HIRE this wonderful company for your linen rental needs for your special events!

Custom linens provided a beautiful backdrop for our sweetheart table at our wedding reception. We provided a picture of what we had envisioned, and they were able to make it a reality…and at a much better cost than the competition! Chris Moore was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The set-up crew was on time and did a phenomenal job. We would highly recommend them for your event! We didn't get a picture of the entire backdrop, but I posted some pics of it in the background for reference.

Great selection!

Wonderful selection, easy to work with, professional, budget-friendly! We got the most beautiful gold tablecloth for the head table, and used light blue polyester tablecloths for the guest tables. They also provided us with white chair covers, and included more than we needed. Easy to pick up, easy to return. Highly recommend!

Custom Linens Created Our Dream Wedding!!

Chris from Custom Linens was Amazing!!!! My Husband and I was Extremely happy and Pleased with his Work. My husband and I wanted a Fairytale themed wedding with Bright and bold colors of Purple, Lavender, and Fuchsia Pink. Chris Accomplished and Exceeded our wedding theme colors. All of our family and Friends couldn't stop talking about how Beautiful and Elegant the wedding was. We hired Chris of (Custom Linens) days before the wedding and Everything came out Perfect. Chris was very Professional, Well Organized, and showed up to Accomplish the job early in advance, so everything could look perfect before the wedding started. Thank you so much Chris for making our dream wedding come true!!

Our wedding venue included the cost of basic, plain white cotton linens so our initial plan was to just use those for our guest table settings in hopes of dressing them up with floral arrangements and other decor. It wasn't until 1 month before our wedding that I considered contacting a linen company. I was referred to Chris at Custom Linens by my wedding florist and WOW am I glad I was!! It was such an easy process contacting Chris and setting up our initial appointment. My mom and I went to meet him to look at various fabric options, talk about pricing, etc. and we booked them on the spot. We ended up getting ivory taffeta linens, satin ivory napkins and gold chargers for all of our guest tables, plus a rose satin ivory linen for our cake table. I am SO happy with our last minute decision to hire Custom Linens! Our reception decor and linens were STUNNING and we received so many compliments! I highly recommend Custom Linens... thank you Chris!!

We worked with Chris from Custom Linens and had a perfect experience from start to finish. Chris was very accommodating of our work schedules and let us come by the showroom to see color and fabric choices in person. He gave helpful suggestions and was very easy to work with. Custom Linens was also very affordable. On the day of our wedding, I walked through our cocktail hour and reception spaces before our ceremony began and I was impressed with how beautiful the tables looked; everything was set up perfectly!

We had an awesome experience with Custom Linens! Chris met with me in person to go over our color scheme and to show me all of the different fabric and color choices we were interested in, and really took the time to answer all of our questions in great detail. He was so responsive anytime we reached out to him! On the day of our wedding, all of the chair covers, bows, tables and napkins arrived on time and the whole setup process was seamless! We arrived to a beautifully set up ballroom. Everything looked so elegant and classy. We were delighted! After our reception was over, the team picked everything up and we really never had to lift a finger to do anything. Custom Linens' service is absolutely top notch and their products are very high quality!

I actually found them through Facebook with a special deal they were doing. I looked them out, checked them out, seemed great. Called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful. We set everything up and he coordinated on the day of with the wedding coordinator of the hotel we were getting married and having the reception with. Everything was gorgeous! We got white chair covers for all the chairs, and then just white bows as well. Looked amazing!!

When I was first looking for linens and saw custom linens website I thought it was too good to be true, their prices were too low so there had to be some kind of catch. But there wasn't! They had by far the most affordable linens available, Chris was super helpful and always very prompt in his responses. I ordered my linens a month before my wedding and it wasn't a problem at all. Give them a call! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable linen rentals.

Chris was amazing and so easy to work with. I gave him a vision of what I wanted and he sent multiple photos until our visions were the same. He did not give his opinions unless you asked for them, because he did not want your idea to be altered. He always was in good contact and just an all around nice guy, and great to work with.

Chris was a pleasure to work with start to finish. My linens were amazing and I got compliments all night. Very affordable. Show room is nice to be able to see all the options and they even dress a table so you can see the look. Highly recommended!

Working with Custom linen was quick and easy. I started with a couple of quote with Chris and then a phone call to confirm details. We only needed Chair covers and we discussed the options and different cost point. Initially I didn't want any set up, but about a month out I realized I needed the set up. I called Chris a be concerned it was too late, and to my delight it wasn't to late and he had no problem setting everything up. The day of the wedding they got everything set up early and were at the venue promptly at 10pm to collect everything. The room look fantastic and they were very professional and efficient.

I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for an affordable linen company, that doesn't cause you a headache. :)

Custom Linens is the place to go - they are awesome, their fabric is gorgeous and they even had quick email responses. When I first started the wedding planning process I wanted beach wedding and completely informal. Then as the planning progressed I ended up formal and elegant! This in turn meant that I needed to change all my linens. Chris let me (and whoever I needed to bring with me) come into the showroom and mock-up whatever I needed. He also sent me swatches when I doubted my choices! He helped with choosing which colors for the tables and which fabrics go best. I know without Custom Linens, our wedding would not have looked as amazing as it did. Thank you to Chris and his wife at Custom Linens for everything. :)

Custom Linens provided the chair covers and sashes for our wedding wedding. We had ivory chair covers to match the tablecloths at the venue, and champagne sashes tied as bows. The linens were clean, ironed, and beautiful. Custom Linens were professional, helpful, and did excellent work to make our day perfect!

I visited Custom Linens in June to get prices for my daughter's wedding chair covers, bows and tablecloths. Once I had the quote I was able to communicate by email and telephone. Responses were always courteous and prompt. The price was better than other companies I had contacted for quotes. On the day of the wedding the Temple Terrace Country Club Ballroom was transformed into a very classy white and silver dream. I would use this company again and recommend them highly. Chris from Custom Linens is great! Anytime I called or needed anything, he was quick to respond! They were very competitive with their prices. I even had a change on the day of to decide if I wanted a riser cover or not. They brought it and it made a huge difference! It was extra work for them but they made it look beautiful! Thank you!!! Chris was awesome and helped us so much with our wedding ! He was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and was able to meet with us afterhours to discuss our linens. The chairs covers and sashes and table runners looked amazing and were the perfect color!!! He was able to drop them off / setup and pick them up . The prices were very affordable to my surprise... He coordinated with our decorators so there was nothing that was needed to be done by us. All we needed was to pick the style and color we wanted!!!!! A BIG Thank you to Custom Linens

There are other linen rental places closer to where I live but Custom Linens has the nicest best quality linens and most important ... not a wrinkle to be found in any of the tablecloths, chair covers , bows or napkins! All the linens were so crisp and clean looking! They also have the best assortment of colors , different designs and fabrics . Chris is very helpful and very prompt in replying. His prices are very reasonable ... and did I mention that he can tie a great bow! The chairs looked fantastic ! Thank you Chris and Custom Linens for dressing up our daughters wedding reception!!

Chris and his Wife were wonderful!! They were such a nice couple and so helpful in picking out our linens for the wedding. They really work with you to figure out how detailed you'd like your tables to be; from the different style of knots used to tie bows on the back of chairs, to colorful napkins for your desk! So easy to work with and lots of options to choose from!! Would highly recommend.

Chris at Custom Linens was phenominal. He worked tirelessly to help me order some "hard to find" linens that I was dying to have at my reception. He was great at communicating with me, and even met with my mom and I on multiple occasions. I was SO pleased with the outcome. The reception looked GORGEOUS! I ordered petal linen for the outside cocktail hour that was just stunning! The ballroom was perfect. Chris did everything he promised and more! Chris was incredibly flexible, creative and professional from the start of my planning until the execution of my wedding. I emailed him with changes, I can't tell you how many times, and each time he was more than happy to accommodate. I would absolutely recommend Custom Linens to anyone in the Tampa area looking for beautiful linens and wonderful service for their event. I was very pleased with the entire experience. He gave me a huge window as well, to pick up and drop off. Although you pay for the day - I had the linens from Friday until Monday which made the process much less stressful.

Really, I never personally met anyone from Custom Linen's, I pretty much did everything online. They helped answer my questions about color when I sent them a picture of my color scheme and then I ordered my chair covers and sashes through them. They came and set the up and tore them down as I requested, there products were absolutely perfect (definitely not cheap looking or feeling like some linen companies) and there quote was still about $100 less than any other quote I got in the area. I sent the forms through email to them, they sent my receipt back and it was as easy as that. If you are looking for great quality, easy booking and no hassel set up/tear down....use Custom Linens...best quality and best price.

Chris from Custom Linens was a pleasure to work with. The ballroom for our wedding looked stunning with the beautiful Taffetta Crinkle table clothes, chair covers and sashes. I am so happy I went with Custom Linens for my wedding last weekend!! I rented chair covers and sashes and table linen for my cake table. They were so easy to talk to and had everything I wanted!! I used Custom Linens to rent chair covers, sashes, table overlays, cocktail tablecloths and cake table linens. Chris was great to work with, very responsive to all of my questions! The linens looked great and exactly as described! The linens for the cake table especially looked great! Plus, their prices are really reasonable as well.

Abby and Chris were great! They did such a great job with our linens and decorating the room.... looked absolutley beautiful. They always responded back very quickley and were very helpful with any questions I had. I would definetly recommend them to do the job. Custom Linens was worth every penny! Custom Linens provided absolutely beautiful linens with great service. Abby and Chris are a wonderful couple and they were always willing and capable to meet our linen needs. They responded fast to phone calls and emails and their prices are awesome! The linens really brought that extra umph! that we were looking for.

They got in and set linens down early so that we would have plenty of time to make sure the rest of the decor got in place. They are a great company and couples looking for a place to meet your linen needs, should give Custom Linens a call. Thank you Abby and Chris for all of your help in making our day perfect!

I got married on 3/12/10 at Davis Island Garden Club. Chris was very helpful and willing to work with me on every aspect of the event. He emailed me a picture of the shade of teal for his linens to verify that the shade was good enough.

We returned our linens the next day, and even though our caterer misplaced his napkins in a garbage bag, he was not upset and worked with us on paying for the replacements.

To all future brides: Don't be discouraged by one bride that doesn't ask questions before the event, and then complains a month later. If you choose Custom Linens, you will NOT be disappointed.

Abby and Chris are great! Custom Linens did a fantastic job on our linens (we had chair covers, sashes and table overlays from them). When I walked into the ballroom, I had tears. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to you both for helping make our day so amazing!!

We received outstanding service from Custom Linens. The ballroom was setup on time the day of our wedding and the quality of the chair covers and sashes definitely contributed to the elegance of the ballroom. Custom Linens also gave us the best value of any other linen company in the area.

I rented chair covers from Customs Linens. They were by far the most inexpensive company I could find for chair covers. The chair covers matched the color I was looking for perfectly and were of very high quality. They were delivered, set up, and packed up without me having to do anything but provide the address of our venue.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris they did an AMAZING job setting the tables up for my guests etc. We had comments all night on how everything looked so beautiful.........we recommend them highly, they are professional and were very patient with all the changes even at the last minute....you know how us brides can be!!! I never actually saw the linens arrive or heard anything except that they were set up and that is a good thing. Every time I contacted Chris either via phone or email I recieved a response within an hour. My linens were beautiful! Perfect experience!

We put in a last last last minute order for all of our linens (tablecloths, overlays, napkins, chair covers, etc.) and Chris was very patient and helpful. He communicated well with me through email, since I never answer my cell phone, haha. They were at the venue setting things up when I arrived at 2:30-3pm, and the wedding didnt start til 5. Everything was beautiful, I could not have asked for a better company! Thanks so much for making one thing less stressful! haha!

Custom Linens had everything I was looking for and was willing to find anything not in their stock when we discussed less traditional options. They have a great stock of colors and types of linens. They work quickly and eficiently and have truly great attention to detail. I could not have been happier with their work and with the quality of the linens that they used for my event.

The event director at my venue recommended Chris to me and honestly he exceeded my expectations. I placed my order just a week before my wedding and everything was flawless I ordered chair covers and sashes the colors were perfect and I had them ordered and set up all for a reasonable price as well. I will definitely use them again for my linen needs.

Custom Linens were professional and made my wedding reception look beautiful. After meeting with them, I knew the linens were one less thing I had to worry about. They took care of everything at a very reasonable price. And my guests were complimenting the decorations all night! They have two thumbs up from me!

Chris, from Custom Linens, was easy to work with leading up to the wedding (until I had a complaint). I liked that he didn't pressure us into choosing his company or try to upsell us on higher priced linens like some of the other rental places did. We decided to pick up & return the linens ourselves to avoid delivery charges. The staff at the Hilton set them on the tables & chairs, but I was very disappointed at how wrinkly they were. I'm not sure who should have ironed them, but they didn't look as good as they could have.

The other major problem we had were the color of the chair covers. We ordered ivory covers & napkins. As you will see in the picture, we received white chair covers . Custom Linens claims both the chair covers & the napkins are ivory. They purchase them from 2 different companies, that's why they're different shades. I wish I was aware of this ahead of time.

After MANY emails, Chris would only offer a refund of 10%. This was not to our satisfaction & reflects their horrendous customer service. I had a problem with the chair covers, not the napkins. After the wedding we were on our honeymoon. It wasn't until we saw our professional pictures from the photographer, did we realize how truly horrible the chair covers looked. Because of the way he handled this matter, I will never recommend them to anyone.
