I live in Florida and got married in Tennessee. At first I chose the cheaper option but quickly got overwhelmed trying to plan things in another state. I upgraded to the better plan and Haley got it done! Best wedding ever! I was not good at communicating back because I have a baby and get overwhelmed easy. But that didn’t get in Haley’s way! Thank you Haley for giving me memories to last forever! -

If you are considering whether or not you should hire a day-of-coordinator, you absolutely should!!! I had the pleasure of working with Haley throughout the past year. Not only did she coordinate our rehearsal and wedding day, but she helped so much leading up to our big day. She secured our hotel block, created a detailed timeline (this included contacting all vendors to confirm arrival time), recommended a seamstress, and answered the numerous questions I had! She was incredibly responsive and always answered in a timely manner. Having her on our wedding day alleviated so much stress from my husband and I! She even pinned in my veil and bustled my dress. Because of Haley and Ephesians Events, we were able to truly enjoy our special day. I am so glad I hired her! -

Amazing at what they do.
Haley was on top of everything, if there was a problem it was fixed without me ( bride) having to worry about it! As a bride it is such a relief knowing you have someone that is keeping everything in line and ensuring that you have your dream day. Looking bad I truly couldn’t have done it without Ephesians events. -

We had a great experience! The team was helpful with everything leading up to the wedding. As more of a type A bride I had a lot of things done myself, but you can’t do it all on your big day. Super glad that this team helped us out! -

Bottom line-- BOOK. HALEY. FOR. YOUR. BIG. DAY. She responds so quickly, and the instant I booked her she jumped straight to work on understanding my vision and creating plans for the day-of. I was a DIY bride, and I immediately had a weight lifted off of my shoulders knowing she would have my back on the day of my wedding, and I wouldn't have to worry about whether the tables looked like I wanted or having to set up the ceremony site. She was in constant communication with myself, my MOH, the best man, and the venue event coordinator. Day of, she did a phenomenal job moving, coordinating, and setting up the chairs for the ceremony...she was literally magical. I didn't worry about forgetting anything; she had it taken care of before I even asked. All I had to focus on was being the bride. It even rained 🌧 right before the ceremony and she made sure we had towels and workers to wipe the chairs off. Also she has THE CUTEST IDEAS!!! She had my MOH create a getting ready Playlist with songs from my husband and all the girls that made them think of me. It was such a touching detail. Booking Haley will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding!! She's professional, creative, hardworking, and does everything to help you with a sweet personality. My bridesmaids LOVED her! I cant say enough good things about her work; I'm so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her 💜 -

There are no words to the exceptional service and punctuality provided on my big day! Without Haley, I would have totally missed my hair appointment besides the other small details of the day. She is professional and fun... a great combination! -
