My now-husband and I chose to work with Eliza on a partial-planning contract and it was the best decision we made for our wedding planning process.
From our first meeting, we could tell Eliza was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and every little detail that goes into planning a wedding. Throughout our 10 months working together, she was responsive to all of our outreach and thorough in her answers to my (many) questions.
Two of the most helpful things provided during the planning process were a work back calendar to keep us on track of all tasks and a creative planning session that brought our vision from bullet points and random Pins to a fully designed presentation we could actually see coming to life.
On the day of our wedding, that presentation became a reality thanks to her and her team. They were organized, professional, and catered to mine and my husband's every need - from figuring out my tricky bustle to standing by with drinks in hand to make sure we could have a sip between photos.
I was very hands on during the planning process but was able to completely let go of any coordinating and enjoy our wedding day thanks to the Eliza Jane Events team. To any future brides and grooms considering the full or partial planning with this team - do it! -

Phenomenal Team & A Joy to Work With
I can’t say enough good things about them! The whole team is fantastic, but I worked primarily with Rebecca. My Mom & I realized early on in planning that we needed help, and decided to go with the partial planning option. Rebecca did a phenomenal job, and I don’t think our wedding would have gone so perfectly without her! She was so friendly, accommodating, and highly professional. She definitely knows what she’s doing and does it exceptionally well. Even when we threw her a curveball (skydiving into our own wedding), she helped us manage this flawlessly. -

Eliza Jane Events helped bring our fairytale wedding to life—it was everything we had dreamed of and more. From start to finish, Rebecca did an amazing job holding our hands and walking through the entire process. Making sure we met deadlines so that we had everything we needed when we needed it. We were able to execute everything we had envisioned the entire way through the process.
She created a consistent look and feel that flowed throughout the day. Making sure every detail turned out perfectly. Though I am sure there were things that came up throughout the day she handled them without us even knowing about it. Both Adam and myself were able to spend the morning getting ready with our families without being asked a million questions that day. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when and we were able to enjoy every minute of it.
The entire day ran on time, practically down to the minute. There was nothing that happened that day that I wouldn’t do again and we invested our time into things that showed our guest who we are and made the day incredibly personal and about us.
So many of our guest told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended. Full of love and fun and intention. -

Eliza is the best. Point blank period. The moment we hired her for full service planning of our wedding, I knew we were in good hands. Working with Eliza and her team was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, and guided us every step of the way. From her ability to anticipate all sorts of problems to having an incredible catalog of vendors for us to choose from, Eliza’s experience and expertise truly made our wedding planning stress-free and enjoyable.
On the day itself, it could not have gone any smoother. Eliza and her team handled everything, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without worry. We had a last minute snafu (our fault) and Eliza and her team stepped in and handled the situation seamlessly. Our wedding was perfect and we owe so much of that to her and her team. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My husband and I got married in October 2024 and we couldn't have done it without the help of Eliza and her team! There are so many things to do and look out for when wedding planning - and so many of them you would never think of! Eliza was detail oriented and kept us on track every step of the way. We always appreciated her help and advise from contract negotiation to vendor recommendations to even how to deal with family drama. As with every wedding, we had a few minor bumps along the way and every time Eliza jumped right in and handled it flawlessly. Eliza brought along Amelia to help with our wedding day of and the two of them were the dream team. Amelia steamed all of the bridesmaids dresses and even my hair stylists commented saying she has never seen a planner go that far in helping. Amelia also took it upon herself to start snapping polaroid pics while we were on the dance floor which were some of the highlights of the day! We were able to be fully present at the wedding and never worried if things were taken care of because we knew we had the absolute best taking care of every detail. We can not say enough about how helpful Eliza Jane was in planning our wedding. From our first meeting, her knowledge and calm demeanor was just what we needed to navigate one of the most important events of our lives. Eliza kept us on track every step of the way. We hired Eliza as a partial planner for our wedding, since we had a venue already, but if we could do it again we would hire her from the start as a full planner. We didn’t know where to begin, and Eliza provided a month-by-month checklist with important deadlines and details about how to achieve them. She also provided a list of preferred vendors (outstanding recommendations!), workbooks to help craft our vision, and guides to reference along the way. She made herself available through office hours for quick check-ins, as well as structured meetings as we approached our wedding day. She was happy to answer questions and provide experienced feedback. As one example of her helpfulness in planning, she joined us for our consult meeting with our florist and helped with aspects we would not have thought of, saving us money on clean-up and votives. Her day-of team handled every aspect of the wedding day, including set-up and all of the details for both the bride and groom. They thought of everything including many nice little touches (e.g. dress steaming, having us see the reception area before guests walked in). If there were any issues that popped up during the wedding day, we were not aware of them! Everything went perfectly. The run of show for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception was amazing and Eliza ensured that the evening was flawless. We were able to relax and enjoy our day with family and friends. Would highly recommend Eliza to any couple! -

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Eliza and her team—they truly are the best of the best! We opted for partial planning for our wedding, and Eliza’s organizational skills and exquisite taste are unparalleled. She thought of everything, ensuring our wedding day was flawless and perfectly executed. Her calm, sweet presence was a source of comfort throughout the day. Eliza went above and beyond, arriving early for setup and staying late for teardown. She took great care of me, with her team stepping in to handle bridesmaid duties like fluffing and bustling my dress, touching up my hair, keeping a drink in my hand, and looking after my purse and veil, since we opted not to have a wedding party. She even helped keep the family photos moving quickly, reading off the picture groupings to our photographer so we could enjoy more time at our cocktail hour. If you’re planning a wedding, I highly recommend Eliza! She takes all the stress away, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day. -

Hands down, the best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Eliza Jane Events! From the first call, we immediately felt comfortable with Eliza and confident in her ability to deliver on our vision for the day. Every step of the process was buttoned up, and Eliza is incredibly communicative. We looked forward to our regular Zoom check-ins and miss them now that our wedding day is over! Eliza truly "got" us, and her recommendations felt so personal to my husband and I.
Eliza brought us fantastic vendors that we never would have found on our own and creative solutions that we never would have considered. She truly knows how to pull all of the pieces together to create a gorgeous and memorable event. She kept an eye on our budget and helped us prioritize where to spend and where to save. Eliza also helped us to navigate unpredictable situations during the planning phase - always protecting us from the challenges and taking the pressure off of us.
The day of our wedding, I walked into the venue and said, "Oh my gosh! How do I have a wedding that looks like it should be in Martha Stewart Weddings?!?!" And the answer is Eliza and her team! She has unbelievable taste and attention to detail. The final event looked even better than I ever could have imagined, and Eliza was on top of every single thing the day of. If anything didn't go according to plan, I have no idea because the day was PERFECTION for my husband and I and all of our guests. I had multiple guests tell me the day of and beyond that everything was impeccable and flawless, and so many people came up to me and said, "Wow, where did you find your wedding planner? She's phenomenal!"
Three months later, people still reach out to tell us that it was the best wedding they've ever attended, and Eliza made that happen! We will forever be grateful to her and her team for helping us have the most amazing wedding experience! -

Eliza Jane Events handled the planning, coordination, and execution (Full-Service Package) of our wedding on June 3rd, 2023. When asked about our wedding, we often mention that hiring Eliza and her team was one of the best things we did.
Having previously worked in the wedding and food service industry, my husband and I initially thought we could handle everything ourselves. However, we quickly learned that trying to do this from 1. across the country 2. at a rural location 3. within a short timeframe 4. on a relatively small budget was a difficult task. Personally, it wasn’t easy for me to admit I needed help, but after our first conversation with Eliza, I knew her and her team could make our backyard wedding dreams come to life.
Throughout the planning process, we had multiple scheduled Zoom calls with Eliza for her to understand our design preferences, recommend and secure vendors, and confirm details for the big day. Eliza’s professionalism, organization, and detail-oriented nature was incredible and makes her such a great person to work with. As we got closer to the event, we were also impressed with how Eliza handled my sometimes-worried texts/calls with understanding, a sense of calm, and issue resolution when needed.
By the time our wedding day finally came, we felt relaxed knowing that everything was being taken care of by Eliza and her colleague, Rachel. Our wedding was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and I was especially impressed by the little details they added and/or assisted with. We had an amazing day where we were able to truly be present in each moment. During and after the event, our guests kept commenting how hardworking Eliza and Rachel are and how seamless the event came together.

My husband and I will forever be so grateful and so thankful that we hired Eliza and her team to plan and coordinate our wedding! I don’t know where to begin with how grateful my wife and I are for Eliza! I am also a vendor within the wedding industry and had the pleasure of working together with her as a vendor so when it came time to hire a planner, I told my now wife Kelli I knew exactly who I wanted to reach out too! Kelli and I were having a destination wedding in the Adirondacks at the Hotel Saranac and with all the moving pieces leading up to our wedding and to help keep everything moving on course as planned behind the scenes I knew we were going to need the help of planning services. We were so grateful that Eliza and her team were willing to travel to our wedding venue to be our planner! All the help we received from Eliza through the entire process and on wedding day to make things absolutely perfect is something Kelli are so appreciative for! Eliza was so helpful helping us build our visual story and share wedding design ideas we did not think of to incorporate into the wedding décor that ended up being a great fit for our vision. After we designed our vision with Eliza our vision, she, and Rachel were a huge help to making sure it was staged perfectly at our venue as we had planned in prior planning meetings. One thing Kelli and I had never planned for on the day of our wedding is that Kelli’s dress bustle clips broke after the ceremony and guess what, Eliza had all the supplies needed to fix it right on the spot and get us back to mingling with guests during our cocktail hour in no time at all! Kelli was so happy that Eliza and Rachel were able to quickly step in and fix her dress and not have to even stress this could have been a problem when the dress clips broke. During the reception Eliza was so great at corresponding with and helping our venue coordinator make sure that everything ran smooth as planned and Kelli and I did not have to worry about a thing other than sitting back and enjoying the day! From previously working with Eliza as a vendor I knew the value she would bring to the table and insured my wife hiring her would be one of the best investments for our wedding and she did not prove us wrong one single bit! Post wedding both my parents and Kelli’s parents could not stop raving about how wonderful Eliza was and could not believe all the work she had put into the day to make everything so wonderful allowing all of us to not have to worry about a thing at any point of the day! By now in this review, you can tell how big of a fanboy I am for Eliza’s planning services but take my word, you cannot afford to not hire her if you want your visual story and day to be nothing less than magical and have your wedding go flawlessly! Kelli and I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us, and we will always be indebted for the time she spent to go above and beyond so stop reading and hire her now, it will be one of the greatest vendor hires you will make for your wedding! -

Eliza was amazing! Eliza was already my second photographer, but I hired her as my day-of coordinator as well & she brought an assistant along to help with all the small details of our day that we didn’t want to burden our family with. She met with us twice before the wedding and really helped us think through the logistics of the day. Both her and her assistant were thorough and knocked it out of the park with our bringing our ideas to life! If you’re on the fence about a coordinator - hire one & make sure it’s Eliza! -

Eliza is a GODDESS!!! I used her day-of-coordination services. From start to finish, working with Eliza was nothing but a joy. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She is also creative and is willing to add flair to your vision if you give her the creative liberty to do so. Eliza had "office hours" once a week that I could hop on as needed and ask random wedding questions. She also had formal meetings with me at various points throughout the wedding planning process to make sure everything was on track. She had great worksheets to make sure everything that needed to be done was done. Eliza served as a fabulous point person on the day of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. My husband and I had the most magical wedding day and Eliza helped make that possible! -

It’s very obvious that Eliza loves what she does, and has a passion for her business of wedding planning and event coordination. We booked Eliza and her team for our wedding, and we went with the full service package. She was with us every step of the way, from imagining the ceremony and reception, to executing it. She arranged all of our venue visits, and meetings with other vendors. Leading up to the day, our friends and family were constantly shocked at how stress free we were, and it’s because we knew Eliza had everything taken care of well in advance. We loved our meetings with her and the team, and we got to know each other well leading up to the big day. The wedding itself was beautiful and came together perfectly - thanks to Eliza’s direction, and her sourcing of vendors and furnishings. It is absolutely not something we would have been able to pull off without her, and we were able to fully enjoy the experience because of her and the expertise and friendship she provided us. Eliza and her team are incredible!! We hired Eliza as a day-of coordinator and she made sure everything was perfect! We were in touch since she started and had a handful of meetings to ask questions, go over details, help/guide me in decisions in the months before the wedding. She was the perfect support when we had meetings with the venue/caterer to help keep track of everything and make sure she knew how we wanted the day to look. She was essential during our rehearsal to keep myself and the bridal party calm/on track if instructions were confusing. She and her team bent over backwards to make sure everything was executed perfectly and any last minute changes/adjustments were made quickly and beautifully! We had a number of last minute cancellations due to covid and some family who attended unexpectedly and she made sure all of the tables/place cards were updated and even added a table to account for an additional family! All without breaking a sweat, if she was stressed you’d never know it! She took everything in stride and was always asking us how we were doing/feeling or if we needed anything! I couldn’t have been happier with her services and my only regret is that I didn’t hire her a my full wedding planner! -

Eliza can turn a semblance of an idea and a box of decorations into your dream wedding.
You can have all of the pinterest boards and color swatches but it takes a professional to turn your vision into reality, which is Eliza's specialty. I was the maid of honor in a 2020 wedding where I watched Eliza take a collection of greenery, candles, and tableware into the dreamiest backyard wedding. She was first on-site for set up and stayed until the last table was rolled away. Her work is stunning and her level of professionalism and attention to detail is out of this world. You will not regret working with Eliza! -

We used Eliza as a "partial" planner and couldn't be happier with her and her team's services! From the start she was extremely professional and organized, giving us confidence that we'd be able to have the wedding of our dreams despite our hesitancies of pulling it all off ourselves. In the months leading up to the wedding she always made herself available to answer questions and give guidance (including giving honest opinions to talk me off a "ledge" after going down a pinterest rabbit hole and considering making some big changes late in the game).
When it came to the weekend of our wedding though, the talent of Eliza and her team truly showed. They were calm, cool, and collected getting everything together. I had complete confidence they'd make everything stunning- and they did! Throughout the night Eliza was so attentive, making sure we always had drinks in hand and everything we needed. We truly can't imagine what our weekend would have looked and felt like without her help!
