Working with Heather at Cullen Creations was such a great experience. I was in my friend's wedding, and loved her work there, which is how I decided to hire her. I loved working with her- I did not have the best vision of what I wanted for my wedding day, and she brought ideas to the table and gave me options to make my wedding day exactly what I didn't even know I wanted! She was responsive, affordable at high quality, flexible, and super helpful. I trusted her on my wedding day and did not have a doubt in my mind that she'd execute perfectly. I even got compliments from my photographer on how great her work was. I would love to work with her again and again, and highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. -

Beautiful flowers!
Heather’s flowers were beautiful! I went into the process with very limited ideas and she helped me craft a plan that made the aisle, arch, and wedding tables look gorgeous. We brought our own thrifted vases, which she curated with care. She also provided us with a rainy day arch in case our weather wasn’t cooperative. We ended up not needing it, but it was great to know that we had that flexibility if we needed it. -

Y’ALL literally look no further for your floral and decorative wedding needs! I am absolutely AMAZED with what heather and her team were able to accomplish for my wedding day. The artistry, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, ALL of it is truly impressive and I couldn’t be more thankful! The entire year leading up to my wedding I have been in touch with heather and she has been SO patient, helpful, and amenable to my pickiness lol. Everything was exactly the way I pictured in my head (even better actually). As soon as she arrived to the venue, she came to drop off our BEAUTIFUL bouquets at the bridal suite, gave my a hug, basically said “don’t worry I got this” and I never saw her again lol she came, dropped some magic, and vanished! We could not have asked for a better company to work with to put our wedding vision to life. I knew I did not want to buy my own items or have to worry about doing anything the weekend of my wedding. Heather gave me the confidence to trust her with our vision. Heather was so organized and attentive in each meeting which made the process so simple for us. Even when we had questions or wanted to change things up she was easy to get a hold of and was always receptive. Heather worked magic at our wedding! We hired Cullen Creations for the full design package since we were getting married 10hrs from where we live and needed the extra support in creating ideas and figuring out the full design plan! Heather was incredibly dedicated to our vision and put in a lot of time and effort to help create the best Scottish Castle wedding for us. She was extremely friendly and easy to work with, and her team did an amazing job with the on-site setup and removal. Wedding Review
Upon seeing pictures of Heather's work, I knew I had to have this woman be the florist for the big day. It was just extra luck that Heather also happens to be a decorator! Heather is on top of everything and very organized. We went over details big and small, things I hadn't even considered. She was familiar with my venue and knew just how to utilize her decorating skills - with beautiful drapery over the beams, gorgeous greenery down the tables and bud vases filled with vibrant flowers. She brought my vision to life and was excited with me the whole way planning it. Heather was great keeping me on task with things to do leading up to the big day so I wasn't scrambling. She followed up with many emails from me regarding small random questions. Our wedding was stunning and it felt great knowing someone was handling the decor while my loved ones and I focused on each other. The florals were truly breathtaking - my bridal bouquet was a dream come true. It was popping with all sorts of colors, fun texture, and gorgeous shape - it was my inspiration pictures but better! The arrangements at the ceremony and on the arbor were equally as stunning and guests were raving about them. I can't say enough great things about Heather - her organization, her clear expertise in florals and arrangements, and tasteful decor all created an extraordinary day. Highly recommend! -

Cullen Creations was INCREDIBLE to work with. I used them for florals, set up, draping and rentals. But it feels like I used her for more because of how helpful and amazing Heather and her husband were! They’re so talented, honest, kind, creative and a great duo. I had some DIY aspects to my wedding and without the Cullens…. it seriously would not have been possible. Heather made magic happen!
Heather and Jay were incredible to work with. I truly cannot thank them enough. Heather did full decor for my whole wedding weekend. I had an Indian wedding so there were TONS of design needs (frankly more than I thought), and Heather accommodated every request and was so helpful through all the planning. We would have check-in phone calls, and she would walk us through spreadsheets with every tiny decor detail recorded. She was also very helpful with planning and was upfront about everything, gave us options to work through any budgeting/feasibility concerns, and helped with a lot of that wedding decision fatigue.
Her husband Jay was instrumental in some of the more elaborate things we asked for, like balconies draped in greenery and a mandap stage. They did two site visits with us for our peace of mind so we could get every detail hammered out. Heather also made lots of great suggestions when I was out of my depth and coordinated with our venue. On the weekend of, I saw her once or twice but otherwise just trusted her absolutely to execute.
And the actual decor! It was BEAUTIFUL. She turned our reception hall and outdoor wedding tent into a lush, colourful flower wonderland. We had a rustic barn onsite, and she draped the roof with poms and disco balls. She also used bright colours and dried flowers to brighten the indoors. Her husband Jay custom built us wooden pools for a Hindi haldi ceremony. Our wedding mandap was covered in beautiful roses, and it was magical to get married under. Each space felt distinct and memorable but all beautiful crafted. I could tell a lot of love and thought went into every part.
Do not hesitate to book with Cullen Creations. You are in incredible hands. As a bride, I worried and hoped that my vendors would treat my special day which as much care as I was putting in. With Heather, I never had a doubt. She made all my needs feel heard and ultimately made magic happen. -

Before my wife goes into detail on the extraordinary work that Heather and Cullen Creations did with the floral design for our wedding, I would just like to share that the planning process was noticeably different once she met Heather. My wife’s conversations with Heather were some of the very few wedding plan conversations that left my wife feeling more relaxed than when they started, and the boost that it gave my wife to have full confidence in our florist was a relief to both of us.
He’s right, I didn’t have a clear vision of what I wanted with flowers and Heather was very calming and organized. We worked on a relatively short timeline, and after every call, Heather would send over a spreadsheet that helped recap what we discussed. She was also super responsive with all of my followup questions.
We had a morning ceremony at the top of a ski mountain, which added some complexity in terms of designs and time constraints. Heather presented us with different options based on timing, which made some of the other logistic conversations that much easier. She gave me the peace of mind that everything would be done correctly and on time.
She never tried to upsell me - in fact, she helped me find beautiful options within our budget. The flowers and decorations were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. -

I ordered Cullen Creations services for flowers and decor set up and rental of some of their inventory items. I spoke with Heather once or twice and emailed with her before the weekend of the wedding. As I continued to adjust my order over time she provided updated spreadsheet showing new quote. It was very helpful so I could meet my minimum and our personal wedding budget. She also provided pictures of items that I was seeking which was helpful to make decision on my final order.
Heather and her husband arrived the day before to drop off games, candy glass containers and charger plates. We briefly met day before wedding to confirm the set up of ceiling items. She had my ideas set up on the laptop so we could easily finalize details in person on location. They put together the massive cart and put the fabric to layover the top I provided, so we could decorate it as a candy station, and they also put up the ceiling decor I provided which included 3 large disco balls and long streamers. They previously spoke with the venue to ensure their equipment used for set up would be acceptable to use in the venue. They worked diligently and made my colorful disco wedding dream come true.
They also provided flowers for the wedding include wrist corsages for the mother of bride and groom, boutonnieres, and bouquets for the wedding party. I asked for colorful and tropical and the outcome was glorious! It was a beautiful splash of color against the lake backdrop. Heather brought all the flowers the morning of to the girls get ready room and had them clearly labeled and explained how to hold/ wear the items. They also set up all the ceremony flowers on the pillars I rented from them. It came out stunning! The flowers and pillars were easily moved to the reception later on for decor in the venue space.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cullen Creations. -

Phenomenal! Hands down, would hire again!
Where do I start? Heather was phenomenal to work with. She knows what she's talking about with EVERYTHING!
We first hired her to do some florals, but ended up getting some other decor like floating floral vases, table runners, etc. She worked with our budget and had so much insight as to what to focus on, which areas to spend on, where we could cut back, etc.
She listened! It's so hard to truly felt listened to sometimes, but she did it so well. She understood our vision including colors, types of flowers and overall feel for everything.
We had an interesting situation occur with our wedding, where our original planner ended up not able to attend the wedding day. Heather stepped in to be our on-site coordinator and honestly, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. She had everything organized A to Z. She helped run the rehearsal, she decorated and set everything up that we dropped off and brought our vision to life! She decorated our cakes! The day of she helped everyone feel calm, directed vendors, spoke to vendors when problems occurred, used her judgement and discernment with the weather; she is a true professional.
Her and her husband went above and beyond what we could have asked for with everything! My mom also gives them credit for "saving the day", as we had an elder guest that was unaccounted for. Heather's husband drove the country roads and found her driving lost and aimlessly and was able to get her to the venue which was a relief for everyone!
If I did everything over, I'd hire Cullen Creations on day one and hire them to handle everything. You truly can trust them with all your needs and be assured that they help will make your day as perfect as it should be! -

First things first, Heather and Jae made the vision I had for my masquerade ball wedding come to life and were absolutely amazing to work with. I enjoyed working with Heather so much and I was so happy she involved me in the process since I’m a creative person myself. Heather knows how to balance your budget with what you REALLY want and is completely honest about what she thinks works and doesn’t work. She has the experience to tell you what she has seen in the past and some tricks and tips for circumventing problems couples have had in the past. Heather is available for all the florals, decor and drapery of your dreams. Heather was extremely organized, updating things in Excel as we went, communicated often via email and phone with changes, and kept us up to date with financials. Heather and Jae accommodated all of our requests and knew exactly how to organize and coordinate with the venue and other vendors. We worked with Heather for our Oct 2023 Catskills wedding for our florals, greenery, reception decor and candle/vase/drapery rentals. Heather is the most organized and detailed vendor that we worked with for our wedding, and she was so understanding and kind throughout the entire process!
As we planned our wedding we felt so reassured with Heather as she was always very responsive to our (many!) emails and offered planning calls to talk through options and ideas. She made an effort to understand our goals, offer suggestions based on what we wanted, and even suggested ways that we could save on costs, which was so appreciated. As detailed people ourselves, we appreciated that she always followed up with a detailed spreadsheet that tracked everything in our order, including inspiration photos and descriptions that were important to us. And when our vision altered a bit halfway through planning, she was very understanding and pivoted to ultimately put together a great combination of beautiful florals. We got so many comments about our beautiful fall-themed groomsmen boutonnieres, and when my husband had worries about the flower size and color for his boutonniere, she made two options to choose from on the wedding day. Heather, along with her husband Jae, went above and beyond when setting up for our wedding - they even helped us chase a squirrel out of our bridal cottage that morning!
Heather works so hard to understand her clients' needs and approaches ideas with great suggestions and an open mind. Her prices are also reasonable for what can be a very costly part of wedding planning. One of our deciding factors in working with her was that we were only committed to our day-of styling fee, and we had the freedom to customize our floral and rental selections as we planned the details with her, rather than being committed to a very high minimum, which many other floral/rental vendors require. We are so glad that we got to work with Heather to bring our wedding to life and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for florals, rentals and decor styling for their wedding! -

If we could give Heather 100+ stars we would. Our venue's coordinator recommended Cullen Creations to us and from the moment we met we knew we had to look no further.
We had a general idea of what we wanted and no idea where to start but Heather made the entire process so easy. Her advice and suggestions were incredibly honest, and she worked within our budget while making sure we had everything we wanted and more. We used Cullen Creations for florals, drapery and rentals (vases, candles, etc.) and every single thing was perfect. Not only was she always available to speak with us over the phone (probably more than she had to with other couples ;)), she worked tirelessly the entire week of our wedding while sick and even stayed to make sure all the floral transitions were seamless. Her professionalism, dedication, flexibility, attention to detail, versatility in design, fair pricing and communication are unmatched and we couldn’t recommend her enough. We first met Heather and Jae in 2018 and knew we wanted to use them for our wedding in 2020. Well, 2020 came and went, and thankfully we were eventually and finally able to use them for real on 6/2/2022! First and foremost --- Heather is a wonderful human being and takes her job very seriously. She's very detailed, organized and has a method to her madness. In the crazy industry of weddings right now, she was the only vendor that I had who was consistent, calm, and organized. Also, as a florist, she was able to distill what were the most important parts of the vision that I had, even when I didn't have good words to describe what I needed. She advised on where to spend our money and did not just try to suck us dry, as florals usually tend to be one of bigger ticket items on your wedding list. Heather understood the assignment. She also has never done a wedding in our venue before and I think she did an awesome job figuring it out on her own. She didn't need any assistance (except for her husband Jae, who is also wonderful). She never bothered us and handled everything and executed on time. Heather and Jae moved / repurposed items from one area to another area seamlessly (almost magically). Last but most importantly, our flowers, are colorful and happy - they blew people away. Overall, an amazing job by the beautiful duo themselves, Heather and Jae. They only do 1 wedding a weekend, so lucky you if you're able to snag a date. -

Heather at Cullen Creations did a fantastic job designing our wedding. She truly took my pinterest board vision and brought it to life in ways I could have never imagined. She memorized every little detail of things I mentioned months previously and made sure to incorporate them. For example, I mentioned to her ONCE how much I love dark fern leaves and would love to see them in my florals if possible. She made sure to incorporate dark, beautiful fern leaves into all of the bouquets and that small detail made me feel so lucky and heard. From the table settings, to the sweetheart table, to the chuppah that her and her husband built for us by hand, every detail was beautiful and enchanting and they really went above and beyond for us. I would recommend Cullen Creations anytime.
FYI: I’ve included photos of two different chuppahs as we had set up a second one under a tent because there was rain on our wedding day. We ended up getting married under the tent due to rain, but the 2nd chuppah Cullen Creations designed was just as beautiful as the original one! -

Heather was a dream to work with! We hired her for rentals to customize our wedding and make it more unique to us. We rented various furniture items and decor and even added her draping services for our sweetheart table as well. Throughout the entire planning process, Heather was incredibly responsive and helpful in bringing my vision to life. We had a custom neon sign that we wanted hung on the draping behind our table and she and her husband both hung and took it down for us as well! We were so pleased to see everything come together and absolutely loved how it looked! -

We hired Cullen Creations for florals, rental, and decor. Heather did an amazing job. The bouquets, centerpieces, and chuppah floral arrangements were all stunning. Heather worked with us for months and was very organized--she checked in regularly to make sure we were all on the same page, and she thought of little details that slipped our minds. Little touches like colorful bud vases and votive candles really made our wedding space look special.

Heather Cullen was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. I wasn’t really a flowers person and wanted to do minimal florals for my wedding. Heather really helped me to create the perfect amount of flowers and overall floral vision for our wedding day. She has a good eye and made great suggestions from colors to overall presentation. I wanted a black rose bouquet with 1 red rose as my personal bride bouquet. When she walked into my hotel the morning of the wedding with the black rose bouquet I cried because it was so perfect. She also has a huge warehouse space with tons of signage and wedding pieces available for rent for your special day. You can basically think of her space as a giant Pinterest flea market. We ended up renting an arbor from her and a bunch of other signage pieces for our ceremony and cocktail hour. She transformed our venue into something that far exceeded my expectations. She was very easy to work with and extremely quick to respond. She was also very reasonable and transparent with her pricing which we greatly appreciated. I can’t speak enough of how amazing she is. Thank you, Heather, for making our day even more perfect. -

We could not believe how absolutely gorgeous everything turned out in Heather's hands—from the impeccable mantlepiece to the sweetheart table to the seating table arrangement to the photographs to the incredible bouquet (which is drying upside-down in one of our windows now!). Heather blew all our expectations out of the water, and we were just so impressed by her care, attention, and vision. The reason why I wanted to work with Heather in the first place was because I needed someone who could go beyond what a conventional florist does and incorporate "DIY" design elements I created myself for my bohemian / romantic / natural / neutral / organic overall look, including a macrame ceremony arch hanging, macrame centerpieces, programs, table seating assignments (mason jars with dried flower petals), wood discs, and 6" potted plants in lieu of flowers for each reception table. When I reached out to normal florists in my area, I got lukewarm responses (especially to my potted plants idea), and I also wasn't able to find florists who could supplement/complement my decor with other pieces I didn't have (from table number holders to candles to other pieces to round out the look) and set them up on the day of. I was SO happy to find Cullen Creations, because not only do they have a huge inventory of TONS of decor on hand, but also: Heather is so kind, creative, and completely on top of it! She was totally on board with my vision and beautifully executed all the things I didn't have fully figured out, including my bouquet. It was a pleasure coordinating with her, and at our site visit to the venue together, she took careful notes and really got the lay of the land. I knew I wouldn't be able to do any decorating myself on the day of, but I felt really good trusting Heather with the piles of decor I'd left at the venue the day before with some light instructions (on top of our previous conversations). And honestly, I don't know how she did it, but she just made everything so beautiful, even better than I could have done myself (and I'm the kind of person who likes to do these kinds of things myself!). I also really appreciated working with Heather because she was quick to suggest more budget-friendly options and in general just communicated openly with me about the costs of various rentals and florals. I just can't recommend Heather highly enough!! I'm still just so in awe of her amazing work. -

I don't even know where to begin! Heather and her husband were an absolute DREAM to work with. From the beginning of our wedding planning, which was an entire year earlier, until just a few days before the big day, Heather was nothing short of communicative in every aspect. She is so sweet, and always reached out to ensure she was understanding of our wedding vision, and even went out of her way multiple times to visit our venue prior, set up days earlier, and even come back to add to what we originally wanted to make sure it was perfect. I am SO happy I went with Cullen Creations for our wedding! Heather was AMAZING from the start! On our first call, I gave her my vision for our wedding, we chatted to learn more about each other and it felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. Heather is very organized and I appreciated the excel spreadsheet she provided. It was so comforting to know we both were on the same page. She was aware of our budget and provided suggestions so we didn't go over too much. I thought that was very nice of her because most people wouldn't.
It rained on our wedding day so we changed venues with only a couple of hours until ceremony! We went from a outside tent to a rustic barn style wedding. Heather was so kind to provide backdrop draping that went behind our sweetheart table and added candles to all of our tables. I was so touched and overwhelmed with joy when I saw that. The little details made everything come together. :)
Heather is so genuine, fantastic at floral & decor and goes above and beyond for her brides. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat! If you are still thinking which vendor to hire, go with Cullen Creations! -

The best experience
My wife and I got married on October 30th this year. We had a vague idea what we wanted, spooky kind of vibe since it was Halloween weekend and we’re big Halloween people. Leading up to the wedding, Heather and I emailed close to 100 times to try and help us pin down what we would want. She was super responsive and super helpful in the whole process. She admitted to us that she had not done the gloomy/gothic vibe much in the past (most people don’t get married on Halloween), but she made it look like she did it for every wedding. I cannot express enough how perfect everything turned out. The morning of the wedding it was raining and she spent hours in the rain making sure our arbor was perfect. The tables and flower arrangements came out stunning, and my wife was OBSESSED with her bouquet. She also rents out decor pieces to tie everything together which was great value and we used a bunch of her stuff, not to mention she can also set up linens/draping as well. Honestly, I don’t write reviews for anything but I simply cannot recommend Heather enough. Thank you for everything! -

We cannot recommend Cullen Creations enough! Our only regret is not rendering Heather's services throughout the entire planning process as we only used her for three days.
And thank goodness we had her for those three days as we had quite a lot do deal with. A flaky venue owner, torrential downpours, and a too small tent were just some of the headaches we had to deal with. Heather and her team were just the resourceful medicine we needed. While we were getting ready, they were busy working geometry magic & rearranged the tent to ensure that all of our guests would not get soaked. She also gave us useful advice on the best way to deal with the venue without losing our minds. Not to mention all of the help she gave us throughout the day to make sure we were having a good time.
We also rented a lot of beautiful decorations from Heather and they really helped make our wedding day look and feel so special.
Thank you to Heather & the Cullen Creations team for making our wedding day, and the days leading up to it, so stress free & beautiful! -

Heather was a huge help in helping bring together all the little details to make our rustic barn wedding come to life. She provided day of coordination, decor, and florals. It was great to have her do florals as well, and minimize the need for another vendor in the mix.
She has loads of props and rentals you can view on her website, but she also had lots of creative ideas to about using the existing furniture and props of the at our barn venue to maximise that rustic/vintage vibe we we were going for. Heather is very flexible, and is as much hands on or hands off as you need her to be to help you achieve your. vision.
She was also great working with the other vendors, and handling the day of timing which was really important to us.
I highly recommend herself if you are planning a DIY and/or barn, or rustic/vintage type wedding. -

Effortless & Amazing
We are so happy that we found Cullen Creations. We were looking for a floral and decor solution in the Catskills and they were the perfect vendor for us. We didn't really know what we wanted in terms of florals and all Heather needed was for us to describe our vision. She did the rest! The florals we had on the day were beautiful. We had many guests comment on them. It is really one stop shopping with Heather and her husband. Not only are they able to help you with florals but they have a warehouse of a lot of cute rustic decor that you can rent for the day. Heather and her husband also stayed and made sure that everything looked great and went out of the way to create really cute flower crowns for my nieces. Heather is THE BEST! She literally planned my ENTIRE wedding. Without her i would have been so lost! I showed her probably less than a handful of pictures on Pinterest (i was not very helpful lol) and she NAILED IT. Every part of it exceeded my expectations. There were so many personal touches and details. We had a unique wedding that was very us and I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to capture that than Heather. She didn’t even blink an eye when i told her i wanted a face painter. Lol Her husband also built us the most beautiful arbor and wooden guest bench (in lieu of a guest book) that we now have in our house and it reminds us every day of the best day of our lives! Most people say after your wedding is over you miss all the planning. I don’t agree with that but i do miss Heather!! Lol -

Best decision I made!
I don’t know where to even begin with Heather, besides do not hesitate to book her! Heather did all the florals for my wedding in September 2019 at Stonewall Estate. From my first interaction, Heather was always very kind, professional, and honest. She was upfront about pricing, any limitations, and what she thought was of best value within my budget. Heather spent countless hours with me on the phone, brainstorming and researching even “crazy” ideas. Despite being booked with multiple weddings, she was always very organized and fast to respond to any emails (probably the fastest of all my vendors). During the wedding weekend, Heather delivered way past my expectations. Even with unsure weather conditions, Heather was able to handle multiple possible rain/shine plans. Though a small husband and wife (and dog!) team, they created a beautiful setting for my two day Indian- Italian wedding. She worked diligently to create multiple looks during the weekend, from a moody Gatsby theme ceremony and welcome party, to a rustic Indian ceremony, to elegant hanging roses from the ceiling of the barn during our reception- she can do it all! All of our guests are still raving about the decor- I highly recommend Cullen Creations! -

If you are getting married in upstate NY and especially if you are doing a DIY, outdoorsy wedding, then you have to hire Cullen Creations for your wedding! Heather and her husband are an amazing wedding decor duo! Their warehouse is an absolute DREAM and Heather will help you create your vision and blow away anything you see on pinterest! I was an out of state bride and Heather was seriously a lifesaver for me. Not only did I not have to waste time looking for wedding decor online, I also didn't have to ship it anywhere! After you pick your items from her warehouse, they deliver them in tip top shape directly to your wedding site and then pick everything up the day after. I basically did all of my wedding decor selecting in only 2 hrs and it couldn't have been easier! Also, her husband is a talented builder and can make most anything you can think of! Heather is a sweetheart and a lot of fun to work with and will also keep you focused and on target! My only regret was not paying the extra fee to have her do the actual decorating, which would have save me a ton of stress! Seriously, hire this company, you won't regret it. They are the best you'll find in the upstate NY area! -

We hired Heather to be our wedding decorator and day of coordinator. She completely transformed our venue into exactly what we wanted. She was so great at understanding our aesthetic and making suggestions that worked well with our style. I got so many compliments on the decor and really felt like we had a beautifully designed, unique wedding.
For the coordination I was SO happy to have someone there to ask questions, get a second opinion, and ultimately make it all work together. On the day of Heather was a godsend! Our wedding had so many moving parts from multiple caterers to a guest shuttle, she was on top of it all and made sure everything went smoothly. The night went by with no hiccups which is incredible! Heather and her team went above and beyond to create the perfect day for my husband and I! We gave heather very short notice to put off a huge job for 175 people at an indoor venue. We wanted a rustic, barn feel, with an abundance of lights and candles! She blew us away with how amazing the venue looked! She listened to all our needs and fulfilled them! Skilled and caring wedding coordinator
Heather is an absolute delight. My husband and I are thrilled that we found her and hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Hudson, NY. She was exceedingly helpful and, most importantly, is a caring person who clearly loves her job and making her clients happy!
We went with her fiance rental package, which gave us the opportunity to rent a ton of our decor through her. Not being design people, we really had no idea what we wanted and Heather helped us figure things out. On the day, she helped us set up some decor, and had a brilliant idea of placing candles on the stairs behind where our ceremony took place. It was an excellent idea and looked stunning!
Everything went incredibly smoothly, and I barely even noticed her presence - she was constantly running around keeping the trains running on time. Her husband was also on site assisting (especially clutch in moving our chairs from the ceremony area to the reception hall, and I never even laid eyes on him he was so swift!
Heather's expertise is definitely worth the investment. Hire her already! :) -

The flowers she arranged were beautiful and perfectly captured the image I had in mind for my wedding. I was able to relax the morning of my wedding knowing that Heather was there setting up and putting the final delicate touches for all things decor-related.
Our favorite piece from Cullen Creations was the GORGEOUS wooden arbor (made from trees from Heather’s property, how cool!). Heather and Jae worked morning and night setting it up and taking it down (all included in the rental fees). It was also a favorite among our guests.
We loved working with Cullen Creations and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful and affordable florals and decorations for their wedding!
