We had a great experience working with Daniel to help plan our wedding in Long Beach in September of 2023.
We booked him about six months before our date and he jumped right in to start getting details lined up for the big day. He was very responsive to our questions throughout the planning process and was able to offer both good advice and connections to other quality professionals (like bartenders).
Daniel really shone as our day of coordinator. He had created a detailed timeline that helped us maximize our time on the big day and worked with our other vendors to ensure they knew how everything fit together. He checked in with us several times to see how we were doing but was also able to handle a lot of things for us so that we could spend more time with our guests and enjoying our own wedding.
Would 100% recommend!!! -

My husband and I think back so fondly on our wedding, and our vendors played a huge role in the overall success of the day. Creative happens Events were total champions, and we so appreciate all that you did. Easy Peasy!
Our experience with Creative Happens was perfect. They video chatted with us twice before the big day to talk things out and organize our thoughts and gave us an incredibly detailed spreadsheet to keep track of everything. On the day, our coordinator Klaudia was so helpful and on top of it, while keeping her cool. She made us feel so comfortable and supported on the day. Thank you so much you guys!!! -

To say that Daniel was a godsend is an understatement. Our wedding day, and the many weeks leading up to it, where a breeze with Daniel at our side. He was attentive, timely, great communication, amazing input with ideas and suggestions and on top of everything we threw at him. Not only his services, but we rented a lot of decor items through him which made life so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Creative Designs for all wedding needs! You, just like I, will not regret! -

Dan was our day of coordinator for our 130+ person wedding at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. An absolute dream to work with and we couldn’t have been happier with the day. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Creative Happens. We worked with Dan from day one of our wedding planning, and he made things so smooth and easy. He kept all decisions moving, had absolutely amazing vendor contacts, and had really beautiful and fun ideas on decor that felt very us. He also did a really good job working within our budget.
The day of was honestly the best day of our lives, and was 100% perfect (which is to say, we *know* there must have been some unexpected challenges crop up but the Creative Happens team handled everything so quickly and seamlessly that my husband I had no idea). We also felt that Dan just genuinely cared about us; he made sure to save us various desserts and remind us that we should take a break to eat or switch to a cold glass of champagne before toasts. It was like having another best man/maid of honor (which really let our wedding parties relax and enjoy the night).
We HIGHLY recommend Creative Happens. -

Fantastic and Affordable Wedding Planning Company
affordable event planning for our Santa Monica wedding was a huge concern for my husband and i, which is what initially drew us in to Creative Happens. you cannot get a better price in this area nor a better team. little did we know that they would handle quite literally EVERY aspect of our big day that makes them worthy of deserving so much more. they handled every detail, every email thread, every task we needed, like decaling our tedious seating chart mirror with 100 names, every shipment of decor they received, EVERYTHING. Dan was the most calm and collected human ever. him and his team are as creative as their name makes them out to be, were beyond professional, confident, and got shit done. They know what they're doing and how to do it. Could not recommend them more. 11 out of 10 recommend. -

The Creative Happens Team was extremely professional and great to work with from the very first day! We got the month of/day of coordinating package and it was very affordable for what you get out of it! Jessica is the main coordinator who helps you create your timeline and our day of coordinators were Kayla and Tenyada. They were both so sweet and Kayla did a great job of trying to keep us on schedule but in a gentle way that didn't stress me out too much. Everything that I had planned and asked for happened exactly the way I had hoped it would so I have no complaints!
Thanks to the Creative Happens Team and our day was truly magical and exactly how we had hoped it would be. We are over the moon! -

The Creative Happens team helped us as our day-of coordinators. They were GREAT! We really appreciated the ease with which we were able to give them the information about everything that had been planned so far, and how well they executed everything on the day of. Everything went much smoother than we could have imagined. They were great about keeping us updated if/when things shifted a little, and keeping us calm about those changes. We really appreciate the positivity and organization. Definitely recommend hiring Creative Happens for your big day! -

I always knew I’d need a wedding planner, and I’m so glad I found Dan and his team. I need the gentle nudges to keep things moving and on the timeline. And we’ve gotten great recommendations for all the necessary vendors. We’ve now postponed our wedding until next year thanks to COVID! Can’t wait to see how it all comes together next year! -

The BEST Coordinator I Could’ve Asked For
My husband and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing Chris was at our wedding. He wasn’t just great at his job but he was also one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. He made my day soooo much more special than I could’ve ever imagined. He helped make the day flow so nicely without being super strict on the timeline. But I know if I wanted to stick with the exact timeline he would’ve made that happen too. He helped with way more than I thought he would. His assistant was amazing as well. I’m sure the entire creative happens team is amazing so you will not regret hiring them. I wish we could’ve gotten a picture together Chris! We had the great pleasure of working with Daniel and his team. We all know there are so many details to getting everything "just right" on the day of the Wedding. Daniel was wonderful to work with and brought everyone together to create a perfect outcome for the Bride and Groom. I would give them 10 stars if possible.
