Rachel and Deborah were absolutely amazing to work with! Core Concepts helped us with our "Fostering Hope" Roaring 20's Black Tie Gala and did an outstanding job listening to our committee and ideas and making them a reality. Many of our guests commented on all the details that made the evening special! We cant wait to work with them on the next event!Rachel and Deborah were absolutely amazing to work with! Core was perfection! They even brought in chargers all the way from Miami, when there were none in Tampa, just for me to see for my mock reception table set up! They made every detail perfect and stress free, what more could you ask for in wedding event coordinators! These are the type of people that really care about making your wedding day special and they do just that.Core was perfection! Rachel and Debbie were phenomenal wedding planners!! I found Rachel early in my wedding planning process. She was so much help from the very start of the process. There are so many little things to think about, especially planning a destination wedding! I was so lucky to have them as a resource, they always knew the answer or how to find one. I don't know what I would have done without them!! They both helped me stay on budget and introduced me to reputable vendors in the area. I would recommend them to anyone planning any type of event. They are very professional and flexible with any situation! Planning a wedding is a once in a lifetime event, I was so lucky to have these ladies make my dreams come true!!! My daughter's wedding was a wonderful experience. I contribute the day's success to Rachel and her staff's professional attention to the numerous details which must be attended to in order for everything to join together seamlessly. Wow is pretty much what I can say about Core Events! Just amazing and probably the nicest people you will ever work with. Extremely flexible and adaptable to change. We have used Core Events now for several of our events and each time they deliver above and beyond. Debbie and Rachel with Core Events are a fantastic team. They are always on time, professional and extremely friendly! They helped me plan a birthday party for the child of one of our top executives and they did such a great job that all of the moms at the party asked me where I got my decor! The little boy was turning 6 and was very big into "Star Wars Angry Birds," so without question, Debbie and Rachel created custom centerpieces to go along with that theme. They also created adorable gift bag tags that had each child's name on it that attended the party. Overall, I love working with Core Events and look forward to working with them on future events!Debbie and Rachel with Core Events are a fantastic team. Rachel and Debbie of CORE EVENTS took my vision and expectations for this event and surpassed them by leaps and bounds! Core Events is by far one of the best event companies in Tampa. I've used them for several of my events and have always been satisfied.
They deliver on time, the quality of their products is great, and the service you receive is great. They respond to emails in a timely matter, adjust to whatever situation may arise, and are professional. Day-Of-Coordination was not initially high on our wedding vendor list. However, I have repeatedly raved to people that the best thing we did was hire Core Events. From the get-go, Rachel and Debbie were supportive and enthusiastic in helping us achieve our vision. Prior to our event, Rachel handled all of the details in confirming our vendors and preparing an itinerary. She even found and scheduled a trial with a makeup team whom we loved, after our initial vendor fell through. Debbie did an amazing job creating food signs that matched our décor, and made herself available to get us through our rehearsal promptly and smoothly.
We were never met with any negativity, only their “can-do” attitude. I was so at ease on the day of our event because I trusted Core Events to arrange our décor and manage the vendors. They were able to take a mish-mash of trinkets and transform the room into a STUNNING venue for our ceremony and reception. They even offered to recycle some flowers from a previous event, which tied together so well with our own floral arrangements. With their help, everything came together perfectly. During our event, Rachel and Debbie were so friendly and helpful towards our guests. They were unobtrusive and yet somehow assured that every detail was managed, so that we were really able to enjoy ourselves.
The Core Events team is such a pleasure to work with, and really went above-and-beyond our expectations! We were so fortunate to be able to work with them and can’t thank them enough for being such a positive and accommodating presence during our wedding planning. Debbie was a fantastic event planner and the food and the event overall was wonderful. Our company President was impressed with the service and the food. Her exact words were "We will be back". Thanks for all the menu changes and the flexibility you allowed us with the food and drinks. Fabulous.

Their CAN DO attitude took care of a problem that could have been a castatrophe and fixed it with ease and I the bride never even knew there was an issue! They were so fun, sweet and just a joy to be around during what can be a stressful time. After the money spent on the dress, the venue, the reception, etc. – my mother and I really wondered if we absolutely needed “Day Of” support and if it was worth the cost. We shouldn’t have hesitated for a minute! The help we got from Rachel and Core Events was THE best money we spent for anything in the wedding planning.
We met with Rachel a couple times and reviewed our plans for the day. She was AMAZING – helping smooth out final details at the rehearsal, checking our sound system/music selections, and providing suggestions for different ways to handle the various traditional elements.
The day of, while my mother and I had our hair and makeup done, she checked in at the reception venue and ensured the cake and flowers were delivered and set up properly and the banquet room was set up according to our specs. She also placed our favors, guest book, and other little personal touches we wanted at the reception. That sorted, she booked it over to our ceremony location and helped distribute programs, herded family members and the wedding party here and there so the photographer could get as many pre-wedding family pics as possible.
While we stayed behind for photos, she headed to the reception and helped get our guests started on nibbles and cocktails, even cueing our playlist for each part of the reception. Once we arrived, she announced our arrival and got our first dance music going. All this on a day she wasn’t feeling too great! We are SO grateful to have had the help of someone so professional, organized, and reliable. Her help let us just relaxed, visit with family, and enjoy the day rather than running around and checking on vendors, set up and details. I cannot recommend Core Events highly enough to anyone planning a wedding or large scale event where you’d actually like to be able to enjoy the event and your guests.
