Fun, joyful experience
Marianna and her team were awesome! She is a joy to work with and someone I would choose again. She helped us pick out vendors if we needed, give us advice on style, colors, anything! She responded fast and promptly and was always upbeat. There is something about mariana that just puts you at ease. She has a great vibe on the phone and in person. And when you are planning a wedding that’s exactly what you need. All in all she was our first vendor picked and she helped us all the way to the wedding day! My only thing I wish we did different was meet in person. But with all of our schedules, Covid, and ease of using zoom or phones there never seemed a need too. We loved her and my wife couldn’t be happier!-

So Grateful for Mariana’s Support on Our Big Day
Mariana was incredibly helpful and truly made my wedding process so much easier. Her communication with my vendors was excellent, and she helped prevent several potential mishaps by staying on top of any miscommunication that came up. She was organized, attentive, and always ahead of things, which made the entire day run smoothly.
Her timing and coordination were spot-on, and she handled last-minute changes and details with ease—especially when I was feeling completely burnt out as a bride. Mariana was truly amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive day-of coordinator. -

Truly Amazing!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marianna. She was as an exceptional wedding coordinator who made my wife and I special day truly unforgettable. From start to finish, she was warm, professional, courteous, and so much fun to work with. Her calm demeanor and positive energy put us at ease even when things didn’t go exactly as planned.
When we misplaced an item, needed to rearrange decorations last minute, and had to navigate some unexpected weather—she was already on top of everything before we could even ask. Her proactive approach and ability problem solving so quickly was nothing short of amazing.
She took care of every detail with grace and efficiency, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding . She called emailed and held zoom called with us and all our vendors to get everyone on the same page. I absolutely will utilize her services again b/c was exceptional. Highly recommend! Excellent Wedding Assistance!
Mariana was so effective in helping me and my husband in coordinating the religious wedding pieces so effectively! She made sure that there was full communication with the church in the Dominican republic and she was the "middle man" in coordinating the legal documents for us to ensure we could get married for our destination wedding in Punta Cana! She also was great with assisting us with multiple projects when it came to collecting guests RSVP's and dealing with our vendors to ensure all is going well. We enjoyed having her help us and she handled everything with a lot of professionalism and excellence- thank you Mariana from Jen and Nel! -

Amazing, professional, and on top of everything
You could not ask for a better coordinator. Mariana and her team are super diligent and know exactly what they're doing. Our wedding ran smoothly and if anything did go wrong that day, I never found out! They were great at organizing everything and making sure me, my husband, our family, and our giant wedding party was in the right place at the right time. They were also great assistants to our photographer who had to wrangle a huge group of people for photos. It was such a relief having Mariana contacting all of our vendors the week before and making sure everyone was on the same page. I seriously could not have asked for a better team on what very much was the best day of my life. My only regret is that I can't throw more incredible parties with them all the time! -

Mariana was excellent from the beginning to the end. She went above and beyond if I could give her 1,000 stars I would. Me and my husband are very pleased. We will always recommend her services. Mariana is the most Down to earth month/ day of coordinator I have ever met . Since day one I felt like I already new her and I new I was in good hands. Best Decision I Made!
I am so grateful that I decided to work with Mariana. Our collaboration began in 2019. From the beginning I could tell she was patient and compassionate. Like many other couples, my wedding was postponed due to the pandemic. Mariana and I continued to touch base for what ended up being nearly two years! Throughout this journey, she frequently checked in with me and offered recommendations. I appreciate what a great thought partner she was during the planning process and especially on the big day. She consistently checked in on my spouse and me throughout our ceremony and reception. At one point I was on the fence about something I had initially planned to do during the reception. I asked Mariana to think it through with me and ultimately everything worked out well. Once the wedding day starts, it can feel like you are on a joyride with no brakes. It helps to have someone who is calm, organized and levelheaded beside you. Mariana is that person. I highly recommend her. -

Our wedding day wouldn’t have been possible without Elusions Event Planning. Mariana is the absolute best!! Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable but she is a kind person. Since we started planning our wedding years ago, she always made us feel like she truly cared about us and our day and was always checking in and offering to help. Mariana Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Mariana was a godsend to me . I met her through a family friend when she worked on her daughter's quinceañera . I instantly felt such a good vibe from her. She was amazing then and now. She was so helpful with my wedding planning. She always knew how to keep my stress and anxiety down . Especially when the Pandemic hit. We had to make changes asap and I was very overwhelmed. I had to postpone my big event twice ,because it was very important to us that everyone stay safe . She helped me through all of it. We eventually decided to get married with just our intimate family and friends and postpone the big reception until next year. She supported our decision and helped us make the best mini-wedding we could. Mariana and her assistant Aleida were amazing the day of. I never felt stressed or bothered. I got to enjoy my wedding day. Her team of vendors are amazing as well. She always provided me with top notch vendors she has worked with. Amazing! Mariana was a blessing for us!!!!
I never wanted a wedding planner, But once we decided to get married in New York because it was more convenient for family and friends. This Florida girl, Knew That she would need help. That was the one non-negotiable thing I had with my fiancé. I am a complete hands-on person, and I knew living in Florida and getting married in another state, there was no way I could be completely hands-on. I would recommend Elusion event planning to everyone!! Mariana was absolutely amazing to work with, not once did I have to get all bridezilla, she even was phenomenal considering we had to move our original date two more times because of Covid. Not once did she ever tell me that something wasn’t doable, I never panicked about anything because I knew after the year we had she could handle anything. Our wedding was an absolute dream and that was because of her. When our venue seem like they went MIA, Mariana was able to keep me completely calm. I know for the first couple months after I got engaged and we knew New York would be our destination wedding, all I did was panic and worry because we live so far. From the day we met with Mariana not once did I ever panic again, And that included even moving our date twice. My husband and I absolutely love her, and know We are definitely going to keep in touch. Mariana we can not thank you enough for everything. -

Day Coordinator
I had the honor to have Mariana as my day coordinator for my wedding. Mariana was a saving grace for us on our wedding day! If we didn’t have Mariana with us, I really don’t know we would have done. Mariana came on board as the day coordinator with less than a month before the my big day and handled everything with such professional. She was super kind, and extremely punctual. She made certain that my vision for the day came about and that everything was handled so that I had nothing to worry and enjoy my day which I did. Awesome wedding coordinator!
What can I say?! Mariana & her assistant Cindy were lifesavers! My husband and I had postponed our wedding twice already due to Covid, but then decided to have our wedding in October at a private home in Connecticut. Now this means, basically transferring all our vendors also from Long Island to New Fairfield CT. Without Mariana & Cindy’s help during the day of the wedding, we seriously wouldn’t know if our wedding would have happened. Mariana also helped with the planning before the actual event, by calling all our vendors to make sure that things would go smoothly day of and giving us a checklist to go over! Honestly, we owe all the success to her & Cindy. Thank you ladies for making our wedding day flow smoothly, thus giving us a day to remember!-

I hired Mariana as a day of coordinator for my wedding reception. I had not met Mariana until the day of my wedding but on that day she really pulled through and helped me out. Mariana always responded to my questions and even helped me locate a church for the wedding ceremony in the beginning days of my planning. She is a really friendly, sweet and an approachable person. Amazing Service
Let me start this review by saying if you want someone efficient, assertive, organized, extremely professional and that will execute all your wishes perfectly then please hire Mariana . I’m the epitome of a control freak with a type A personality. I planned my wedding in less than 6 months and I was determined to make sure that everything went smoothly . Mariana was the first coordinator I contacted and our conversation left me so at ease that my search ended with her. I hired Mariana for Day of Wedding Coordination but she was so much more than that. A week before my wedding my hairstylist for myself and my bridesmaids cancelled. I called her frantic and on the edge of a full on breakdown and immediately she jumped into action to find me a new a stylist. Within the hour I had at least 5 stylists to chose from. On my wedding day she arrived on time and immediately got to work to make sure everything was going seamlessly. She constantly checked with me and my husband to make sure all was well and it wasn’t until after the wedding that I realized all the “fires”she had to put out. She handled all the small mishaps so well that I had no idea anything even went wrong. I can honestly say I’m so very happy and grateful to have hired Mariana. Thank you so much for making our day perfect!! -

Incredible, dependable
I don't know what else to say but Amazing! I booked Mariana for my wedding in 2016 and couldn't thank God enough for my decision. She is detailed oriented, professional, patient, helpful and just all around great to work with. She was my day of coordinator and made my day better than I expected. I recommended her for my cousin's wedding on December 16 2018, and she was even better than before. The wedding was amazing, very organized and soo much fun! When ever I needed her she was there in a heart beat and granted everything that was asked of her even in the mist of chaos she managed to maintain calmness, order and performed extremely well! My cousin and her husband were very pleased as my husband and I were on our wedding! I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and family! -

1000% Worth It
Mariana is professional and a natural at putting together exactly what you want just based on the information you give. We never met in person nor was Mariana able to be at the ceremony on the day because she helped us plan a wedding in ICELAND! She worked tirelessly to communicate with vendors in a different time zone, gave us plenty of options within our budget and desires. She continued to check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly but was not overbearing. We could not have done this without her! Thank you so much. -

Mariana was very responsive and did a lot to help me with the wedding. One of my vendors was very unresponsive and causing me a lot of stress, and she helped contact them and figure out what needed to get done. She provided a list of things to plan for as we got closer to the wedding and I felt like I could trust her to execute on the day of. Would definitely recommend! -

Hi remembering back on August 27, 2011, hurricane Irene desperately wanted to pay us a visit.
Thanks to my wedding planner, friends and family they kept me calm. On arrival to the church it
look absolutely beautiful with the red and white flowers, decorations and guests. I felt like a princess. After
pictures we went to the reception hall and OMG, how beautifully decorated the place was. In-spite of the
hurricane threat my wedding planner Mariana had everything outside of God under control. Fabulous
Mariana. Wouldn't change a thing. -
