A dream come true!
Working with Ella Events was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire planning process. From day one, Gabriella made us feel supported, organized, and genuinely cared for. Especially since we were planning our wedding from quite literally the complete other side of the country. And despite the time difference and my limited availability with intense work hours, Gabriella always made herself available and made the entire process feel stress-free and enjoyable. She was went above and beyond. She was quick with vendor recommendations, exceptionally organized with handling contracts, meetings, schedules, floor plans etc, and she gracefully kept me on schedule as well throughout the process. She has great attention to every detail and was very thoughtful with all aspects. She was fantastic with helping with our stationery and ensuring our vision was executed beautifully for our wedding. Her and her team truly made the wedding of our dreams come true. Her and her teams creativity, professionalism, and calm presence allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. We also got a lot of feedback from other vendors about how great her and her team are to work with. We are endlessly grateful for all the time, effort, and love that went into making our wedding absolutely perfect. We couldn’t recommend Ella Events / Gabriella more highly! -

Wedding beyond our dreams
Gabriella and her team made our wedding day seamless, relaxed, and beyond our wildest dreams! I truly couldn’t recommend her more. I don’t even know where to begin because this woman wasn’t just my wedding planner — Gabby became one of the most important people in my life during such a special time. I can’t say enough good things about Ella Events! From our very first meeting, Gabriella's professionalism, attention to detail, and calm presence stood out. She was always available to answer questions and guide me through the process.
I started working with Gabriella after I had already booked a venue, and I was worried it wouldn’t match the vision I had in mind. But Gabriella truly outdid herself, when I walked into the space on my wedding day, I was blown away! I couldn’t believe it was my wedding! It was perfect!
Gabriella created detailed timelines leading up to the big day, which were a game-changer. I had them printed for myself and others, so everyone knew exactly what was happening and when, it made everything run so smoothly!
On the day of, I was incredibly nervous, but Gabriella was by my side every step of the way. She kept everything on track, made sure I understood what was happening, and offered the reassurance I needed in the moment. Her support meant the world to me!

Gabby from Ella Events brought our dream wedding to life while making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We started working with her about six months before the big day, and from the start, it was such a relief to have her as our main point of contact for vendors. Throughout the planning process, she was an incredible source of knowledge—always prepared with ideas, suggestions, and feedback to help us achieve our vision.
Whenever we needed additional vendors, she had a trusted network of amazing professionals ready to recommend (who were also wonderful!). Her years of experience were a tremendous asset, and we never once doubted that we were in the best hands.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was always available for calls and texts, encouraging us to share any and all concerns. She was endlessly patient and understanding, and every meeting left me feeling reassured that our wedding was going to be an unforgettable experience.
On the big day, she was calm, cool, and collected, which helped us truly relax and enjoy every moment. Somehow, she managed to be everywhere at once—always available for any questions while also making sure everything at the venue was running smoothly. She has truly mastered the art of being in multiple places at once!
What sets Gabby apart is how she goes above and beyond the standard responsibilities of a wedding planner. She handled the little (but crucial) details, like making sure our dog got back to the hotel, bustling my dress, and even helping a distressed grandma with her earrings.
We had such a positive experience with Gabby that we were genuinely bummed when the wedding day ended and realized our frequent chats would no longer be a part of our routine. But without a doubt, she’ll be our first call the next time we have an event that needs her magic touch! -

Our wedding never would have happened without Gabby at Ella Events!
Background, we got engaged jus before Covid hit. Needless to say all planning stopped, I lost my drive and also have a very demanding job which just led to 0 progress. In came Gabby. She got us back on track, organized and focused! She helped take the idea I had and grow it into the beautiful ending of our wedding. She provided support and guidance or help us bring our dreams to life. Day of her and her team handled every aspect. If there was an issue we did not know about it. Our day was absolutely perfect. Flowers, venue, dj and her team was more than we could have ever dreamed of. I can not say enough wonderful things about Gabby and Ella Events. Would 100% recommend her and the team over and over again. -

Seamless Perfect Wedding
Gabriella is absolutely incredible!!! She helped us plan our wedding over the course of two years. She supported endless meetings, compiles/coordinates all contracts, was the primary interface with all our vendors, and organizes seating charts/timelines (literally whatever you need). Her team was the best on the day of our wedding to ensure everything was set up perfectly and the day went smoothly. Gabriella is amazing to remind you of all the little factors that you would never think of or worry about. 10/10 would recommend and would work with Gabriella again. Looking back on our wedding day, there isn’t a single thing my wife or I would change thanks to Gabriella. -

All we had to worry about was saying “I do” and having the best time ever!
Our wedding was truly magical and memorable ALL thanks to Gabriella and the amazing ‘ella events team!! From the very beginning, Gabriella helped us secure all the vendors we wanted and brainstormed with us to come up with ideas that would make our day feel extra special and tailored to us. She walked us through contracts and led calls with our vendors to ensure we were getting the best deals and that everyone understood the vision for our big day. Gabriella put together beautiful design inspirations, floor plans and layouts, which were very helpful as we went through the planning process. She helped guide us on wedding etiquette and manage overwhelming tasks like budgeting, guest lists, seating charts, transportation, gratuities, and more. Gabriella and her team executed our wedding weekend flawlessly, from the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, the welcome party and of course the big day. Her team even steamed bridesmaid dresses, touched up my gown and packed up all of our things before leaving the venue. It was incredible. All we had to worry about was saying “I do” and having the best time ever!
Gabriella is super thoughtful, detail-oriented and seriously thinks of every little thing (you should see what’s in her emergency kit!) She is always two steps ahead and is truly an expert at what she does. There is no better option than ‘ella events. I wish we could enjoy our day all over again!! -

I began working with Gabriella right after my engagement to begin the planning process. Her promptness and attention to detail is what stood out to me most in the beginning. From setting up meetings to see what our vision was, to sending over style guides and vendor recommendations, she made the process extremely easy on a busy brides schedule. Gabriella and team kept extremely organized and was always available, whether it was to answer questions that I had or to reach out to unresponsive vendors; she was always on top of it and one step ahead. I had hired the team for our full weekend of rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and brunch; it was a huge relief to have a team behind each event. On the wedding day, they deal with issues that you won’t even know about. We had a few unforeseen events and Gabriella and team made sure that it was handled properly. If you’re on the fence about booking a full time planner, do it. Even if you’re a type A bride like I was, you don’t want to deal with vendor conversations leading up to the big day or on the day of. The most amazing planner
There are truly no words to describe how amazing Gabby and her team are. Do not think twice and hire this girl!! After getting a cancellation from our original planner 60 days before our wedding (panic mode, 10000%), my now husband saved the day by reaching out to Gabby and getting the amazing news that she was available. From the first call we knew it was the best decision. We never ever had to follow up with her. Gabby is extremely responsive and a visionary, even with only 60 days she came in, took over, and made all of our dreams come true. Her direction and support, together with her team, completely changed our wedding planning experience and allowed us to have the most amazing day. The best thing I ever did in 2021 was hire Gabriella for my wedding. I am in awe of her creativity, professionalism and clear passion for not only event planning, but also design. She took the stress of planning my wedding right off my shoulders less than six months out, and immediately made me feel comfortable that my special day was in the right hands.
Gabriella is both incredibly organized and a great communicator. She is skilled at holding her clients accountable (deciding on details, paying on time, giving feedback, etc.) while also being very pleasant and easy to be around. My husband and I both needed a strong hand to guide us through the wedding process, and Gabriella was the perfect amount of stern but sweet. We received monthly checklists and regular updates on what needed to be purchased. She also updated the budget to record where we went over or under on expenses. She negotiated the prices for several vendors down, and communicated with them so we didn't have to. She is an expert cat-herder.
In terms of the smaller details that we could buy vs. rent, Gabriella sent us comprehensive lists of Amazon and Etsy links so that we didn't have to spend time looking for items ourselves. She went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to lift a finger and was available to us whenever we had a question.
There was also never a moment where I didn't trust Gabriella's opinion or recommendation. She had a strong vision for what our abstract idea of a wedding could look like, and she helped us refine our dreams and turn them into reality. She has impeccable taste and a real knack for pairing colors and textures to create Instagram-worthy aesthetics.
Another thing that impressed me is Gabriella's AMAZING attitude. She is always a ray of sunshine. Stress? She doesn't know her (or at least she doesn't lead it on). Her team on the day-of was just as lovely and professional as her. They were all dressed so nicely and made sure that any last-minute snafus were handled accordingly.
I swear, Gabriella is like a genie. You ask, and you shall receive. She makes miracles happen!
I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her services. -

We used Ella Events for our wedding planning starting at 60 days out. Gabriella helped us tie up all of the loose ends pre-wedding and took over all communication with vendors (such a relief). On wedding day, she was calm, cool, collected and never batted an eye when I asked her to go up to my room 10+ times because I forgot things. She was able to wrangle all of our family & friends in a smooth organized manner and executed our wedding FLAWLESSLY, everything was on time and if there were any issues she found a solution without having to even ask us. She truly was able to read my mind and knew what I needed before I even asked. Her team was so sweet and their communication between each other was a big part of why our day went so smoothly. 100/10 could not recommend more. They were the BEST!!!! -

There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am to have worked with Gabriella at my wedding. Before the pandemic-- she was always helpful, timely, and so detailed. Then she continued to work tirelessly through three postponements because of the pandemic. She took care of EVERYTHING!! She contacted all of the vendors every time we had to reschedule, helped me find replacement vendors, and helped me find a new venue. So many details had to be changed within weeks of our wedding, and Gabriella stayed calm through it all. Gabby was phenomenal! After two postponed weddings due to Covid and the weather, we were devastated. She took our wedding blues and made them disappear completely, reminding us what was most important - us, celebrating our love and the new chapter in our lives. I explained what I was looking for and she brought it to life. She thought of every detail (including all the ones I forgot about or had given up on actually happening!) She put that extra special touch into every single ascent for our elopement weekend. She found the perfect spot on the beach for us, made the arch for us, took the most stunning photos, helped me with my dress and hair, and even had flowers ready to go for us. She was there for every phone call, every question and though of so many creative ways to make our day possible, making the entire planning process stress free. In all honesty, our special day would not have happened if it wasn’t for for ‘Ella Events. Gabby is an absolutely incredible, insightful, talented and most of all, kind. Perfect for our proposal!
Gabriella helped my now fiancé plan his proposal including the location and things to do, all down to the little details. I was blown away at the party and everyone had a blast! Then we met Gabriella, THANK GOD my wife makes the decisions because I would’ve been soooo wrong! Gabriella is strategic, thoughtful and very creative that’ll leave your jaw dropped. I cannot say enough positive words about how organized, supportive, professional, and hard-working she was during the month leading up to (and the day of) my wedding! She spent hours upon hours ironing out the wrinkles with my vendors to create a flawless wedding day for my husband and I. When I walked into my ceremony and reception spaces, my expectations were exceeded. She truly thought about every detail and made sure my vision came together. While we were at the venue, one of the ladies from her team went to my hotel room and straightened up the mess my bridesmaids and I left while getting ready that morning so that it would be perfect for my husband and I when we arrived back there that night. Gabriella is very thoughtful and comes highly recommended by myself, my husband, and my family!
