If you are looking for a wedding planner for your day, look no further. Courtney and Crown Coordination is quite literally the best of the best. As a wedding photographer, I’ve worked with Courtney and her team before, so I know how easy they are to work with in a professional setting, so when it came time for me and my now husband to book a planner for our own day, it was a no brainer who we were going to go with! From day 1, Courtney was incredibly amazing. From booking all the way to day of execution, she made the entire process so easy, stress free, and fun. By the end of your wedding, she is so much more than just another vendor - she is your friend! She kept our day running smoothly and ensured that all of our dreams came true. Her communication is top notch, and not to mention she is very well priced for the services that she provides! We spent nearly a year working with Courtney on our wedding - and everything came out better than we could have ever imagined. Throughout the whole planning process, her professionalism, wealth of experience, organization, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She was incredibly attentive to all of our requests, and her experience and connections in the industry saved us so much time and effort.
On the day of our wedding, her team executed our vision at the Ithaca Farmers Market well beyond our wildest imaginations. Every detail was executed to perfection, and they brought the Market to life. Our guests have not stopped raving about how amazing the space was, and we have Courtney and her team to thank! She expertly managed all of our vendors, knew the contracts backwards and forwards, and made it so we had nothing to do ourselves on our wedding day.

They focus so much on your day being perfect and assuring everything runs smoothly starting months in advance. Courtney is so kind, bubbly and FUN to work with. I always looked forward to our calls. Her and her team’s creativity, attentiveness to detail and ability to make your day exactly how you pictured, is the reason I’d recommend Crown Coordination to everyone. Courtney and the Crown team performed MAGIC for us!
We connected 4.5 months out from our wedding - after our original venue fell through and we had to find a new one - Courtney showed up eager, confident, excited and supportive. It was important for her to build a friendship first, learn about us then dive into everything that we needed and THEN some. Her experience within the event and wedding planning industry shows immediately - her connections to vendors, advice, ideas and knowledge of how a successful day looks is a huge part of what makes her team so powerful - not to mention the extremely bubbly, funny and positive energy she brings to every conversation and meeting. To top it all off, the morning and afternoon of our wedding day was a straight monsoon - Courtney and her team did not blink, jumped into GO mode and turned our day, venue, timeline and energy around flawlessly. You need her!
Courtney made sure our day was literally flawless. She knows every detail and possible pitfall. She makes sure that everything is organized and there is a plan for everything. She wrangled the wedding party flawlessly too.
I can not even begin to describe how amazing it was to have her and her team in our corner.
Not only was she fabulous she has a whole network of vendors that can do no wrong.

Worth it! You need Courtney.
Absolutely amazing! I tell everyone planning a wedding, it’s worth it to get a day of planner. If you are looking for one, this is it! Courtney preplanned for the day of for things I didn’t even think of. Was great during our rehearsal at wrangling the bridal party. Felt more like a friend than a formal relationship which I appreciated. She had everything I needed and during the entire day everything went off without a hitch(or so I felt). I felt so relaxed and had so much fun at my wedding and I credit a lot of that to Courtney for making sure we hit all the items I wanted and handling all the other things. She was easy to chat with during our calls to plan, gave me a task list to keep me organized, and was flexible, even would text for ease!Crown Coordination by Courtney's reply:

Wedding Coordinator
Courtney was INCREDIBLE. From helping us navigate and coordinate a unique, intimate, mountain wedding, to proofing contracts, calming worries, and reassuring us, she was there. She was incredibly responsive with great advice and recommendations prior to and during our day, and created a customized package that included our needs and was flexible if they changed. She was there from the beginning, helping set up, solve issues we didn’t even know we’re issues, guide us through the everything from rehearsal dinner to wedding day toasts, and helped us tear down. We wouldn’t have been as carefree or unstressed as we were without her on our wedding day!!! Courtney as beyond instrumental in my wedding planning. She was very communicative and very detail oriented. She kept things very light and fun while managing to make my vision come true. She handled all of the things I had no time or energy to do and kept me very calm during the whole process.

We used Crown Coordination services to help plan our wedding. We met with Courtney via phone call for several planning meetings, and then closer to our event she looped in Hillary, who was our day-of person there at the venue on our wedding day. First of all, Hillary freakin nailed it. She got to our venue late morning, and she immediately got to work and didn’t stop until the end of the night. She was polite, helpful, and hard working. She did a fabulous job setting up décor, helping us pack up gifts, cleaning the tables at the end of the night, saving our cake top, etc. She picked up our floral arrangements from Wegmans on her way in, and we handed off our payment and gratuity envelopes to her and she took charge of distributing them. She probably did a hundred other things we didn’t even see. My husband and I did not have to worry about any logistics, set up, or be bothered by any issues that came up during the day, and it was amazing. Prior to the wedding, Courtney helped our planning process with a detailed event document we worked on together, which I appreciated because it helped us focus in on what decisions needed to be made (order of events, song choices, who was involved with what, etc). There are so many details you don’t necessarily even think of that you need to consider. They also reached out to all our vendors to make sure the timing and set up were coordinated. We would highly recommend Crown Coordination services if you are interested in having a wedding day that you can fully enjoy, and not have to sweat the many details that go into event planning and execution! I simply could not say enough amazing things about Courtney. I hired Courtney for day of coordination for my July 2021 wedding. After having to postpone and replan my wedding I wanted to make sure I had someone in my corner who could make decisions for me on the day of my wedding. After talking with Courtney I knew she was the perfect person. She customized a package based on exactly what I needed for my wedding, attended vendor meetings and was available via text for all my last minute questions. On the day of my wedding she kept my now husband at ease as he made the tough choice based on weather to keep our wedding outside. He felt so reassured by her that even if the weather got bad she would make it work. She was able to make decisions for me that day as decor needed to be moved around. She kept us on schedule and took care of every little hiccup that came up. 50th Birthday Party
