We are so lucky and grateful that we had Dani design, coordinate, and lead our day-of for our August 31st wedding. What she was able to accomplish was stuff of dreams and our guests are still raving about how it was the most curated, most well-planned wedding they’ve ever been to. She’s not just a talented wedding planner, but also just an overall genuine, compassionate, enthusiastic, professional who shows up in such a big way for every single aspect of the wedding-planning process. On the big day she made sure everything moved smoothly, no detail was overlooked, and that all the important players remained calm and present. My parents are so grateful to her for allowing them to be “guests” at their daughter’s wedding. She took complete charge and ensured the day went flawlessly!
Dani is incredible. She has the personality where she will go above-and-beyond for whatever she’s committed herself too. She’s talented in design, sees color and space so flawlessly, and knows how to execute her vision. I highly recommend using Dani and DEEVENTS, you won’t regret it!

While planning, Dani listened to my many ideas and was able to transform them into a beautiful, cohesive design. She was just as excited as I was about all the colors and flowers I wanted to include in the day. She came up with so many stunning design options for linens, flatware, signage, and event spaces, so what we ended up choosing was more than anything I could have ever come up with myself.
If one of my ideas was new to Dani, she would research it and come back to me with tons of ideas or vendors to pick from. I had mentioned in our initial meeting how much I loved the look of watercolors. Dani took that little tidbit and found the most unique stationary vendor for our invitations. The watercolor designs became one of my favorite details that made its’ way in all parts of our day.
She was so professional, and easy to communicate with – I could email her 23847 times over the week, and she would always respond. She worked amazingly with every vendor (including the ones we hired before bringing her on) – one even told me that it was one of the best and most efficient weddings he’s worked in because of the communication between all the vendors. All of this collaboration between Dani, myself, and all of the vendors made it feel like all that extra work that brides have to do (i.e. emails, keeping track of contracts, timelines, etc.) was all taken care of. This makes such an impact and allows you to focus on what really matters!

Working with Dani was the best decision we made for our wedding! She was our full-service planner and designer, and we also booked her to design and plan our rehearsal dinner. Before we started working with her, I remember lying awake at night (over a year out from our big day!) trying to think of every single thing that needed to be done. After our very first meeting with Dani, I finally felt at ease. She walked us through exactly what to expect during the planning process, recommended so many incredible vendors, and worked with us down to every last detail.
Dani made us feel seen, understood, and calm throughout the entire process. She was flexible as our tastes and vision evolved, and she approached every conversation with patience, warmth, and genuine care for us as a couple. She truly took the time to understand our personalities and priorities, making sure every choice reflected who we are.
Her attention to detail was unmatched. She thought of things we never would have considered and handled every logistic so seamlessly that we never had to worry. The planning process not only felt manageable, but also so much fun with Dani by our side.
On our wedding weekend, Dani and her team created pure magic. Mel was incredible at our rehearsal dinner and throughout the wedding day, keeping everything running smoothly and beautifully. Bella was by my side all day on our wedding day, anticipating my needs before I even knew them, whether it was water, a comb, or just her calming presence. Those small but thoughtful touches were absolute game changers and made me feel so cared for.
Our wedding day itself was flawless—the timeline flowed effortlessly, every detail was perfect, and we were able to be fully present knowing everything was under control. Our guests raved about how smooth, welcoming, and beautiful the entire weekend felt, and that is entirely thanks to Dani and her amazing team.
Beyond her professionalism and talent, Dani is deeply respected by the vendors she works with, which made the planning experience even smoother. It’s clear she isn’t just an amazing planner but also an incredible partner to everyone involved.
Looking back, we can’t imagine our wedding without Dani. She didn’t just plan an event, she gave us peace of mind, joy, and memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re looking for a planner who is professional, thoughtful, and truly invested in making your day unforgettable, we cannot recommend her highly enough! -

I worked with Dani for both design and month-of coordination, and I truly can't imagine how it would’ve come together without her. I can be super indecisive when it comes to design, and honestly had only a vague idea of what I wanted. Dani helped me bring that vision to life with ease. She just got it. Every planning call with her was not only productive, but also fun—she has the best energy and was such a joy to work with.
Beyond the creative side, Dani is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. She thought of things I never would have considered and kept everything so organized. Thanks to her, I never felt overwhelmed during the planning process. In fact, two weeks before the wedding, my biggest stress was that I had nothing left to do—which is a dream scenario for any bride!
On the wedding day itself, Abby and Rebecca were absolute lifesavers. When my bustle broke, they literally hand-sewed it back together. They helped me change dresses, kept track of my lip gloss, and were always two steps ahead. I felt completely taken care of and had zero worries—which meant I got to be fully present and just enjoy the day.

Hiring Dani and her team as our month-of/day-of coordinators was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
