    Hire CW Events for your wedding!

    We hired CW Events to help with partial planning for our wedding and it was the best money we spent! I had found and booked a few of the vendors that we worked with, but Jordan was absolutely essential in keeping us organized, helping us find a few other vendors, designing the dining room, and then dialing in the day of schedule and getting all our vendors organized for the weekend. Everything went so smoothly for the whole process, and we just kept saying to ourselves "can you imagine trying to do this without Jordan?!!" The answer was always no! Jordan and Mari are superstars, hire them for your wedding!

    The MVP of my wedding

    Christine & Lindsay single handedly made sure that our wedding day was the most special and non-problematic day possible. Christine met with me during the two months prior to our wedding day and chatted with me weekly to create a day-of timeline and coordinate anything that I needed. She made me and my fiancé feel comfortable and as if we were meeting with an old friend. She was described to us by our wedding party and guests as “the real deal” and “invaluable” after our wedding and we truly couldn’t agree more. I was a very anxious and stressed bride trying to plan and organize my wedding day until I started working with Christine. She is incredible at what she does and manages a wedding day with ease. I have no doubt that our experience at our wedding was as wonderful as it was because of Christine. Do not waste time looking elsewhere for planning or coordination of your event. She is the greatest of all time (and her team is also amazing)!

    Incredible wedding planner!

    From start to finish, Christine and her team went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed of and more! The attention to detail, creativity, and calm demeanor made all the planning and the wedding day go so smoothly and it truly felt effortless! On the big day, everything was perfectly executed. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and memorable experience. We truly felt like we were in the best hands. Also shout out to Jordan for helping me bring all my design ideas to life, our day was so beautiful thanks to her suggestions! We are so grateful to Christine and her team, highly recommend!

    Hire Jordan and her team!

    My husband and I hired CW events (Jordan) for partial planning assistance with our wedding. We needed day of coordination and consultations leading up to our event to help us stay organized and of course to provide us with guidance as we made decisions along the way. We would have been completely lost without Jordan, she was so responsive that she felt like a friend by the end of it all. She was the most essential person we hired and I cannot recommend her enough!

    Day of Coordination and Event Design

    Christine Wheat events was hands down the best vendor I chose my wedding. The value I received for their services was unmatched. I worked with Jordan Bishop for day of coordination and event design services and during every meeting (and also via text when I was having a design crisis) she helped me execute my vision of a black tie barn perfectly. Her responsiveness and care with which she helped me design and coordinate my wedding was amazing!

    I am forever grateful for Christine wheat events for allowing me to actually enjoy my wedding day and not worry about how anything would look or any logistics. Everything was planned out to the minute and as a type A person that needs everything perfect, this was a dream for me. I did not worry about one thing on my wedding day and was so relaxed! I tell everyone I know that the best money I spent on my wedding was the day of coordination and design services. Look no further!

    CW Events or go home

    How to review CW Events…If I could just say there is CW Events and then everyone else, I would. However, Christine Wheat and her team deserve a review. It’s difficult to clearly summarize the incredible feat it was to have our 3-day wedding event at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George that included a rehearsal dinner on a boat, a welcome dinner in the Pavilion, the day of wedding festivities throughout the grounds which started at 8 AM and didn’t end until well after midnight including fireworks, the after party, and then Sunday brunch in yet another venue, and have not one hiccup. Not. A. One. In addition, there were 11 groomsmen, 7 bridesmaids, and a flower girl who all had their separate schedules, the hair and makeup schedule, the photographer’s schedule, the florist’s schedule, the rental company’s schedule, the 14-piece band’s schedule, the DJ’s schedule, and meals which had to be coordinated for all the above vendors. Who was in charge of these schedules? Christine, of CW Events with her signature style and grace flawlessly orchestrating all of it. Additionally, let me not forget there was the golf cart following my 92-year-old mother around also thought of and coordinated by Christine. At one point, I noticed her delivering a plate of food so that my daughter, the bride and her new husband, got something to eat during the photography session. Talk about no stone left unturned. Leading up to our wedding, Christine guided us in the planning process over 2 years. With bi-weekly zoom calls, vendor suggestions who turned out to be fabulous, her design and color advice from everything from invitations to linens to name just a few, her etiquette knowledge, her incredible organizational and computer skills, and most impressively the reputation she has garnered with The Sagamore Resort enabled us to be fully prepared. I do not know if one can truly appreciate what it takes to put on this sort of event and have nothing go wrong. So I will tell you: It takes a wildly successful professional with years of experience, and high expectations of her team all laser focused with one goal: to see her clients happy. Her clients, meaning my husband and I were more than happy. We were ecstatic. So I will say it again….there is CW Events and then there is everyone else. She is simply the best wedding planner on planet Earth.

    The Christine Wheat Events Team was so incredible to work with while planning our wedding! We hired them for Day of Coordination services and they went above and beyond to make our wedding the most perfect day ever! They created a minute by minute schedule for the day that helped make everything go so smoothly and so stress free! I cannot say enough good things about Laura & Lindsey who helped set up our decor, coordinate all of our different vendors, and make sure my husband and I had the best day ever. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, it is so worth it and the Christine Wheat Event Team goes above and beyond!!

    Best decision ever!

    I was an October 2023 Saratoga bride & booking Christine for our wedding weekend was the BEST decision we made. We were debating if we could afford a planner with our budget and she made it so easy to find a package that worked for our needs. Not only is Christine the best planner in the area, but she is also a genuinely incredible person. After every consultation I felt FAR less stressed & even more excited for our wedding day to finally arrive. The weekend of the wedding her & Lindsay made sure everything ran so smoothly. I knew that the second I woke up on Saturday I didn’t have to worry about anything – which was such a great feeling. We had big families/bridal parties & it poured the day of our wedding – and they handled all the logistics with ease.

    I want to take time to acknowledge that Christine experienced a tragic event the months before our wedding. She immediately put me in touch with her team member Jordan to handle any questions I might have had before she returned back to the office. Even during a hard time, she is thinking of what is best for her clients and making sure they are taken care of. She is a devoted professional & terrific person. I would recommend her and her team to anyone planning a wedding in the area.

    The best there is!

    Christine and her team are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have seen her work for years so when it came time for our wedding, it was a no brainer decision. Christine does not miss a beat, no detail goes unnoticed. After one meeting with Christine she saw my vision and truly brought it to life. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy working with her but EVERY vendor sung her praises.

    Christine and Jordan made the whole wedding planning process easy and fun. They helped me and guided me with every decision to make sure the wedding day ran smoothly. I got to enjoy the entire wedding day because there was no doubt in my mind that Christine and Jordan were on it.

    They are responsive, extremely organized, and are truly the nicest team. I was sad not to have our meetings when the wedding was over because they were such a pleasure to work with!

    I couldn't have predicted how necessary and wonderful this planner would be !

    Our daughter and (now) son-in-law wanted to have a wedding in beautiful Saratoga Springs during track season. They live in another state and suggested that hiring a wedding planner local to Saratoga was a good idea. I was concerned that a stranger planning my daughter's wedding would make it less personal and "less special". I never should have hesitated.
    We are so thankful that we hired Christine Wheat.
    We worked with Christine and her team for fifteen months during the planning process. This did not take away the planning fun as I had feared. On the contrary, Christine trimmed down the "shopping around tasks" for the bride and groom and presented them with a few of the best choices ( vendors, menus, etc.) for them to decide for themselves. She did a wonderful job keeping the necessary timeline. She knew exactly WHAT needed to be booked WHEN. Time after time we saw evidence from outside sources that if we had not secured certain components when Christine advised, we would have been disappointed and not able to get our first choice. An example of one detail completely taken care of - the complex transportation schedules necessary to shuffle guests to and from 5 different hotels to 4/5 different wedding events. EVERYONE was where they needed to be on time ! It was perfect !
    Jordan Kratz was our Lead Planner and the wedding turned out flawless. I will always refer to her and Laura as the "Dynamic Duo".
    I am grateful for their attention to detail as well as their "calming" presence. This M.O.B. (also known as "control freak") couldn't help turning to Jordan on a few occasions during the day asking a last minute question or relaying a last minute idea - only to be told (VERY GENTLY and PATIENTLY) that it was already done or already in process.
    At the end of this perfect day Jordan and Laura somehow carefully packed up EVERYTHING from the reception and returned it to our hotel so that the Bride's family would be able to attend and enjoy the after party.
    I am SO GRATEFUL that this team created and then orchestrated such a beautiful and memorable wedding weekend for our daughter and son-in-law!

    The single best decision you can make for your wedding

    Christine & team are absolutely incredible. The moment we met Christine, we could tell that she immediately understood the vision we had for our wedding and that she would get the job done.

    Her expertise and personal connections made the planning process so smooth. If you’re planning to work with vendors in the Saratoga/Albany/Lake George area like we did, you’ll often find yourself talking to people who cannot stop singing Christine’s praises. In fact, one of our vendors said to us “You’d be surprised how many bad wedding planners there are out there. Christine is the best. She’s the Lebron James of wedding planners.” This turned out to be 100% true.

    Christine was on top of it every step of the way. Throughout the planning process, she was great at advising where to start, timelines to follow, and what to expect. She is extremely detail oriented. She creates a minute-to-minute schedule for the wedding day which made us feel confident that everything would run smoothly. She’s extremely responsive with any questions we had and because of her experience working with local vendors, she had no problem reaching out on our behalf when we weren’t getting quick responses from them.

    On our wedding day, Christine came through for us completely. There was not a single detail that fell through the cracks. When a small problem came up, she took care of it right away and didn’t give us a second to worry about it. At the end of the night, when she was about to leave she reluctantly informed us that she had a bad cold and was feeling pretty terrible but she didn’t want to leave us hanging or have us worry about it so she didn’t mention it earlier. We were completely stunned because she was running around all day, taking care of absolutely everything. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients are truly unmatched.

    Christine & team go above and beyond and you will not question for a second whether or not it’s worth hiring them. They are truly the best.

    Best Decision We Made!


    Hiring CWEvents was the best decision we made! We choose the Day-of Coordination package and we were blown away by the service we received starting months before the wedding and all the way through our big day. We dealt with Jordan leading up to our wedding day and she is absolutely phenomenal. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and responsive. She put our minds at ease the first day we spoke to her. Her minute to minute timeline, which also included our list of vendors and items we needed for the day of, was a life saver! She was only a phone call or text away whenever I had a question or needed advice or feedback. She is the best of the best when it comes to coordination and planning!

    On the day of our wedding Laura was with me every second of the day, starting early in the morning while I was getting ready, to the very last minute of our wedding when I got on the bus back to the hotel. She exceeded all of my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure the day was flawless. She was always one step ahead and was right by my side making sure I had what I needed. I didn’t realize how much I needed her until that day and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. Every single person in our wedding party commented on how amazing she was.

    You would be doing yourself a disservice by not hiring CWEvents. It doesn’t matter what capacity you hire them for, they will exceed every expectation you ever had and think of things you didn’t even know you needed to think about. They made our wedding day extra special and we are so grateful for everything they did!

    BRIDES! I BEG YOU! Do yourself the biggest and best favor of all and hire Christine Wheat's team for your wedding. They were invaluable. We had such great time because we were so confident in their abilities to make sure things ran smoothly. Imagine throwing the greatest party of your life and all you have to do is show up for it! That is what hiring this team means. On top of all of the stresses that come with planning a wedding, we had to reschedule because of Covid and Christine and her team made it a walk in the park.     I couldn't have managed my wedding day without her

    Christine and her team are the absolute best. I hired Christine for consultations and day of event coordination and her expertise guided me so well through out the wedding planning process. She is honest, practical, and as I started to hit up against my budget she had plenty of DIY recommendations to help me still execute my vision without breaking the bank. When it came to day of execution I felt very confident having Christine and Jordan by my side. They were truly my biggest advocate the day of the wedding. When mishaps occurred with a vendor Christine and her team were on it - troubleshooting and resolving things immediately. It was such a relief to be able to just relax and enjoy my day. Our guests consistently tell us how much our wedding flowed perfectly and every detail seemed carefully thought through. I cannot recommend them enough!

    Best in the Business Don't Look Any Further

    There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Christine and her team are. This is a long post, but I want every bride in the area to go to Christine and I can’t underscore how she is worth every single penny.
    I got engaged November 2019. In December 2019 we interviewed two wedding planning services, both from referrals from other brides in the area. Our main concern for my fiancée and I was we lived in Washington, DC but wanted to get married in upstate New York due to family and emotional connections to the area. One interview wanted to talk about frivolous things, like what we liked about each other (irrelevant for wedding selection) not Christine, she wanted to hear our vision, what our goals were, and what both my fiancé and I wanted. We initially hired Christine to help us look for a venue, we flew up MLK weekend and went and looked at 3 venues with her and Jordan. They walked us through every aspect, and our vision. The third venue Christine sat in a freezing farmhouse next to a fireplace and a barn cat and guided us to our venue selection. Let me be clear, she did not pressure us in any capacity to the most expensive venue, she wanted us comfortable. She was respectful of my mother’s disability, and my father’s multiple repetitive questions. That day we chose our venue, and we chose our full-time wedding planner.
    While a full-time wedding planner is an investment, I look back on our wedding 3 months later and can tell you that without her we would not have had our dream wedding. Let me be clear also, if you budget only accommodates a part time planner, chose her. She will go to bat for you with every vendor, and the venue. We had to add a tent to our venue to accommodate due to covid. She advocated to the OWNER of the resort on our behalf and secured the last tent in the Northeast for our wedding day, as everyone realized they could have the capacity they wanted for their wedding during June of 2021. She went to venue multiple times before the date to ensure everything was running smoothly and we were on track with tent set up, food, accommodations.
    Jordan her assistant is also an amazing planner, our invitations were somehow sent to a 40th birthday in Montana. Jordan and Christine got on the phone with printer, found another printer, and quickly fixed the problem. If I was on my own, I would be out so much money and would have added so much more stress planning my own wedding. They consistently updated us on every problem and the solution. There isn’t a better duo in the area.
    Then three weeks before our wedding, I broke my ankle. She was the first call in the ER, not my parents but to Christine, she immediately worked with the venue on logistics to ensure our wedding day was as perfect as it could be. Golf carts to move me around, moving the wedding location so I could walk (hobble) down the aisle, an extra chair under the tale to put my foot up to rest. She ensured the first dance was absolute perfection and the pictures hid my leg perfectly. At one point, there may have been baby powder put on my leg to help.
    Beyond that, I can attest that Christine is one of those few people that has best qualities and character as a human. She is kind, generous, funny, protective, loving, and will give you the honest answer. She is beyond a wedding planner to me and my husband now, she is a dear friend that we cherish. She will be our planner for every major event in our lives moving forward. Hire her, hire Jordan, full time, part time, day of. She. Is. The. Best.

    Best money we could have spent

    We hired Jordan for day of coordination and it was SO WORTH IT!! She began working with us about 3 months in advance as we began working out the day of timeline and final details. She is really an expert and was so helpful with our hundreds of questions and made herself so accessible. There were so many things we just didn't think of or didn't know how to handle that she guided us through. She attended our rehearsal and we became even more thrilled with our decision. Day of she was by our side from the start and her team helped with all of the last minute details - assembling menus, placing signage, seating charts, etc. Anything we needed she was there for and willing and able to help. The first thing we told my parents the next morning was that it was the best money we could have included in our budget. We already can't wait to work with Jordan and Christine again for my sister's wedding. If you work with them your life will be easier!

    Made our wedding stress free!

    Christine, Jordan, and their team made our wedding a much more enjoyable event for us! We thought we didn’t need a planner. We realized the month before that there were many small details to coordinate, and we just wanted to be in the moment enjoying. We also had a lot of family from out of town, and we wanted to enjoy their company rather than planning every moment. CW events made this possible! We opted for the month of planning services, and I could not recommend this more. My husband and I were able to sit back on our wedding day and enjoy all the details as Jordan and her team helped execute everything flawlessly. If you’re wondering if it is worthwhile to hire a planner, it absolutely is, and Cw events was the perfect event planning team for us!

    I definitely recommend!

    We had a small wedding, but I knew from the beginning we would need a day of coordinator so myself, my husband, and our parents could actually enjoy the day instead of having to act as point people. I originally spoke with Christine on the phone, who assured me that her organizatoin would be able to provide all of the day of services we would need. Once we booked, Christine let me know that we would be working with Jordan, who was abolutely amazing! I'm not sure how we would have gotten through the day without her. I had several planning sessions with her and each time we spoke, she was professional and knowledgable. She always responded quickly to my quetsions and made me feel like I could depend on her. On the day of the event, she came with Tatianna, who was incredibly professional as well. They handled all of the small problems that arose as if it was nothing. Jordan thought of so many small things I never would have considered (such as putting a small pack of tissues on our table for when our family members gave their speeches) that made the day run much more smoothly.

    Now that our wedding is over, I don't know how we would of pulled off the wedding without Christine and her entire team. Throughout the eight months we worked with her, she was so organized, and honest (which is really important). Christine was able to help us with all the annoying time consuming tasks such as wedding blocks, transportation, day of schedule, and gift bags. She was also really helpful when meeting with our other vendors to make sure bases were always covered and along the theme of what we wanted from our wedding day. The day of our wedding me, my husband, and our family were able to sit back and relax and leave the stress to Christine, if there was something that happened I didn't know about it. Aside from having such a good experience with her, she's a really nice person who is so fun to work with! I would recommend her to anyone for any type of wedding!

    Before you even read this review you should call and book Christine and her team, it will be the best decision you make. We had the pleasure of working with Christine for about 18 months on various details such as hotels, transportation, flowers, day of stationary, welcome bags and day of coordination. I will repeat myself when I say it was the best decision we ever made. Christine took away so much stress, she thought of things we never dreamed of. She took our vision and helped bring it to life. For the week leading up to the wedding and the entire wedding weekend, Christine and her team were invaluable. All the little hiccups that came up (trust me something always does) we hadn’t the slightest clue they even happened. She was always available to us and checked in constantly making sure everything was all set. The little added touches that were unexpected left lasting impressions on our heart (rose petals in the bedroom, extra cider donuts at the end of the night - thanks Ali). I could really go on and on about them – outstanding, efficient and exceeded all expectations.

    I met with Christine early in the wedding planning process for a couple consultations to go over the wedding basics and make sure I was on the right track. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions but more importantly gave me the confidence that I was making the right decisions. A week before my wedding the catering manager/planner at our venue changed and I was worried that the day wouldn't go smoothly. I heard from another vendor that Christine was still available and called to book her right away for day of coordination. She was prompt in helping me create a schedule for the wedding day and even came to the rehearsal. The morning /early afternoon of our wedding day it poured and Christine made sure to keep me calm and helped me stay dry for pictures. Once the rain cleared up she worked with the venue very hard to make sure the ceremony was set up outside where we wanted and not in the alternate rain location. Christine and her team made sure the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were set up perfectly, organized a boat to meet us for pictures, helped me bustle my dress and change my hair, and made sure the fireworks show happened before the next storm came through. I can't thank Christine, Jess and Ali enough for making our wedding day so perfect and stress free!

    We had the most beautiful and well coordinated wedding, thanks to Ali and her team's planning expertise. We engaged CW Planning to provide day of coordination. Our venue was a private club and we had all of our guests staying on campus so there were plenty of logistical items to consider. Ali made it seem easy though, and I did not have one thing to worry about on the day of the wedding. Everything was executed just as I dreamed it would be and we had so much fun. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing us with such a lovely day!

    Hiring Christine's event firm was the best money we spent for our big day! Ali & Brandi coordinated our wedding and I cannot imagine the day without them. Ali coordinated with us for months beforehand; planning a minute by minute schedule for the day, hiring transportation to & from the venue, and doing a walk through on location with us. On the wedding day Ali & Brandi went above and beyond to make everything seamless and put out multiple fires; from stitching up my mother in law when her dress ripped right before the ceremony to helping our maid of honor find her lost phone at midnight after the wedding. These women are incredible. My husband and I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went during the ceremony and reception and it is all thanks to them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a planner or day of coordinator.

    There are truly no words to describe how grateful we are for Christine and her team! We were hesitant about hiring a day of coordinator as we felt that we had most things under control and organized but we are so glad we did! They are worth EVERY penny..

    Every little detail of our wedding day flowed seamlessly.. there was not ONE thing that went wrong! The girls were so kind, helpful and professional. By the end of the day, we felt like we had known the team forever and they just blended in with the crowd of our family and friends.     These guys are brilliant. I could not recommend them more highly. They made the whole process of planning the wedding so much easier. And on the day, they were invaluable.     Christine A. Wheat Special Events Firm was the perfect fit for my wedding. They understood my vision and brought my dreams to life! As a person living on the West Coast with parents that also live out of state, it was such a comfort to have feet on the ground to help with all the planning. Trust me, you have no idea how much goes into planning a wedding if you've never planned one before, it can be a full time job. So, if you don't want to quit yours to plan a wedding it's nice to have this firm's professional support. I cannot imagine how challenging it would have been especially the day of to have not had them there by my side making everything flow smoothly. My wedding was on a private island that can only be accessed by a small barge, this posed a lot of interesting challenges for my big day - but my planner Tonya and her team did an outstanding job facilitating all the vendors needs. It also POURED down rain on my wedding day and with an outdoor wedding ceremony, this was a disappointment, but they never missed a beat in coming up with a beautiful rain contingency plan that worked for me, my husband & our 230 guests. Of course, a day with so many moving parts is bound to have a few hick-ups, and there were a couple, but by putting my faith in Tonya & her team I barely noticed that anything was awry. I highly recommend this company if your planning a wedding or large event. They're the best.

    Christine provided day of coordination for our wedding and did an amazing job. She confirmed the schedule with all the vendors leading up to the wedding and helped manage what remaining payments needed to be made. It was such a relief just at the time when you need it! Christine was also so extremely helpful the day of the wedding, she literally took all stress off us and our families and took care of every last detail/question that came up.

    I cannot say enough good things about Christine and her team. As someone who wasn't sure if I needed a wedding planner, I can say that I am so glad I worked with Christine and I would advise everyone to use this service. We had the day of coordination package and it was one of, if not the best choice we made in planning our wedding. There are so many little details to take care of on the day of the wedding (and leading up to) that you don't anticipate and having someone else communicate with all the vendors and ensure everyone is where they need to be truly is invaluable. Also, Christine's personality will put you at ease and make you feel so special. She and her team think of every little detail. My advice to any bride (and groom) would be to hire Christine and her team for your wedding, you'll be so thankful you did.

    Christine Wheat was by the far the most importnat vendor that we used at our wedding. In the planning process she helped by gathering all of our information, making contacts with all of our vendors, and putting together an in depth schedule to make sure that everyone was on the same page. Half of the stress in worrying about things coming together, and Christine is the one that made it happen! Worth every cent and there is no possible way that we could have enjoyed that weekend as much as we did without her!

    If you are debating at all using a wedding planner, I would recommend using one because this is a once in a lifetime event that you deserve to feel great about. And if you are in the area, I would recommend Christine because she is a true professional and very very good at what she does!

    As the "check writer" for my daughter's recent wedding as well as being a hands on person (described by my daughter as a control freak) I seriously questioned the need for a wedding planner. Fortunately my predisposition did not prevail. The hiring of Christine Wheat Special Events Firm and the invaluable contributions of their wedding planner Tonya, were major contributors to making the event the rousing success that it was. Notwithstanding all the forethought, planning and consideration given to each of the myriad details that the participants and their families contemplated in the months prior to the wedding, it became apparent that when the wedding reached critical mass Tonya's guidance and management skills resulted in the flawless execution of the day’s events and, most importantly, freed us to take in and enjoy the celebration. Tonya proved to be a necessity rather than a luxury.

Using them was the easiest decision we made in selecting our vendors for our big day and it was money well spent. We mainly worked with Tonya and she was absolutely incredible. In leading up to our wedding, she kept in frequent contact with us making my now husband and I feel both at ease that everything would go as planned and made sure we had all of our bases covered. She put together helpful timelines for the day of and distributed them at the night of our rehearsal. On the day of, it felt great to not have to worry about anything.     I honestly don't know how I would of made it through this time without the help of Tonya. From the help and ideas she gave me from the beginning I knew this wedding was going to go off without a hitch! Day after day she was emailing to check in, seeing if we needed anything. I will say my favorite part of working with Tonya was having one of my girlfriends call me who was doing my bridesmaids hair and saying, " Tonya just called to confirm everything" maybe it's a little thing but my mom and I just looked at each other and I think for the first time of wedding week just took a huge breath because we knew we were taken care of.

    Wedding day was amazing Tonya showed up and I didn't think about a thing for the rest of the day. I was told when todo each thing and I sat back and enjoyed my champaign and the anticipation! The ceremony came and went everything was perfect. I got to marry the man of my dreams and what's scary? We looked like pros! The reception was amazing as well. My mom and I didn't have a worry in the world. My husband and I danced all night and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Tonya for being there, From touching up my lip stick or helping with my dress coming undone and making sure my husband and I were taken care of you wore many hats that day I don't think you left a single one at home, even the helping the bride use the restroom one, not glamorous but also something one doesn't think about until that night!

    Christine Wheat and Kerry Hasselbach were our planners on our wedding day. We had initially hired Christine for day of coordination, but 3 weeks out we realized that we needed more help. Christine was up to the challenge and her her the last three weeks was invaluable. She is such a professional and handles everything with a cool and calm demeanor. Christine and Kerry whipped us into shape during our rehearsal even though it was down pouring at our outdoor venue, we rehearsed in the reception space and they didn't miss a beat. Day of Christine and Kerry not only helped create a dream wedding venue but they made sure everything was on track with the entire bridal party and families. They handled the event transportation like it was nothing and just made the day appear to be completely seamless to not only me but the all the guests, which is not easy feat.     Where do I begin! After our first meeting, I knew that we were in excellent hands for our wedding day. Going through every detail on a minute to minute basis was not only reassuring, but it was also very exciting to live through the wedding even before it happened. All of your follow up phone calls and e-mails were greatly appreciated. Knowing that you confirmed every detail with all of our other wonderful vendors was very comforting.

    I took a deep sigh of relief when you, Kate and Taylor arrived the day of our wedding. I couldn’t help but notice how professional you looked in your matching attire (with pearls of course). From that moment on, you and your team made sure everyone was doing what they needed to in the most polite and apparently effortless manner.

    A “carefree day for the client,” is a dramatic understatement! It was the details that one would not necessarily plan for or consider for a wedding day, such as, providing drinking straws so the bride does not disturb her freshly applied makeup, touching up the brides lip gloss all day to make sure it was perfect, being on constant standby to help with the bride’s train, caring for the bride’s dogs, to a reassuring wink at times during the day that makes what you and your team do so special. The other, more anticipated aspects what you and your team do, were flawless as well. Dmitriy and I will never be able to thank you enough. You, Kate and Taylor will always have a special place in the memories of our wedding day as we feel that you not only coordinated the details but lived through every one with us.     Christine Wheat was the best decision my fiancé and I made during our whole wedding process!! We choose Christine for day of coordination. Looking back on my wedding I cannot imagine it without her! She dealt with everything from coordinating our transportation for guests, to dealing with family dynamics and different personalities, and in fact she was the one who figured out how to zip up my wedding dress! Christine and her staff are very professional at all times throughout the wedding. They make sure everything is running smoothly and if its not, the bride and groom will never know.     When we originally began to plan our wedding, we did not think we needed the services of a wedding coordinator or planner. After second thought and attending plenty of weddings, we began to notice a trend. The bride, groom, close family, and friends were spending their wedding day and week worried about details and possible issues with vendors. Based on this experience, we decided to go with prior recommendations and see if Christine's firm was available (lucky us they were). The entire experience helped us organize even more, and think of several ideas that would make the day even better (i.e., through filling out worksheets and meeting with the coordinators). No matter how many weddings you have been to or wedding magazines and blogs you read, these ladies can't be beat. We ended up working with Maddie and Ashley for our big day.
    We could not be more thankful for having those two lovely ladies helping us during the planning meetings, that week, and on our wedding day. If you want a wedding day where you get to enjoy all the moments and have someone take care of the details and your concerns, you will never regret having a wedding coordinator. It was truly a very small price to pay to have all of your expenses from that day work the way you wanted. We even had a catastrophe handled with grace (i.e., the wedding shuttle broke down and Maddie sprung into action). Everything from decorations, special touches, photos with loved ones, and other important memories were all checked and re-checked. My husband and I were left to enjoy every moment.

    Let me start off by saying that had we not hired Christine Wheat and her awesome team our wedding would have been in shambles. When you hire a wedding coordinator you want someone who will have your back and know how to handle ANYthing no matter what happens. You really find out the value of a vendor when things go wrong, and when the bride ends up missing the reception and going to the ER but all the guests still have an amazing time (so amazing that some people didn't even notice the bride and groom weren't there) you know you hired the best wedding coordinator on the planet.
    Christine explained everything, every step of the way from our initial conversation to our options she was always flexible with us and kept us informed. We hired Christine and team for the "day of coordination" package which included 3 meetings prior. She always was able to answer our questions and keep us calm, no matter how stressful wedding planning got!
    Hiring Christine and team was one of the best decisions. We are so glad David Michael Schmidt recommended her! If we have any events in the future on a large scale we will be sure to hire her and I am already recommending her to all my friends. Thank you Christine for making our wedding night as smooth as could possibly be with the bride and groom not being there!!!!

    Christine was a lifesaver and made sure that the day went off without a single problem. I would highly recommend the services of Christine A. Wheat Special Events Firm to all brides.

    Christine helped me early on in the process to make sure that I had all the best vendors lined up and as the big day got closer, she ensured that everything was going to be perfect. All of the confirmation details and itinerary planning was expertly handled by Christine and her team.

    The week before the wedding, my (now) husband actually said to me that I didn't seem as stressed out and crazy as I should be and asked if it was because Christine was dealing with all the crazy!

    The day of coordination was flawless and there is no possible way that the wedding would have been so perfect without the skill and experience of Christine and her team. Christine is professional, exceptionally good at what she does, and effortlessly classy.

    If I could rate Christine higher than a 5, I would! I can't imagine having a wedding without her. We hired Christine for "day of coordination" but that term is deceiving. We had a long phone meeting before we officially hired her and then had many other contacts as well as an extremely thorough face-to-face meeting before the wedding. We then met a few days before at our venue to finalize every last detail and give Christine and Brandi (her very competent assistant) all items for the wedding. We didn't have to worry about bringing or setting up anything the day of the wedding. She provided a minute-by-minute schedule for vendors and the wedding party. As wonderful as that was, the real true test of her amazing coordination came on the wedding day. She and Brandi arrived at the hotel where everyone was getting ready and immediately a sense of calm and order overcame the chaos of the day! Christine has this wonderful ability (gift) of being able to get things done extremely efficiently while remaining calm, professional and reassuring. In addition to coordinating with all vendors, she handled all the little things you don't even think about that can cause such stress if they're overlooked such as making sure everyone's bags were brought to the reception and having stain sticks available to remove lipstick on the wedding dress! At the end of the night, Christine and Brandi even packed my car and brought the gifts to our hotel room. If I could give all brides (and especially their moms!) one essential piece of advice to make their wedding as stress-free as possible, it would be to hire Christine Wheat!

    I could not begin to imagine pulling of our special day without the help of Christine Wheat and her team! My sister-in-law had Christine coordinate her day of services when she was getting married and sang this event firm's praises. I knew when I was planning my wedding that I wanted to work with Christine because of the rave reviews she has reviewed as well as my first hand knowledge of her and her team's professionalism. Christine's team planned our minute to minute schedule for our August wedding. I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out because of the time and effort this firm placed into our special day. They eased my mind of any stress on our big day and made sure that we were on schedule. I would recommend this firm to any bride!!!

    There are not enough words to describe how amazing Christine and her staff are. From the start of our wedding planning to the very last dance, Christine and her team were flawless.     Our wedding would not have been the same with out Christine and her team of planners that made our day as smooth as silk. We had a very detailed event and it would have been impossible for us to handle on our own. It's was our event designer David Michael Schmidt who recommended we hire Christine as he is used to pulling of the next to impossible events and he and Christine made our day pure magic!

    We used Christine for Day of Coordination services and could not be happier with our decision!

    At first, I didn't think we would need a Day of Coordinator. But once I saw how many little details make up a wedding day, I knew that we needed some help! At our first meeting with Christine, we saw what a professional she truly is and we knew that she was exactly what we needed to make our wedding day run smoothly and stress free.

    Christine kept us on track with a few planning meetings and phone calls before our wedding. She had lots of great suggestions that we never would have thought of on our own.

    The week of our wedding, Christine came to our final venue meeting as well as our rehearsal. She took care of organizing all of the little details so that we wouldn't have anything to worry about.

    The day of the wedding, Christine and her two assistants made everything down to the smallest detail happen on time and according to our wishes. She anticipated our every need and calmed our nerves when it got closer to ceremony time. She and her assistants allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about a thing. I cannot thank them enough for helping us to have the wedding of our dreams!

    I wouldn't get married without Christine

    Christine was indispensable to our wedding. From insider tips about our venue (The Sagamore) to crucial advice and information about all of our vendors to coordinating and dealing with day-of logistics, I cannot say enough about how much Christine and her team's contributions made our wedding more perfect than we could have hoped for. We had a number of long phone calls where she listened to our preferences and price points and provided recommendations on vendors - each one of which turned out to be amazing. For us, who lived a few hours away from The Sagamore and were totally unfamiliar with the vendors in the area, Christine's experience, expertise and guidance proved especially important. She also gave helpful recommendations based on our preferences on where we could cut back and where we should be putting our money. She and her team made sure that everything ran smoothly and any last minute hiccups were taken care of so that my now husband and I along with our bridal party could relax (as much as that's possible) and enjoy the day (which was possible!). Our bridal party actually and our parents commented on how in control and on top of things Christine and her team were. Just one example of how Christine was on top of things that never would have crossed my mind - when we were cutting our cake the handle of the knife we were using snapped off and Christine somehow managed to hand us another knife to cut the cake within seconds. I have no idea how she got a backup knife so quickly, but she did and the video is fantastic. We had an absolutely amazing wedding day and I attribute much of that to Christine and her team.

    Christine was a live saver on the wedding day - with a huge family and huge bridal party, having Christine and her assistant there to help corral everyone where they needed to be while also tending to me and making sure we were having fun was incredibly helpful! She was very nice and hands on in making sure everything ran smoothly with the vendors and the venue. She also helped coordinate the rehearsal of the ceremony the evening before so that everyone knew where they needed to be during the ceremony. She was great at keeping us on schedule without being too pushy beforehand and kept hold of important documents etc (like the wedding license!) so that we could just have fun. She also ensured we had schedules written up for the family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen ahead of time so that everyone involved in the wedding knew where to be and when throughout the whole day. Plus, she was able to make sure my dress was fluffed and looked great for all of our photos :) Had a great experience working with her both on the day of and leading up to the wedding!

    I am so happy that I hired the Christine Wheat team for Day of Coordination of my wedding. I'm generally a super planner, but I definitely wanted someone to handle all of the details the day of so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Ali was there the entire day, working with the venue team and making sure that we were staying on schedule and that all was going to plan. I would highly recommend their services!

    We booked Ali and Jordan as our day of coordinators and they were wonderful, patient, and very nice. Overall it was wonderful never having to look at the clock the day of our wedding - I was able to sit back and not have to boss anyone around, and therefore I was present in the moment to enjoy the day. Ali also took the initiative to add 45 minutes to the photographer start time so we could have more time for our couples photos - which I am SO happy we did. Everything was on time, flowed well, and the guests were all impressed by the easy transitions. In retrospect, I would just recommend being very clear with them about your expectations for how they will run the day. Since I am very organized and slightly controlling, I expected them to thoroughly explain and execute every detail precisely - which they did a lot, but there were a few misses (2 guests standing at ceremony despite empty chairs at front; 1 usher just greeting guests that should have been seating them too; a few dance floor mishaps of my bustle breaking and a guest broke a glass - where would have been nice if 1 of them was in my eyesight to help). I was really very happy that I got a chance to relax and enjoy the day and just go with the flow, which is truly a blessing on your wedding day!

    We hired Christine for day of coordination 1.5 year before our wedding. Our meetings went well & she was responsive via e-mail most of the time. The week of the wedding she informed us she had booked a wedding the night of our rehearsal & wouldn't be there, but would send an assistant we never worked with before in her place. The rehearsal was tough as we had a large party & issues with the organist. The assistant did the best she could, but Christine should've been there. The wedding day Christine arrived & asked me what she needed to do still. I told her the only thing left was pay the musicians (who would NOT play until paid). She went to find envelopes, never ended up getting them, the money was left behind & on our way to the church we had to turn around & go back making us start 40 minutes late. When we went to do pictures after church we had to pay to get into the place so I gave her my credit card as she had the list of everyone that had to get in. She told the place 4 extra people that didn't exist so I was overcharged by almost $50. She also missed a lot of our photo shots we had asked her to let our photographer know about. Paul had to stay on top of her cause our reception was running behind at 9:15 & our photog & videog had to leave by 10. She asked them to stay later to finish capturing our day. We e-mailed her on our honeymoon about her overcharging my credit card & she never responded. We e-mailed her after our honeymoon letting her know our disappointment & all the issues we had problems with (there were more than we can fit here, so we only listed the really big ones). She took the blame for nothing & didn't even offer to reimburse me for my credit card being overcharged. She said she "counted heads" when she had the list of people in front of her. It was also embarrassing when our bridal party said that I wasted my money on her because she didn't do a lot of what we paid for. Sadly, she was the biggest disappointment on our day.
