Christen Smith is not only an amazing photographer but an incredible person as well. With Covid and all of the troubles we were having moving our wedding last year, Christen was accomodating, kind, and never missed a beat. She was able to be our photographer for our new wedding date, and wow, I am forever glad. We were easily able to add extra hours onto our package, and she dealt with my small family wedding with such grace and efficiency! Her husband Patrick was also awesome in doing everything from holding my mask to taking amazing pictures as well!! I received my photos in record time and love, love, love my photo album I ordered. I look at the pictures Christen took everyday, and I would pick her in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over again! In fact, when we can, I want her to take photos of my family, for I know FOR SURE that they will be GREAT and ones that I cherish for a lifetime! Pick Christen. You won't regret it. Period.

Searching for your dream wedding photographer is an incredibly overwhelming process. You want to make sure you hire someone who will provide high-quality images, while capturing your couple style, while making it fun, while being detailed-oriented and above all hoping you'd get along really well! Please trust me when I say Christen and Patrick are ALL of these things, times a million. I felt so confident throughout the entire process, knowing Christen was going to produce images that I would cherish forever. As soon as I shared photos with friends and family, they could not stop raving about how perfect they were. I still get compliments all the time. It was such a plus to have a husband and wife duo. Christen and Patrick love what they do and it made our day so fun and memorable! We cannot thank them enough. The best decision you can make for your wedding day is hiring Christen and Patrick Smith!!! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christen and Patrick! From photographing our engagement shoot outdoors in the frigid January weather, to helping us get organized step by step throughout the planning process up until our big day in November. These two are truly the "A-team" in photography. This husband and wife duo did everything they could to not only capture specific moments that were important to us, but they came to feel like members of our family. My parents are still raving about how smoothly our family photo session (post-ceremony) went, and we're thrilled with how everything turned out! My husband and I are so thankful we chose Christen Smith Photography!! -

Christen is a dream come true when looking for a photographer, and anyone looking to capture life’s precious memories would be insane not to choose to work with her. She had a way of connecting with her couples/families that helps truly highlight their unique visions, which makes you feel special and truly valued in terms of working together.
Our wedding day was carefully planned out with Christen’s help developing a timeline, but the day was completely turned upside down when rain moved in just as we were in the middle of our first look. Christen didn’t skip a beat as she stayed flexible, helped calm nerves, and even battled the rain herself without complaint or stress. I still remember her effortlessly pulling out umbrellas and protecting the equipment as if it happened on every shoot or every wedding, and the smile never left her face. Our photos turned out to be a dream, and I can’t help but look at them every day so I can go back to that moment. She was a trooper and made the day run flawlessly.
Without any doubt or reservation, I would still choose Christen every time and would recommend her for anyone looking to share life’s special moments with someone who understands and has an eye for capturing lifelong memories. -

Heather Sent on 04/11/2018If you are considering Christen as your wedding photographer do not look any further. My husband and I could not have been happier with our decision. Not only is she an absolute pro at her job, but also, she makes sure she can help you in any way possible with your event. Christen is available to you throughout the entire process and is knowledgeable in many areas. She manages to balance getting to know you on a personal level but staying professional. In this approach she was able to capture pictures that were beautiful as well as showed the true emotions of the day. She helped us to develop a timeline which fit in all the moments we wanted captured during the day. I did not even have to keep a watch she made sure we enjoyed our evening and would pull us aside for pictures periodically. When things were running slightly “off schedule” she swooped in and adjusted without a skip in beat. Everything moved seamlessly. She and her husband Patrick work in tandem shooting your wedding and they make a perfect pair. The two shoot without even a word sometimes capturing multiple perspectives of the same event. It felt like we had two REALLY talented friends shooting our wedding somehow, they managed to be everywhere yet without a camera constantly in guests’ faces. My husband is still convinced they spent the whole day with him he was shocked there were so many pictures of me. We felt as if our wedding was a dream and she managed to capture it perfectly through her images. -
