Delicious and Easy to work with!

We loved our cake and cupcakes from Cupcake Jones! He had about 140 guests so we decided to get both big and small cupcake in addition to a 2 tiered cake. Everything was incredible. The small cupcakes were easy to handle and delicious, coming in a variety of flavors. The big cupcakes were filled and looked perfect! We were so happy we chose Cupcake Jones and they are definitely our favorite go-to spot in Portland!

Scrumptious wedding cupcakes!

Our wedding cupcakes and ceremonial cake were so delicious and just our style! Clara Navaille was such a helpful and sweet person to work with and we appreciated the opportunity to do a tasting with her to determine the right flavors and sizes of cupcakes for us. I loved the suggestion of having a small, ceremonial cake to cut alongside the jumbo and mini cupcakes we chose. The other thing I love about Cupcake Jones is that they use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. I'm excited to return for anniversary and special occasion cupcakes!

We loved having cupcakes from Cupcake Jones. They have a lot of different packages to fit all budgets. There cupcakes are delicious and the staff we worked with were friendly and responsive. We highly recommend Cupcake Jones for your cupcake needs! :)

Working with Clara from Cupcake Jones was amazing! We initially had some trouble with Cupcake Jones as they were going through some business changes, but Clara made sure to get everything settled and arranged for us. We were able to sample cupcakes and pick our favorites for our wedding (we even made a custom flavor for our guests). We also had a small cutting cake for the reception in our favorite flavor. We paid a little extra for Cupcake Jones to set up the display at our venue and it was worth it. It looked great and they even put our cute little cake topper on our cutting cake for us! Highly recommended!

OMG! Cupcake Jones was beyond professional and of course, their product is amazing and delicious and perfect for satisfying everyone in your celebration. They even accommodated our vegan and gluten free people, and those cupcakes were clearly marked and just as delicious! From start to finish, they were so friendly and helpful, it felt as if we barely had to do anything... but oh darn... TASTE all our options! And the follow up with the honeymoon box was a sweet (pun intended) bonus. We had a cupcake each night of our honey moon as we sipped our libation of choice and reflected on how wonderful it all was... down to the last sweet morsel. Thank you Cupcake Jones! I would totally HIGHLY recommend your expertise to anyone needing one or 1001 cupcakes!

Cupcake Jones organized and put together a beautiful cupcake and cake display for our wedding.

I got so many compliments on how delicious they all were and more than one person said they tried all the flavors. The red velvet was a big hit! I, of course, only got the single bite from the cake cutting, so I so appreciate that they put together a box for us to take with us. That is a really thoughtful thing, and it was great to enjoy a cupcake and a glass of champagne at the hotel at the end of the night.

Cupcake Jones was one of the best vendors we got to work with, and I was so impressed from the tasting up through the wedding. I think it's amazing that they're all so conscious of everything they do, from using primarily skylights to making sure to support everyone's right to marry.

Shannan in particular was so easy to work with and so organized, it made it all so easy and I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything.

I work only a block away, so I will be in every time I have a cupcake craving!

Cupcake Jones was the perfect choice for our wedding cupcakes. They were able to meet the requirements of our celiac guests and were so easy to work with. The cupcakes were delicious - I highly recommend them!

We absolutely loved working with Lisa and her team at Cupcake Jones. In the wedding consultation, Lisa provided incredibly clear information about the services provided, her company's values, and how to best decide on flavors and quantity. Once we booked, working with them to choose our flavors, make payments, and decide on the set up was very easy. They've got a great list of flavors, including some tasty seasonals with summer berries. On our wedding day, they set up the cupcakes between our ceremony and reception while guests were enjoying a cocktail hour and did a beautiful job displaying the cupcakes and incorporating some leftover flowers from our florist. And the cupcakes themselves were delicious - a big hit with our guests! We would highly recommend them for wedding desserts!

I wish I had one of their cupcakes right now! Cupcake Jones did an amazing job for our wedding cupcakes. Not only are the cupcakes ridiculously good they also have a sustainable business practice and great customer service. Shannan was so sweet and great to work with. She delivered and set up all the cupcakes. She used platters and stands we provided as well as a few flowers and the end result was beautiful.If I had any questions or concerns she always got back to me promptly. They also give you a secret stash of cupcakes to take on your honeymoon which we totally appreciated during our recovery day. The only criticism I could give is that you are required to attend a tasting/presentation and it was kinda long (around an hour). We had already decided that we wanted their cupcakes for the wedding so it felt a little unnecessary.

What amazing cupcakes! Everyone loved them, they were a fantastic and easy addition to our garden wedding. No need for cutting and serving, people just got to have delicious cake without the hassle. They were so beautiful, they tasted great and they were a total hit. Everyone at Cupcake Jones was amazingly helpful with the process of choosing a package and flavors. There was never any pressure to buy more than we wanted to compromise in any way with flavors or service.

Absolutely fantastic vendor to work with, and unbelievable cupcakes to boot. Cupcake Jones knows how to do weddings. From our first meeting all the way to the wedding, they made it so easy on us. Everything was very carefully planned and they had clear instructions for what we needed to do and when. We chose the 'do it all' package and it was SO worth the money. I just picked the flavors and ribbon color and they seamlessly took care of the rest. Plus, our guests LOVED the mini cupcakes vs. a regular cake. Would recommend to anyone!

How can you go wrong with cupcakes? And how can you go wrong with the best cupcakes in town. I am a man who loves options and the choice to go with cupcakes over a single cake was perfect. We, somehow, narrowed our selection down to four flavors and each one was super moist and super delicious. They were a hit with us and our guests. The staff was super easy to work with and very accommodating with our addition of a personal cake round to add to the display. I don't know why you're still reading this review, call Cupcake Jones now!

Cupcake Jones was our clear choice from our first meeting with the owners to discuss packages and offerings. We were able to taste a number of flavors and were additionally send home with a box of mini cupcakes in the flavors we had not pre-selected for the first tasting. Where generally only two people are supposed to come to the first meeting, we were allowed to bring along my now sister-in-law who was in town from Canada and was gifting us with our wedding cake - VERY much appreciated!
A few weeks before the wedding we picked up a half dozen cupcakes to (again!) taste and make our final flavor choices for our big day. Finalizing our order was quick and easy and Shannan was quick and responsive on the phone, via text and via email. Our display ended up beautiful on our big day and we were so happy that they introduced cutting (top) cakes in the months before our wedding so that we could take care of all of our cake needs in one place.
The only bummer was that we missed receiving our box of special take home cupcakes that was supposed to be set aside for my wife and I so that we could nosh once the festivities were over - but Shannan was quickly accommodating allowing us to pick up this box at a later date. Perfect!
Every time we were in the shop (Pearl location) all the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs - working with customers and with each other - which was refreshing to see/be a part of as well.
Additionally: I LOVE that they give back to the community by donating a portion of proceeds each month to a different charity or organization.

Everyone we worked with there was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Our cupcakes were perfect, and the wedding guests loved them. They made the process very easy.

Hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had! We used Cupcake Jones for our wedding
this past July at Edgefield. They did a wonderful job setting up the cupcakes at the venue and making them look amazing. We provided the stands, but they did all the set-up. They even worked with Le Cookie Monkey to pick up our 6 inch round cutting cake and deliver and set that up as well. All the guests loved them and we had very little left overs!

Love Love Love this place! I am not a cupcake or cake person but this place is my favorite go to for something sweet and amazing. They have such a wide variety of fresh cupcakes everyone will be happy. We had 4 varieties at our wedding, Peter's Chocolate Mint, White Chocolate Marionberry, Strawberry Lemonade, and Chocolate Raspberry. We had mini's and some jumbo's for all of our guests. The display was beautiful and everyone was in a hurry for us to cut our cake so they could go get some. If you are wanting cupcakes look no further! Lisa and her staff are amazing!

Having planned a small riverside picnic wedding neither my husband or I wanted a "cake" but we wanted something. After having won a gift certificate from a fund raiser last year I knew Cupcake Jones was what we wanted. We ordered 1.5 dozen Lemoncello and Red Velvet jumbo cupcakes and for ours we had 2 of the Pearl. Everyone ranted about them and I know for a fact there was a fight over the last lemoncello.

Since our guest list was so small and I am deployed with the Air Force we were unable to have the normal taste test and sit down meeting with them but the day we went in to order them it was just as good. The girls that helped us are fantastic.

Cupcake Jones was an easy choice for our wedding! At our first meeting, and tasting, we fell in love with company. The business model alone would have sold us, but then we tasted the cupcakes. Divine! So professional, beautiful, and tasty! We got many comments about how lovely and delicious the cupcakes were. Yum!!! The cupcakes were amazing and our guests absolutely loved them. We got several different flavors and they were all beautiful and divinely tasty. We got the do everything package and were so glad we did. They took care of everything and the display looked wonderful. We meet with Lisa, the owner who definitely has a passion for baking and making the community a better place. We liked her business philosophy, how she treats her staff and the care in choosing the best ingredients. Everything was wonderful and we love getting to relive our wedding each time we stop by to get a special treat.

We LOVED our cupcakes and the staff from Cupcake Jones! Sooo yummy! We tried a couple other cupcake bakeries in the area for our wedding and they didn't compare to Cupcake Jones quality & taste!!!! There are lots of options when selecting cupcake flavors and quantities. Shannan and Lisa are very accessible for questions and even refreshers on answers to questions they've already addressed...patience is key when working with brides who've lost their mind...brain dead bride, I like to call it :) Can't say enough about them...would use them again for any other event and definitely recommend them with 100% confidence for weddings. They used leftover flowers to decorate the cupcake stand and table and did a GREAT job. Not too much, not too little, super pretty!!! Mmmmm getting hungry...or "jones'n" for Cupcake Jones now, just writing the review :)

We decided we wanted cupcakes for our wedding and couldn't be happier to have gone with Cupcake Jones. People couldn't stop talking about how delicious the variety of cupcakes were. We went with S'mores, Mocha Mudslide, PB & J, and they made a speciality cupcake with Marionberries, so that they could coordinate with our color of purple.

There is way more to this company than just their cupcakes. They work with the community, they recycle, they keep it local - all things this native Oregonian loves! They were a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to go back and enjoy even more of their varieties of cupcakes!

I cannot rave enough about Cupcake Jones! Their cupcakes and staff are amazing! We tasted Cupcake Jones first and then a few others after that. Those other places never could match the quality and taste as Cupcake Jones! I have never tasted Vanilla Bean and Red Velvet like theirs before! There is nothing like it! They offer so many fun flavors that everyone can find something they will love! Lisa and Shannon were so friendly and on top of things. I never had to worry at all! I only wish I lived closer to stop by during the week to taste their new creations! Thank you for making the best wedding cupcakes!

Cupcake Jones did the cupcakes for my wedding and they were delicious! I had the mint chocolate, red velvet and strawberry's and cream cupcakes! So good! I did the full package where they deliver and setup and they were on time and did a great job. The best part is their prices were the most competitive of the cupcake vendors. Several hundred of dollars cheaper then Saint Cupcake. So Yup my business when to Cupcake Jones. Highly recommend.

Cupcakes were beautiful to look at as well as delicious! We did the "do it yourself" and picked them up and set them out ourselves. My friends did a great job making them look good, but wish I would have had them delivered and set up by professionals! The cupcakes went quick, so really, not many people saw them set up! The flavors here are fun and tasty!

We had our first date at Cupcake Jones, so we knew we wanted to use them for our wedding. We were not disappointed. The guest LOVED the cupcakes and we could not have been happier. Lisa, the owner, was wonderful when we met her and gave us some valuable suggestions for what to choose on our wedding day. We went with lemoncello, downtown chocolate brown and one of their seasonal cupcakes. Cupcake Jones set-up all the cupcakes on the stands I had selected for our wedding and even set out the succulents that our florist provided. Overall, they were professional and lovely people to work with, plus the cupcakes were delicious. They also work with LeCookie Monkey, which we ordered a small cake from and Cupcake Jones brought the cake and cupcakes to our venue and set both up for us. I would highly recommend Cupcake Jones!

After our tasting at Cupcake Jones, we decided the cupcakes were so delicious and beautiful that we were not only going to book them, but we were going to use the cupcakes as our centerpieces! We had glass cake plates and a beautiful assortment of cupcakes on each table. We had Cupcake Jones deliver and set up all of the cupcakes on each take. It looked perfect! We had a ton of compliments from our guests on how yummy and adorable the cupcakes were. We also plan to go to Cupcake Jones every year on our anniversary to have cupcake. We are so happy we booked Cupcake Jones!

I heard about Cupcake Jones when my Maid of Honor got married. She kept saying how flavorful and beautiful their cupcakes were. I was overjoyed when they started making vegan cupcakes! I have a severe milk allergy (think ER hospital severe) and my fiance and I searched ALL OVER Salem and Portland to find a FLAVORFUL vegan cake. If you are going to purchase a couple hundred dollars worth of cake, you want to make sure that people who do not have the allergy cannot tell that they are eating cake without butter or milk. Cupcake Jones achieved this task! Their cake is so moist and Lisa worked directly with me to select three flavors of cupcakes that did not have milk in them. Everyone at the wedding LOVED the cupcakes. They tasted sooo good, but even better than that: they looked beautiful!

Now, if you have the blessing of not having an allergy, my fiance and mom have confirmed that Cupcake Jone's regular cupcakes are the best cake they have ever had. I would recommend them to all of my friends and if you go to Portland, you absolutely HAVE to get one of their cupcakes...did I mention that they are HUGE and Filled with cream or fruit or cookie dough! Heaven does not get much closer! I loved their cakes and having them at our wedding!!!

Lisa at Cupcake Jones was amazing to work with. The cupcakes were so tasty and were good enough that people couldn't wait till our cake cutting to actually taste them! :) The cupcakes were impeccable looking and delivered on time and the way they were setup looked great. Amazing selection, and the most delicious cupcakes ever! The menu changes month to month with special flavors which really add to the wedding! They literally have a flavor for any season your wedding is in. Lisa the owner is incredible to work with! They'll incorporate your colors into the cupcake stand, set everything up, they even give you a free 6 flavor tasting box to decide what you like before the wedding, so you aren't surprised at what things will taste like.
Overall, they are just beyond my expectations. We're planning on getting more cupcakes from there for every occasion!

I felt like Lisa & Cupcake Jones loved us and wanted our wedding to be just as beautiful as I did.:) Such warm, genuine people. It felt like friends were making our cupcakes as a gift to us! From our first tasting, Lisa and her staff provided such an incredible atmosphere and assurance they would take care of everything. Their communication all along the way was so timely, helpful, and thorough. Their recommendations were fabulous. We ended up ordering 5 or so flavors, and it worked out so well. The stand they set up looked BEAUTIFUL. I got to introduce Lisa to my parents while she was setting up. She was so warm and gracious. The cupcakes were PHENOMENAL - so delicious. Our guests LOVED them and so did we. We had tastings with a couple of other places and felt like Lisa's attention to service, her genuine presentation and way of being and excitement about the cupcakes really put them over the top as the clear choice. We are so glad we went with Cupcake Jones. We recommend them so highly.

Love Cupcake Jones! Not only are their cupcakes delicious, but they are a beautiful work of art. This is the third time I have used them for a special event for my daughter. They delivered the cupcakes to the venue and placed a paper lace wrapper on each one. The owner, Lisa, is very nice to work with and professional as well. I received many compliments from guests on the cupcakes, and there were very few left over.

Lisa (and everyone in the shop) was great to work with. This might have been the easiest part of our wedding. We went; we tasted; we ordered; they arrived.

We had extra fun with our tasting box – opening up the voting to our friends at a summer barbecue and tasting more cupcakes than I can even remember. Was a GREAT way to make the decision, actually. What I had assumed we’d order (the more exotic and fanciful flavors) were transitioned to the more traditional options to please the masses. And, of course, the Velvet Painting was the favorite (we chose it as our vegan option, but it was still the #1 favorite of the omnivores too).

I’m really appreciative of the patience Lisa showed as I was always in my “wedding-checklist” mode. She was great in letting me know when to expect certain things to happen and then they just magically did. No worries. No stresses. Just deliciousness.

I’m also grateful for the flexibility in allowing us to use our own (DIY) cupcake stands. The setup was amazing and everything was beautiful.

And, yes, our guests loved the cupcakes!

Hard to say much else about these, but the cupcakes are amazing. They taste so good!
One thing, the high estimate they give you is on the high side. We had a lot left over, so probably the medium estimate will work for most people.

My husband and I chose to do business with Cupcake Jones, first and foremost for their friendly customer service! Lisa and her staff are fabulous. Every step of the way she helped us with the tastings, to choosing, to doing the setup!

Secondly, the cupcakes speak for themselves. We got 3 dozen jumbos and 19 dozen minis. My husband was worried we would run out but thankfully we didn't! We chose 4 flavors: Blueberry Cream, What's Up Doc?, Velvet Painting and Apples & Pears. We had enough left over to take on our honeymoon AND have for dessert at our brunch honeymoon send off party at my mother in law's house! It was fantastic!!

Third, they provide a service that is unbeatable. I knew that after choosing the cupcake flavors we had wanted, I had nothing more to worry about. They came set it all up, had the stand decorated beautifully and of course, as a bride, I super appreciated it.

Stop in, try for yourselves! We will always use them for our upcoming events!

We were absolutely in love with Cupcake Jones before our wedding and then working with them was even better! The cupcake ordering process is clear and easy to manage. We loved the variety of options and the fact that the cupcakes are made the same day! That is so rare and makes such a difference in the quality. Our guests basically attacked the stand and went back for more! They were a huge hit. We mostly ordered jumbos and were happy to have the larger ones because of the filling - what makes CJ so awesome. Thanks to Lisa and her team for making our cupcakes so delicious.

They were so good a group of my guests went back to Cupcake joins the next night to get more cupcakes! To please every guest why not pick multiple flavors on cupcakes!
The quality of service was amazing. You got two tasting...one prior to booking and one a month before your wedding to try most of the flavors.
They set up the cupcakes and everything looked so beautiful. Highly, highly, highly recommend

Cupcake Jones did an amazing job delivering and setting up the cupcakes. We provided them with extra hydrangeas and Cup Cake Jones used the flowers to decorate the cup cake stand. Since I was planning the wedding from out of town, and due to the time difference, Cup Cake Jones was very flexible with me calling them after hours. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. My wedding guests loved the cupcakes. We went with Cupcake Jone's recommendation of ordering a combination of large and mini cupcakes. We ordered 2.5 cupcakes per guest. Their calculations for how many cupcakes to order was on par, we didn't have too many cupcakes leftover. We ordered 3 flavors, root beer float, red velvet, and Boston cream. The red velvet cupcake was the favorite among guests.

Shannon was great. She was easy to work with and very informative. They have all the options laid out for you and there is no pressure on which choice to make. Their process is very well put together and works well. The cupcakes were REALLY good and just as we ordered. The only thing that we found a little upsetting was after paying for their set up service they arrived early and wanted to leave early so they ended up leaving before the florist arrived with the flowers to include in the set up.

If you don't use Cupcake Jones you are making a huge mistake! These cakes are not your run-of-the-mill cliche wedding cupcakes - they are soft, fresh, flavorful and unforgettable. I am so happy we used a groom's cake, cutting cake and cupcakes for our wedding. I dream of Cupcake Jones and those tasty cupcakes constantly - a wonderful and raved about addition to our wedding.

Cupcakes were SO delicious! Shannan was so easy to work with and made the process of ordering cupcakes & a cutting cake really great. We loved getting the tasting box to narrow down our favorite flavors. We ended up with 3 types of mini cupcakes and a cutting cake -- and they were all fabulous! Our guests loved the cupcakes too!

I am very glad that we chose Cupcake Jones for our wedding! We ended up having a large dessert table (with cookies, candy, etc) and ordered about 1.5 mini cupcakes per guest. Everyone loved them, particularly the red velvet flavor. I loved receiving the tasting box and the attending original tasting session, where I was able to hear about the company itself. Cupcake Jones was a great business to work with. Everyone enjoyed my cupcakes at the wedding and we actually had some leftover to take home. The only reason that I took a little bit away was that when I was trying to book with they and change somethings they were at times difficult to get a hold of. Also, when I had to change my date and my numbers, they sent me a new quote which the only thing changed was the date. I called them and they fixed it immediately, so it wasn't that big of deal. It was really great to get the tasting box before the wedding. My family and I enjoyed getting the chance to taste all the flavors before the wedding. Thanks so much for the delicious cupcakes!!

I met with the owner Lisa regarding my wedding and I liked her right away. She was genuinely interested in our wedding and giving us the best service! All the staff in the shop were friendly and great to work with. THANK YOU Cupcake Jones for the amazing cupcakes at our wedding. They were sweet and moist and the mini cupcakes were the perfect size. Everyone loved them. I think Cupcake Jones has the best cupcakes in Portland!

Cupcake Jones is out of this world! Their cupcakes are so incredible fresh and delicious, they are sinful! Their red velvet can't be beat. The staff is super helpful and so friendly. They ensured our cupcakes would be made fresh that day. And it was clear that they were. Ingredients, frostings and toppings are all so fresh, local and organic. There was a small miscommuncation on the day of the wedding and we acutally didn't receive the correct order, a few flavors were missing. But we can't complain. They made it up to us with a gift certificate.

We decided to go with mini-cupcakes as favors (we put little flags with love themes on top of each). The flavors and quality were fantastic. It was an extremely hot day (mid 90's) and the icing suffered a little bit but overall they held up quite well.

Delicious and beautiful

The cupcakes we got were so yummy, the gluten free/vegan and the regular! We had 9 dozen with 4 different flavors. They were all so tasty and so many different flavor choices! We also had them make us a cake and oh my goodness it was so moist and delicious and absolutely perfect, we showed them the design we wanted and they recreated it. It was absolutely perfect.

We decided we wanted to do a cupcake stand for our wedding and after tasting at 4 other places, Cupcake Jones being the 5th and final place, we knew they were they ones for us!!!! We got a couple dozen jumbos and the rest minis and we had a ton left over. We got the basics-chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet, and then strawberry lemonade. Everyone loved the flavors and just the idea of having cupcakes for each guest instead of a boring old piece of cake!!! I got the whole set up package and so glad I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now I can't stop thinking about the delicious red velvet and how bad I want one right now!!!!

Our cupcakes were delicious!!! Everyone raved about them, and our guests even stole our leftovers at the end. They were great to work with through the process, you do the initial meeting and then don't have to think about it until a couple weeks before the wedding. We did the "Do it All" package, where they deliver and set-up for you, they were prompt and everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. I found my new favorite bakery!

The cupcakes were delicious, but we did not receive the correct amount. My mom left a message, but then turned her phone off so we didn't get a remedy at the reception. Lisa refunded me for the portion we did not receive. Make sure you put someone responsible in charge of the cupcakes for you, and tell them the number of boxes you should have so this doesn't happen to you.

A few things that make Cupcake Jones stand out from the competition - the initial consultation includes a tasting (no fee), no credit card fees, and a second tasting the month of your wedding (no fee). The worked with us on making alterations to the cupcake combinations. The cupcakes were excellent and a hit with our wedding guests!

Cupcake Jones is where it's at! They have fun, creative designs using local, natural ingredients. We enjoyed having two opportunities to taste cupcakes and compare various flavors. They offer many options and will set up your cupcakes in a tiered design if you so desire. They also collaborated with a local Whole Foods who made our small cake. We were extremely satisfied!
