  Made Wedding Planning More Fun!

  Aimee and Natalie were great to work with on the day of our wedding and they really stood out during the vendor search process / months leading up to the wedding. We had very specific requests for our band and photographer in particular, and they were so helpful and patient with us as we went through multiple rounds of vendor screens and quotes. The vendors they found and connected us with ended up being exactly what we wanted and made our day even more perfect. We were so overwhelmed going into the process and hiring them was the best decision we made as they really helped eliminate a lot of the stress around wedding planning and were super accommodating to our crazy schedules. They even surprised us with a cookie cake on the day of the wedding (which my husband really wanted) when we had gotten too caught up to get one!

  Highly Recommend!

  There are not enough words to express our gratitude for Aimee & Natalie. We hired them as our month of planners and they truly allowed us to enjoy every minute leading up to our wedding day. They not only are detail oriented, but the two of them could not be any more supportive, positive, or patient all throughout our wedding process. They ensured all of our vendors and rentals were at our venue on time and took over the communication process with them so we did not have to stress about anything. 
  
  Our wedding day could not have been any more perfect with their help as well. All our wedding dreams and visions were executed to perfection. They were there to set up, queuing us when to walk down the aisle, making sure we had food/water, bustling my dress, staying late to break down the wedding, help pack my parents car, and so so much more. I cannot express how happy we were to have them there for us. My husband and I always say we don't know what we would have done without them!

  Works in all weather

  Aimee and Natalie planned our wedding in our parents’ backyard and they did an incredible job. We used their partial planner option. They connected us with various vendors and ensured we found ones that were our style and guided us through the selection process. They also checked all of the permitting we needed to ensure everything was up to code. When we had some last minute issues with vendors they went above and beyond and somehow found replacements. Most importantly when it started to rain on our wedding day they helped us execute our rain plan that ensured we still had a perfect day. They can also bustle a wedding dress faster than anyone else I’ve seen! It was invaluable to have wedding planners like Natalie and Aimee. Inevitably some things did not go as planned but their flexibility and experience meant we could focus on enjoying our wedding while they managed the hiccups.

  Best wedding planners

  Aimee and Natalie are the best. Our wedding day was a dream come true and these girls made sure every detail was perfect. They were ready to tackle any issues that may come up without any stress. The level of coordination and preparation was incredible. They keep you on track without making you feel like the world is ending. We miss our meetings with them as they became part of the family. We already asked them to do our cousin's wedding because we love them so much.

They helped us pull off our dream day with their balance of logistics and creativity. In the ~10 months we were planning our wedding, we had 3 different contacts at our venue — this caused us to feel a bit worried and uncertain at times. However, as soon as we connected with Aimee and Natalie, we felt reassured and confident that we would have an amazing wedding weekend with their help.   Aimee and Natalie rock!

  Aimee and Natalie are incredible! Going into wedding planning, we were extremely stressed out because we had two major weddings within the month before ours (my sister and best friend). Working with Aimee and Natalie as our month of coordinators helped make planning stress free. They were extremely understanding, knowledgeable and kind. They helped bridge many gaps with our venue (and dealing with a very difficult venue contact). They were trustworthy, handled everything day off and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything would be taken care of. We would strongly recommend them!

  Amazing planning team!

  Aimee and Natalie make an incredibly genuine, attentive, and down-to-earth sister duo! We used Consilium Events to plan our wedding from states away and these girls kept us on task for every single item on our to-do list. They calmed our nerves and worries throughout the entire planning process and took every opportunity to remove any amount of stress off our plate. They had our backs when it came to getting our specific details/ideas across to all of our wedding vendors and truly made all our dreams come true for our special day. Aimee and Natalie are amazing listeners, pay incredible attention to detail, and just get the job done right! We highly recommend Consilium Events!

  It was a magical day

  Aimee and Natalie were just fabulous and helped us pull off a perfect day. They assisted us with finding vendors who could bring our daughter's vision for her wedding to life. They kept everything on track with their timeline, they were very prompt to respond whenever we had questions or requests and they took care of all the tiny details that go with all of this. They were very creative, mindful of our budget and full of good suggestions. They were so easy to work with and they relieved our stress because they were very thorough. We had a beautiful day and a wonderful celebration. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Stress free planning process

  My husband and I can’t thank Aimee and Natalie enough for all they did to make our day seamless and beautiful. Our wedding was at the Stamford Museum and Nature Center, which is a beautiful space, but is not a traditional wedding venue with everything you need onsite. We had to find a caterer, bring in a bar and glassware, linens, chairs, place settings, etc. I am not sure how I would have done this without them. They built mood boards that truly captured my vision. They contacted tons of caterers, walked us through the rentals process, and found us amazing vendors (photog, DJ, glam, florist, ice cream truck, etc.). If I was impressed by their efforts leading up to the wedding, I was BLOWN AWAY by their work the day of. The space came to life under their management of the team and it exceeded my expectations. They ran it so smoothly and our guests all raved about the entire event. I highly recommend Aimee and Natalie to anyone planning a wedding and looking to be stress free!

A&N were attentive for ALL those months leading up to the event; helping us review vendor contracts, assure we were sticking to timelines and generally being a soundboard for all the many little decisions that come with wedding planning. We also spent a lot of this time away from the area, so having them as local experts was super helpful when having to make decisions remotely.
  
  The day of our wedding is really where they came through for us. A&N are not a clock in and clock out team. They were there for us all weekend and made sure everything was running smoothly; vendors were delivering what was contracted, when there were issues (and there always will be) they were handled professionally and autonomously so we could enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family.

  Consillium is Amazing!

  Aimee and Natalie were amazing! They helped us throughout the planning process, calling our attention to a ton of things we had not yet thought about. They were very patient and didn’t force us into anything, just led us with honest and experienced feedback. The day of the wedding they were remarkable. They did so much work, coordinating vendors, decorating, going to multiple locations, etc. They dealt with a ton of unexpected roadblocks very well. Highly recommend and would be happy to use again!!

  THE. BEST. PLANNERS. (no exaggeration)

  I was always hesitant to hire planners or ask for help because I am VERY type A. I need every single detail to be perfect and exactly how I want it to be or else I will freak!! So, I went through and met countless planners because wedding planning is something I literally could not do all on my own (trust me, I tried). Then, when I met Aimee and Natalie, they explained their process and how they would plan everything. I fell in love with them!! They have so many things that other planners don’t. They know exactly what I’m thinking and exactly what I need to know, and they answer my questions before I even need to ask.
  My wedding day was literally perfect. I had 0 moments of stress and I fully enjoyed my day, which I was always told wasn’t possible!! They cared for me, my bridal party, my family, everyone. They even had my drink of choice ready for me while I was taking pictures, like are you kidding?! They held all of my bridal party girls phones so that they wouldn’t need to stress, they made everyone feel so comfortable that we got to enjoy the entire day. When I tell you these two are the best in this planning business, I mean it. Coming from a perfectionist, they matched every single detail to my vision.
  Kevin and I seriously cannot thank you both enough for everything you’ve done for us. When I tell you we had the best time at the wedding, it was all because of you guys! Everything was seamless, and you two were right. It is so bittersweet that this wedding is over because I loved every part of planning with you both. You better believe I’m going to need you both to help plan every single event going forward!!

  Incredibly thoughtful, detail oriented and organized!

  Aimee and Natalie were amazing wedding coordinators! They were incredibly thoughtful, professional, detail oriented and organized. They had a helpful schedule leading up to the wedding and were on top of anything and everything day of our event. We were able to enjoy our wedding stress free knowing all of the small details of our wedding were taken care of. Aimee and Natalie visited our venue before our wedding, understood our vision and helped us execute with incredible success. We recommend that any couple looking for wonderful wedding coordinators engage Consillium Events!

  Our Heroes

  Since day one my now husband and I knew that we were in for a ride of our lives. Aimee and Natalie eased our minds by making sure we knew that everything was going to be ok. Not only were they super organized (which we are not) but they made sure we were happy even AFTER the wedding was over. Being a COVID couple was not in any way easy. From making the hard decision to postpone another year, to dealing with the many on and off restrictions, Aimee and Natalie were supportive and super helpful. They were on our side and gave us countless ideas depending on the choices we made (ie masks or no masks, change of venue or keeping the same one, guest counts, decor, etc etc). They checked in on us often to make sure we were doing ok which we appreciated so much on this emotional journey. I honestly don’t know how we could’ve pulled anything off without their expertise. Especially even the last minute decor changes since I forgot some items they made sure to figure things out and make my vision come to life. Aimee and Natalie you and your other consilium colleagues (or angels) saved the day and we can’t thank you enough.

  Absolutely amazing

  I cannnot say enough amazing things about these Aimee and Natalie. From helping with the planning and stress that comes from wedding planning to helping day run the crazy show and make it the smoothest event you’ve ever been too. They went above and beyond to make my day about me? I can’t tell you how many times I we told this is your day it is what YOU want. They are not afraid to get into the thick of it and speak with venders not not doing their jobs so you don’t need to be the one to worry about it. I highly recommend them and don’t have enough space to write all the amazing things

  Consilium Events: best wedding coordinators ever!

  I cannot recommend Consilium Events highly enough. From wedding planning to day of coordination, set up, and break down, our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without them. They eased all my fears, kept me calm, and handled everything with professionalism and grace. We have not stopped talking about their integral role in our wedding. Out of all our vendors, hiring them was the best decision we made for our wedding. I cannot wait to work with them in the future. I will be using them for all our events.

  Amazing experience

  These ladies helped me find and coordinate all my vendors and made sure we didn't forget any details! They were extremely flexible with all of the changes due to covid, and communicated with us through the whole thing. I was able to actually enjoy our whole wedding without worrying about ANYTHING!! Aimee and Natalie were able to bring our vision to life and it was more beautiful than we could have asked for! Highly recommend!

  Life savers

  As a groom, I was not looking forward to wedding planning with my now-wife. I wanted to have a say in the decisions, but was dreading all of the overwhelming appointments and more importantly, finding a venue and vendors within our budget. Our planners were knowledgeable and respectful of our budget, which was very important to me! They helped us save money by teaching us how to do DIY projects instead of buying all of the decor my fiance wanted to use. I heard horror stories from friends about how chaotic the month before the wedding was and was worried. Our planners made the last month a breeze - my fiance and I arrived for our wedding weekend feeling calm, relaxed, and so ready that we were able to squeeze in a pre-wedding spa day. Our wedding was perfect in every way and the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have done this without Consilium Events - thank you!

  Unforgettable experience!

  It was such a spectacularly beautiful day and the Consilium team made sure everything went smoothly! They helped us with everything from the catering to the music and decor. Natalie was instrumental in teaching us how to make our own decor in order to save money and we received numerous compliments from our guests. My wife and I will definitely contact the Consilium team for our future events!

  Perfect Birthday Surprise

  
  My husband and I turned 60 this year and our daughters celebrated the milestone by throwing us a surprise birthday party. We were blown away by the elegant and beautiful details the Consilium ladies created for us. Our daughters worked with them to help make their vision a reality and we were completely surprised! The party had a black and gold theme and no detail was left out! There was a wonderful jazz duo playing as we mingled with our friends and family, savored some Italian tapas, and took pictures for a modern polaroid guest book at the rooftop bar and restaurant where the party was held. I have now hired Consilium Events for my daughter’s baby shower and look forward to working with them to create another special event for our family!

  Gorgeous Bridal Shower

  My older sister is getting married and as her Maid of Honor, I was in charge of the bridal shower. I am not a planner or into details as my sister knows so I used Consilium Events to help.
