We truly could not have asked for a better wedding reception experience. From start to finish, everything was phenomenal, and we loved every part of working with this venue.

The ballroom was stunning — elegant, spacious, and beautifully set up with gorgeous décor that made the entire room feel warm and elevated. The views were incredible and created the perfect backdrop for both photos and the overall atmosphere of the evening.

The food deserves special recognition — it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about how good it was. Every course was served seamlessly and right on time.

Our coordinator was phenomenal. She was organized, calm, and attentive, making sure every detail was handled so we could fully relax and enjoy our night. The staff overall was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive.

From a value standpoint, this venue exceeded every expectation. The level of service, quality, and attention to detail we received made the experience feel incredibly worthwhile. Between the beautiful space, amazing food, and seamless coordination, it truly felt like an investment in a stress-free, unforgettable day—and I would choose this venue again in a heartbeat.

Dellwood was fantastic to work with. We decided to hold our rehearsal dinner here the night before. Best decision we made. Our entire Wedding was setup the day before. Katie and her team were fantastic to work with. They answered any questions we had and addressed any concerns with solutions. The day of couldn’t have been any easier. From getting ready with my bridal party at the venue to the flow of the night. Katie was right there making sure our day went smooth! 15/10 recommend Dellwood Country Club as your Wedding Venue!

We were incredibly lucky to have our wedding at Dellwood! It was the perfect all-in-one venue, with an amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered leading up to the big day and that everything ran seamlessly the day of. We loved having the on-site bridal suite, as well as the golf simulator room for the groom and his party—it was such a fun and convenient touch. Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue and truly appreciated having everything in one location. The food and dessert were phenomenal, and we were so well taken care of throughout the day. We were especially excited to have ice cream as part of our dessert menu! Our expectations were exceeded thanks to the incredible staff at Dellwood and their beautiful venue.

We had our wedding reception at the Dellwood Country Club in June 2025. We had the most wonderful experience with the Dellwood team, from the planning phase to the day of, everything went smoothly. Their team is so accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs and specific requests. We greatly appreciated their flexibility, which helped make our day feel like one of a kind. The food was spectacular, and the late night state fair themed snack was a guest favorite! The service staff was exceptional and didn't miss a beat the whole evening. We highly recommend having your wedding at Dellwood, you will not regret it!

Every single person we worked with at Dellwood went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend absolutely amazing. We worked with Katie from day 1 and she was such an important part of our Big Day. She was such a calming, joyful energy that made things happen for us. The venue is so beautiful, it was affordable and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was. The bartenders were wonderful and they worked with our cake company, Buttercream, which made that easier for us too. My family rented an Airbnb on White Bear Lake so the girls got ready there and the guys were able to hang out/get ready in the Simulator Room which the guys all loved. They recently did a remodel and it is beautiful! The location was very convenient to make a "wedding weekend" in White Bear Lake for our out of town guests, as there is so much to do there. We were able to have our Grooms/Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night in the Fireside Room at Dellwood and that was such a wonderful experience as well! I cannot recommend Dellwood enough, our experience could not have been better. Thank you thank you thank you Dellwood!!!

Dellwood Country Club was the perfect place to host our wedding ceremony & reception. From the moment we started working with Katie, she made us feel like we were her highest priority. The food was exceptional... we still have friends and family reminiscing about how amazing the food was over 1 year later! Our photos turned out STUNNING, there are so many beautiful places around the clubhouse to take photos. The picturesque golf course and seasonal landscaping give the illusion that you are in the middle of the country, when in reality you're only 20 min from the St. Paul area. It's the perfect location, Dellwood has a small town feel without being too far away from hotel lodging, delicious restaurants and other fun attractions that your out-of-town guests will enjoy. We still look back on our wedding day with fond memories. The choice of venue can seem overwhelming with the vast amount of options out there, we are so thankful we found Dellwood Country Club!

Dellwood was the perfect wedding for our wedding. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with and accommodated every request. The garden was the perfect backdrop for our pictures and our ceremony. Our golden hour photos were stunning overlooking the golf course. We got many compliments from our guests on the entres (chicken capri, salmon). We recommend Dellwood Country Club.

We had both our ceremony and reception at Dellwood and have nothing but great memories. The staff went above and beyond to make it the best day possible and the food including our apps, dinner, and late night snacks were all great. Highly recommend to anyone considering this venue!

We had a great experience working with the team at Dellwood Country Club for our wedding ceremony and reception. They were accommodating, professional, and detail oriented. We had a fantastic day and took advantage of the amazing lawn and landscaping for our outdoor ceremony. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Dellwood Country Club is a beautiful venue for any wedding. The food is outstanding and the staff is extremely knowledgeable on how to run a major event. They kept us on track to hire other vendors needed to make our day special - from decorations, entertainment and wedding cakes. During the event, they were always present to ensure the day runs smoothly. I would highly recommend them for any major event - especially a wedding where you want the day to be perfect.

We had the best wedding at Dellwood! Everything looked beautiful and the whole staff was so nice and amazing! We all had so much fun. We lost power during the night but the staff was professional and didn’t ,eat it effect they night. Bry made it super easy to not worry about anything and made us feel so comfortable :)

The food, atmosphere, location, the bridal room was all breathtaking. Bry was excellent to work with and very flexible. She is a pro.

Bry and the Dellwood Country Club staff did an amazing job. The venue was beautiful, food delicious, staff was courteous and excellent! The grounds were beautiful and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the reception.

We worked closely with Bry at Dellwood Country Club where we had our reception after the ceremony at a nearby church. Bry was very helpful in answering questions, being quick to respond to emails, and in organizing meetings. Dellwood Country Club made for a beautiful venue for our winter wedding, but would be just as great in the summer, too. The space was perfect for about 200 guests, and the food was delicious! We heard a lot of good reviews on the meatballs! My husband and I would recommend Dellwood Country Club as a great option for a reception venue.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue with staff that make sure everything runs smoothly, I highly recommend Dellwood. When we first toured, I thought it would be out of our price range for sure but figured I would get a quote "just in case". When the quote came back, I was thrilled to see that it was not only within our budget, it was less expensive than many other venues we looked at in the area. Working with Bry along the journey was SO easy and she was beyond responsive. Many of our guests commented on the venue, the food, and the service.

Dellwood Country Club was the perfect place to have our wedding. We wanted an outdoor ceremony, but we also wanted to have a beautiful rain contingency plan. Dellwood fit the bill with their gorgeous reception room and floor-to-ceiling fireplace. We were blessed with sunshine, but we still got to enjoy the room during the reception! Bry was wonderfully responsive to emails, making everything as low-stress as possible! Highly recommend this wedding venue and Bry as the wedding coordinator

Dellwood is an amazing venue. I would highly recommend it. We had so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted. Bry does an excellent job. She is very responsive and is on top of everything. She is easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly there is nothing about Dellwood that I would complain about. They truly made our day perfect!

We are so happy with the turn out of our wedding reception at Dellwood Country Club. Bry, the coordinator was wonderful to work with and she took the stress out of planning. The ballroom is so gorgeous that we could keep decorations minimal. We had a bonfire out on the patio (directly off the ballroom), and we rented the Fireside Room for a small fee which also gave us access to the deck. Our guests had so much room to walk around - inside and outside. I would highly recommend Dellwood Country Club to anyone looking for a fabulous venue! There is a Best Western Plus right down the road, which provides convenient overnight accommodations and a shuttle bus to and from Dellwood. The food is absolutely incredible - we continue to get compliments from our guests! Overall, everything was absolutely perfect and I owe it all to Bry and the wonderful food and bar staff at Dellwood Country Club :)

We are very happy to have chosen Dellwood Country Club as our reception venue! Not only is it gorgeous and affordable, but our entire night went seamlessly- I give all the credit to the Dellwood staff! The event coordinator, Bry, was AMAZING. She was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the planning process, let me come in to see the venue as many times as I needed prior to the big day, and gave great and helpful advice! She was very easy to work with! Dan, the catering manager, was also amazing. I didn't meet him until the big day, but he was incredibly accommodating, and always checking in with us to make sure we were having a great night! Overall, the space is amazing, the food is amazing, and I do believe this is one of the best wedding venues available in the cities!

I grew up near Dellwood and I knew I wanted to get married in my hometown. I have known Dellwood Country club my whole life so it was definitely an option on my list. They recently remodeled and the remodel is gorgeous! The venue is a bit pricey but we got it for a good price because our wedding was off season. Bry (the wedding coordinator) was such a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very punctual. I never had an issue with getting a hold of her and she was flexible to make appointments to meet. During the meeting with her, she was very helpful with out planning and helped us think of things to consider for our big day. The food was amazing and our staff/service for the night was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I had our reception at Dellwood Country Club. From start to finish, Bry, the event coordinator was great! She was very organized and professional and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The day of the reception her and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Dellwood was an awesome place for our reception. They had just gone through a remodel in the beginning of the year, and they had everything done and tidied up by the time their wedding season started. Tom and Tracy were amazing, they were always around asking myself, the groom, my MOH, my parents and my husband's parents how everything was going. They were very attentive and very curteous. The food was hot, the drinks were cold, and everyone enjoyed their meals. I was pretty stress free the whole night! I would recommed Dellwood to anyone. We had about 250 people and no one was cramped, the fireside room and the outside patio were PERFECT for guests who wanted to get away from the dancing or take a breather.

My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at Dellwood Country Club and we were blown away by how amazing of a venue it is!! Working with Tracy and Tom helped us plan and execute a flawless wedding! Our wedding was perfect thanks to them! Thank you to Dellwood for helping us making our wedding day amazing!

I LOVED getting married here. We had both our ceremony (outdoor) and reception here. Tracy was so wonderful to work with. She set up our tasting and helped us decide upon what to choose for our menu. She met with us to have a planning session to make sure we were on the same page with the wedding day details. The day went off without a hitch. The grounds are absolutely beautiful in August. There were so many lovely places to take pictures. We had the ceiling draping done by Terry of Creative License which made the ballroom especially beautiful. We had the Italian Buffet and our guests RAVED about the food. The food display was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend getting married and having your reception here. It is a perfect fit for anyone who loves the shabby chic look and anyone who loves flowers.

Dellwood did such an amazing job and took care of everything! Even beyond what we had expected. The food was amazing and not to mention the portions were beyond what we could have imagined! The staff was very friendly and professional and did such a great job!

I would recommend Dellwood to any couple looking for a reception venue! The ballroom is gorgeous and with the ceiling drapes, it looks breathtaking. The staff were extremely professional and polite. The food was awesome! My relatives cannot stop talking about how great the food was, and how it came to the table steaming hot (not luke-warm like most wedding meals). Tom was a great help and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to make sure things were going how we wanted. He even brought our beers we had sitting on the head table when they started to take it down because we were busy taking pictures with some friends. Our wedding at Dellwood turned out perfectly and I would not change single thing!

Dellwood was an amazing wedding venue, not only is it gorgeous, but the staff are wonderful! The entire planning process with Tracy was fantastic, she is extremely organized and such a great help! Our wedding day was absolutly perfect, not a single glitch and we loved everything about Dellwood! I would highly reccomend this venue to anyone!

I highly recommend Dellwood Hills Golf Course to any bride and groom looking for a beautiful venue, amazing food, and a fantastic crew!!! From the start, Tracy was a pleasure to work with... making sure everything was on track and the way we wanted it. I can't explain how beautiful the venue was the day of our wedding. The time that everyone took to ensure that everything was perfect! Tom was amazing to work with at the wedding. He made sure we had everything we needed. The guests cannot say enough about the food, the beautiful location, and the phenomenal service! Thank you Dellwood!!!!! If we were to get married again, we would definitely come back to Dellwood!

My husband and I looked at many Twin Cities country clubs and Dellwood was by far superior to value and quality. Dellwood is absolutely beautiful with amazing landscaping providing a great location for pictures as well as perfect setting for a special ceremony. I was not able to try the food before the wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food (Almond Chicken was amazing!). We had several vegetarians and they were also very happy with their choice. Tracy and the banquet manager were both very accommodating and worked with us to get Skype to work so we could connect to my brother living in Japan who couldn't make it the wedding. I work in the event industry and would refer anybody who asks where I would recommend. Thanks for a beautiful venue and amazing service!

Dellwood was a beautiful location to hold our ceremony and reception! They turned the room around fast so we were able to get married in front of the fireplace, have a cocktail hour on the deck and fireside room and then go back into the main ballroom for dinner. The food was absolutely wonderful and we received many complements

This place is amazing, Tracy is very nice, and is willing to help with anything. And not to mention the food is amazing!

We chose this reception hall because it was extremely open and tall. We had about 250 people coming to the dinner and we did not want it to feel crowded. The food was amazing (champagne chicken). They did a great job of communicating to us about everything. We would highly recommend this place!! It was really reasonable compared to other vendors in the area!!

They did an excellent job of having things exactly the way I wanted it. Everything looked great and they took care of my every need. Tracy was great to work with and all the preferred vendors they had that we used were fantastic!

Dellwood Country Club is not only affordable but is truly a beautiful venue, especially for winter weddings! The main ballroom has a beautiful fireplace that they put two trees and a wreath out after December 1st. They have other garland and decorations around the venue that make it so beautiful and look very wintery! Bry, the wedding planner, is great to work with! She totally knows her stuff and is very on top of everything in the planning process. The food was amazing! We went with the buffet, and it had SO many options and it was so delicious. Their personal desserts are to die for and late night pizza was superb. We got a lot of great feedback on the food. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this venue!

Dellwood made our day very special. The team is very accommodating, and flexible. The venue is gorgeous, clean, and modern. Our vendors loved working with Bry, and the team at Dellwood. We couldn't have asked for more. There is a convenient shuttle to and from The White Bear Lake Best Western Country Inn, and they also have an awesome restaurant/bar (Rudy's).

Dellwood was great to work with for the most part. The food was amazing, the waitstaff were incredible, and everything flowed SO smoothly on our big day. Dellwood was able to honor lots of specific food allergies without a hassle, and one of our guests actually commented about how she's used to her meal coming out late and cold, but not at Dellwood! We did have a few issues with the quotes not matching what we were told pricing would be (menu prices changed without notifying us, ceremony fee was incorrect on the first few quotes). I do know they were going through a coordinator transition, and Bry was amazing with honoring anything we had been told previously if we had it in writing. It did, however, get frustrating with the amount of times we had to go back and forth with the numbers for things. Overall I would totally recommend this venue - AMAZINGLY smooth transition from ceremony to reception, and the waitstaff was incredibly professional. It's a beautiful place to get married, and I can't wait to see how our photos turned out!

We chose to have our reception at Dellwood Hills because it was beautiful and private. The service was great, and the food amazing! All of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was. The prices were very reasonable for the metro area.

Only negative was that our request for a WIDE center aisle wasn't set up (wanted mother & father to accompany bride, and Dad ended up walking behind). (And a petty note that the white chairs weren't the nice white wood ones in their promotional pictures, but rather wire with white plastic seats.) Tracy was GREAT to work with and brought up ideas we hadn't thought about. Food presentation was beautiful, and wonderful flavor. Very happy.

The site is absolutely beautiful. They have many options based on the size of your wedding and budget. Food was the best part.
There was one thing that upset me. I heard after the wedding the bar did not take credit card and there was not an ATM on site. As the bride, my drinks were on a tab but we only had a limited open bar. After that ended, many guests had to borrow money in order to get another drink. Seems like something they should mentioned ahead of time.
BUT, overall, wonderful!!

Dellwood does an amazing job catering to what you want within their guidlines. Tracy goes out of her way to ensure you have all the information and assistance that you need. Our guests were commenting all night how much they enjoyed the meal. The area is amazing for photos whether it is inside or outside! Our ceremony and reception went off without one flaw thanks to the great service provided by Dellwood.

Dellwood is a beautiful venue! The food is amazing, Bry is fantastic to work with and there is plenty of space! There is the main room, the fireside room, and if you choose a summer, spring, or fall wedding the deck is very much enjoyed by guests! I know they raid the prices of food right after we booked, but it is fairly reasonable and comparable to other country clubs and venues in the area! We wouldn't have imagined our day anywhere but Dellwood!

My Daughter had her Wedding/Reception at Dellwood. I just had to write and give a Huge Thank you to all the Staff...they all were wonderful!! Tracy was very nice , Tom always making sure everything was Good and there when needed and Sue behind the Bar was very Friendly made everyone feel welcomed! The grounds BEAUTIFUL, the Food was really good( Champagne Chicken) was Hot & moist everyone LIKE!
Also, Had Grooms dinner on Thursday... the night was Perfect! Had Mexican Buffet it was sooooo good! Both nights were Perfect!!!!
Would highly recommend Dellwood !!!! Again..... THANK you all!

we had a great time at Dellwood. The site is beautiful and hardly needed decorations! The staff was so nice and approachable. From the time we came by to do a walk-through, all the way down to the big day.

The only thing that went wrong was they lost our cake knife and server. It was kind of a bummer! They are a busy place and we had a Friday wedding. I think they threw it away or lost it. I'm not sure.

Dellwood was absolutely beautiful. It is perfect if you want a Christmas wedding. We saved so much money on decorations, it was already decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations. The food was awesome!

The venue was beautiful and the food was great! The staff during the dinner was extremely quick and helpful. Be careful to ask about all prices! Tracy did an OK job; she did not seem to know all the ins and outs of planning at their venue as I would have expected she would. It was a bit pricey, but not outrageous and it was good quality food and setting.

We had our ceremony and reception at Dellwood. The day was great and staff was also until the end. We had a dessert buffet at our wedding, which we contracted out with Sarah's Tipsy Pies and Nothing But Bundt Cakes. I had a day of wedding coordinator not through Dellwood that helped with the day events. There were 4 boxes of desserts left containing all different kinds and one that of dessert vendor made just for us with special treats. All these items were stored in the kitchen at Dellwood for us. My day of coordinator told the night manager that these were for me and to make sure I got them before she left. My husband and I were the last ones in the venue with the staff cleaning up, not one person came up to me and asked what I would like to do with the left over desserts or even let me know they had them. The next day my coordinator asked me if I got everything from the kitchen. No one told me there was anything in the kitchen so of course I did not. I contacted the event coordinator at Dellwood. She said I could pick up them on Monday. My husband picked up and all that was left was one box. The staff obviously helped them selves to what ever they wanted and we were left the scraps. I contacted event coordinator and ask about our special box that we didn’t get. Her response was she knew exactly what I was talking about, but they do not hold things after the wedding and I was lucky to get what I got, and there was bad communication. I emailed back letting her know there was no communication on her staff’s part. Now she is ignoring me. All I wanted was a simple apology. As a bride the day is crazy at the end of the night you shouldn't have to ask staff do have any thing of mine in the kitchen they should come to you and ask what you would like to do with left overs. In my opinion what they did was essentially stole from us. They took what they wanted without our consent. I loved my wedding but was left with a bad impresion.

Starting to worry. Tracy has been so receptive and awesome to work with, but after getting no response for 4 days, I am getting a little nervous. What gives?!?

Everything started off well many promises made but on the day of our wedding it all changed.
The outdoor site was beautiful and our outside vendors were Great!
Dellwood however failed us, they served our guests in plastic cups, had 4 servers for 228 guests, the air conditioning was so bad there was condensation dripping on the tables during the day and the room temperature was 80 degrees for the dinner dance! They brought in ugly fans on stands which ended up in all our photos. Bri was rude and snippy all day. At 9pm there were still dirty dishes on some tables and no silverware at our dessert table.
We prepaid a bar bill and was mailed a final bill with no explanation of the charges. When we called following the wedding to make an appointment to speak to the manager we were told he that he didn’t choose to have an appointment with us.
Buyers beware! Site is beautiful food is good but service and follow through stinks! I can’t believe they have the nerve to post our pictures.

We were so excited to have our wedding here but when covid guidelines cracked down again to limiting 25 people for weddings we were forced to cancel. Continuing with the wedding would have made a choose which siblings we wanted to attend which was an impossible choice. We were given the option to reschedule for a FEE and told them this also wasn't possible as my brother was leaving for an 18 month deployment and they will only reschedule 1 year out. After going through the contract they refused to refund us ANY OF THE MONEY! NOT EVEN THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT!! They said they had already occurred all of the cost that we had paid. Our wedding was MONTHS out from when we cancelled, no food or alcohol had been purchased at this point. We had only had 1 meeting that was roughly an hour long to discuss seating arrangements and food options. They took THOUSANDS from us with nothing in return. All of our other vendors like the photographer, DJ, and Photo booth gave us refunds because it was out of their control for why we were cancelling. I could not be more disappointed with the Dellwood Country Club. They completely ruined our wedding and ruined the excitement of having a wedding and turned all that emotion into anger and stress.
