  I am so happy that I found Country Sugar to help plan my wedding. Natalie was absolutely amazing. I originally didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but after trying to deal with the owner of the venue we had picked out, I knew I needed help. Trying to find a wedding planner less than 6 months before a wedding was difficult and I was feeling super overwhelmed, but then I came across Country Sugar and contacted Natalie who told me she didn't want me to have to stress anymore and set up an appointment for us to meet right away even though it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. It meant so much to me that she did that and I knew she was the perfect person for the job. I wasn't wrong! She helped me find the remaining vendors I needed and was a huge support in dealing with the uncooperative staff at the venue. She listened to everything I said I wanted and executed it perfectly. When the big day finally came, I was able to relax and not worry about a thing because I knew she would take care of any issue that came up. The wedding ended up being everything I wanted and so much more and I attribute that to her! She was so fun and easy to work with and is great at what she does! I can't thank her enough for everything she has done!!

  Worth it!!

  My husband and I had no idea just how helpful a day of coordinator would be. Spend a little extra money to help take the stress off of yourself and your spouse on your big day. Meeting Natalie at our initial meeting, we knew she was professional and she gave us so much useful information! Closer to our wedding day, we could only have a meeting via phone call to discuss our details and the flow of how the wedding day should go and she still kept this professionalism that's admirable. I loved working closely with Natalie during our process. The day of, we had Caroline as our coordinator and she's delightful as well! She kept us on our timeline and was extremely easygoing and took off so much stress on our wedding day. If you're thinking of hiring day of services, do it! I can tell you from experience that it was probably the best decision we made and worth the expense! I should also note the pricing is reasonable and not something that will break the bank. Leave some room in your budget for this. You'll look back and be extremely grateful!

  Best decision we made!

  We utilized Country Sugar’s full-service planning for our December ‘19 wedding. Simply put, Natalie and the Country Sugar team gave us a wedding day that far exceeded anything we could dream up.
  
  From the get-go Natalie clearly understood our vision and was able to involve all the right people, and make all the right suggestions, to bring it to life. She was incredibly reliable, responsive, enthusiastic, and decisive when we needed her to be. We ended up trusting her opinions implicitly. At the same time, she made the planning process feel very collaborative and let us be as involved as we wished. There were plenty of tears seeing the reception space, with all the thoughtful details she included. It felt personalized and reflected us as a couple so well.
  
  The day-of could not have been more perfect. Knowing she was running the show, we felt stress free and were able to soak up every moment. She made sure we were where we needed to be, when we were supposed to be there. We didn’t have to think about any logistics! Everyone from our wedding party to our guests kept commenting on how easy and streamlined the whole day felt. That was all down to Natalie.
  
  We cannot thank Country Sugar enough for giving us our dream wedding, and making the best day of our lives possible. We highly, highly recommend their services (in any capacity) for your big day. We couldn’t wait to write this review!! !

  Natalie is absolutely incredible. We utilized her day-of coordination services via Queen of Harts. My husband and I said so many times throughout working with her and after the wedding that she was worth absolutely every penny. We were enchanted by her during our initial phone conversation, and I was blown away by her again and again during the process. I would describe myself as ultra-organized, but Natalie tracked down multiple things I hadn't thought of and helped troubleshoot them all! She manages to be kind and lovely while also keeping everyone in line and in tip top shape which is the ultimate trifecta!

  Natalie is absolutely incredible. We utilized her day-of coordination services via Queen of Harts. My husband and I said so many times throughout working with her and after the wedding that she was worth absolutely every penny.   Country Sugar & Queen of Harts went over the top to ensure that our vision came to life. They did a wonderful job of getting down to all the fine details and making some (perfect) executive decisions to ensure that everything worked out well. Overall, our day turned out to be way more than I could have imagined. The day of was essentially stress free because Natalie had everything under control and the officiant, Matt, couldn’t have done a better job at our ceremony. Typically after the wedding the bride and groom spend time together further celebrating but honestly for the rest of the night we raved about how perfect everything turned out. I could go on and on but ultimately I will always recommend Country Sugar and Queen of Harts to anyone that is looking for coordination and planning.

  My fiancé and I were planning our SA wedding from the East Coast, and to say we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin would be an understatement. Natalie listened to our vision, respected our budget, and recommended vendors she trusted to help us narrow down our options. Given the strong relationships she has with vendors, we were able to get better deals than we otherwise would have been able to. I honestly think the difference in what we saved (not to mention the time and stress) more than paid for Natalie's fee. Leading up to the wedding, she totally took over and managed all of the logistics. Not only did Natalie handle all of the details, she was a great sounding board as I debated decor ideas and whether certain additions were worth it. On the day of the wedding I knew Natalie would make sure everything went smoothly and ensure our vision truly came to life. There were some bumps in the road (freezing temperatures in Texas and a broken earring, for example), but Natalie had a plan for it all. She kept us focused and on time, allowing us to truly just take in the day and enjoy every moment. I still can't get over how perfect the day was, and I can't thank Natalie enough for the crucial role she played. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my SA friends.

You must have a timeline and someone to keep you on track. We were able to enjoy the evening and not think about logistics. it's important to have someone that is calm and able to problem solve. There will be glitches! Natalie is very creative and has a great eye for design. That's coming from a mom who is somewhat OCD about that kind of stuff. I cant recommend Natalie enough!!!

  Natalie is the reason why my wedding went as smoothly as it could possibly be! She is truly an incredible person. Both my husband and myself at the time lived in two different cities, neither in San Antonio, and Natalie was incredibly flexible working with our crazy schedules. She was able to pack multiple appointments with vendors so that we could see as much in person on the one or two days we were in town each month. She truly went above and beyond. Not only this, she literally took the dreams in my head and MADE IT HAPPEN. She took the time to understand our vision and through her networking with so many vendors not only in San Antonio, but even bringing talent in from Austin- she brought it all to life. Oh and did I mention she was pregnant and later with a newborn through all of this ?!!? She is a WONDER WOMAN! I found Natalie because she was the wedding planner for my friend's wedding, and so I KNEW firsthand she would do a good job, and she 100% did with ours as well! We are recommending her to anyone we know getting married in San Antonio! She is very organized, highly creative, and overall truly connected with your wedding day. You don't often see wedding planners getting tearful during touching moments! She was truly present, and you can't beat that.

Christina was one of the most patient, sweet, helpful, and organized people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made sure that she took the weight off of our shoulders, and that our day was as perfect as we envisioned it. She didn't make us feel rushed while also keeping us on our timeline. She consistently checked in on to see how we were doing and also got us everything we needed and had answers to all of our questions. My family was blown away at how eloquently she dealt with everything, and just how sweet she was! We were very blessed to have her there with us and I know the vendors appreciated all of her hard work too. I chose Natalie and Country Sugar based on the reviews of others and was not disappointed at all. She made having a destination wedding a breeze. She went above and beyond to give us the wedding of my dreams with creative ideas to stick within our budget.

  Oh my goodness, where do I start? Natalie is AMAZING. This whole process was made so much better because of Natalie and Country Sugar. There is no doubt in my mind when I say that no other wedding planning service is better than Country Sugar. She makes you feel less like a client and more like a friend. She took all of my details and visions and brought them to life and I couldn't even imagine my wedding day being more perfect than what it was. She really went above and beyond for me in every single thing I asked for and she took such good care of us. She made us feel like royalty on our wedding day. It was amazing, and if I had to do it over again, I would still pick her! Thank you so much Natalie for everything you did for us :)

  Natalie was INCREDIBLE, I can't fully express how appreciative we are of her helping make our day the best day ever. She was so helpful through the entire process with her wealth of advice and knowledge. Overall she was professional, available, smart, creative, and kind. It was priceless to be able to enjoy the entire day and to be fully present each moment. I didn't have to worry for one minute about anything because she was already a few steps ahead of me; if there were any hiccups, Natalie or one her awesome assistants was on it and I know/heard they worked their hineys off the entire day. Wedding planning is stressful no matter what, but the few weeks leading up to the wedding Natalie significantly helped reduce my stress by taking everything over and running with it. She executed my vision for the wedding flawlessly, and ran the entire event with precision without making us feel like we were on a timeline. She was such a pleasure to work with, and everyone else who interacted with her loved her too. I will definitely recommend Country Sugar to everyone else I know getting married. I will never be able to put into words how lucky my husband and I were to have Natalie with Country Sugar help us with our wedding. The year of planning and stress was completely wiped away when Natalie took over. Our big day was absolutely perfect and if there were any issues at all, I never knew about them--they were simply taken care of. I was able to enjoy the whole day without any stress because of Natalie and her assistant (and Natalie was not feeling well either). Mac and I did not have to worry about a single thing during the reception either. Natalie made sure we did everything we needed to at the correct time and when we didn't have anybody to cut the cake, she stepped up. I can honestly say that Natalie was a heaven sent.   The wedding was at The Ingenhuett on High in Comfort. Natalie was our Event Day coordinator and she did a terrific job running everything! She was so kind, thoughtful, and responsive with every interaction! It was a beautiful wedding and we were so lucky to have Natalie's guidance and expertise!

She was invaluable helping us decide where to allocate funds to receive the best returns. Finally, the day of the wedding was actually a lot of fun!! Everything came together without a hitch and all our guests loved the venue, the food, the music etc.!!

  Natalie was such a HUGE help on my wedding day and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect! My floral designers didn't come through, and Natalie made floral arrangements herself and set the tables. I highly recommend her for wedding coordination. She has great advice and is extremely organized. She is a true BLESSING!

  I worked with Bonnie at Country Sugar and she was hands down the sweetest, calmest (which you need on your wedding day) easiest to work with and helpful planner I could have asked for! The day of the wedding went by so fast and you want to just live in that moment and enjoy it and she made that possible for us. She made sure everything was in order before we arrived, made sure to stick as closely as possible to our timeline for the night and she only came to us when it was necessary.....like to let us know it was time to cut the cake or time for our first dance. I never felt like I was being followed around or led by a drill sargeant, if we wanted to back something up on out timeline we did, if we wanted to scrap something or change something Bonnie went with it and didn't miss a beat!!!! Also, we have a wonderful sweet group of friends that made up our wedding party BUT we can all get a little off track and chat because we love to be together and Bonnie made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there and had no trouble wrangling our group. I can't say enough how much I adore Bonnie and woul recommend her to anyone that asaked me without a doubt.

  We planned our Texas wedding while living on the east coast, so we knew immediately after we got engaged that a wedding planner was a must. We hired Natalie to be a full wedding planner, and my parents, my husband, and I could not have been happier with the superior service we received from Natalie and her team.
  From the beginning, I appreciated Natalie's professionalism. To begin with, she was very prompt with her response to my request for more information, and within a week of talking to her I knew that we wanted to work with her. Natalie did a fabulous job researching, recommending, and coordinating vendors based on mine and my husband's preferences, and I really appreciated the fact that she acted as the intermediary between me and my other vendors. This took a ton of stress off of me, and made wedding planning a breeze. She kept me on-track with my timeline, and did not let any of the little details slip through the cracks, which I really appreciated.
  Natalie not only took on the job of planning the wedding, but we also hired her to help coordinate the rehearsal dinner (my in-laws live in Florida, and it was easiest). My in-laws, my husband, and I were blown away by Natalie's fabulous work! We told her what we wanted the feel of the evening to be, as well as the food we wanted to serve our guests, and she went above and beyond in making it happen. From her creativity with the designs for the decorations, to making sure that we were able to serve the food we wanted, everything went perfectly.
  The entire wedding weekend went seamlessly, and to this day I have absolutely no idea if anything ever went awry. Natalie's professionalism, creativity, and amazing vendor recommendations helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable. Whether it was stamping rehearsal dinner invitations, or keeping the on-site event manager at our venue in-check, Natalie and her team truly went above and beyond and we loved working with her and her staff.
