Best wedding planner out there!!

Christina truly is the best wedding planner out there. Not only was she able to jump in last minute, under pressure and make my wedding day a true fairytale, but she also made me feel heard, understood, and was so excited for me. You can tell she truly loves her job and wants to make everyone’s wedding day spectacular and perfect. Christina made it possible for my husband and I to have the wedding of our dreams! We’re so grateful for her and all of her help. Not only did she go above and beyond in the most important things- like picking out a good florist, giving recommendations on caterers, tents, etc., but she also made sure to send us back to the hotel on our wedding night with extra entrées and cake because she knew we wouldn’t have the time to eat while entertaining our guests. She truly thought of everything, down to the smallest details!

AMAZING Wedding Planner

I cannot recommend Christina and Emily enough! I hired them as my day-of coordinators for our wedding after getting a recommendation from our venue, Belle Meade Historic Site, and I’m so glad I did. From my very first call with Christina, I knew she was the one — she was organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly.

Since I only hired them for day-of coordination, I started working with them three months before the wedding, which was perfect. Every other planner I looked at only started working a month out, which I felt wasn’t enough time to go through all the details. Christina and Emily made sure every little thing was covered, and their guidance made the day so smooth and stress-free.

On the wedding day, Emily was an absolute lifesaver — keeping everything on track, handling any unexpected issues, and letting me actually enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. They truly made everything seamless, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and support!

What can I say about Christina Logan? She is EVERYTHING. I am so glad my husband and I picked her to be our wedding month-of coordinator! She made sure everything was perfect on our big day and more importantly, that we were happy and stress-free. From the start, Christina was responsive to all our emails and calls, knowledgeable about our venue and what we could do, and just so easy to work with, talk to, and depend on. Christina Logan Events a Skilled and Genuinely Passionate Wedding Planner

One of the most exciting times of life is having a daughter to celebrate when the man she loves ask her to marry him. Recently our daughter, Allie, was joyfully engaged and the time had arrived for wedding planning. We agreed that the guidance of a Wedding Planner was definite, yet had no idea where to start. Not having sources that had used an independent wedding planner, we perused internet reviews and one name floated to the top over and over. Her reviews were stellar and her pictures exciting. Together we agreed to reached out the CHRISTINA LOGAN EVENTS and set up a meeting with Christina Logan.
Aware that planning a wedding was complex - complicated by Allie’s work schedule and with me living out of state - it was critical to find the right person to tackle our lives while pulling together the dream wedding. As Christina introduced herself, it was clear that we were in the presence of someone who was not only skilled at her craft but genuinely passionate about making Allie’s special day perfect. Our anxiety slipped away, knowing we met our perfect wedding planner, we joyfully hired Christina Logan Events to plan Allie and Alex’s wedding.
Christina quickly presented a detail outline of our budget and put together a board of Allie’s thoughts - dress ideas, colors and flowers – a highlight of her dream. It was spot on! Allie’s text to Christina was “So excited! You’re doing amazing pinpointing my vague idea!” We were realizing the fortune of finding Christina, who was professional, dedicated, giving attention to detail that was beyond our comprehension. Before long, a delightful sense of humor emerged from Christina, making the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free.

Christina worked effortlessly through every phase, no matter how big or small, ensuring everything was executed flawlessly. She respectfully listened to Allie’s ideas, saw her vision, and worked tirelessly to bring it beautifully to life. (And thank God for that sense of humor which was fully appreciated when attention to numbers attending and table assignments were required). With everything perfectly in place prior to the wedding, on ceremony day, Christina was a stealth spirit of perfection. She set finial touches on tables, perfected the bridal cake, straightened the groomsmen, pinned my dress lining, oversaw food service and the entertainment, orchestrated the wedding party, ensured all facilities were well-maintained, and more. The evening flowed flawlessly as she guided Allie and Alex with calming ease and complete support …. Always with her lovely smile. At night’s end, not missing a step, she had the getaway car packed and awaiting the new Mr. & Mrs., sparklers passed out, arms open sending Allie and Alex off with hugs. It was beautifully moving for me, Mother of the Bride. Christina was a highly treasured part of Allie’s wedding journey. She also became a cherished friend, whom I miss speaking with weekly. We are forever grateful for this Angel – truly a gift from God.

Seamless Wedding Weekend!

I could not say enough great things about Christina. From the moment we had our first call with her to see if she would be a good fit for us, I had no doubt in my mind that she would be. Throughout the whole planning season, she continued to prove this to be true. From understanding my vision to communicating with vendors to brainstorming ideas, she allowed me to have a footing in the process while also taking a step back in certain areas to alleviate stress. It was very important to me to enjoy being engaged and feel excited about getting married, and Christina allowed this to happen. She is sure of herself, yet kind. She offers many suggestions, yet remains open to your ideas. She gets things done efficiently, while also being a friendly face and listening ear. She responds quickly via phone calls and emails. I appreciate all of the things that she did behind the scenes to made my wedding day so special. She also planned our rehearsal dinner, and she exceeded my expectations on that as well. Christina is the best!

Christina was so great to work with! We booked her as our “month-of” coordinator, and I’m not sure what we would have done without her. Even before her contract kicked in, she gave us such helpful tips about rentals and vendor recommendations, and then was SO helpful in tying up all the loose strings at the end and getting us across the finish line. She was incredibly professional and had worked with all of our vendors and venue many times before, which made all of the little details so smooth and simple. And day-of, she handled EVERYTHING behind the scenes, so we were truly able to enjoy the event without worrying about everything in the background. I couldn’t recommend her more!

We went with Christina for month-of + day-of coordination, and I'm so glad we did! This was my first time planning a large event (let alone a wedding), and Christina was always there to answer questions and help me make decisions along the way. She made us feel comfortable about the flow of the ceremony, helped bring things to the venue, coordinated everything beautifully day-of, and helped ensure everything was in order and wrapped up once it was over. Book Her Immediately

My husband and I got married at the Country Music Hall of Fame in October 2021 and Christina was nothing short of fabulous in planning our wedding. She was able to translate my (likely confusing) vision of "eclectic/boho, yet elevated, formal, but not stuffy" and all my other vignettes of desires into a beautiful event that was unfortgettable and most importantly...felt like us. Hire her now because: A) She helped us plan ours from TX, and she's incredibly good at making weekends for vendor visits super efficient. B) Her vendor recs are AMAZING. Everyone we used was exceptional in their craft and kind. C) I had a lot on my plate work-wise and she kept me on task, which I am sure was a full-time job at times. Even more impressive--we moved and started a new job a month before the wedding, and she went above and beyond to get us through the final phases.

My biggest regret looking back would be that I should have booked her for full planning services instead of partial. Can't speak highly enough.

The BEST Wedding Management!

Whether you are the least organized bride or the most organized bride, I promise that Christina will be the biggest asset to your wedding. Christina provided wedding management services for our October 2021 wedding, and working with her was an incredible experience. When we postponed in 2020, Christina was flexible and supportive. She continued to check-in with us over our yearlong postponement and was always available to answer questions. As our new wedding date approached, we were in touch daily to review details and Christina was in contact with all of my many, many day-of vendors to ensure the big day would be flawless. She went above and beyond every step of the way to make our wedding day completely stress-free for us. One of the groomsmen even said that he had never been to a wedding where everything just flowed so seamlessly. Christina's expertise in wedding coordination, her amazing organization skills, and her spunky, positive attitude made her an absolute joy to work with. Although I'm sure Fall 2021 was likely one of the busiest wedding seasons for Christina, she truly made my husband and I feel like our wedding was her number one focus. Wedding Planner Perfection!

Christina is insanely talented, and beyond wonderful to work with. Her work is intertwined with genius, love, organization, and perfection. She listened to us and took very detailed notes as to what was important to us as a couple and she took our vision and brought it to life.

Christina is also so patient and caring. Like so many other couples, we had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic and not only were we fortunate that she had our date available, but she was so understanding and kind during that time. She had an additional year of answering all of my emails, text messages, phone calls that were riddled with anxiety, and dealing with me, but she really made me feel like I was the most important bride and that she was giving me her undivided attention, as I’m positive she does all her brides!

Her organizational skills are outstanding and she kept me on task and was so communicative with all of our vendors and myself, I never worried or got too stressed out. Christina is a straight-up professional who is well-connected in the wedding industry/event planning world. When you hire her, you are hiring an expert who will ensure your big day goes as smoothly as possible. On your big day, you want to focus on the special moments, not the details that make your head spin. I am talking day of and the 20 months of planning before-hand. She is ON IT with organization, phone calls, emails, etc. despite being a mom of two little ones!

Christina is someone everyone needs on their side planning a big event! She is straight forward, direct, honest and can get things done. My daughter's wedding was a big one for us. It was in a city we don't know very well and during a pandemic... Christina showed us a venue we would have never considered and it was perfect. Christina did a wonderful job coordinating our wedding. Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful, but she always made us feel at ease and helped us through each decision. She got very creative with ways to help facilitate social distancing, was very responsive whenever we had questions and was just great to work with. She truly went above and beyond to make the day special, while also keeping the timeline moving in an organized way. I would recommend Christina to anyone who will listen! She really is the best!

Wonderful!!

My mom and I had not been involved in planning anyone’s wedding before (other than my moms before my time) so we were pretty clueless and had a million questions. Christina answered all our questions and was so patient advising us through the planning process. Christina is extremely organized and made sure I didn’t need to worry about anything on wedding day! Literally Couldn't Have Done It Without Her!

I cannot say enough good things about Christina. She is truly a godsend and the epitome of professionalism, and I can say for a fact that our wedding would not have happened without her!
Christina knows all of the best folks in the business to help make your day perfect. There were basically zero hiccups day-of, and any issue that did arise, Christina and her amazing team took care of it immediately (seriously, her team is unreal).

In regards to planning, I showed Christina photo after photo of what I was envisioning, and she was able to consolidate everything and create a gorgeous, cohesive vision for our wedding day. Everything from the venue, to the centerpieces, to the bridesmaid dresses, to the cake - Christina was able to execute every single detail SO flawlessly. It was the most beautiful day.

If the situation arises, Christina is exceptional at handling difficult family members, as well. She was able to divert their stress/negativity with the utmost professionalism, and ensured that our wedding day ran smoothly, and for that I will be forever grateful!

If you are looking for someone to plan the wedding of your dreams, Christina is the one to do it. Words cannot do justice to express how perfect our day was because of her hard work, attention to detail, and her genuinely kind spirit.

Best Planner Ever!

Our experience working with Christina planning our wedding was incredible! After our initial meeting with her, we knew she would be the one we can count on to make the wedding planning as easy as possible, and she absolutely delivered! She is extremely organized, and perfects everything to the last detail. I had no idea how to describe what I wanted for our wedding, but Christina helped us create a vision for our wedding that made us feel so excited! We looked at several venues together, and she was able to communicate with vendors and ask questions we would have never thought of! She was so patient with every question my husband and I asked, and provided us with answers that made us feel at ease. I had no stress the week of our wedding, which is not very common for a bride to say! Our family and friends were so impressed by her at our rehearsal, and of course at our wedding. They say it was one of the best weddings they've attended, and I have to agree with them! Our wedding day was absolute perfection and went smoothly. We had a venue that was "flipped" (the ceremony and reception were in the same room) and it went perfectly, I was able to focus on having a good time with friends and family. I feel like I didn't lift a finger during the planning process or on our wedding day. We cannot thank Christina enough for creating the best day of our life. Best Choice We Made

If I had known what I know now I would have hired Christina to plan THE WHOLE WEDDING for our daughter!!! She far exceeded our expectations. Christina is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and focused on details. Any time I felt frantic or panicky about a certain detail her confidence and logic would calm my fears. I just loved her wit, attitude and willingness to help us, she went above and beyond! With Christina’s help our daughter had a magical wedding day and as the MOB I had the added bonus of having a stress free day knowing that Christina was taking care of everything!!!

Professional, fun, and on top of it!

Christina made our day go so smoothly! I didn’t even have to think about what was next. She was on top of everything! When we had to move our outdoor wedding to under the pavilion, she took care of the whole thing so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Christina Logan is one of a kind!

Christina was a delight! She is just as professional as she is loving! She really cares about your day as much as you do, but does everything she can to keep you on budget! Not only did I absolutely LOVE working with her, so did my parents (she keeps the budget right on track!) I looked forward to every meeting with Christina Logan and her team, she knows every vendor so well and they respect her as well! This became evident early on in my planning, when every vendor we met with would say "you are working with my favorite planner!" and that makes a bride-to-be feel so great! I did not worry about 1 thing on my wedding day, I knew she had it all handled. The best part was all of my family was coming to Nashville from out of town, and when they got to town for the ceremony, they could relax and celebrate because Christina was there! Stressfree process and amazing results

Having Christina as our planner was the BEST decision we made during this process. It was a hard one, as we contemplated many of the same questions you listed above, but she delivered with everything she said. She guided us through the planning process with such ease and made our wedding day stress free. Her ability to get to know us and listen to our likes, and dislikes allowed her to create an aesthetic for our wedding that was one of a kind, tailored exactly for us. Many of our friends at our wedding said "this wedding fits the two of you." It truly was everything we hoped and imagined it to be.

Part of the reason I believe Christina was able to create such a magical day for us is because of her excellent communication skills. She got to know us through phone calls, emails, and visits. Which made it easy for her to understand who we were as a couple and translate in to our beautifully executed wedding day. There was rarely a week that went by that we didn't at a minimum email. She came with us to every vendor appointment and had calls with us when we needed to talk out our options or make decisions. She truly was available when we needed her and we never once felt like we hadn't heard from her. I knew she had other couples she was planning for, but it truly felt like we were the only ones.

One of the very first things we did with Christina was sit down to discuss our budget. From this discussion she was able to create a comprehensive budget breakdown of everything you'll need for the wedding. Her knowledge of all the vendors around Nashville is extensive, so she was able to provide us various vendor options based on how much money we allotted for each item. If we were at a risk of making a decision that would put us over our allotted budget she let us know right away so we could make a decision for how we wanted to proceed.

There’s nothing I would change about our wedding, nor the way Christina executed and planned it. She made it perfect!

Perfect Day Made Easy

Christina Logan is amazing - in one word. I was planning a wedding in only 4 months and the woman crushed it! I only did partial planning with her, but she made the whole process so easy - she kept me on budget, handled all the catering, rentals and service team and helped me with all the things I needed to complete on my end.

My wedding and reception turned in SO perfect. I was pretty stressed leading up to the day, but when I dropped everything off with Christina and her team, I rode the rest of the day out easy. If you want someone who knows their stuff, can create anything you dream up, and it pleasant (but firm when needed!) - this is Christina.

We just had an elegant back yard wedding and used Christina as our wedding "day-of" planner. We're both self employed in our thirties and figured we didn't need to spend the money on a planner. "We could do it ourselves" we said.

We agreed to meet with her anyway and thought it couldn't hurt and maybe it'd be worth it. Within 10 minutes of her being here on the initial meeting she had already brought up a dozen things we hadn't thought of or even knew we needed to figure out.

That was about 45 days from the wedding. We were in contact nearly every day after that about some detail of the wedding she wanted to be sure was perfect - even though she was just our day-of planner. I remember my (now) wife and I talking about it, that even if she didn't do anything on the wedding day itself her fee was already justified.

Then the wedding day came around. Her and her assistant spent over 12 hours here coordinating, directing, and physically moving things around. During the ceremony I realized I had never gave my best man the rings and I was freaking out. But when the officiant asked for them, he had them. Christina had made sure he had them. There are literally dozens of instances where we were like thank goodness we have Christina!!

Seriously she is worth every penny and honestly doesn't charge enough for what she does! Hire her.

Christina Logan is phenomenal! We hired her for the full planning service and it was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We had a long engagement and she worked with us for almost 2 years to plan our dream wedding. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and so fun to talk to and bounce ideas off of. As a very indecisive bride who was planning a Nashville wedding from afar, I knew I could trust her to give me her honest opinion and help me make decisions every step of the way, from choosing vendors down to the last minute details. When we started planning, I didn't have a clear picture of how I wanted the wedding to look, but Christina helped me develop my wedding style over many emails, phone calls, and pinterest boards, and then brought my dream to life on the day of.

After my hair/makeup trial went awry, I was ready to panic but Christina found a solution almost immediately. She had everything under control, and I was confident that she could handle anything that might go wrong. We had the perfect day and Christina executed the wedding flawlessly! My husband and I weren't stressed on our big day AT ALL. We had the best day imaginable and knew our wedding was in great hands. I wanted to write my own review of Christina Logan design. I know my wife will write one too. When we got engaged, we were on the fence about getting a wedding planner and then we were on the fence about how involved did we want them to be. HANDS DOWN, the best decision we made during our wedding planning. She was there when we needed her even if it was a silly question or something more important.

She made the planning process simply, easy, and enjoyable. The day of our wedding was flawless. She coordinated everything with such grace. You can tell that she is extremely talented and enjoys what she does. I have nothing but good things to say about Christina. Also, on a side note, she is a talented calligrapher as well. We had her write out our invitation addresses, she did superb.

Christina Logan Design is the only option you should consider when selecting a wedding planner. We could not have been any happier.

Christina Logan is an absolute God send, and hiring her was the best decision we made when we began planning our wedding. I'll never forget how she came into my life- I'd reached out to another wedding planner, and she had referred me to Christina, connecting us through text. The first time I talked to Christina on the phone, it was meant to be! I felt at ease, like someone had reached into my childhood wedding dreams and was about to make them all reality. The funny thing was, I didn't have a real clear picture of what my wedding was supposed to look like, but I wanted it to feel like a certain way... a hugeeeeeeee partttyyyyy!!!! Hiring Christina was the absolute best decision I made in the wedding planning process. I was planning a wedding in Nashville remotely and became overwhelmed within 24 hours of being engaged. I researched planners and Christina responded promptly, asking if we could chat on the phone so she could get to know me. I knew as soon as I talked to her that she was the one we should hire.
She is insanely good at what she does. She has relationships with all Nashville vendors and is so helpful at navigating contracts as well. Above all, though, she is easy to talk to, fun to be around, and such a good listener. She was on top of every detail throughout the entire process and kept me as free of stress as possible. Our wedding was the absolute greatest day of my life and a lot of that was thanks to Christina and her team. She took the time to get to know me and my (now) husband, communicated openly and regularly with me (and my mom), and helped us stay in the budget we gave her while still getting everything we wanted (and more). Wow! Christina was by far the best investment we made. We only used Christina's month-of coordination services, but she was so responsive and was there for us through every step of the process. She recommended DJs at different price ranges, answered any and all questions we had about contracts and what was reasonable to spend on vendors, called and emailed to check up on us and remind us of important deadlines, and made sure the month before was as stress-free as possible. As a long-distance bride through this process, Christina was there to help my mom when I could not and made us both feel like we didn't need to worry. She was concise and professional, never wasting our time, but always there to comfort and reassure us when we needed the help.

The month of the wedding she took care of all the scheduling and reaching out to every vendor to ensure that everyone would be where they said they were when they said they would. She made sure all contracts were followed to the letter and that we didn't need to worry about anything but enjoying the process and getting to the venue on time. On the day of the wedding a huge thunderstorm rolled in (I was getting married outside so, yikes!), she made sure all the chairs were moved under the tent, everyone knew where they were now walking in from and even walked me to the aisle under a borrowed umbrella. All while rocking an awesome fanny pack and also while pregnant (mad props, because WOW). My guests all commented on how flawlessly the day went, rain and all, and I know for a fact it is because Christina was in charge!

Needless to say, I'm a huge fan of Christina and I can imagine no better person to trust with your wedding day and all your months of planning.

When the long awaited plan for a beautiful garden wedding at Belle Meade Plantation was suddenly changed by severe thunderstorms she coordinated the quick transition from garden to tent for 200+ guests and made it seem effortless. If you want to eliminate the seemingly obligatory anxiety that goes along with planning a wedding, give Christina a call.

Our wedding day went smoother than either of us could have imagined, and it’s largely due to Christina’s guidance and particular attention to detail. From our first phone call, she quickly understood the look and feel that we were going for and kept in touch in the months leading up to the big day. In the final weeks, she really helped us stay on top of our vendors and made sure they all knew when and where to be. She pored over all of our contracts, notified us of the smallest discrepancies, and assured us that we were well on our way to a fantastic day.

The day of we quite literally showed up and everything was exactly where it should be. Throughout the evening, we were never wanting for a drink or worried that the band would miss a favorite song, never interrupted by venue staff needing our opinion, and by the end of the party we were a bit surprised at just how smoothly the night had gone. We actually got to enjoy ourselves!

Christina was a delight to work with and we can’t recommend her highly enough!

Christina was our partial planner, and we were SO glad we had her help! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I came into the planning process with a venue booked and no clue about anything else, and Christina worked with me from start to finish to educate me about all my options, provide advice, and connect me with the best vendors. We actually saved money by working with Christina because of the vendors she recommended. It was especially helpful to have her help in the days before the wedding, when I handed every single thing over to her and could enjoy the time with my family and friends. There was zero wedding day stress because Christina was in charge! Christina also has impeccable style and I knew I could trust her to perfectly transform our venue into the vision we had talked about. One of my very favorite moments of the day was walking into the venue and seeing that everything had come together and looked even better than I could've imagined- my husband's jaw dropped! Christina always responded to me super quickly and supported me through my 10-question emails, mini freak outs, and even a last minute venue change. Christina. Is. Amazing. She nailed it. All of it. She was organized. She was professional. She was attentive. She was on top of everything. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. She is very good at what she does. Leading up the wedding, she kept constant communication with me. Her timing of what needed to be done was on point. She thought of things that I would have missed completely. She was prompt when responding to any questions or concerns. I didn't have to think or worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I was so calm and relaxed because I knew she had it all handled. Christina and Sarah took care of everything flawlessly. Her execution of the timeline throughout the day and night was impeccable. We gave her some leeway on the setup and decor and it turned out better than if I would have done it myself. She handled the vendors like a champ. And she did all of it with ease. I can't recommend Christina enough! I knew when she responded to my initial email asking for more information about her services within 15 minutes that we were going to be fast friends. Her responsiveness continued throughout the 14 months we worked together- she was so on top of everything (and did a great job keeping me on schedule). She's also an incredibly kind, friendly, funny, and humble person, so it was such a joy to work with her throughout the planning process.
Outside of being a great person, she's incredibly talented at what she does. She recommended excellent vendors within our budget (which she helped us create), she always had her eye out for design ideas that fit with my vision, and she helped us navigate everything from major event components (buffet vs. seated vs. stations) to minor etiquette questions. Our wedding day was perfect and went off without a hitch. Thanks to Christina and her team, I don't think a single thing went wrong, or if it did, I didn't know about it. The only disappointment is that I don't get to talk to Christina as often.

Lifesaving!

Opted for the "Middle of the Road" package (not full wedding planning, but more than day of) with this lovely duo. Worked with Alessa based out of LA, who was a God-send!
We started contact about 1 year before the wedding. She provided us with a wedding checklist, master spread-sheets, and basic guidance for how to go about setting up the perfect wedding. We met in person with Alessa about 8 months before the wedding to touch base in addition to intermittent emails and phone calls to check in. She guided us through the entire process as we approached the day of the wedding.
Tough issues she helped us navigated include (but are nowhere limited to): Inviting twice as many guests as our venue could hold, surprise guest additions up to the day of the wedding, at least 10 last minute changes (including time of pick-up from the wedding for my husband and I).
Alessa bore the brunt of full contact with all the vendors and ensuring the day went off without a hitch.
My family and I were delighted to be able to focus on the joy of the day as opposed to the details of the event. During the event, she ensured that my husband and I got to take photos with key family members, got to eat both our salad and dinner plates, and had about 15 minutes of just "us" time prior to all the craziness of the event.
Best money my family spent to ensure a wonderful wedding day! Couldn't imagine the day/event without her!

I found Christina through a friend in the events industry who I love and trust, and I am forever grateful for the recommendation. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina and her team. Initially, I really didn't have a defined vision for our wedding, but I had ideas about how I wanted things to feel. Christina helped me create a perfect vision, and then made it come to life effortlessly (at least for me!). People say that wedding planning is stressful, but that was not the case for me. Christina made it so manageable and fun, and helped me pick and design every last detail, from flowers to gift bags to the colors for bridesmaid dresses. She is extremely organized, and would frequently send me list of manageable tasks all in perfect time so that it was never overwhelming. We loved every single vendor that she recommended, and if anything went wrong on our wedding day, I was blissfully unaware because everything was a dream. My husband and I both have crazy schedules and she was amazing about working around our crazy lives whenever we needed to meet. Bravo to the best wedding planner in town.

Christina was our "day of coordinator" for our wedding. She is very detailed and communicated very frequently months before the wedding. Her timeline ensured the day ran perfectly - from the vendor side, as well as the wedding party side. My husband and I wanted to make sure that we - AND our families - were stress free on our wedding day and I can honestly say that none of us worried about one single detail. Christina planned our September 2015 wedding in Nashville, TN. We live 500 miles away, travel frequently for work, and had a relatively short 9-month engagement. Between the distance and our schedules, my husband and I knew we would need a professional to help us plan our special day. From the very beginning we could tell that Christina had great taste and gave us helpful suggestions and advice.

Christina has so many connections in the industry and recommended awesome vendors, making the selection process very simple. She even found us a bagpiper! She completely understood the look I was going for and made suggestions that fit our vision and our budget. She pivoted quickly when we threw her a few curve balls and was so patient when I was at times indecisive. Her candid advice was priceless and made me feel comfortable during the entire planning process. She is truly an expert and really took the stress out of wedding planning.

On the day of, my husband and I worried about nothing and just enjoyed the day. She and Sarah were prepared for any and every situation and though many people told me that something inevitably would go wrong, our day was absolutely perfect! The only thing I would change was the weather, but Christina was able to order a tent with less than 24 hours' notice. When my husband accidentally got cake frosting in my eye make-up, Christina was there with a touch-up kit. She was amazing!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so grateful that we were able to enjoy the months leading up to our wedding and the day itself with very little stress thanks to Christina's expertise and guidance!

Sarah was our day-of coordinator. I was an out-of-state bride, so finding a coordinator was really important to me and my husband. At our first meeting, I met both Sarah and Christina. They were really energetic and great to talk to. They asked a lot of questions, met with the hotel coordinator, and walked through the ceremony and reception area to get an idea of the layout. Also, they had some good advice on a few questions I had about a DIY photo booth and using silk flowers versus real flowers.

I booked CLD months in advance, so I didn't start communicating with them until closer to the wedding date, but they were very responsive. I emailed them a few times about the wedding day and vendors.

I was grateful that Sarah put together a timeline and organized the rehearsal for the ceremony (who would walk down the aisle and when). On the day-of, Sarah stuck to the timeline and made sure the ceremony started on time, and that we got all the shots in for the photographer and videographer before they left for the night. She also did a little bit of ushering and made sure that late arrivals didn't interrupt the ceremony.

Also, the coordinating services included some minor decorating, I sent Sarah a few pictures of how I wanted the centerpieces set up, the cake table decorations, the game board table, the alter decorations, and how I wanted to hang the lanterns over the dance floor. For the alter decorations, I had this vision of hanging crystal orbs containing tealight candles over the alter, but when Sarah hung them, she noticed that they didn't look quite right, so she suggested hanging them in the window instead, which turned out great! She sent me pictures of both, and I liked them hanging in the window much more.

We hired Christina as our day of coordinator for our September 2015 wedding and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! She was so much more than a "day of" coordinator and went above and beyond our expectations. We communicated very frequently months before the wedding and she was always very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and available to answer questions through text, email, and over the phone. She put together a very detailed wedding timeline that ensured the day ran flawlessly. She coordinated with all of our vendors and was very on top of every detail throughout the whole process, frequently checking in with us and giving friendly reminders when needed. I can honestly say that both my husband and I were totally stress free on our wedding day and have Christina to thank for it!

Really enjoyed working with Christina! She is very nice and friendly, really treats you as a friend. I am of Ghanaian descent and my husband is Kenyan and planning is more informal but she was very flexible with the fluctuating guest count, the additions of traditions last minute, and some missed deadlines. Also, did I mention we were living in a different state during this time? She is so organized though that everything went well! I was also very impressed with how she ran our rehearsal and wedding day! My parents, who can be difficult to please and tend to like being in charge, were very impressed with how she ran things! I love Christina!!!! I don't think I would have survived the wedding planning process if it weren't for her!!! After quickly realizing I wouldn't be able to handle doing everything by myself I turned to Christina for help and I am so happy I did!!! What I loved most about working with her was how she was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. On the day of our wedding she definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible (I'm pretty sure I still don't know half the things she was doing behind the scenes!) Having never planned a wedding before I had NO CLUE how many details were involved and if it weren't for Christina and all of her hard work I know our day wouldn't have turned out as awesome as it did. Christina and her staff were so wonderful! She completely saw my vision, even when I changed it several times. I never had to stress the day of. Hiring Christina Logan Design was the best decision I made for my wedding. As a bride with a demanding job, I had very limited time to devote to the planning and coordinating process. However, Christina and Kate provided excellent recommendations and support throughout the months leading up to the wedding, which made the process much easier. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

The day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly, and I didn't have to worry about anything. Christina and Kate were prepared for numerous issues that came up and were able to quickly solve problems. They even made several runs to a local grocer to purchase items that didn't show up to the venue, for which I was incredibly grateful.

I highly recommend Christina Logan Design to any bride. Their fee is reasonable and their quality of service is outstanding.

Christina is AMAZING. She was accommodating, thoughtful, patient and completely on the ball (and I just found out that she had a BABY A MONTH BEFORE MY WEDDING - I never knew it). She's a real pro and I always felt like she had my back. Our wedding was so perfectly designed - the decor, the ambiance, everything was perfect. She has a great eye and I absolutely picked the BEST planner. I actually interviewed 4 different planners and Christina won out by a landslide. She didn't give me the weird "I don't want to share ideas with you in case you decide to take my ideas and go with a different planner". She shared her vision and I LOVED it. Christina is the epitome of excellence and professionalism! I contacted Christina a little over a month before our wedding and it was amazing what she accomplished. I thought I was contacting her for simple coordination for the day of, but after one conversation with her, I realized that I was not as far along as I thought. I was always skeptical of planners and thought that they were a waste of money. I could t have been more wrong! Christina took over the planning and coordination while I was away in the field for military training. I always felt like she cared about our wants and she always kept us informed. She made sure we stayed under budget and worked with the vendors to adjust pricing, ensure delivery of items and even got the venue to remove their decor because it clashed wit the wedding decor. I did not have to worry a bit at the wedding. She really helped us to enjoy our day and ensured that we remained stress-free throughout the process. We can not sing Christina's praises loud enough. She helped us plan our wedding from out-of-state and it never would have went off so smoothly without her help. On referral we hired Emma as our day of wedding coordinator. She was simply amazing! I was hesitant to hire a coordinator because I wasn't sure it was necessary but boy is the money worth it. Before the day of we did a walk though of the venue with Emma and I was so impressed by her professionalism and detail oriented nature. I cannot imagine how the wedding day would have gone without Emma there (nor do I want to...). Our venue was somewhat hard to work with (mixed up our rentals with another party, didn't communicate, etc.) and Emma was there to pick up the pieces and put them back together at every point. Never once during the wedding day did I feel like I needed to worry about anything because Emma was behind the scenes making everything happen: she poured water for guests, made sure the DJ had the toss bouquet at the right time, kept the timetable moving, magically packed up the entire reception area so when the night was done, all we had to do was go straight to the car, and she did it all with a smile. Both of our parents could not stop talking about how invaluable her service was. I would strongly recommend her for anyone's wedding day without reservation!

Christina was such a huge gift during the planning process! The value to have her as my wedding coordinator was immense and beyond description! Not only is she positive and energetic, she's so incredibly knowledgeable and will gladly give her opinion if you ask for it! This was so helpful to me as I had a hard time making a few decisions throughout the planning. Whenever I asked Christina for her thoughts, she gave such thoughtful and well-thought out responses and it was such a blessing to me!

As for the rehearsal and wedding day, Christina was just a blessing! We would not have been able to have such a magical, picture-perfect wedding day without her help. She kept me calm and even fixed my bouquet when the florist had used the wrong flowers. It was stress-free and she went above and beyond. I can't say that enough! My husband and I were recently married at the Malibu West Beach Club. We hired Emma from Christina Logan Design to be our wedding coordinator, and what a fantastic choice it was! We planned our wedding in less than 3 months and Emma as well as Christina were very helpful along the way. Starting with conference calls going over every question I had in great detail, and the two of them filling us in on everything we wanted and needed to know. Emma went above and beyond every expectation we had. She rolled up her sleeves and personally made sure everything went smoothly and seamlessly, almost as though it were her own wedding! The day went off without a hitch. It couldn't have been more beautiful and all of our friends and family are still talking about it! WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PULL ANY OF IT OFF WITHOUT EMMA AND CHRISTINA. If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, you may want to rethink that! Emma did everything from setting up decorations, coordinating all the vendors, setting up and executing the timeline, and MANY more things, some of them I may not have even been aware of because Emma made sure I was as stress-free as possible! Christina and Emma sent us letters and gifts in the mail and really made us feel personally connected and important to them. We were thrilled to have Christina Logan help us with our wedding! When I was completely overwhelmed with the prospect of planning a wedding, Christina prepared an individualized package to fit our tight budget then stepped right in, offered great advice, and kept us on track to plan the perfect day. She provided day-of coordination, but was regularly in contact in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were making progress and that she got to know both of us.

Christina Logan was referred to me by a trusted professional and both me and my husband were very happy with her services. She really brought her A game and went the extra mile for us. She was exquisitely detailed and organized, which is obviously so important for the coordination of a wedding. She also gave a referral which ended up saving us a lot of money in videography costs. She has a very warm, passionate demeanor and is really great with people - at the rehearsal, she was able to use these qualities to help organize everyone as well as put them at ease (and we also really were pleased with her good tastes in selecting an assistant, who was super helpful as well). Really she is worth every penny we paid and much more.

Christina was awesome on my wedding day. I didn't worry about anything and was able to be a bride and just show up where I was supposed to. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Christina provided the day of coordination for my wedding and she provided exactly what I needed to make our day perfect. From my first conversation with her she was thorough and professional and made me feel completely at ease. We communicated regularly in the months leading up to my wedding and she always promptly answered my questions. On the day of the rehearsal she and her assistant were timely and organized and ran our wedding party through the event thoroughly without exhausting us. And on the day of the wedding she was priceless. I never could have gotten everything set-up, organized and running smoothly even with 20 of my relatives helping. She took care of it all and I was able to relax, enjoy my day and both myself and my husband can look back on what was truly a perfect day. And the icing on the wedding cake was that when we went back to the venue the next day to pick up all the decor it was packed up as neatly as delivered and in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend Christina for any wedding coordination needs.

Christina was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and was a total life saver for our wedding. Not only did she bring up the right questions prior to our wedding, which helped in preventing a major wedding day crisis... but she was so helpful through out the entire planning process. She made sure on the day of that everything was taken care of and that everyone knew what they were doing. The wedding went so smoothly thanks to her help and through out the entire planning experience she was always very responsive and willing to meet or answer any questions at any time.

Christina is amazing. Her attention to every detail & knowledge of events made our planning process & day of event so much easier. She provided us with the highest quality of service & coordinated our wedding to perfection!!!! I knew I wouldn't have to worry about anything on the day of b/c of her detailed timeline & coordination of all our vendors, she had everything under control so all we had to do was have fun! She was always very helpful, honest, & made sure to execute our vision. She provided lists w/ great vendors, & she is very organized!!! She listens & makes sure everyone is on the same page. She made planning my wedding a great experience & provided the help that I needed for my event.

We had a three day weekend wedding with 150 people in a park in which everything needed to be brought in by independent vendors. When we say everything...we mean it. We had to bring in everything from chairs and tables to lighting equipment and even a generator!

Christina Logan planned our wedding from start to finish. She coordinated with multiple vendors to make sure that our three day event when smoothly. She even added multiple touches that we hadn't thought of including decor, table settings, and even sunscreen to ensure that our guests had the best time. She can direct and manage large events well and with great professionalism. We also appreciated how well she stayed on budget and guided us through the multiple decisions to get the best values for our money.

Marriage is hard enough. We would highly recommend her to keep away some of the stress of your wedding to make sure that you start off on the right foot!

I honestly don't know what we would have done without Christina! One of our good friends recommended her and we are so glad he did! I met with her almost one year before our wedding and between the day we first met and our actual wedding, i must have sent her a million emails, text messages and voice mails about ideas about our wedding-- she remembered EVERY SINGLE thing i told her! She is professional, hard working, and has a natural talent to do what she does. We seriously would have paid four times what she charged and more because having her there to take care of everything allowed me to relax at my wedding and really enjoy every minute of it. She made our wedding 100% stress free. She took care of everything. She also used her creative skills to make our reception hall look gorgeous!! We love Christina!!!! We will definitely be using her for all and any other events we have in the future!

My partner and I are very creative and wanted to design our own wedding, but we knew we needed some help with logistics, timing and preparation. We sought out a wedding planner, and found the amazing Christina Logan! Without her help, we truly would not have been able to have the wedding of our dreams.

Christina gave us a timeline of what needed to be done by when, coordinated with us on our ideas and guided us toward reality, met with us to discuss flower arrangements (which were stunning) and table set-up.

Christina set up and tore down the venue on NYE and created our visions in real life. The best thing was when we walked into the venue and looked at the scene - it was more than perfect! Her creative abilities are something you can trust. We gave her the vision of what we wanted, and she turned it into a reality.

Without Christina Logan, our wedding day would not have been so flawless!

We hired Christina for my son's wedding as a week of and day of planner. She actually met with me 2 weeks before to get the vibe and feel of the wedding. She was very professional and knowledgeable of her responsibilities. She was great help and so organized. Her timeline was awesome and keeping us all on track. Christina Logan is amazing! She was our wedding planner a few weeks back and words cannot explain how "Great" she is! She covered every little detail and identified things my wife and I did not even think of....our wedding went off like clock work! In addition to being such a great wedding planner, she is a sweet, unassuming, caring, loving person. She is now like one of the family!
