Our wedding was the most perfect day I could have ever dreamed of — and there’s no doubt it was thanks to the incredible Coastyle Wedding team. Samantha and Taylor were an absolute dream to work with! They’re true experts at bringing your vision to life, blending professionalism, creativity, impeccable taste, and genuine care in everything they do.
From day one, they made the entire planning process so smooth — even with our busy schedules and only about nine months to plan. They guided us every step of the way and helped us craft a wedding that felt so authentically us, which our family and friends noticed and loved. I wanted so badly to be able to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day, and the Coastyle team gifted me exactly that.
Beyond their talent and organization, Samantha and Taylor are simply wonderful humans — kind, fun, and the kind of people you truly enjoy having around. I’ve told everyone that we could not have pulled off our happiest and most perfect day without them.

We worked with Taylor and Samantha for over a year, and we truly cannot imagine our wedding without them. They are the absolute dream team! Even though we were getting married on the Cape, they were hands-on and supportive throughout the entire process—joining us for venue tours, attending our tasting, and always being just a quick message or phone call away. Their responsiveness and attention to detail took so much of the stress out of planning, especially when it came to payment schedules, vendor coordination, and logistics. They even helped us secure a discount at our dream venue, which we had originally written off because of the price tag.
On the big day, they were the calm, reassuring presence every couple hopes for. They seamlessly blended into the background while still being right there whenever we needed them. It was like they were everywhere at once, anticipating every need. They kept us on schedule so we didn't have to worry at all about our timeline, but also never made us feel rushed. Our wedding party and families even commented on how amazing and attentive they were. The morning after our wedding, all of our cards and belongings had been carefully brought back to our hotel and they even shared some sweet behind the scenes pictures and videos so we could see all the little details we missed in the excitement!
We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day perfect—if you're considering working with them, do it. They are absolute pros and the kind of people you absolutely want at your wedding! -

As a career Event Planner, I knew the first step to achieving the wedding day of my dreams was to hire the right team of vendors – most importantly, a Wedding Planner that I could trust. After I got engaged, I immediately hired Coastyle to provide Month of Management, which was both the easiest and most helpful decision I made. Coastyle was extremely responsive and attentive throughout my entire wedding planning process, and when the final month of planning arrived, it was a seamless transition as they took charge of vendor communications and final details. My husband and I live in Kill Devil Hills, and even though we are “beach people”, we envisioned a more unique wedding style in the “off-season”, that functioned more like a fancy dinner party with a moody, Viking inspired theme. We also have two toddlers, and we knew that the flow of the entire day had to be a comfortable fit for our sons, our guests, and ourselves from set-up to getting ready to shoot-schedules to partying (of course!). Coastyle understood the assignment and then some. They bring a powerful combination of a meticulous understanding of the wedding world in Outer Banks, partnered with so many well-developed relationships with the local vendors. Coastyle contributed extremely helpful planning comments and ideas, which was such a treat during the planning process because it felt like a collaboration with my own personal hype squad. The attention to detail during set-up and the flow of the evening removed stress and worry, and it allowed my husband and I (and all our guests) to just enjoy the entire evening as we moved through each piece of the night. We had a very specific layout to fully utilize the indoor space in our venue, which required a well-planned set-up and flow throughout the night…to say they “nailed it” would be an understatement, because they owned it and delivered the “wow factor” that I wanted for myself and our guests. Aside from my own personal engagement with Coastyle, many of my guests commented on how extremely kind and helpful they were onsite with questions and guidance throughout the day and night. If you’re searching for someone with organization, dedication, creativity and integrity to plan and manage your wedding (whether you live in Outer Banks or anywhere in the country), booking Coastyle will be the easiest and most rewarding part of your planning journey. -

Samantha and Taylor are absolutely a DREAM team!!! I booked them for month of coordination because I am local to the Outer Banks and my only regret of my entire wedding is that I did not book them for full service. They kept in touch with me from the beginning and offered their opinion on vendors and even found us the best DJ/Band EVER. The entire process was smooth and felt seamless and they worked so well with all of my vendors. They calmed my nerves right before I walked down the aisle and I will forever remember that moment and be thankful for them. Their attention to details is unmatched. I am so happy with my decision to use them and would recommend them to anyone! -

10/10 Recommend Coastyle!
Hiring Coastyle for our Corolla wedding in September 2024 was the absolute best decision we could've made. They helped us craft an incredible ceremony at The Whalehead Club and reception at The Black Stallion. While we knew planning our wedding from across the country would be tough (we live in Seattle, WA but are from VA), Samantha & Taylor helped make the planning process so seamless. We were only able to have 2 on-site, in-person visits throughout the 9 months of planning, and Coastyle expertly crafted 2 jam-packed but manageable itineraries to cross as many things off the list as possible in the time we had together.
As a bride with a dream of a fun and beautiful wedding filled with our family and friends, I didn't have an exact vision of how to bring it together, which is where Coastyle's expertise and knowledge was crucial. As someone who loves Corolla but was unfamiliar with all the wedding vendor options, I was so grateful to Coastyle for curating a short list of recommended vendors and providing their input and guidance as we worked through decision making. They helped us build a beautiful wedding and worked miracles to make a few things happen that we originally were told were not possible.
While we knew during the 9 month planning process that we made the right decision in hiring Coastyle, my expectations were absolutely blown away in how flawlessly they executed the actual wedding day. Having a wedding in Corolla over Labor Day weekend was an ambitious idea with the expectation of unpredictable late-summer weather. We put together backup options for all our outdoor elements of the wedding so as we watched the ever-changing weather forecast on the day of the wedding, I felt completely comfortable turning over all decision making, vendor communication, guest communication, etc. to Samantha & Taylor and I truly was blissfully floating through the day with zero stress or worries. I likely cannot fully conceptualize the impact Samantha & Taylor had because there was so much that happened behind the scenes that I was completely unaware of, and that was the ultimate gift! I will be forever grateful to Samanta & Taylor for giving us an incredible, stress-free and beautiful wedding day. Not to mention, it was the most fun day of our lives!

Coastyle love!!!
Oh my goodness you guys!!! How are we possibly supposed to put everything you’ve done for us into words? After letting the dust settle after our wedding it is so apparent that none of our wedding celebrations would have gone as smoothly as they did without the two of you.
I’ve loved you guys since the day I booked Coastyle- which is very obvious since I booked you guys prior to even getting engaged hahaha. Right away we just clicked and I felt safe and guided by the two of you.
You knew our vision, and each step of the way you guys made our vision come to life - making it look so seamless along the way. From the moment we booked vendors to the day it all came together everything was so organized.
Wedding planning is not for the weak. There were stressful situations we needed you guys to help us solve. There were design options we needed guidance with. And there was a budget that you helped us stay under. Thank you so much for that. None of that went unnoticed.
When the planning was over and the actual day came I remember crying when I saw you both at the rehearsal because I knew when you guys were in the room - everything was gonna be a-okay. I felt safe with you guys in my corner! As the rehearsal and wedding day came and went you guys showed up for us. Not a THING went wrong and I think that is a huge testimete to you both because I bet something did go awry…but Jerry and I didn’t know about it because you guys handled it seamlessly. Jerry and I are SO lucky to have you both and anyone who asked us how we got through it all we know our answer - and it was Coastyle. Love you both and wishing you all the luck in your business. The most important decision we made early on in our daughter's wedding planning process was to hire Coastyle Weddings. Working with the Coastyle team was easily the best decision we made throughout the course of our wedding planning! A few people wondered why we chose to bring wedding planners from the Outer Banks all the way to Fredericksburg, VA, but I had seen them work their magic at a friend's wedding and knew they were the girls for the job. From the day they started my month-of coordination, I felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders. They handled all the details with confidence and I knew I no longer needed to worry about keeping track of every little thing - they had it completely under control! With expertise and foresight, they crafted the perfect timeline and planned a perfect day for us with everything we could have possibly imagined. No question was too silly and they made sure every request was heard and implemented. They handled so many logistics with grace, kept our timeline on track and allowed us to be totally present with friends and family. When my wife and I first started planning our wedding, I knew that we would need help with all of the small details, and therefore decided we would need to hire a wedding planner. My good friend got married in OBX a few years ago and highly recommended her planner. LUCKY FOR US, Coastyle was willing to travel to our wedding in NY and after just a few minutes during our inital meeting, I knew they were the right team for us. Needless to say, we made the right decision- they were AMAZING!!
We decided to go for the "month of wedding" plan, where the team started being hands-on 30 days before the wedding. They took over all of the communication with our vendors and everything went as smoothly as possible! Any questions that we had, they responded within an hour of reaching out, they reminded us about small details we needed to take care of and even helped us do some research into in identifying a last minute vendor.
Fast forward to our wedding weekend, and we could not have been more impressed. Everything ran SO smoothly (and if it didn't we had zero idea, LOL). Rebecca and Gentry were calm, organized, so sweet to our guests and vendors and just made the whole day stress free for us.
Perhaps the most impressive part was the days after our weddings, all of our vendors reached out and mentioned how great Coastyle was to work with! The head of the inn that we were married at said 'if they were local they would be our go-to wedding coordinator recommendation" which is high praise in my opinion.
All I can say is, this team was AMAZING and hiring them was the best decision we made! I am so grateful for Rebecca and Gentry and cannot recommend them enough!!!

Samantha, Taylor, and Gentry are true professionals and just lovely people in general to work with. The wedding planning process can be overwhelming, but from day 1 almost a year out from my wedding, they made me feel like I was taken care of. As a new bride, I had trouble fully articulating how I imagined my wedding, but they were amazing at taking my half formed ideas and transforming them into the most beautiful wedding day I could have imagined. They truly listen to make sure they are understanding your vision, all while providing support based on their extensive knowledge. Their vendor recommendations were spectacular and their day of coordination was extremely organized and smooth. They go above and beyond in every aspect, thinking of every single detail, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. Hiring Coastyle is like planning your wedding with your best friends who don't get tired of hearing about your crazy ideas or problems or breakdowns, and who happen to also have incredible style and taste. They take the time to get to know you personally and what you really want your wedding to be about, which is an absolutely priceless gift (especially at the end) when you are decision fatigued and running out of steam. I completely trusted that they knew me and knew what I would want at every step of the process.
When I walked into our wedding for the first time, it was like they somehow took the dream wedding in my head (that I wasn't even sure I had accurately described to them in enough detail) and pasted it onto our venue, plus extra things I didn't even know I needed or wanted. Several of our friends and family said that it was basically like I threw up and a perfect wedding came out (sorry for the visual, but it was) and they were completely responsible for making that happen..
They allowed my husband and I and our families to completely enjoy the day and it was literally the happiest, most pure bliss I've probably felt in my entire life and I could never have had that if it wasn't for Coastyle and the passion and expertise they bring to everything they do. We got endless compliments on how wonderful and easy they made our day from our guests.
As soon as I stepped foot to our venue, I got to turn my brain off and let them take it from there, which is a truly priceless experience and I am so incredibly grateful I chose them. I know wedding planning is expensive, but if you're going to splurge on something, make it them. Just do it. You'll thank yourself later, I promise. They made our day not only my aesthetic dream but emotionally the most perfect day I could've ever imagined. -

Incredible service!
These ladies have it all. They were the absolute backbone to my perfect wedding day. As a bride who struggled with creative expression, overthinking and high stress…. They were everything. They helped me create the vision I had in my head and always kept me calm and never worrying because I knew they had everything managed. They reached out to every vendor for us, set up meetings and handled all communications leading up to the wedding. They attended those meetings and took notes for us and would make sure to send a recap email afterwords to everyone. Not having to worry about these things was an immense relief for us. We knew if we ever had a question about anything, even the smallest detail- we could shoot them an email and they would get back to us ASAP with their expert opinion. These ladies became like family to us in this process. Not only are they incredible wedding planners but they are incredible people. Their spunk, charisma, and kindness were just the cherry on top with them. I can’t overstate how essential these ladies were to us. They were the most important part of our wedding and we, without a doubt, couldn’t have done it without Samantha and Taylor. They are spectacular! -

Exceptional in every category!
Let's face it. Weddings are expensive. You will need to pick where you want your "wow" factor to be and some things you will need to let go of. But make no mistake your most important decision is a full service wedding planner who knows your vendors, can coordinate and negotiate on your behalf and pull off flawless execution on your wedding day. Without this none of the magic will happen! Coastyle Events was the first and most important decision we made. We are "blown away" with how they took our daughter's vision and turned it into reality. It was way beyond our expectations and we enjoyed every minute because there was absolutely no worry about the details. Coastyle worked tirelessly to ensure the day was perfect! Coastyle Wedding and Events--Taylor, Samantha and "Gentry" from behind the scenes, were our start to finish ride or die team. From when we started chatting in 2022 and both talked about meeting for a glass of wine at Trio in Nags Head NC to discuss our Outer Banks wedding plans, we knew it was a perfect fit.
Although I did the "Month Of" package, both Taylor and Samantha were a click away with any questions I had from something so little to something MAJOR. They were my sounding board for almost a year with any ideas or questions I needed to bounce off of them. They suggested a group of vendors for me to choose from based on my needs and wedding visions and they were spot on! I was initially impressed with their organization at our first meeting, I knew nothing would be missed and knew we would be taken care of. Our Wedding day went off without a hitch and I owe all of that to my wonderful team of Vendors including Coastyle Wedding and Events.

COASTYLE is incredible in every aspect you can imagine. Whatever I needed, you name it, these girls got it done! I was a month of bride and planned an OBX wedding from Maryland. I had a lower wedding budget and worked with a lot of vendors. They managed all the points of contact beautifully. I also had a ton of DIY aspects that they conquered the set up on! They gave countless recommendations and tips on vendors/things in the area since I wasn't from OBX. They made our timeline and prioritized US, THE BRIDE AND GROOM, the day of! From a bride that has anxiety I can honestly say that my wedding day was a day I remained stress free. I had time with the people that matter so much to me and I will forever be grateful to Coastyle for this!
I woke up the day after our wedding (after way too much partying) and rolled over to my bouquet placed so sweetly in a vase, with water, on the table next to me. This is just one explain of how they truly took care of all the little things.
My only regret was not booking them as full service wedding planners! I would recommend any couple to really prioritize your wedding planner and work them into your budget. They truly are your right hand girls! They made the day so much fun!! GO BOOK THEM!! -

There are no words to describe the professionalism, organization, and kindness that the ladies of Coastyle deliver. My family surprised me with them as our wedding planners for my birthday, after I spent months stalking their incredibly aesthetic Instagram, and it was truly the most incredible gift I could have ever received. Samantha and Taylor took my entire Pinterest board and brought it to life. (In fact, they exceeded ALL of my visions.) They made wedding planning SO enjoyable and seamless and truly provided the most luxurious experience. We simply could not have asked for better wedding planners and cannot recommend them enough. While there are truly no words to convey how amazing these ladies are, know that they have forever touched the hearts of my husband and I. Where do we even begin? I could truly write a novel on how invaluable Samantha and Taylor are. We could not have done this wedding without them. We have been working with them for almost 2 years, we did an in person visit with them and they took us to every vendor and location and made it so fun! They shared their genuine opinions and found us the dream team of vendors that fit our style and vision for our wedding day. We then came back with our family 4 months later and a year before the wedding and did another in person meeting with them and more vendors- it is truly a full service experience!
What started as a business relationship truly turned into a friendship. Samantha and Taylor ended up feeling like family, to the point where we will call them every time we come in town to visit. Coastyle genuinely cares about their clients, and their entire planning experience.
Besides loving them as people, professionally, you will not find a better duo than Samantha and Taylor. They were 100% honest with us and so organized. Wedding planning can feel so overwhelming, especially doing it half way across the country and Coastyle made it look and feel effortless. They captured my style and personality instantly and made what felt like the impossible possible.
The wedding day was 100% seamless. Coastyle spent so much time on the logistics and timeline.I loved every detail of my wedding, and although it was truly beautiful, the logistics of the day was what most important to us and our guests and why it was such a successful event. We truly did not have to worry about a single thing. We were instantly moved to the next location or event. I remember standing on the dance floor as the wedding cake was being walked out to us and turning to my husband and saying woah I forgot about this- it was like magic. I never felt like I was worried about people and things being in the right places. I cannot stress enough how amazing Taylor and Samantha were at making the day flawless. It felt like a movie. Taylor and Samantha understand the importance of your wedding day. They make you feel completely validated in every worry and decision. They are the behind the scenes DREAM TEAM. You wont find two wedding planners who are more dedicated, genuine, and professional than Coastyle. My biggest piece of advice to any bride would be to hire a full service wedding planner specifically COASTYLE! We miss them already.

Dream team.
Samantha and Taylor are IT!
We were married in November. From the start, we knew we'd have a busy year competing for vendors with couples who had to cancel or postpone the previous year due to Covid. These ladies were ready to rock the first time we spoke with them, and they consistently made us feel heard, which eased so much of our anxiety! On top of that, we ourselves had a wild year of starting new jobs and moving to a new city (something we DON'T recommend doing while also planning a wedding!), but these girls made it so seamless- answering all of our questions, and doing magic behind the scenes, even when we were often pretty bad about staying on schedule. We're both NC natives but now live in California, so we went with their full-service package since it can be incredibly difficult to plan a wedding on the opposite coast. We cannot recommend them enough! They covered all the bases and helped us build a kick-ass vendor team. If you're like us and not so great at event planning, you absolutely MUST hire these ladies.
Our wedding was outdoors, and the weather decided to drop about 20 degrees and the wind turned into gusts (which totally freaked me out), but Samantha and Taylor were so calm and came prepared to tackle anything. I want to also acknowledge how kind and understanding these two are. Samantha and Taylor were so gracious and totally cucumber cool when we had some family drama day of the wedding.
The passion they have for this work, and the genuine interest they have in YOUR day are so real! These ladies know what they're doing, and you can rest assured that you are in great hands with them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning our dream day into reality. -

Y’all - if you are planning a wedding anywhere these amazing ladies are a MUST. My biggest regret was not being able to hire them from the start. We chose a venue in OBX that came with a coordinator but then decided we needed extra help for month and day of planning. These women are everything. Wedding ninjas is an understatement! Once the 30 day countdown started (and even before) they were on it. We got to enjoy the last month of being engaged without planning - imagine if I had them from the start. Taylor and Samantha - thank you for everything you did! You made our wedding day stress free so that we could soak in every moment! We are forever grateful - it brings me to tears how thankful we are for you! Amazing work! -

The #1 piece of advice other brides gave me was that I needed a day of planner. I gawked at spending that kind of money for something I could surely do myself, but set my pride down and said “finnnnneeee.” Guys. IF I CAN GIVE YOU ONE PIECE OF ADVICE IT IS GET A DAY OF PLANNER. Can I just say quickly that not all planners are created equal? Sure. They will all get you through it, but will they go out of their way at every chance? Will they have unparalleled class and style that they will willingly apply to your day? Will they help the old people figure out how to use the Polaroid? Will they make sure you have a margarita and don’t have hair in your eyes for you photos? Will they find an umbrella for you so you can go pee? Probably no. So just save yourself the search and go with Coastyle.
Some background on me to give you context. I am a project manager at an event planning software company. I can plan an event. Trust me, you may think you are Type A, project manager ready to slay this and you know what? You might be. I thought I was and I was wrong. When it becomes personal, things change. As a bride, you will reach a point that you are on the verge of a mental breakdown and just need some help. Mine came two weeks before my wedding at 3am when I was having a full blown panic attack, the first of my life. I all but shut down on planning and these ladies literally brought me back from it. They FLUNG into action gracefully and pulled EVERY. SINGLE. LITTLE. THING. together.
Taking it from the top, I hired them over two years before we got married. COVID wedding. We had already started the process when we decided to delay a year. They made it so easy to switch dates and thanks to their awesome software and tools, everything carried over from our first call so even details I had forgotten, they still had a year later. We chatted on the phone a few times and I gave them all of my vendor info and details. I thought I had thought of everything, but they reminded me of so many little things that I had overlooked like signage, a flower girl basket, honestly it was a while ago and I’m confident there were 10,000 things.
Of course I had already sent my invitations when they told me that 5 hours is pretty normal for a ceremony and wedding and mine was 7…plus it’s on an island so people are literally stuck. CUE PANIC. They were so calm and cool and suggested some options to make it work. We added a passing appetizer to avoid overconsumption and decided to offer a few additional shuttles as needed throughout the night prior to the final shuttle back. We put their phone numbers on the hospitality bag cards and they happily coordinated any boat shuttles back to the island prior to our final wedding shuttle. They coordinated with the DJ to make announcements when they were planned and I didn’t have to worry about anyone being trapped. Crisis #1 averted.
As the day approached I started getting a bit nervous because I had infamously unresponsive vendors (for example I called and emailed my florist 5+ times over the course of 2 months and didn’t get a response) and these ladies managed to get a hold of them. I don’t know how they did it, but BLESS. They called me about two weeks out with a big list of things they were wondering from documentation I had sent them. Small details I overlooked on my own and my vendors overlooked - an extra side to the tent, an extra fork for cake, things like that. They also sent me an email on how much I should be tipping which vendors, which was so nice of them. They had me make envelopes with tips in them in advance and labeled so they could distribute them on my behalf day of. It gave me plenty of time to review and followup with vendors to get things corrected without stress.
My wedding was on an island that isn’t accessible by car and there are no cars on the island, so let’s not forget the coordination it takes to bring everything back and forth on a boat and then carry it up to the venue from a boat. They literally crafted the most beautiful itinerary and boat schedule to get all of my vendors (and all of their crap) to and from the island. I even waited for their itinerary so my mom could put the little order of events in the hospitality bags because they had it all so beautifully organized. They sent it to all of my vendors with their contact information so vendors didn’t bother me on the wedding day. They are so professional.
Ok so day of - I was trying to get the gossip and they literally wouldn’t tell me anything to protect me from having any undue stress, but were still willing to laugh with me when I was rolling my eyes about something. For instance something happened with their flights being cancelled on the way to NY and I still don’t know the details (I still wanna know btw, guys - I can handle it now lol). I had no opinions about a lot of things, like place setting and sign placement. They happily made executive decisions and added tasteful touches like attach greenery to all my signs so they looked flawless. They were also happy to not insert their opinions when I was set on something. The perfect balance. It was windy, so geniuses they are left the signs on the ground until the last minute so they didn’t go flying everywhere. So many random things happening so I didn’t even notice to make it all perfect.
During dinner it started POURING and they were at the sweetheart table moving it before the first drop hit the ground so we didn’t get wet. I had a golf umbrella ready for my when I had to go potty. Angels. I’m going on and on, but I am obsessed with them and they did everything to perfection. I would say some of my vendors were like 2.5-3 stars, but these guys were literally 10,000 stars and beyond and helped those 2.5 star vendors look more like 5 star vendors. I would have literally jumped in the river and quit without them. They were my saving grace and my queens. I will forever be a Coastyle groupie. If I wasn’t clear enough, HIRE THEM! -

Where do I even begin! Samantha and Taylor are a true dream team. Not only do they work on the Outer Banks but they also are willing to travel for their business and let me just say, they definitely know what they are doing! These ladies made my dream wedding in Virginia come to life. Throughout the short months of working together they stayed on top of communicating with vendors and doing their research and they always got back to me right away. They are tremendously organized and always seemed so calm, especially knowing they have several other clients they work with. I know I couldn’t handle that kind of business and they definitely took the stress and hassle of wedding planning off my shoulders! Both of them are so caring and have hard work ethics and are very determined to get the job done and to get it done right. You can tell they love what they do! We HIGHLY recommend Coastyle. When we started to plan our wedding, we had a decent idea as to what we wanted. My wife and I had been married before, so we weren't looking for the cookie-cutter, modern wedding. But whereas we had SOME idea on certain things, we also had NO idea on many other things. Samantha and Taylor were the absolutely perfect fit. They figured us out quickly and modified their approach to what we were looking for. They made great recommendations for caterers, where to stay, venue info, etc, etc. And they were right there with us every step of the way. We knew we could hop on a call with them at any moment and that they'd be enthusiastic to help. And I can't say enough about how great it was to have the two of them working together. There was never any confusion, as they seem to have a mind meld going on, and on the day of the wedding it was great to have two of them around. Samantha and Taylor made the day run so smooth! I was originally going to “wing it” but it was so worth it to have them keep us in line when it came to a schedule. I don’t think I would’ve been able to do all the photos I wanted if they hadn’t kept me and our photographer in line! Taylor and Samantha were amazing throughout the whole process of planning our 150+ person wedding on the beach in Corolla, NC at Pine Island Lodge. From the first meeting to the day of, they were organized, extremely professional, thoughtful, and continuously patient (we had a lot of cooks in the kitchen with opinions). They pushed when needed (to ensure we met deadlines and booked and paid our vendors), but also stayed out of the way and didn't over-communicate or nag. They had excellent recommendations for vendors who they had worked with before, but were also completely open to working with new folks and supported all of our wacky out of the box requests (e.g. pinatas during the reception lol). On the day of, they managed all the vendors (a small Army!) with precision and ease and shielded us from any commotions, decisions, and issues that came up - I literally felt zero stress, didn't have to make any decisions, and was completely in awe of the final decor when I finally saw it after getting ready with my bridesmaids. They have great taste, lots of experience, and an excellent eye for setting up the venue and managing the flow of guests. I cannot recommend Coastyle enough - they will ensure your wedding day is both perfect and 100% you. -

We had the privilege of knowing Taylor prior to her wedding planning days, and it is so awesome to see her and Samantha out there killing the wedding planning game right now! There is no better team out there to take care of all your wedding planning stress than these two! We hired Taylor and Samantha for the month of, but they went above and beyond just that one month. They are super responsive and creative, and very helpful in picking out vendors. We had a vision of what we wanted, but weren't sure exactly how to put it all together, and these two nailed it. We had a few specific things we wanted done for our wedding and they very good with scheduling the timeline and making sure we got everything we wanted. We had some bumps along they way working with a venue that had never hosted a wedding, but Taylor and Samantha helped us and the venue every step of the way and it ended up coming out even better than we could have ever expected. We love these ladies and would 100% 10/10 recommend them for all of your wedding planning needs! -

Let me just begin by saying that Samantha and Taylor truly made the month leading up to our wedding completely stress free. While all vendors were already selected, they helped tie up loose end. They double checked rental numbers, checked in with vendors, made the timeline, made the layout and countless other things. Not to mention run our wedding! Samantha and Taylor bring new meaning to the term “dynamic duo”. They are friendly, excellent listeners, problem solvers, and professionals.
There are always those moments in planning where you feel like you’re being pushed in a direction, Samantha & Taylor recognize that and make sure that you are heard and get what you want. They do this while still maintaining good relationships.
These ladies are also extremely flexible about communication styles and needs. Which was a big concern as we are based in Texas. They managed this beautifully and did an excellent job of keeping us on task and on time. We knew what was needed in advance and they guided us through each process.
They made our vision of some crazy make shift thing come to life, and were there every step of the way cheering us on, telling us it was possible.
Their Rolodex of vendors is spot on, and for someone planning from afar this is worth its weight in gold. #realtalk
We LOVE LOVE LOVED our wedding and it was all thanks to these spectacular business women. If you’re thinking of going somewhere else, don’t. I’d come back to OBX just to see them again, that’s how much I enjoyed working with them. -

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this duo is! Taylor and Samantha went above and beyond since the moment Coastyle became my wedding planners, ahem, more like life savers. Not only are they two of the most fun, sweetest, and BOSS babes you’ll ever meet, they would do anything for their brides (& grooms of course). Our wedding rained, then poured, and last but not least, had a tornado warning. Everything, and I mean everything, went off without the slightest indication that there was ever even a problem. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Samantha & Taylor. I've been a wedding photographer on the OBX for 12 years. Having worked alongside them, I knew I wanted their calm energy & professionalism for my own wedding; they were the 1st vendor I booked after we got engaged. We (& my parents) were able to enjoy every moment of the day & not be distracted or worried over details. It flew by so fast & being able to enjoy each moment of our wedding rather than stressing over timelines, what we were doing next, or dealing with hiccups was invaluable. If there were issues behind the scenes we had no clue.
They're always prompt with correspondence & sent friendly reminders when things like seating charts & permits needed to be done. They set aside time to discuss our vision, timeline & questions and communicated with our vendors to ensure they were on time & had everything needed onsite. They even lined up last minute help for ceremony setup & ran out to buy John an undershirt when he realized he forgot to pack his that morning! There was nothing we needed that they didn't do or offer to help with.
We also had them coordinate our rehearsal which was so nice; our officiant & wedding party loved knowing what to expect so everything flowed effortlessly. Coastyle packed & stacked all our rentals & boxed our personal decor for us making cleanup so easy.
We are so thrilled Coastyle was part of our wedding...It was truly the perfect day! -

Lauren Sent on 05/29/2018I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and Taylor! From the beginning they made me feel at ease about planning my wedding out-of-state. They were responsive and genuinely caring about every detail I wanted to incorporate!
Throughout the whole process they were patient, professional and quick to respond when I had a “bride moment.” They took everything into their own hands when I wasn’t physically available to a certain vendor etc.
On the day of my wedding I was never bothered or pulled in a million directions. I enjoyed my wedding morning/day with my bridal party without a care in the world! When I took a peek outside at our venue, it was more than I could have ever imagined! I felt like I didn’t have to lift a finger all day - they coordinated my ceremony, set up my decorations, assisted the other vendors, and even served me drinks and food all night long!

These girls were patient with me every step of the way and knew when I need a little nudge. The are extremely knowledgeable and very willing to go over any idea you have no matter how unrealistic it might be. They are cost conscious and know the ways to work your ideas into the budget. And obviously, two heads are better than one! They worked so hard on designing, planning, and executing our wedding - I don't know what would have happened had I not had these two keeping me in line and getting ish done. I do not know how we would have had our wedding without them. They are the reason everything was beyond perfect, there wasn't a single hiccup. If I had to do it again I'd pay any amount of money to make sure these girls were our wedding planners. We LOVE Samantha and Taylor! They are a bride-to-be’s dream come true! We booked Samantha and Taylor after thinking we could plan a destination wedding all on our own and quickly realizing we were in over our heads. When we met with them over drinks, we explained our vision for our day which was very much non-traditional and totally styled to fit us as a couple and they were more than on board, they were actually excited about it! We planned our wedding with them over a year and a half and had about ten million emails back and forth during that time not to mention phone calls, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, Pinterest messages … they are SO flexible and available to your every wedding need and get everything done so quickly, I’m still amazed they have time to sleep. Coastyle assembled an absolute DREAM TEAM for our wedding and had it looking like every beautiful wedding blog and Pinterest dream we’ve seen! They think of every little detail and on the day of the wedding when I would go to remind them of something I had forgotten their response was always “No worries! We already took care of that!” During the planning process they’re not overbearing and don’t push their opinions, they give you all the options and encourage you to decide what you like best or what best fits your budget. They come up with an insanely detailed day-of timeline so that everything runs as smoothly as possible and you don’t have to worry about a thing on your wedding day! These girls are total boss babes and completely irreplaceable!
