Cintia made my wedding day for sure! I did not have to worry about anything. The issues the did arise she handled them in a professional manner and had everything go as plan. Having hired Cintia to coordinate our daughter's 15th party was the best decision we made. The party was a complete success and beautiful from begining to end. Cintia was always a delight to deal with and helped us in so many ways. She is very professional, dedicated and understanding. She was there for us from the moment we hired her, with the preparation of so many details and the day of the party her team was first at the venue, very early in the morning and they were the last to leave. We highly recommend her without any hesitation!!! -

Just a simply amazing event coordinator! I was the DJ at the event and I have to she made miracles happen! I have performed over 3,000 events and perform about 150 events per year, so I know quite a bit about this business. Cintia is a SUPREME event planner! It's very hard to find the perfect qualities that she possesses with any of the event coordinators I have dealt with. She is very assertive, but yet very kind. She predicts the problems before they arise and solves problems quickly. We had an issue with the venue and seemed it would be impossible to solve, but Cintia talked with them and made it happen! The bride and groom were completely amazed and my jaw hit the floor! I think I heard the bride say, "Cintia is my angel." Why should you have to worry about your wedding or event when you are supposed to have fun? Let Cintia do everything behind the scenes and your event will be perfect! You can NEVER do your event over again, so why not let Cintia make it the BEST DAY OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE! -

Planning a wedding can be stressful and an overwhelming task for anyone, a lot of things needs to be done, right from calling your wedding photographer to the last ceremony of the wedding, everything is very important. Cintia was the most caring, unique, and wonderful wedding planner, and we were lucky to have her! She kept the day organized and made sure every detail was perfect. One moment that stood out on our wedding night, was when my hair went crazy from sweating on the dance floor, and I found Cintia and in the midst of the chaos she braided my hair. I’m actually pretty amazed at the 5 star reviews we are seeing here. It seems something has happened to Cintia recently as we did not meet or work with the person listed in these positive reviews. Cintia would ignore our calls and text messages for days to the point that I had to threaten to end the relationship to get timely responses to questions. The entire time leading to the wedding was very stressful as we did not feel that she had a strong handle on anything. Then when we finally made it to the rehearsal she was disheveled and confused. The day of the wedding she was HOURS late to the venue, unsure of the agenda, and revealed just moments before I met my bride at the isle that the wedding cake was not there and that the baker had not returned a single call or message for the entire week prior. My expectation would have been that knowing this information she would have at least come up with a backup plan since she didn’t inform us that there was a problem, she did nothing. My bride was then in tears when she was finally told that her perfect cake for her perfect wedding didn’t exist. There were also speeches missed in the reception, but don’t worry, she made sure to update her snap chat and spend time in the photo booth while important things to us were missed.
I even offered NOT to write a complete reviewfor some of our money back, but Cintia could not meet that commitment either.
Cintia seems like a nice woman that has some personal issues or something going on. I only wrote this review because I don’t want anyone else to have the same type of struggles (or no wedding cake) for the perfect day celebrating their love. I hope we were just a fluke, but my experience made that very hard to believe.
