  Absolutely amazing!!!! Love Day of Details (Carley)

  Carley was an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator! We loved her from our very first meeting. She is very professional, friendly, organized and has a calming energy about her that is so crucial during wedding planning and especially on your wedding day. Carley knows what she is doing!! She has an answer and a fix for anything that may go wrong, but nothing did. Carley made our day seamless and easy and took all the stress out of it, so that we could relax and focus on each other and enjoying the most important day of our lives. As a bride, she was exactly what I needed to just relax and know that everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend her to any couple getting married. It was one of the best decisions we made! Thank you Carley, for making our wedding day perfect! It was such a pleasure to meet you and work with you! xo Lisa & Matt

  Carley and her assistant Lauren were nothing short of outstanding for our wedding. They were professional, prompt and accommodating. They were a large part of why our special day went exactly as planned.

  What can I even say - this day could not have happened, let alone so perfectly, without Carley. She has such a relaxed energy (which, if you're wedding planning you know that is KEY) and by the time the day came I felt so comfortable and assured that everything would run smoothly. She provides all the guidance you need leading up to your day and proactively shares a ton of helpful guides, information and tools to make the process of planning easier. Beyond that, she's just a really great, cool person to work with and have around your family and friends. Her and her assistant on the day of did an amazing job, from making sure it looked exactly how I envisioned, to making the day run exactly on schedule, to making sure we were out of the venue on time. And this is all coming from someone who has just a litttlleee bit of trouble relinquishing control in a situation like this. If you're on the fence about working with Day of Details, do it. They're awesome - thank you Carley!!

  The best! Reduced so much wedding stress!

  Carley is the best!!! She helped with so many details I can't even list them all. She found me a last minute empanada spot that was willing to stay open late and deliver after party snacks (even though they don't normally deliver). She did an amazing job getting all of the decorations out and favors set up for the ceremony and reception. I received compliments from the other vendors on how great she was at keeping them informed and everything organized. Hands down the best money we spent on our wedding was hiring Carley. I very highly recommend her!

  Best Coordinator Ever

  I am embarrassed to say that I may have been the worst bride in the world to work with - I am very much “whatever works,” indecisive, and did the most unconventional ceremony and reception so there was no venue staff for Carley to work with. When I tell you I owe the happiest day of my life to her, I don’t say it lightly. She is incredibly organized, calming, friendly, and has proved to work under unfortunate circumstances with grace. Thank you so much for being the person I needed & more! The day would have been a disaster with out you, and I will forever laugh because I thought I could plan my wedding with out a coordinator. If you’re hesitating - DON’T! Let Carley take care of you like she took care of me

  Highly Recommend Day of Details!

  Carley with Day of Details was amazing.
  We’ll be honest that initially starting our wedding planning process, we didn’t think we needed a wedding day coordinator at first but when we saw what day of details offered (especially for any DIY couples like ourselves), we reached out to Carley based off a local referral in the Tampa/St. Petes/Clearwater area. We had the pleasure of working with Carley, and after our initial chat, we knew she was perfect! Carley took care of so many little details that we otherwise would have forgotten about if we proceeded without her. In the final weeks leading up to our wedding, she made a timeline for our wedding day and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and where to set up (she has an awesome online diagram tool that fits to scale and was super helpful). On our wedding day, Carley did a phenomenal job being an extra set of hands (distributing payments and tips to vendors, getting my decor and tables set up, putting finishing touches on our centerpieces, getting our guests to our ceremony, and so much more). What we loved the most about Carley is how comfortable and relaxed we felt with her (and our families and bridal party, too). We can’t even begin to imagine how different our wedding day would have been if we didn’t have Carley, so thank you - and I cant highly recommend her enough!

  Bride, Kate Tomlinson

  The team at Day of Details made our wedding so enjoyable. Being able to plan and DIY things was so fun for my Mom and I but when it came down to it none of it was possible with put the Day of Details team there to bring everything to life. It made our day enjoyable to have Carley there bringing everything to life and making the day run smoothly! She’s worth every Penny and if you’re trying to do it all yourself I can’t stress enough that you need to hire her and her team in order to pull things off and actually enjoy it! She delivered and was calm and chill all through the process and even had back up plans for our last minute weather change. Highly recommend!

I didn’t worry for 1 second on wedding day, before during or after— set up, clean up and flawless execution. She was such a calming presence and felt like a friend who’s entire focus was on ensuring I had my dream wedding— all my friends, family and wedding party were able to enjoy celebrating with us! During our planning process, she was very responsive to our questions and helped us navigate through many wedding day factors that we had not even thought to consider. She created a very detailed timeline for us and reached out to all of our vendors to make sure they knew where they needed to be and when, which saved us a lot of time and effort.   My husband and I hired Carly with Day of Details to coordinate all the small details of our special day and it was an absolute pleasure to have be apart of our wedding. She’s someone who takes her job seriously and does whatever she can to make sure that everything is done right by the bride and groom. They’re a very punctual and professional business. I would recommend Carly and her team to anybody 1,000 times over.

  Carley with Day of Details did an AMAZING job with my out-of-state wedding this summer, I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Everyone at the wedding, especially the vendors loved working with her as well. Carley has fantastic communication skills and thinks of absolutely everything so you don’t have to. Her attention to detail is remarkable and because of her my day was absolutely flawless. There is no doubt you will be able to fully enjoy your event when you select Day of Details to coordinate.   Teamwork makes the Dream Work!

  We had the pleasure in working with Carley and her team at a wedding! Many times, the DJ is the face of the team. All the planning, sorting, decision making.. etc.. is finalized and giving to the DJ to carry out. One mistake, and the Dj is assumed to be responsible. This is why it's IMPORTANT to have a good planner/coordinator. Carley and her team were amazing to work with! They were on point throughout the event! She was very commutative throughout the event! This is KEY to the success of your event! I cant stress that enough! Thank you Carley for your hospitality and welcoming personality! We hope to work with you soon!
