone. Not only was she the best wedding planner, but became a friend throughout this process. We will miss working with Erika and can't wait to recommend her to our family/friends. -

I thank my lucky stars that I hired Erika
I hired Erika to plan my daughter’s wedding. If I plan another event, Erika will be my first call.
Erika is an uber organized, enthusiastic, responsive and creative person with a “can do” attitude. At all of our meetings, Erika takes notes AND FOLLOWS THROUGH! Erika returns calls and emails promptly. This may seem basic but in my experience it is not. Erika is on top of everything and I mean every detail. Even after planning one prior wedding, the number of decisions and choices that need to be made is daunting. Erika has an amazing ability to listen to your likes and dislikes and come up with vendors, design ideas, venues, etc that work. When your daughter/bride struck down all the choices, Erika joyfully presented more—until we were happy. The day before my event I walked into this enormous and cavernous and empty tent. I was a bit panicked-looking at the actual space, I had no clue what size & how many flower arrangements, lighting pieces, tables, table scaping, furniture collections, draping, bars, etc etc. we would need. There are a million things you need to provide for—and they all need to work together. 24 hours later, the tent space was transformed into the most beautiful spot and every detail was accounted for.
Another thing, Erika’s “day of” team is terrific. They took care of every aspect of the couple & wedding party getting ready, coordinating photographers & videographers, guest herding, etc. They had a smile on their faces and a calm in their demeanor. Exactly what you need on a hectic day.

Hiring Erika as my wedding planner was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. Going into the whole process, I had no idea what to expect and knew basically nothing about weddings, so I knew I needed a good planner to assist along the way. Erika was not just good - she was AMAZING. She was extremely thorough, organized, and detail oriented throughout the entire process from start to finish. She even created an entire planning website for us to keep track of all the minor details relevant to our big day, which was incredibly helpful to us! Erika is a wonderful and kind person to work with, and I never hesitated to call her for advice and peace of mind when I would begin to have an irrational freak out about a small wedding detail!
Overall, Erika executed our vision perfectly and I am so glad we trusted her with our wedding! She also knew all the best vendors to recommend based on who would best fit our needs, from hair and makeup, to flowers, to cake, and everything in between! Everything turned out absolutely beautiful, and the assistance of Erika and her team on the day of made the entire day stress free and smooth for us. I cannot recommend ESE enough!!!-

We worked with Erika for wedding planning services (partial planning) and she was sooo wonderful to work with! From our first conversation, she was very professional, helpful and attentive to detail - and this was our experience throughout the entire planning process. She has a solid network of recommended vendors and a lot of experience that helped us pick the right ones for us. Erika is THE best of the best!
I don’t even know where to begin. Erika is literally the BEST wedding coordinator there is out there. I am so thankful and grateful she came across our path when our venue recommended her initially as one of the only bilingual coordinators in the Colorado area. She is worth every penny, if not, more than what her prices are.
Each vendor we selected were from a list of her preferred vendors and every single one of them did not disappoint at all. When I tell you that we are extremely grateful for Erika, I mean it. It was such a comforting/easy experience knowing how well she knew each of the vendors we worked with because it made for a smoother process. Everyone knows Erika and I kid you not when we told a vendor “oh Erika is our planner” everyones responses were “OMG we love Erika, everything will be planned to a T, you literally have nothing to worry about” and after hearing that over and over again I couldn’t agree more!
I absolutely love how Erika genuinely cared to get to know us and every conversation we had made me feel listened and appreciated. She truly listened and brought us so much ease during the whole wedding planning process! The amount of communication and organization she put into our wedding was nothing short from amazing. She truly will be 100% devoted into putting your happiness 1st and to your vision coming to life. She will literally be there with you from beginning to end and will ensure every little detail gets crossed (even if you think you thought of everything).

Hiring Erika Was The Best Wedding Decision We Made
I don't even know where to begin! First off, if you are on the fence, hire Erika for your wedding!! It was single handedly the best decision we made. I originally found Erika on Instagram and knew even before our engagement that when the time came she would be the perfect planner for our special day. I had no idea at the time just how much of an integral part of our day she would become. We had big dreams of a beautiful outdoor wedding with a tented reception in the mountains. The whole planning process was seamless because of Erika. We trusted her with our vision and she made it come to life! During this process she talks a lot about the 'dream team' of vendors. We trusted the process and hired people that she recommended but didn't think too much about the importance of it until the day of our wedding. I arrived on site to go to the bridal suite at 8 A.M. to find the reception tent ripped down the middle and on the ground. I didn't grasp the severity of what was happening until a representative of the venue came to the suite and started talking about the possibility of moving the reception inside. This is where Erika came in. She had been handling the situation down at the tent but came up to the bridal suite and assured me that moving inside was not plan B, but plan Z. That is when Erika's 'dream team' of vendors really showed up! Every single person there showed up in waves to help the cause. I can not even say all the obstacles they overcame because I was not made aware of the full extent of the situation. Erika handled everything and only gave me the 'need to know' information. I was able to enjoy my morning getting ready while everyone was doing the absolute most to make sure this wedding went off without a hitch. By some miracle, and a lot of hard work, Erika pulled off the impossible. By the time guests arrived you would have never guessed the tent was completely reconstructed and new layout created. Erika did the impossible. If it were not for her, our wedding day would have looked a lot differently. If you do one thing in your wedding planning, hire Erika. You will not regret it. -

Best money we spent on our wedding
My husband and I have two regrets about working with Erika: 1) That we didn’t hire her earlier and 2) That we didn’t do full planning. Erika and her team are excellent, easy to communicate with, and made our day so easy for us. By the time we contracted with her, we had done a lot of the initial planning like choosing colors, vendors, and invitations, so the coordination package was perfect for us. It was the best money we spent on our wedding. Our lead planner and assistant, Jacquelyn and Heidi, allowed us to relax and have fun on our day instead of managing all of our vendors. They are kind, fun people who we enjoyed having with us, and Erika’s planning trackers helped us stay on top of our wedding tasks as the day approached. We are so happy we worked with Erika and her team and cannot recommend them enough! -

Erika is the best!!
We hired Erika and her team six months before our wedding after firing a different planner that was doing absolutely nothing for us. We were panicked and didn't think it was possible to pull something together for our big day but we were so so wrong. Not only did Erika and her team pull something together, they gave us everything we could have wanted and more.
We live in Michigan and had a dream to be married at the top of a mountain in Colorado, which made it very difficult to plan ourselves which is why we had hired a planner in the first place. After speaking to Erika for the first time, our anxieties were eased and from then on we had a flawless process of planning our dream wedding. She is one of the most organized and detail oriented people I have ever met, which is crucial to planning a wedding (especially in only six months time). Once the wedding weekend came around, we were able to show up, spend time with family and friends and completely enjoy our time together to the fullest. Wedding day was flawless and it was straight out of a dream. Erika and her team became our family and we cannot thank them enough!

Absolutely the best.
Erika helped to make our wedding planning goals a reality and our wedding day a dream! We planned our wedding in less than 9 months. With Erika’s help and all the meticulously detailed planning checklists, her experience and knowledge in wedding planning was paramount in our process of planning a wedding, ultimately making it less stressful and manageable. She gave us best practices and insights, offering guidance for topics we would not have thought about on our own. Having a coordinator who kindly sent us reminders when things were due was great. The client portal had multiple documents that were very helpful in informing our planning and made it easy to share planning duties across both people in the couple. Given that both of us work full-time in busy jobs, we appreciated streamlined planning. Erika and her team made sure that on the day of our wedding we could enjoy the day and soak it all in. We did not want a rushed wedding day and Erika ensured the timeline had buffer time to avoid rushing. Erikas’ ability to navigate two cultures and languages (English and Spanish) was perfect! We wanted to ensure all family members and guests who spoke Spanish felt welcomed and a part of the day, and Erika’s bilingual language skills and bicultural identity resulted in that inclusivity. She understood our wants and needs as we blended Mexican and American cultures into our wedding day. We highly recommend Erika and her team for your wedding planning needs! -

Wedding of our dreams!
Erika and her team took us from day 1 to day of and brought our vision to life. We wanted a planner who was highly organized, action oriented, and knew great vendors to recommend. Erika blew it out of the water on all three fronts. We never felt we had to worry about anything because she was always on top of it. It afforded us both much more peace than we had anticipated throughout the entire planning process. And the result was the dreamiest weekend either of us will ever have! We've consistently heard great things from family and friends who were blown away by the wedding weekend itself. Every cent you spend with Erika and her team is worth it! -

Erika and her team are incredible, and I highly recommend them for your event, even if it's not a wedding!
Our daughter Quinceañera was coming, and I needed help. I wanted that day to be memorable for my daughter, family, and us (the parents). Typically in big Mexican-Quinceñeras, the parents are the host, cooks, event staff and run around doing everything except enjoying the party. This time I wanted things to be different, so I started to look for help. When I talked to Erika, I knew I needed her services, including day coordinator and event design. Thanks to all the vendors Erika recommended and knew from her experience working in the industry. Our daughters' quince was incredible, with gorgeous decorations and ideas. Everything that day ran smoothly and on point. I had a blast working with Erika and her team. They are incredible, attentive, responsible, encouraging, and so much fun. I talk to Erika so much that now I miss our phone calls! I couldn't have asked for anything different! Erika loves what she does and is truly a professional.

Amazing Wedding Planner!
We found Erika through our wedding photographer who highly recommended her. We loved having Erika as our month of coordinator and to help with the overall design of our wedding. It's clear that Erika loves what she does. Her goal is to make your wedding day the best it can possibly be and it shows in her work. She also has a lot of great connections with other vendors so that made it easy to find the other vendors we needed. She was there for us to answer texts and emails throughout the entire process. Erika has an eye for design and helped make our wedding stunning. She also did an amazing job keeping everyone in line on the wedding day and completely taking the stress off of us. The best decision we made
Where do I even begin? Erika was invaluable throughout the process of wedding planning, qnd my husband and I cannot sing her praises enough. What drew me to Erika was her romantic, elegant, feminine and modern style, which deeply resonated with the vision I had for our big day. What blew me away throughout the planning process was her efficiency, organization, and excellent communication. I knew I needed the help of a wedding planner when I realized I was in over my head trying to plan a wedding in 9 months, and that my very rustic and masculine mountain venue didn’t match my aesthetic taste. Erika made this process seamless and helped me transform each space of our venue into the elegant and feminine space of my dreams! Like many brides, I was stressed and busy juggling many things at once amongst planning a wedding. Erika was always there to keep us on track and provide guidance when needed. She never lost patience or professionalism with my inability to make a decision, or my ever changing mind 🤣. Whatever Erika recommended, I did willingly and without question because her professional judgement is so evident in her work. Our wedding day was such a success and went off without a hitch, and I attribute most of this to her planning and talent. I want all the brides reading this to know that unfortunately, there will always be things that go wrong no matter how on top of things you are, but Erika was always a step ahead of any unforeseen issues with her incredible problem solving and solutions. Get a month of planner and get erika
I cannot recommend Erika enough! We were on the line about hiring a day of/month of planner but I am SO glad we did and I am SO glad we did it with Erika.
Erika is extremely professional and responsive and thought of all the small details I didn't. She provided us with tools and techniques in the planning process and answered any and all questions we had. She confirmed all info dates and times with our vendors and created a timeline that went off without a hitch.
I thought the days leading up to the wedding would be really stressful but they truly were not. We knew exactly what we needed to do and Erika took care of the rest. The week of the wedding I focused on my appointments (hair, nails, spray tan etc.) and that was it!
Erika takes diligent notes and is extremely organized so if questions/issues arise she has all documentation ready. She was priced competitively and offered more than anyone else we spoke with. She's also really easy to work with and talk to, you feel like your friend is just helping you out on the day of!
Seriously, book Erika.

Erika was with us through it all! Covid couple alert! We were originally supposed to get married June 2020. 1st we postponed due to uncertainty to August 2020 then our venue cancelled all events due to the pandemic. We finally got to do our big celebration July 2021. We couldn't have done it without Erika. She guided us through every step of moving the dates and essentially replanning it all almost a year later. Erika pays attention to all the details, dates, timelines and everything you wouldn't think of. We got married in Vail, CO but live about 6 hours away in New Mexico. Her team on our wedding day made everything go so smooth. She made sure everything was taken care of, vendors were directed, guests were guided. Most of our guest list, wedding party and family was from out of state so not having anything to worry about when it came to setting up or coordinating decor, vendors, food etc was soooo nice. We got to enjoy our wedding day and carry it out stress free. We had a huge wedding party and she was so patient from the rehearsal to gathering everyone for wedding party photos. Her detailed wedding day timelines are extremely helpful and useful for all the vendors, bridal party and family. She also has a checklist for everything and even a tip guide! We are both very busy so having all of her resources helped keep us organized and on track so we didn't miss anything coming up to our big day.
She goes above and beyond and is always there to answer questions, guide decisions, give options, upgrades and has a great wedding design and decor eye! Not only is Erika a great planner but she is great to be around. We enjoyed all of our interactions with her and she made the wedding planning process fun and seamless. We would reccomend Erika to anyone getting married in Colorado. -

Crucial part of our wedding.
There aren’t enough words to explain what Erika did for us and what a crucial part of our wedding (day and process) she and her assistants were. The first thing I did when I started wedding planning mid 2019 was hire Erika, and if I had the opportunity to go back in time and start wedding planning all over again, I would still start with hiring Erika first. I was not the best at wedding planning… I put work and everything else in my life before wedding planning, and was hard to work with at times due to my lack of communication and focus, but despite that Erika never lost her patience with me. She humbled me when she felt I was not right and supported and validated me when she felt I needed it most. The most important things for me when I began wedding planning were representation and accessibility. My sister is an wheelchair and the world just wasn’t built accessible, so Erika went above and beyond leading up to our wedding to make sure there was enough adequate space for my sisters chair in the venue, that she entered before anyone else so she could get situated comfortably, that paths were accesible to her, and never lost focus of how important my sister being comfortable was to me. Secondly, representation - I come from a Mexican family and I wanted everything to be as traditional as possible and wanted largely all the staff to speak Spanish (including her) so my family never felt like they couldn’t speak up and she completely understood the importance. Erika pushed me when I needed it and backed off when she knew I wasn’t in the headspace to wedding plan. I appreciate all her support, her attention to detail, and her relentless attitude to make sure everything was perfect. I could go on and on about how supported I felt and how comfortable and relaxed I was the day of our wedding because I knew Erika would handle anything that came up. I am so happy that when I look back and think about the happiest day of my life I know it was as amazing as it was thanks to Erika and all her support and hard work. If you are newly engaged or are months away from your wedding day and need help, you need Erika! We initially didn't plan on hiring a coordinator but with the pandemic and living out of state, we needed help.
She quickly stepped in and let her expertise shine. She provided us with a detailed client portal/wedding guide. She connected us with the best of the best venders and worked with the venders we already hired.
At the wedding rehearsal, the wedding party was impressed with Erika. She provided great insight for the ceremony and also a pocket wedding schedule for all VIP guest.
The day of the wedding, Erika had it all under control. I even tried to help with something and she politely told me no. Everyone got to enjoy the day thanks to Erika. I also pulled Erika to dance for a song and she was a great sport!
The service was amazing and stress free. There is not enough words to express my gratitude to Erika.

My saving grace!!!
Erika is truly my saving grace! My wedding in Florida was cancelled due to covid and my fiancé and I decided to elope in Hawaii instead, but within 30 days of what would have been our wedding date we were notified Hawaii extended their travel restrictions and we had to cancel for the second time. I came across Erika’s Instagram page and I immediately fell in love with her style. I reached out to Erika and she was very quick to respond and provide detail. September was special to my fiancé and I and we wanted to keep September as our elopement month. With only 30 days or so Erika assured me she could get it done and she sure did and exceeded every expectation of mine and more. Erika picked great vendors to work with and we are so pleased with them as well. It was truly a blessing to have Erika plan our elopement. She brought my vision to life and paid attention to every detail I had in mind. She provided quick responses and always made sure I was in the loop of the process and keeping me up to date. I had no worries at all as Erika was always 10 steps ahead. She is truly talented at what she does and is wonderful to work with. More than a planner!
Erika is an amazing planner! She exceeded expectations and is truly amazing at bringing a vision to life. When our wedding was postponed then cancelled, we ended up doing a small family ceremony. I went to Erika with an idea for a “styled shoot” sort of elopement style minus the actual elopement to celebrate and document our day. She rallied together some amazing vendors to take my simple idea to an exquisite wedding picnic with every detail tended to. We are so happy with the turn out and it made some unfortunate circumstances very memorable and we will treasure the photos and moments she helped create. We can’t wait for our big celebration next year. We highly recommend Erika to any bride and groom! She is detailed, honest, timely & offered her expert opinion when I asked her a thousand different questions and gave her a million different ideas. We are so thankful to have her as our planner. Excellent team
Erika and her team are amazing! I thought I didn't need a wedding planner, but I was wrong. Being engaged is a stressful process, I didn't even realize how much work really needed to be done, how all the little things make a difference, and how fast everything goes. Erika took that weight off my shoulders. Erika and her team helped me with my whole wedding process. She helped me plan my wedding, she helped with my decorations, and she was there setting up the day of the wedding and even putting away all my personal decorations. Erika was very helpful during my rehearsal and even more the day of the wedding. She knew exactly what I wanted and was very patient and kind. She made a detailed timeline which helped the DJ and photographer and thanks to her everything ran smoothly and on time. All my guests were very happy and impressed with the wedding, but most importantly my husband and I were able to actually enjoy our own wedding day. Erika- the best wedding coordinator ever!
Where do I begin?? Erika was absolutely fabulous during the wedding planning process! We hired her for month of coordination but she does SO much more than just that. She was there every step of the way: making sure I was on track, constantly responding to my millions of emails and texts I sent her (quickly responding), and was always there to reassure me. Erika is SO good at what she does. She knows the wedding planning industry like the back of her hand. She helped with everything!!!! The day of the wedding went so smoothly, my husband and I nor did our family have to lift a finger! She took care of everything from setting up our reception area, gathering our wild wedding party for the ceremony and grand entrance, dealt with mishaps without even having to tell us, etc, etc. She eased my mind through every step of the way from helping to know what size linens to order, to making sure all of the appropriate vendors would be at the rehearsal at the correct time, all the way to making the most detailed and organized day of timeline EVER! She is so optimistic, helpful, organized, punctual, and perfect! I truly believe our wedding was as perfect as it was because of her! I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends! -

If you're a busy lady like I was while trying to plan the biggest day of your life: BUDGET for Erika. I used month of coordination services with Erika and it was one of the best decisions I made (and so affordable for the peace of mind!). She has an arsenal of excellent vendors that work seamlessly together to create a hiccup-free day. This lady has high-quality industry connections, people. She communicates well, provides a check list of things to do before the big day to make sure you're on track, created the most detailed day of timeline and had an emergency kit complete with just about anything you might need on your wedding day. She also made sure that we were fed on our wedding day! Literally came over with a plate of food for us to eat while we mingled with our loved ones. Who else can you count on to make sure you're not famished on the biggest day of your life?? Bottomline--you want a stressful free month leading up to your wedding and a stressful free wedding day. Amazing !!
We are so grateful to have found Erika. She went above and beyond and helped us with everything! I loved that she is bilingual in both Spanish and English so she was able to communicate perfectly with my family as most of them speak Spanish. It meant so much to us that she was able to communicate and direct our family throughout the wedding. I was also looking for an officiant for over two months without any luck but she was able to find one perfect for us within a day. During the wedding she was very detailed making sure everything was perfect for us including the timeline for the day. We are very grateful for her and we recommend her 100%! Erika was amazing and very professional
Words cannot express my gratitude for Erika Sandoval. I hired Erika for my daugthers Quinceañera for the day of coordinator, my husband was very hesitant in spending money on the coordinator. Luckily I was able to convince him that we needed Erika to help ease our special day and also in order for us to enjoy the event as if we were guest. We then also hired Erika to help us find a venue as I was getting very frustrated with all the research I had to do. We cannot say how happy and grateful we are to her for helping us find a beautiful venue within our budget. Erika went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the venue search she had done. Also was very attentive to detail and took our opinion and was very understanding. Through out the whole process then my husband realized all the work Coordinators do and also realized how stressful planning an event can be. Also he then mentioned how impressed he was with Erika's worked and also learned the importance of a coordinator and wished we would have hired Erika for the whole planning. Erika went above and beyond our expectations!
We were referred to Erika by friends of ours, and we absolutely lucked out. Erika was a dream to work with. My now husband was unsure why we needed a wedding planner, but now, after the wedding, he would hire Erika 100 times over.
Erika and her team are complete professionals. They understand the wedding industry, they are incredibly organized and they have integrity. We had an incident the day of our wedding (that I didn't know about until after, thankfully) that involved a questionable decision made by our caterer. Erika and her team resolved the situation with our best interest at heart, and ensured our needs were met.
If you are looking for a responsible, responsive and flexible planner, Erika is the person for you. She was understanding when I was running around like a crazy person, and she put me at ease when I needed it the most. Hailey's Sweet 16
We hired Erika to plan my daughter Hailey’s Sweet 16, it was truly the best thing that we could have done. Before hiring Erika we knew that we were planning on having at least 100 people attend. We had a vision that we wanted to make this party somewhat fancy (but affordable) since it was going to be such a special celebration. I started planning on my own about 7 months prior as the time was getting closer (6 weeks before) between finding a venue, catering, linens, flowers plus all of the extra details I realized that I couldn’t do this on my own. After reading some of Erika’s other reviews and seeing pictures from her previous events I knew Erika was the one. I contacted Erika and heard back from her almost immediately which was nice because I needed someone as soon as possible since I had waited to so long to hire an event planner. Over the phone I explained to Erika what we were looking for and what our price range was going to be. I mentioned to Erika that Hailey loves Sephora and would like to incorporate the black, white and red into her party. Something that was also important to us was to have real flower center pieces, something somewhat elegant. After our phone call we set up a lunch meeting. From the second that Erika and I met I was impressed with her organization skills. She had created several different packages for us with different prices which was great for us because we were trying to stay within our budget. Erika was able to find the perfect venue for us by the time that we had met for lunch which took a huge weight off of my shoulders, being that we were on somewhat of a time crunch. From the time that we hired Erika to the date of our event Erika stayed in touch with me to on a normal basis to go over details and tasks that were completed for the party. Every time I would talk to Erika she would fill me in on all of the new details and ideas that she had to make this the perfect party. I had never attended a big sweet 16 party and wasn’t sure what we could do to fill up the 5 hour timeline. Erika created a perfect time line for us which included the lighting and dedication of the 16 candles. This is something that we had never seen or heard of before. Hailey dedicated each candle to someone special in her life and after the candles were all lite, we sang happy birthday to her. It was the most beautiful moment. Everyone who was there was talking about how amazing the lighting of the candles was and what a great idea it was. Hailey had no idea that we were going to sing her happy birthday after the candles were lite, the look on her face was priceless. Without Erika that moment would have never happened. Erika designed and created the most beautiful red rose center pieces, with a piece of black and white ribbon tied around the vases to keep the Sephora theme incorporated. Each center piece was absolutely breath taking and were designed by Erika. Erika designed Hailey’s cake table which included real glass candy containers to store the candy, all of the containers were just a little different which gave the table a wonderful look and to top off the cake table she designed the most beautiful over the top back drop it was very unique and original. The backdrop design had our guests in awe!!!! The entire cake table was jaw dropping and definitely a hit. Erika also added gold into the color scheme which added such and elegant look to everything. She did a beautiful gold table cloth on the cake table and used gold saucers underneath each of the plates to make the table settings pop. Having the table settings definitely made this party look elegant. Over all this party was more than we could have asked for. I could never thank Erika enough. Our friends and family had the best time and loved all of the décor they talked about the party for weeks to follow. Hailey was so impressed and said that her party couldn’t have been better. Without Erika none of this would have been possible. Without a doubt we will be hiring Erika again! -

I reached out to Ms. Sandoval 12 months prior to our event (my daughters 15th-quinceañera). I told Ms. Sandoval what our budget was like for the upcoming months and she made sure to allocate the money properly and I even had extra funds available to treat our family that came in from out of town and after party. Yes, I know this was amazing!
Initially Ms. Sandoval customized an inspiration book that helped us throughout our planning and know exactly what we were looking for. She arranged the dress shopping for my daughter, and myself. Ms. Sandoval also met with my daughter to get the attire chosen for the party in her quinceañera (damas and chambelanes and my other children involved).
She selected a unique style for our invitations. A lot of our guests were surprised that they were not the ordinary invitations used in quinceañeras.
Ms. Sandoval went beyond the venue search; she was literally all over this search. I personally didn’t even know we had so many venues nearby the place we wanted to host our event. She did not go anywhere off from our desired location. She found a venue within 4 miles away from our home!
Ms. Sandoval did all vendor recommendations-she also suggested a photo booth-which I was not really up for at the beginning. But oh boy was I wrong! I am very happy that we hired the photo booth-kept all children entertained. Plus we now have a lot of funny memories of everyone who attended our event.
Ms. Sandoval gave us several ideas when it came to floral arrangements; it was a difficult to choose since she has amazing talent and couldn’t decide on a particular one. The flower arrangements were so beautiful!
Ms. Sandoval had couple of assistants to help throughout the day and this made things at ease for our family because of this, we were able to enjoy this beautiful event for our daughter.
In all honesty, the best was to see my daughter cry after she saw the room-she was astonished and so thankful!

Wikipedia defines a ' Trouper' as follows: "A reliable, hard-working and unselfish performer; one who considers the troupe before themselves". We have to say this describes Erika. We will be the first to admit, she probably engaged (no pun intended lol) into her greatest challenge yet, as our wedding planner. As a customer/couple = we are both very BUSY, PROCRASTINATORS, extremely INDECISIVE, very LAZY at times, and to top it off, we have the highest EXPECTATIONS in return, not fair, right? I have to say Erika was our ANGEL in armor, not only as a wedding planner, but also all the many other roles that comes in the 'wedding planner ' package. She has the gift, skill set, DEMEANOR, and consistent GREAT ATTITUDE, to balance all above carefully and guide a couple to always keep in mind the big picture end game/goal. She is fined tuned on the DETIALS and task it takes to realize and deliver your dream/experience for yourselves, family, and guest. Even more, she does all this keeping your BUDGET as priority. She's on top of it all and sets expectations accordingly from the start to keep you in check and also gives clever ideas on staying in budget, but still obtaining your wishes. Although we drug her through the trenches for 14 months, the result was AMAZING (the pictures should speak for themselves). Our wedding evening EXCEEDED our expectations and even under budget, is that possible? It is, with a wedding planner like ERIKA! She can make all your special day DREAMS come true. Thank you Erika for making our wedding a super SUCCESS. We received so many compliments from our guest stating our wedding was AWESOME and one of the BEST they have ever attended. I hired Erika to create a photo station backdrop for my daughters quinceañera one week and half before the event. She asked questions regarding the theme and feel I was going for and pulled it off beautifuly. She even used my daughters hashtag in the design. The photo backdrop was a huge hit with our guests and was used by our photographer to take pictures as it rained and had to move some pictures indoors. She is very professional, flexible and made our party vision come to life in the design! -

As the Mother of the Bride you are in charge of a lot of the planning, it was so nice to know that I could reach out to Erika any time to get some guidance and answers. The WeddingWire checklist can only get you so far and you might be tempted to think that you can plan this wedding on your own. I’m not saying you can’t, but I can guarantee that with Erika on your team you will have a stress-free, polished, seamless, well-orchestrated event that you can enjoy. Here are just some of the things that Erika did: created a timeline of the event and communicated it (and all changes) to all the other vendors; guided the flow of the day so that it was everything we wanted and our guests were happy, fed, and attended to; read through all contracts of other vendors to make sure that I was doing my part, and they were doing theirs; invisibly made tiny shifts throughout the day so that things stayed on-course; and created a rain/snow plan just in case.
I’ve been to weddings where there wasn’t a coordinator present and the bride and groom had the responsibility of attending to logistical details in addition to hosting the party and enjoying their wedding. With Erika on site, I spent ZERO time thinking or worrying about logistics and all my energy went into connecting with family and friends, laughing and enjoying time with my husband Kacey. Choose Erika to handle the details and the flow so that you can soak up every moment of your wedding day. It goes fast enough on its own without having to manage logistics.

We got married September 12, 2015. We had a guest count of around 400 people. Erika was an amazing wedding planner! She made the whole process of planning a wedding much less stressful. She helped with the invitations and picked out beautiful decorations. She was also always there to answer any questions I had. She did an amazing job decorating the hall and designing an awesome dessert table! I could not have done any of that without her. My wedding looked beautiful and that was all because of her. I am happy that we had Erika be our wedding planner. She is amazing at what she does and is very professional. I will continue to recommend her! Thank you Erika for making my wedding stress-free, beautiful and perfect! -

The simplest way to describe working with Erika was peace of mind. However, there is so much more to say! Since I was not able to execute my own design day-of, I was in search for someone that I could trust with something so important to me. Attending school with Erika, I was aware of her attention to detail and passion for design. Not too over-exaggerate, but with my need for perfection, Erika was the ONLY one I could trust to style my design and to create the floral arrangements and bouquets! She also has the most beautiful vintage furniture for rental, at a very reasonable price compared to the rest of the market. From start to finish, any questions I had she answered within the same day. She met me to go over every piece of the wedding and create a mock set-up to ensure that is was just how I had envisioned. Day-of she was there early and stayed late to make sure everything was exactly perfect! I would highly recommend Erika's service to anyone!

She loves what she does and it shows. She is creative and offered us options we would never had considered on our own. A wedding is a event that should be a fond memory forever; using her allowed us to enjoy the day and create memories. Without her it would have been a day of work, coordinating, and ensuring my guests were happy. My guest and I were very happy, thanks to the wedding planner! -

My husband and I hired Erika to be our day of coordinator for our June wedding in Fraser. She assisted in personally contacting all of my vendors, organizing my notes, created the floor plan and nailed my vision. She went out of her way to meet us at the venue in the mountains for a final walk through at the last minute, came to our rehearsal to coordinate and even showed up early on the day of to decorate. Erika is more than a coordinator, she deflected confusion, made sound decisions on my behalf and took stress off of the day while I was getting ready. You will need a coordinator at your wedding or you will regret it in the long run.
I had many of the planning aspects complete but her work took them to the next level. She even customized my pricing based on what I really needed. She is responsive, asks the right questions, makes excellent suggestions, and executes to exceed expectations. Ultimately, hiring Erika was the best decision ever. -

Erika Sandoval did a fantastic job as Day of (although she was there day before and all day the day of) Coordinator for my daughters wedding in Winter Park. She was organized, helpful, knowledgeable and, most of all, calm. She answered every question with a smile and her suggestions were spot on. She helped make a wonderful day, an extraordinary day. I highly recommend Erika! -

On Jan 2015 I married my best friend and Mrs. Sandoval was our wedding planner. At the time, I was pregnant and due in several months. Mrs.Sandoval was very patient with me and she was able to come up with a great theme. My husband wanted a Charges(NFL) theme, yet I didn't, however Mrs. Sandoval gave us great ideas and her design that she assisted us with was just perfect. During the ceremony and the entirety of the party Mrs.Sandoval arranged everything. Her agenda for our event worked out great! I was pretty much stress-free throughout this important day and throughout the planning process. She has amazing talent, patience and great style! Thank you Mrs.Sandoval for putting our wedding together and making everything perfect for us on this special day!!
