Caitlin and her team at Celebrate Dallas are INCREDIBLE. I am pretty type-a and like to plan things so knew I didn't want a full time planner, but I didn't have the best "vision" skills so I needed a bit of an in-between situation. I love how Caitlin offers flexible packages and "a la carte" services like extra meetings and design boards. Speaking of design board, the one she made for us was exactly what we were looking for but didn't know how to create or articulate and served as the perfect inspiration to share with all of our vendors. The result was so cohesive and beautiful. Beyond that, throughout the entire process Caitlin was always 10 steps ahead. She over communicates which is FANTASTIC and always made me feel confident every step of the way. She's extremely thorough, patient, and just such a joy to be around. As someone who can be indecisive at times, having Caitlin make recommendations based on her experience was so helpful for me. She wasn't pushy with them but always had a point of view which I really appreciated because let's face it there are so many things to decide and sometimes you just need a little help choosing!
I can't say enough great things, I feel so lucky that we got to work with Caitlin and Celebrate Dallas. Would recommend 1000000x over. -

Amazing Wedding Planner
There’s probably not enough praise and thanks we could give to Caitlin and her team at Celebrate Dallas that would be adequate. Caitlin made the process so enjoyable and her expertise and connections in the space were invaluable. Whether it was recommending a vendor, working through an idea with us or guiding us through what we needed to prioritize there really wasn’t a time where we were confused or stressed about how the day would come together.
We hired Caitlin very early in the process and had her alongside from Day 1 looking at venues and she perfectly understood the vision we were trying to create. In terms of day of coordination, everything ran so smoothly, and Caitlin expertly coordinates between vendors and orchestrates a perfect timeline. We would definitely give Celebrate Dallas a 10/10 and probably more if we could.

Cannot thank this team enough
Where do I begin about Caitlin and her team? Whatever I write would not do it justice. First and foremost, I wish I had hired Caitlin from day 1. She took soooo much stress off of us and had it more organized in one day than I did it in months. She was patient, always answered my questions in timely manner, and even though she had other clients at the same time, she made me feel like we her one and only. Before the wedding, she was reaching out to vendors, creating timelines, and checklists. During the wedding, she was always making sure everyone knew where to be - the second they needed to be there. Also, nice touch, you never have an empty drink lol. I cannot recommend her enough and will continue to do so. Thank you soooooo much. 10/10 would recommend. -

This team is incredible. Caitlin brought us so much ease throughout the planning process and really made our big day the success that it was. On top of her incredible amount of knowledge, she’s truly just so fun to be around. My now husband and I always looked forward to our planning meetings!
I can’t even begin to express how good it felt to know that we had Caitlin behind us — especially on wedding day. On what can be such a chaotic day, I was never once worried about guests, setup, vendors or the timeline. Every single details was accounted for by Caitlin and/or her team. If anything did go wrong, we never knew. What an incredible experience; to plan an entire wedding and then be able to actually enjoy the day with your new spouse.
I could go on forever. Working with Caitlin was a dream, and I would recommend her to friends, family and complete strangers. -

We went through 20+ wedding planner interviews looking for the right fit for our overly opinionated family. Our wedding was at a private ranch so there were SO MANY details to coordinate. Caitlin was so level headed and to the point with our appointments we had excellent service the entire time working with her. She went over and beyond with every task we handed her and made our day so incredibly special! Celebrate Dallas was the perfect fit for us and I would recommend their services all across the board! -

Ah-mazing!
Caitlin and her team at Celebrate Dallas were nothing short of amazing. After choosing them to be our full-time planner, I knew right away they were perfect for our vision. Caitlin made the whole process seamless. She gave so much valuable input throughout the planning process, provided many options for us within our budget, and was always so patient with our changes and decisions. She was always professional, organized, and just an absolute joy to work with.

Celebrate Dallas' day-of wedding coordination services go above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Before the day-of, Caitlin gave us vendor recommendations, made sure we had all our planning bases covered with two before day-of meetings and handled all the vendors starting a month out. On the day-of her team set up the venue and made it possible for us to still have an outdoor ceremony despite an hour of torrential downpour right before the ceremony. One of her team members Kelly @thellyedit even made a highlight video of our wedding! Honestly could not have asked for more, we highly recommend Celebrate Dallas! -

Caitlin & her team at Celebrate Dallas were one of the best investments we made while wedding planning. I gravitated towards Caitlin because her website was upfront about her pricing which I appreciated as I just found that to be considerate of my budget and time. Even though we signed up for Caitlins “day of wedding coordination” package, we still had constant communication with her throughout the months leading up to our wedding and we took full advantage of that. We asked her all sorts of questions and she was always so kind and responsive and eager to help or talk us off a cliff or guide us in the right direction. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Caitlin & her team there on our wedding day. The day ran so smoothly. Everything was seamless and the best part was that I, nor anyone else in my wedding party, had to worry about a thing other than getting down the aisle and enjoying the day. Do yourself a favor and stop your search here with Caitlin! -

Hiring Celebrate Dallas for our wedding and rehearsal dinner was the best decision in our wedding planning. I'd seen brides stressed the entire day of their wedding, or hiring their friends to put in work- it's a total buzz kill for their friends when they have to clean up or really work during that day - been there, done that. It was important for us to treat our friends and family to a true party where they could just show up and have a good time alongside us. Caitlin is so kind and caring and on top of every detail, she gives advice and suggestions and her knowledge is incredible. Her crew was also so helpful the day of the wedding and they created an Instagram movie reel that was so sweet to have and share. On the weekend of our weekend, we felt so relaxed and truly were able to enjoy every moment because Caitlin and her team managed all the details. If you want a planner who anticipates your needs on your wedding day - Celebrate Dallas is it! -

Don't Do Your Wedding Without Caitlin!
If you're wondering if you need a wedding coordinator, the answer is YES. We did the Day-of-Hustle package and it was perfect. I picked out all the wedding vendors and Caitlin coordinated them. I can not imagine the chaotic mess that our wedding would have been without Caitlin. Our original wedding date was RIGHT at the beginning of the shutdown- we ended up postponing twice and through it all, Caitlin was by our side for the support and reassurance I needed. There were a couple times during my wedding week that I had something go wrong and I would call Caitlin and she instantly had a solution before I could even finish the story. She knows tons of people in the industry and if full of great recommendations. She also thought of things that would have never crossed my mind- like hiring additional staffing for bussing tables. Overall, I cannot imagine my wedding day without Caitlin and her team. I know it was the only reason why I was able to relax and have the best day with friends and family! -

My husband and I planned our Texas wedding from California and conducted quite a few "interviews" with potential planners before we started planning. Caitlin stood out for her bubbly personality and her emphasis on building a friendship with me through the process. She helped us with full-service planning for just over a year and she WOW'ed me every step of the way. Not only does she have the vendor connections you need in this industry, she also has the skill set to match vendors to your bridal vision and your budget. From inspirational design board to the final production, our wedding was the event of the year for our guests - so much of this is due to Caitlin and her assistants and their extreme attention to detail. Most importantly, Caitlin always had my back and I know she'll have yours too.
Caitlin, I wish I could re-marry Ryan 10 times over just so I could have you plan our wedding more than once. Thanks for everything! -

Outstanding! Can't say enough good things!
Caitlin and her team were fantastic as planners and hands-on the night of my son's wedding in February. We had a fair share of family dynamics, some special requests, and then COVID and a historic ice storm came along just to make things even more complicated. Caitlin never missed a beat with responding to our inquiries, concerns, and requests and the night ended up being spectacular beyond anyone's dreams. Her recommendations for vendors for food, band, flowers, and anything/everything were spot-on and we have fantastic memories and pictures to last a lifetime. Out of a 10 star rating we give Celebrate Dallas a 100 without hesitation. They are super professional, very easy to work with, responsive and flexible. Can't say enough good things and extremely happy that they were the planner and on-site coordinators for our family's big day! -

The absolute best
Caitlin and her team are just so incredible. I got connected to her through our mutual friend and my photographer for the wedding and from the very start I knew it was going to be great. She was always SO prompt to respond to texts and emails, always on top of it contacting my vendors, and blew me away with her/ the team's organization and skill in taking some pictures and ideas and bringing it all to life. On top of that they were all incredibly kind and I could not have had such a stellar and smooth running wedding day without their help! I would recommend them to any/everyone! -

I hired Caitlin as our month-of coordinator after meeting multiple wedding planners in Dallas. She was professional and smart yet so incredibly sweet.
After our initial meeting, I told my then-fiance that I had found "the one"! After each meeting with her all my anxieties melted away, and when the country shutdown a week before my wedding, she was so supportive and did her best to help me postpone when I was an emotional wreck.
Six months later Caitlin helped me go through all the changes we had to make to our wedding due to COVID. I just got married a few days ago, and everything was perfect and the day went on without a hitch. She is incredibly thorough and will make sure every detail is covered. Caitlin is also genuine and loves her job and her brides, and that's partly why she's truly the best planner you'll find! -

If you’re in Dallas and you’re getting married, do yourself a favor and call Caitlin immediately!!! I’m telling you, it was the best decision we made for the wedding. Not only is she super knowledgeable, organized and creative but she’s also extremely kind, funny and calm (which was so helpful to have on the day of the wedding when I was freaking out!). My dad and mom both said If there was anything we could go back and do it would be to hire her for full-event planning, instead of just Day of (which still gave us access to her for like 3 full months and she was always so helpful!). She made our wedding beautiful and me, my husband, and our parents had not a care in the world on the wedding day bc she handled absolutely everything. And on top of all her wonderful planning skills, she truly became our friend and we were so happy to have her there with us, making the planning process so easy. So hire her! Caitlin and Megan were both fantastic - we used them for planning and florals. They took our very sparse ideas (we really had little-to-no ideas for a "theme" or "look" we wanted for our wedding other than colors we liked) and turned them into the wedding of our dreams! Megan is such a creative, and designed the most stunning and unique table decor that was exactly what we didn't even know we wanted! Caitlin kept everyone calm, and truly let my family and my husband and I just enjoy our day. If there were any issues the day of, we didn't even know about them - and that's the sign of a good planner! Caitlin is like a fairy godmother who is incredibly organized and will make all your wedding dreams come true.
We hired Caitlin for the day-of-hustle, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding-- and sanity.
Throughout the planning process, Caitlin was so helpful in giving vendor recommendations -- our cake, transportation, and hair/makeup were all Caitlin recos and we couldn't have been happier. Caitlin did an incredible job of making herself available for any questions or thoughts I had.
In the month leading up to the wedding, Caitlin developed timelines that would make a type-A heart go pitter patter. She had things planned down to the minute, and going into the wedding weekend I felt such a sense of calm knowing that Caitlin had everything locked down.
The day of, I felt absolutely no stress because Caitlin was managing everything on the backend. I had so many people in the wedding party come up to me to sing Caitlin's praises. She was texting the groomsmen to make sure they were staying on schedule and checking in with me to make sure I was feeling at ease. Our wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Caitlin.
In short, Caitlin is a rockstar. She's fun to work with, I trust her implicitly, and she created the best night of my life. I absolutely adore her and would recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

Bailey Sent on 09/12/2018Let’s start by saying this - Caitlin needs to charge 10x what she charges for her services because they are that good. Being the groom, my bride was stressed as hell through the last month or two of wedding planning and Caitlin, even though we only had her as our day of coordinator, took a bunch of stress off both of us.
Everyone always told us during planning that something was going to go wrong and to roll with the punches. I can honestly tell you we have to dig for even the trivial things and that is 110% due to Caitlin and her team. I can’t lie to you and tell you something won’t go wrong during your wedding but rest assured if you’re in Caitlin’s hands, you will have as close to a perfect day as humanly possible. She’s THAT good.
We also utilized Megan for our wedding florals and I couldn't have been more happy with how they turned out. She listened to exactly what I wanted and brought so many examples so I could pick out the flowers and make sure they were what I was expecting. She worked within our budget and gave suggestions that were perfect. All I wanted were a bunch of beautiful flowers for our wedding and she definitely delivered and made my vision a reality. -

Donna Sent on 02/26/2018Hello all! Mother of the Bride! I cannot begin to express how wonderful my experience was with our wedding planner Caitlin Sulley and florals by Megan Willis. Both were consummate professionals and wonderful human beings. We worked with both over a 10 month period and used their services as full time event planners. THE BEST decision we ever made! The bride and groom called the shots and shared their vision with Caitlin and Megan.
Everyone was thrilled with the attention to every detail, coordinating everything with vendors, hair, makeup, hotel blocks, cake artist, DJ, venue, catering, florals, photographers, cotton candy (yep Cotton Candy)! A incredible Dream Team pulled it all together.
They consistently communicated with bride, groom, MOB and FOB via texts, phone calls, emails, and face to face meetings. Caitlin has a remarkable ability to work with the different personalities in any family dynamic! We have a cast of characters in our family!
“Day of, the vision” came alive at The Room on Main. It was a Black Tie evening wedding and the venue was a fairy tale.
