Kelly is the best of the best!
My husband and I were totally on our own when it came to two things for our wedding - the venue, and the planner. We interviewed tons of planners, but we just couldn't seem to find anyone who had worked at our venue until Kelly was recommended to us by friends of ours who used her for their wedding - and by the miracle of all miracles, she not only was familiar with our venue, she was a PERFECT fit for us. We literally could not have made our wedding happen without Kelly. She had the best insights and recommendations for everything, she made the whole process extremely easy and stress-free, and she's such a grounding, practical voice - which we SO appreciated. Weddings are hard, complicated events, but Kelly was the best investment we made in the whole thing. -

Best Wedding Planning Decision We Made!!
My husband and I hired Kelly for our November 2024 wedding after hearing several rave reviews from colleagues and friends and boy was it the best decision we've ever made! Kelly is so unbelievably good at her job, so well respected and loved by the whole wedding vendor/venue community, and most importantly such a wonderful person to be around. She is honest, fair, and funny. An excellent communicator. Her wealth of knowledge for anything and everything never ceased to blow us away. And no matter what we threw at her she had such a wonderful attitude. We had the wedding of our dreams at exactly our goal budget and Kelly and her team knocked it out of the park. From big decisions to small details - Kelly killed it. She even brought us a plate of hors d’oeuvres from our cocktail hour that we missed due to photos to make sure we experienced every little moment. I can't sing her praises enough!!! -

The Best Wedding Planner – Kelly Exceeded Our Expectations!
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Kelly! From our very first meeting, she took the time to understand us and our style, recommending the perfect vendors that aligned beautifully with our vision. Every vendor she suggested was amazing, and we could tell she truly listened to what we wanted.
The entire planning process was seamless, and Kelly managed communication with so many vendors without a hitch. Even with the distance and countless emails, we never felt any inconvenience. Kelly’s chic and sophisticated style perfectly complemented our vision for the wedding, and she handled all our specific requests effortlessly, making sure every detail was perfect.
With 150 guests, Kelly ensured the flow of the day was flawless. The transitions between spaces were smooth, and everything felt so natural and organized. We never had to worry about a thing.
On the wedding day, Kelly was a calming presence, constantly checking in and reassuring us that everything was going smoothly. Her ability to keep us relaxed allowed us to enjoy the day fully, knowing we were in great hands.
Everything went exactly as planned, and we saw firsthand how every suggestion Kelly made was the perfect choice. Our friends were so impressed by her that they couldn’t stop asking who our wedding planner was!

Kelly is outstanding! I’ll echo other reviewers by saying that hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We chose the mid-package and were very happy with her professionalism, organization, and clear communication. We never felt limited, and she struck just the right balance between fulfilling our vision and giving honest, practical advice where needed. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable about our LA venue, knew the best vendors in the business, and was sensitive about our budget. On our wedding day, we didn’t have a single worry. She and her team executed everything perfectly – even with an especially hot, outdoor ceremony -- and didn’t bat an eye at last minute changes. Family members came up to us throughout the evening to tell us what a wonderful job they were doing. I can’t recommend Kelly enough. Thank you Demaray Events! -

Kelly was a dream
Kelly was such a dream - we hired her for month of wedding planning and she took so much off our plates. I didn't have to worry if vendors would show up and all the details of their arrivals. She reviewed all the bids and made sure I wasn't missing anything, and gave great recommendations. Every time I mentioned to a vendor that I was working with Kelly, they breathed a sigh of relief. It was clear her reputation proceeded her.
Plus, her support on the day - she led the team with such a steady hand, everyone had good energy, and everything went perfectly. Could not have asked for more. Kelly and her team were amazing. -

Kelly Demaray and her team are a dream to work with! So helpful, responsive and on top of every little detail. We worked specially with Rebecca and she was just amazing. They are cool, calm and collected and able to juggle tons of family dynamics and set up and event for success. Kelly for President!
Kelly is a total MVP. She was always on it, quick to reply to emails, an invaluable resource for everything from vendor suggestions/communications to planning, management and timeline. We had some mega venue issues day-of and she handled with calm, grace and a smile on her face to the extent that we didn't even know anything was awry until she filled us in post-wedding! She is a a pleasure to be around and a total professional. Wish we could have another wedding for her to help plan. -

Excellent service! Would highly recommend!
Kelly was an excellent planner! We used her for the month of/day of service and her prices were reasonable and competitive and we felt as though she went above and beyond our expectations! She was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries, attended our venue meetings, and provided a lot of care to us as we were putting all the puzzle pieces together for our wedding. We had a lot of moving parts for our wedding and she made sure that everything flowed and that communication was happening with our vendors and our ceremony participants. Prior to booking Kelly as our planner, we reached out to many planners and she was the best. I would highly recommend her services to all couples and will refer her to our friends and family. She ensured our day went off without a hitch, that we were taken care of and that all we needed to do was enjoy our wedding and not think about anything other than being with our friends and family. -

Wow, I just can't thank Kelly and her team enough. People need to know about her and her team. We decided to hire Kelly because we were getting way too uncomfortable with the planning. I truly believe you go insane if you try to plan your own wedding, if you are reading this, hire KELLY!!! My wife and I swear this was one of the best decision we made in our lives. We hired her service as a "day of coordinator" but she starts to plan things with you a month in advance, she will contacted us lot earlier which made us feel safe. Very flexible, easy to get in touch with (WHICH IS HUGE), courteous and professional, and just a blast to work with. Kelly, if you are reading this, thank you so much! Kelly Demaray is a Godsend. Period. Let me start off by saying I had never hired a coordinator prior to our wedding, so I had no idea what to expect. From the moment we met, Kelly made everything make sense. Along with most brides, during the initial stages of planning I was in a panic, because I literally had a million things to do. (Yes, literally not figuratively.) However, as soon as Kelly was in the picture my list not only became instantly shorter, but I felt a huge sense of relief lifted off my shoulders knowing I had such a tremendous supporter on my team. Kelly was prompt and present at each and every meeting we had prior to the wedding day. She always arrived with her amazing binder which was super organized with timelines and checklists that were neatly arranged and shared with us. Also, Kelly coordinated with the other vendors extremely efficiently and when I had an issue with any of them, she always resolved the matter quickly. Kelly worked well with my bridal party too; she made sure any and all requests by my family and friends were heard and accommodated with my approval. Anytime I was in freak-out mode, she made sure not only to calm me down, but provided perspective of how everything will be alright. And it turned out to be more than alright when it came to the big day- it was perfect. In short, without Kelly Demaray our wedding would not have been what it was- the most magical day of our lives. I whole-heartedly recommend her!

Hiring Kelly to be our wedding planner was the single best and most important decision that we made when planning our wedding. I cannot recommend her enough. Since we were planning a wedding in LA but living in San Francisco, we decided that the Full Package would be best for us. We did most of our planning with Kelly remotely, but also made 4 trips down to LA during our engagement to meet her and our vendors in person. Kelly was there for each step in the process, but never in an overbearing way. For each set of vendors, Kelly would send us a list of between 9-15 options for us to look through. Once we’d narrowed it down to 3-4 per category, Kelly then did all the legwork of gathering initial estimates and setting up a full schedule of meetings and interviews for when we were in town for the weekend, which made the whole process really easy.
On the day of the wedding, Kelly went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She bustled my dress, made sure that we took time to eat and drink and kept the whole evening flowing, telling best men when to speak, guiding us through cake cutting, and checking in on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The whole evening was perfect, and a large part of that was due to her help.
Kelly is everything you want in a planner. She is creative, extremely organized and very down to earth. She’ll present you with all the options that you want, but never pressure you into making a decision one way or another. She’s great about giving her honest opinions when asked, which were always informed by what she knew about us as a couple and what we wanted from our wedding. She told us exactly what we needed to do by when, making the entire process as stress-free as possible. As an added bonus, she’s just a ton of fun to be around, which makes going to vendor meetings with her all the better. Hire her—it will be the best decision you make! -

I was recommended to Kelly by a family friend who's daughter got married at Adamson House in Malibu. I heard that that specific location has many rules and regulations that needed to be followed which would require a very organized wedding planner- perfect for my wedding since it was at a newly renovated venue. We hired Kelly as the day of coordinator which means that she really starts working with us the month before the wedding. From the day I met Kelly to the day of the wedding, she was responsive, organized, and so positive. We did come across a bit of a hiccup during the wedding planning process...she became an expectant mother and was due around my wedding day! First of all, huge congrats to Kelly and I won't lie when i say I was bummed not to have her there on my actual wedding day. What I can tell you is that she was present at the final walk through a month before said wedding where she brought along Christy who would actually be working on my wedding day- I was impressed with this gesture and so thankful. Kelly worked all the way up to the birth of her beautiful baby girl and hired an equally fabulous team of coordinators who made my day run smoothly :-) -

From the moment we started working with Kelly, we knew we were in great hands. She came to our very first meeting extremely prepared and full of thoughtful questions - I liked her instantly and grew to like her more throughout the process. I am local, but my parents are out of town, so we had to cram a lot of meetings and decisions in their short visits. Kelly went out of her way to accommodate their schedule and to work over emails in the interim, making the whole process so much easier. She is organized, efficient, incredibly professional, and has a great eye for detail. She was always conscious of our budget and really focused on making the wedding match our vision, rather than some sense of what is expected (although whenever we asked for guidance, she had plenty of great ideas from her other experiences). Her recommendations for other vendors were spot on too - we went with someone from her list for almost everything, and were never disappointed. Our wedding day was beautiful and since Kelly & her team were so on top of everything, I really could enjoy the moment. I recommend her wholeheartedly - she's a real gem! -

Words cannot express just how amazing Kelly Demaray is. We utilized her services as a Month-of Coordinator since we had done most of the wedding planning ourselves and she was the best investment we could have made for our wedding. Not only is she extremely nice and easy-going, but she balances those qualities with being very organized and completely on point. We felt very re-assured every step of the way. She has so much knowledge and experience with weddings that she was able to not only help us carry out the final details of our own vision but she also offered ideas that we would have never even thought of. She was an invaluable leader during our rehearsal and we couldn't have done it without her. She has a talent for handling large groups of people and getting them to focus on the task at hand without being demanding. In fact, she made everything quite fun! On our wedding day, Kelly made our timeline flow so smoothly from one thing to the next that we were able to just enjoy ourselves. We love that she always made us a priority, making sure we ate, talked to our family members, and was literally right there any time we needed her. She must have had her eyes on us the entire time because as soon as we were thinking we needed her, POOF! there she was! Like magic! (Kelly, I still don't understand how you took such great care of us while SIMULTANEOUSLY coordinating the ENTIRE WEDDING DAY! A-MAY-ZING. PERIOD.) I cannot recommend Kelly at Demaray events enough! Friends of ours used her for their wedding years ago, and loved her, so we called her about month of coordinating. From the moment we met, I felt comfortable, at ease, and felt Kelly could handle everything we threw at her.
Kelly was incredibly responsive and on top of everything! She is calm, professional, funny, warm, and while she ran a tight ship, she was always willing to be flexible if we needed more time for photos, toasts, etc...
The biggest compliment I can give, though, is that I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, and everything got done beautifully. The evening was incredibly smooth, everyone had a great time, and many of the guests commented on how much they liked Kelly.

As the mother of the bride, I was grateful for Kelly's role. We had hired her for the "month of" duties. From the initial meeting, she was timely, prepared and professional. From the onset, she would offer her opinion, but never demand anything go her way. She gained our trust as she was even tempered, highly organized and very response. The day of my daughter's wedding, Kelly was the first on site and the last to leave. From grandma''s corsages, to interacting with all the contracted vendors, to the wedding crashers, Kelly handled it all with calm and ease. Not pushy, not overbearing, but a quiet, get it done mode. I can highly recommend Kelly and if you are getting married at Cafe Pinot, then for sure, she is your event planner! -

I'm so glad I was able to have Kelly as my wedding coordinator she was so amazing to work with. We had hired her for the month of and she took off running. We had a few meetings leading up to the month of just to make sure everything was on track. Kelly was always on top of everything and extremely organized!!!! If I needed anything I knew I could contact her and she would get back to me asap.
I handed over all the vendor information and odds and ends and I really didn't have to do much after that because thanks to Kelly she took care of it all. She created a fantastic timeline that all my vendors commented to me about that it was one of the best ones they've ever had. Everything went smoothly, I didn't have to ask for a thing she's just so on top of it. My husband and I had such an amazing time with all our guest because Kelly took care of everything. She's like a little ninja, you hardly saw her because she was just getting stuff taken care of left and right. This allowed my husband and I to enjoy the night just like our guest did and that really is the most important!

Choosing the right wedding planner is important. This person is responsible for making sure your wedding day goes the way you want it, without having to worry about anything on that day. Kelly Demaray is that person!
We interviewed a few planners before we met with Kelly, and within five minutes we knew she was the one for us. Kelly took the time to ensure she understood our budget, what we wanted, and how we wanted it. She always answered every question with timeliness, professionalism, was straight to the point, and made sure we were satisfied with the answer.
We booked an outdoor, sunset ceremony along the marina in July. Normally, this is not a problem in Southern California but we were lucky enough to have rain. Kelly watched the weather all day long and prepared a backup plan. While we were getting ready for the wedding, Kelly kept us up-to-date on the weather and allowed us to make the final decision with no pressure or panic. Without hesitation, Kelly executed flawlessly the back-up plan, once we decided to move the wedding inside.
Literally, the only thing we had to think about was getting dressed and committing our love for one another. Throughout the entire evening, Kelly anticipated and addressed every little detail so we could enjoy the celebration. A perfect night because of the hard work and planning we had with Kelly Demaray! -

If you are looking for a coordinator who you can trust, who has tons of experience and knowledge about how weddings work, who will give you the flexibility to do what you want, who is professional in every way, and who will ensure you can relax and enjoy your big day, go with Kelly! I am so glad I did. We hired her for the "month-of" package and she was exceptional from the initial consult, to the walk-through, to kindly and quickly answering my daily emails and questions the month of the wedding, to coordinating some disorganized vendors, creating a schedule, etc. etc.
On our wedding day, Kelly ensured everything was set up just as we wanted, she coordinated the loading in of all of the vendors (and made sure to be in touch plenty of time in advance to give them schedules, instructions, etc.) and made sure that everyone was where they needed to be. My husband and I did not have to think about one logistical item on our wedding day which was so wonderful. And we didn't worry because we knew Kelly would have everything under control! Just a few small examples: when I got deodorant on my husband's tux, she was there in 30 seconds to wipe it off; we had asked that she gently steer us along as we were greeting tables if we were staying too long at a single table, and she was there doing just that; when we were hungry at the end of the night, she had special entrees packaged up and made for us. I could go on and on. I am very detail-oriented, so I SO appreciated having someone who I knew would carry out everything as I imagined (and do a wonderful job improvising when I didn't have a specific plan for something). At the end of the night, I literally asked Kelly, "did we not have any problems or did you just shield me from them?" because everything seemed so perfect to me! I'll never know the answer, but it doesn't matter because Kelly made sure my husband and I were able to fully relax and enjoy our day, absorbing all of the planning we had done as it came to life! -

To say that Kelly Demaray did a phenomenal job with our wedding and was an absolute pleasure to work with would be a gross understatement! Kelly was highly recommended to us by our venue (Café Pinot – Downtown LA), and we could not be more thankful for that recommendation. We utilized Kelly’s specific services beginning approximately 2 months before our June/Summer wedding, yet she was always available for any small/specific questions that we had leading back to the Winter and Spring months. My fiancé and I were going to elope, then decided to instead have a surprise wedding. I knew there was no way we could pull this off on our own, with two full time jobs and no friends or family to help (since we were going to surprise them!).
I consider myself EXTREMELY organized ... in fact people make fun of me planning my life on spreadsheets, etc ... and I think I finally met my match in Kelly. She was consistent in her follow up with both me and our vendors, and was pro-active throughout the whole process.
Kelly had ideas I would have never thought of (it may be a better idea to put the dessert table here because ...... for your ceremony have you thought of doing this ...., etc). If I wanted it my way I could have it, but all of her suggestions were too good to pass up.
The day of, I could not have had anyone more professional running the show. The vendors respected her, the venue respected her, and she seemed to always be in the right place in the right time ... five steps ahead. -

Kelly was recommended to us by another couple after we were first engaged and as soon as we met with her, we knew she would be a great fit. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and though the planning process was daunting at times, Kelly made it a great experience. She was easy to reach with questions and concerns and always had helpful suggestions. She was exceptionally organized from start to finish and made sure we met all of our deadlines along the way. Many of our vendors and wedding venue had worked with her in the past and had wonderful things to say. It meant a lot to us that she had great relationships with so many local businesses and could deal with them directly as it got closer to the date. Where to begin when I have so many wonderful things to say about the AMAZING Kelly Demaray… First of all, my family and I thought Kelly was so fantastic that she's going to be working with my sister on her upcoming wedding. I found Kelly online and she's the only coordinator my fiancé and I met with. We basically knew before meeting in person that she would be the one based on her excellent communication skills, professionalism, and warmth exuded via phone and email. Once we met, that was it. Living in NYC and planning a wedding in LA isn't the easiest thing, but Kelly made it much more doable. She was so accommodating about meeting with us when we'd come to town and was also great with email. Every step of the way Kelly went above and beyond, from recommending our amazing florist and guitar player to bouncing ideas around for decor. The best thing about working with her is that we knew we wouldn't have to worry about a thing once the big day came because Kelly knows weddings like the back of her hand. Her timeline leading up to the wedding was great and the timeline for the day of the wedding was super useful for us and our families. Kelly is well connected with many wedding professionals, so she not only has tons of people to recommend, but also worked seamlessly with our caterer, florist, DJ, etc… Kelly is knowledgable, professional, polished, and a great leader for couples and all the wedding vendors. I really could go on and on… As a New Yorker with high expectations, I can absolutely say that Kelly rose to the occasion and met all of ours. She's a true professional and also a really lovely gal to be around. (We were sincerely bummed that we wouldn't be in touch with her regularly once the wedding was over.) I can't wait to see how wonderful my sister's wedding turns out next year! -

Even before we hired Kelly as our month of wedding coordinator, she was so helpful with offering ideas and contacts for vendors to inquire with. That's how I knew I had to work with her. Kelly is a great listener and an active sounding board which helps you figure out what you really want. Come wedding day, Kelly was wonderful! My husband and I hired Kelly to be our day of coordinator for our wedding and could not have been happier with her. We interviewed several coordinators before we met Kelly and none of them felt quite right for our personalities and needs. After a few minutes into our initial meeting with Kelly we knew she was the perfect choice. She is organized, professional and has get insights/opinions, but is also fun and super easy to get along with. We knew she would keep our day on track without being too overbearing (which we have seen happen at other friend's weddings). Her services technically started 1-month before our wedding, but she was available if we needed her for a question or two before that. Once we were a month out from the wedding, Kelly stepped in and took over for us. She got our contracts organized, helped finalize all the details with the vendors, reviewed our rental list to make sure we had everything we needed (or to take off things we didn't need), etc. She just made sure everything was done and it was amazing. I am a type-A, super organizer/planner, so I was worried about being able to let go of everything, but with Kelly I was happy to hand everything off to her and was confident it would all get done. We had a lot of DIY elements to our wedding, including the flowers, and quite a few non-traditional elements to work in to the day (champagne toast with all the guest at the end of the ceremony, multi-course family style meal with beer pairings for each course to name few) and Kelly pulled off each one without any issues. The day before our wedding she picked up a lot of the items that needed to be taken to the venue, which was a huge help. When I arrived for the day the space looked beautiful thanks to Kelly and her assistant’s decorating. They made our vision for the space come to life. Kelly is truly amazing! I was referred to her through our wedding venue since I wanted someone who was very familiar with the space and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to hire her. Pre-wedding: Kelly answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and was extremely patient with me (I asked A LOT of questions). Day of: Kelly took care of EVERYTHING, ensuring that my vision came to life beautifully and on track. She took care of every issue that came up and refused to let me be bothered by any of it. When our Rabbi forgot to bring our personalized vows he said he’d bring, she stepped up to the plate and got them printed exactly the way I wanted just in time for the ceremony to begin. Everyone was extremely impressed by how gentle, yet firm she was. She kept us on schedule and everything ran very smoothly because of her. Our favorite part was that at some point in the evening, she came over and got us when it was time for my groom and I to sit down and eat. We’ve heard that most couples don’t get to eat at their wedding but we did because of her! (Granted, we scarffed our food so we could get back to making the rounds and thanking everyone, but at least we got to eat our food while it was still hot!) Kelly handled everything with extreme grace and managed all the moving parts I threw at her perfectly. If you're about to plan a wedding, please know that there are two things you can not skimp on: a great photographer and a wedding coordinator that handles all of your day of needs! Kelly was indispensable as the day of the wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. My daughter and her now husband were in Boston while I was in Orange County and the wedding venue was in Pasadena. Kelly kept in constant contact with my daughter, myself , the venue manager, DJ, florist and bakery. From our first meeting I knew I could trust Kelly in helping me give my daughter the wedding of her dreams. Kelly's experience and expertise shined through in every aspect of her helping me plan my daughter's wedding day. Once my daughter and I coordinated with Kelly the wedding timeline and rehearsal details I left everything to Kelly. During the wedding I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding as the mother of the bride. Not once during the wedding did I have to worry about anything every thing ran smoothly. Kelly even remembered to save the top of the wedding cake. My daughter and I had completely forgotten about saving the cake. Several of the bridesmaids had been in other weddings and they said Kelly was the kindest and nicest wedding coordinator they had meet. I could not imagine working with any other wedding coordinator. She was super organized and provided all sorts of helpful suggestions about the time line of the day without ever being pushy or seeming judgmental about any of our decisions that went against the norm. My wedding was a while ago now (spring 2009), but I wanted to give Kelly the glowing review she deserves (better late than never). My venue was a tricky one--a historic house and its attached gardens requiring a really speedy and discreet changeover from ceremony to dining area in an outdoor space--and Kelly managed the whole thing beautifully. She did such a wonderful job; I can't recommend her highly enough. She was only hired for weekend-of planning, but went above and beyond the call of duty in all respects (available whenever I needed her; able to recommend great vendors like the dj, whom we loved; able to keep everyone calm and balanced, including me). I found Kelly after a long search on the Internet. What jumped off the page for me was that she had put together a wedding using the colors coral and aqua, two elements that I felt would be incredibly challenging to put together.
I knew my strength would be my experience as a PR and Marketing executive and that I could handle the creative elements and the basics for event planning. I also knew that I wanted a confident, patient, professional, budget conscious planner with an eye for design. I found Kelly to be all of these virtues. She has a very easy manner and pleasing character. She faced a major challenge with my wedding as our restaurant contact was let go the day before our wedding with no notice given to either Kelly or myself. The day of our wedding the reception venue (the restaurant) was flooded when Kelly arrived and nothing had been set up. What was even more appreciated about Kelly’s poise was that rather than raise her voice and get a temper she took care of EVERYTHING; I knew nothing of the days stressful situations, and Kelly was offered a job by the restaurant. I understand that most people receive compliments on weddings however, I received numerous letters, phone calls and emails that my wedding was the best wedding that anyone had ever attended. There was not one stone uncovered and it ran smoother than any event that guests had ever attended. Whole-heartedly, I can say that this was due 100% in part to Kelly’s skills and organization as well as her referrals for other vendors.

I am thrilled to be able to review/recommend Kelly Demaray as anyone's wedding planner. My husband and I had a destination wedding in San Jose del Cabo and both have no doubt that Kelly was the most worthwhile investment in our wedding we made. No surprise costs, because of her we were under budget!
We hired Kelly as a full planner to help us from the beginning after I interviewed three planners in person and corresponded via email and telephone with numerous others. From the start it was evident that Kelly was organized, punctual, responsive, creative, and passionate about what she does. Not to mention down to earth and always thinking of her client and their best interests first and foremost.
Kelly covered all ground and did not miss a detail. She was there with us from the start to help us locate a venue, create our dream wedding from a design standpoint, and help us find and negotiate with vendors in Mexico. We did not worry about a thing and had the best time planning our wedding and we owe that to Kelly being with us all of the way!
We were already unbelievably impressed with Kelly's work prior to our wedding weekend but the actual rehearsal and wedding day were icing on the cake. Had we not had Kelly there to orchestrate everything, we likely would not have been able to say that our wedding weekend was the most amazing weekend of our lives. I know I am speaking predominantly in superlatives but that is truly what Kelly deserves.
The one moment that I started feeling some butterflies on the day of the wedding, while I was getting ready in the spa, champagne arrived. That was from Kelly. What other wedding planner would think of a detail like that while she was also completely involved in making sure the set up on the beach and at the hotel was perfect. The hotel where we were married did not have an official coordinator so Kelly was really doing two if not three or four jobs that day. She really impressed us to the utmost and we give her our highest recommendation!
I can assure you that you would be extremely fortunate to have Kelly as your wedding planner in any capacity. -

We planned a lot of our wedding ourselves and needed someone to help near the end as things got hectic and to be our "day of" person. Kelly was truly amazing. She is so on top of everything, super organized, so available to me - she was worth so much more than we spent on her! we hired kelly for the weekend of our wedding, and she went way above and beyond! my husband and i were so happy with her service.
kelly is so easy to work with, had great money saving ideas for our wedding, is very organized, and great at directing large groups of people. kelly was also great about making me feel like i had nothing to worry about on my wedding day. i truly got to enjoy every second of my day with no worries. she didnt bother me with any questions, she just took care of everything. and anytime i needed anything at the reception she appeared out of thin air! she was like magic!
i highly recommend hiring kelly for your wedding!

For those of you who are about to take the plunge, GET A WEDDING PLANNER!!!! It will be the smartest invesment you will ever make, and Kelly is the best out there.
Without a wedding planner, EVERYBODY comes to you when they have questions or when problems arise, and not just the month before, but the week before and even the day of. With Kelly I never had to worry about ANYTHING! My wedding was a unique one in Ojai and we had to hire everything from the caterers, to toilets, to security, Valet, I mean everything you could think of. There were probably a total of 15 vendors and Kelly arranged them all and I didn't speak to any of them all night. I was free to dance and enjoy a very special day.
Kelly is very honest and she not only knows what's best for you, she knows what your guests will enjoy and appreciate. She helped pick the menu (which everyone LOVED), she arranged a time line, and the vendors she recommended were simply amazing. She'll work her butt off, do a ton of research, and if it's a destination wedding she'll set up vendors and visit the site so that both of you together can plan the perfect wedding. Which mine was! -

Kelly Demaray one of the top reasons that my wedding day was in fact the happiest day of my life (other than marrying the right person of course:). We hired her for the "month of" package, but she really started helping us much earlier than one month out. She facilitated communication with vendors, reviewed bids to make sure we weren't being taken advantage of, planned the day of the wedding down to the minute, and kept us sheltered from all the hustle and bustle of the day so we were free to enjoy ourselves without worry. She also has very good taste and helped us with artistic choices that suited our personality and venue -- people still tell me it was one of the best weddings the had ever attended. -

The feelings of panic I felt a week after becoming engaged vanished the moment my fiance and I hired Kelly as our wedding coordinator, and thanks to her, the weeks leading up to my wedding were surprisingly calm and carefree. I got married two months ago and my husband and I keep saying, "What would we do without Kelly?!?!" Kelly is amazing. She was my advocate. Kelly kept us organized, on track, gave great advice, encouragement, and even saved us money! Although our venue had a coordinator, I wanted to have someone that knew us and would help us with the entire wedding. I am so glad I did! A month before our wedding, the venue coordinator left and we were stuck with someone we didn't know on site. Luckily, we had Kelly! She took such great care of us, saw to every detail, and helped our wedding be one of the absolute best days of my life. And the venue coordinator? We never saw her. She didn't show up to the rehearsal or the wedding. She was literally just there to collect the check. What would we have done without Kelly!? She was never too busy to answer an email, text or phone call during the months of planning. She is funny, smart, caring, and has amazing resources. Every vendor she connected us with was absolutely wonderful. I encourage all of my friends to hire Kelly. We literally gave her number out at our wedding. Along with marrying my husband, hiring Demeray Events was one of the best decisions I have ever made! -

Kelly makes your vision a reality
Kelly is an incredible wedding planner! She is a clear communicator and was full of great ideas to make our reception exactly what we wanted (even when we changed our minds again and again and again). She never tried to convince us to stick to traditions we didn’t want. We ditched the wedding cake, for example, and opted for a late-night ramen bar instead. Kelly didn’t bat an eye and instead steered us in the direction of vendors who could make that vision a reality (and within budget). Her long-standing relationships with vendors and industry professionals ensure that you have the best options to choose from, which truly sets her apart. She was able to secure two docents to provide tours to guests at our venue after we completely missed the deadline, thanks to her personal relationship with them. She saved the day in so many other ways, navigating challenges that arose that I'll probably never know about.
She was extremely patient and flexible when our 1.5-year engagement plan turned into 919 days of extended planning, postponements, and an elopement ceremony thanks to COVID. We finally had our perfect reception, with all of our loved ones, on October 17, 2021. It was everything that we imagined it would be—a beachside day of joy, laughter, great food, and dancing with all of our favorite people. Kelly was on it when it came to vendor selection (scheduling appointments, sending introductions, and keeping us on track with important deadlines). She coordinated with vendors day-of and kept everything running on schedule so we didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying our day. We would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone looking to create an unforgettable event for themselves and their loved ones!-
