Gorgeous venue, attentive staff, a day to remember!

My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of this past year, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special.

Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful.

As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks.

Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

A Majestic Masterpiece and a lifetime of memories

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eden Resort, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny of the $10,000 I spent. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

A huge thank you to Megan, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking and planning process. She made sure every detail was perfectly tailored to my preferences and made the entire experience stress-free. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly set the tone for what was an unforgettable stay.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Taylor, who went above and beyond during my time at the resort. Whether it was the thoughtful touches, attentive service, or just the genuine care they showed, Taylor made me feel like more than just a guest — I felt truly valued.

The resort itself is stunning, with immaculate grounds, luxurious accommodations, and top-tier amenities. But it’s the people — like Megan and Taylor — who make Eden Resort truly live up to its name.

Couldn’t be happier!

The Eden was a wonderful venue, with stunning ballrooms, excellent food, and amazing amenities for guests traveling from out of town. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, and Taylor and her team did amazing work at helping make sure everything worked out perfectly!

Best. Venue. Ever.

I never thought my wedding would be so beautiful and dreamy. I wish I could relive it all over again. Thanks to the talented staff at the Eden who made it all possible!!

Allison is amazing in making sure all the details were in place and asked really great questions to help me make sure that the wedding had a realistic timeline. She did a great job making sure the centerpieces and other items were in place for the guests! It was so perfect!

Merle is fantastic in answering all of our questions and is super responsive to all our inquiries! She is also super organized and very detail-oriented. We had a incredible experience nailing down the wedding details with her!

Tina is an absolute pleasure to work with from setting our wedding date and guiding us through the next steps! This wedding would not have been possible without her.

Shelby is a wonderful wedding coordinator who helped us figure out the details and assisted with our taste testing. It’s unfortunate she’s no longer with the Eden, but everyone on the team are just as wonderful and I am super grateful!

The Courtyard is such a beautiful venue and I thought it was too good to be true. The first time we visited we immediately fell in love! Also can’t ignore the fact that they had wonderful wedding packages and our guests loved the food, the setup, and the location!

Shoutout to Tammy, Amanda, Tiffany, Selena, Lauren, and Eric for serving us on multiple occasions during taste test, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, and the most famous Eden Champagne Brunch!!! Such a beautiful Eden Resort experience! Also loved having so much fun on the dance floor with Tiffany, Selena, and Lauren!!! Tammy (catering manager) checked in with me if I was okay because our groomsmen dragged them, but I loved having them there! Made me feel like Eden values their employees. Tiffany showed so much potential on her first day at the Eden and I hope she continues to touch more lives!

Also Annitria was very memorable and friendly and loved her patience during the check-in process.

We had some slight bumps over some of the custom items on our agreement, but the Eden handled them well and they were very patient in ironing out the details with us.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Eden Resort — The Courtyard for your next wedding venue! Amazing people, premium service, and Grade A location!

Highly recommended for your wedding day

If you're reading this, you're probably researching a venue for your special day. If you scroll down and read all of the 5 star reviews, you can probably be confident that you'll have a great experience with the Eden Resort. My review will add one more to their stellar reputation.

What more can I say that hasn't been said already from the other reviews. When my wife and I were searching for a venue, we were limited since not many can hold 250+ in the Lancaster, PA area. The Eden was on the short list but we are glad we went with the Courtyard in the Eden. It's a great indoor setting for the reception.

We decided to go with the buffet option for a more simplified process so that we wouldn't have to organize and keep track of table and food choices. We received many positive comments from our guests that the food was amazing. Many went back a 2nd or 3rd time. People loved the prime rib, which is what they're known for.

In addition to the great venue and food, many people commented how wonderful the service was. All of the waiters and servers did a great job in keeping the tables and food lines moving, clearing off the tables, etc.

About the only thing I would change in the process is asking for an upgraded room. They do provide you with a free suite but it's quite small. If you want to have a bit more room and natural light for your photographer, it might be worth upgrading.

Leading up to the wedding day, Shelby was amazing. Responsive and helpful in all the various questions that we head and also helpful in working with us and the vendors leading up to the wedding day. There is a lot going on during those days leading up to your wedding and it can be very stressful. Shelby and her team made the process very smooth and relieved some of the stress and anxiety that can occur during the process.

I can't thank Shelby and the staff at Eden enough for hosting my wedding day. Planning my wedding day from across the country was certainly a challenge, but it was such a relief having a reliable venue to make the process easier.

The day of went so smoothly. I was feeling all kinds of nervous, especially when I had to leave to get my makeup done. I came back and my florist was setting up and I didn't have to do anything.

All the food I tasted was amazing. No complaints there at all. And everything was beautifully presented, as well.

Most importantly, I was so impressed with the staff. Shelby did so much for me, especially keeping my mind at ease and keeping me calm. She is very confident in her work (and she should be!) and that really helps to ease any concerns or butterflies. I knew everything would work out, and it did.

The wait staff was attentive, not intrusive, and polite. We spent a lot of time in the bar at Arthur's and the bartenders there were fantastic as well. They took care of us and definitely the rest of our friends/family too.

Highly recommend.

My husband and I were married in the Courtyard at the Eden Resort. Everything was perfect. From meeting with Merle to pick a date and figure out our budget. To sitting down with Shelby multiple times to get every detail perfect. The day of my wedding was so incredibly stress free. My bridesmaids and I were able to get ready in the fountain suite which had windows to look into the courtyard! It was amazing. Shelby checked on us throughout the morning. The staff at the reception were so accommodating to our friends and family. Tammy made sure that food was sent up to our room and that we were taken care of. She made sure that we had everything we needed. This place is absolutely amazing.

Picking a venue for your special day can be so stressful and tedious because it plays such an important role in one of the most important days of your life!! I can confidently tell you that we couldn’t have chosen a better venue! I can honestly say that my wedding day was perfect and flawless at the Eden which is saying a lot for a wedding day! The team there is absolutely amazing especially Merle and Shelby! They both were so prompt and helpful answering any questions that I had along the way as well as ensuring that everything matched our vision we had for our special day! The level of service overall is seriously so professional and amazing as well, from the bartenders to those serving the food everyone was all fantastic!We truly could not reccomend this venue enough!! My husband and I truly had our dream wedding!

We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding. From the staff to the food to the service it was perfect. It’s well worth the money having all of your wedding needs plus hotel rooms in one spot. Our guests also loved it.

The Eden Resort & Suites is absolutely breathtaking and Kris Becker is the nicest and most helpful person you will ever meet! We wanted a 3-1 ceremony, reception & place for guests to stay and the Eden was the perfect choice. Kris and her team set everything up for us just the way we wanted and made sure that we were happy with everything throughout the whole process. She is truly a rock star! We also had our rehearsal dinner here and the food for both nights was outstanding! Couldn't recommend the Eden more.

Thanks to the staff at Eden Resort our wedding day was perfect! It did start off a little bumpy, but once Kris took over everything was fantastic. They were flexible with special requests and even accommodated myself and a couple guests with food allergies. The location was a huge plus because while they are located in Lancaster, they are right off the Oregon Pike exit and super easy and convenient to find. The nice thing about Eden Resort is the hotel accommodations for out of town guests and brunch the following morning are all things that can be planned in one place which is less hassle for the bride and guests. Some things to keep in mind: they use the term place cards and escort cards interchangeably (when they are 2 different things, so if you want assigned seating make that clear from the beginning) and if you have welcome bags some guests might be missed if they use the online check-in feature in advance instead of going to the front desk. Also, Eden does not hold a standard food tasting during the meal selection process. What they offer is an entire meal to try before you choose your entree. In the end my husband and I didn't even worry about tasting the meal in advance. We have eaten at their Champagne Brunch many times over the years and their restaurant Arthur's... basically... any food that Eden prepares will be tasty and amazing. We chose the herb chicken and apple brandy pork and guests were raving about their meals. Our wedding was held in the Courtyard with only 102 guests and we were a little concerned that there weren't enough people, but the tables were positioned so perfectly it was hard to tell we had a smaller party. (I believe the room can accommodate around 300 guests). In the end, so happy to say Eden was our venue spot, they are worth every penny and will bend over backwards to make your wedding day special!

Chris Becker handled our wedding. It was in the Courtyard. It was the best day of my life and the venue could not have been better. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved the food and atmosphere. Chris handled the whole evening and made sure everything was perfect for us. Everything went smoothly, from the set-up, the service, the dinner, drinks and dancing. I would recommend this venue very very highly.

I loved our wedding at Eden Resorts! The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and our wedding was beautiful, we chose the Crystal Ballroom for our reception and it looked like a dream! It happened to rain right at the time our ceremony was to start, so we waited 30 minutes while the rain stopped and the staff went to work changing out all the chairs from the Garden Terrace so our guests had dry seats for our ceremony. Everything went on without a hitch and was perfect!

I can't even begin to explain how incredibly perfect my wedding day was. Kris Becker is equivalent to superwoman throughout this whole process. Not only was she extremely responsive and diligent, but she made very great recommendations for reasonably piced cakes (that were super delicious and totally affordable!!) on my actual wedding day, Kris went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and informed as to what was going on. Unfortunately, it was rainy on my wedding day and we couldn't have the ceremony outside but Kris pulled some strings and helped make our now inside ceremony look amazing and beautiful! Throughout the entire day she was easy to contact and always ready to help! I couldn't have asked for a more professional staff and the entire day went so smoothly. Kris really helped out during the ceremony with getting everyone lined up and letting us know when to walk down the isle, it was super helpful!! But after the ceremony, the banquet staff took over and they were very attentive towarss our needs-always asking if we needed more food or drinks and being extremely polite and friendly! You would be a crazy to nit have your wedding at Eden resort. It is too amazing to pass up and I have nothing but the mkst amazing memories from my wedding day. Thank you Eden for everything!!

I would recommend the Eden Resort to anyone wanting to get married. The Eden has the feel and service of a 4 star hotel with the cost of a 2 star. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Throughout the entire planning phase my coordinator Tina was only an email away. She was so prompt, thorough, and easy going despite my million questions. Then I had the joy of meeting Kris who was there whenever I needed her leading up to the big day. She really went out of the way to make my wedding day as stress free as possible. The rest of the staff was so helpful as well. Everyone from the sales staff, to the front desk, the banquet servers, and the house keeping staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help and make our stay pleasant. Stress free is exactly how I would describe my experience with Eden Resort. They were so incredibly wonderful and I wish I could do it all again. We plan to go back every year to celebrate our anniversary!

Kris Becker was great to work with. She answered all of my emails in a timely manner. She met with me when my crazy schedule allowed. She helped us make great decisions and put us at ease with their terrific staff. They made accommodations for my handicap family members. We had scooters dropped off there and special provisions were made to have plated meals for them during our buffet style meal. When I say that they are accomadting, that is a understatement. They were absolutely wonderful. If it weren't for Kris, I could have easily become a bridzilla. LOL. The venue was beautiful, the food and the service was incredible. I would highly recommend The Eden Resort!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Eden. It was an amazing day! Everyone we worked with was very professional from the event planners to the servers. The day was truly magical and it wouldn't have been that way if it wasn't for all of the staff and Kris who made it that way. I highly recommend the Eden!

Our Wedding was outstanding. Tina Bartos at the Eden Resort was amazing she help us with Everything. There were a total of 8 or 9 weddings along with mine, but Tina made each event special especially mine. I would of never noticed the other weddings, because she made sure everything went smoothly. The food was outstanding. Honestly I would love to do my wedding again at the Eden because this was worthy every single dollar. Amazing. Thank you again Eden Resort.

Top notch service in every category!
Bridal party was waited on hand and foot during the whole reception. They have a bridal suite for before and after reception stocked with food and alcohol for the bridal party! Can not say one negative thing! If you want a worry free wedding, this is the place to go.

Kris Becker sought to our needs, and they were both careful about the details. For example, Merle and Kris repeatedly coordinated with the Chef to look up ingredients for the menu items to stick to our strict vegetarian dietary restrictions. We went to two different tastings: at the first, we mentioned that the food needed to be a bit spicier as well as other small notes. On the next tasting, Kris coordinated with the Chef to ensure that every last detail of ours was taken care of, and the end result was that our guests absolutely loved the food. In addition to the food quality and our dietary restrictions, we decided to make a last-minute change to the menu about a week prior to the event. Eden also made sure to accommodate another last-minute request for a cloth backdrop for our photographer.

We did want to point out a couple small issues that came up for us, as it might help other couples:
- Eden doesn't have a great deal of parking for larger events, and the lots can get full quite easily. We found that some of our guests had to park across the street.
- Eden's sound system was good for our needs: background music and some speeches. But it would not suffice for a full-fledged DJ setup, which would require a subwoofer. Likewise, we had some problems with one of the mics cutting in and out, and so mics and batteries should be tested beforehand.

Small issues aside, we recommend Eden wholeheartedly. They went out of their way to make the planning process easy, comfortable, and professional; the quality of the food and atmosphere is well worth the price; and the event space is simultaneously sophisticated and fun.

The Eden Resort is a beautiful place to have your reception! We did both our ceremony and reception in the Crystal Ballroom. Kris our wedding coordinator at the Eden was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were kind and very accommodating.

We had outstanding service and we were treated like royalty from the moment we booked our small wedding reception. No problem with a couple of very late responses who were attending, gluten free and vegetarian meals for our guests who required them and the staff was exceptional. Kris Becker coordinated the day which was seamless and Angie Lentz took care of the wedding party--she even repaired a button on my wedding dress! The food was excellent, accommodations were wonderful and i would recommend you stay for brunch if you have a wedding on Saturday.

Kris Becker at the Eden Resort is AMAZING!! She is so wondeful to work with. Our wedding was in the courtyard room at The Eden-both ceremony and reception. The room is absolutely beautiful and the service there is wonderful. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the service was, how beautiful the entire facility was, how great the food was. I wouldn't have changed one thing about our wedding. Kris truly is such a professional and makes planning your wedding SO easy. Also, for our beautiful everything was and for how amazing Kris is, The Eden is actually reasonably priced!

My husband and I had our wedding and reception in the Crystal Ballroom, and it was wonderful! Kris and Tina were both so personable, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. We had our wedding reception with Eden, and everything was absolutely fantastic. Kris was great to work with, she was very accommodating and friendly. We chose the Crystal Ballroom and couldn't have been happier with it; it was the perfect size for us and it was out of the way of lots of hotel traffic, in addition to being beautiful. The meal was amazing, we received so many compliments from our guests telling us how awesome the food was! The staff the day of was great; they were very attentive and each course was served quickly to our guests.

We had our post-wedding family brunch here with about 50 people. It was great. They worked with us in the planning to find the appropriate room and set up the specific food stations that we wanted. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We didn't have our wedding here, but it also looks like a beautiful setting for a wedding (we saw one set up in the ballroom). I'd recommend this place for any small event like ours such as a brunch, bridal shower or dinner.

The Eden Resort was the perfect place to have our outdoor ceremony and ballroom reception! The staff is absolutely incredible, everyone raved about the food, and the accommodations for our guests were great. The entire day (ceremony and reception) went perfectly with not a single problem. This is a great venue for a great price!

I couldn't imagine a better place than the Eden Resort for our wedding. We had both our ceremony and reception in the Courtyard. I asked A LOT of questions throughout the planning process and Kris Becker was so patient and helpful in answering all of them. The day of the wedding, Kris was there to make sure everything went off perfectly. We had some family issues the day of the wedding and I'm so thankful to the Eden staff who went above and beyond when handling the situation. Our banquet captain was so sweet and helpful. In terms of cost, the price is definitely right! You definitely get a lot for your money. Thank you to the entire Eden Resort for everything. We are looking forward to coming back each year on our anniversary.

We had the most amazing experience and wedding weekend at the Eden! We had our rehearsal there Friday night and our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday late afternoon and evening. We highly recommend it to anyone we know planning a wedding or any event. The staff is first class and treated us as such. From our first meeting with them to the very end of it all, we were never worried or nervous about anything. We knew all would be taken care of it, because time and time again they did! All my e-mails and questions were answered in length and very timely. The whole weekend we spent at the Eden was wonderful and all of our guests just raved about the rooms, staff, wedding, reception, just the whole event and venue! :) We really couldn't put into words how special and amazing our wedding weekend was, and we truly owe so much of that to Kris, Tina and the whole Eden staff! Special thanks to Kris for the extra attention to us and of course all the arrangements and accommodations! :)

After researching and visiting many venues in Lancaster, PA we decided to have our wedding reception at the Eden and are so happy that we made this selection! We had a Saturday morning wedding at our church nearby and then guests went to the Eden for a Brunch reception. The food selection and service were both fantastic! Last, but definitely not least, We very much appreciated working with Tina and Kris. Their organization and experience was very helpful! It was so nice to have their insight and expertise and allowed us to feel at ease knowing that all of the details were taken care of throughout both the planning process and day of! The Eden's courtyard was the perfect setting for our day and was exactly what we were looking for!

We just had our wedding in the Courtyard on 10/18 and I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue. We worked closely with Kris Becker for the last month or so, and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was able to accommodate all of my requests, even the last minute "can you move these tables over here blah blah blah" ones the day of. She even helped with "fluffing" my dress at the last second before I walked down the aisle. You can tell she truly loves what she does and she is such a joy to talk to and work with.
We also had our rehearsal dinner at Arthur's the night before the wedding and the staff and dinner was remarkable. All around I am very pleased with the Eden and everything they were able to do for us!

The Eden was the perfect place for my wedding. Everyone was so nice and accommodating from my sales manager, Tina Bartos, to the sales coordinator, Kris Becker. Even though, I purchased a package, they made sure that every item and selection was customized so that it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. They did everything they could to make sure that my special day was problem and hassle free. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make my day perfect. I would highly recommend The Eden for your wedding or anything that requires a venue. It was wonderful!

Could not of asked for anything better. We had our reception in the courtyard and it was beautiful. The staff was outstanding and met all of our needs. The courtyard is gorgeous & the food was good (we chose a higher end meal option with a full open bar). The bar service was good as well, fast & all our guests were pleased. It could not have gone better and I am so thankful for Eden resort making our day so special. One note about the courtyard, they do not allow you to play music too loud which makes it a little harder for the back of the dance floor to hear the music well. One way to adjust this is how they set up the room and place the tables in the back so you can be closer to the speakers when dancing. All of our guests talk about how it was the best wedding they have been to!

I cannot say enough about Eden Resort. Our wedding was more than we could have imagined. Cyndi helped us so much and answered our questions in a very timely manner, even when we asked the same questions multiple times! She was such an amazing help and made us feel so comfortable during the entire process. The day of the wedding, my husband, myself, our families, wedding party, and our guests were so well taken care of. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the Eden employees are wonderful. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out :)

The staff at the Eden made every effort to make our event perfect, and it showed. I could not have asked for better service or more understanding from an organization and have been singing their praises ever since. We had my daughter's wedding in the Courtyard at the Eden this past weekend. It was perfect! It's a beautiful room to begin with but there's not one thing I could complain about! The food, service, rooms and attention to every detail was amazing! It was so nice to be able to relax and actually enjoy this day with my daughter, not having to worry about a thing. I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. We did our ceremony and reception in the courtyard...it was PERFECT!!! The space is absolutely beautiful and the staff at Eden from the sales department to the day of was truly amazing. Tina helped us book the wedding, Cyndi helped every step of the way until the day of and was there making sure it went smooth the day of. Mike, Tammy and Kristin were awesome for the rehearshal dinner and the day of the wedding...there was nothing we wanted that didn't happen. It was our dream wedding. THANK YOU!!

The Eden Resort was a WONDERFUL venue for our reception. We were in the Courtyard and it was truly magical. Our theme was storybook wedding and it fit perfectly. The staff were very professional and classy. They were polite and always made sure the guests had what they needed. The food was out of this world! Our guests could not believe how delicious everything was, and that it was served hot (unlike most mass produced meals). The value was extraordinary as well :) We would recommend the Eden to anyone looking for high class without sinking their every last dollar into their wedding.

My wedding was perfect.

My husband and I contacted the Eden when we got engaged in December 2011. We set up an appointment to visit in March, already knowing we were probably going to book there (we both have been to events in the Courtyard and were in love with it prior to wedding planning), and decided that day we were ready to book our event. We chose a Friday afternoon and evening in the Courtyard. Going into the meeting, we didn't even consider a Friday, but when we crunched numbers and saw how much it would save us, we were sold! We also had our ceremony in the Courtyard.

From that day that we booked and on, it was nothing but smooth sailing. We were in contact with Tina Bartos and Katie Payne (both wedding sales reps) up until March 2013. Both Tina and Katie were so helpful, answering every question I had and making sure I was always informed with the craziness that comes with having a ceremony and reception in the same room. My nerves were calmed quite a few times by both of them. In March, our communications were transferred to Cyndi Shoffstall who is the coordinator of all of the weddings at the Eden. I can't say enough nice things about Cyndi-- she made me feel like I was the only bride she had all year. She answered emails and phone calls constantly from me. She made me feel comfortable with details, helped me figure out the best way to make what I envisioned happen, and on the day before/day of, she was right there with me. She was absolutely incredible!

The reception staff was amazing. We got so many compliments on the food and service. Everyone was so polite and attentive, and there was always someone coming to ask me or the groom if we needed something or to ask what we wanted them to do about a specific thing. They even packed up a meal for us and had it in our fridge waiting for us when we got back from the reception. We ended up eating it for dinner at home the night after our wedding, which was so nice!

Book here-- you won't be sorry!!

The Eden was great! They are a little pricey, but it is well worth it. I pestered everyone I could many many times to make sure every little detail was right, and they did everything they could to make sure I was happy! The food was excellent, the drinks were perfect, and everything was taken care so I didn't have to worry about anything on my big day!

The Eden Resort and Suites was amazing on all levels! From the start, Tina answered all of our questions with ease and when Cyndi became our contact at the Eden, she was just as amazing to work with! I am the sort of person who has a million questions and I changed things aroud several times, only to be met with kind professionalism each and every time! We chose the Grande Ballroom for our ceremony and reception and everything was perfect! The room itself is stunning, the Eden staff was perfect, and the food...our guests raved about the food all evening long! I have nothing but praise for Tina and Cyndi ! If you are looking for a beautiful venue without compromising style and service, The Eden Resort is it!

I have to say I was never once worried about the Eden. From the moment we booked our wedding to the day after our wedding, Tina and Cyndi did everything in their power to make sure we had an awesome experience! We had booked our parlor suite for the rehearsal night and the night of the wedding, and it was beautiful and perfect. We also had rehearsal space given to us prior to the wedding. Our wedding day flowed smoothly, as guests came into the Courtyard for our ceremony, then went to the restaurant next door for the cocktail hour as the Courtyard was being set-up for the reception. All the guests commented on how wonderful the food was, how quick and courteous the service was, and how much fun everyone had!! We had a morning after breakfast that flowed smoothly and was scrumptious! We even had a guest who had to get rushed to the hospital on the night of the wedding, and a staff member from the Eden took the guest to the hospital, and even stayed with them for awhile. On top of that, the room the guest booked was given to the guest's daughter while he was admitted to the hospital with no extra charge! I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and service we received at the Eden! Thank you again x 1000!

I had my reception in the Eden Courtyard and it is just absolutely stunning! I had so many quests comment on just the reception area alone, especially the water fountain! All of the staff was extremely friendly and professional - whatever we needed, they would help us out with. All of the tables, chairs, place settings, and linens were provided in the cost which was great. I can't express how wonderful everything was!
Side note: We rented Arthurs Terrace for after the reception but everyone ended up going to the Encore lounge because the bartender was in that room so the money we spent for Arthur's was practically wasted. If you plan on doing that, make sure you have someone direct where everyone needs to be.

The Eden Resort was the PERFECT place for our wedding and reception. We first met with Tina to discuss our wedding and reception. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and spent lots of time with my family and I to make sure we were all set for the big day. She gave us a long list of vendors to help us plan our wedding, and we used many of the vendors on the list (they were all wonderful). Our wedding coordinator was Cyndi. She was just as wonderful as Tina. She discussed all the details thoroughly, and promptly responded to all our phone calls and emails. She made our wedding day run smoothly. Both ladies were very easy to work with. We held our ceremony in the Courtyard with guests seated at their tables. The cocktail hour and reception were also held in the Courtyard. The setting was beautiful. The Courtyard had a giant castle-like fountain in the front of the room (we got married right in front of the fountain). There are twinkly rope lights hanging from the ceiling. The room is huge, with plenty of space for lots of guests. When we first walked into the Courtyard we were in awe! It's amazing! For our reception we had a buffet with 4 lines. Everyone received their food quickly, and went back for seconds. The food was delicious! We had stuffed chicken, ravioli, prime rib, and many different sides. Everything tasted great. The staff was very attentive during our wedding. The head table had one person in charge of catering to our every need. Everyone was very polite and made sure our wedding was perfect. The banquet captain kept a strict timeline, to ensure we didn't miss anything on our big day. I would recommend the Eden Resort to any couple looking to get married. They truly made our special day perfect!

Everyone said that our wedding was the best that they have ever been to! All of our vendors did such a wonderful job and made our day one to remember. Having our reception at eden was wonderful, the food was great, we had some changes that needed to be made and they were wonderful to work with. Because we were working with a budget we were looking at a friday or sunday wedding because it is cheaper and boy were we right...we were able to afford to have the location that we wanted and come in under our budget! Lets just say that our guests felt like they ate enough food to last them a week!

We had our reception on 6/11/11 - and all I can say was it was everything I had hoped it would be and more. From working with Tina to finalize all the important items (aka monday) then to working with Cyndi - we really couldnt have asked for anything better. They worked with us down to every tiny detail that we wanted for our day, they even put all our centerpieces together for no extra charge. The hotel was very accomdating, the rooms were plentiful, the new outdoor recreation center was AMAZING. The food was awesome. I loved it how when our limo pulled up Cyndi met us in the lobby and welcomed us with warm hugs and moved us along to our private social area. She attended to us that evening to make sure we were all ok. The only sad part was when it was over. We could have gone on for hours....

What can we say that would cover all that the Eden's staff did to make Jess and Cooper's wedding events truly spectacular and remarkable.
Genuine care, a sound ear, an incredibly talented and experienced staff, attention to detail, seamless teamwork, flexiblilty, perfectionism, and did I mention genuine care?
As we have mentioned about all our vendors, the staff at the Eden instilled a sense of calm confidence from start to finish which enabled us to leave all our thoughts and plans firmly in their capable hands without having to look back. We had many unusual requests and we made many changes to our plans throughout the months of planning as Jess and Cooper's ideas evolved. The Eden's staff, Rick Tripple, Mike Vargo, Cyndi Shoffstall, Don Tripple, and Gary Spicer led their first class team successfully. Like clockwork the housekeeping staff had the hotel gleaming, grounds crew had early flowers blooming (how, we just don't know!), the reservationists, front desk staff handled all the room requests flawlessly. Our guests commented that the service at the hotel and the reception was the best they'd ever experienced at a wedding (and our guests ranged all ages and came from overseas and across the US.) We had 230 guests for a sit down meal. Table after table of guests remarked about the skill and personal service of their appointed servers. The timing was impeccable , the food beautifully presented, and the taste of each course was flavorful and prepared to perfection.
The staff worked tirelessly and seamlessly with all our hired vendors.
We literally can not think of one detail we would had changed or made better. 5 STAR service in a gleaming courtyard setting. BRAVO to ALL at the Eden resort Inn!

We had our New Year's Eve Wedding and Reception in the Regency Ballroom for 100 people. Everything was perfect! The staff worked closely with us to plan the perfect menu tailored to the occasion, right down to the wine selection which was important to us. The managers, servers and wait staff were personal and professional and made our day go perfectly smooth. Our guests raved about the food and the excellent accomodations, as we booked a block of rooms for a great rate for our out of town guests.

Eden was a great place for our wedding, we had it in the Grande Ballroom with about 110 people. It was VERY spacious!! ALL of the staff was amazing and I had absolutely NO ISSUES at all!! Everything was done that we requested on time and even when one of my guests didnt like what they choose on the menu the first time they replaced it with no questions asked what so ever!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend The Eden to anyone who is looking for a place for their reception! Thank you Eden for making our dream wedding a reality!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! Our wedding was on October 9th and we had booked our wedding ceremony and reception at Eden. The entire ceremony and reception was held in the same place, the courtyard. This was so convenient due to so many of our guests coming from out of state. It was also super convenient that our guests could book a room for a special discount and stay right at the same place! The Eden will set you up with a wedding planner who will do just about everything for you so you can enjoy your special day!
The food was great and the prices are very reasonable (believe me I shopped around). They also had a beautiful set up for us. We were able to pick our choice of linens and table clothes that matched our taste. My favorite part about the courtyard was how it looked like you were actually outside. There are stone walls, a beautiful skylight, and a huge waterfall!
The outdoor locations for pictures are endless! I'm sure that you will love this place! If I did it all over again, Eden would be the only place I would pick!

Our reception was out of this world. My husband had an accident 2 weeks before the wedding and the staff at the eden made every accomodation possible for him we were greeted at the door, even before entering the ballroom, which was very nice our wedding planner was deb out of this world with customer service she was so sweet and understanding to our needs. Tina, I could call her and she would answer any questions I had. Everyone went above our expectations our personnel server was so sweet and warm we did not have to ask for anything it was as if she was always one step ahead of us Emily is very sweet she served our dinner to us and we had banquet style my husband thought that was fantastic. as far as the menu we had every diet covered from vegetarian to a reg diet everyone had lots to choose from the choices are fantastic. We recently had our daughter's wedding at the Eden Resort in the Ballroom - July, 2010. EVERYTHING from beginning to end was absolutely Wonderful and beyond what we had hoped and dreamed!!! We LOVED working with both Tina & Deb! They were not only professional, but so very friendly and made us comfortable and completely at ease from the moment we met them - we never worried about a thing!! The reception was Absolutely Gorgeous, the food was Wonderful, and the entire staff was fantastic - like they couldn't do enough for us! I would HIGHLY recommend the Eden Resort and wish we could re-live the entire day!! :)

MERLE AND TINA...THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW'S WEDDING DAY JUST PERFECT. THE COURT YARD WAS JUST BEAUTIFUL, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, FOOD FANTASTIC. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ON HOW PLEASED WE ALL WERE. AND THE STAFF REALIZED IMMEDIATELY WHO BELONGED IN THE ROOM AND WHO DID NOT...(apparently some 'outsiders' tried to come in and help themselves to the festivities but the waitstaff immediately escorted them out). We had our wedding reception in the Courtyard on a Sunday, 2010. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We were very pleased with the service of the staff and our servers were top notch and fun! They made us feel like royalty and helped us PROMPTLY with anything we needed. Our guests RAVED how amazing our reception was and the food was ASTOUNDING! Only downside is you need to have family or friends help you clean up at the end of the night because whatever is left behind they will discard of. But we paid the $200 set up fee and the Eden set up EVERYTHING for our reception and did so EXACTLY as I had drawn out!! : ) We were so sad to see our night end as they worked with us to the very last minute we needed them.

the eden is a beautiful venue for either indoor or outdoor weddings! We originally planned for a small outdoor ceremony in the little outdoor courtyard but with heavy rains the days prior we went for indoors and with the big windows we were able to get a good bit of natural lighting still.. Everyone was kind, patient and very accomodating for us! It can get pricey if your not careful but i would do it all over again anytime!

The Eden was an amazing place for our reception. Everything was perfect as promised. All of the guests commented on how the food was amazing and the staff was so polite. Eden has great spots for pictures as well. I am so happy we chose it for our reception, wouldn't of had it any other way!

In April 2010, I held my wedding reception in the Grande Ballroom at The Eden. The entire staff, especially Tina and Merle, were extremely professional and courteous. They answered all questions in a timely fashion and were willing to do anything to make our reception truly special. We had excellent service during the reception, and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The Grande Ballroom is beautiful, all of our guests were very impressed. I would definitely recommend The Eden to anyone looking for the perfect venue. Thank you to all the staff for making our day everything we hoped for!

We got married in Jamaica but wanted to have a reception where we could include our family and friends. We searched for the perfect location that would fit our budget and knew we found it once we visited the Eden Resort Courtyard. We immediately fell in love with the place.

Tina was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Once we placed our deposit we then worked with Merrill who we met with and chose our dinner and finalized the rest of the details. The night of the reception we were assigned someone that would be there to assist us with all of our needs. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I didn't have to worry about one thing.

We had our kids at the reception and although they were the only kids we had the Executive Suite reserved and set up as the "babysitting room" equipped with a TV, DVD player and it's own bathroom. That was a great place for our kids to go and watch their movie during the reception.

Everyone is still raving about the food, the decor and the friendly staff. My husband and I want to return some weekend to savor the food and champagne brunch. We were so wrapped up with the wedding that we didn't get to really enjoy the food ; ) We WILL return someday soon!

The staff at the Eden were very attentive to our needs from the planning up until the reception and all they way through the reception. We had a great experience & a flawless reception through the Eden! And the Courtyard is beautiful... it set such a beautiful atmosphere for our reception.

Working with The Eden was so easy. They took care of everything! Working with Tina Butz and Merel Perduto was very reassuring; they were professional and knew the ins and outs of wedding reception planning. The rest of the staff were so helpful, calmed me down the few days before, and made the wedding reception perfect! Our food was great, and they worked with the dietary needs of my husband and I. Our package included a gorgeous hotel room :) and the Sunday Brunch too. What a great way to start our marriage! The Eden is a fantastic value, and wonderful to work with!

My husband and I held both our ceremony and reception in the Courtyard this past July. It was difficult for us to find a venue that would accomodate both and be a good value for the money. We had a large Huppah placed in front of the fountain and all of our guests sat at their tables during the event. This was a huge concern for my mother and mother-in-law as they were unsure how guests would react to sitting at their tables, etc. Our guests loved it! They thought it was nice that they could be in and seated and able to be relaxed prior to the ceremony. We asked the staff to turn off the fountain during our ceremony and they were very accomodating.

The cocktail hour was held before our ceremony in Arthur's. The reception immediately followed the ceremony. The staff provided excellent service to us and all of our guests. My husband and I were able to visit each table of our guests and our server held our meals so they would not get cold. No one wanted for a refill, etc.

We would highly recommend the Eden to any bride/groom looking for a venue to accomodate both a ceremony/reception. Our wedding was a very memorable day and it was awesome to have it at such a great facility! Our guests are still raving about the experience they had with the wedding/overnight accomodations they had. Thank you again to all of the staff who took part in our day!

Having my wedding reception at The Eden was wonderful. A wedding planner was designated to me to help me through the process, including selecting food, finding local vendors and creating a day-of timeline. Plus, the pricing and menu were easy to understand and there were no hidden costs (cake cutting fees, etc.)!

The day of my wedding, all of the staff were very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly and I feel like I got a lot of value for my money. What's more, items such as place cards were provided meaning one less thing I had to purchase or worry about.

I cannot thank The Eden enough for helping to make my day wonderful. All of my guests were impressed and I had a wonderful time. If you are getting married in Lancaster, please check into the Eden for your reception. You really do get the most value for your money and I guarentee you and your guests will have an amazing experience.

The Eden Resort was wonderful! They were very flexible with adjusting start times to best fit with our day. We had booked the courtyard (absolutely beautiful), and although it was only possible to keep that room open until 10 pm, we were able to extend the celebration in the adjoining restaurant. Also, the staff was very helpful and professional. They made sure that the reception was exactly what we wanted, down to the last detail.

The Eden's Courtyard was so pretty and perfect for our day. We wanted an outside wedding but couldn't find anywhere that worked for our needs so the Courtyard gave us that feel of being outside. The food was great and the service was perfect.

May 29th 2009 was the most amazing day of my life, thanks in part to the Eden Resort and Suites in Lancaster PA. We were married in the Courtyard, which simply takes your breath away. The staff from start to finish was amazing as well. It was the most stress free day ever. Everyone that worked that day made sure we had the perfect day and were beyond friendly and helpful. If you're looking your guest to be WOWed, this is the place to go. I am beyond happy with my day and will forever be thankful to the staff at the Eden for helping us have one amazing day. Our guest started to come into town on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday and every one had nothing but great things to say about the Eden. I highly recommend them. Cheers to all the future weddings there, you'll have one magical day!

The Eden has renovated the Courtyard and made it into a really magnificent place! They took care of setting up the decorations and tables, provided the candelabras, tablecloths, napkins, tables, chairs, and catering service. They also took care of all of the clean-up as well. It was truly a positive experience and one that I will never forget. The cost to rent the room and get the services that we were provided were worth every penny spent! We even got a free night at the hotel and breakfast the next morning! It is one of those places that you can't pass up!

Our reception at the Eden was incredible! The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I walked into the room, I was thrilled at how beautiful everything looked. The food was great, in fact, many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The Eden may be a little more expensive than other area hotels, but it is more than worth it. They have different rooms and packages available for every budget. They are also very flexible with the menu. They will pretty much make anything you want. I would definately recommend the Eden to anyone. Don't even waste your time looking anywhere else, you are guaranteed a perfect reception if you choose the Eden.

We had our reception at the courtyard here at the Best Western. I immediately fell in love with the place when I saw it and we booked it about a year ahead of time (book early!). Deb Tomlinson was our wedding coordinator. She was a wonderful person to work with and she made our wedding planning and wedding day worry-free. She was always very prompt in returning my phone calls, even about the smallest detail. We received so many nice comments about the place and we felt that everything couldn't have gone smoother.

We just had our ceremony and reception on Sunday 1/11/15 and everyone had a blast. It was the perfect spot for our winter indoor event, and we barely had to do any decorating. The venue was clean, the food was great especially for the value and the Eden Coordinator Kris worked tirelessly to help us iron out our many many details. We highly recommend it, even to those on a tight budget; they had a lot of great packages available and some off-season deals we took advantage of!

There are a few things that you may not have considered during your search for a reception site and that I didn't think about either, but the Eden had them covered and that made our wedding day far less stressful.

One of them is a room for the bride and bridal party to relax between the ceremony and reception. That was a huge 5-star idea for us. We arrived from our ceremony, tired from taking pictures under the hot sun, and hungry, but when we arrived at the Eden we were immediately welcomed by a member of their staff and taken to this room near our reception ballroom. There we had the very same foods we chose for our appetizers, as well as drinks, tables, and a button to call a member of the staff if we needed anything.

That leads to the second point, which is the quality of their staff. Not only did we have a person taking care of our table and bringing us drinks and foods, but the staff also took my ballroom gown to our room (yes, the Eden gives you a complimentary bedroom for your wedding night and breakfast on the next day) after I hurriedly changed into my reception dress. That was great because we didn't have to waste time and energy running to the guest room to get dressed. A huge "like!"

We did our own decorations for the wedding, and a hoard of staff members went to my parents' room in the hotel, picked up all of the arrangements and helped my family and friends place them in the room. Not only that, but the wedding coordinator at the Eden was always present during our reception making sure that we were finding everything okay.

In all, it was a perfect experience and we owe so much of that to the Eden. The ONLY down side, which you may be able to negotiate if you know of it in advance, is that during the last 30 minutes of our reception the staff started taking down the chair covers, silverware, etc., which made the room look a little bit poor. It sucks to pay for 5 hours of reception and only get 4.5, so I suggest you negotiate that!

We had our Reception at the Eden Resort and it was money very well spent. Leading up to the day, the staff was excellent, timely and professional. Our reception was fantastic and people loved it as much as we did.
I will tell couples that the lower price offers you will get at other venues does not compare to the complimentary and 'over and above the call of duty' value that the Eden Resort offers.

We were having a large wedding the day after Thanksgiving and chose the Eden Resort to accommodate our guests who would be staying over along with the size of the Courtyard for our reception. The only problem we had was with guests making reservations. We had family who booked their rooms in January and February and were told one month before the wedding that their rooms were no longer available. (In fact, my father-in-law only found out that the accommodations he made were changed by a clerk inadvertedly telling my aunt). Even our blocked rooms became unavailable before our deadline. After several telephone calls with the wedding coordinator and management, we worked out a solution to satisfy both parties. Family started arriving Tuesday before our Friday wedding and we stayed at one of the Penthouses...We had plenty of room for getting ready along with my bridal party.

Concerning the reception, everything was OUTSTANDING!!!! Our Sales Representative from the Eden, the staff and our wedding planner made every moment more special than we could have ever imagined. We are still getting comments from our guests that it was the BEST wedding they ever attended. The EDEN treated all of our guests like royalty. You can't go wrong in choosing them to host your special day. (Thanksgiving Dinner in the Courtyard was wonderful also...may come back next year just to celebrate our anniversary).

We chose the Garden for our reception & our guest were in Aw of all the beauty of the room.
The service was outstanding, our guests were never left needing anything, us along with our guest had white glove service & the servents were very professional and attentive.
The food was awsome & we had so many compliments.
It was worth every penny spent, I just wish we could relive that day again for we had so much fun.

We had both our ceremony and reception in the courtyard. It was breathtakingly beautiful. Our guests sat at their tables and while I was worried about this, it proved to be a non-issue. The food was AMAZING and my guests are still raving about it. Tina and Deb were always easy to get ahold of and our captain Tammy was a huge help on our wedding day. Our guests loved using the pools and spending all weekend there as a mini vacation. The hotel is truly spectacular. Why not 5 stars? The front desk is disorganized. They made me "check out" and re check-in after one night and kept requesting more credit cards to hold our room. Some of our guests also complained about the front desk. Despite that, the hotel was great. They even had free cookies and ice cream as guests checked in! We also had our rehearsal dinner here and they gave us a 10% discount. We got the italian buffet and it was delicious. P.S. The mashed potatoes here rock!

The Eden Resort & Suites Wedding Review

The Eden Resort & Suites more than lived up to our expectations as a venue for our wedding. When we first picked The Eden, our primary thought was how scrumptious their Sunday Brunch is and having amazing food for our big day was one of the most important things for us. The food was beyond amazing and our guests absolutely raved about all of it during and after the event (the Mashed Potato Station was especially loved.) We also had a quality experience making sure that all of our needs were met before, during and after the wedding. There was only one incident that occurred after the wedding that needed addressed, and The Eden’s staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had our wedding in the Garden Terrace and it was truly a magnificent outdoor space for our Ceremony. We also used the Courtyard for our Reception and the elegance and lighting made it seem like the event of the century. We could not have asked for much more from The Eden and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a formal wedding, amazing food and a day that you will remember forever.

We met with Tina Bartos a few weeks after my now husband and I got engaged and the moment we completed our tour we knew that this was the place where we’d want to have our wedding! At the time the garden terrace was going to be undergoing some construction and I didn’t know what the garden terrace would look like. So I scheduled a tour on the month and day that our wedding would take place except a year before it so that way I could see the finished project of the garden terrace and a mental picture of what it maybe like on our day. The renovations came out amazing and I was so happy with the finished project. Now, we were suppose to have Shelby as our day of coordinator but we ended up having Tina Bartos and I’m so glad we did! From beginning to end she made our planning experience nothing but amazing! Especially when we found out we’d be moving from PA to FL. She was always very quick with responding to any emails of questions we had. The morning of my wedding she was available when I needed her at any time and always reminded me to breathe, relax and enjoy this day! The Eden was amazing with service and our comp room for the night of our wedding was absolutely stunning.
