Beautiful Experience

Words cannot describe how happy Emerald City Designs made us feel. They were so professional, understanding, and attentive, they were the best hands down. From our design ideas and vision to the final decor looks, floral, and day of coordination, it was all one of the best decisions we’ve made! Ann was truly a godsend! We are so grateful for Ann she delivered impeccable service from the beginning to the end! Everything was beautiful! Thank you Emerald City Designs for making our day so memorable!!

Beyond our Wildest Expectations!!!

My husband and I used ECD for all of our wedding needs, and they made our lives a breeze! From our Save the Dates, to invites, bridal shower centerpieces, printed materials, and overall floral and decor for our wedding. Nicole and her team put my Pinterest Inspiration photos to shame - they executed every detail more perfectly than we could have imagined! Every guest went on and on about how beautiful the floral was, how incredible the details were, and how the entire event from start to finish was cohesive and intentional. I cannot thank the ECD team enough! They were able to understand our vision, offer incredible suggestions, stay within our budget, and create the wedding of our dreams. I would recommend ECD to anyone and everyone! They took all of the stress out of planning and executing our wedding day!

Absolutely stunning florals

The floral decor at our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and elegant.
I went in with limited budget, but Natalie understood the idea and colours i was going for and made my dream come true on the day of the wedding.
I was out of state bride and felt absolutely no stress what so ever because Natalie was organised, timely and had a really good vision for colour coordination. We mostly talked on phone and met once and couldn't believe the final results.
She was super flexible with changes. Thank you so much ECD team.

A dream come true!

Before I started to plan my wedding, I was in love with Emerald City Designs. I stumbled upon them on FB and had been following them for about a year before I was engaged. When I got engaged I knew they had to be one of my vendors and I was so happy when I learned the Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters used them. I just knew they were going to nail my vision and they blew my expectations out of the water. I love peonies and had always imagined I would have them in my wedding. That limited my time of year to a very specific time frame to ensure that they were in season. I went into EMC with a picture of a bouquet that I was interested in and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. They brought my vision to life. From the linens, to the small detail of the roses on our charger plates. To the candles near the centerpieces so I could get the romantic feeling I was going for even though we were on a yacht. I had so much fun at their design center that I spent way longer than planned nailing down every detail. Stacey was so fun to work with and she got me instantly and knew what I was looking for. We mapped out the décor and I was on my way. I was so excited when I got my sneak peak at my centerpieces. It was absolutely breath taking. My dream of peonies came true and the rain cleared up and allowed me to have my beautiful pergola that I was so looking forward to. This company is the best. If you need someone to make your dreams a reality.. look no further. You will not be disappointed. They play close attention to detail and really listen to what type of style you are going for. I just know that we are going to have some amazing photos of the flowers and décor. I cannot wait to see them all from the photographer’s point of view.

Elegant designs to make any event perfect!!

Emerald city is beyond amazing! I went in with a vision and they delivered! I almost cried when I walked into the venue the day of my wedding. Everything was perfect. The professionalism and their design expertise is second to none! I will continue to recommend Emerald City to anyone that is looking for an awesome experience that will exceed your expectations!

Working with Nicole and Natalie was such a pleasure -- they totally understood the design we wanted, were incredibly helpful at every turn, and they deserves a ton of credit for making our wedding go off without a hitch! The decor was stunning, and we couldn’t have imagined a better snapshot of our dream wedding. Would recommend them to anyone!

Emerald City Designs was so easy to work with, and the results were amazing! We worked with Natalie for most of our planning process, and she was so friendly, responsive, and had so many great ideas! She helped us design an absolutely gorgeous wedding. We have received so many compliments on the gorgeous decor. I cannot recommend ECD enough!

Emerald City is beyond spectacular! My family and I had been to a few weddings that Emerald City designed and we knew that they were a fantastic vendor. When my husband and I got engaged, one of the first vendor decisions that we made was hiring Emerald City and we were thrilled with the entire process and final result! Emerald City spends a significant amount of time during the initial design meetings to understand your color scheme, theme, favorite flowers, style of your wedding dress, and style of the bridesmaid dresses. They talk to you about potential ideas and use the details of your wedding to come up with an entire design for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Then, there is a Table Preview day, where you get to see what your tables will look like. They create a preview of everything for you and go the extra mile to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect! From Day One, we knew that we would be thrilled with Emerald City; however, the Table Preview Day reinforced the fact that they would create a fairytale, dreamy reception room for us. Emerald City certainly delivered! When the entire reception room was put together and prior to the guests entering, they brought my husband and I into the room and we were absolutely blown away by the gorgeous flowers, table cloths, and overall, glow that they created with the beautiful candlelight in the room. The reception was absolutely stunning and was far beyond anything we could have hoped for or imagined! Our guests are still talking about the wedding being the most beautiful that they had seen and it was only possible because of the incredible talent and effort of Emerald City Designs!

Emerald City Designs is by far the most amazing wedding vendor I have ever worked with! They perfectly captured my vision for our big day, and were so easy to work with! Everything including customer service was high quality, and they took care of every little detail, including set-up and take down! I didn't have to lift a finger on my big day!

Thank you so much Emerald City Design!! My daughter's wedding was stunning!! Her wedding took place at The Inn at St. John on May 20, 2017 and was a night that we'll never forget. Nicole (and other staff) helped us through all the planning making Amanda's venue absolutely beautiful!! The flowers, arrangements, seating, linens, seating chart, place cards and lighting were so soft, romantic and beautiful. The staff was so kind, warm and helpful when I went down to set up the candy table the morning of the wedding. They made sure that everything was to my liking and that it was they way I planned it. We live out of town and planning this venue was made so easy by Emerald City Designs!! Thank you for making Amanda and Billy's wedding a night to remember.

Emerald City will make your life easy! You can trust them to do exactly what they are going to say they are going to do. They are professional, prompt, and they create the space of your dreams. It felt like a one-stop-shop when working with them. They managed all of our rentals and floral. It was so nice to have one vendor doing what it usually takes three or more to do. If you are looking to make things really easy on yourself, go with Emerald City. You are absolutely getting what you pay for with them. We worked with Ann and Nicole. They were the best.

Emerald City Design was an amazing vendor! We were assigned them when we booked at Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters. They were amazing from consultation to delivery! Stacey was willing to work with us to find the perfect design for our wedding. I can't even count how many compliments we received on our flowers. She also was willing to help me set and re-set tables until we found the perfect table covering and layout. Lastly, we were able to incorporate our own plants into the boutonnieres, which gave it a special touch. They dropped off all our bouquets and bouts to the hotel, and everything was well put together, the bouquets each came in their own vase to keep them fresh all day. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the planning process.

Emerald City did an amazing job with our flowers and linens. There was a little confusion about what was included in the package that was already part of our wedding (we had our wedding with Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters) and I had to call them out on the fact that they seemed to be charging me for items that I thought should have been part of the package. Even though I was willing to take out an expensive flower to meet them halfway, they told me they wanted me to be happy and so they would let me keep it and include it in my bouquet, so I really appreciated their willingness to make sure that my satisfaction was more important than anything else. In the end, I absolutely loved my bouquets. They worked with us to come up with some different centerpieces and I really appreciated the extra effort they put into that. We ordered additional linens that weren't in the package and they totally made a statement, so I'm glad that the consultant showed them to us. Also, we upgraded to the Captain's Table for our head table and it turned out really beautiful. I was very pleased with their selection, process, and the final product!

ECD is amazing!! They are pricey, but they don't make you feel like you have to spend a ton of money to have a beautiful wedding. We didn't spend a lot and everything was perfect. The table preview is awesome, they made tweaks per my preferences and everything came out beautiful!

My flowers were beautiful, so unique, and more amazing than I thought they would ever be. We had emerald City for our flowers, sand ceremony, linens and table cloths for our wedding. We did a cruise wedding and reception on the Infinity and Ovation Yacht and it was amazing. If you look on their website there are pictures of my flowers and they are breathtaking. Large Calla lilies for the bridesmaids, My flowers were a mix of calla lilies, blush roses, champagne roses, blue hydrangea, silver threads in between. I had a blush wedding dress so my bouquet fit perfectly with the theme. Emerald City has a massive showroom, I was amazed by how professional and beautiful the space was. I will be back when I have another occasion for flowers!!!

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible my experience was with Emerald City Designs. We began working with Nicole Beaudion who was our design consultant. Nicole was extremely energetic, and added so much excitement to the entire process of selecting flowers and decor. She was really able to take all the ideas in the head and turned them into an even better reality. Our floral and decor was an absolute show stopper!!! We also worked with Ann Owens who we hired on as our month before and day of coordinator. I would not have made it without her! Not only was she extremely organized and made sure I had zero to worry about for the month leading up to my wedding, but she was glued to my side the entire day of the wedding making sure we were on schedule (in the most non obtrusive professional way!), getting me water and fanning me from the heat, even getting on her hands and knees to change my shoes. Ann was three steps ahead at every given moment, and willing to help with anything and everything that I possibly needed. She is a rock star! If you want your wedding to look and feel top notch, I highly suggest you call the professionals at Emerald City Design. They are the best in the business!!!

Our wedding was on the Ovation Yacht Charters, and Emerald City Designs helped bring our wedding design ideas to life. Our colors were turquoise and silver, and they used creative, elegant touches to make beautiful ceremony and reception decorations (including turquoise ribbon, silver chair ties, and baby's breath on chairs lining the aisle). I recommend their flower stands for your ceremony - ours were breathtaking with white hydrangeas, pink spray roses, white roses, and baby's breath. The bouquets for myself and my bridal party were perfect - matching the flower stands. For our reception, they dyed the tips of white hydrangeas turquoise by letting the stems sit in food coloring prior. We upgraded to using the Captain's Table for our bridal party during the reception as well, which included beautiful charger plates and table linens. Using Emerald City Designs was worth every penny!

We were married on the Infinity Yacht on July 19. We made an appointment with Emerald City Designs for all of our decor. When I arrived at their office I had no idea what to expect. I was nervous because I know nothing about flowers and I am no expert in decorations. They immediately made me feel at ease and walked me through the process and made some great suggestions. I wanted subtle very subtle decor because the Yacht had its own elegance so I didn't want to overpower that. They were able to give me exactly what I wanted and everything looked amazing.

Nicole Beaudoin, at ECD will take your wedding design vision and turn it into reality. ECD will work with you until perfection is achieved. They are not offended if you want to spend less money on something or change anything. Just tell them, and DONE. They have done flowers and lighting for all 3 of my daughters weddings, and if I had a 4th daughter, they would do her wedding also! Susan

We used emerald city designs for our 6/28 wedding in Detroit. The venue we chose was on it's own very plain and needed a lot of floral love to really pop. We had big flower dreams with a limited budget. Emerald City was able to work with us to make the biggest impact with the budget we had. With a few money saving tips like nixing the boutonnieres and reusing bridal party bouquets as center pieces we were able to save enough to have sizable centerpieces on all our tables. They also decorated our ceremony space with runner, petals, draping, and two large arrangements at the alter. All the florals were stunning and made a huge impact on our space. We planned this event from out of state and were worried about getting exactly what we wanted since we were not able to be present for much of the planning. Nicole at emerald city did an amazing job utilizing pinterets and other online resources to help me express my vision from afar. On the day of she absolutely nailed it. The bridal party flowers were also beautiful and durable. That may be a weird descriptor but I was amazed they held up to our 3 hrs of pictures in the heat, being dropped and drug around Detroit before the ceremony, and still looked beautiful on the tables hours later. We loved ECD and would definitely recommend them!

The staff at emerald city designs was incredible to work with. They were extremely creative, flexible, mindful of my budget, understood my vision, and made it all come together masterfully. All the flowers, rental, and decorations were impeccable and worth every penny. My reception was a dream come true.
We also used their day of coordinating services. Cheryl Donovan, our coordinator was amazing. Very organized, helpful, and super sweet. We didn't think we would need a coordinator until we met with her and realized how not prepared we were for our wedding day (tiny, but very important details).

I was so impressed with Emerald City Flowers!!! They really made beautiful arrangements for the table tops at the reception site and for the wedding party. I was blown away and so were my guests and my husband!!! They are worth every penny for thier services and they were priced reasonably. I highly recommend Emerald City Flowers.

We had a last minute problem with our reception decorations and needed a company to help us and Emerald City met with us 4 weeks before the wedding and did a flawless job! They made us feel so at ease and took away all of our stress and did a beautiful job!

We had a beautiful wedding decor all thanks to ECD. They were very easy to work with. Flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They dropped everything off on time and came back at the end of the night to clean it all up. Our table linens and center pieces were far beyond what I imagined. When I walked into the room I was completely blown away. It was such a stress free process working with ECD. They know what they are doing and make sure your wedding day is stress free and everything you wanted it to be! I loved working with them.

I do not have the words to express what a fantastic experience I had with Emerald City Design. From start to finish it was worth every single penny. Nicole S. was my wedding planner and she was fantastic. She led us in every direction we needed to go and helped sort out everything. I loved that she gave us choices and then let us explore what we wanted from there. She was super flexible and available when I had questions, concerns, change of heart or just needed some reassurance. Our invitations were so original and nothing anyone in my family had seen before, our centerpieces had variety and were over the top without breaking the budget. I really enjoyed working with everyone from Emerald City Designs. We met them for our appointment and their showroom was amazing! We had a rough idea of what we wanted for our flowers and linens and with their guidance we were able to come up with something truly amazing! I love Emerald City Designs. I have admired them for years and never thought I would get a change to use them for my own wedding. I found out my venue (The Sheraton Novi ) worked with them. So I visited their show room in Farmington Hills with my mom and we fell in love with their linens. Their staff was so friendly and helped me pick out just what I had imagined I wanted. I rented my table linens and my up lighting from Emerald. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Visit their showroom and they will inspire you beyond belief. We had an outdoor wedding on June 29, 2012. Emerald City did all of our invitations, decorating, linen and flowers. I cannot begin to say what an incredible job they did with everything. From the start of my process I worked with Nicole. She was amazing from start to finish. She gave me many ideas and also worked with mine. Everything turned out perfectly and was so elegant and just plain unique and gorgeous. Nicole also did my coordinating for the wedding day and I seriously do not know what I would have done without her!!! Sarah did my invitations and they turned out beautiful. She was awesome to work with. I had zero stress working with them and she helped so much with other last minute things to be sure all was stress free and went exactly as planned. I was told so many times even by a friend of mine who is a decorator that she could not have done it better and it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend Emerald City for the floral, linens, invitations and decorating. They are priced very reasonable as well and they are outstanding with what they do. So professional and always make you feel as you have the only wedding there is! Thank you Nicole so much for making our day so perfect!!

The team at Emerade City Designs truly know the flower business. My bouquets and floral arrangements were awesome. Some of my favorite wedding photos are those that showcase my flowers. I was able to select my favorite flowers to create my bouquets, but the books and descriptions don't do justice to the fabulous work created by Emeral City Designs! Emerald City Designs helped to make our dream wedding a reality. We were so blown away with the flowers, tables and chairs. Nicole and David immediately understood our vision and were so much fun to work with. Even when the one rental piece they had promised was actually unavailable, they upgraded us to the even nicer piece at no extra cost. Our guests have not stopped complementing us on the decor and how beautiful our wedding was.

On our wedding day, all of the flowers were delivered to my parents house, the church and the reception on time and everything was perfect. The staff was very professional and friendly.

I'm going to be very honest and say that my parents and I are very particular and Emerald City Designs made our flowers and tables everything we hoped they would be. Highly recommend!

Emerald City Designs is beyond just a florist. They design an event for you. It's a amazing. David, the owner, works directly with you to create the vision you've dreamed about. If you have no idea what you want, he can help you there too, because he is a creative mastermind. His company rents out linens, dinnerware etc too so they can be in charge of multiple aspects of your wedding day making it much more convenient planning-wise and comforting to know that it is one less vendor to have to keep in contact with. The Emerald City Design team helped create my vision of a curtain of flowers to be our ceremony backdrop within our budget. It turned out beautifully and even served as the backdrop to the head table doing double duty. They even moved it for us! They are professional and will work within your price range which includes letting you know what is and isn't possible. The end results was so beautiful and beyond my expectations. I loved it!

I would definitely recommend Emerald City to anyone! Mr. McKnight was very straight-forward when it came to our budget, and he met all of our needs within it. They are very clear at detailing exactly what you are getting -down to the number of blooms in each bouquet and centerpiece. They even put together a "test run", so you get to see exactly what you will get on your wedding day. I didn't have to worry for one single second about our florist because I was completely confident that they would do a great job--and they did!

I had my wedding on the Ovation Yacht 5/17/15 and emerald city was the preferred vendor....thank goodness they were because they were absolutely AMAZING. I worked with Stacey to plan everything and she wasn't pushy or didnt make me feel as thought i had to spend lots of money. In fact, she actually talked me out of certain things that would ultimately be a waste and for that I'm so thankful! She was so helpful throughout the entire process! The only reason that I went 4.5 on the value is because I know they are on the pricey side, but they were an included vendor with my Ovation yacht cruise for my reception.

I absolutely love the work they did. Loved it. They took the time to adjust for me needs and taste, and even allowed me to make a last-minute addition when I learned there was a significant change in family attendance. The flowers are fresh and beautiful, the designs are as traditional or modern as you want them to be, and they really consider your needs and personality when creating. Very impressive.

Perfectly Designed Arrangements!

They're arrangements are GORGEOUS! I not only used them as my florist, but I used them for chair/linen rentals, stationary (wedding programs, table signs, bar menu signs, seating chart board, etc), and they provided all centerpiece decorations. They completely brought my ideas to life, and executed it perfectly - the quality of flowers and the perfect colors really were amazing. The ONLY downside was for the cost, I thought the bouquets and boutonnieres were rather small (the quality, however, was incredible).

Stacey Ripper at EMD was great to work with! She was able to put together beautiful flower options that were in season and would last throughout the day. We loved the final product! They were also willing to work with vases we had already purchased and gave us options for ECD to fill the vases with a couple options or have us do it ourselves. It was great seeing options and prices to help us decide. Stacey also was very knowledgeable about our venue and layout and gave great advice about where to put things. Highly recommend!

I had a vision of what I wanted our flowers to look like but, knowing nothing about flowers, I spoke only in buzz words. I said "white, green, succulents, simple, sophisticated, loose" and Nicole immediately pulled out cards of the perfect flowers to fit my vision. I knew in that moment we were in great hands. The original quote encompassed anything and everything I could have wanted and it came in pretty high for that reason. So we met with Nicole again and she really helped us to pick and choose what would work and bring the cost back down to earth. She had amazing suggestions on how to bring cost down while keeping the look we wanted. Our next meeting was the table preview and it was perfect. All we had to do was add one piece of greenery. I never expected the flower preview to go as perfectly as it did. On the day of I was blown away. My bouquet was so beautiful. The bridesmaids bouquets were a perfect compliment. And the special bouquet made for my flower girl made her feel so special. And I don't know how accurately describe the room because it was breathtaking. Everything was executed exactly as I was told it would be which was good because I was not a bride who was okay with surprises. All in all, I was thrilled!

We worked with Nicole to design our wedding ceremony and reception, Maria for invitations, and Ann for day-of-coordination. Nicole was fabulous to work with - she designed our wedding mandap, bouquets, and centerpieces based on what we were looking for and gave us options that were within our budget. I enjoyed working with Emerald City. I used them for my flowers and linens. Alicia was very helpful. I wish ceremony decorations were included in the price but the extra costs were reasonable. I got a picture of the flowers emailed two days before the wedding and it did not look like what I wanted. I called and was able to see the flowers in person the very next day. They were beautiful in person! Exactly what I wanted. It was great that they let me stop by and were very nice about it. They even threw in 2 free extra flowers for the cake topper. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. I had some issues when they sent over preview photos and it was quickly resolved and professionally. Also, they had no problems adding a bouquet at the last minute. The only reasons I did not give them a 5/5 was that I felt that they were a little pricey and was not able to get what I expected out of my floral budget. I also did not think they helped me get the most out of my budget with creative ideas. They didn't really give me any ideas or guidance at all. I was super nervous and stressed after leaving my appointment. Lastly, they wanted to charge me $10 per table for table numbers, when I forgot and was in a crunch. I ended up making them last minute for probably $2 total. All and all good vendor with no major issues.

Emerald City Designs did a fantastic job for our wedding on the Infinity Yacht. They were even flexible when I wanted to add feathers to everything and they even let me buy my own feathers online and ship them to their office. I didn't rate them higher on responsiveness because Nicole was only in the office Tues-Thurs and I rated them lower on value because I felt that their prices for their own feathers was expensive. Other than that, they were great and really made our day look and feel the way we wanted.

Everyone we talked with was friendly and helpful, they were always quick to respond to our emails or phone calls. When we received an email with our finished centerpieces I had a bit of a scare because they sent me the wrong ones! But it was just a simple mistake :) our finished centerpieces were beautiful, the bootne'er looked great but what really made my day were our bouquets, they were simply stunning, we had so many comments on the colors. The flowers were beautiful and stayed fresh for a long time. My only complaint is the flowers at the wedding party table didn't come with water so that was not good.
Also I pictured the hydrangea to be more white they were kind of green and looked weird with the red and pink roses and they were suggested by the designer at Emerald City.

I am glad I paid the fee to have my bouquets delivered to my hotel and not the wedding venue. My bridal bouquet was nothing as expected. It took 4 hours...and the delivery ladies calling their boss to come to my hotel...to fix the flower to the cascading one I wanted.

Everyone there was great to work with and Ann was an AMAZING day of coordinator and I couldn't imagine going through the day without her. She was like a personal assistant handling everything and if I needed anything she was on top of it! I am truly truly sad though that they completely dropped the ball on my head table. I spent time designing a head table with them to stand out above the other reception tables with gold brush candles, bustled table cloth etc. It was totally missed and set up exactly the same as the reception guest tables. It wasn't even bustled at all. That table was the most important to us and when I see it in pictures it really, really bums me out. I look at that as a huge blunder for the expense and time I paid and put in. The room looked amazing the way they set everything up but I still cant get past the head table :( Total fail. I would still recommend them because I appreciated the great work otherwise, but I just cant give the 5 star review I really wanted to.

Overall, I think they are happy working with people with huge budgets and weren't very excited to work with my more limited budget.

My bouquet was breathtakingly beautiful and I really appreciated their insights on making the reception space special, but overall I was disappointed with the decor for the reception. It seemed like I paid a lot more than what I got in return. If money is no object, though, I think they're probably a good choice.

I would be lying if I said I was pleased with the floral arrangements. I was so excited at first to have them working with me, but that quickly changed. David seemed great to me when I had a parent with me, but was very short and quick to end a session otherwise. I was placed in three or four different hands before the big day, so I don't even know who was the one who did my flowers. I had planned out what I wanted for my wedding, and although I wasn't very picky and put a lot of trust in their hands, I didn't get the few flowers or colors I requested. They offer a lot, but to me it seemed they give more care and a better experience to people who have bigger budgets.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this company and will not use them for my next 3 weddings. They started out attentive or so we thought. My daughter and I told them what we wanted to have and specifically lillys. And we were expecting white flower arrangements with blue accents. When we came for the trial showing, there were no lillys anywhere in the bouquet or in the lower to the table arrangement. And the arrangements were dark blue with white accents. Needless to say we were stunned. We were given an excuse that the lillys were too big for the lower arrangments. They did try to accommodate us and did somewhat change the arrangements but we had to compromise. That was the first clue that we were not happy. They also showed us the arrangements on sweetheart tables and not the standard table. So when we walked into the dinner reception the room looked like nothing. The tall centerpieces were beautiful but the candle arrangements and the lower centerpieces looked pathetic!! We were so disappointed, we told the person Emerald city sent and she just dismissed us. Even my husband said this is what we got for thousands of dollars.
Also, I never saw such small mother of the bride, ect, wrist corsages , they were embarrassing . As were the boutineers. And worst of all, they were wilted by the time of the wedding.
I did call the following week to tell them how disappointed I was and was told that she would relay the message to the owner. Not only did we never hear from the owner, David, but I even saw him when I was in the showroom and he NEVER came over to introduce himself.
As I said I was never more disappointed and I have 4 daughters and will never use them again!!!! And I would never recommend them to any of my friends.

I have always loved flowers and even worked at a high end florist for several years, so when I thought of my wedding, flowers were always at the top of my list of priorities. When I met with Emerald City, they were lovely and accomodating, and promised me my vision would be beautiful. I had high hopes and paid in full....$3,000.

However, on my wedding day, I had a very rude awakening. The color of the bridemaids bouquets was incorrect (YELLOW when I had requested PURPLE), the flowers for the church were nothing like we discussed and included flowers I specifically requested to NOT be in them, and the table arrangements looked like they were thrown together in about 15 minutes. I expected a MUCH higher level of service and quality for such a high price and felt like I had been ripped off.

I was SO disappointed with the flowers I got from Emerald City, and recommend that everyone "look behind the curtain" at this vendor---their name is right on---behind all the flash and glitz of the "emerald city" is just a little mean man in a suit tyring to seem more important than he is. I should have followed the yellow brick road down the street to another florist!!!
