Words cannot adequately describe how phenomenal Karli was as our wedding coordinator and planner. From the moment we first met her, we knew we were in the best hands. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for her work were evident every step of the way.

We talked Karli first and then spoke to several other planners/coordinators in the area and we came back to Karli and Ecklectic Events for a reason. The comfortability we felt with her was unmatched. Boy did it pay off, from the very beginning of the process through the end of our wedding they had meticulous details and advice to help us make our wedding the best it could be. Karli and Kenzie were amazing and made sure nothing was missed including things I would have never thought about. Don’t waste time like I did, book Ecklectic Events. -

Absolutely the BEST Coordinator out there!
Karli and her team are the embodiment of professionalism, organization, and calm in the middle of a storm. Karli was there with me and my husband from the final walk through with our venue to the very end of our wedding. She helped advocate for me when I didn't feel like I could speak up for myself. If there was ever an issue, I (the bride) didn't know about it and Karli handled everything. There were also zero issues other than a flower wall that wasn't cooperating because Karli made sure that everyone and everything was in its place well before the event began. The peace of mind that came with trusting Karli and her team was life changing. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding 100% stress free and the night was absolutely PERFECT!!! If you are getting married, I HIGHLY recommend Karli to help keep your wedding perfect and stress free. Karli also got photos of our wedding which we cherished for 2 months before our wedding photographer even graced us with a preview of our photos. It is the little things like these photos that Karli is already thinking of for you without you even having to ask. -

What an amazing experience working with Karli in preparation for my beautiful wedding in Saint Augustine at the Casa Monica and Spa. As she is very familiar with the hotel and location. she put me at ease as I was going through my rehearsal dinner and wedding day planning. It was her number one priority as a business owner and wedding planner.. Prior to our wedding day, Karli was always there to support me at any given time. Communication was one of the biggest pieces that I was looking for in wedding planner and she absolutely superseded my expectations.. Karli made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. Meaning her customer service and helping me through the process was excellent!! Karli’s professionalism, attention to detail, exceptional service and highly effective communication made our wedding day, the most memorable and beyond. Last minute miracle
Karli was amazing!!! She saved the day for us when our first booked day of coordinator didn’t follow through. Karli stepped in with a positive attitude and without any hesitation helping bring all our ideas to life. She took so much stress off of us with everything she did leading up to the wedding, whether that was connecting with our other vendors or just being a knowledgeable person to turn to for input, and everything in between. The day was so perfect and Karli perfectly executed our vision!! I would recommend her to anyone 100 times over! -

Karli was the absolute BEST wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for! She was so on top of every detail, big and small, and answered all our crazy questions! She communicated between all my vendors and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch! Even my parents and bridesmaids noticed and commented on just how incredible Karli was on the big day, without knowing all the hard work she had put in for months prior! I was as unsure about whether I would even need a wedding coordinator, but it was the absolute best decision and I have recommended Karli to all my engaged friends and family!

We cannot say enough nice things about Karli. She really went over the top to listen to our wants/needs and helped us every step of the way. She was tactful with the way she would make suggestions and always made sure we were happy. Our rehearsal and wedding day were so smooth with her by our side. I would recommend Karli to everyone, with my eyes closed! She was sweet and patient with our family at rehearsal, she was ultra organized with the timeline on wedding day, and she let us enjoy our day completely. Not once did she bother us on wedding day. She made decisions that were in our best interest and was so calm, cool and collected that it gave everyone peace of mind. Karli- we truly can’t thank you enough for the incredible help on our special day. Without you so many of my wedding day dreams wouldn’t have come to reality. I cannot recommend Karli enough! I got married the weekend that Hurricane Ian hit Florida (October 1st). To say that it was stressful was an understatement as most of our guests were traveling into Florida for the wedding. Karli kept in constant contact with me and make me feel so calm and at ease. She kept in contact with all our vendors and made the day incredibly smooth! Even in the wedding prep stages, she would reach out to vendors for me and offered to meet with the vendors in person since I live about 3 hours away from St. Augustine. Did I mention that we just hired her to be our day of coordinator? She went above and beyond to make our day special and we will never forget it.
