The entire Be Wed team was fantastic from beginning to end and we truly cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! From our very first meeting, Brittany and Jessica made us feel so comfortable, confident, and excited. They were incredibly organized, responsive, flexible, and so patient with my many questions as the big day approached.
They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. From communicating with our other vendors, to organizing our timeline, and setting up every detail (big & small) on the wedding day. They were professional, kind, fun, and such a comforting presence throughout the day. They came so prepared for absolutely everything - making sure my husband and I stayed hydrated, helping get stains out of my dress, putting on my veil, and even bustling my dress during cocktail hour. And they did all of this without ever being asked - they just stepped right in!
The Be Wed ladies truly were our go-to people for anything and everything we needed, and we honestly could not imagine our wedding day without them!! We are so grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, support, and confident energy. And we highly recommend Be Wed to any couple looking for planners who genuinely care and will make your day unforgettable! It truly felt like I was their only bride. I just got to show up and have the most stress-free, seamless, joyful wedding day ever. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany and her incredible team for over 1.5 yrs planning my wedding at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, and never thought that wedding planning and day-of coordination could be this perfect. Every vendor recommendation, e-mail response, and detail (no matter how big or small) was PERFECT.
Be Wed is the epitome of professionalism, organization, preparedness, and genuine care. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, every question answered promptly, and every moment of the day executed flawlessly. Brittany and her team have an incredible ability to make you feel calm, confident, and completely taken care of throughout the entire process. Brittany, Jess and the entire Be Wed team were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process! Highly, highly organized and extremely versed in wedding planning, vendor recommendations and all the behind-the-scenes coordination services that go into creating an exceptional wedding day! I would no sooner send an email before getting back a helpful response. From our first phone call with Brittany, to all the emails, texts and meetings in between, she and her team were always professional, on-it, and had a solution to any challenge that we encountered. Planning a wedding in a state I do not live in did not even boast a challenge thanks to Brittany and her expert team who assisted in vendor recommendations and detailed timelines to put any worry at ease. On wedding day, Brittany and her team could not have been a bigger asset, working with the venue to ensure load-ins were timely and well orchestrated, all decor and table details were perfectly arranged, and the entire bridal party and family felt comfortable. Truly could not have brought my vision to life without BeWed, and feel so grateful for the role they played in creating the most special day for me and my new husband. BeWed truly went above & beyond!
From the very beginning of planning to the final moments of our wedding day, the BeWed team exceeded every expectation. Over the course of the entire year of planning, they never once made us feel like we were bothering them with our endless emails, questions, and last-minute changes. Their responses were always quick, thoughtful, and reassuring.
When our custom invitations started taking longer than expected, Brittany and her team immediately stepped in to help expedite the process — and got it done. On the wedding day itself, they thought of everything. From bringing water for us during photos to having a fan ready to protect my makeup in case of happy tears, every tiny detail was handled with such care. Their minute-by-minute timeline kept the entire day running seamlessly and stress-free.
And then came the unexpected moments — the true test of an amazing planner. When a button on the groom’s suit fell off right before the ceremony, they calmly and quickly fixed it without missing a beat. Later, we had a total dress emergency: four different steamers weren’t working on my gown. I called Brittany in a panic, and she instantly said, “Stop steaming — everything will be okay, I have someone on the way.” Within 30 minutes, a professional arrived (with a ladder!) and completely saved the day. My dress looked flawless.
BeWed didn’t just plan our wedding — they made sure it was perfect in every possible way. We truly could not have done it without them. I cannot recommend them enough! -

We loved our experience with BeWed! From my first phone call with Brittany, I knew we clicked. We were planning our wedding from afar and hired BeWed for their coordinating services. It was the perfect balance of support and guidance. We got married at Selby Gardens and BeWed has so much experience with the venue, it was a no brainer!
Whenever we were down in Sarasota for a few days, Brittany and the team always made time for a catch up. The vendor recommendations and planning workbook made planning so much easier. Brittany has such strong relationships with so many vendors in the Sarasota area and it really shows. The second you mentioned you were working with BeWed, vendors would be so excited!
Brittany and the team have such great energy and dedication to each of their couples. They do an amazing job of reading and understanding each couple’s needs. Brittany has a gift for being able to read people’s energy and while she is always so upbeat, she is never overwhelming. They call themselves your BeWed besties for good reason!
Our wedding was impacted by Hurricane Milton and we had to reschedule. The week of the storm was filled with check ins and the second we had to postpone, Brittany reached out to all of our vendors and coordinated new availabilities. We were constantly on the phone and her presence and knowledge of the industry, along with personal relationships with our vendors, made this transition to the new date so much smoother. She also was looking out for us as a couple, and our family. Brittany truly became a rock throughout the next few months leading up to the wedding and navigated the rescheduling and certain vendors with such professionalism and grace. Brittany has built such an incredible business and such strong relationships in this industry. A perfect example was when we needed to find a new photographer due to the rescheduled date. Brittany suggested multiple and the team we ended up using was so open and kind - and eager to work with Brittany again! When our wedding finally arrived, we were supported not only by Brittany, but Jess, our wedding lead, and Dana. The team puts together a very thorough timeline leading up to the wedding and Jess guided us through the evening - making us feel taken care of all night! We had organized all of our personal items for Jess, who perfectly executed our vision and made the venue come to life. Jess really shines on the wedding day and you can tell this is what she is built for!
It’s so hard to write this because it means this chapter has finally come to an end, but I wish I could do the whole weekend over again and get to work with BeWed again! -

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Brittany, Jessica and the entire BeWed team is. From the very first call, Brittany made us feel at such ease with the wedding process. She truly understood our "vision" and made the process fun from day one. We had countless calls where she would listen to all of our concerns, anxieties, wants and hopes for our day and always made sure we felt so confident and good throughout the process. Brittany and Jessica spent so much time helping us make our vision come to life and ensuring that every single detail was perfect. Every single one of our guests was amazed at how beautiful everything was.

Brittany made me feel like I was her one and only! She was INCREDIBLE.
Where do I begin!? Brittany and her team were INCREDIBLE. I hired Brittany for full service wedding planning for my Ritz Carlton Sarasota wedding and I have no idea how there would have been a wedding without her. I work full time and live in Georgia so I trusted Brittany with everything and she delivered beyond anything I could imagine.
She talked me through every situation, every question, every idea. She not only makes certain every detail in the timeline is right, but she designed the most gorgeous breathtaking wedding. I explained my initial vision from inspo pictures and she was able to take everything I loved about it and make it even more gorgeous than I could have dreamed. Her table scape, floral vision and rentals from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was just so gorgeous.
Brittany was so loving and caring and detail oriented she made me feel like I was the only wedding she was planning the entire year I worked with her. I would see her post multiple other weddings on IG every weekend I was shocked at how she does it! She is so responsive and cares about every detail and she truly gives you her full attention I felt like her one and only.
Brittany also set me up with other fantastic vendors from her “dream team” - brides.. biggest word of advice.. hire the whole dream team crew!! It was so obvious that they all loved and respected each other. I was receiving positive feedback from my guests regarding the team, it was THAT noticeable. Together they made the absolute best day possible and we were all laughing and dancing together and they are all incredibly talented.
Brittany made me feel loved, understood and truly wanted to make this day so special for me, my husband and our families.
The day was amazing, the timeline was perfect, the planning process was fun. After working with Brittany for a year I was ending our calls “love you bye!”. Be Wed team is remarkable, Brittany is insanely talented, you will not regret working with her. Brittany-can you plan the rest of my life for me?! -

Be Wed is absolutely the best team to work with I don’t even know where to start.
We worked with Brittany, Joyia and Dana - they are the best of the best. We started planning our wedding at the Ringling Art Museum about a year in advance with their full wedding planning package. The whole experience with them was just so special and they made everything easy.
We interviewed quite a few wedding planners and when I tell you we saved the best for last I’m not lying. On our initial call with Brittany I knew they were the team for us, literally on our 3-way zoom call I texted my now husband “This is the one”. You can tell she has the best energy and passion for what she does the second you start speaking with her. She wants to make your vision come to life.
The entire planning process was so organized and communication was constant. She knows the absolute best vendors (we LOVED every single one) and respected our budget the entire way through, which was a top priority for us.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing or a lift a finger because every single detail was ironed out before the wedding festivities started. We got to show up and enjoy the wedding of a lifetime.
I could go on forever about the Be Wed team but i think a huge testament to the work they do is that not only did my husband and I have the best day, countless of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food, the music, the officiant, bartenders, servers, the violinist, the decor, the flowers - literally everything was complimented and that is all thanks the the Be Wed team. They executed everything flawlessly and work with the best vendors because good people know good people.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner, take the call with Brittany and get to know her. I promise you won’t be disappointed. You won’t feel like a customer, you’ll feel like an extended piece of their family, which makes such and important and intimate day all the more special. -

Brittany and her entire team, including our day of coordinator Joyia were incredible to work with (I am writing this a week after our wedding). They remind you of things you may have forgotten throughout the process, they speak with the vendors to make sure everything is on track (and believe me, the vendors add up quickly), and they find solutions for you whether it's pricing or a specific look you're wanting. BeWed was my bestie during the entire planning process, and they were totally worth it all. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and we thank BeWed for making it so easy for us. WE LOVE THEM and are so so happy with all of the vendors they recommended too. They're worth it!! -

I have to start by saying that you NEED to hire Brittany for your wedding day no question.
Since we got married at The Ritz Carlton, they already offer a venue coordinator and I thought it would be a breeze planning my own wedding with their help… but NOPE!! My only regret was not hiring Brittany from the very beginning. Not only is she the most lovely person, but she knows exactly what she’s doing without stressing you out one bit. I booked all my vendors myself but was stressing out about the actual day and how it would all come together. The last thing I wanted was to be stressed out on my wedding day and I definitely did not want people asking me 100 questions of where to go and what to do.
This is where Brittany came in and absolutely took over. What else can I say? My wedding was perfection.
I loved her!! It felt like we had been friends for years and she knew exactly what I wanted the final look to be and freaking killed it!!! My advice for any bride out there is to hire them and forget about all your problems! Lol. She was familiar with every vendor and just made me feel like it was all taken care of.
Trust the professionals and sit back and let them work their magic like they did for us❤️ -

Brittany Eagans, owner of Be Wed, was our planner for our December celebration event. She was AMAZING!! We were married in Vegas in January 2022. We first met Brittany in March before we were returning to NY for the summer. We had done a few things (booked the venue and band) but would not be returning to FL until October and lot needed to be done prior to our return. Brittany put together a checklist and timeline and continuously updated and reviewed it with us. We were also planning a prior event in July to celebrate with our NY friends, so I was often overwhelmed with all the questions and decisions involved in planning two events. Brittany was always flexible and extremely helpful. She even assisted me with issues that I was having with my July event.
Brittany is highly experienced professional, but she is also genuinely involved with her clients. She surrounds herself with great staff, vendors and is well respected by the people who have worked with her before. We developed a very close relationship and on the day of the wedding party she was a wonderful calming influence all on the guest.
From day one, Brittany made us feel comfortable and at ease. I can’t tell you enough how much guidance and advice she provided to help us make big decisions. Her recommendations on the best vendors were on point, always keeping in mind our vision and helped us make decisions to keep us within our budget. She answered every single question, worked with the vendors on our behalf and provided us ideas to further make our wedding unique and special. Given our hectic work schedules, she kept us organized and punctual as we navigated each step along the way. She is prompt and responsive and always made herself available if we had questions after business hours.
We are very grateful to Brittany and her team for helping us achieve a very special celebration. We know many people hesitate engaging a planner for assistance. I can say without hesitation, that she is one of the best in the business. One of our guests described our event as an “extravaganza” – that is what Brittany does!

I hired BewedSrq for my and now husbands wedding this past October at Heavenly farms. We decided on their month of coordination package and it’s hard to explain how much that was one of the best decision's we made for our big day! Brittany was amazing from day one answering my email inquiry to being flexible with us postponing our date, to monthly check ins to just see how things were going and if I had any questions. And the month of OMG did they make every detail perfect especially for someone like myself who is a very detail oriented person Brittany and her team always reassured me that everything would be perfect and they sure did deliver. It was an extra bonus also how familiar Brittany and her team were with our venue so it was the best pairing. And on our big day we were lucky to have multiple members of her team there to support us and make the dream day come true! However, on the day I have to give a special shout out to Joyia a member of Brittany’s team she was amazing always making sure I had everything I needed while working her butt off to make sure all my inspiration pics/details came to life. The fact that Brittany has so many amazing team members shows even more how awesome the company is! I was told the number one thing you need for your day is a coordinator and that was the best advice ever and I’m so grateful we chose BeWedSrq! WOW, I cannot say enough good things about Brittany and her team. They are simply the best in the business and if you have any event I would 1000000% recommend Brittany for the job. She absolutely goes above and beyond the wedding planning process and was so organized and detail oriented. I am the type of person who likes to do everything themselves and take control but Brittany took all of that pressure off and executed every single little detail perfectly just as I would. She even took videos and pictures the day-of so that I would have detailed shots of everything for social media. Brittany and Joyia are also the most kind, genuine but also "get it done" type of people I have ever met. There came a point where I was feeling uncomfortable around a few people while I was getting ready so I went and just spent time with them and they made me feel like one of there closest friends and that meant the absolute world to me! In addition to that Brittany is so incredibly knowledgable and extremely well connected within the industry. Whenever something went wrong with a vendor, or product she was always 10 steps ahead and had a backup plan ready to be executed. Brittany truly made my Boho Wedding dreams come true and I can't imagine the whole wedding process without her by my side as not only my planner but as my friend. I am SO glad that fate brought us together that day at Powel in January 2020!! -

Brittany and her team were so incredible. She responds to emails very promptly and gets the job done. She is well connected with all the vendors in the area and can steer you in the right direction based on your vision, in addition to booking the vendor, sending the invoice, and managing the communication the weekend of the wedding. Her positive energy makes the planning process enjoyable and I truly felt like everything "was taken care of" when I was working with Brittany and her team. Highly recommend!! -

Best wedding planner ever
I don’t event know where to begin...Brittany is amazing! If you think oh I’m super organized and I don’t really need a planner you are so wrong, she makes wedding planning actually fun. Brittany sets you up with all these amazing vendors and helps you with every detail to the point where all you have to do is pick out colors and choose from two options and she takes care of the rest. She will talk you through any worries and make every part of you wedding magical and exactly how you want it. I just got married at the Ringling and it was a dream come true thanks to her. There were no last minute problems or stresses Brittany was amazing. If Brittany wanted to plan out the rest of my life for me she could, she’s that good everyone. Where do I even start? Brittany and her team are absolutely amazing! For an entire year of planning my hometown Sarasota wedding from my new home in Atlanta, Brittany was completely accessible, knowledgeable, and professional! I truly and honestly didn’t have any stress while planning my wedding because I didn’t plan it! I DREAMT it and Be Wed made it happen. They have an amazing relationship with the best south FL vendors and venues, so the wedding truly went off without a hitch! For our wedding I wanted a day of coordinator that put us as ease and made us feel comfortable. We found that with EK Event Design. Brittany was excellent prior to our big day. She helped me make sure I was organized and had everything I needed. She made the rehearsal really fun, but still made sure everyone knew what they were doing. On the day of the wedding, she was hands down AMAZING! We had an absolutely perfect day thanks to her! She expertly handled all of the timing and made sure we were doing everything we wanted to do throughout the day. Your wedding day tends to go by fast and the day gets away from you and having the right planner to keep you on track is so crucial. I'm so glad we had Brittany there to do just that. -

Brittany was everything we could have asked for in a Wedding Planner: professional, flexible, accommodating, responsive & a pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, it was apparent that Brittany genuinely cares about her clients and on many instances went above the scope of her job to help ensure our event lived up to our expectations. Additionally, she was not only a great planner / problem solver - providing awesome recommendations and working with many of our vendors to scope within strict budget constraints - but is super creative - she helped create our table numbers in a pinch & designed our entire dessert / candy table. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brittany to friends or family looking for some extra help for their wedding! -

She took care of everything, answered every question I had, gave me amazing tips and opinions on decor, and the day of my wedding went without a hitch. I loved how she gave honest opinions and actually told me what she thought about certain ideas I had for the wedding. She was SO MUCH fun to work with, and I would definitely recommend her to plan your wedding!
