My husband and I recently got married at Cape Rey Hilton Hotel this past May and it was truly the most amazing venue for so many reasons but just to name a few: the location, atmosphere, food, service, and price were exceptional. The list goes on from there. From the outdoor lawn ceremony with a stunning palm backdrop to the romantic terrace with cafe lighting overlooking the blue pacific ocean, it was such a great location to accommodate our wedding of about 120 guests, including a ceremony sword arch, while providing enough space and different areas for our guests to intermingle and enjoy throughout the night. We were recently married at the Cape Rey and could not have asked for a better venue. Given the ocean views during the ceremony and the gorgeous sunset during reception, all our guests were in awe of the setting. The team at Cape Rey is wonderful to work with, and made the planning process as well as the wedding day so enjoyable and flawless! Can't thank you enough. -

We had our ceremony and reception at Cape Rey, and we are so glad we did! Working with Louise the wedding coordinator was amazing, and all of the staff on site were beyond courteous throughout the whole process. You can tell that everyone loves their jobs, and it shows through in the vibe of the hotel, and in the events hosted there.
The venue was perfect - we got a beautiful sunset, across the street from the beach. Had a beautiful tropical vibe, and was very easy to get around the property. Parking is great, guests loved the food! Drinks were strong. What more can I say? -

Lousie and Cape Rey Team hosted an amazing wedding for us! I couldn't be happier with our overall wedding.. One main reason you should go with them is there service is A1. Louise had great communication through the planning process and was very flexible on tradition customs.. Unlike other venues that didn't want to make custom menus or pricing. Cape Rey really worked with us.. plus the resort is sooooo nice! Food was excellent too!! Thank Louise! -

I couldn’t be happier with choosing Cape Rey as my ceremony and reception site. The space for 225 was absolutely perfect. I was most attracted to this venue because of their willingness to make our day so unique to us. All the other venues kept telling us no about outside catering to have half Persian and half American and Cape Rey was more than willing to accommodate. The huge asset to Cape Rey is getting to work with Louise Lambert. She is BEYOND helpful! She is extremely professional and communicates in a very timely fashion. She helped make Blake and I feel special and that she was only working with us. Her focus and attention to detail is amazing. Thank you Cape Rey & thank you Louise Lambert! -

Korie Sent on 05/02/2018Cape Rey Carlsbad captured my heart when I visited their with my then boyfriend for a weekend getaway. Spending time at the pool or around the fire pit with a cocktail was one of our favorite past times while we were dating. The beauty of it's property and the professionalism of their staff is what always drew me to the property for business and pleasure and made me want to send my clients there for their own wedding.
As a wedding planner in San Diego for the past 12 years, I continue to be amazed with Cape Rey and often send my clients there for their wedding.

I cannot explain how amazing Louise and the Cape Rey venue was for our dinner rehearsal, welcome party, and wedding ceremony! Louise is so great to work with. She was very professional, always responded quickly, and was just a pleasure to work with! I planned everything from Chicago, so you can imagine all the stresses I had planning from afar. However, Louise went far and beyond to help us with our day. Any of my concerns with the venue were not even a problem. I was worried about the traffic or cars on the road being too loud. User3243377 Sent on 10/08/2017As a day of wedding coordinator of over 200 weddings who was hired by the bride, I had the privilege to work at this venue and I was completely impressed with many things !
The location is outstanding with walking distance to the beach! As a vendor it was extremely simple to load in and out of this facility which makes weddings run much smoother. The ceremony location is quite secluded yet provides a beautiful view of the beach.
The staff was extremely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. They were consistently checking in with me and the bride to make sure that everything was up to her satisfaction. I can't wait to refer my brides to this beautiful location!
This outstanding location also provides hotel accommodations for all the out-of-town guests.

Very easy and the perfect vibe!
We had such a blast planning our wedding with Louise! She is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. The venue was absolutely perfect for the vibe we were looking for and everything went perfectly! -
