Amazing!!!

Gina and Eldy were spectacular to work with. I for one did not think we needed a coordinator and I could not have been more wrong. Their work helped me and my wife not have to think much about what was going on around us as they had everything taken care of and were good on making any necessary last second changes on the spot. Gina Helped Create a Perfect Wedding

Five weeks before our daughter, Jaclyn Michelle, was scheduled to get married at Liberty House in Jersey City she received a text from her Event Coordinator at Liberty House saying she was no longer employed there. Jaclyn and her fiance Zach had been working with that Liberty House coordinator for 17 months, so to say they were upset would be a gross understatement!

Jaclyn had been a bridesmaid at her friend Jolene's wedding just the week before and remembered she had a spectacular wedding coordinator - Gina Diegnan. We got Gina's contact information, reached out and miraculously Gina was available to work with us on Jaclyn & Zach's wedding day.

What originally seemed like a disaster was truly a blessing! Within the week Gina began coordinating all the details of Jaclyn's wedding day, and by the day of the wedding it felt like Gina had been working with us from the beginning. She and Eldy (her assistant) helped make the wedding day perfect. I really don't know how the day would have come together without them.

Gina prepared and coordinated the schedule for the entire wedding day which included confirming and follow up on all vendors, assisting with preparations for the bridal party (both men and women), working with the photographers (still and video) to make sure all the shots the bride and groom wanted happened, coordinating transportation from Hoboken to Jersey City of the bridal party from the hotel to the venue, making sure the setup at the venue (Liberty House) was exactly as Jaclyn wanted it.

Both Jaclyn and Zach, as well as their families were able to really enjoy the wedding day because of Gina's hard work and skill. I highly recommend Gina and her team to anyone planning a wedding -- they are worth every penny and more to have the best wedding day possible! If you want to truly enjoy your (or your child's) wedding day, hire Gina!

Wedding Coordinator Gina Diegnan

Working with Gina was an absolute pleasure - and I don’t know what we would have done without her! She stepped in only 5 weeks before our wedding (due to a circumstance with our venue) and was on top of everything within days. She was always quick to respond and stayed on top of things, while bringing a calm and professional attitude to the ever stressful planning process. She balanced questions from myself, my mom and fiancé. On the day of she was amazing and made everything go so smoothly, can’t recommend her enough!

Gina was professional, organized and a big help for my daughter’s wedding day and leading up to it. Gina organized the timeline for the wedding day and contacted each of the other vendors for that day’s timing. She and her assistant Eldy helped with every detail needed. Hiring Gina and Vanessa was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were so organized and prepared, helped us make sense of all the other vendors and timelines and they were fun and happy the whole time. Gina & Eldy are amazing. Gina was always quick to respond anytime I had questions or concerns about my upcoming wedding. The day of the wedding while getting ready my veil had gotten crinkled and one of the stones in my earrings came out. Eldy took charge and ironed my veil & Gina had crazy glue to fix my earring. They were organized & keep us on track and on time. I had a large bridal party. Anything that could have went wrong they were there to fix. Later on I heard their was a seating issue with a family member but I wasn’t even made aware of it during reception because they took care of it. Honestly they were the best investment I made for the wedding. If you want to ensure the day of your wedding that everything goes smoothly you need Gina & Eldy by your side.

Gina and Eldee were amazing. I used them for the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding. Gina was right on top of everything. She made sure everything went smoothly at the rehearsal and then the day of the Wedding. Eldee was great she made sure everything was perfect with the girls hair and dresses. Anything you needed they both were right there to help you out. I highly recommend them to anyone. They made my daughters wedding day go smoothly. I didn't worry about anything. Gina was great. Initially we were a bit unclear on the role of a Coordinator day-of because we organized our wedding ourselves, were intimately close to the details, and had an Event Manager. However, it was so helpful having Gina and her assistant keep everyone organized and on time. There's just so many people who are involved and need to be coordinated so we were really thankful to have her there. Gina was my Wedding Coordinator for my wedding this past month. I planned my own wedding, and dealt with the vendors, but inviting over 350 guests, we needed a coordinator to organize everything the day of the wedding. Gina came highly recommended from my best friend, and she exceeded my expectations! Gina is highly professional, friendly and gets the job done. Her services are affordable and reasonable ranging from a low budget wedding to an extravagant/large wedding. I met with Gina two times before the wedding, and we spoke mostly through email. From the moment we met, she was so accommodating and efficient. Whether you are organized or not, she will get everything done for you once you give her the details and contracts to your vendors. The week before the wedding she will send you a very detailed schedule of your wedding day, so you know everything that will be going on that day to make sure you are on time. Since my wedding was so large, she had an assistant Vanessa Confessore help get everything done the day of. I highly recommend Vanessa as well. Both are highly organized, efficient and so friendly to my family, friends and worked very well with each vendor. My wedding came out perfectly and I truly believe it was the added help by Gina, Vanessa and her company. I can't thank her enough! I got so many compliments, and everything went so smoothly on this very hectic but memorable day. If you want a stress-free wedding day, there is no other way to go about it other than to have her as your Wedding Coordinator! Thank you Gina!

Hiring Gina to be our day-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding at the Bates House in East Setauket. The very first time I met with her, I knew she extremely detail-oriented and would do everything in her power to make sure our wedding day was as perfect as possible. I was right! As my mom put it "Gina worked like a madwoman all day!" She got in touch with two of our vendors the minute they didn't show up on time, helped out more than I'll ever know with set-up, finalized a thousand little things around our venue, and directed all of the staff we had hired. She ensured our ceremony was absolutely perfect as well. I had spent many months obsessing over every little detail of our wedding, but on that day I got to relax and enjoy everything, confident that Gina was making sure everything went smoothly. I will never forget seeing her carrying stacks of ballroom chairs from our ceremony to our reception, helping to speed things along so all the servers could start serving for cocktail hour! Seriously, if you've spent any time worrying about all the little things that could go wrong on your wedding day - OR if you don't even want to get to that point - talk to Gina about the services she offers. The only thing I regret is not upgrading to have her bring an assistant too, I don't think Gina got to sit down for even a minute during our whole wedding day!

First of all, my fiancé and I both agree that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Not one thing went wrong - honestly! And we can't imagine it going that way without Gina and Vanessa.

Gina is everything you would want in a day of coordinator. She is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and, above all, flexible. She truly has the bride and groom's interest at heart and makes it her goal to ensure their dreams are fulfilled.

Gina came highly recommended from a friend of a friend. Well, one friend used Gina. Then another friend used Gina. And another friend used Gina. So it was really no question after seeing her in action at so many weddings that I needed Gina as well! And it's the best decision we made. We knew we were in good hands and the ease of having her there during the most overwhelming moments of the day was worth it.

We are hoping more of our friends will use her for their weddings and/or christenings so that we can see her again soon! We will definitely utilize her services for future events as well.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the day-of coordination services provided by Gina. From the moment we first met her we knew that she would be an awesome day of quarterback for our vendor dream team (sorry about the sports analogies but it fits perfectly). Gina's attention to detail, organizational skills and professionalism are best in class. In addition, her warm demeanor and ability to take charge under any circumstances without being overbearing put even our most high maintenance wedding participants at ease.

Gina assisted us with putting together our day of timeline, helped coordinate our ceremony which was held at our reception venue (she also attended the rehearsal), set up for getting ready photo shoot, coordinated vendors and answered vendor and guest questions on the day of. We won't be planning any more weddings but we most certainly would highly recommend Gina to our family and friends! If Gina is there you will be able to relax and enjoy your moment without being stressed out about last minute issues!

Gina was absolutely amazing both before my wedding as well as during. She was very attentive to detail and was able to gather in my wedding party (rowdy bunch) and get them down to business. The day of, Gina helped me with everything and made my day so special. When the strap on my wedding dress started to tear Gina whipped out a needle and thread and sewed it back on in a heart beat. Brides, and anyone planning a big event, I can't stress enough the peace of mind and efficiency Gina provided both on my big day and leading up to it. I understand that some people don't get why you'd pay a day of coordinator - but to have been able to relax the week of the wedding and day of and know every issue was handled was priceless. Gina confirmed all my vendors and their delivery/setup times, and even steamed my veil for me! We had a seating snafu, and another issue with our officiant and Gina handled both without me having to stress at all. The weather was also iffy and we were having an outdoor ceremony. Gina stayed on top of checking the weather radar and never made me feel pressured to have to make a call on indoor/outdoor until I was ready. On top of all of that, her excitement for me really had me feeling the love - she's a wonderful person and an amazing event planner.

Details by Gina - Gina and her team served as day of coordinators for us for our wedding day. We had a church ceremony, followed by a wedding reception at a separate location. We of course felt it was necessary to have a day of coordinator ensure that things run smoothly on our special day, and boy were we right on the money! For starters, after Gina was contracted for the day of, she offered very useful suggestions for different things that helped secure our perfect day. She also was in contact with all of the vendors prior to the event, had all pertinent contact information along with a detailed itinerary prepared beforehand.

Most importantly, on the day of the event, things actually DID run smoothly thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Gina and her team. There was a potentially disastrous issue that arose with one of the vendors, and Gina worked diligently to make sure that the show went on despite the circumstances. The end result was a very very beautiful sequence of events, that was not even recognized as having been problematic by our guests.

Bottom line, our wedding reception turned out to be a huge success due largely in part to Gina and her team rising to the occasion, going above and beyond the typical call of duty. Her company comes very highly recommended. The services were very reasonably priced, and totally worthwhile to make sure that the day goes as smoothly as it can.

Due to my type A personality, I was always the type of person that never thought I would need a wedding planner. This changed over a year ago when I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding who used Gina and her assistant Vanessa. For being a "Day Of" wedding planner, I was completely blown away by how involved Gina and Vanessa were in all the wedding details including communicating with vendors, creating a customized timeline, and making sure that everything went smoothly. It was after this wedding that I knew I had to hire Gina and her team. My engagement was over 18 months and throughout this time, Gina was in consistent contact with me. She gave me suggestions for vendors, reviewed all my contracts, created a customized timeline for myself that was edited over the course of several weeks, and made sure that our day ran smoothly. We had a little bump in the road when the bus taking myself and my bridesmaid to our venue actually broke down. My anxious personality was to immediately panic but before I knew it, Gina and Vanessa ensured that cars were there to pick up myself and my bridesmaids and helped to make sure that I was still relaxed, calm, and happy before my first look with my husband. There is not a price you can put on the hard work and dedication that Details by Gina shows their brides and family. Gina and Vanessa thank you for being a part of our special day, we couldn't imagine it any other way!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gina and the amazing services she provided for my wedding. On the big day she was above and beyond, corralling my massive bridal party (11 on each side) and making sure everyone was ready and on time. When we had an issue with our limo company not showing up on time she helped organize alternate transportation and making sure all my guests arrived in time for the ceremony. She was there making sure everything ran smoothly and all the while ensuring I was enjoying my day and not stressing about anything. To anyone planning a wedding I urge them to see Gina. A wedding is a big day, and Gina helped make sure I was able to enjoy it to the fullest.

I was simply a bride who was getting married at 45, with two kids and a full time career. I didn't need any huge event planned but I desperately needed someone to handle all the details beforehand and the day of! Gina provided wedding coordination services at my daughter's recent wedding. In addition to handling the usual "day of" activities, Gina professionally and quickly handled what could have been a complete disaster when the limo that was scheduled to shuutle the wedding party (a very large one) between the hotel and wedding venue did not show up when scheduled. Gina worked with the people at the hotel and wedding venue and managed to arrange alternate transportation that got everyone to the wedding venue in time for pictures prior to the ceremony.

My family has now worked with Gina on both my son and daughter's wedding, and she has been nothing short of phenomenal on both occasions. She is worth every dime, and should be one of the first things you book when planning a wedding.

Gina was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we met her over a year ago, we knew that she would be perfect. She was the epitome of organization, coordination, persistence and professionalism. From creating specific timelines, following up with the vendors, handing out the tips, to showing us how to line up, Gina did it all. I had the pleasure of using Details by Gina, wedding planner Gina Diegnan to plan my New York wedding. She by no means had an easy task as we were having an Irish wedding in New York been planned from our home in Honduras. If it wasn't for Gina it would have never came together. Here are just a few of the reasons we could not do it without her:

1: Her unbelievable organisational skills, nothing was overlooked or forgotten.
2: Her persistence, she was excellent at constantly updating me on what needed to be done and when.
3: Value for money, out of every cost we had at the wedding Gina was by far the most valuable one and worth every cent.
4: I had many members of my family travel to the US from Ireland and usually a Planner in Ireland is never used so many from home wondered why I had a wedding planner...that was until they met Gina and every one had amazing things to say about her.
5: She coordinated the entire event, had detailed time lines and on the actual day she was in my suite from 9am and with us until after midnight.
6: Her vender recommendations were super, we were very happy with the venders she recommended like the amazing band, photographer, florist etc,

I cannot speak highly enough of the job she did for us, she was a life savor and most importantly made the wedding day very calm and stress free for the groom and I which is so importent. She is a great choice for any bride and would happily take any calls from any future Bride to recommend her.

Gina was the absolute best! I was referred to her by a very close friend who was adamant that Gina was someone to invest in. Im so glad I took my friend's advice. Gina was so on top of everything regarding my wedding. Without her, I dont know what I would have done. There are so many aspects of a wedding that brides and grooms dont know about because, most of the time, they have never planned a wedding before. Gina met with my husband and I twice before the wedding and was in constant contact whenever I needed her. Especially when my makeup artist canceled on me. The two weeks prior to the wedding was really when Gina helped most, making a detailed time line, confirming all vendors and taking care of last minute details. On the day of the wedding Gina and Vanessa were taking care of so much behind the scene that without them, i really do know how anyone can have a wedding run smoothly. They literally read my mind sometimes when i needed lip gloss. They kept us on a great schedule and provided me with the stress relief that you 100% need. Gina was everything that I could have hoped for and more. I really debated whether to hire a day of coordinator, but I am so glad that I did. Gina was such a calm and reassuring voice throughout the process -- she went above and beyond, meeting with me and discussing the details, to do's, suggestions, etc. multiple times before the big day. On the day of, Gina was there to anticipate the wedding party's every need -- before we even realized we needed something. When the venue made a mistake, she calmly informed me, and explained her plan, and then dealt with it flawlessly. No one noticed that anything was wrong/out of the ordinary. I still get compliments on how perfectly everything went! I am so grateful and couldn't possibly recommend her services any higher. She is worth every penny and more!

If I could give this woman more than 5, believe me I would. My husband at first was skeptical, it took me quite some time to justify to him, that the additional expense to hire a day of wedding coordinator would be worth it. Gina was recommended by our Venue, the Swan club, and there was no way that I was going to pass up the chance to have an extra eye the day of my wedding. From the moment we spoke to her on the phone, to our first meeting and finally up to the day of our wedding, Gina was 100% professional and never disappointed us. She was so much more than a wedding coordinator! She was like our everything…from best friend to therapist and we are so glad that we had her by our side that day. She helped put out every fire, every point of uncertainty that we had and we are grateful. I must also mention that I received, and am still receiving many compliments by people in my bridal party, as well as guests at the wedding with regards to how organized everything was. On my wedding day, I was serene, happy, calm, and full of joy the entire time. I was focused on how much I love my husband and the pleasure of being surrounded by all of my friends and family. I was able to feel this way because of Gina. Early in our wedding planning process, my DH and I got a card from Gina and made an appointment with her just to see what value she could bring. After we met with her, more than a year before our wedding, we both knew we had to hire her. While Gina is in action throughout the entire day of the wedding, and that is invaluable for resolving problems with other vendors or dealing with last minute details and issues so that everyone else can relax and enjoy, she's really much more than a day of coordinator. In the beginning, she helped us to understand and compare the proposals we got from other vendors, set realistic expectations, and pace our planning so that we kept our sanity. She also handled all the final confirmations with vendors after verifying with me in great detail what each vendor had agreed to provide and for what price. This alone would have been worth her fee, because I did not have to call each vendor separately and spend my time trying to figure out what needed to be done and with whom. Gina just handled it all and because I had so much faith in her competence, I could relax and know that it would all go smoothly... and it did. On the day of our wedding, she was with us the entire time, helping bridesmaids pin their dresses, removing stains from groomsmen's shirts, making sure the flowers got to us through traffic, making us laugh, fielding phone calls from vendors so that I didn't have to worry about who was where doing what. It was a blessing. Gina was more than a coordinator or a vendor to us. She was our rock! She was constantly there for us to answer any questions we had and reassure us. She is so professional and driven towards giving good service. She is totally exceptional and has my highest recommendation.

Gina was a huge help on our actual wedding day, and on the days leading up to it. She provided big relief for my mom, sister (maid of honor), and me. She thinks of literally everything! I feel she is a big reason that the day went so smoothly for me.

Along with the help and organization she provides the day of, she also confirmed all of my vendors, made sure all payments were in, and was always available to answer any questions I had.

Words cannot explain how blessed we were to find Gina. Her passion is weddings and wedding planning. We had a short amount of time to plan our wedding. We got engaged on New Year’s 2011. We started planning February 2011. Due to a terminally ill family member (my grandfather), we set our wedding date for June 2011.
We found Gina throughout reception site (The Swan Club). We met with her and explained our situation. While most people told us we were crazy to plan a wedding in 4 months, Gina did not blink as she took on our mission. She understood how important it was to have our wedding before our Grandfather passed away. The compassion and faith she displayed during our first meeting, helped to put my husband and I at ease.
Gina quickly set up a game plan for us and connected us with the best vendors in Long Island. These were vendors that she worked with in the past and vendors that were familiar with our reception site. We were able to choose our wedding vendors from her list of contacts.
Gina communicated with us through emails, conference calls, and a couple of in person meetings. She helped me find my wedding dress by sending me to a small boutique in Long Island (Iman Bridal Couture). We live in Brooklyn so we were not familiar with Long Island. Gina also gave me the idea for my bouquet (Flowers by Brian). It came out so beautiful. We ended up using the same photographer she used for her wedding and we were so happy (Bliss Productions). And of course, she helped us find our DJ (In the Mix).
Gina helped us stay organized and on schedule with our planning. She helped tackle some of our “to do” items when we became overwhelmed. Gina worked well with my mother to organize details of the wedding by following up with vendors.
Unfortunately my grandfather passed away in March 2001. When I felt like I did not have the emotional energy to continue wedding planning, Gina stepped in to help and encourage us as we took time to be with our family.
My wedding day was perfect. Gina took extremely good care of me. She took good care of my guests and organized my vendors. The day went by without any real issues (as far as I know lol). I was happy and my family was very happy. People have told us over and over again that it was the best wedding they ever attended. Above all, Gina provided me with one of the greatest memories I had with my father. He passed away unexpectedly shortly after our wedding. It is important to have family events because tomorrow is never promised to anyone. Like I stated earlier, we were blessed to have Gina help us plan our wedding.

Working with Gina was one of the best experiences in planning my wedding. The minute I knew that I had Gina in my corner, the stress of wedding planning just lifted right off my shoulders. She took care of all the last minute confirmations with vendors so that I could concentrate on being a bride. I highly recommend Details by Gina for ANY BRIDE planning a wedding!!! From the beginning, Gina walked me through the stages of planning and was giving me top notch advice every step of the way! I know she was incredibly busy, but still found a way to be very available and personable in spite of having many other weddings she was coordinating. When I had panic moments or over thought the many, MANY details involved, she helped simplify and break things down into smaller manageable chunks and just truly encouraged me when I was overwhelmed! I cannot say enough about how wonderful a wedding day it was! The morning started very early and was a bit crazy with the hair and makeup ladies, photographers, florist in my hotel room, and then arriving at the venue with trying to avoid the groom seeing me, but Gina made it all run so smoothly all the way up to the ceremony and truly made the wedding day a worry free joyful celebration!! Let us tell you, Gina is the absolute best choice anyone could make when looking for a day of coordinator. With nearly all of our wedding guests being from out of town we needed someone to help us coordinate our day and put our minds at ease. Gina was professional and personable right from the very beginning. The day went better than we could have imagined! Not only was she amazing the day of the wedding but the meetings with her in preparation of the day really helped to plan and organize everything. I was lucky enough to have Gina AND Nancy as my DOCs for my wedding! But they were so much more than DOCs. We met about 7 to 8 months before my wedding, and she wanted to know every single detail of my planning! She helped me sort through all of my vendor contracts, gave me tips as to where I should be spending and where I should be saving and so much more. Working with both her and Nancy as my wedding day got closer, they were able to help me finalize a timeline to follow for my day to ensure everything went smoothly and stress-free. And I must say, if there was anything that did not go according to plan, I certainly did not know about it. They made very sure that I was always happy and smiling all day, no matter what. Not only were they there as my DOCs, but I'm so happy they could make it to our wedding as our friends as well :) You guys did such an amazing job and Neal and I couldn't thank you enough!!!

She confirmed all my vendors and offered great advice. She works around your schedule, and is on top of everything! Gina is truly wonderful! An absolute sweetheart! She was more than a coordinator, she became a friend. My entire bridal party loved her and couldn't stop raving about her down to earth, awesome personality. I would recommend Gina to anyone 100%! You will not be disappointed!

I got married at the Queens County Farm Museum in Little Neck, NY in May 2010. I needed a coordinator to help with setting up and decorating. From the moment I spoke to Gina I felt comfortable with her and she knew exactly what I needed. I do not regret for a second hiring her and in fact, my reception would never have been the same without her. I think she is excellent at her job and I can not thank her enough!

Gina was amazing! The best investment I made for my wedding was procuring her coordination services for my wedding day! She is absolutely the best - not only did she save me a ton of money by helping me secure a videographer - she was instrumental in helping me navigate through alot of last minute stress and trauma in respect of my florist. Gina's professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness was the key -- I really don't know how I would have dealt with my florist troubles without her guidance - she truly saved the day! To all of the brides reading this - do yourself a favor and hire Gina -she is worth it!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Gina as a wedding coordinator. My husband and I went to see her for the first time and just knew that she was the one that we wanted to work with to make our day even more special. To us she was more than a wedding coordinator...she was more like a friend. She was friendly, professional, makes an awesome timeline, and stayed on TOP of her game with all of our vendors.

On our special day, she was calm, organized, she was with us behind the scenes, but always there when we needed her on the frontline.

All in all....GINA IS THE BEST!!!!! We were in great hands and we were very happy with the outcome of our special day.....A++++++++++++++++

My wedding was on September 27, 2008. When I looked into a DOC, I wanted to find someone that I felt completely comfortable with. I also wanted to make sure she would be comfortable with my then 6 year old daughter. Well, Gina had every quality I was looking for and more. She ended up finding me my photographer, after having many issues with finding one. She helped me SO much the day of the wedding. I couldn't have imagined my day without her, and neither could my daughter. I didn't worry about a single thing!! I was able to just ENJOY my day. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about her. Thanks Gina....

Hiring Details by Gina as my wedding coordinator was the absolute best decision I could have ever made for my wedding. Alot of people have this perception that wedding planners are only for the wealthy bride with 500 guests at her wedding. That is simply not true!!! No matter who you are or how big your wedding is, it's YOUR day and you want to be able to enjoy it. On my wedding day, Gina handled all the money transactions such as paying the DJ, florist and photographer. She made sure that the DJ played the right songs at the right time and that the photographer took every photo on my wish list. Any problems that came up such as guests that needed seats or who showed up late and needed meals, Gina handled. Normally the vendors go to the bride and groom for answers on all these questions that come up during the day. Since I had Gina, I was able to mingle with my guests and enjoy my wedding day without the nuisance of interruptions. Even prior to the wedding, Gina helped me tie up loose ends and find last minute vendors for my wedding. I will be forever grateful to Gina for everything she did for me.

Gina was absolutely amazing, especially as she stepped up when last minute my event manager quit on me. It was a nightmare! She put all my fears and stress at ease leading up to my big day. Gina and Vanessa were a perfect combo the day of and did not miss anything! Wish I could work with them more often :)

My wedding was on August 5th 2012. From the first time I met Gina I just felt that she loves and take pride in her job. Gina went above and beyond, so many complications came up the day prior and on my wedding. However, Gina has a way of making you feel that everything was going to be fine. She stepped in right away in the emergencies that occurred and even pulled out her emergency kit. All I can say is she is awesome and if there is anyone who is great at their job it is Gina. She clearly loves what she does and has a passion for weddings and working with people. In short, Gina is awesome - she is a passionate, hardworking, clear communicator who is always ready for anything. She takes the brunt of any hitch that may occur and allows you to be spared the stress and remain happy. With Gina on your side you can be confident that your wedding day will be enjoyable and memorable.

Gina was an amazing asset and participant making our wedding such a success. Gina's attention to every tiny detail was impressive and her professionalism with everyone from dealing with the bride and groom, their families, and her interaction with all the other vendors was remarkable.

I swear, my wedding day was perfect! Absolutely perfect! And it had everything to do with my Wedding Day Coordinator, Gina from Details By Gina. As a "Day Of" coordinator I only expected her to help me manage my wedding day only but from the start she offered her experience, her guidance and, many times, her time helping make those trivial decisions that often drive us so crazy during the wedding planning process. She was fun and easy going. I felt like I had an extra girlfriend to help deal with the craziest time of my life! Most brides don't have prior experience planning a wedding so it was great to have someone to talk to about all the vendor contracts, and decipher through what everything means. She also recommended my florists (Pedestals) and my music (In The Mix DJs) and together they were phenomenal! For all the guidance Gina provided, I felt I had really gotten a bargain even before the day of my wedding arrived. On my actual wedding day, I was blown away at how she was ten steps ahead of everyone making sure everything was just right. To be honest, maybe a million little things might have gone wrong that day but I'll never know it because she took care of everything. It's been one year since my wedding and I am still so grateful to have had Details By Gina create an absolutely perfect memory that I will cherish forever. Thanks Gina!
