    We are so lucky and grateful to have Danielle as our wedding day of coordinator! She advised us on so many things leading up to the wedding and was very detail oriented. She allowed us to keep our ideas and wishes for the wedding and gave us honest advice when we asked. She will help you stay on budget and has so many connections that will help you save money for your wedding. We met with her a month before our wedding and didn’t have to worry about anything during the day of our wedding. She and her assistant made our wedding run so smoothly, and worked flawlessly with all of our vendors. Many of which said that working with her was a pleasure. If you’re looking for an experienced, organized, and professional coordinator, rest assured that you’ve found the right one with Danielle!

    Danielle was such a stress reliever for the days leading up to and the day of my wedding! I didnt have to worry about a thing once i gave her all my other vendor information. The gift of getting to enjoy my family friends and wedding day is invaluable!

    Top 5 Reasons you NEED to hire Danielle Pearson Right This Minute:
    1. Professionalism: Danielle answered my emails/ set up a phone chat within a few hours of my initial e-mail. She was the only planner who did this.
    2. Price: Her pricing is extremely competitive and is really, truly, not high enough. I was thrilled with what we paid had I known how amazing she'd be, I'd have gladly paid double.
    3. Dedication - You get what you pay for, unless you hire Danielle as your planner or coordinator. Then you are getting an amazing person and wedding professional who goes far above/beyond what she's required to do. Danielle coordinated and attended tastings, vendor meetings and walk-throughs with my trips to Florida. Whenever I came into town, Danielle was available to meet with me and/or our other vendors. This is something a full service planner would do, yet our amazing DOC was there every step of the way.
    4. Her Connections - If you're here, you're probably searching for the best vendors. Save yourself time, sanity and money and just hire Danielle. We hired our florist, baker and Photo Booth through Danielle, and I was kicking myself for not hiring her sooner and letting her suggest all of our other vendors. They were fantastic talents who worked with our budget simply because they wanted another chance to work with Danielle. She's that good.
    5. Her personality - Danielle played peace keeper between my Mom and I, promised me I wasn't crazy when I had random wedding anxiety, and talked me out of paying for rose petal canons for our reception entrance. She played devil's advocate, tough negotiator with difficult vendors, and peace of mind. Because of Danielle I got to spend the entire day relaxing and getting pampered with my bridesmaids & family without a care in the world. Because of Danielle we got to enjoy our wedding and soak in every little moment. Danielle gave us a once in a lifetime chance to focus only on marrying each other and celebrating.

    Danielle Pearson was the best thing that ever happened to me! I am a Boston girl who got married in South Florida. I found Danielle through many great reviews and a recommendation from my photographer. I didn't have any room in the budget for a day of coordinator, but after much thought and talking with Danielle, we decided to move forward with her. It was the BEST decision I ever made, and she's worth triple what we paid! Not just saying that- she's so great at what she does. She was FAR more than a DOC. She helped me with certain vendors, making recommendations and taking the lead on certain things. It was so helpful. Especially when the contact at our venue changed (for the worse...), I didn't have to worry - Danielle was on top of everything. For all you brides that think you don't need a DOC, trust me, I was in your shoes. We didn't have it in the budget. I followed my better instinct (thankfully!), and worked with the best DOC/Planner in South Florida, and it was the best money we ever spent. I highly recommend Danielle Pearson to anyone and everyone who is getting married in South Florida!

    Danielle is absolutely wonderful! She made our special day hectic free and her help was great (Especially when it came down to my controlling mother). They kept our little man entertained while we were able to have a great time. I highly recommend her. She is very bubbly and listens to all the details you want.

    I don't know what I would have done without her! I remember our first conversation and how my first sentence was "I need help, this is so overwhelming". She calmed me down during the call and helped me throughout the process despite only being a "day of planner". Knowing Danielle was there made me feel so much calmer on my wedding day. She took care of every detail. Our parents even commented about what a great job she did. Thank you Danielle.

    Danielle was our wedding planner on August 18th in Islamorada, FL. We were planning our destination wedding from St. Louis, MO and could not have done it without Danielle. She was absolutely wonderful and our wedding was spectacular. Throughout the entire process she was available to us. She answered phone calls and emails promptly. She really helped the whole process come together. The majority of our vendors were recommendations from her and they were awesome too.

    She really does more than she’s supposed to do as a DOC. Danielle helped me through the whole planning process, any questions I had I went directly to her and she didn’t seem to mind at all. The day of she had everything running smoothly and was at the venue before me! I left her with so much to do as I ran around trying to get myself ready and she pulled it off beautifully. I was very thankful to have her.

    From our first meeting I knew I could trust Danielle with our big day. My husband and I were overwhelmed with how much goes into this one day and Danielle helped everything run so smoothly. Her flexibility, knowledge, and love of her job make enjoying your wedding day so much easier. We only hired Danielle for Day-Of Coordination and now, looking back, we wish we would have hired her for the whole process! We have told everyone who will listen, she is worth every penny, do not try to do it all on your own!!

    Danielle was awesome! We hired her as our "month of coordinator" and she went above and beyond. We live in Boston, so we had to do all of our wedding planning whenever we had time to fly down to Florida, and she made sure that we were on schedule and helped us make sure everything was done before the big day. She even helped us find a great caterer. And she was so friendly and fun to work with! Working with her was like working with a friend, and she always made me feel relaxed.

    My hubby was a groomzilla and was very anal about every little detail. He rarely relaxes and is always stressing about everything, but she even managed to put him at ease! I have already recommended her to a friend of mine, but I would recommend her to anyone getting married!

    Danielle Pearson-A+++ Danielle was AWESOME! She made our day everything we hoped it could be. Her personality is wonderful. She was not only our day of coordinator, but she became a friend through this process. She lent us her cake stand, her ear, and her heart. We Love her!

    When I finally realized I needed a DOC to help me with set up & smoothing things out through out the day I immediately thought of Danielle Pearson. She is highly recommend by many brides. Unfortunately she was already booked for our wedding day. That's what I get for waiting too long. When you know a vendor is really good, you need to hire them quick!
    Thank God for me though, Danielle recommended another planner which was Event by Michelle. I need to say this about Danielle though, even though she was booked for our wedding, she still took the time to contact me every once in awhile to check up on things. She offered her help & her ideas. She answered every question I had even though I wasn't one of her "brides". I love that about her! I quickly learned why brides rave about Danielle. She is a true gem! She loves wedding planning & she's truly genuine and someone you can trust. Very friendly & very knowledgeable. I recommend Danielle Pearson Events all the way!

    Danielle was more than I could of asked for. She truly went above and beyond for me. She knows her stuff and always answered my emails. She has a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Plus she has great connections that led me to other great vendors. She has an amazing personality. Her prices are great and she always emailed to check in on me. I have never heard of any other planner doing this. Love her!

    If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further! Danielle is AMAZING! Planning my wedding from DC, I was looking for someone as detail oriented as I am. She far exceeded that! Danielle was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had in the months leading up to the wedding. I knew we were in good hands! The day of, she arrived early and ready to work. She made sure that every detail my husband and I had envisioned was perfectly executed. I was actually able to relax the entire morning because I knew she had handled it all.
    Our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly without her. She was so professional and attentive the entire night. My family & friends have not stopped raving about how great she was!

    To be honest, I was not even thinking of getting a wedding planner or Day of Coordinator (DOC) since I am such a control freak!!! But then I started feeling overwhelmed and had gotten so many great/positive reviews about Danielle, that I decided to set up a meeting for more information about what a DOC does. She was a professional from the beginning!!!! I told her before the meeting I was going to hire her, and she said and I quote, "Don't bring anything (in regards to money) we are just having a conversation." And what a wonderful conversation it was!!! She started asking about all of my vendors and then started asking other questions that I had not even thought about. At that point, I knew she was REALLY looking out for me and I hired her AGAIN (because I already knew I wanted her, but didn't now HOW MUCH I WANTED HER!!!) Everytime I would have nervous breakdowns, she would be right there to calm me down. She always had my best interests at heart, and went above and beyond what I would ever think a DOC does. I felt so comfortable with Danielle that I even asked her to handle my rehearsal towards the end, and I'm so glad she did!!! On the day of, she came to see me before the ceremony to ensure everything was okay (even ensured out bouquets got to us for our getting ready pictures), she made sure I had everything I needed throughout the reception in regards to food, drinks, (reminded me to use the bathroom in all the excitement...lol!!) and even ensured I always looked radiant for my pictures. Not only was she my saving grace, she was also a big hit with my husband (who always gives people a hard time), our bridal party, and our family. She made sure everyone felt special at our wedding when I was too caught up and in the moment to even know what was happening. Let me tell you something ladies, you may start off as a "bride" with Danielle Pearson, but you will always leave as a "friend". I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE HER, and would recommend her to ANYONE! As I matter of fact, I asked if she would mind planning my baby shower (whenever that is)..lol!

    Love Love Love this woman. She is the most detailed person I know besides me. Everything I wanted was in the right place(I can be picky). She has gone above and beyond to help with this wedding. Without her I feel I would be lost on my wedding day and would be running around more than I would have wanted. All the vendors were there on time, all night she asked If I needed anything and her timeline was perfect and it flowed. She even had to deal with my drunk and overwhelming Aunt who was like a 12 yr old the whole night and managed to hold it together and be professional(I know I probably couldnt)

    Danielle was simply AMAZING from the very first meeting until the end of our wedding reception. She always got our vision and was always positive about everything. The day of, she made sure that everything was in its place and we had everything we needed. She truly made our day perfect!!

    Danielle, was amazing. I started off not sure what exactly a day of coordinator does. I now know, they keep everything running smoothly. If there was a problem I didnt know about it. She kept me, the bride, cool and calm. Any issues I did have she quickly handled them with out it being an issue. She is very upbeat and has a great attitude about everything. Definetly a plus to have, and was very affordable.

    Danielle was my Day of Coordinator, but she did so much more than that! She met with us several times before the wedding so we had the opportunity to get to know her well and feel comfortable that everything was going to go smoothly. She really did the most fantastic job setting up our decor at the ceremony and reception, I could not ask for a better Day of Coordinator! My husband and I really love everything she did for us, she truly was a big part of our big day being so beautiful and perfect. We recommend her to every south Florida bride, you'd be missing out otherwise!!! :)

    My Day of Coordinator...or shall I say...ANGEL sent from heaven, was truly amazing!! If it weren't for her, I don't know what I would've done on our wedding day. I hired her just about 2 weeks before the big day. I swore all along that I didn't need much help and was going to use a friend to help me out. I then realized that I needed a professional to help me pull off a successful cocktail hour and reception. She has great communication through phone, texting, and emails. She met with us at the venue and communicated with our vendors days before. Danielle worked hard for countless hours on that day and had all the details perfect! She went above and beyond and we can't thank her enough! She's sweet, experienced, and very professional! I can't recommend her enough. You are in great hands!

    Danielle was my partial planner and became my best friend the moment I hired her. She kept me cool, calm and collected through the whole planning process. She was there for me for all my questions and kept me focused. My only minor issue was that she didn't actually help me find a lot of my vendors... however I did a lot myself w/o asking for a lot of help in this matter so it really is my fault. Day of... she was SUPERWOMAN. She literally swooped in and saved the day w/ crazy last minute rain, and making sure everything stayed organized and calm. I can't thank her enough for how she pulled through that day. She also took all my crazy DIY stuff, and all the decorations I purchased... listened to my direction on where I wanted them and pulled through making sure all of my stuff was set up beautifully and that the vendors also placed their items in the correct places. The ceremony and reception decor was a dream come true.

    Danielle was extremely pleasant and personable. She was helpful at calming my nerves. That she was familiar with our caterer was helpful, as she played a big part in the communications there. I was an out-of-town bride, so communication was a necessity. Danielle answered my phone calls and emails promptly; she was always available. She had wedding day props which was also helpful, because we borrowed a few pieces. However, I'd say that overall, the service she provided was average. I don’t feel like she went above and beyond to make my wedding day exceptional…the day was very unorganized…she was ill-prepared. There were constant phone calls from her regarding where things were supposed to go and what she was supposed to do; she asked a guest to assist her with setup. It was just moments before the wedding party and I walked down the aisle, that we got our bouquets and boutonnieres. The tables weren’t exactly how I wanted them set-up (there was one item on the tables that didn’t belong and another item missing from the tables). It was actually Erica from Edge and Elegance, who was assisting Danielle, who “saved the day” multiple times. When it came time for me to walk down the steps toward the ceremony, Danielle walked with me. She didn't ask me; I was not given the option. If she'd intended to do that, she should have discussed it with me first. Descending the steps to the ceremony was one of the biggest moments of my life, and there's Danielle next to me in my video and throughout my photos! Most upsetting that I learned about after the wedding, was that Danielle called my husband and asked him to move the wedding inside because it was lightly sprinkling earlier in the day (it turned out to be a glorious, sunny day.) I would have been mortified if I'd descended the steps and discovered my wedding ceremony had been moved inside.
