Where do I even begin!? Choosing Casey Rose Photography was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. Not only is Casey super responsive, extremely sweet, and unbelievably talented, Casey goes above and beyond to make your wedding day and vision come to life through stunning photographs. I was a bride living in Boston and was super Type-A about every single detail. Meeting Casey for our consultation, my mom and I instantly knew she was perfect for our day - she was extremely organized, professional, down-to-earth, and goes through every detail to explain how she does her photography - both film + digital - and provides beautiful examples of her work! When we chose Casey, she sent me a BEAUTIFUL welcome package which just shows how nice of person she is and how she goes above and beyond! When we flew down to see the venue, she dropped everything, came to the venue with the groom and me, sat down with us to talk about timeline, and gave us suggestions for the ceremony site based on her knowledge about what the best lighting would be, etc. Casey even put together an extremely detailed timeline, which again, being Type-A was SUPER helpful and eased my wedding fears instantly. The day-of is always chaotic and Casey + her crew of amazing ladies were there to help with every detail and were SUPER efficient - they also think of every detail to make sure your photographs come out PERFECTLY! For example, we got ready in a hotel - they removed phones, lamps, food etc. in the background to ensure there were no "ugly" distractions!! We just received our photos and we CANNOT stop looking at them - they look like something from a magazine and the amount of calls/texts we have received complimenting them just shows how talented she truly is!! Casey thank you SO much for absolutely everything you have done for us this year!! We are so happy that you were a part of our special day!! You are truly so talented and we will be recommending you to everyone!!! -

Casey is one of the best photographers I've ever had- and she's one of the kindest people on the planet. She was so willing to help out with anything I needed, even if it didn't involve photography! We had a morning wedding (11:30am), and she was so flexible- doing our couple portraits after the reception, instead of in-between the ceremony and reception. She worked wonderfully with all of our other vendors, and her second photographer was great as well. Not to mention, the pictures came back beautiful! She uses film and digital, and that makes such a difference. She really knows her stuff- I'll definitely use her services again! -

Words cannot express how happy we are to have chosen Casey Rose Photography for our wedding celebration. My mom and I met with her for a consultation and we immediately felt a connection with her and knew we had to look no further. Her photography talent is evident but Casey is also a true professional. She is warm, funny, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and hard-working. Casey is experienced in the wedding world and she guided us through the planning process with ease. Over time, we felt like Casey became a friend which made us comfortable when it was time to take all of those pictures! Her work is classic, full of light and truly captures the happiness of couples and their loved ones. We absolutely adore Casey! -

I am so glad we chose Casey as our wedding photographer. She photographed my bridal portraits as well as our wedding. Both sets of pictures turned out wonderful. From the beginning Casey was awesome at communicating with me. One thing I appreciated about her was her attention to detail and organization. I didn't have to worry about anything concerning photography because she had it covered. She gave me a detailed timeline to follow. She listened to what I wanted ,but also had awesome ideas on her own. Our pictures turned out beautiful ,and I know I will cherish them through the ages. -

Casey Rose Photography could not have done a better job capturing our special day. From the moment I met her she was an absolute delight to be around. Every shoot we did with her turned out gorgeous! I am not exaggerating when I say that every shot she takes is stunning. Working with Casey was not only easy due to her experience and skill, it is also fun. She is one of those sweet souls who immediately makes you feel like your family. I am blown away by my photographs and so is everyone who sees them. Choosing Casey as my photographer was the best decision I made for my wedding. She will exceed every expectation you have for your wedding photographs. -

I could not be more pleased with Casey Rose Photography! I knew I'd love Casey when I came across her website and realized that she had such a passion for what she does and a love for flowers. I met with her and instantly made my decision for her to be my wedding photographer. She made me feel so comfortable during our engagement photos and my bridal portraits. I don't really like to be photographed, but Casey made me feel special and relaxed. She really understands how to capture the details that count. Her photos have such a light, airy, romantic, and angelic feel to them. She manages to work well with light and color. Some photographers just get everything washed out, but Casey has only beautiful, rich photos.
It was so helpful to have Casey and an assistant photographer, especially since my groom and I got ready at two different places. They seemed to enjoy themselves at our wedding yet remaining totally professional. This made me happy since I had gotten to know her over the time of our engagement. It just made everything more meaningful to me. I would absolutely recommend Casey Rose Photography. I do not have a single complaint and I don't see why you'd need to go anywhere else. Thank you Casey! -

In a word, Casey Rose is fantastic! Casey did our engagement and wedding (ceremony and reception) photographs. We couldn’t be more pleased! Casey has an amazing way of getting to know you and making you feel comfortable right away. She listens carefully and once she has a good understanding of your vision, she helps you enhance and sharpen your vision. During the sessions, she creates an atmosphere that makes you feel open and not self-conscious. And because of this, she takes the most honest, loving and beautiful photographs I have ever seen. She really captures the emotion of the moment. Our engagement photos were taken at Duke Gardens. Casey is very flexible and she traveled to Beaufort, NC, for our wedding and reception. It was a joyful and wonderful experience working with Casey from beginning to end. She is truly a professional. The quality of her work is excellent ... actually perfection is a better description. -

Casey is very easy to work with and flexible. She was not only a great help with photography ideas, she also helped me to choose outfits for our engagement shoot and suggest details for the wedding. She truly loves capturing those loving moments. -

I would recommend Casey Rose Photography to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, without reservation. Casey is highly professional, easy to work with, and FUN. Photos can be a little awkward, but Casey did a great job of making us comfortable and got great shots. Casey was very prompt with all of her communication and receipts for everything. She is flexible and creative - we were very happy with our engagement and wedding photos. Casey is an excellent photographer and a lovely person - when all of the wedding planning was over my husband and I were both sad that we wouldn't be talking to Casey as much anymore! Highly recommend. -

When I hired Casey to be our wedding photographer, I was not only impressed with her work but with her demeanor. To say I was 200% satisfied would be putting it mildly. Other than the decision to marry my husband, hiring Casey was the best decision I made in connection with my wedding.
Casey was professional and organized and she really knows her stuff. I was planning my Durham, NC wedding from Philadelphia, PA, so I had to handle most of the details via phone and email. Casey was extremely flexible and made what could have been stressful a very easy experience. She worked to accommodate all of our requests, and gave us helpful insights along the way.
And the photos! Oh my goodness…when I came back from my honeymoon and saw the online gallery, I was blown away. Casey uses natural lighting rather than a lot of flash photography, and it makes a huge difference. We all look positively radiant in the shots. People who saw the pictures thought I had sent them magazine photos, not my wedding proofs. They ultimately did prove to be magazine worthy – Casey’s photos of our wedding ended up appearing on Essence magazine’s website, Southern Bride and Groom Magazine’s blog, in Durham magazine, and as part of the 2015 Duke Gardens calendar!
Casey shot every detail of the day and our photos do more than show people and things, they tell a story. Our pictures show the joy that we felt on our wedding day and the good time we were all having. Casey captured sweet intimate moments and her photos show the unique character of our relationship.
In addition to her great photography, Casey is an absolute delight to be around. As a bride, you spend more time with your photographer on your wedding day than you do your groom so it’s important to have someone you really gel with. Casey was friendly, helpful, funny and just a wonderful person to have around on our wedding day. Hire her!

Our engagement session with Casey was absolutely perfect! She made us feel comfortable and relaxed while she photographed us. It was a lot of fun! Casey had a lot of poses for us in mind and she was also willing to try poses I had found on Pinterest; they all turned out great! When the pictures came back I was amazedl! I know we will cherish these along with our wedding pictures forever. Thank you, Casey! -

Casey Rose is a phenomenal photographer and woman. We first met a month before my graduation shoot to plan out the logistics- within an hour, she had developed a clear idea of what my shoot should look like. She planned everything so carefully and specifically, down to the order of my outfits and where we should be at what time. I have to say, I started the shoot incredibly awkwardly (having never done photos like this before), but Mrs Casey knew exactly what to do. She made the entire experience so easy and comfortable- I'm not sure I could've opened up as easily to any other photographer! I had a great time, and the photos turned out beautifully. Her work is fantastic, and she's just a great person! -
