I cannot emphasize this enough - GET A WEDDING PLANNER Y'ALL! I am the biggest planner on the planet…not even joking. But planning a wedding? You NEED someone there to guide you through all the steps, timelines, vendor recommendations, etc. so that you can truly enjoy your wedding day. I sifted through various wedding websites, google reviews, and even Facebook groups looking for recommendations on wedding planners and CM Promotions popped up numerous times. I spoke with Cindy and within 2-3 minutes I knew I would be in good hands with this vendor! Cindy made me feel secure after initially feeling overwhelmed with the wedding process and paired me up with Karissa - needless to say it was a match made in heaven.
Y'all Karissa is an angel. AN ANGEL. I went with full-service wedding planning and Karissa was with me through every step of the way. We had various planning meetings, she helped curate our vision to perfection, and she even came with us to vendor meetings - and every single time she would show up and genuinely be happy to help us. She even would bring us treats/flowers and now I have a full-blown addiction to Cookie Society, but that is a subject for another time. In the last few months when timelines started going into crunch time, Karissa helped keep me calm as we waded those waters together. She even picked up wedding items from our house and dropped them off after! This was a huge help to take some of that load off of my parents/family the weekend of the wedding. When you are planning a wedding - you have a ton of ideas bouncing around in your head and it such a blessing to have a dedicated person to talk to about all things wedding!
The day of the wedding - Karissa was everywhere. I literally mean anywhere and EVERYWHERE that girl was running in the full-blown rain, setting up the rooms, keeping all of the wedding party on time and comfortable - she was magic. Literally everyone at the wedding was even asking, "Who is she?!" because she was so on top of it. We had a ROWDY group, and you can tell Karissa has a teacher background by how quickly and easily she can gather everyone's attention all while having a good time. I am pretty sure we ended up giving her a huge round of applause because she was that impressive (we may have been chanting "MVP"). I had quite a few details incorporated into our wedding day and every single idea came to fruition and was perfect. I owe it all to Karissa. I have so much respect and love for Karissa and the CM Promotions team - y'all made our dream a reality and we could not be more grateful. -

Exceptional Service!
My husband, Tony, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyleigh from CM Promotions as our wedding day coordinator, and we cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the exceptional service she provided. We met Kyleigh at The Springs Open House in Denton, and from the very beginning, she proved herself to be an amazing asset to our wedding planning journey. We are beyond grateful for her dedication and patience throughout the process!
Kyleigh genuinely cared about making our special day everything we had envisioned. She was meticulous in understanding our preferences, and her ability to transform our ideas into reality was nothing short of remarkable. Kyleigh was always available to discuss any concerns or changes we wanted to make, making us feel reassured and confident in our decisions.
She handled all of my indecisiveness with grace and understanding. She never rushed us into decisions and always provided valuable insights to help us weigh our options. Her patience was truly commendable, and she managed to guide us through the decision-making process for the day-of smoothly, making it an enjoyable and exciting experience.
She has definitely built strong relationships within the wedding industry, and this undoubtedly played a significant role in the seamless execution of our wedding.
One of our vendors had not delivered a farm table, and she knew exactly what to do and who to contact.
On the day of our wedding, Kyleigh's dedication and expertise was on full display. She coordinated everything flawlessly, ensuring that each aspect of the event unfolded smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that Kyleigh and her assistant Julie had everything under control. She even captured some beautiful photos of us throughout the day!
We highly recommend Kyleigh from CM Promotions to anyone in need of a wedding planner who goes above and beyond to make dreams come true. Her attention to detail, unwavering patience, and extensive knowledge of the industry make her an outstanding professional in her field. We are incredibly grateful for all she did to make our wedding day truly special, and we cannot thank her enough for her exceptional work.

I had a dream wedding in my head but thanks to Annika and the Cm Promotion group I had a wedding that even I couldn't dream on. They went above and beyond even with my crazy ideas lmao. Annika made the day go so smoothly and beautiful that I had the best time of my life saying I do to my best friend and now husband. I really couldn't have done it without Annika and Cm Promotions.

They took so much off of my plate and truthfully I don't know if I would've made it through the day without them. Hiring CM Promotions, specifically, Cindy McIntyre, was one of the BEST decisions my daughter and I made throughout this whole wedding experience. Cindy was professional, knowledgeable and an absolute delight to work with. There were so many things, large and small, that she assisted us with, from answering questions about creating a wedding website to arranging our seating plan to helping us pack up at the end of the night. After our covid elopement a year ago with no coordinator, I had no idea what it felt like to be a bride. I spent the day getting things set up, confirming with vendors, answering calls and messages, etc. But after our vow renewal celebration this past weekend, I definitely know what it feels like to be ⭐ THE bride ⭐ . Cindy took care of EVERYTHING. She was organized, compassionate, and was three steps ahead of me the whole time. The night of, she'd check on me frequently and bring food, drinks, or just helpful reminders of what was coming up next.
From our consultation with her, she took meticulous notes, offered fantastic suggestions, and provided us with a SUPER detailed plan of our whole timeline and day. Other vendors even commented on how amazing it was to work with her as the coordinator. I'm eternally grateful to Cindy and her team for making the day of our dreams come to life. -

Our wedding day was a great success thanks to Cindy and her team at CM Promotions. Every detail of our day was extremely organized, and we could not be happier with the service the team provided throughout our entire experience. Starting with the planning, Cindy was there every step, helping us coordinate with vendors, and then up to the day of our wedding, she made sure every detail was in place. During our actual wedding day, Cindy and her team were so friendly with our wedding party and family, even keeping the kids wrangled during the rehearsal. They can do it all! As my husband and I wrapped up our wedding day that night, we were so happy. When we look back on it, it was the best day of our lives, and CM Promotions helped make that happen. CM Promotions incredible service & attention to detail!
Cindy was amazing to work with! In our meeting before the wedding, the detailed schedule she had created put me completely at ease. She had left no stone unturned! Not only was she always responsive and available if we needed anything or had a question - but she created a seamless transition from the ceremony chapel to the cocktail hour to the banquet room for reception - it just flowed and she knew how much time to allot for each part of the evening. We have received non-stop compliments about the wedding and yet everything was taken care of by Cindy - so we were able to relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding and did not worry about one thing! She organized all the vendors - food, flowers, linens, photographer, photo booth....you name it. Cindy has a great personality - organized and detailed, yet easy to work with, calm, great sense of humor - you just leave it to her and you can count on it being done right! -

Cindy was a great wedding planner, she helped with everything I needed and was very informed on all things! She is well organized and knows her stuff. Cindy took care of everything the month before and the day of, she made the big day a breeze and ensured that it was perfect for not only me (the bride), but all of our guests. I couldn't imagine planning my wedding without her help and if I were to do it all over again I would hire Cindy again in a heart beat! -
