Elle Grey Events is such a wonderful company to work with. We decided to go with the day of services. A little over a month out from our wedding, we started talking with Jenn. She was a wonderful listener and immediately picked up the vision we had for our big day. We had most of our wedding planned out but she gave us wonderful ideas on parts that we overlooked or were unsure about. She helped us with floor plan ideas, timeline, and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page.
On the day of our wedding she made sure everything went smoothly! We had no stress at all because Jenn and her team was handling everything. I could not recommend Elle Gray Events more and especially Jenn! -

Britt and Jenn with Elle Gray were more than amazing. The compassion they show for not only the bride and groom, but the entire wedding party is amazing. Since day one, Britt has been extremely kind, helpful, and compassionate. I was so busy with being in the Army and graduating from school and she basically handled everything. She is on top of it all and gives the best advice and suggestions. You can definitely tell this is not her first rodeo. There was a bad storm on my wedding day and she was able to rearrange the timeline and still get us married outside when there was a window of opportunity open. She genuinely cares about the couple's wants, needs, and happiness. She also figured out a way to make the neon sign work when I forgot parts to it. She made my dream come true in more ways than imaginable and I am so blessed we chose her for the job. There were so many things behind the scene that she took care of that I was unaware of until the next day. Britt and her team are complete rockstars and I there are not enough words to explain how wonderful they are! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use her! -

10/10 recommend Elle Grey Events and would use for every party or wedding in the future. They were always responsive, on time and organized. I learned of many wonderful ideas, vendors, styles and wedding needs. They are all very professional, and truly a class act. Each one of my guests were very impressed with this Event company! -

Fun, passionate, detail oriented wedding planner!
My husband, Colten, and I got married at White Rock Canyon at the end of May 2022. We did the all-inclusive package and Brittany was one of the top preferred planners! From the first “get to know you” call, we felt confident that our wedding wouldn’t be possible without her passion for planning, organization, and attention to detail! Throughout the year of planning, she was always open to our ideas and able to provide great recommendations from her experience, and would give honest feedback when we wanted it! Our theme and vision came together so perfectly through her mood board design and then to life on the big day. She coordinated with all of the vendors which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Her and her assistant Hannah were on top of it and kept the wedding night flowing no matter happened (even when our guests wouldn’t leave the bar)! Our wedding planning process and day/night felt like an absolute dream and wouldn’t have been possible without her help! 100/10 recommend Brittany and Elle Gray Events! -

Elle Gray Events is the best option for a day of wedding planner! This company is very affordable and worth the cost to have a stress-free wedding today. Her team handled any issues that popped up, help set up decor, confirmed ahead of time all the details with my other vendors and we’re super helpful with all their advice! Super glad to have used them and have already recommended them to friends! -

Brittany with Elle Gray Events is simply amazing. From the initial phone call discussing my ideas and needs, she was eager to help wherever needed. She attended my meeting at the venue to discuss tentative timeline plans, floor plans, linens, etc. When it came time for us to work closely together 8 weeks out she did a ton behind the scenes to contact my vendors, get the timeline ready, and have detailed notes on every step of the day. As a very type A, organized, and hands on person myself, Brittany eased my mind as I handed off my handmade decor, signs, and place settings for her to put out the day of the wedding. I trusted her and she executed my ideas perfectly.
I can’t imagine our wedding day without Brittany. The entire wedding day I was able to be stress free and I got to fully enjoy this special moment. Any little kinks or issues, she found a solution and handled.
Hands down, Brittany is your girl. -

I found Brittany through her Instagram page @ellegrayevents. I loved all the work she did so I reached out and I am so glad that I did. She took away all the stress that wedding planning brings and took care of everything. She was available when I needed her and when I was nervous about specifics and pricing she was so patient and talked it all through with me over the phone so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I absolutely would recommend anyone to work with Elle Gray events. At first I didn't know if I wanted to invest in any planning services because weddings are already expensive, but It was honestly one of the best investments we made. Our venue had a coordinator, but what Elle Gray provided went above and beyond what we could have asked for. The pre planning process was so much fun. She was also very well organized. We did zoom calls to keep us on track with planning and was even referred to some amazing vendors. Elle Gray helped us with bookings, coordinating, and every vendor knew what they were doing and most importantly never bothered me lol haha so you can only imagine how happy I was. -

My husband and I had our wedding at Bird Island Lake Ranch and Brittany was our planner, we couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job! She was absolutely wonderful and we were beyond amazed at her decor talent. She helped with all of the coordinating for the day of as well as decorating. It was exactly what we needed and wanted for our special day, 110% stress free!! We definitely recommend utilizing Brittany for your wedding planning, she’s pure amazing! -

Wedding planning can be stressful. I knew that going into planning my wedding. Before becoming engaged myself, I watched as my other close friends stressed over the details of their wedding. My now, husband and I decided we wanted to have a destination wedding. We wanted a small and intimate wedding with our closest friends. My thought behind this was to make it less stressful, but planning a wedding in another country is a whole different level of stress.
That’s where Brittany came in! Brittany really listened to what it was my husband and I wanted for our wedding day. She created a beautiful mood board that brought together all of our details from the color palette, floral inspirations, down to my husbands tropical tie. It was perfect and it made communicating with my “Day of Coordinator” in Jamaica so much easier because she knew exactly what we wanted beforehand. Brittany connected us with an amazing travel agent who set up all travel + accommodations for all of our guests. I don’t know what we would have done without Britt all those months leading up to the event! We were able to celebrate our love with our favorite people and not stress about any of the details. -
