Donna is Wonder Woman!
Donna was the best investment we made out of all our vendors! She is incredibly professional, warm, and brought so much peace to our wedding day! In all honesty, I wasn’t convinced I needed a wedding coordinator but our venue required one- boy was I wrong and I’m so glad we went with Emerald Aisle! After our venue, we hired Emerald Aisle as our coordinator and I’m so glad we booked her early as she helped a lot with recommending our other vendors! We had a limited budget and I was able to share my budget with Donna and she gave us great recommendations of vendors in our budget range which made her well worth the investment months before the wedding! I felt a huge sense of relief after all of our phone calls leading up to the wedding and she was always quick to respond to any of questions. During the wedding day- our wedding party, parents, and other vendors had nothing but great things to say about Donna/Emerald Aisle and all she did behind the scenes. She set up our entire reception space which was for 180 people and lead our ceremony rehearsal. When our serving vendors fell through at the last minute to help serve cake, without batting an eye, Donna stepped up and served cupcakes to our guests. I would highly recommend her to any and every bride! -

We used Emerald Aisle for "day of wedding coordinating". However, they provided much more than that. They really helped us with all aspects of our wedding as soon as we hired them. Before hiring Emerald Aisle we considered other wedding planners but found Emeral Aisle to be the best all around including the best value.
Donna met with us at least 3 times before our wedding and told us exactly what we needed to do and decisions we needed to make. She was also available via text or phone whenever I needed to talk which was especially helpful when I was feeling really stressed about the wedding. She also provided all kinds of userful suggestions and tips. She even recommended a great photographer when we had to "fire" our initial photographer.
Closer to the wedding, Whitney took over. She made sure every detail was in place before the wedding. I no longer had to think about what happened next because Whitney was following up with all of our vendors and getting answers to all of our questions. Whitney did a great job making sure that our ceremony and reception were run like a well oiled machine including arriving early to up decorations for both our ceremony and reception. I didn't have to worry about anything besides enjoying my wedding. At the end of the evening she even packed everything up and got it in everyone's cars.
Another plus, is that you can pay for a package that includes use of all of Emerald Aisle's decor which includes easels, mirrors and other wedding related items.
I highly recommend Emerald Aisle. Our wedding planner was the last vendor we hired but if we had to do it all over again, I would have found a wedding planner first and let them plan the whole wedding! -

Donna and Stacy were amazing to work with. I love how they has options to fit what I needed. I just needed some day- of reception decor and Stacy knocked it out of the park. I would definitely recommend them. -

The best decision we made for our daughter’s wedding!
We are forever grateful and so thankful to have Donna and her wonderful daughter Alyssa for our decorator team at our daughter’s wedding! If I had known about Emerald Aisle sooner, we would have had them do all of the coordinating too… they are amazing! Donna is so thorough and attentive to every detail prior to the big day… she thinks of everything and asks all of the questions that you have not even thought of yet! She created a detailed plan, and the day could not have gone any better or look more gorgeous… absolutely perfect! We had a December wedding with about 30 Christmas trees…and Donna and Alyssa placed every bit of our decor in all of the perfect places!! We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future. They are truly a blessing to us.💜 -

When I started planning for my wedding I had NO clue how much went into it. I met with Donna over the phone (due to COVID) and immediately after the phone call my Mom and I looked at each other and said we HAD to have her. Little did we know she would save our lives over 10 times coming up to the time of the wedding on decor suggestions, Amazon links, vendor references, you name it! Our day wouldn’t have been half of the party it was without Donna’s help. I truly believe this! I have recommended her to everyone of my friends getting married and I would recommend her to anyone that doesn’t want to stress or think about ANYTHING on their wedding day. If you are questioning it at all…I’m telling you right now that this is the best investment I made when it comes to my wedding day! -

Donna and her daughter saved me the day of my daughter's wedding. Our venue wouldn't allow us to decorate the night before
Our venue didn't allow decorating the night before my daughters wedding. I had serious reservations about getting all decorations up and looking good and not being feazzled myself. Donna and her daughter were there to save the day. She tailored a package that fit my needs and budget. She was profeasional, prompt and on top of it thruought the whole planning time. Day of. They were there and executed our vision to a tee! They worked independent, took charge and everything was just beautiful. I whole heartedly recomend Emerald Aisle for all your wedding planning needs! -

I absolutely loved having Donna as our coordinator. She helped ease a lot of stress, and was fabulous on the day of. There was never a missed step, and she made sure to get MY vision in mind and make everything how I wanted it. She was helpful in giving suggestions, while still being respectful of my ideas for the wedding and making it how I wanted it. Her availability and responsiveness were wonderful, and if I could recommend anyone it would be to work with the team at Emerald Aisle! Truly one of the best decisions we made was hiring Donna for the wedding because it made my family's life a lot easier and let them enjoy the day even more! -

Perfect Day
From rehearsal to clean up, Emerald Aisle made sure everything ran smoothly. They brought my vision to life and kept constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I loved the promptness of the coordinator and making sure everything went as planned. This brought so much relief for me on my wedding day and I would definitely hire them again for any event. -

I could not be more happy that I hired Donna @ Emerald Aisle Weddings for my daughter's wedding. She is a wealth of information regarding vendors and all things weddings. She is highly organized and made sure that all things ran smoothly. She beautifully executed my daughter's vision of what she wanted. She was very responsive and aways available to meet or answer any questions that we had. She truly takes the stress out of the planning process by handling every detail and making sure the day of the wedding is a day of pure enjoyment! She was not only highly professional but also very creative and easy to work with. I felt like she was an old friend when we talked! I could not more highly recommend Donna!! -

We were referred to Donna through a friend and now we will be referring her to everyone! Donna coordinated the day-of for our reception and she was absolutely fabulous. I had a particular taste and vision. I spent time making many many items such as a custom photo op area, custom disposable cameras, table details, menus, etc. and Donna made sure they were all placed and put exactly how I wanted it. She works well with specific instruction but also is incredibly creative and has an eye for design. We trusted her vision on many parts of the decor for the reception and it turned out beautifully. I knew stepping into the reception that I wouldn't have to worry about anything, which was a HUGE relief especially after the many road bumps we had with planning a COVID wedding (which Donna also saved the day on many of those). She was a joy to work with both as a professional and as a friend! -

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Donna. She was the most helpful, kind, loyal, & incredible planner. She put out any and all fires, calmed any hesitations or worries I had, and enhanced our wedding day times a million. She was always available when I needed her & went over and above the whole time we worked with her. Planning during COVID was very stressful at times and she was always ready with a plan B, C, & D which made me feel so much better. She was also an incredible liaison between my vendors & I. I can’t thank her enough for who she is and how she operates her business. You would be doing yourself a disservice NOT hiring her to help coordinate your day. Can’t recommend her enough. 💕 -

Hiring Donna was one of the best choices I made during my wedding planning process. She is like a friend who has impeccable taste, local expertise, and a caring heart. She did all she could to make sure my vision was played out and there were no hiccups day of. She went above and beyond with what I hired her to do and I'm so grateful for that. If I'm being honest, when I finally got to see how she put everything together on that day, it was even better than I planned. It looked like she spent an extra $5,000. But it was just the way she put everything together. She calmed my nerves and put out any fires. She was also there anytime I needed her and was flexible with scheduling meetings. Also, when our venue tried to weasel us out of some things, she was able to keep her cool and after speaking with her they made everything right again. Don't spend all this time, money, and effort on this day and then not have a fairy godmother there to make sure everything is perfect. Hire Emerald Aisle and have the perfect wedding! -

I would highly recommend Donna as your wedding planner!! Besides being professional and knowledgeable about all wedding details, she is warm, friendly, and caring like my BFF. She was always there to answer questions and give sound advice. She took the stress completely out of my daughter's wedding and everything went off perfect without a hitch. Having the timeline kept the day flowing in perfect harmony. I can't thank Donna enough for her dedication to the bridal party and treating them like family of her own. We were so blessed to find Emerald Aisle Wedding and Events!!! -
Meagan Sent on 10/11/2018I was lucky enough to find the perfect venue, Robson Ranch Country Club in Denton, TX. Throughout the whole wedding process Robson was amazing and went above and beyond, but the best thing that they did for us was to recommend Emerald Aisle to us, which meant DONNA. My wedding was perfect. The first time my husband and I met Donna we instantly fell in love and hired her after that meeting. She is bubbly, kind, funny, and can hold her own against the most stubborn family members. She is beyond skilled to help you navigator to your perfect wedding. Wedding guru. Planning a wedding is by far one of the most difficult things I have ever done... the anxiety, the decisions, the family drama, I could go on and on. The little things you would never think of like if your caterer is going to charge you to use their glassware and utensils. Donna saved me. We could not have done it without her and will recommend her to anyone who will listen. She had our backs through the whole process. She walked me off the ledge (at all hours) more than once. She had recommendation for every vendor you could possible need. We went with most of her recommendation and the best one was our DJ, Jeremy Gallamore. He was amazing. I cannot rave on how much Donna and Emerald Aisle did for us. By FAR hiring Donna was the best decision we have ever made. She saved me from migraine after migraine. She made our day so special for us. I could go on and on about how you would be lucky to have this incredible woman guide you through your wedding. Make the smart decision and give Emerald Aisle and Donna a chance. I promise you won't regret it.

Bonnie Sent on 09/11/2018This is a GREAT and a funny review, the moment we met....I had claimed her and gave her the title of my FAIRY GODMOTHER and trust me, you are going to NEED her on your wedding day. My husband and I are both business owners, we are frugal because we know cost of goods and services, but we also expect high end and over the top quality and services because we have been around enough to recognize TOP platinum and first class blah blah blah. OK, DONNA is your lady!!! She's just like a fairy godmother to Cinderella! You tell her your vision and poof over here and poof over there and poof at your wedding!!! Everything is done!!!! She is loving, supportive, gives you guidance and advise and she is reasonable!!!! My husband now LOVES her and was first resistant to hire a planner because we don't "NEED" one. The minute he met her...it was love at first sight and I had my " I TOLD YOU SO!!" moment.
We can't thank her enough for EVERYTHING, all her EFFORTS and her LOVE in everything she touches. -

Claire Sent on 10/04/2017We are absolutely blown away by the amount of work and quality of work that Donna put into our wedding! She brought up details that we would have never thought of and came up with quick and easy solutions. Donna provided a multitude of decorations for both the ceremony venue and the reception venue (two separate places) and they were beautiful! She is full of creativity and great ideas, she is extremely organized and she helped keep us from being completely overwhelmed on our big day! I would HIGHLY recommend Emerald Aisle to anybody that is looking into hiring a coordinator for their wedding. She helped make our day perfect!

There are not enough words to express how blessed my husband and I were to have her! 5 minutes after our first phone conversation she was immediately working for me sending me links, ideas, and suggestions. We met for the first time a week later and 99% of my stress was gone! Her prices are very reasonable compared to other coordinators and if an issue arises she handled it in detail with professionalism. The day of the wedding she was there early already setting up before my bridesmaids and I got there. We did not lift a finger... she handled it all! I had absolutely NO STRESS my wedding day! (Unheard of? I know!) She is amazing!!! -

I truly had an amazing fairytale day because of her. She goes above and beyond. She listens to your ideas and does even more than you imagined. I got to enjoy the day with my mom and friends without being stressed. Everything went as planned and I know that is because Donna was on top of everything behind the scenes. Don't put unneeded stress on yourself. Donna is truly a superhero.
