These girls really know how to plan a Wedding. Their easy to work with and their design is unique. I've had so many compliments on how beautiful my Wedding was. In fact I had a lot of my guests say that it was the most classy and gorgeous one they had been too. Nikki and Kati as well as the rest of their team took my ideas and made them reality which exceeded all of my expectations. The day of my I was stress free and the day turned out perfect.

Nikki and her team did an amazing job on our wedding with very short notice. They helped us put together an elegant night for 45 of our closest family and friends. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly, and changed were made quickly based on our feedback.

The team at Elite was amazing and made the day run smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them. The team made the planning as well as the day of the wedding enjoyable and memorable!!!!

When I first walked into Elite Events boutique downtown Toledo, I knew we were on the same page! They have a chic vibe and great ideas. The girls are wonderful to work with, even under last minute pressure (on our part). They know what needs to be done and do it. The centerpieces they created fit perfectly for our theme and we received so many compliments on them! Definitely one of the best in the area and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Elite Events staff were extremely detail oriented, super friendly, professional and accomodating! Everyone was there to make sure everything ran perfectly. They made our vision come to life, and exceded our expectations. Highly recommended, they gave us the wedding of our dreams!!!!

Elite Events (Nikki, Kati, Melissa, and Sharon) made my wedding beautiful! I am somebody who easily becomes anxious about details and making everything perfect, and so having Elite Events provide several of my wedding services put me at great ease. We used Elite Events' recommended vendor list, custom-made budget, linen design and product, stationary design and printing, flower design and set-up, and day-of coordination! Everything that Elite Events did for us exactly what we wanted and the team made sure to constantly ask for our feedback about what we wanted. I could not imagine doing everything without Elite Events help and I am beyond grateful for their expertise and assistance. Simply put, Elite Events is awesome and worth every penny!

Katie and Nikki and their whole team were spectacular. WE used them to plan our son's high school graduation party. It was elegant, fun, and relaxing. All of our guests commented how wonderful the party was. I was able to actually enjoy visiting with people and not worry about the little things. If you are considering using a party planner, use them!

Elite Events is worth every penny! We had a breathtakingly beautiful wedding as a result of their vision, creativity, organization, attention to detail, willingness to work with our budget, coordination of flowers, all printed materials and venue design. The day of the wedding was stress free and so enjoyable, knowing they were taking care of all the details and keeping things on track. As mother of the bride, and my first wedding, I cant wait for the rest of my children to get married, because we had so much fun!

Nikki and her team were amazing. They helped me plan every detail of my wedding. They thought I things that never would have crossed my mind, and kept me organized and calm during the entire process. Their creativity and knowledge helped to make my wedding day beyond what i could have imagined it to be! The day of Melissa helped me stay calm and on schedule. The day would have never gone as smoothly as it did without the elite team!

As I was planning my daughter's 1st birthday party, I had no idea what direction to go in. Not being a creative person or one to that makes decisious quickly, I turned to Nikki's professional opinion to help me get started. I just wanted to get some ideas for the party, not have her plan the party for me. We sat down for a one hour consult that went beyond my expectations. Nikki provided me with amazing ideas for decor, rooms setup with my home, food ideas, and the best bakery to use for our daughter's first birthday cake. And I could bounce ideas off of her to see what has worked and not worked in the past.

When Nikki left, I felt ready to plan her party. We set a theme, decided on decor, and was provided with tips that truly helped plan and run the party smoothly. Without her help, I would have been at a loss.

For the party, Elite Events provided the table linens and the backdrop for the desert table that truly made the entire party. She came two days before to set up the linens and the backdrop. Even though she did not coordinate/plan the entire party, the party would not have been a success without Nikki. I am truly grateful to have utilized her in the planning of my daughter's 1st birthday party!!

The Elite staff brought my dreams to a beautiful reality. Every question I had was answered promptly an the execution of the event was just gorgeous. I had received so many compliments about how lovely our wedding was and the ease of not having having family running around to do last minute things is priceless. A true blessing to work with such an amazing company. Highly recommended.

I would absolutely recommend Elite Events to anyone and everyone looking for wedding planning or party planning service. The girls of Elite are passionate, creative, professional and most importantly will do anything to make your vision come true! I was completely at ease on my wedding day knowing these girls had every single detail under control. They provide a very detailed timeline that is handed out to every vendor the week before the wedding to ensure your day flows smoothly and on time. If you are looking to eliminate stress and just completely enjoy the process, hire Elite Events! They WILL make your vision a reality!

Nikki and all her staff, Katie, Megan, and their intern, Melissa, all worked extremely hard with and for us! We were in Syracuse, NY, the bride and groom, in Dallas, Texas and the wedding was in Ohio! She sent us a list of vendors that she recommended, and they were all extremely professional and fabulous. The flowers were over the top! The photographers were awesome and the cake was delicious. The team took my daughters ideas, and embellished it to be something so fabulous it looked like it should be in a magazine.
All of the ladies were very professional and responded to our every need, and completely made the day beautiful. Her suggestions to our theme were better than we could have imagined and their attention to detail was outrageous, people are still talking about how sensational the event was.
I would highly recommend Elite Events for any occasion, big or small!
It is not an easy task to plan a wedding let along one from across the country, but Elite Events did it flawlessly! Thank you so much.

Elite Events was great! We opted for the two month out package, which was perfect for us. We did a lot of the leg work, and Nikki pulled it all together and kept it organized. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and I really enjoyed the entire day. There was no stress, Nikki and Stacey took care of everything. I will recommend Elite Events to everyone I know!

We hired Elite Events for "day of service" for our daughters wedding. We wanted someone to handle all the last minute details so we could spend more time with our friends and family. They were they best! And fortunately their "day of services" actually starts 2 months out. They provide vendor suggestion if you need them and check with the vendors you have already selected. A checklist of things to do and a timeline of when to do them is given at the first meeting along with tons of creative ideas. The timeline for the rehearsal and the wedding is something I was really nervous about doing but Nikki seemed to put it together with ease. At the rehearsal we were able to step back and let her take over. From that moment on she was in charge and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Nikki and Kati handled everything with professionalism and warmth. We had a great time with them. Elite Events was worth worth every penny.

Nikki had great creativity and listened to what we wanted. She pulled all our ideas together into a cohesive concept and kept it fun. On the day of the wedding, Nikki and Kati were priceless!

I really enjoyed working with Nikki. She was very creative and helped make my wedding day perfect! The only complaint I have is that I should have hired her to plan my whole wedding, not just for the day of. In retrospect, the extra money it would have cost to hire Nikki to plan the whole wedding would have really saved me a lot of trouble. The timeline she made for all the vendors and bridal party was fabulous. It really helped me wrap my head around the whole day and get an idea of how everything would function. Nikki helped not only on the wedding day, but was at the rehearsal and dealt with vendors a couple of week prior to confirm deliver times, etc. In addition, Nikki handled my mother very well despite my mother's numerous complaints. I didn't have to hear any of my mother's complaints. Nikki made sure all of my dreams came true for my wedding, not my mother's. Everything was perfect! Thank you, Nikki!!

Nikki and Kati were fantastic to work with! Nikki was extremely organized from the very beginning. On the day of the wedding, she thought of everything and was prepared for anything that could happen! Nikki helped me surprise my daughter with a beautiful graduation party. She did the gorgeous flower arranging herself and had lots of helpful advice. The tables were so pretty- it was a classy graduation event.

Nikki Wolfe and her staff gave me a wedding to remember. As most brides are on the day of there wedding frazeled and nervous, Nikki took that out of my hands. They did such a professional job that my friends and family have yet to stop talking about the whole day. Nikki through out the whole year has been right on top of everything, from all the vendor information she gives you, to setting up your save the dates and invitations. She makes you feel like you are working with your best friend, very down to earth!!!! I couldnt have done it with out her!!! Thank you, Nikki and staff.

Nikki Wolfe is an inspiration and a professional!! Her amazing talents helped our August 15th wedding come to life and surpass any ideas we thought that we had. She is so flexible, and easy to work with. She was always available to talk and had great recommendations.
Her attention to detail is off the charts and really thinks of everything. I tend to stress a lot and Nikki handled everything leaving our special day to be relaxing and fun!
I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using Nikki for any type of event. I know that when I have a baby shower that she will be the first one I call to plan it! She really goes above and beyond!! We were very lucky to have her plan and be part of our day!!

I'm so glad Nikki was there to help me. I have no idea what I would have done without her! She was there to assist me every step of the way. She designed everything from our save the dates, invitations, programs, to favors. I was even able to rent chair covers and centerpieces from her, it was so wonderful not having to deal with multiple vendors for all of those items. Her and her staff were there for the rehearsal and entire day of, to make sure that everything was set up exactly as planned, and it was. My wedding day was absolutely perfect, Thank you Elite Events.

We worked with Nikki and she was great. She was easy to communicate with, very professional and willing to help in any way possible. Her background in design was very beneficial to us. She provided us with a design direction for our reception decor, invitations etc. She even created a mood board and mock up invitations and programs, which really helped us visualize our wedding day before it even happened. We would recommend her to anyone.

Nikki made my daugther's wedding day stressless. Her ideas and keen eye for design, made the wedding was beautiful. A number of quest commented on how well organized the ceremony and reception was. It was truely the wedding I had always wished for my daughter.

The ladies at Elite Events were awesome!! The florals were amazing! The custom ceremony structure was gorgeous and my custom clutch was to die for!! My 40th vow renewal was unforgettable!
