    Celebrations! Reno made our Lake Tahoe winter outdoor ceremony perfect!

    When we realized our off-season winter wedding at Lake Tahoe meant that our venue had already put most of the outdoor furniture and accessories in storage for the season, we needed an event rental solution quickly! Celebrations! Reno already had a great relationship with our venue, Sunnyside, which made coordinating with the event manager a breeze. Celebrations! gave us multiple quotes over several months while we changed our ceremony layout and added/subtracted heaters, chairs, tents, and hot beverage solutions, and was very attentive and responsive with our changes in the week leading up to our wedding. The weekend of, there was a LOT of snow forecast, so Celebrations! adjusted delivery timelines and even refunded set-up fees to work around the storm when my coordinator and her assistant set up the ceremony chairs themselves instead of using the event rental staff! The ceremony seating looked beautiful, our guests loved the heaters and hot beverages we provided, and the delivery/pickup process was seamless. Highly recommend Celebrations! Reno for Tahoe weddings!

    Quality rentals with GREAT customer Service

    Celebrations party rentals out of Reno. NV and Roseville, CA have always been easy to work with and have excellent customer service! When we have a complicated project I know I can count on Leah, Keri and Corey to help us get through it! Last summer I asked the impossible of them and they pulled it off! Part of the project had to do with a 500 lb chandelier hanging from a clear top tent. Thank you celebrations!

    Wonderful service!

    All the staff I worked with were professional and prompt in communications regarding all our wedding details. They were flexible when I needed to change my order more than once and when I added on delivery and clean up services. I visited the Roseville showroom several times and everyone who helped me was friendly and patient as I had a hard time deciding and finding the aesthetic I wanted.

    make it work!

    Celebrations! worked closely with my wedding coordinator to ensure my dream wedding layout came true. When the tables didn't fit in the elevator, they got a forklift rental and got the tables and chairs on the rooftop. everything was in good shape (I have seen bad farm tables in my line of work), and I loved being able to look up everything on line. The website was easy to look through and had a lot of photos. Overall, very happy!

    Great products!

    We loved working with Celebrations! Our wedding planner from Blue Sky Events knew them well, and we used them for our flatware, chargers, napkins, and table runners. Their office in Reno made it easy to play with ideas in person, and they were fast and reasonably priced. Plus, their products added a magical touch to our ballroom that made it look even more like a fairy tale :) We highly recommend Celebrations!

    The quality of both service and products were amazing! Very beautiful and unique items, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely love!

    Amazing!!!!

    I'm so excited to be working with Celebrations Party Rentals! My caterer and venue both didn't offer dinnerware or flatware. I had been hunting for weeks to find the exact style for my wedding and I came across their website which is extremely easy to use and I was sold! The website lets you create an actual table setting with a few clicks! its an amazing idea for those who are unsure of the style they want! Love this place!

    Helpful every step of the way

    Delivered to venue day before wedding. Allowed me to go into the store fronts multiple times to change my order over and over. Some of the plates broke (I mean broke as I cut my food on it, broke!) so order a few extras.

    When my husband and I chose a wedding venue that included nothing, we felt very fortunate that Celebrations was right down the street. Their showroom in Roseville is awesome and it was great to be able to lay everything out and visualize how it will look on the big day. We came back several times to add to our contract and Celebrations was always very accommodating. During our first visit we were promised specific table linens that we loved. They didn't have enough in inventory, but we were told they could buy more fabric and make more, no problem. Over the next few months, every time we went in, I would ask about the linens to make sure they were already made. I never got a firm response, just that they were working on it. Two and a half weeks before the wedding, I was told they didn't have the same fabric, but something similar. I came in to look at it and it was not the same at all. I started to panic, but Celebrations came up with a solution that solved the issue. I was very appreciative that they were cooperative and wanted to ensure we were happy. On the day of delivery, everything went smoothly and the two gentlemen arrived on time and were very helpful and friendly. Overall, Celebrations helped make sure everything was perfect and we are so glad we chose to work with them!

    After doing some research and looking into the options for rental companies in our area, we decided upon Celebrations because their prices were most competitive and they came recommended from a few of our other vendors. We were so pleased and thankful to have chosen them! We worked mostly with Stephanie who was wonderfully accommodating and patient and bent over backwards for us to make sure all of our last minute ideas and changes could happen. I can't tell you how many phone calls between my Mom and I we must have made with questions, changes, concerns etc and they were so helpful and patient through all of it! They did an excellent job with set up and late-night tear down and the staff was all very accomaditng and pleasant to work with. We were very impressed with Celebrations and recommend their services!

    I rented a bunch of cute decorative furniture. Everything is just as pictured and good quality! The team that helped me reserve my items were great! And the crew that dropped off and picked up were awesome as well.

    I selected Celebrations for our wedding rentals in September of 2016 after talking with multiple other rental companies in town. From the very beginning, I experienced amazing customer service. I worked mostly with Stephanie who was phenomenal! She was always prompt in responding to my emails and she was incredibly patient as I made many changes to our rental order. She allowed my mom and I to come into their store to see a full mock up of our table settings and was very helpful when I wanted to make some changes and see some other choices. Our equipment was delivered on time and everything was in great condition. We are so happy to have chosen Celebrations.

    Awesome place to get rentals! They periodically have promotions for certain things and I got a steal on chivari chairs. Everything is good quality and the staff is excellent especially Sabrina.

    We rented the dance floor for our wedding through Celebrations and were completely satisfied. The guys even stayed to set it up even though that was a last minute request. Thank you Celebrations for providing the floor on which we danced the night away!

    Celebrations! was great! You go to their huge store and pick and choose and play with all their decorations until you come up with the look that is right for you. They have a lot of tables set up with displays for ideas for your dinner set up. So many choices of colors in table cloths, runners, napkins, glassware, silverware, dinner settings...tables, chairs, serving tables, lawn furniture, even lights, and decorations. They were so easy to work with and know what they are doing. They came out to my house and checked to see where everything was going, where the tables would be, etc. and measured for the market lights and even provided extra power generators for the lights and band. They are awesome!

    This company stands by their commitment to customers and deliver as they say they would. I had a last minute issue with my venue on the delivery time/date and this company worked with me and the venue at the last minute to ensure a smooth delivery.

    I am impressed how easy Celebrations Party Rentals selections and variety of items. I would highly recommend this vendor.

    Celebrations provided the tent and and everything else, down to the salt and pepper shakers for our daughters wedding. We would call and add or delete items up to the last few days, they were in constant contact to make sure they had everything right. The day of set up they did an inventory of everything, to make sure they had brought everything we asked for. It was beautiful !! They helped make our daughters wedding day perfect!     Brad and his team are fantastic to work with. They are easy to reach, even during the busy summer season, which is invaluable to a wedding planner. They take great pride in preserving their rental items. I have never received anything that was damaged or wasn't in excellent condition. I highly recommend celebrations!

    Celebrations was great! I highly recommend checking them out for any wedding or event you may have. They have the largest selection in the area that I've seen, so you'll have much less of a chance of having to go to multiple vendors for your rentals.

    I rented table runners for my wedding, and they had exactly what I needed and were great about answering questions or changing the quantity any time I needed to. I even had a mishap the day before my wedding when we realized that there had been a miscommunication with my venue and that the tables were actually doubled up (so 2 tables put together = 1 table). So, essentially at the last minute we ended up needed double the number of runners!

    We called Celebrations, and it was no problem at all. They took care of it right away, and the runners were ready and waiting when one of my bridesmaids arrived to pick them up. They had even said that they were willing to re-route their truck and deliver instead (for a really tiny and surprisingly ultra reasonable delivery fee, but I had someone who was going near their shop anyway, so we just picked up. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate though. Very nice!). I will definitely be a return customer.

    We rented chiavari chairs from Celebrations for our wedding. They had a great selection and the exact chairs we needed. Their prices were the best and their service was even better. They let me make changes to the order and delivered and picked up the chairs directly to and from the venue.

    Celebrations has the best rentals. We looked at a couple of other companies but Celebrations had the best selection and the staff was nice to work with. I went ahead and had my mother-n-law to be handle since we could save a little money and we were happy with the way everything looked.

    Celebrations was easy to work with . The showroom is great - shows lots of options. The website is also helpful. Be sure to book your rentals as soon as you can - I had the unfortunate experience of waiting & then the dishes I wanted weren't available. C'est la vie! We used them for our rehearsal dinner & everything was delivered exactly when they said it would be and everythign was there & easy to put together. The pick up was also very convenient. It was all very effortless.

    They have the most gorgeous table setting ideas and linens! The service is great. They have a wide variety of items and styles to choose from and they're really detailed oriented. I would recommend them for any special occasion.

    Very helpful and let me take as long as I wanted in picking my linens! They were also very flexible about adding and subtracting things from my order as my guest list changed. They had on-time delivery and picked everything up early on Monday. Thank you!

    I rented chairs an an arch for my wedding through celebrations. The chairs were a beautiful dark wood and looked amazing at my garden wedding. The arch I rented was equally beautiful and easy to assemble. Celebrations was able to drop off and pick up at specific times which was important due to the location and time constraints of my ceremony. After shoping around a bit I found that other companies were slightly cheaper in price - however, I found the quality to be better at celebrations.

    Thank you Celebrations!

    We went with Celebrations upon the recommendation of our planning team. Disclaimer - I never dealt with them directly apart from browsing their site to make styling choices and approve my designer's suggestions. I am not based in California so all the coordination was done by our designer and planner. The price was ok and on the wedding day - all their linens, chairs and decor pieces were good quality (at least it seemed to me). They also agreed to make a last minute reduction on our rental quantity due to COVID19 (our guest count reduced drastically) which I appreciated.

    The one area that I feel they could improve on - I felt their selections could use a little more variety. For example - I would browse competitor rental sites for decor options then go to Celebrations' site to choose comparable items which they don't have. It felt they had a smaller inventory of stuff (mostly classic pieces) , so if you are a bride that is going for a specific or detailed-oriented look, you will find Celebrations' options lacking.

    It wasn't a major issue for us as I kept our styling pretty simple and classic. Everything went off perfectly on the wedding day. I'm happy with how things went.

    Celebrations was amazing. The chairs I rented for my weeding looked amazing. Everything thing was high in quality. Their staff was very nice to work with as well. We would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends and family.

    Pricey rentals

    We received a discount through our venue with Celebrations so we rented chairs and umbrellas through them for our ceremony. Lisa was super responsive and easy to get a hold of anytime we needed to make changes to our order. She would send an updated invoice with modification history each time. Only downside was the price, our rentals for 105 chairs and 6 umbrellas was almost $1000 which I thought was very overpriced for something we only needed for maximum 30 minutes. They also did not bring any sandbags for the umbrellas but luckily they were nice enough to include them this time around. The delivery staff stated that they normally need to be added to the order separately, which I was not informed about. It seems like they should be included if they are always needed with the umbrellas anyway.

    They provided the necessary rentals for my event- I rented cocktail tables & linens, silverware, serving ware. The delivery guy arrived 1 hour earlier than expected which caused someone to have to rush over unexpectedly to let them into the venue-other than that, all went smoothly.

    Both Lindsey and Whitney were extremely helpful in our tent rental! There was a little confusion regarding delivery time and the fee for it. They fixed everything and refunded the fee. We had heard from everyone that Celebrations! was the best rental vendor in the area and we found that to be true

    It was a pleasure doing business with Celebrations.Everything from the quality of their rental equipment to the determination of their setup was perfect.It was nice to work with such a knowledgeable staff that take pride in what they do.We will definitely be using their services in the near future.Highly recommend Celebrations!

    Very helpful throughout wedding planning process. Allowed for flexible scheduling (with an additional fee) and last minute changes. Products were sturdy and good quality.

    Since our wedding was held at a friend's home, we had to rent tables, chairs, plates, silverware, glassware and a few other miscellaneous items. My husband and I went down to Celebrations to decide on the specifics a few months in advance. The team there was extremely helpful and great about making changes to the items we had reserved. A+ for customer care! We ran into some snags on the delivery date, but in the end it worked out in our favor. Our only real snag was that some of the hightop tables we reserved arrived with only the tops (no bottoms). My father-in-law had to go down to Celebrations the day of the wedding to pick up the rest. They were very apologetic and able to get us the pieces but that could have been a nightmare. Aside from those few issues, Celebrations provides great, quality products at competitive prices. I mean, no one else in the area had mango glass plates!

    Rented the candelabras for my reception tables. The only place in town with more than one or two and it looked fabulous!

    We ordered a tent from Celebrations the day before our event when weather looked to be taking a turn for the worst. They were, at the time, the ONLY company we could find that still had tents. They worked with us over the phone to rent the tent, walls, and lighting and had everything set up within a few hours. REALLY FAST RESPONSE.
    I was not entirely impressed with a few things that happened following and what I found out afterwards.
    They set up the tent lopsided. As in, there was a rectangular area the tent was to be set up in. The staff was fully prepared to leave it lopsided within this area but only after the grounds keeper of the venue told them they had to put it in straight did they make the change.
    The following morning, when I was supposed to be getting dressed, I was pulled from the bridal suite because there was smoke rolling out of the tent. The lighting that they had installed had for some reason began to catch fire. I called the company and explained to their emergency weekend staff what had happened. They sent someone out immediately to change out the lights and fix a few penny sized holes that we had also complained about in the tent's ceiling.
    Staff over the phone both times was very courteous and they were very responsive when needed. I just would have preferred not to have these kinds of things occur in the first place.

    We used this company on the recommendation of our wedding planner- we rented furniture both for our ceremony and reception. They have a great showroom in Roseville. I do think their prices are steep, and we got the impression that "special pricing" through our wedding planner, didn't mean a discount, but instead that the planner received a commission.
    I would do a bit more shopping around before committing to them right away if I could do it again

    The quality of their products is fantastic. Everything was lovely and in good condition. I didn't care much for their staff in the showroom. They weren't very friendly, and I felt like I was bothering them walking into their store. I wasn't offered any help while I was there, probably because they were too busy with their cell phones to take care of pesky work stuff. Again, great products, just don't expect great service to match.

    I have somewhat mixed feelings about Celebrations Rentals. The quality of their products is good and I believe their pricing is fair but they desperately need a new delivery guy. They had coordinated to deliver our chargers and linens the day before our wedding and were supposed to contact the wedding coordinator at the venue when they arrived. Well, the guy showed up but didn't call the wedding coordinator (who was there waiting for him in her office) or even get out of his car. Instead he sat in the driveway of the venue and called my mom! He was extremely rude and basically made it seem like my moms fault that he couldn't find the wedding coordinator. Turns out, he had written the coordinator's phone number down incorrectly (even though we gave it to Celebrations correctly on our paperwork) and didn't want to take the effort to get out of his car and go into the venue office. It ended up being way more chaotic than it needed to be and I was not pleased that he was so disrespectful to my mom. Based on this experience, I will not use Celebrations again.

    I have mixed feelings about Celebrations. We rented chiavari chairs from them. They were great at booking. I was even allowed to change my order to less chairs. However, when they delivered the chairs, they called me versus the number that was in the notes. I asked them to contact the venue coordinator because they were delivering the day before my wedding. Not a big deal. However, the delivery guy didn't seem to know where to drop them off when my venue says they've worked with Celebrations before. This is where I was completely upset. When they called to confirm the delivery, they asked if I knew how break down, I said my venue will do that and that they've worked with them before. Two days after my wedding I see I was charged for a break down fee because the cushions were still attached. I was at my venue the morning after and the chairs were stacked with the cushions on them. If they had told me I needed to undo the cushions, I would have that morning. I had no idea how my chairs came and my venue said that's how they always leave the chairs. They refunded me 40% of the fee, but only after calling and telling them that I didn't know.
