    Andrea at Coquette Events is a miracle worker.

    She's professional, supportive, detail-oriented, responsive, and just down right amazing. When I had to find a new planner about six weeks before my wedding, a friend recommended Andrea.

    She hit the ground running and really helped us pull our wedding day vision into a reality. We had a very large multi-cultural wedding at a non-traditional venue (the Exploratorium), and I made almost all of our decor items by hand.

    Andrea ensured that all of our family and guests were happy and taken care of while also ensuring that all of my intricate DIY pieces were executed exactly as I had envisioned them. I am very detail oriented and have very high expectations, and I never once worried with Andrea on board.

    Andrea is the type of planner you can trust unconditionally. She has impeccable taste and is on top of every aspect of the wedding. I got countless comments from my guests and other vendors on how impressed they were by Andrea's professionalism and overall awesomeness.

    I would recommend Coquette Events to any bride who wants to have a magical, stress-free day. I can't thank Andrea enough for going above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was everything we'd ever dreamed of.

    At the end of the evening on our wedding day, my husband even pulled Andrea aside to tell her that he had been originally skeptical about the value of planners, but that she had definitely made him a believer!!!

    Jamie and Andrea were amazing wedding coordinators!! We couldn't have asked for more from them, as they executed our wedding flawlessly!! Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, but working with these two made it a lot more fun.

    As we were planning a wedding in California while living in Washington DC, we were very certain from the start that we would need a wedding coordinator to help us plan and carry out our wedding. From participating in other people's weddings, I knew from experience how crazy and intense it can be to plan your own wedding. I wanted none of that!

    From our first meeting with Coquette to the day after the wedding, Jamie and Andrea were there for us when we needed them. From the very beginning, both were very responsive and answered all of my emails. We held pretty regular three-way conference calls as we were all in different locations (at the time Andrea was living in NYC), where they could answer all of our questions and provide us with plenty of suggestions and advice. It is amazing how many details go into planning a wedding, and these two left no stone unturned. As the wedding day approached, Jamie and Andrea went into overdrive, helping us with last minute details and putting together a very detailed timeline for the wedding day. They also took over working with all the vendors and confirmed times and locations. It felt amazing to turn everything over to them and not worry about anything.

    On the day of the wedding, both girls showed up bright and early and ready to go. Everyone was so shocked at how surprisingly calm I was all day. Although I had read over the timeline, not having to know the exact details of it was such a relief. I really didn't have to worry about a thing and basically went wherever I was told. I LOOVED it!! No matter how much preparation you put into planning the big day, a couple bumps here and there are due to happen. Luckily, Jamie and Andrea took care of everything and I really knew nothing of these little setbacks until the day after. One of our groomsmen did not try on his tuxedo, and found out that morning that the arms of his jacket had been shortened considerably. Luckily, Andrea was totally ready! She whipped out her hem ripper, re-sewed and ironed new sleeve hems for him. You couldn't tell a thing! We also had an issue with our florist being late. Without Jamie and Andrea stepping in and working extra hard to make up for their tardiness, we would never have been able to stick to the planned timeline for the evening. Again, I had no clue this was going on and I was able to completely enjoy the day without any worries. Our wedding was awesome and Jamie and Andrea were a big part of that!

    Our wedding took place at Castle Green in Pasadena, CA and initially we had planned it all out on our own with a day of schedule broken down into 15 min. increments. We had it covered and were telling our friends and family about the schedule and the responsibilities we delegated to them. A common response was – Wow, this is so detailed from morning wedding prep makeup to wedding decoration and set-up at the ceremony site and reception hall. BUT who have you asked to be your overall wedding coordinator? Someone to orchestrate the whole event, and handle all the unforeseen surprises so you guys can relax and enjoy the moment?
    We were introduced to Coquette Events through my coworker and after reviewing them on Wedding Wire, we verified they were highly rated and respected by numerous clients. After speaking with Andrea and Jamie, I felt at ease. They were super professional while still being pleasantly friendly and very responsive to all my emails and phone calls. I was surprised how many little details I did not capture on my multiple spreadsheets and schedules and blueprints for the BIG day. They worked with us to fine tune our vision of the ideal wedding. As event coordination is second nature to them, their experience was a godsend for our wedding. The planning and prepwork was more than I imagined for just 1 day, but it’s a very important day and I’m glad I asked for help.
    On the day of, even though I thought we had captured everything in my revised schedules and planning docs, there were some things that would have sent me into a worried state. The last thing a bride should do is worry about the sequence of events for the wedding day- Leave it to the pros, and enjoy the day. I did, and when the little surprises arose as weddings are never perfect, Coquette Events jumped in and their troubleshooting skills saved the day. One example: when the slideshow began (which we worked so hard on) the speakers went out. The mics and speakers were tested right before the reception and were working all the way up until the slideshow. My husband and I panicked and were so disappointed the songs which we so carefully crafted to match each photo sequence were not audible. The DJ stopped the slideshow to fix the speakers, however the photographer was on the clock and we were coming down to the last 15 min. As we were on a schedule and things were not going smoothly, Coquette Events decided to proceed with the show and place a mic near the speakers that were working to conduct the music throughout the reception hall. It wasn’t as we had planned, but it was the best that could be done. Our guests heard the music in conjunction with the slideshow and were delighted with the memories we shared- Many thanks to Andrea and Jamie for all your help at the wedding, your improvised fixes to our technical issues, and most of all coming through at the wedding with all the little details. You gals made things look effortless and we really really really couldn’t have done it without you. I’ve been getting contact inquiries for “the fabulous wedding coordinators” from a couple of my guests too! Keep up the amazing work.

    It was an amazing experience working with Andrea and Jamie. Without their help, my stress level would have been 10 times higher. We had our wedding at Napa, CA while we reside in the East Coast. Most of the communications with Coquette was via emails and phone. Jamie and Andrea were very much responsive and always clearly answered all my questions and concerns.

    It was especially hard when we weren't around the area where our wedding takes place. Jamie flexibly accommodate our first visit to the venue when we first met. On top of that, she gave me a big hand when there was an episode with one of the local venders. She handled it flawlessly and I didn't have to worry.

    One of the many greatest things they helped out was the detailed timeline of the day. It does require professional experience and organization to put together something like that and most importantly being able to execute that timeline smoothly. On the day-of, Jamie and Andrea arrived as promised and they have also confirmed with all other vendors days in advance so i didn't have to look after that at all. Either Jamie or Andrea was always around us during the wedding. We never had go look for them.

    Advice to all brides and grooms-to-be, on the day-of, you absolutely need somebody to tell you where to go, when to go and what to do. No matter how well you study our timeline, you will not have any brain juice for that or you might be yelling and screaming around. We highly recommend Coquette! You'll love their big smile, professionalism, creativity, and great organization!

    My experience with working with Andrea and Jamie was nothing more than fabulous. They were professional to work with and responded back to all my concerns promptly. They consistenly checked in on me to make sure I was on track with the planning from day 1 to the very end. Towards the end, I had to say that Andrea had to even tell me to relax and let her and Jamie take the reign so I could chill out days before the wedding.

    It's been a little over 6 months since my wedding and looking back at it, I am so happy that Andrea and Jamie were part of it to make it a success as it was. They were so easy to work with and developed a great repoire amongst my friends and family. I definitely recommend Andrea and Jamie for anyone that is looking for a wedding planner.

    My husband and I could not have gotten married without the help of Coquette Events. Ok, that's being a bit dramatic but our wedding would've been pretty lame without them. Maybe we would've put out some party trays from Costco in our back yard with an ipod dock...but I digress.

    Andrea was our main contact and she navigated us through the whole planning process of putting together 2 days of amazing wedding events. My husband and I are lazy but had specific ideas about certain aspects of our wedding. We wanted an intimate ceremony, a large family dinner to make our parents happy, and a raging party for our friends...no simple feat to put together, especially when given a bride and groom that prefer sitting on the couch watching tv to sorting out event details!

    Andrea helped us locate vendors, put together a budget, theme our events in a cohesive manner, sort out timelines, finalize contracts - you name it, she did it. She also helped with the creative elements of our events. She made the sharp menus and table numbers for our banquet and she made the beautiful (and blinged out!) flower arrangements for our party, she even made my gorgeous but simple bouquet!

    On both days of our events, she was there by our side to troubleshoot and to keep us on track. It's easy to get distracted and caught up in the moment on your big day (and you should to a certain degree) but she knew when we needed an extra few minutes for photos or to chat with a friend that had traveled from afar to be with us and when we needed to stick to the schedule. In fact, there was one particular moment when I felt overwhelmed - I had been surrounded by friends and family for the past 45 minutes, I was hot, I couldn't find my husband. I gave Andrea what must've been a really weary look, and she zoomed into the crowd (politely!), plucked me from from the fray, sat me in a back room with a cold beer, and found me my husband! It was amazing and I really needed those few minutes to collect myself and to be alone with my hubby.

    Coquette Events truly helped us create a wedding to remember. So many of our family and friends have complemented us on our events and we can't take credit for them, Coquette pretty much planned and executed them exactly as we wanted. They were responsive, organized, and focused. They must've had a million other events going on while they were planning ours but we always felt like our wedding was front and center on their plate. We definitely recommend Coquette!!

    Words do no justice for Jamie and Andrea's amazing work. I had an opportunity to win a contest for a free day of coordinator services and looking back I honestly don't think that my wedding day could have been as smooth as it was without the help of Coquette! Jamie has been such a pleasure to work with. She gave me so many suggestions and advice, it was great to get feed back from someone who had experience in weddings.

    Andrea, she is so on top of her game. From the very beginning she was very responsive and answered all my emails. She took charge in putting together a detailed time line and confirming all my contracts with my vendors. Coquette has only been around for less than a year but these ladies definitely have had much experience in organizing and coordinating events. At no point did I feel hesitant of their capabilities. It was a total stress reliever to let go on my wedding day and leave it in the hands of Andrea.

    Andrea was prompt and showed up on the wedding day ready to work with an emergency kit. She was prepared for the unexpected. When I needed my laces cut under my dress, she busted out her scissors and started cutting away. When my bustle hook broke midway through the day, she had her needle and thread ready. When the bustle broke a second time, she pulled out her safety pins and pinned up my dress. When a wedding guest demanded he serenade us a song, she was firm on getting our permission before this guest got a hold of the microphone. She knew when to say no to guests in order to keep things going and always kept in touch with me informing me of the events throughout the day. I got so many compliments on her from my guests. She was the lady behind the scenes who made my dream day come true! I wish there were more stars to give Coquette, 5 just isn't enough. I hope to work with them again in future events. You will not be disappointed in their services.

    You will be hard-pressed to find this quality and value for service for a day-of wedding coordinator.I was referred to Jamie @ Coquette Events through my wedding caterer who had worked with her in the past and highly recommended her services. Jamie has all the qualities you would want someone who will manage your wedding as you would want - organized, assertive, and high attention-to-detail. Quite honestly, as someone who prides herself for being organized, Jamie blows me away!

    Having invested so much time and energy into planning my wedding, I wanted to ensure that I would have someone trustworthy and reliable to carry out the plan and complete all the details. Jamie provided that and so much more. She went above and beyond what someone hired only to work to the day of typically does - having me in-person with me as needed before the wedding, providing numerous referrals to a host of vendors, and planning ideas. With the help of an assistant, she also ran our dress rehearsal of 15 or so people. Jamie was also helpful in going beyond the call of duty and helping to do much set-up for the ceremony, cocktail and dinner reception. I am forever grateful. She was also accommodating to multiple last minutes changes and patient and understanding towards a stressed-out, overwhelmed bride! I would highly recommend Coquette Events for wedding coordination or any event.

    My husband and I were lucky enough to have worked with Andrea from Coquette Events for our 120 guest wedding this past August in Napa, CA. We hired Andrea as a day of coordinator but she went above and beyond DOC duties. A few months before the wedding, she helped us with seating arrangements, budgeting, vendor coordination, timelines, etiquette, etc. The weekend of the wedding, she came to our rehearsal and helped with last minute details that made the wedding day so much more smooth. The day of, she helped with every detail from keeping us on schedule, letting us know of any important changes, setting up the venue, etc. We truly did not have to worry about a thing. She was always able to come up with last minute solutions to any problem and was always cheerful and happy to help despite my bridezilla tendencies! I am pretty organized and our wedding was relatively small so I did not think we needed a wedding planner or DOC, but no matter how organized you are leading up to the wedding, there will always be last minute details that you will need help with. I would highly recommend Coquette Events for their friendly and high quality service, prompt communication, flexibility and exquisite taste. Our guests and families are still raving about our wonderful DOC!

    When I got engaged, I wasn't really looking forward to the whole wedding planning process. I could barely plan a birthday party, let alone an entire wedding!! I knew I needed help and thankfully, Coquette Events came to my rescue. I started working with Andrea, who got my spinning head and my wedding on the right track quickly. Andrea helped me set a realistic budget as well as sort through all my random wedding ideas, likes and dislikes. She gave me very practical and resourceful advice and together we created my wedding vision. Andrea has such a great breadth of knowledge about weddings and believe me, all the advice and input she gives are golden! Next we started putting all the vendors and other pieces of the puzzle together. Andrea always kept me well informed on everything she was doing. She was very organized and worked amazingly with my vendors.

    In the last couple of months before my wedding, I also had the pleasure of working with Jamie, Andrea's partner-in-crime. Like Andrea, I found Jamie to be very creative and detail-oriented. These two ladies make a great team, plus they’re so much fun! When it finally came to wedding crunch-time, Andrea and Jamie worked very efficiently, especially when dealing with the unexpected things that inevitably arise. For example, when the type of centerpiece candles I was using were out-of-the-blue banned by my venue, Andrea and Jamie had new ones brought in asap and all my candles were switched out. Also, on the evening before my wedding, my pet project of making my own layered ceremony backdrop turned into a nightmare and hung majorly unfinished. I was almost in tears! But Andrea assured me that the next day they would finish the project just as I had described it. So on top of all the other prepwork they had on my wedding day, Andrea and Jamie also managed to tackle my crazy backdrop and put it together elegantly. I was thrilled! Throughout my wedding, their work continued to impress me, from the flipping of my room from ceremony to dinner set-up in record time, down to their tasteful and artistic touches on my dessert displays. Coquette Events took care of it all, which left me with nothing to worry about except walking down the aisle!

    I had an amazing wedding and guests are still paying me compliments on the event. I couldn't be happier with the job that Andrea and Jamie did. Take my advice and bring on Coquette Events to plan your wedding or other special event. You won’t be disappointed!

    I would highly recommend Coquette Events. Jamie was so great and easy to work with; even before I hired her I knew that the quality of CE’s services was going to be great. She made sure we met several times in the months prior to our, CE provided us with advice on wedding scheduling, decor, and more. The day of the wedding CE’s services were essential to creating a stress-free day for not only the bride and groom but for the families and wedding party members as well. Jamie and her dear husband took care of every last detail. In turn, our wedding was truly relaxing and enjoyable from square one.

    There are a lot of things going on during your wedding day, rather than worrying about all the details, a bride and groom should be savoring every moment (it will pass by quickly) with friends and family. Hiring a coordinator is a must, and CE is one of the best.

    Our wedding was held in San Francisco last fall. I thought my friend and I could handle planning the day, and boy was I wrong. I got in touch with Andrea, and within in a day, she had everything in order and running smoothly. I would advise everyone to use a planner, especially Andrea. The best thing is having someone one step ahead of you so you can enjoy the day and Coquette Events allowed us to do that. They are not only on top of things, but so kind and professional. We couldn't have done it without them!

    Andrea and Jaime were great! I originally wasn't going to have a wedding planner but am super glad I decided to hire these girls. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful with the execution of the wedding. It was also a bonus to have Jaime's husband around to help take some professional quality photos!
