I loved working with Tracey! She was amazing. She really takes good care of you. I wasn't super sure about how I wanted certain things done with my decor but Tracey helped me figure out the details. She made my Mandap and Reception what I had imagined. I was so happy to see how everything looked. She also managed our event on the day of the wedding and just ran everything smoothly. She was always available to us via phone, text, or email. I was relieved to know that she was there the whole day and took really great care of us. We love you Tracey!!!!!

Quantity is more important than quality is what I got from this company. The more money spent the better you were treated. For example; if your budget was $1000 she would be more than welcome to provide services but would value the customer with a budget of $10,000 more. In any company I feel like each customer should be treated as equal. As long as it was within budget. I feel like my event was rushed and thrown together because her priorities was with the other customers. At the end of it all the company has to remember any work done wether big or small reflects on them.
Tracey and the staff were very professional from the very first interaction. Tracey spent inordinate amounts of time with me as the bride and also reassured the groom. We felt like VIP clients throughout. Tracey is delightful, creative and most importantly listens to the desires of the couple and works very hard to stay within the budget to deliver a product that surpasses all other competitors. We definitely had a fairytale wedding and reception thanks to Enchanting events and upper level productions. I give them the highest recommendation.

After seeing the presentation of a beautiful gazebo Enchanting Event Designs & Planning put together, I fell in love. My Fiance and I had our consultation with Tracey, who greeted us with open arms. We are using EEDP for our wedding decor and coordination services. She is very professional, kind, and readily available with great tips and ideas to bring forth to the wedding. She is very willing to work with you to make sure your dream wedding is brought to life. Her mind is always working and give great new ideas on how to make things work. I would definitely recommend her to any Bride who is looking for a great decorator/ event planner.
By the time I met Tracey Smith at Enchanting Events & Designs, I was frustrated and stressed with the process of finding a venue for our wedding which was at the time was less than 6 mths away. My fiancé and I walked into her office and that was probably the last truly stressful moment I had. Tracey took over the reigns and provided pre-planning, design/decor services, and day off coordination. We found and secured a location in no time. Her contacts for invitations, florals, etc are amazing!!! My fiancé and I ran into some personal delays which caused us to move the date a couple of times but Tracey and her team were amazing throughout the entire process!!! When you visit her showroom, you instantly see how talented, skilled and knowledgeable she is in design and planning. I have since referred her to several other friends and colleagues for her services. There are not enough words to express how absolutely pleased we were with every aspect of the process. Our wedding day went without a glitch and was absolutely beautiful!!!!
Tracey was very easy to work with and extremely flexible. When planning a wedding, things tend to come up (like say a hurricane) but Tracey was always positive and willing to assist. Her own personal work was very well done! The only caveat is if she has to hire someone else to do a project, make sure you get details on what exactly that subcontractor is going to do. She went above and beyond for us and we recommend you give Tracey a call!!

If you are looking for quality service, If you are looking to feel like a princess for the day, If you are looking for zero stress and a very seamless process than this is the vendor for you! As a new bride, I was under the impression that I would have so much to do and be stress beyond imagination. I found that not to be the case. Any questions that I had were answered in less than 24 hours. Very friendly service, with not a care in the world!!!

Tracey and team went above and beyond for us. If there was something that we wanted that they didn't know about/offer, they searched and found a way to get it for us. During the wedding itself, they did more than was needed/arranged for..our wedding planner didn't come through for us as planned and Tracey and team were there for us and stepped in to help. We owe them so much and are so grateful for them. They made our wedding a success!!

Tracey was a delight to work with! She absolutely brought my vision to life! My vision was very intricate and had a lot of moving parts but Tracey took it all in stride and created my vision .. She truly cares about her clients and what they want. She will go above and beyond to satisfy her clients and it definitely shows in her work! I have gotten so may comments about the decor .. One of them being this is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to! I would strongly suggest that if you are in need of assistance with your decor .. Tracey is the one to call!! She has the ability to take your dream and make it a reality! I can honestly say I could not have imagined the day to go any better in my mind. I enjoyed every second! They went above and beyond my expectations, and they even won the best booth award for the entire show, proving how truly Enchanting Event Designs are #1 in the industry for all your linens,decor, and planning needs!
The team is great, attentive and has knowledge of all the trends in the wedding industry. Coming in with my vision I was pleased that they had ideas that were out of this world beyond my imagination that made my wedding the best day ever.
Tracy did such a great job on our wedding she made my dream wedding come true everyone was talking about it for weeks after the wedding not only was everything on time but she made it perfect on my special day she gave me all good vendors and everybody work together.
We had an intimate reception, with approximately 45 guests. Keeping within a small budget, Tracey did an Amazing job with the decor for our reception. I was very impressed at how the room was transformed; everything from a back-drop, up-lighting, linens, centerpieces and a beautiful sweet heart table was set!
More beautiful than what I may have imagined a small wedding reception could be!
