The PERFECT Wedding Planning Team

I truly cannot thank Carrie and her team enough for our wedding day, it would not have been able to happen without them. They are kind, professional, talented, and made the day absolutely seamless. I was able to enjoy every second of our day because of this team, they took care of everything!! Leading up to the wedding, I did not need to worry about a thing, Carrie and her team took care of it all (and thought of things I never would've come up with on my own!) This team will make your day unforgettable and make sure you enjoy every second of it. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

Carrie made our dreams come true!

Carrie and her team are the makers of fairytales. She always went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. She made herself available if we ever needed anything. She thought of every single detail and was very organized and professional. The whole team was a pleasure to be around and very helpful! I can honestly say the wedding day was relaxing, went flawlessly and was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely hire her again for any affair in the future!

Carrie and I worked very closely to plan out my wedding. She has wonderful relationships with a lot of vendors and really understands the logistics of wedding planning down to a T. The day of my wedding I did not have to worry about a simple thing. Everything ran super smoothly (even though we had to build out a whole kitchen for 250 guests). Additionally, Carrie really understood my vision for my wedding and was able to find vendors that met my budget. SUPER IMPORTANT. Only on day of my wedding did I really understand how much Carrie has mastered production planning. Everything came together perfectly and it was hands-down the best day of my life. I would highly recommend Carrie as a wedding planner, she truly understands the industry and is able to handle events of all sizes. On the day of you really want a strong team and I was fortunate to have one.

Carrie was by far the most incredible wedding planner. She made my day so incredible. My wedding was a labor of love. We had a very specific vision that I truly thought no one could pull off and when carrie delivered exactly what I wanted and collaborated a strong team for me and my partner our vision became a reality! She was thoughtful hardworking and honestly she respected our hectic schedules and always came prepared for every meeting and made the planning process enjoyable and stress free! Carrie is an amazing wedding planner! We absolutely love her. We had a large wedding at the Montage Resort in Dana Point, Ca. Our colors were white and turquoise and she took our dreams and made them into reality. She held our hands patiently from the beginning to the end. Her attention to detail is astounding. She's an incredible woman and I consider ourselves the luckiest people in the world to have had her as our wedding planner. Carrie is an amazing event planner. She knows her stuff....from venue to menu. She has an incredible 6th sense for what is needed to make the event spectacular. Her eye for detail is beyond expectation. You can not go wrong working with Carrie. She is fabulous!!!!

Carrie made planning a wedding easy and stress free. She took care of everything... and I mean everything. We simply told her what we liked with pictures and what we wanted and she made it happen. She suggested vendors and we were able to decide who we wanted to work with and she handled all contracts. Every single detail was on point and our wedding was exactly how we wanted it and it ran smoothly with the help of her and her team. She thinks of everything possible to make your wedding perfect. During cocktail hour she made sure we had appetizers and drinks while we took pictures. She made sure everyone in the wedding party knew where they were supposed to be and when. We were out of state part of the time and she made sure all of our wedding meetings worked with our schedule. I would highly suggest Carrie, not only is she a great wedding/event planner she also is down to earth and very easy to work with!

For months I looked for someone that could plan my 60th Birthday party. I had guests coming from 9 different countries plus 6 cities in the US. I needed someone that I could trust a single point of contact and with the skills to manage the all planing. After multiple attempts, some nothing short of frustrating, I met Carrie and Nigel when I was close to giving up...
It is very hard to talk about their services just because they are simply the best in South Florida!

It was really great working with Carrie and Nigel!! Everything came out absolutely perfect (design, logistics, staff, vendors, our ceremony and reception...!! ) and it was a very smooth process (which was one of the most important things for me).
We had the best time of our lives during our celebration since we had nothing to worry about and I knew everything was already being taken care of !! My husband also loved absolutely everything and we came to the conclusion that it couldn´t have been any more perfect!

We could not have been happier with our choice of a wedding planning company. Carrie was invaluable in organizing a "destination" wedding for our family. She had guided us effortlessly in the unfamiliar for us territory. She spent an incredible amount of time , helping us to choose everything, starting with the wedding venue, hotel choices for all the guests, photographers, transportation, etc... She had introduced us to all the vendors, scheduled all the necessary appointments, accompanied us to menu tasting, decor demonstrations, wedding attire fittings, hair and make up trials, as well as, kept a calendar with all the deadlines. Carrie is a real pro, who pays attention to all the " little details" that make the wedding day so much more special and knows all the right people to have all these "little details" come to life flawlessly. She had given many great suggestions, one of them was hiring a wedding valet, that was the smartest and best advise, well worth the expense! She had also suggested hiring an additional entertainment group, that proved to be a very fun addition to the wedding festivities! Everyone, absolutly loved it! Carrie's partner, Nigel was truly incredible too, his great taste and solid advise were very helpful. Everyone (including myself, as I am admittedly, an extremely hard to impress perfectionist) felt absolutly happy with the way everything was handled and how amazing and perfect everything was on a wedding day. I can't recommend Carrie and her team enough. You guys are the best!

I have been planning large "event" meetings and parties for over 30 years, but Carrie Zack Events has me beat. Trust me, Carrie Zack Events thinks of EVERYTHING, even ones budget! I plan large events every year, and I have never worked with anyone as responsive, caring and absolutely dedicated to the event. She had very creative, top notch ideas and found work-arounds to any issues which came up, She was a great liason with the hotel and absolutely knows how to execute. Carrie planned my proposal to my wife 2 years ago. She far exceeded all my expectations. Then she then planned our honeymoon to Dubai, Africa and Maldives. Once again over the top on perfection in every aspect of our trip. We have become friends with her since and have found her to be professional, honest, very knowledgeable and a eye for perfection. Our very first meeting was a glimpse into how the rest of everything would go. I had a questionnaire that asked me special questions like What kind of feel do you want? What are your favorite quotes? ( these ended up going into the bathroom at the reception), what are your favourite sayings? ( we had pillows made up on our eclectic vintage furniture) my husband being English has a lot of different sayings. Every detail was personalized. Our seating chart was the London tube map. The menu reflected our favorite foods. We had stations ( one of my favs is the pasta) but at the same time we had rolling Chinese Dim Sum carts because it's my husbands favourite! We had so much fun at our own wedding! The highlights included the vendors that Carrie introduced us to; our photographer Suzanne Delaware who day after scouted the most incredible location for a favourite photos from Capilano Suspension bridge and our bartender who was straight out of the film Cocktail! The night was the party we wanted and our friends raved about how much fun it was. It was also a great send off for me as I was moving from Canada to England. We partied until the early hours of the morning and had the best ever mid night snack!!! It was so much fun. The entire experience was memorable and special. From picking out invites to tastings etc! It was fun! My dress ripped slightly after dancing the hora and it was Carrie to the rescue as she helped me bunch it up again. I could write pages, but she made me a very special day and helped me to choose all the vendors that most reflected our personalities. The entire experience was tailored to us! It was special, memorable and fun! To us it seemed flawless but that's because Carrie managed everyone so well. I have the most incredible video to look back on the day. It was everything we wanted and more! From start to finish 8 months of the BEST. EXPERIENCE.EVER!!!

2 years of planning that included dress shopping, flowers and decor, food/wine tasting was almost derailed by a hurricane and Carrie remained calm and presented other options. In the end, our wedding at amanyara in Turks and Caicos was flawless and a fun time had by all. Thanks for all your help; we couldn’t have pulled it off without you.

From the moment Carrie answered my phone call, I knew she was the perfect planner for our wedding. Carrie was always professional, responsive, and extremely accommodating to the fact that we lived out of town. She prioritized my vision for our wedding and worked well with my family, which was important to me. In addition, I truly appreciated her honest opinions and advice when decisions became overwhelming. Carrie is willing to take a challenge and that is where her planning skills shine the most! For example, our reception venue was new to her but she nailed it. The reception was stunning and she worked very well with the staff. Carrie always had our best interests in mind. We have worked with Carrie to plan our destination wedding at The Fontainebleau, Miami for almost 2 years. With a long engagement we have had the pleasure to get to know Carrie and vice versa. She took the time to really understand who we are as a couple, our vision, goals and style when helping us choose all our vendors all the way down to the fun, unique touches to surprise our guests.

When choosing Carrie and the Fontainebleau, we were looking for a completely one-of-a-kind, high-end experience and we were delivered above and beyond. From big decisions to all the intricate and personal details, Carrie really was on top of everything. She was organized, calming, professional and was creative about finding solutions to everything we needed. She orchestrated all our vendors with specific requests including strict dietary needs and everything was executed flawlessly. On our wedding day, I could not believe how incredibly gorgeous everything came out. It was way beyond what I could even have imagined and Carrie and her team, along with all of the amazing vendors made sure that our vision was carried out everywhere. Carrie loves what she does and it shows. So many times during the wedding planning process when my husband or I got frustrated or overwhelmed, she immediately spoke to us to solve any issue we were worried about and calmed our concerns. She negotiated all of the contracts with our vendors and worked with them to give us everything we wanted on our budget to have the wedding of our dreams. I really could not imagine planning a destination wedding without her! Highly recommended and very grateful to have had her as our planner!

We hired Carrie for our destination wedding at the Fontainebleau. We could not have done it without her! The service she provided, negotiations, and savings from other vendors was beyond worth it. Carrie went above and beyond for us when she didn't have to and we are very grateful to her! She made our wedding! What I loved about her is that she does what she needs to do and gives it to you straight. No BS just the facts (: She was always nice, calm, organized and anything you asked she did her best to get a solution. She couldn't have been easier and no one could have helped us as she did with her knowledge and contacts. She made the process as stress free as possible. I sent her some pictures early on and by the next time I had spoke with her she had already had proposals for me to review!

My wife and I (yes I, the groom, am writing this review) hired Carrie to help us plan our wedding that happened this past July in Miami, 2013. Hiring her is easily the best money we spent on our wedding. I've never written a review, but wanted to give a dude's perspective.

My wife and I live in New York so getting married in Miami presented some challenges. Carrie has such a good handle on the Miami market that her experience and expertise proved invaluable. Wedding planning can be an overwhelming and stressful process. Carrie takes all that stress away! Any question we had, she immediately knew the answer or knew how to find it. She was quick to put any of our concerns to bed or to present us with viable options and alternatives for whatever we needed.

My biggest concern throughout the entire process was with the budget. Carrie does a great job of telling you what you can and can't do. She's diligent and pragmatic and shows you exactly what your budget can buy. She isn't unreasonable, just honest. She worked with my wife closely on giving her exactly what she wanted at the best possible price. She always made herself available, flying back and forth to NYC to visit her clients and always made face time with us a priority. She's great and easy to talk to so although she is always professional, she makes you feel like you're talking to a friend. If you are working on a strict budget like we were, Carrie will also help you save money in the long run, because she has great relationships in the industry and is creative...so overall, hiring her saved us money.

In the end, Carrie Zack made our lives easier throughout the entire process. Worth every penny it costs to hire her and more...couldn't thank her enough!

Carrie has beautiful taste. She knows all the right people/vendors that can help put together the perfect wedding. Our reception/ceremony was breath taking. Really made the room come to life, it was truly beautiful. Thank You!

Carrie orchestrated the most beautiful, special wedding for my son and daughter in law. She was completely organized, professional, and thought of every detail to make it an outstanding event! We loved working with her!

I hired Carrie to plan my sister-in-law's bridal shower in September 2012. She helped me organize all my ideas, bringing up important aspects I hadn't considered before. Her experience and excellence was clear by her inputs and I honestly loved all of her ideas to enhance my party. The the end product was more than I had ever hoped for! My ideas had come to life along with her own details that really pulled everything together. Her vast networking skills comes in handy while juggling a strict budget. Carrie was constantly available to me and is the sole reason the party went as perfect as it did! I've already hired her for my college graduation party in May 2013 :)

Carrie Zack Events created a wonderful and unique event for my daughter's wedding. Everything was just beautiful and the atmosphere was electric! She worked with us for months to come up with unique ideas that my daughter loved! The ambience was incredible and Carrie and her team handled the three events of the weekend effortlessly. Things had been so well planned and she had staff members very well prepared to handle the day's programming.
