  November 2023 St. Pete Wedding

  Hiring Riley & EABD for our November 2023 wedding in St. Pete was easily the best decision we made throughout the whole process. We immediately knew we wanted to go with EABD after our initial consultation call about a year and a half out from our wedding. Riley was with us during our entire planning process outside of selecting our venue. She connected us with several fantastic vendors, assisted with the design and color scheme, created our timeline and so much more. Riley is a great communicator, passionate about her job and clients and so caring! We also really appreciated the honesty and advice she gave us and fully trusted her with our wedding planning. Cannot recommend Riley and her team at EABD enough!

  Amazing Day thanks to EABD!

  When starting the process of planning my daughters wedding I questioned the need for a wedding planner, but shortly into the process realized how invaluable this service is. Our lead planner Danyle was amazing to work with! She checked in with us regularly, kept us on pace and provided us with all the assistance we wanted, but never overstepped. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Danyle communicated with and coordinated all the vendors, provided a detailed timeline for everything and everyone so that when our wedding day arrived everything went smoothly with little stress. Things truly could not have gone more smoothly and I most definitely credit that to Danyle and her EABD team. Thank you for a wonderful event!

  Danyle and her team were absolutely amazing! Danyle made my vision come to life even better than I could have imagined. EABD made the whole planning process feel effortless and kept me feeling stress-free and organized through every step of the way. I would highly recommend using EABD as they were extremely responsive, personable, and professional in planning and executing our special day! Everything was taken care of for us in manner where we both felt very in the loop and included in decisions, but also blissfully unaware of all the moving parts happening around us so we could enjoy our day. Everyone on the team is polite, professional, and truly a joy to work with. They made a fun event even better, and I cannot sing there praises loud enough! Top marks all around!   Elegant Affairs girls are AMAZING

  I am beyond thankful for Riley and her team!!!! I was blown away with how smoothly our entire wedding day went because of all of their help! Riley took away so much of my stress wedding planning, she was on top of everything. Spend the money, I promise you will not regret it!

  Wedding Planner Perfection

  I can’t even begin to describe how lucky I am to have had Riley and the whole elegant affairs by design team plan my wedding. Riley was with me every step of the process which meant the world to me with my mom not alive anymore. I was able to work through every planning and design piece with Riley and not only have an amazing planner but now a best friend. The team was there and made sure my rehearsal dinner, wedding and post wedding brunch were perfect. As an extreme type A personality, knowing I had EABD taking care of everything the whole wedding weekend removed all stress. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further than Riley and the whole EABD team. You ladies made my wedding the wedding of my dreams.

  I loooove EABD !!!!!

  The best thing I ever did was hire Riley and her team for my wedding!!! I was so worried about having a destination wedding in the Virgin Islands and Riley and Samantha were so great at planning EVERYTHING and dealing with unresponsive vendors and all the island locals who run on “island time”. The wedding was BEAUTIFUL and stress free and I’m so sad it’s over because I feel like Riley and Samantha were like my best friends throughout the whole process and I miss complaining about all the family drama to them. And even though the tide was high on the beach for the ceremony, Riley STILL made it work since my fiancé wanted it on the beach so badly and I was so impressed that Riley pulled it off. I will forever be grateful for Riley and Samantha for making our wedding such a special, fun, once in a lifetime event!

  Riley and her team were the most phenomenal and incredible people to work with!!! I would recommend them 12/10 times to anyone getting married or needing their services. I had no idea what I wanted or how a wedding day was supposed to look (obviously), but Riley and her team took on every task with such grace and serious talent. Her design team is BEYOND IMPRESSIVE. Riley is the kindest human. She communicated so well, she was always available, she scheduled the necessary meetings, coordinated with vendors, ensured all the aesthetics came together, and so much more. She went above and beyond to ensure it was the most perfect day… AND IT WAS!!! She was available months and months beforehand, but totally kicked it into gear during the weeks leading up to my big day. She was constantly checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and to let me know she had confirmed and double confirmed with all of my vendors. There was truly no stress for myself or my wedding party thanks to Riley and her team. They took on any and every task I needed them to and even ones I didn't know existed or that I needed :) I can't say it enough…. They are a talented, kind, and truly exceptional team. I highly recommend!!!

Although my daughter and I had already signed contracts with the venue, DJ, Florist, Photographer, Videographer and Transportation, Samantha took over communication as the day got closer so that we didn't have to. On the day of the weeding, Samantha did have a few simple questions and she came to me so my daughter could enjoy her day. I also enjoyed the day because I was so confident with Samantha and her assistant that I knew they had everything under total control. If you are looking for a wedding planner or a month of coordinator, look no further!!! You will not be disappointed and it will be the best money you spend on your wedding!

  Book them immediately!!

  Hiring Riley and Samantha for month of coordination was by far the best decision we made for our entire wedding! Not only are they the sweetest women, but they also are incredible at what they do. They are so connected to the wedding scene in the Tampa area, and did such a good job helping us bring our vision to life and advocating for us with other vendors when we needed it. The day of, we knew we could totally relax because we were in such good hands with them. Their response time to all of our questions was amazingly fast, and we felt like we got way more than our money’s worth from how they helped leading up to the wedding and the wedding weekend. On top of everything, their team is so fun to have around the day of. One of the funnest moments of the reception was pulling Riley onto the dance floor to celebrate all of our hard work together.

  There's not enough I can say about Riley and her team at EABD. We took a chance booking someone unknown and couldn't have been happier! Riley was with us every step of the way, through ups and downs, and unfortunately witnessed ALL the family drama and yet she made sure that no matter what- everything went perfect for my fiancee and I. She communicates effectively, is keen to detail, organized and all around badass!!! There's no way that our wedding could have been executed as well as it was without Riley. She felt like family throughout our entire experience and became family by the end of the night. We owe many many thanks (and our hangover) to Riley!!

  Riley, Danyle and Sam were beyond words fantastic. The moment we hired Elegant Affairs by Design, I (a very type A bride with spreadsheets upon spreadsheets) immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. They constantly checked in on me, offered help, kept my head on straight and, above all, respected my husband and I's wedding vision (and helped to execute it flawlessly!).   Amazing Month of Coordination

  Samantha was an absolutely amazing wedding planner. I got the month of coordination package and she was always available in the months leading up to the wedding via text or call for any questions we had. She took care of so many little details when it came to timeline, vendor contracts, and venue floor plan!
  Kadey was also there during our wedding day to assist Sam in setting up. She was going back and forth between spaces making sure every detail was executed perfectly. I couldn’t have done it without Sam and Kadey and highly recommend them!

  Riley and her team at EABD were absolutely incredible, and I cannot imagine our wedding without them! It really was a dream come true. Through the planning process, Riley was very responsive to emails, calls, and texts. She always made sure we had peace of mind with where we were at in the timeline. Riley exceeded my expectations by asking the vendors questions I never would have thought of, taking detailed notes while in vendor meetings, being extremely organized from day 1, and adapting to a new vision when I wanted to change my floral design. I was able to truly relax on our wedding day knowing we were in such good hands. EABD stayed through the whole day ensuring proper clean up of the venue, and Riley made sure I received my guest book, signs, card box, champagne flutes, etc. back after the wedding. My family can't stop talking about how wonderful, genuine, caring, and professional Riley and her team were at the wedding. If you're looking for a wedding planner, I couldn't recommend Riley enough!
