Favorite Vendor!

What an incredible experience! Hands down my absolute favorite vendors I chose for my 3 day Indian wedding. Rahma, Humam and their team absolutely made my wedding vision come to life. They were so flexible throughout the entire planning process, and made everything feel so easy and calm. They accommodated late in the day Zoom calls even with me being on the West Coast, and were easy to get in touch with even if it was for a silly question. I would choose them as my decor team 100x over, every time. Thank you Carolina Wedding Belle!

Incredible!

Where do I start with Rahma?! She was so amazing. From my initial consultation with her, I immediately felt comfortable. Since she has done so many South Asian weddings, she knew the details of all the events and it made the planning so easy. Her team did an incredible job at all of our events; they definitely brought my vision to life! Rahma is the sweetest person and so wonderful to work with. Throughout the entire year of planning, she was attentive and helpful; she was also supportive of the few last minute changes I had. You definitely need Carolina Wedding Belle to help make your wedding beautiful! 😍

Friendly and service oriented team!

We rented linens, centerpieces and chiavari chairs for our family event, and our experience was great. The selection process was easy, and even though my schedule was pretty challenging, Rahma went out of her way and met me after business hours to go over everything. Everything was beautiful and tastefully put together. Their setup team arrived on time and finished well within the tight timeframe the venue allowed us. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the pleasure in meeting with Rahma and Humam at a bridal show after we had already heard such great things from family and friends that had used their services before. They were very friendly, easy to talk to and professional. Rahma answered all of our design questions and worked with us for months to make the design for our wedding true to what we were picturing in our minds . Their work ethic was more than we expected and by far the best experience we had from amongst all of our vendors. We will definitely continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family! Such a great experience!

Rahma, Humam and their team were outstanding!! We were highly impressed with how their team was able to capture our design vision for our fusion (Christian & Hindu wedding) this past October. Recommended by my maid of honor who had her wedding decor in 2016 done by this same team - we used Carolina Wedding Belle for EVERYTHING. Both of our wedding ceremony's that were completely different styles and the wedding reception were beyond stunning. We really appreciate their attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and overall just being easy and fun to work with! Our big day was spectacular because of this duo and their team.

The Perfect Team!

Very happy with the decor and service I received for my engagement this past spring and my wedding in September in Columbia, SC. After recommendations from several friends that have used them, I reached out and they did several events for both occasions. Overall very pleased with everything. Rahma understood exactly the style my fiance and I imagined and went as far as to sketch options for us to choose from. A very personalized experience, and we felt as though we were their only client. On the day of the wedding - Humam, Rahma and their team were on time, effecient, and had everyhting complete well within the tight window the venue gave them to setup. Just a great experience through and through. Highly highly recommended!

Carolina Wedding Belle did the decor for my 3 day Indian wedding in uptown Charlotte, and my experience was phenomenal. If you are in the Carolina's looking for wedding decor, Rahma is your person! I talked so many decor vendors from Florida, Georgia, NC, NJ, etc and there was always so much pressure to sign a contract fast. Not with Carolina Wedding Belle, Rahma worked with me from day one until I was completely satisfied with the proposal. CWB is very reasonably priced and I feel like they go the extra mile. Even though I know she probably had weddings to work on every weekend, she always made me feel like I am the only bride she was working with, not just another client. Since this was the first wedding in my family, we naturally had A LOT of questions. She was so flexible with meeting with us numerous times and talking on the phone. She responds fast and really listens to you (and she's just so nice and caring and fun to be around). Every picture that I sent her for inspiration, was automatically printed out, noted, and placed in a file.

I was so happy with decor during my events, I almost cried. She brought my vision to life so elegantly and beautifully. Everything was set up on time and every detail was covered. I can't thank CWB enough for being apart of my wedding : )

I'm actually really going to miss talking to her so much!!

Carolina Wedding Belle was one of my FAVORITE vendors - I booked a Mandap decor package
I met them at the South Asian bridal expo in ATL & got a really good package with them!
They where able to travel all the way to FLORIDA for me! yes there prices are THAT good!
GREAT with communication! - We did all meetings via phone & Google Docs, all of our meetings where very interactive, showing her images of what i wanted picking and circling things i liked, i wasn't worried ONCE being that she was 10,000+ miles away from me! I mean if anything happened and I needed anything she was really helpful and responsive! we all have a busy life and its good to be mindful of that & even as a "bridezilla" she was VERY much accommodating! The day of my wedding she arrived on time && the floral arrangements where EVERYTHING, fresh vivid & just gorgeous! She made my dream come true! I told her about the colors and flow of everything and she truly put a light in my dreams to make it come true! I Wish I could attach pictures to this review! ABSOLUTELY amazing! - I am sending everyone I know in Florida to Rahma!

I am so glad that I ended up choosing Carolina Wedding Belle to decorate my wedding! Rahma truly went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted was there. She even had another wedding on the same day! I still had her undivided attention. She made my wedding so beautiful. And I heard that the wedding she decorated on the same day was also amazing!
She was so dedicated and worked so hard. I ended up needing the bouquet a week early (for the bridal portraits). I totally forgot to tell her until the day before the pictures! She ended up getting all the flowers from local vendors (instead of ordering them as usual). It ended up being the most beautiful bouquet I had ever seen! She really made my wedding a fairly tale. So many people approached me and told me it was the most beautiful wedding decor they had ever seen. I am so grateful for Rahma!

Rahma and team decorated our traditional Indian Wedding for 3 events, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. She was able to take the bride's inspiration and turn it into reality. She is extremely price conscious and understands various ways to help you add or substitute decor to best fit your style. A gleaming characteristic of Carolina Wedding Belle is that they ALWAYS respond. They keep track of every email, every decision, and are able to help you along the way; ON YOUR SCHEDULE. If you need to chat at midnight or 3am, the team is able to help. Even when it rained and we had to move our wedding inside, the team was able to execute a plan in two hours and made the wedding beautiful. THANK YOU CAROLINA WEDDING BELLE!

Carolina Wedding Belle's services exceeded our expectations. The decor recommendations were on point and they definitely know what their talking about. The stage and seating looked elegant and beautiful. The prices were amazing in comparison to other high quality decor vendors. I contacted Carolina Wedding Belle last year after attending an Indian Wedding their team designed. Undoubtedly it was the best decision I made in my wedding planning process! Rahma was extremely helpful and sweet throughout the entire planning, and even among all the changes I made - she was very receptive to what I envisioned and delivered spot on. Our 3 day wedding weekend was flawless and beautiful! We still get compliments on how beautiful our wedding was! In short...I was confident in Carolina Wedding Belle delivering an amazing wedding for my Middle Eastern, and my husbands Hindu culture, but this experience surpassed and went beyond every expectation! Carolina Wedding Belle literally made my wedding happen! From the venue, to the stage and setup, to the flowers, to the cake, they did it all. When my original cake decorator canceled on me a week before my wedding, they stepped in and did an amazing job coming up with another cake for me. They helped me find a videographer when I needed one. They had great ideas when it came to decor and style- just beautiful. They were the ones I called when issues popped up out of no where and they stayed in contact with us this whole year solving and planning and if you want your big day to turn out just the way you envisioned and better, while staying within your budget, you will not be disappointed with CWB and the team!

They work hand-in-hand with Charlotte Plaza Uptown Hotel to decorate the reception. They matched my blue to a "T". We saw the room when it was initially set up (white table linens); then we came back later to set up the favor table and they had put the blue linens on the tables - WOW! so beautiful! Then, we came back the morning of the reception and they had added the centerpieces - outstanding! Everyone kept commenting on the decor and the colors - Rahma did a fantastic job putting everything together for us!

Carolina Wedding Belle is an incredible company to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is a night to remember. I wanted to take time to thank you for making My daughter's wedding ballroom so beautiful. I loved everything about it. You listened to what the the bride and groom wanted what I wished for and incorporated it into a masterpiece. The bride and groom stage was a site for sore eyes. The crystal columns were beautifully placed .The flower arrangements were so beautifully arranged. I loved the way you incorporated the blue hydrangea with in the purple flowers. The drapes displaying the wedding theme colors at the bride entry door made it special. I received so many complements about how wonderful the wedding was. Thank you so much. When my fiancé and I got engaged, the first thing that crossed my mind was "What in world is my next step?" I was nervous, anxious, excited, all in one. The nervousness and anxiety was put to rest when Carolina Wedding Belle came into the picture. Everything was easier from A to Z. Rahma helped me find a venue, a photographer, videographer, wedding cake, made all my dreams come true about my visions and what I expected my special day to be. Rahma was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very fair and professional. Carolina Wedding Belle wowed us and our guests on our wedding day!! Their work is breathtaking and surpassed all of our expectations. Our mandap was absolutely STUNNING, they turned an ordinary room into a luxurious Indian palace. We had two wedding ceremonies, they easily flipped the serene Muslim ceremony decor to a vibrant red and gold for the Hindu. At our reception, the centerpieces were fresh, crisp and flawless, Rahma truly plays close attention to detail. I could not be more satisfied. If you want a beautiful, stunning wedding that your guests will not stop talking about, call her NOW.

We worked with Rahma for our November wedding. Rahma helped us finalize the best of things considering our choices and budget. We were skeptical about having both Christian and hindu wedding arrangements on the same day, but she made it all so hassel free and beautiful. We were completely relaxed in terms of all her arrangements. The guests were all praises too.

We hired Rahma and her team at Carolina Wedding Belle to do our wedding decorations at the Marriott. I have no idea how they achieved this but they completely transformed that ballroom into the very image I had in my mind. The mandap was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and Rahma clearly understood my vision perfectly without me having to hold her hand. Even during the phone conversations leading up to the wedding, it was clear that Rahma knows what she's doing and we knew that we had made the right choice. Seeing the mandap and the decorations on our wedding day, I cannot recommend Carolina Wedding Belle enough for the wonderful job they did. Our guests could not stop complimenting the decor and many said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd been to. Thanks Rahma and team for giving us our dream wedding :)

• The merchant (Rahma) was not very responsive at the beginning of my wedding planning which I should have taken as a red flag, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Not only did she not respond to my messages in a timely manner, but during our last meeting she brought her two children and they were very disruptive and it was highly inappropriate for her to bring them on an intimate meeting with a bride.

• After our last meeting before the wedding, the merchant had agreed to visit the venue in advance to evaluate the floor plan as well as how much pipe and drape was needed to cover a requested blocked off area. She also agreed to be at the venue when it opened at 9:00 am on 8/17/14 to make sure other vendors could set up after she put the linens down.

• One the day of the wedding (8/17/14) the merchant was 2 hours and 15 minutes late and other vendors were prevented from staging flowers and food. The merchant also did not provide enough pipe and drape to completely block off restricted area. Guests were able to see reception room before the ceremony began. It ruined the total look of the room and the vision I had as a bride.

• I spoke the merchant the day of my wedding before the ceremony and she tried to convince me that I also ordered the wrong chair covers so they wouldn't be provided on my wedding day. She didn't offer to refund any money nor did she offer to pay for the venue to provide chair covers. the merchant refuses to admit any fault and accept accountability.
• Because the merchant did not try to make me whole I disputed some of the charges I paid to her. During the dispute she sent forged contracts and added my signature. I am now still in dispute with her. I have signed documents from the venue and my wedding planner stating how unprofessional she is.
PUH-LEEZE do NOT hire Rahma at Carolina Wedding Belle. I am convinced the previous reviews were written by friends

Although she is sweet-natured, there were just so many overlooked details after all the meticulous planning! From the chairs, crooked, stained carpets, some ratty flowers, linens, to other decoration details, I was actually very upset to notice these things. She is quite expensive, in my opinion, and I feel that with something as important and detail-oriented as a wedding, things should be much better organized. Overall the wedding was beautiful and I don't think the guests noticed, but my family and I certainly did, and it is evident in the pictures. She is also difficult to get in touch with via phone or email and it would take days or weeks to get a response. Would recommend exploring Atlanta options, which would have the same prices (I checked) and possibly better organized.
