Pays close attention to every detail

During my first meeting with Carly, I shared with her that all of the small details were very important to me and that I wanted our wedding to be elegant and romantic. I also told her that I wanted to plan the wedding in a month before I returned to work as a teacher. She accepted the challenge and called The Alfond Inn, my dream venue, during the meeting and we toured and booked the venue that same day. During the next few weeks, we met with all of our vendors and planned our entire wedding. During the weeks leading up to our wedding, she checked in with me often to ask how I was feeling, if I had any questions about anything, if I wanted to meet with her to go over anything, etc. Our wedding was magical! The ballroom looked like a beautiful garden (with stars on the ceiling). It was STUNNING! Carly ONLY works with the best vendors. I knew that I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because we had hired Carly. She made sure that everything happened on time and she was so attentive to the wedding party and to my parents. She helped me put on my wedding dress and dry my tears after I did a first look with my Dad which was SO special. She was with me through every step of the process! Weeks after the wedding, our family and friends asked if we could have the wedding all over again. Everyone had so much fun and many people have said that our wedding is the BEST wedding that they have ever been to.

Our Dream Wedding

Carly was an absolute dream to work with. We found her after having a horrible experience with a venue that was incredibly difficult to work with that we had booked on our own before working with a wedding planner. Once, Carly came into the picture everything was seamless! We were able to switch venues and start working her talented team of vendors.

My husband and I were living in North Carolina and got married in Florida and she made everything so easy as far as site visits, vendors calls, decor. Not once did I feel stressed about having an out of state wedding. We had a 4 day West Indian wedding. It was so important to us to work with a wedding planner who understood our culture and Carly was a pro…she already knew all the ins and outs!

What truly makes Carly amazing is her ability to read your mind. She always knows what you’re thinking and she will truly bring your vision to life. She will make your Pinterest board a reality! I still find myself looking at our wedding photos daily and can’t believe how every little detail came to life.

I am so pleased with all of the vendors who were recommended by Carly. She understands your style and vision and will match you with a perfect team. Our wedding would have never been possible without her and I am so thankful for both her and her team of vendors!

When dreams become reality...

Carly was truly my fairy godmother during the wedding planning process. I knew I needed her help as soon as I saw her work through her website and social media posts. I even reached out to her before I was officially engaged to make sure she was available for our time frame. Carly took care of every detail, did all of the behind the scenes planning and never let me stress out! I am a control freak in general and would send Carly multiple long emails with thoughts and she was always so kind, accommodating and reassuring but also made sure to keep it real. Her expertise in the field is apparent from the first conversation we had, and she never missed with her recommendations for vendors or . We had to make a few changes throughout the planning process but Carly always made sure that she focused on my vision and details that were important to us, and truly made my dreams come true! All of our guests raved about all of the details of our wedding and said it was the most fun they have ever had. If you are looking for a professional, creative, knowledgeable wedding planner, my husband and I cannot recommend Carly enough!

Carlisha did a phenomenal job bringing our dream vow renewal to life. She exceeded our expectations. Her entire team of vendors are detail oriented.

Carlisha was our wedding planner for our 10 year vow renewal. She blew us away with the entirety of it! She handled every aspect of it and we just came to be in the moment and commemorate our love. Our guest list was small and intimate however, she turned both venues and balanced out the space. The incorporation of Disney touches were very personal. Our guests still talk about the celebration. It was enjoyed by all. We were so blessed to have connected with her and would highly recommend her to be their next wedding planner.

A Dream Come True

From the moment we met Carly during our consultation we knew she was the planner for us. Our consultation felt like we were catching up with an old friend rather than interviewing a planner. Carly guided us through the entire planning process and made everything so enjoyable and fun rather than stressful. More than a designer wedding, Carly makes wedding dreams come to life.

Designer Weddings by Carly was the most important puzzle piece when it came to planning our two- day Indian wedding in Orlando, FL. I could go on and on about how wonderful Carly and her company was to my husband and I. When we initially began wedding planning, we ran into somewhat of a nightmare with our first wedding planner. We scrambled to find a new planner that specialized in Indian weddings and found Carly. Needless to say, not only did Carly save our wedding, but turned it into an event we play over and over in our head to this day. Carly was able to connect us with the best vendors in Orlando and helped us negotiate, plan and dream big when it came to booking vendors. She was there every step of the way. Carly is someone you can trust to plan a beautiful and memorable event, she is also warm and kind, making it easy to be open with her about ideas. I highly recommend hiring Carly for your next special event. We had a total of five weddings in our family in 2023, and because of Carly's passion and craft, ours was the one that stood out the most and the one everyone can't stop talking about. Better than my dreams

When I first met Carly I could tell that she has such a passion for what she does! She took the time to get to know me and my fiancé and was there anytime that I had a question or concern. Everything on our wedding day turned out even better than I could have ever imagined. It felt like a literal fairytale. Carlisha went above and beyond!

Had my wedding in December 2023 and had been planning with Carlisha since about March 2023. I cannot even begin to explain how incredible Carlisha was! Not only did she give us our dream wedding, she made it better than I ever could’ve imagined. It is as if she read my mind.
She was always just a phone call or text message away, and was extremely helpful anytime I needed her guidance. Our wedding was the most perfect day I’ve ever experienced, it felt like a dream. To this day I still can’t stop looking at photos. She made the entire planning process so easy and stress free. All of her recommendations as well were spot on. She knows exactly what she is doing and was born for this!

Best wedding planner!

Hi, my name is Farah and my husband and I hired Carlisha approximately 2 years ago to be our wedding planner for not 1, or 2, but 3 weddings across the span of 2022! Imagine a moving concept of what we wanted each wedding to look like, cause naturally people change across time, and Carly never skipped a beat! Our first wedding was our nikkah, followed by our Hindu wedding, and the grand finale of our New Year’s Eve reception, to end the year with a bang! Carly CRUSHED them all, and made it so each event was unique, beautiful in its own style and individually they all stood out in their own way! She was able to bring all of our ideas to LIFE, with unmatchable class, elegance and timeless appeal! Aside from the weddings themselves, which was PERFECT (all 3 occasions lol), but to build an everlasting relationship on top of that was really the icing on the cake! Carly and every single vendor that she introduced us to was a dream team! Wedding planning with Carly felt like fun, we enjoyed every moment of our journey and it really showed on the day of because we all had built such a sweet bond! Disney Fairytale Wedding

Words can't express how happy we are to have found Carly when we did. In just 3 months, Carly designed/created our dream Disney Winter Wonderland wedding from scratch. Her responsiveness and attention to detail really made this a great experience. On the day of the wedding Carly was right by our sides. Carly is the best investment for your wedding day!

Carly is amazing! Hiring her was the best decision I made to put together a memorable day not only for myself and my husband, but also for my family! She was recommended by my best friends and created a beautiful day for them that it was an easy decision to hire her after witnessing her work.
Due to COVID, we decided to postpone our wedding 1 year. Carly stuck with us for the entire 3 year engagement. I am not a planner and with my busy work schedule, Carly patiently guided us throughout the entire decision making process. She read over venue contracts and teamed us up with some of the BEST vendors in Orlando. It was easy going through the process and details with her and her vendors, which really paid off on our wedding day. More importantly, she really catered and listened to our wants and needs. Carly curtailed fine details to meet our expectations and our budget! During the week of the wedding, Carly went above and beyond answering last minute details. Nothing really prepares you to throw a large event for 150 people, but she really put our mind at ease before and during the big day. Also, listen to her, she really knows what you need for your wedding day! For example, photography and video were important to me and it was recommended to purchase extra hours for the pictures I wanted to be captured. I did not regret it! I now have beautiful documentation of my wedding day that I will never forget. Carly is not only a wedding planner, but a friend that I will always be grateful to for creating the PERFECT day for me and my husband. I was able to enjoy my food, dance, and mingle with our guests. I still hear comments from my family and friends that our wedding was one of the best weddings they attended. Thank you Carly, you are the best

You simply cannot ask for better - Carly is it!

Our photographer referred us to Carly and we are forever grateful. Our wedding was originally scheduled for April 4, 2020. Covid took that date away from us, but Carly was there for us for TWO YEARS every step of the way. She was there not only to guide us, but helped provide us some much needed perspective as well.
When Carly first walked into our lives, we had been taking matters into our own hands and not successfully. She helped us fix the mess we began to make and put together an event we were excited about and proud of. When that couldn't happen because of the pandemic, we simply had more time to make it even better.
When the day finally came around, it was everything we dreamed of and more!! Our wedding truly took our breath away. The room was gorgeous and Carly helped us add touches we didn't know we wanted or needed. The night went by seamlessly even though there were some issues with our venue - Carly navigated all of it so skillfully that she managed to shield us from all of those issues. Carly was the ultimate conductor of our wedding and we truly could not have done it without her. Again, we are forever grateful for her and while we are so glad to have finally celebrated our wedding April 9th, 2022, we miss working with Carly. She's the best!!! Highly recommend!!!

Best wedding planner ever!

Where to begin - Carly is the wedding planner you never knew you needed, but would be silly not to hire. Her level of detail, creativity, and ability to take vague ideas and bring them to life is truly stunning. Luke and I met Carly in 2019, and due to the pandemic, she was stuck with us for a year longer than planned. Through the ups and downs of postponing our wedding, to the horrendous experience we had with our venue, Carly was there to keep us calm and advise us. We planned most of the wedding via phone calls, zooms, and texting.. Carly was always available to chat and work around our crazy work schedules.

Carly is also the best wedding planner when it comes to involving the whole family in the wedding planning process. She went above and beyond to incorporate my parents' ideas and assuage their fears and anxieties. Carly is truly a part of our family now.

Luke and I don't have the words to describe how incredible our wedding planning experience was with Carly, so, unfortunately, this review can never fully capture the crucial role Carly played in our lives. Despite this, we can definitely say that we can't recommend her enough!

Dream Planner- Look No Further

Carly will be the planner of your dreams- no need to look further for someone. We worked with Carly over the last year for our wedding that took place 07/17/21. I am not sure what I expected from a planner but based on our experience, I can tell you Carly will offer you everything and more. I have recapped the most stand-out things below about Carly and our experience working with her.

Personality and Professionalism:
Carly is an exceptional wedding planner- Professional beyond standard, creative, thoughtful, vivacious and dedicated. Her professionalism was expressed by how she conducted herself but also how she communicated with us and our vendors. Kindness over anything! She also had this incredible ability of not forcing her opinion when decisions needed to be made. Rather, when questions were asked, she outlined options and always lent a story to bring more clarity to a situation/outcome. While Carly is truly the one planning (we as a couple had no idea what we were doing, so we needed that guidance!), she empowered us to feel like we were leading the process without feeling the slightest bit of stress. In addition, as she has been in the industry for years, her contacts are incredible and I highly recommend considering any vendor she recommends. I find it incredibly important to emphasize how wonderful Carly is. While you want a wedding planner who is fantastic at their job, you also want to LOVE them ….and you will with Carly. She bent over backwards for us and continuously said “if you ever need anything, call me”. She meant it/ proved that throughout the planning process. I walked away from this experience at first categorizing Carly as my planner but now my friend.

Creative/Design Oriented
As for her creativeness, it is unmatched. When asked what we envisioned our dream wedding to be, all we could say was “well we like tropical flowers, pastels, driftwood and want a good band”. Carly took that statement and transformed our wedding into a whimsical tropical wonderland infused with elegance and band that was out of this world. Again, Carly never forced her opinions on what we should do, rather provided us with visuals and whatever we liked, she helped bring that to life. Going into the planning process, I never considered the “design” element and quite frankly was blown away with what was created--- our wedding was beyond a “pinterest” wedding- rather it was unique to us and absolutely magical.

Follows the Budget
Carly will keep you humble about your budget to ensure you don’t overextend yourself. Everything she brought to us, was within budget and if we wanted something more, she would first say “that is OK but I do want to mention that this will be out of budget before we continue to move forward on this”. Transparency is key during this process and we were never let down by Carly.

Stress-free Planning
As mentioned before, Carly’s professionalism and hands-on approach left of us stress-free. If I had the slightest bit of concern, I would connect with her and she would reassure me that everything was OK (very prompt response rate!). So while the stress was non-existent because Carly managed everything, we also loved the planning process because Carly was just so easy and wonderful to talk with. Her flexibility and bright personality made everything move along so well (and made wedding planning so fun!). If our wedding day had any hiccups, I was absolutely clueless because Carly never let on. From start to finish, I was floating in the clouds during our wedding weekend because Carly handled everything for us.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Carly. I cannot imagine my wedding experience without her. Forever proud to be a “Carly Bride/Couple”. Thank you Carly for making all our dreams come true. You are simply spectacular.

Fairytale Wedding 5.07.21

There aren’t enough words to describe how truly grateful I am. From the moment I met Carly I knew I needed her. I came to her wanting a Beauty and the Beast fairy tale wedding which she captured beautifully. Every idea and every thought I had, she found a way to elevate it and design it perfectly. Carly is brilliant, creative, attentive and focused. She knew exactly all the rights things to say and do. During multiple crises which included a bankrupt venue, a pandemic and multiple date changes, she always made me feel assured and confident that she could make anything happen or fix what I thought couldn’t. She held my hand throughout every crying moment. I know I wouldn’t have been able to get through this without her. Carly gave me the wedding of my dreams.

Orlando Designer Weddings by Carly is top notch!!!!

I don’t have enough words I can use to describe Carly. She is the absolute best and it was such an honor to have her assist in planning our wedding. Her attention to detail and professionalism made her an absolute joy to work with. She accomplished all that I asked for and more. She was always available when I needed something or asked a question especially the weeks leading up to the wedding. She even made herself available to my bridal party as they tried to surprise me with a few things. All in all, with Carly the experience was amazing. Book her ASAP

Carly is AMAZING!!! We booked Carly for our big fat indian wedding right after our engagement in April 2019 and started full steam ahead with wedding planning for our July 2020 wedding. Obviously in March, we had to take a step and figure out what to do next. Luckily, Carly was with us every step of the way from pushing the wedding date out, to figuring out all the Covid limits and guest limitations and coordinating everything with our vendor team. Although everything was new for her, as it was for us, she provided her guidance throughout the process.

She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. She really focused on myself and my husband to make sure we were happy. She took all my wedding worry away and allowed us and our families to be in the moment on our wedding day which is extremely important. We were able to have an incredibly safe and fun wedding and we are so grateful to have had Carly as our wedding planner. She is worth every penny and more.

The best of the best!

Carly is by far the most amazing wedding planner!! I was such a wreck Friday before seeing everything Saturday, little did I know I never should’ve worried to begin with!! She paid such close attention to detail & made my wedding flow smoothly. She cares about what her bride wants and gets it done! (Even when I wanted cow skulls & western mixed with boho) 😂 Carly isn’t just a wedding planner but one of the best friends you could ever ask for on your big day. She helped keep me from ruining my makeup before getting down the aisle, helped me get into my dress and deal with all the buttons. Best Wedding Planner Ever

Carlisha and I have been friends since we were kids. I’ve also worked with her as a makeup artist for a few of her brides, which gave me the chance to witness her work ethic and professionalism up close. I watched her go above and beyond for every bride and I knew she would do the same for me. When we got engaged, I knew there was no one I’d rather plan our wedding than her. She did not miss a beat - from our original wedding in Miami being cancelled due to the pandemic to re-planning in under a month in Orlando. She kept me sane and ensured I felt loved and supported. AMAZING and Breathtaking

Carly was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. When you hit a snag or need help or if I couldn’t even decide she was right there to help me through it and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She even surprised us with a sparkler fountain during our first dance. I was so surprised and it was amazing. With Carly I can truly say she was more than a wedding planner to me she was a friend who wanted to make sure the day and look was what we wanted. Thank you so much. You are absolutely amazing. Working with Carly was by far the best decision we made when beginning our planning for our wedding! Carly went above and beyond to make our day special. I presented her with many challenges including hair, budget and even venue. Carly once told me that she is a "pink and fluffy" kinda girl. However, my outdoor, camp themed, dirt filled wedding didnt throw her for a loop at all. She combined my love of the outdoors with elegance and made my wedding a dream come true. Best wedding planner ever!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing and hardworking Carly was!
We’ve been married for almost a year and I can still remember our first meeting, how well she handle our crazy family and how she made all my visions and dreams for our wedding exceed my expections! It would be someone’s lost if they didn’t hire her! She’s patient, devoted and she literally goes into your brain and takes all of your ideas to make it happen within your budget! Everything I asked for what’s there and it was a total dream come true! From the invites, to the set up, decor, colors and even the set up of the favors, everything was and look more than I could’ve expected! She made sure everything went accordingly and all the vendors were as perfect as she was!

Absolute Perfection

Carly is absolutely AMAZING! When I first met Carly I had no clue what I wanted my wedding to look like. I kept repeating words like classy and traditional but couldn’t make it past this hazy idea. Within a matter of minutes she was able to pin point the most perfect venue and started to help me build a vision. I knew from that moment I was going to love working with her. Carly was by our side through every step in the process. From finding a venue to coming with me to pick up my dress the week of the wedding. She seemed to effortlessly guide us through every decision and matched us up with vendors that complimented our personalities and style. My husband and I soon developed the saying “In Carly we Trust.” In the weeks leading up to our wedding she was constantly checking in on us to offer her help with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure those last weeks were as stress free as possible and I am so grateful to her. When the day finally arrived, I knew that I didn’t have to worry about a thing because she had everything well at hand. Our wedding was more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. Carly has become so near and dear to me and I know that I will always think of her when I look back at our wedding.

Perfection

“Elegance and attention to detail...” Those were our two main requests for our wedding day. I can’t imagine anyone else who would have brought our vision to life in the manner that Carly did. Working with Carly has been a pleasurable experience. The excitement that she shared to help make our big day the wedding that we dreamed of is what anyone who wants a great wedding would need. Carly was in our corner from day one, working to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted and comfortable with what it would cost. She pays extreme attention to detail, often recalling requests made early on that we, ourselves, had forgotten about! She is professional and passionate about her work. She helped match us with vendors whose style and personalities would align with ours throughout this process. I can honestly say that I did not worry about anything throughout our wedding planning process because I trusted that Carly would make sure that everything was taken care of— which she did. Carly’s uplifting and bubbly personality exuded from her since the day we met her at a wedding expo and her positive attitude and energy have remained consistent the entire time. I felt like Carly treated our wedding day as if it were her own wedding day, as she took every moment, request and occurrence seriously to make sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy the happiest day of our lives. I told Carly that I wanted a hedge wall but that I did not like any of the hedge walls available from local vendors. What did Carly do? She contacted the florist we had booked to actually build a greenery wall for our wedding that I would be happy with— that is commitment.
Our guests have not stopped talking about the wedding yet! The most common question we get is from guests who were very impressed: “who was your wedding planner?” Every time I hear this question, I simply smile and remain grateful that Carly was available to book our wedding date. We could not have done this without her!

I’m so incredibly grateful that we found Carly. She helped us stay on track from the very beginning and come the day of, she took charge so that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The BEST wedding planner ever!

Carly is an absolute lifesaver when it comes to weddings. I thought I wouldn't need a wedding planner but I was COMPLETELY wrong. I met with her several times before my big day, and she was always extremely nice, professional, and always able to handle any concerns or questions I had. Meeting with her took all the stress out of planning. She coordinated with all my vendors leading up the big day. She led the rehearsal and was quick and efficient at it. There were countless things that I didn't think through beforehand and didn't realize would be an issue until the day of - but she was the solution to all of those problems. One of those issues was actually my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses! The 8 of us had corset backs and I thought "oh, we will be able to figure it out on our wedding day". Carly ended up tying ALL of our dresses in the back because none of us were doing it right and we were taking way too long! She even helped with my bustle! She also set up all my favors for me, decorated my cake and cake table, decorated my sweetheart table, and countless other things. I didn't need to even take a glance at my reception area until it was time because I knew I was in fantastic hands. Carly had EVERYTHING under control and looking back at my wedding day, my day would have been disastrous without her. I really can't recommend her enough. She was the single most important vendor of my entire wedding. Carly - Thank you!

Fairy godmothers do exist

After having a bad experience with a different wedding planner that specializes in Hindu weddings in the Orlando area, I almost decided not to book a planner and plan my wedding myself. I found Carly in March of 2017 while scouring the internet and I am so glad I did. From our very first phone call and meeting, I was sold. My fiance and I hired Carly for full planning and she was a life saver. Carly was with us every step of the way from making appointments, to helping us book vendors, she even helped pick my reception gown. We had a 2 day Indian wedding, the first day was our hindu Ceremony and 2nd was our American reception. Normally brides are frantic and stressed but I was calm and free of worry because I knew Carly had everything taken care of. On the day of the ceremony my groom was set to make a grand entrance on his Lamborghini rental, the rental company never showed, Carly drove there and made sure he got exactly what he wanted and paid for. She is so dedicated and her love not only for her job but her couples as well is very evident. If you are still reading this you need to stop and just book Carly. I promise, you will not be disappointed. She was literally a fairy godmother and we gained a friend after almost 2 years of planning. Thank you Carly!

We had Carly as the planner for the day of and I don’t know how I could have done it without her. Carly was a breath of fresh air for our wedding planning and our wedding day. She is very experienced and was able to offer tips on what would work well or not well with what our plans were and what extra things to think about that were not even on our radar. As our big day was approaching she helped us close some last minute loose ends like transportation finalized a lot easier than we were able to since she has so many contacts in the business. The day of the rehearsal and wedding she was able to corral our huge bridal party of 24 people and keep them in line for the needed events. Upon entering our reception room for the first time to for the “room reveal” it was absolutely breath taking and beyond what I had pictured. Everything was perfect and there is no doubt that was a big part of Carly’s attention to detail and assertiveness. It was definitely with every penny and more to have an expert by your side to worry about the details on your big day so you can enjoy it all with your new spouse.

In three words: Carly is Awesome! Carly was assigned to us by our venue as our day of coordinator and they were not wrong! Since our first meeting, she makes sure to get to know us and to understand our vision. Carly paid attention to small details and went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Also, she was flexible with the dates of our meetings as I had a business trip a week before the wedding. She has excellent organization skills with the timeline she put together vendors and wedding party knew what expect and what to do.

The day of the wedding she was on point with everything going on, I didn't have to worry about anything. She surprised us with additional decorations that make the reception room look beautiful.

I would recommend Carly as your wedding planner, if she went above and beyond as our day of planner, I can't imagine if I hired her to plan the whole wedding.

Carly is amazing, she is dedicated and is the queen of little details. She has experience with working with many vendors in the industry but most importantly she is organized and plans for everything! She was incredibly accommodating since we lived in Miami and our wedding was taking place in Orlando (Casa Feliz), we had many Skype calls with her and every meeting she was always prepared and guided us through every step. She recommended our florist, cake vendor and even helped us pick our linens and plates! She is a visionary who loves what she does and has a gift for making everything perfectly beautiful. Our September 30, 2017 wedding came with few surprises early in the month. Florida had a very active hurricane season, and was impacted by Hurricane Irma a few weeks before the wedding. This created a lot stress but Carly kept the communication lines open and was with us every step of the way. On the day of our rehearsal, an hour before we were supposed to meet everyone at Casa Feliz rain came pouring down and we didn’t know if we were going to make it. Carly quickly came to rescue and made the call to move our rehearsal to the resort where we were staying. She coordinated with our officiant right away and we were able to have a rehearsal after all! She even called our rehearsal dinner location to let them know that we would arrive a little late due to the last minute change in plans.On our wedding day, Carly was the glue that held everything together. She helped me with my wedding dress and even came to the rescue when my veil was accidentally forgotten at the resort! She worked with my bridesmaids and our hotel to get the veil just in time before the ceremony, she is a lifesaver! Carly made sure our wedding day was perfect and for that, we are eternally grateful. She stayed until the very end gathering all of our belongings and put them in a box ready to go. Carly is an asset to any team and any bride would be honored to have her as her wedding planner.

Carly is absolutely amazing. From her charm, organization and her go-getter attitude, Carly went above and beyond for us throughout our entire wedding process. We found Carly and A Rose Designs Events walking through one of the many wedding shows in Orlando. We were very early on in our planning process and had no clue where to even begin. We had already talked to several planners, and though my future husband made me promise to get a planner for at least day-of… I wasn’t buying it. I felt that I could handle it on my own, but he begrudgingly brought me by Carly’s booth. I am so happy that he forced the issue. We instantly fell in love with Carly and we knew that she would rock being our day-of coordinator, so we booked her right then and there.

Several weeks later after exchanging emails and having an initial meeting we upgraded our package so Carly would be more involved in helping us. She made us realize that our dream wedding could be a reality. Designing everything with her was so much fun! Carly was exactly what we needed to be able to plan our big day. She kept us on track with meeting vendors, she came with my mother and I to find my dress, she handled the day-of like a pro and she did everything single thing with a smile on her face.

Having Carly by our side was absolutely priceless. Her knowledge alone of the wedding industry in Orlando is amazing. Carly’s enthusiasm for what she does is so clear. She is extremely reliable and goes the extra mile for everyone in her life, especially her clients!

Looking Back now, I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her there. Carly was the absolute best thing we could have asked for, and I am so grateful to now have her as a wonderful friend.

I don’t know what I could’ve done without Carly. She was referred to me by a coworker & hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. Carly is excellent at her job & it is very evident that she enjoys it. She is super organized & detail-oriented, so my OCD needs were met. She is very creative & it helped that we both like the same things (polka dots, pink, Kate Spade). She had this incredible ability to calm me down when I was freaking out. She took care of all the vendors and whatever issues came up, she took care of them before we even knew about it. She is very knowledgeable & knows all the right people in her industry. Everyone she referred to us was equally as amazing as her. Whenever we needed her, she was just a phone call or email away. She did everything from the biggest tasks (orchestrating the big day) to the smallest (helping me buckle my shoes). She even had this timeline for the wedding that was by the minute! I don’t know how brides can do this by themselves. She was very patient with us throughout this whole process & she guided us every step of the way. Best Wedding Planner in the BUSINESS ! i went with the a day-of coordinator & it came with Great Rates & the BEST services. She went above and beyond. Believe me i wasn't an easy bride, & with my 3 days wedding events, she made sure everyone & everything went perfect. She was able to accommodate everything i asked for. She was always Prepared & Organized, I didn't have to call her for anything! She was even there for some damage control & i didnt even have a chance to freak out!! Honestly Carly was one of my favorite vendors, & I will continue to recommend her ! FYI Shes AMAZING with Indian weddings!

A Rose Designs Events, owned and operated by Carly Magnarella, was absolutely amazing. Carly was attentive, 100% of the time, through email, text, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. Carly clearly understood our vision for our wedding and offered suggestions when we (my husband and I) could not make a decision. She walked us through every step, from the wedding planning to the wedding day timeline. On the day of the wedding, our breaths were absolutely taken away. It was our vision, only so much better and so much more incredible. Due to Carly's attentiveness, creativity, detail orientation, and professionalism, the whole day was perfect. Carly was there, smoothly guiding and directing the day, from hours before the wedding started to hours after the wedding ended. At the end of the night, Carly continued to work diligently by getting my attire situated, collecting all our wedding supplies/gifts, and loading everything into our car. Carly went way above and beyond what we could have every imagined. We definitely recommend Carly from A Rose Designs Events and will be using her services again in the future.

I came across Carly at a wedding show. I was getting married in a month and I was in freak out mode due to all the stress of planning this all by myself. My main concern? How will I orchestrate this entire thing?! Then I met Carly. I asked her if she did day of planning, since that's really what I needed, to which the answer was yes, and, it turned out she was available on that day! It was like God had purposely placed me on that path that day.

Carly did a fantastic job. She was there to help ease my mind. She helped me organize myself and on the day of, she had all of her ducks in a row where if anything went wrong, I had no idea (and still don't!). She is very kind and budget friendly. I strongly recommend her services if you're looking for a planner. Best choice I've ever made!

Very meticulous hard working individual who takes the time to iron out all details no matter how small it may be. Carly was wonderful. She exceeded my expectations, especially with her level of professionalism, wealth of knowledge, vendor contacts, and lightning fast communication. When trying to decide on whether or not you should have a wedding planner, the answer is a resounding YES!! Carly was a Godsend and was there for us in the most crucial times that I needed her. She literally put me in my gown, which was a corset, and bustled me like a pro! She was courteous, friendly, dependable, hardworking, professional and the consummate organizer. Thanks to Carly, my dream wedding was a dream come true! Everything I asked for, she took care of, from offering rehearsal dinner ideas, all the way to our balloon release, in which I forgot to order balloons. She got on the phone on Friday at our rehearsal, made the call and the balloons were there, in our colors and ready for our Sunday brunch wedding! She even made arrangements for us to pay for them that day and took care of that as well! Without Carly, I would have been a wreck! I did not have to worry about whether the vendors were coming to setup on time or wonder if the venue was doing what I asked. She made sure they were all there, doing their part to make our big day beautiful, stress-free and our dream come true! Her style is softly demanding, which is what all brides need. She can make you feel at ease with her beautiful smile, all while keeping you on track so that things run smoothly and seamless! She is respected for her work ethic and I know I would have fallen a part without her! Carly was a fantastic wedding planner. We booked her before booking any other vendors or the venue which was a great decision. We got the most value out of having a wedding planner because we booked her first. She led us through choosing a venue and picking the right vendors for us. We got the full package which was a great decision for us because we had no idea where to start. There were so many things Carly took care of, including on the wedding day. I came home from my honeymoon to having all of my wedding items organized just as well as how I'd left them with Carly. She took care of wedding day hiccups, like some transportation issues, perfectly. The only challenge we had was some unfortunate timing as she was on vacation 2 weeks before our wedding so there was some added stress the week leading up to the wedding. However, everything was taken care of and the wedding went perfectly without a hitch. I was never one of those girls who dreamed about having an amazing, pristine wedding-but because of Carly, I now look back on my wedding day as the best day of my life.

Carly was hands down the BEST decision we made about our wedding. She held our hands and walked us through every little detail about our wedding. Let’s start at the beginning…My fiancé and I had just moved down to central Florida in October of 2015 from Maryland. We had no idea of where to go, who to call, or where to start. Together we went to a Wedding Expo and decided that we were going to talk to every wedding planner/coordinator in that place, which turned out to be a lot. By the end of the day we decided on Carley. Not only because she offered a great deal but she took the time to talk to us and we instantly both felt like she was the “one”. Carley worked with us on everything down to the detail. I felt comfortable, confident, and happy with every vendor and choice we made. My wedding planning process was stress free and enjoyable. Carley was always very responsive to any calls, texts, and emails. She even would go out of her way to text me ideas and such to incorporate into our day. She was so thoughtful. On my wedding day was I was able to just be a Bride. I was able to enjoy getting ready with my bridal party and actually enjoy my ceremony and reception without having to worry about a thing. Any Bride would be crazy to not choose Carley to work with. She offers so many price points and options that she surely can help any Bride. I cannot recommend Carley and her team of magic makers enough. Carley at A Rose Designs made my wedding an unforgettable and memorable day. What more could a Bride ask for?

Carly was absolutely wonderful! She truly made the final details of my wedding absolutely perfect. She helped me in every way and was constantly checking on my well being throughout the rehearsal and wedding day! She met with my vendors and contacted my vendors for me, including giving them schedules for the day of. She provided me with that schedule as well and had me proof it prior to sending it out. She was stellar at making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. My husband and I wanted a 30 min cocktail hour so we could have more fun at the reception, so she worked with the photographer, videographer, and DJ to make this happen for us! She is absolutely wonderful and truly made this experience fantastic! If you have any doubts about getting a wedding planner, just do it! Carly, from A Rose Designs Events, did a fabulous job helping us make our dream wedding come to life. Our venue had a 2 hour window for set up before the wedding so we knew we needed a day of coordinator to assist. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to use her services! Her "day of coordinator" package doesn't mean just day of---she sat down with us the weeks prior to the wedding in order to get everything organized and ready to go for the big day. A Rose Designs was a Heaven sent! :) At first we were uncertain whether we should hire a wedding coordinator but boy oh boy are we ever glad that we did! I highly recommend hiring at least a "day of coordinator" like we did.You will NOT regret that expense. Carlisha and I teamed up together and created a beautiful wedding. It was like she has been my lifelong friend and knew EXACTLY my wedding vision. I honestly do not think I could have done it without her. I could go on and on about various ways she went above and beyond for us but I'll just mention 2 instances.
As a bride, you will go through a few "I am overwhelmed and I want to cry my eyes out" moments....when that happened to me, Carlisha contacted me ASAP and said "What can I do to help?". She saved my sanity throughout the wedding planning process.
Lastly and most importantly, Carlisha helped my wedding day go without a glitch! Well, that is what it felt like to my fiance (husband) at least. As in any major events and productions, something will go wrong - vendor mishaps, timeline snags,forgotten items etc. Carlisha was on top of it all and made sure these hiccups never stressed out the bride and groom nor even fell on our ears that day. After the wedding day I heard about the several complications that occured but as far as my husband and I are concerned, our wedding day went perfectly!!!
Because we hired A Rose Designs, we were truly stress free on our wedding day and were able to fully enjoy every minute of the day. I am certain I could not have done so without A Rose Designs. I wish I could hire Carlisha and A Rose Designs to be my "life coordinator" hehehe
With the outrageous cost of weddings these days, adding the expense of a wedding coordinator is a value add. What's the sense of spending money on a wedding when you wont even be able to enjoy it!
I highly recommened A Rose Designs to any bride-to-be with any wedding budget!

As a bride you get extremely stressed and A Rose Design took care of the whole day of my wedding. I was able to enjoy my special day with no worries. At first I wasn't even sure that I needed a wedding planner. Was I ever wrong! Our wedding location recommends hiring a planner and so I reluctantly agreed. My eyes were quickly opened. We selected Carlisha with A Rose Designs Events. She was amazing from our first meeting, through the planning process, the wedding itself and even follow up. Her vendor recommendations were outstanding and we got discounted pricing! Carly is very professional and organized, but also sweet and comforting. We had a problem with our invitations (the wrong date was printed) and Carly calmed us down and handled everything quickly and smoothly. The day of the wedding was perfect, even the weather was perfect. Sorry Carly, we can't give you credit for that. Our whole family was able to relax and enjoy the preparations and the ceremony and of course the reception too!

When the couple lives in California and the wedding is in Florida, it was a destination wedding for them and a challenge for myself and the groom's mother to pull together. As mother of the bride given the task to bring my daughter and future son-in-law's wedding vision come together, I chose A Rose Designs to help us. Our children were involved in every way they could and made several trips to meet with Carlisha. We chose her Gently Guided Package and it was perfect for our needs. I needed to be involved and she understood that.

She made us all feel comfortable from our very first meeting. She had great ideas and her vendors were the best in the area. The cake was so awesome! She was in tune with what we wanted and helped that vision come to life. She is very detail-oriented and your wedding needs someone like that. It is the little details that make it so special.

Our children were amazed and delighted at the reveal of the ceremony and reception areas at the Orlando Museum of Art. It was their dream and more. Carlisha's team was attentive at the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. There was no pressure on any of us; Carlisha handled all the details; none were left undone. She kept things moving right on schedule. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment.

My son-in-law told me the next day it had been the "best day of my life," making all the planning worth it. You won't be disappointed if you pick A Rose Designs to help with your wedding planning. Listen to her advice and she will save you money in the planning, too. It can more than cover what she charges. I will be calling her again for my other daughter's wedding, for sure!

I don't even know where to begin with Carli and her work. I wasn't sure about how I felt about having a planner. I thought, "Well I can do this by myself." If you think that…you are WRONG! As I began to get stressed out over things, Carli came to my rescue. If I can use one word to use to describe Carli I would say dedicated. She is so dedicated to her work. I have never met someone like that. The best of all, she knows her stuff. I am so glad that Carli came into my life during this season of my life. She is a professional who knows how to do her job & how to do it well. Believe me when I say, she will not let you know. As a bride, you only plan this wedding once. You can go to 10 bridal shows, but once you are married you're done. You'll probably never go to one again. Remember that Carli does this for a living. She knows the ins & outs & the in betweens. She helped tremendously! When I called, she answered. Carli loves her job and knows how to do it. Without her I would not have been able to put together the best day of my life. I gave her an image of what I wanted and she helped make it happen….but even better. All in my budget and all before my wedding! That's very important! :) Everything was perfect. And if something went wrong, well I didn't know about it! ;) It doesn't stop there with Carli. Now, 6 months after my wedding, Carli was paid and technically done with her job right? No. Carli continues to help me with any question that I have. If I need something from my photographer or videographer, Carli still reaches out and does her job. She is a woman who loves her job and can tell. She is amazing! I don't know how she can do this while planning her own wedding. She is a superhero who probably has more than 24 hours in a day. I don't know how she does it all. I would ask that you just meet with her once. I know you'll fall in love, but just ask to set up a meeting near you. Trust me, she'll be there!!

Carly when above an beyond more than what I expected. She was link another member of my wedding party helping to make sure everything was perfect. If you want a wedding that you plan yourself or that you want someone to help with all the details then choose Carly. She will make the entire experience fun and beautiful.

Carlisha with A Rose Designs was amazing!!! She helped me through the entire planning process and thought of so many details that aren't on any check list. Whenever I felt stressed about the wedding I would talk with Carlisha and she would offer practical solutions that always made me feel better. On the day of the wedding she took care of everything from handling all the vendors to literally putting shoes on my feet so I wouldn't get hurt when a guest dropped a glass. Her services are a great value and I will continue to recommend her to friends. :)

I originally thought I could hire a professional to assist me with my wedding the day of, especially since I planned on doing most of the wedding decor myself. However, as the days went on I began to realize how much a wedding entailed. I came across A Rose Design at a small bridal show and considered having them assist me. This was the best decision I made regarding my wedding (besides my groom of course).Carly was absolutely delightful. She is professional, courteous, and straight to the point. Her ideas were beautiful. She knew more about my wedding wishes then I did. My wedding was executed amazingly. She provided step by step assistance. It was as though I had hired a best friend. She came to my appointments, was encouraging, and honest. She never held back what she thought about bad ideas, but did so tastefully. My family and friends were impressed with the work her and her assistant provided before and during the wedding. A Rose Designs assisted me in having a wedding I otherwise did not think was possible. They helped me to create the theme wedding I desired while keeping it beautiful and on budget.

Our wedding was about a month ago in Winter Park, and we are so happy we hired Carli as our wedding planner. We hired her about 8 weeks before the wedding for day of coordination, but she helped alot more than just the day of! I had done most of the planning on my own from Texas, so it was a great help to have someone so organized help me tie up all the loose ends! We did our own flowers (sams club) and she and her assistants helped to finish arrangements, as well as getting everything set up on the big day! Carlisha was always professional, organized, and fun to work with! She kept me on schedule, and made getting married a stress free day!

Carly was a huge help in all of my planning. She made all the appointments so i did not have to worry about making 100s of calls while still working full time. She got me lots of options to choose from all witn in my low budget! Also having her there on the big day was great! i didnt have to worry, i knew it would all be taken care of! I know that with out her help the entire process would have been much more stressful!

Being a project manager, I started out thinking I could plan the wedding myself. We got about 2 months into the process and I had nothing done. Luckily, my (now) husband and I met Carlisha. We instantly clicked with her and thought she had fantastic suggestions so we decided to go with the guided coordination. She helped us interview vendors, track the budget, organize the contracts, and ensure that the decorations was cohesive with our theme. She is extremely diligent and organized. We received rave reviews from both our guests and vendors. We were all very pleased with how smoothly the day went. She also suggested a lot of things, like a hot chocolate/cookie hour, that our guests loved! We couldn't have done it without her. It's almost like she became part of the family, my husband and I actually were talking the other day about how we will miss not hearing from her as much. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Carly is very professional and extremely hard working. I found Carly two months before my wedding, and Thank God I did. I got married on the coast of Florida during Hurricane Sandy and Carly did everything and anything to make my wedding day perfect despite the weather. She fought right up until the start of the ceremony to get the venue looking perfectly (exactly like I pictured it) and responded to my every wish! I couldn't have had the wonderful ceremony or reception that we had without Carly and I'm SO thankful for her! I would highly recommend Carly to anyone planning an extremely extravagant or very simple wedding. She is full of great ideas and pays attention to every detail. Carly is absolutely wonderful to work with!

I would have been completely lost with out Carlisha! She was a blessing to work with and was able to put everything together better than I would have ever imagined. I knew nothing about how to plan a wedding and it all took place on the other side of the state, a place I knew hardly anything about. Carlisha was able to take all of my ideas and wants and compile them into an amazing day. My husband and I loved every part of our wedding day and we are incredibly thankful for all the hard work and time that Carlisha put into our special day!

Myself and my husband (fiancee at the time) both live in the UK and were visiting Orlando to get married and have a holiday at the same time. Carli was such a huge help in planning the event. She had constant contact with me before arriving in the US and was there when I needed her when we arrived as well. Carli arranged all the essentials from the wedding license, the photographer, the hairdresser, the decor, the menu and everything else we could possibly of needed! Without her we would have been totally lost trying to plan the wedding. Everyone had a great time and it was all thanks to Carli's hard work and dedication. I strongly recommend her services to anyone.

My wife (fiance at the time) and both our families live overseas, which is where we had our official wedding. I wanted to also have a reception here in the US for all of my close friends that would not be able to make the trip overseas. Carly was such a huge help in planning this event. Without her I would have been totally lost trying to plan this event on my own. Everyone had a blast and it was all thanks to Carly's hard work and dedication. A Rose Designs was absolutely wonderful! Carlisha went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. I wanted to do some of the planning myself and she gave me as much space as I wanted and helped when I needed help. She even found me a hairdresser right before the wedding when mine backed out and had my bouquet corrected when it arrived the morning of my wedding and wasn't quite right. She made my wedding planning enjoyable and took a load off of me for a very reasonable price! I was a little hesitant to have a wedding planner at first, but am truly delighted that she was there, especially on the day of the wedding. I can't say enough about her and highly recommend her!
