How do you condense a 1.5-year-long partnership, relationship, and friendship into a single review? It’s not easy, but here’s our best attempt!
From the moment my husband and I decided on a wedding in Cancun, Mexico, we knew we needed more than just a planner—we needed a partner. Someone who would treat our wedding with the same love and attention to detail as if it were their own. Enter Diana and her husband, Andrés.
Our journey with Diana Dream Design began with an introductory Zoom call in 2023, and from that very first conversation, we felt at home. Her warmth, expertise, and confidence were exactly what we were looking for. Over the next 1.5 years, we built not just a working relationship, but a true friendship—one that flourished through frequent visits to Cancun and countless planning sessions.
Diana’s ability to bring our vision to life was effortless. Every detail was meticulously handled, every concern met with a solution, and every expectation exceeded. She and Andrés took charge of everything, allowing us to fully enjoy the process with only one task left for us—signing the checks!
But let’s be honest—planning a wedding, especially a destination wedding, is never without its challenges. Our venue, Finest Playa Mujeres, threw curveball after curveball at us—miscommunications, unexpected policy changes, logistical headaches, and frustrating roadblocks that left us feeling helpless at times. There were moments we wanted to scream (and maybe we did), but through it all, Diana was our rock. She navigated every setback with unwavering determination, advocating for us when we felt unheard, finding solutions when things seemed impossible, and standing firm to ensure we got the wedding we had envisioned.
One of Diana’s biggest strengths is her deep connections within the industry, which made our planning process so much easier. From a fantastic team of photographers who captured every perfect moment to top-tier designers and décor specialists who turned our vision into reality, she surrounded us with the best of the best. Her trusted network ensured that every vendor we worked with shared her high standards of quality and professionalism, which gave us complete confidence every step of the way.
Despite the hurdles, Diana’s resilience and dedication never wavered. In the end, she not only delivered a wedding that exceeded our wildest dreams but also turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that was still filled with excitement, joy, and anticipation.
Looking back, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Diana and her team by our side. More than just planners, they became friends—people we now cherish beyond the wedding itself.

I don’t even know where to begin because this experience meant so much to us.
From the moment we connected, we could tell Diana Dream Designer was going to be different. They are a husband and wife team, and there is something so special about the way they work together. You can feel the care, the intention, and the pride they take in what they do. It never felt transactional. It felt personal.
Going into this, I had one vision in my head. I said I wanted a jungle wedding. That was it. And somehow, they took that one idea and turned it into the most beautiful, thoughtful, and perfectly executed day we could have ever imagined, all within our budget.
We ended up trusting them completely with their recommendations, and I am so glad we did. From the venue to the photographer to every vendor they suggested, everything was absolutely incredible. The venue truly felt like a dream. It was everything we hoped for and more, and we never would have found it without them.
Planning a wedding in Mexico could have felt overwhelming, but they made it feel easy, calm, and even fun. They were always there. Every question, every detail, every moment where we needed reassurance, they showed up with tons of patience, kindness, and solutions. I always felt like we were in the best hands.
One of the moments I will never forget was when they personally picked us up and took us to our offsite visit. That meant so much to us. It instantly made everything feel more comfortable and grounded, like we weren’t navigating this alone. It’s those kinds of gestures that show who they are at their core.
And then the wedding itself… it was beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail was so thoughtfully executed. The food was incredible, the cake was amazing, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs, including gluten free & vegetarian options that were just as delicious. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Everything felt intentional.
What truly sets them apart is everything they do that you don’t expect. They helped us with hotel logistics, guided us through navigating the area, and even stepped in to help us get cash when we needed it. Those moments might seem small, but when you are in a different country planning one of the biggest days of your life, they mean everything.
Looking back, I can honestly say this was the best decisions we made for our wedding. They didn’t just plan our wedding. None of our wedding dreams would’ve come true without Andrés and Diana. They took care of us. They made us feel supported, understood, and celebrated.
We feel so lucky to have worked with them, and I will recommend them to absolutely everyone. If you are considering it, trust me, you will be so happy you did.

Planning a destination wedding with 120 guests is not simple, and I truly cannot imagine doing it without Diana and Andres.
From the beginning, they were extremely responsive. Whether it was WhatsApp or email, we always heard back quickly. They scheduled video calls to check in, kept us updated on deadlines, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
Diana was truly the backbone of the organization and overall vision. As someone who is very detail oriented and structured, I really appreciated how organized she is. She created clear timelines, organized spreadsheets, vendor details, and planning documents that kept everything moving. She took the ideas in my head and helped refine them into a cohesive, executable plan. She paid attention to the details, made sure design elements aligned with our style, and helped translate our vision clearly to the resort team and vendors.
If you are having a resort wedding, having Diana & Andres handle communication with the on site wedding coordinator is invaluable. They streamlined the back and forth, clarified expectations, and ensured our requests were documented and followed through. That alone saved us an incredible amount of time and stress.
Andres was incredibly helpful with our room block, reservations, and answering guest questions. With 120 guests traveling internationally, there were constant logistics to manage. He was patient, very polite, and easy to reach. Our guests even commented on how responsive and helpful he was, which meant a lot to us because we wanted everyone to feel taken care of.
Together, they stayed on top of vendor communications and provided strong recommendations when we needed guidance. They tailored everything to our style instead of pushing a template. They advocated for us when needed and handled conversations professionally.
For the wedding weekend itself, everything felt seamless. The welcome event flowed smoothly, and the wedding day was organized and calm despite the size of our group. They brought five coordinators to guide guests and manage logistics, which made a huge difference. The timeline stayed on track, transitions were smooth, and we were able to actually enjoy the day.
They are professional, organized, kind, and genuinely invested in their couples. If you are detail oriented and have a clear vision, they will execute it BEAUTIFULLY. If you need structure and direction, they will most definitely provide that too.

I don’t know if I can accurately put into words how amazing these people are. They took care of everything, and every single worry we had or any worry that any of our guests had they fixed within a day. They are so kind, funny, genuine, and overall just some of the best people you will ever meet. I have never written a review in my life, but I had to do it for them because they are so absolutely incredible. Any expectation we had for vendors or any part of the wedding, it was exceeded. Our expectations were blown out of the water. I wish I had something negative to say, but I really can’t think of anything. Every one of our guests kept telling us how perfect it was. I’m sure there’s so much more I can say but the point is, they were better than anything we ever could’ve imagined and we would’ve paid three times the price for them!Diana Dream Designer's reply:

Diana and Andres of Diana Dream Designer were truly the best wedding planners we could have asked for for our special day.
Coordinating a destination wedding from the U.S. West Coast almost entirely via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email is not for the faint of heart. Add in the complexities and restrictions that can come with Mexican resorts, and the process could have easily become overwhelming. But Diana and Andres brought the knowledge, expertise, and calm, grounding presence that made everything not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable.
One of the best decisions we made was trusting their guidance early on. Based on what we wanted, they helped us realize a private venue made far more sense than a resort, and they were absolutely right. Their recommendations were thoughtful, practical, and clearly rooted in experience, and that clarity saved us so much time, stress, and second guessing.
We also had the chance to spend time with them in person about six months before the wedding, and that trip was such a highlight. They curated a multi stop experience that made us feel like royalty, and it was honestly one of the most fun parts of the entire planning process. We started at the venue, then went to preview flowers, decor, and cake, and later did the food and drink tasting. Getting to see, taste, and experience all the options in person, with Diana and Andres guiding us through every decision, made everything feel real in the best way and had us genuinely excited for what we were creating.
Even though we ultimately had our wedding at a private venue that was not associated with a resort, they were still fully in it with us and with our guests. They helped people navigate complex travel itineraries, special requests, and all the little details that inevitably come with destination events. They go above and beyond in a way that is rare. Honestly, I do not know how they take on more than one wedding a year because they are incredibly involved, immediately reachable, and consistently on top of every issue and question with speed and care.
They took our dream and ran with it. Every detail we shared was heard, understood, and executed beautifully. From vendor selection and thoughtful recommendations, to truly listening to what we wanted and translating it into reality, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and heart.
This is the team you want in your corner. They do not offer one size fits all planning. They tailor the experience to the couple in front of them, and you can feel how deeply they care about you, your guests, and the overall experience.
Their passion for what they do radiates through the entire process, and it shows in every detail and every interaction. We could not recommend them more highly. Amazingly attentive planners from start to finish!!!!
My husband and I are extremely thankful for Diana and Andres! They were very personable and organized starting with the planning. Every aspect of creating our dream wedding day was seamless with this dream team. My husband and I were was getting married at a resort for our May 2025 destination wedding. They were the advocate we needed to make sure we held the venue accountable and things were being planned accordingly. Day of wedding coordination felt so effortless, I was entirely focused on living in the moment with my loved ones rather than checking if things were going according to plan. We received so many complements on our wedding weekend and it’s truly thanks to Diana and Andres for their support. From the first call with Diana, I knew she and Andres would be the perfect match for us to plan our dream wedding in Playa del Carmen. I am a Type A planner and really dreamed of just being a guest on my wedding day and I can say that they truly made that happen! From endless WhatsApp messages to phone calls I never doubted for a minute that they were in our corner. Diana and Andrés were genuinely kind, thoughtful people who truly care about helping you have the best wedding experience possible. It’s clear that they love what they do, and their passion for creating a magical day shines through in every detail.
What really stood out to us was how they went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure everything was not only as we envisioned but exceeded what we imagined. For example, when we needed specific items, they were more than willing to go out of their way—whether it was running to Costco or Walmart to get extra supplies, they were always ready to accommodate any request. That level of commitment to ensuring everything was perfect made all the difference.
Communication with them was always prompt and efficient. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that no question or concern went unanswered. On the day of the wedding, our guests even commented on how detail-oriented the entire event was. It was clear that every element had been thoughtfully arranged and meticulously planned.

One of the things that truly set them apart from the other wedding planners we interviewed was how much they prioritized our wants and needs. Truly the best decision we made for our wedding!
We cannot express enough how absolutely incredible Diana and Andrés were in planning our wedding! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
They helped us create vision (we were starting from zero) and offered thoughtful suggestion that aligned perfectly with what we wanted. Throughout the entire planning process, they were always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep us on track without ever making us feel stressed or overwhelmed. They were incredibly organized and detailed.
On the wedding day, their whole team took care of absolutely everything. We did not have to think about a single thing that day besides enjoying ourselves and getting to be present in the moment.

Diana, Andres, and their team are the best investment you can make for your wedding! They truly planned us the best wedding ever and we could not have done it without them. We worked with them for over a year and half. We originally were supposed to have our wedding at one of the Cancun resorts. When we had issues with our guests getting rooms, Andres immediately called the resort and got us the rooms we needed. He was a lifesaver. A few months later, our resort changed its vendor policies and we basically were not allowed to have our wedding there anymore (of no fault to Diana and her team). Diana found us the perfect alternative 2 months before the wedding! That’s right, she literally planned our first wedding at the resort and then planned us a whole new wedding two months before our date! It was crazy but her and her team made it happen and it was even more perfect than it would have been at the resort. She has the most amazing vendor recommendations, and is able to make any vision come true. She found us our photographer and videographer, decor company, florist, dance floor company, string quartet, catering company, alcohol from a local Cancun liquor store to save money, and many more amazing vendors that made our day perfect. The months leading up to the wedding, we were texting daily on WhatsApp. She and Andres were always available. My husband and I truly felt like they became family and we were so sad when wedding planning was over and we realized we would no longer be in constant contact. The best decision we made was having a destination wedding in Cancun, the second best decision we made was hiring Diana Dream Designer! Can’t say enough positive feedback about Diana and Andres. Hiring them was the best decision my husband and I made! To provide some background, my partner and I hail from the Midwest, and it was important to work with someone local to be onsite. Unfortunately, our initial choice for a planner lacked the communication and execution we desperately needed. Feeling frustrated and behind schedule, we sought a new direction.
Enter Diana and Andrés. Their expertise and warmth were immediately apparent, and we knew without a doubt that they were the perfect fit for us. My partner and I will be the first to admit that organization and attention to detail aren't our strong suits, especially when coordinating a wedding from another country. However, with Diana and Andrés on board, the process became clear and felt manageable.
Their guidance was invaluable, providing us with next steps, spreadsheets, and to-do lists that ensured complete transparency from beginning to end. With their help, we felt confident navigating the moving parts of wedding planning, especially from another country.
We were fortunate enough to be able to travel down to Playa del Carmen a few months prior, which we cannot recommend enough to those considering a destination wedding! We met with Diana and Andrés, and they took us to the different vendors for tastings and visits. Having those in-person encounters before our big day really made everything real and put our minds at ease before our big day.
Diana and Andrés truly went above and beyond, ensuring every aspect of our wedding day was nothing less than perfect. Their positivity and unwavering support provided us stability and guidance throughout the months of planning. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. Even our guests raved about how top-notch they were.
In our eyes, Diana and Andrés are nothing less than angels. Their dedication and support made us feel confident at every turn. We look forward to the day we can visit Playa del Carmen again and reconnect with them over dinner or drinks, not as clients, but as friends. We can’t say enough incredible words about Diana, Andrés, and their whole team. If you take nothing else away from this review - just know this: These are the most incredibly kind and attentive wedding planners you could ask for and we literally could not imagine our wedding without them.
If you are traveling from the States and getting married, or even based locally and looking to get married in the Cancún area, BOOK DIANA BECAUSE SHE IS SIMPLY THE GREATEST.
We interviewed 8 different wedding planners in the lead up to working with Diana. Fast forward and I can’t tell you just how many times throughout our planning process my wife and I said “could you imagine doing this without Diana?” or “how lucky are we to have picked Diana and Andrés?” Their level of attentiveness, thought, and genuine care combined with constant open lines of communication across WhatsApp, email, and Zoom calls had us feeling calm and organized from the moment we came onboard to the conclusion of our wedding day.
They kept us on track, connected us with all the best local vendors, were receptive to every idea we shared, and prescribed expert advice that aligned with our tastes in the instances where we didn’t even know what we wanted. They’re like mind reading miracle workers.
As for our wedding day itself (and the party that lasted well into the night), it couldn’t have gone more perfectly. Beyond accounting for every single detail so that we could focus on being present in the moment, Diana even surprised us with decorative items and cutlery as a gift to us that we originally budgeted out of our plans. We’ll stress this again - this team cares so damn much it brings tears of joy to our eyes.
We genuinely love these two and not only want them to stay in touch as friends, but we want them to be as successful as possible in their work because everyone deserves the wedding we just had.

When my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, I could never have never dreamed we’d make lifelong friends and family. I was initially so overwhelmed once we started doing our own research and realized right away I needed help. Diana and Andrés came highly recommended, and we had actually met them at a wedding in Cancún in the spring of 2022. They are truly the most incredible wedding planners you could ever choose, not only because they are the kindest most genuine people ever, but because no stone goes unturned. Every single detail they think of, they are proactive, and nothing is rushed. From the color of our water glasses, to managing issues with payment links, to doing a Costco run for champagne and snacks the day of, everything was covered- and they always went beyond. Not only that, but they have the best suggestions based on your preferences, budget, etc. and they will make your day so incredibly special. They are in constant communication and are so responsive. Not once did I question their judgment, expertise, or suggestions. They do all the necessary research to make sure what you envision for your day comes to life. Our day was spectacular and I can't imagine not having them by our side every step. The day was absolutely perfect and they are also so cool calm and collected when you need it the most. We even left an important bag on the shuttles the night before and they were able to hunt it down and bring it to us the next day! Like I said- above and beyond. Throughout the process of planning Diana and Andres responsiveness and CARE for bringing our dream day to life was so comforting. Dianas organization is NEXT LEVEL, the way she was able to keep track of even the smallest requests I had was very impressive. Planning destination requires you to be a lot more trusting because there are so many things you don’t get to actually see in person yourself. Diana went out of her way to be sure I was as comfortable with our decisions as possible. I am someone who had a big picture idea and I really felt I could trust Diana to find the right vendors to pull it off - and I was NOT disappointed, in fact I was BLOWN AWAY.
And the most important thing I feel that sets Diana and Andres apart - because it was so clear to me through planning that she was on top of the smallest requests about how I wanted the day to flow, etc. the day of I swear to you there was not 1 moment I worried about everything coming together. I was so relaxed and felt so taken care of that day, I just knew that no matter what they would pull of a beautiful day. And they did!

Diana Dream Designer (DDD)-Where do you start when the people you "hired" become like family during the course of the year that you plan your event. Diana and Andres are amazing human beings and incredible wedding planners. We were married at a private residence and EVERYTHING, right down to the silverware and napkins, had to be rented. Not a single detail was missed or rushed in last minute. Every text and every email was answered quickly. DDD took on problems with bookings at our resort that they did not have to, just to relieve any pressure from us!. They directed us to amazing vendors, told us when they thought the quoted prices were too high with others and found alternatives to replace them. The value we received for the service provided was worth every dollar spent. The best thing I did for my wedding was marrying my husband; the second best thing I did was hire Diana! Hiring Diana and Andres was easily the best investment we made for our wedding. We couldn't swing a site visit, so Diana so kindly went to our top venues and sent us video walkthroughs of the facilities and established relationships with the respective on-site coordinators. So, we’ve worked with many many vendors and couples on many events. Suffice it to say that we are both experienced, detailed and picky. When it was time to plan our own destination wedding in Mexico, we knew that we wanted a local wedding planner. We were incredibly lucky to find Diana Miranda.
We had already chosen the resort, but Diana helped me coordinate many extra details. It was important to me that we hire local Mexican artisans for our favors and that our celebration honor our host country. Diana was honest and kindly straightforward when a suggestion or idea wasn’t workable. But more than that, she worked incredibly hard to make our Mexican dream wedding come true.
We have four teenage children between us, and we envisioned a week of events and parties that would entertain our out of town guests. I was super extra on the details - and Diana coordinated shipping, housed supplies for me, and even shopped for the items for my wedding welcome bags! She went above and beyond expectations at every opportunity, and always with kindness and grace.
Where she was unexpectedly helpful was in ensuring that every single detail promised by the hotel and their vendors was clearly noted in the contract. She gently, but insistently nudged vendors when she needed to, and was incredibly helpful in helping us overcome language barriers. Diana was willing to stay on property and to help us with all of the additional events as well, and it made each day so m much easier. Words cannot express how beautiful both the ceremony and reception were. And it was 100% because of her efforts. Down to moving items so that they could reused, she was always concerned with ensuring that we had great quality and value.
I didn’t think I would be able to plan a non resort wedding from abroad, but if that’s something you’re considering, Diana could absolutely help you make that happen. And if you, like me, are planning a resort wedding - her skills and services in working with the hotel are WELL worth the vendor fee. Diana’s first concern was always ME, and she was my advocate, my accountant, my designer, my handyman, my planner and my friend!
Hiring her was the best decision we made and the best money we spent on the entire event. Her services are worth far more than she charges and I am beyond grateful for the amazing wedding that she helped us create.Diana Dream Designer's reply:

The Best Wedding Planners EVER
I don’t even know where to begin. Diana and Andres hold a special place in our hearts, and our wedding was the best weekend of our lives in large part because of them. Planning a destination wedding during the tail end of a pandemic is daunting. That, coupled with a hotel wedding coordinator who doesn’t respond to anything is a recipe for disaster. BUT, with Diana and Andres on our side, everything went off without a hitch; the wife and I honestly had no worries in the world, and we knew because of Diana and Andres, the wedding would be exactly what we wanted. Reflecting on our wedding, we wouldn’t have changed one thing about the weekend, it was truly perfect.
Diana and Andres are not only amazing at their jobs, but they are genuinely good people. As crazy as it sounds, I would look forward to our weekly calls with Diana. They both have a way of making a stressful situation very easy and relaxed. Not only did we get an absolutely amazing wedding out of this experience, but we got lifelong friends as well.
I 1000% recommend Diana and Andres, they are both amazing!!!!

The best wedding planners ever
I am 28, I live in Scottsdale AZ and all I wanted was a beautiful Mexico wedding. I wanted a beautiful, elegant, boho/modern wedding with a little Mexican flare. I am VERY particular in what I like but Diana, Andres and their team made my dreams come true!!!
They responded so quickly to all my emails and texts. We had routine zoom calls. They coordinated and planned my wedding perfectly. They coordinated with the resort, my vendors and made sure I was able to enjoy and not stress during my rehearsal dinner and wedding. I flew out there to tour my venue and they met me and even did a walk through with me. They also really made sure we stayed within budget, and helped us keep track of budget.
Planning a wedding is never easy especially when I am so picky and want things a certain way. They exceed all of my expectations! We actually had a couple who came to our wedding change their location from Scottsdale to Mexico and is now working with Diana and Andres because it was such an incredible wedding.
They are lifelong friends and I love and adore them both.

My husband Danny & I had the perfect wedding all thanks to Diana Dream Designer! Diana and her husband Andres are amazing! We could not have asked for a better team to help us coordinate and plan our special day.
After having to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2022 and changing destinations from Thailand to Mexico due to COVID and restrictions, we were already stressed as is. We first reached out to Diana in October 2021 after we already booked our venue. We were looking for an overwater platform for our ceremony and our resort had just that. Diana was so friendly and responded to us within hours. We had spoken to a few other planners beforehand, but their services offered, and personalities did not match ours. When speaking to Diana, it was a hit from the start. She was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable like we were talking to a longtime friend.
Thankfully, they were available for our wedding date of 02/28/2022. Without them, we wouldn’t have had the wedding we did. Our all-inclusive resort booked had come with an in-house coordinator, however it wasn’t as personalized as we wanted which is why we booked a personal planner (best decision ever made!). With Diana and her team, they were able to push for answers asap, provide follow-up and support, maintained our budget, scheduled due date timelines for less stress, and SO much more. We had scheduled a few conference calls throughout our planning process and each call was over an hour. Not to mention our chats and messages sent via WhatsApp and emails as well. They went into every detail and made sure every question was answered. They participated and took lead in all of our meetings with the resort as well.
Come wedding day, the DDD team was on top of everything! They made sure that everything went as planned and even made the effort to run back and forth to our room a couple of times to grab things and put things away. They are truly amazing, and we wish we could have had them attend our wedding as guests and not planners LOL. They seriously made our dream wedding come true and we couldn’t have imagined a better wedding.
All in all, we wish we could give them a 10-star rating! Please hire them if you’re looking for a wedding planner, we promise you won’t regret it! Their support and communication were phenomenal, and we honestly feel like they should be charging more for their services.

Let me start by saying HIRE DIANA DREAM DESIGNER! This company will make all your wedding dreams come true.
My husband Jeffery and I live in Arizona, but wanted a destination wedding. We decided on Cancún but didn’t know where to start with planning, vendors, hotel block etc. We were overwhelmed! I began researching on WeddingWire and found Diana. We set up a call with her and I immediately loved her. She was the only wedding planner I talked to and I felt so confident in her. We knew she was the wedding planner for us!
Diana and her wonderful husband Andrés helped us EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY. First they went and visited venues for us, (I had never been to Cancún before, we planned everything without ever seeing anything in person!) They sent us video walk throughs and photos of the venues and gave us their thoughts/expertise. Diana and Andrés helped us settle on the most beautiful venue ever (Mandala Beach Club) and I’m still glowing at how perfect it was.
Next, they helped us pick a resort to accommodate our entire guest list and wedding party. They worked individually with each guest to help them book a room in our block and accommodate everyone! This took all the stress off of us!
Diana and Andrés helped us with every vendor we had at the wedding. They helped us with a photographer, floral, hair and makeup team, mariachi band, photo booth, dance floor, lights and fireworks! (DJ, food and open bar were included with the incredible venue!) Every single vendor they brought to us was AMAZING! They know all the best vendors.
We had 50 people at our wedding and Diana and Andrés helped us set up transportation to and from our weekend activities. They made sure we had a shuttle ready for our guests whenever we needed transportation - again taking the stress away from Jeffery and I.
Our wedding day was the most magical day of our lives. I was astonished at what they had created for us. Diana and Andrés spent the day setting up/working with the vendors and making everything go as smoothly as possible. We kept saying “I can’t believe this is OUR WEDDING! It’s so beautiful!” I truly can’t put into words how amazing it was and how many compliments we got, and it’s all because of them.
Diana and Andrés were available every step of the planning process and were always eager to help us any way they could. We worked with them for 6 months and they became our friends/family! There aren’t enough good things to say about this company and these wonderful people. When I first started planning my wedding, I thought I could do it all. I thought I was almost done with vendors and venue booked, while only needing a few more things to wrap up. Researching about other bride's experiences on their big day, everyone seemed to say that you would need help the day-of, even if you have planned everything to a "T" because there will always be questions and finer details that need decision making on the actual day of the wedding. Since you want to enjoy yourselves at your wedding, you definitely want someone there supervising the decor and other vendors so you are not bothered to be able to focus solely on yourself and your partner. We also wanted everyone attending, including our moms and wedding party, to enjoy themselves without having that burden. Following that advice, I went in search of a coordinator for the day. The hotel recommended a vendor (which will not be named here) that was more expensive, unresponsive, and not personable. With that, I took it upon myself to find my own coordinator. It was quite a task at the time seeing as our wedding was a destination wedding, and that meant that there were many obstacles and matters that I was prone to not knowing/understanding as it is in a country we are both not familiar with. I came across Diana Dream Designer when I was working on my wedding on this site. She has had rave reviews and so I shot my shot and reached out without hope or assumptions that she would be the one/available to help us. I came to the realization that she was not there just for the day, but rather there from the beginning until the very end. From jump, Diana saved us thousands of dollars. This basically paid for their services and some! The response time was lightning speed, too! My husband and I work very demanding jobs with unimaginable schedules. Even so, Diana would receive texts with my questions and answers to her questions at all hours of the day and night and SHE ALWAYS RESPONDED. She is the epitome of service and she never crosses the line with decision making. She has the utmost professionalism with the most care--great balance. There are suggestions that were made that I didn't even know the wedding would need. There were decisions where she knew would make lasting differences, and left those entirely up to me. Additionally, she already had pre-existing relationships with most of my vendors that were already chosen and booked, which made the experience that much easier. Diana was a dream to work with and, in hindsight, I could not imagine the experience we had without her by our side every step of the way. Diana really did make all of our dreams come true. That is saying a lot from a girl that never dreamed of getting married, never imagined herself in a wedding dress, never thought through the intricate details as many other little girls did, and yet it was everything I never knew I wanted.
That goes to show you that she has all the answers to questions you don't even know you need to ask. In general, a very high level of professional communication and professional attitude to business. Diana did not hide any details - she almost instantly provided any information on all providers - photos, music groups, flowers. Provided all the features of their work - cost, equipment and other. She did not hide the exact location of the event, as some other agencies do. We could go to the place and see for ourselves all the details. She has feelings of personal involvement and great taste in design. When it was difficult for us to decide something, we relied on her taste and all such decisions were excellent. Controls time and tactfully reminds when something needs to be done. She was looking for options where we can save money. I really can’t say enough good things about Diana Dream Designer. I first hired her because she was the only planner, out of almost 10 I’d reached out to, who didn’t basically laugh at my tiny budget. Instead, she went on a mission and was able to pull an event together at a private venue in just a couple of days.
We ended up going the all-inclusive, rather than private route, but Diana and her team were still SO helpful. Their communication was awesome throughout the entire process and helped ease a ton of stress. Diana had excellent vendor recommendations for floral, videography, and photography. She and her team always made an effort to negotiate prices for me so I could get the most out of my budget. When it came time to decide on a theme, I literally just sent her a few photos from Pinterest; she and the florist were able to turn that into an amazing event. She and her team remained incredibly detail-oriented, kind, and trustworthy throughout the entire planning process. Then, on the wedding day, they kept all of us on-schedule and stress-free.
If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a huge favor and hire Diana Dream Designer. Here pricing is VERY reasonable but after working with her, I’d easily be willing to pay 3x what I did.Diana Dream Designer's reply:

Lena is from Russia, and I'm from Canada. We had planned to be married, but due to the pandemic, it was impossible to get tourist visas to almost any country. When we found out that it would be possible to travel to Mexico to be married, we looked for a wedding planner, and found Diana. I'm glad we did, because she worked very hard for us, and the result was a perfect wedding day. Every detail was as we preferred it.
